- 2:23Speaker 2: Hey, y'all, you are looking gorgeous today.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I mean you look gorgeous every day, but like you
- 2:31Speaker 2: look like you. This is from the show last night.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Yeah, because I got in at like one which ain't
- 2:41Speaker 1: had times and you know, wipe wash makeup off and shit,
- 2:46Speaker 1: my head hit that pillow and I was out like
- 2:48Speaker 1: a light.
- 2:49Speaker 2: I know that's right, So how to go?
- 2:52Speaker 1: It went good? I mean, we had to go without
- 2:58Speaker 1: a bass player because the husband has the flu, so
- 3:02Speaker 1: I've been dipping and dodging trying to keep away from
- 3:05Speaker 1: his ass.
- 3:06Speaker 2: The flu like normal flu or.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Like like first, I don't know, I'm not sure, but
- 3:15Speaker 1: we were both were sick, like maybe two weeks ago
- 3:18Speaker 1: or some something like that, and he went to patient
- 3:22Speaker 1: first yesterday now the day before yesterday, and they said,
- 3:26Speaker 1: what's this has been going on? People have been getting
- 3:29Speaker 1: it and then feeling like they're good and then re
- 3:32Speaker 1: getting it. But the second time around is like worse
- 3:35Speaker 1: than the first time.
- 3:37Speaker 6: Yep.
- 3:37Speaker 2: We don't delve into that bullshit on the second half
- 3:40Speaker 2: because I got something to say about these germs. But yeah, wow, okay, okay,
- 3:48Speaker 2: on that wonderful note, how's your moved? And what is that?
- 3:54Speaker 2: Things about what is happening?
- 3:56Speaker 1: Because it sounded like somebody was doing something wild outside
- 3:59Speaker 1: I don't know, by the window, like wild will like
- 4:04Speaker 1: trying to break into somebody's home over here.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I love it.
- 4:13Speaker 1: My mood is chill because I feel like I've caught
- 4:19Speaker 1: up on everything that I had to do this week,
- 4:22Speaker 1: working on a group project this month.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Everybody has been pulling their own weight, which is awesome.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So you know, breaking the norm or.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Disorder, yeah, because I tend to like put in too
- 4:41Speaker 1: much input and people like feel relaxed about it sometimes
- 4:47Speaker 1: and you want to ride off on people's coattails and ship.
- 4:51Speaker 1: But no, no, no, no, everybody needed to build their
- 4:55Speaker 1: own weight. And I got a good group. So we're
- 4:59Speaker 1: here getting it done. And yesterday had the show. It
- 5:03Speaker 1: went great, people came out. I didn't know what was
- 5:07Speaker 1: going to happen as far as a crowd situation was
- 5:10Speaker 1: because they had just knowed. Everybody was worried about that.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But people came out and we got a good We
- 5:18Speaker 1: had good feedback, and we'll be right back there again
- 5:22Speaker 1: next Friday in Woodbridge.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Work. M Huh, my week has been. That's the cool.
- 5:32Speaker 2: I mean, it's the oddest thing. I see so much
- 5:36Speaker 2: bullshit happening around us, and I'm still just unbothered. I'm
- 5:40Speaker 2: just like, Okay, here we sit. Huh. It's it's something
- 5:46Speaker 2: to watch, something to behold. Downfall of a lot of
- 5:50Speaker 2: good things, downfall of a lot of bad things. Huh,
- 5:58Speaker 2: A lot to unpacked. But I was happy to make
- 6:03Speaker 2: you happy, at least earlier when I forgot to tell you,
- 6:08Speaker 2: because this happened like a few days ago. That TikTok
- 6:13Speaker 2: just showed back up in the app store.
- 6:16Speaker 1: When I tell you, I was going through it. My
- 6:19Speaker 1: phone is a bitch. Okay called stone bitch because I
- 6:25Speaker 1: woke up and that motherfucker said, Hey, we're going to
- 6:28Speaker 1: delete that app today, And I was like, why I
- 6:32Speaker 1: bought enough storage? Like what are you doing? Like my
- 6:35Speaker 1: phone has a mind of its own sometimes, why would
- 6:38Speaker 1: that be the app? So I was mad because I
- 6:41Speaker 1: had ordered some stuff for my daughter and I need
- 6:45Speaker 1: to check on that stuff because the people that I
- 6:48Speaker 1: ordered it from don't even live over here. Child, and
- 6:50Speaker 1: she's obsessed with everything Hello kitty, So you know, I
- 6:54Speaker 1: had to get her like a whole bunch of stuff,
- 6:56Speaker 1: and I need to check on my shit because what
- 6:58Speaker 1: you're not gonna do is take my money.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Right No, I mean the article popped up. I mean
- 7:04Speaker 2: Apple and Google have made TikTok. This is cording to
- 7:07Speaker 2: NBC News. Apple and Google have made TikTok available in
- 7:10Speaker 2: their US app stores again, they said Thursday evening. TikTok,
- 7:14Speaker 2: which is owned by the Chinese technology company Byte Dance,
- 7:17Speaker 2: appeared from both stores in the United States on January eighteen,
- 7:22Speaker 2: hours before band and the social media app was set
- 7:25Speaker 2: to go into effects. So I don't know, it popped
- 7:28Speaker 2: back up and it's much like everything else going on.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Right now where we don't really get an explanation but
- 7:35Speaker 2: just kind of go with it.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's time. I'm gonna go with it because
- 7:39Speaker 1: I needed my shit. I actually did need my shit.
- 7:42Speaker 1: And I don't order from like apps often, but you know,
- 7:45Speaker 1: when you got kids and they be wanting stuff, you know,
- 7:48Speaker 1: sometimes you cave in.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Now I will. I will say this though this Okay. So, like,
- 7:55Speaker 2: since I've been scrolling through the app, I've noticed a
- 7:58Speaker 2: lot of different things, the first being like, I'll get news,
- 8:05Speaker 2: but it'll be like news from years ago. You know me,
- 8:09Speaker 2: I don't just read shit and just go with it.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I'll actually look up the story, like TikTok will tell
- 8:15Speaker 2: me about something, and then that will force me to
- 8:17Speaker 2: go onto the Googles and onto the search engines and
- 8:20Speaker 2: find out about it.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Yeah, So with that band said, it's been like a
- 8:27Speaker 2: lot of stories because I started to pull one for
- 8:29Speaker 2: news to make you nauseous. It was about this lady
- 8:32Speaker 2: that was upset that her doctor and her surgeon were
- 8:39Speaker 2: filming a music video during the bitch's actual surgery exact, yes,
- 8:47Speaker 2: they were filming surgery, and then like had pieces of
- 8:50Speaker 2: her flash up there, like you know and dance into it,
- 8:53Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, I'm not hated, So naturally
- 8:58Speaker 2: I went to go pull the information for the story.
- 9:00Speaker 2: This story is from back in twenty eighteen, which I
- 9:03Speaker 2: probably told you all about intro eighteen. I don't know
- 9:07Speaker 2: the show's old, but it's it's shit like that that
- 9:11Speaker 2: I keep seeing in my feed. It's like old information. Yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 2: there's something different about it. I can't quite put my
- 9:21Speaker 2: finger on what it is, but it's something different. I
- 9:23Speaker 2: don't like it. It seems nefarious, but that is what
- 9:26Speaker 2: it is, all right. When I grow up ready, now, listen,
- 9:35Speaker 2: I took a shot in the black this week because
- 9:37Speaker 2: so many people are inspiring to me, like this week alone,
- 9:41Speaker 2: like the blackness is shown and it's being proven by
- 9:45Speaker 2: those that continue to shine in these strange ass times.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I was playing out with later, y'all. But when I
- 9:52Speaker 2: grow up, I want to be like Representative Aana Pristley,
- 9:57Speaker 2: because this woman is out there making his and shaking
- 10:00Speaker 2: things up like it's nobody's business.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Now.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Recently, she reintroduced a monumental reparations bill alongside her colleague
- 10:08Speaker 2: Corey Booker during Black History Months now. This bill aims
- 10:13Speaker 2: to address the historical injustices based by Black Americans, and
- 10:18Speaker 2: it's a six step forwards acknowledging system inequalities that it
- 10:21Speaker 2: persisted for too long. Now, personally, it's not just about
- 10:25Speaker 2: talking to talk, She's about walking a walk, pushing for
- 10:28Speaker 2: actual change. What does this mean for us as black people?
- 10:33Speaker 2: This isn't like just a bill. This is like reclaiming dignity.
- 10:38Speaker 2: It's reclaiming justice that has been denied to us for generations.
- 10:43Speaker 2: It's like, I'm trying not to give a colored reference,
- 10:46Speaker 2: but like it's like when you snag that last piece
- 10:49Speaker 2: of pride chicken it took out, or like you know
- 10:51Speaker 2: what I'm saying, or like bacon, you know what I'm saying.
- 10:55Speaker 2: It's a win for everybody. So by addressing reparations, Presley
- 11:00Speaker 2: and her team are standing up for economic justice, helping
- 11:04Speaker 2: to close the wealth gap. That's what it means for
- 11:06Speaker 2: us and reminding us that history deserves recognition and restitution.
- 11:13Speaker 2: So yeah, toast for her black fist in the air, Pressley,
- 11:18Speaker 2: I've always been about reparations. So Sis, keep fighting the
- 11:23Speaker 2: big fight, Sis, and we'll handle it on this and
- 11:26Speaker 2: we love you and we see you that.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely yep, so mine is another kid. Why I'm
- 11:38Speaker 1: picking all these kids, I don't know, but that's what
- 11:40Speaker 1: keeps popping on my timeline.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Are winning the are really they're showing me.
- 11:48Speaker 1: The people at all?
- 11:53Speaker 2: Yeah? But see why is it so lacking from the
- 11:56Speaker 2: older crowd. We're supposed to be teaching them. Mm hmmm huh.
- 12:00Speaker 1: But but I am going with thirteen year old viral
- 12:06Speaker 1: star Noah Debarso okay, this little smart boy who was
- 12:14Speaker 1: on Script's News and he was speaking with Holly, one
- 12:20Speaker 1: of the people you know with his with his recent
- 12:28Speaker 1: conversation with her. He was talking about the different policies
- 12:31Speaker 1: that Trump has and discussing politics, politics in debt, in debt.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Oh, I know, I know. I've seen him. I've seen
- 12:40Speaker 2: them to tell you.
- 12:43Speaker 1: He read he read them people for filth. Yes, it
- 12:48Speaker 1: was Chef's kiss. And I'm really inspired by him because
- 12:55Speaker 1: to be so young and into politics and so knowledgeable
- 12:59Speaker 1: is awesome to me because when I was thirteen, I
- 13:02Speaker 1: was not into any of that shit. Like I'm grown
- 13:04Speaker 1: now and I'm still like, I don't really like politics,
- 13:08Speaker 1: but I know that I need to know certain things.
- 13:11Speaker 1: And for him to be so intelligent and knowledgeable, really
- 13:14Speaker 1: speaks volumes, and congratulations to his parents who are instilling
- 13:19Speaker 1: that into him and to like encourage him to look
- 13:26Speaker 1: into certain things and the research things, because this is
- 13:28Speaker 1: what we be telling y'all grown people every single week, right,
- 13:33Speaker 1: your own research, and here we have a thirteen year
- 13:36Speaker 1: old can.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Put this together.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's not looks together like it's nobody's business.
- 13:43Speaker 1: He was talking about how he supported Kamala Harris's campaign.
- 13:50Speaker 1: He offered his honest opinion about Donald Trump, and he
- 13:55Speaker 1: had a lot to say. He basically was like, Hm,
- 13:57Speaker 1: that man, don don't we doing He's setting us back
- 14:01Speaker 1: to the nineteen forties, which he is, you know what
- 14:06Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 14:06Speaker 2: And he's trying to set us back further than that.
- 14:10Speaker 2: I got you.
- 14:11Speaker 1: He was like this, this is exactly what Harris meant
- 14:15Speaker 1: by we're not going back, and here we sit, we're
- 14:18Speaker 1: actually going back. He's this is not anything that's making
- 14:22Speaker 1: America great again. We're getting set back by his policies.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I just felt like that's awesome, Like him and his
- 14:31Speaker 1: classmates are even having conversations about it. That to me
- 14:35Speaker 1: speaks volumes, because, like I said, when I was thirteen,
- 14:39Speaker 1: we was talking about who the rappers was, you know
- 14:44Speaker 1: what I'm saying. We was talking about certain trends that
- 14:47Speaker 1: was going on. We weren't having these like intelligent conversations.
- 14:51Speaker 2: And see, for me, it was the complete polar opposite
- 14:54Speaker 2: because I was that kid that was the nerd and
- 14:57Speaker 2: I was hanging around all the brains and we've we're
- 15:00Speaker 2: having these types of conversations. So it's very like, it's
- 15:05Speaker 2: inspiring to see this kind of thing play out in
- 15:09Speaker 2: real life and for him to be elevated on such
- 15:12Speaker 2: a stage because I knew that I could run circles
- 15:16Speaker 2: around certain adult conversations when I was younger, Like it's
- 15:19Speaker 2: why I didn't like going to class, because I would
- 15:23Speaker 2: sit there, especially in history class, because you sit there
- 15:25Speaker 2: and regurgitate the same information each and every year. It
- 15:29Speaker 2: does not change. And at the point that I know something,
- 15:33Speaker 2: I know it, I'm good. Leave me alone. You're testing
- 15:37Speaker 2: me on just shit that you then want to suppress.
- 15:42Speaker 2: And the only real time we get to learn black
- 15:44Speaker 2: people's part in it was in the month of February, yep.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And people still got a problem with that. They We'll
- 15:51Speaker 1: get into that later. But videos that pissed me off
- 15:55Speaker 1: a little bit this week. I ain't gonna say a
- 15:56Speaker 1: little bit a lot of it. There are people still
- 16:01Speaker 1: on that, Uh, they don't believe in black history and
- 16:04Speaker 1: they feel like threatened by it, and I'm appalled by
- 16:09Speaker 1: it and all of this other stuff, Like I saw
- 16:11Speaker 1: a whole bunch.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Of sounds like a wonderful question for the wildfile. So oh,
- 16:17Speaker 2: keep that into it, yep, but that will be after
- 16:21Speaker 2: if it were lyric, and that is following this brief
- 16:25Speaker 2: little break, we'll be right back.
- 16:27Speaker 7: I finally realized why fund them anast Christian groups hate
- 16:29Speaker 7: trans people. I don't know why it took me this long.
- 16:32Speaker 7: I kept hearing the argument about like not changing the
- 16:35Speaker 7: way God made you, and I was like, that doesn't
- 16:36Speaker 7: make any sense because you don't see any of these
- 16:38Speaker 7: people picketing outside plastic surgery centers. So what the fuck
- 16:41Speaker 7: is their beef with trans people? Duh, it's because trans
- 16:44Speaker 7: people are living, breathing, walking, examples that the dichotomy that
- 16:49Speaker 7: fundamentalist Christian groups use to maintain all their power and
- 16:52Speaker 7: control is flawed.
- 16:54Speaker 1: It's made up.
- 16:55Speaker 7: It's fiction. So much of their storyline is built around
- 16:58Speaker 7: this dichotomy of man and male and female and man
- 17:02Speaker 7: having this ordainment directly from God to be the protector
- 17:05Speaker 7: and the one in control, and the female having to
- 17:07Speaker 7: be the subservient one dominance and subservience male and female.
- 17:12Speaker 7: But that only works if there's only male and female,
- 17:16Speaker 7: non binary people and trans people. They fuck that idea
- 17:19Speaker 7: up right. We can't have people questioning the foundation of
- 17:24Speaker 7: this system, because then how else will the men keep control?
- 17:27Speaker 7: So trans people can't exist in their world? They literally
- 17:31Speaker 7: cannot exist except they do. Except they do, and they
- 17:36Speaker 7: always have and they always will.
- 17:40Speaker 5: I want to know what I realized.
- 17:42Speaker 8: Black people treat Gaze the way the world treat black people.
- 17:48Speaker 8: Let me say that again, Black people treat Gaze the
- 17:53Speaker 8: way the world treats black people. Let that think in.
- 18:00Speaker 5: What you do. But definitely she would.
- 18:06Speaker 1: What's up you, guys, it's your girl, miss Leric, and
- 18:08Speaker 1: I'm back with my segment if it were Lyerk, where
- 18:10Speaker 1: I answer your advice questions about your relationships, your situationships,
- 18:16Speaker 1: your friendships and everything in between and get into it now.
- 18:20Speaker 1: If you want to continue sending me your advice questions,
- 18:23Speaker 1: please do so by sending me an email at Lyric
- 18:26Speaker 1: Provido at gmail dot com. Are you all ready whose
- 18:30Speaker 1: I am?
- 18:31Speaker 2: I am? I got one from me for you? Okay,
- 18:35Speaker 2: all right? So me is right, she says, Hey there,
- 18:39Speaker 2: lyric girl. I love the personality and some of these letters,
- 18:42Speaker 2: by the way, especially this week. I'm reaching out for
- 18:46Speaker 2: some advice in a sprinkle of your renowned wisdom, because
- 18:49Speaker 2: I found myself in a situation picture this. My name
- 18:53Speaker 2: is Mia, and I've been in a long term relationship
- 18:57Speaker 2: with my boyfriend we'll call him Jamal, about four years.
- 19:01Speaker 2: We've shared countless laughs, adventures, and those deep late night
- 19:05Speaker 2: talks that make you feel all warm and fuzzy. But
- 19:08Speaker 2: here's the twist. I recently discovered that Jamal has been
- 19:13Speaker 2: keeping some secrets from me about his past and including
- 19:16Speaker 2: a complicated relationship with his ex that he never fully
- 19:21Speaker 2: closed the door on. Oh now I feel left Sorry.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Now I'm left feeling a mix of confusion and frustration,
- 19:30Speaker 2: and I'm not sure how to approach this. Should I
- 19:33Speaker 2: confront him directly or play it cool and see if
- 19:36Speaker 2: he's opens up on his own. I want to understand
- 19:38Speaker 2: where he's coming from, but I also don't want to
- 19:41Speaker 2: dive headfirst into a relationship that might still be have
- 19:45Speaker 2: lingering attachments. If it were you, how would you handle
- 19:49Speaker 2: this situation? I'm all ears for your thoughts and insights.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Thanks for being the guide in light and it's emotional
- 19:54Speaker 2: maze much love Mia me.
- 19:58Speaker 1: It was very vague. Did you come across this said information?
- 20:02Speaker 1: Did you go snooping? Did you hear something like I
- 20:06Speaker 1: need to know a little bit more information? It just
- 20:10Speaker 1: all depends. It sounds like y'all have a good starting point,
- 20:16Speaker 1: but it's it's not clear on what type of relationship
- 20:22Speaker 1: you mean by open, like he didn't close it all
- 20:24Speaker 1: the way? Do they have kids? Like? What's what's the tea?
- 20:29Speaker 9: I need?
- 20:29Speaker 1: I need a little bit more information before I can
- 20:34Speaker 1: go into more detail. But what I will say is this,
- 20:38Speaker 1: if you went snooping a girl, you might just have
- 20:45Speaker 1: to eat that because if you went snooping and he
- 20:51Speaker 1: didn't tell you that information, he's gonna lose trust for
- 20:56Speaker 1: you because you violated his privacy.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Oh no, need to be extra.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I mean I don't. I can't really fully say what
- 21:10Speaker 1: I would do honestly because I don't know the extent
- 21:13Speaker 1: of what she was talking about. You know what I'm saying,
- 21:15Speaker 1: it was I need more information. If you snoop. Hey,
- 21:23Speaker 1: Now if you hadn't you just heard it from somebody.
- 21:27Speaker 1: You know, sometimes you really have to be cautious about
- 21:30Speaker 1: who the messenger is and what their intent is, because
- 21:33Speaker 1: a lot of people will see somebody happy in a
- 21:35Speaker 1: relationship and want to ship on you.
- 21:37Speaker 2: What is that?
- 21:39Speaker 1: I cannot know why people do that type of ship
- 21:43Speaker 1: It happens all the time. The minute I get into
- 21:46Speaker 1: a relationship, well my broadcast that I'm happy in a relationship,
- 21:52Speaker 1: here comes the d ms, here come the hey, big heads,
- 21:54Speaker 1: hit texts and all that wild ship. Like niggas lose
- 21:58Speaker 1: their mind. It's like, Oh, they don't want you while
- 22:02Speaker 1: you're single. They want to see if they can grab
- 22:05Speaker 1: you while you're in a relationship.
- 22:07Speaker 2: That's what Mike Jones was talking about back then. They
- 22:10Speaker 2: want me.
- 22:11Speaker 1: It's like, how do people do that? Like leave people alone?
- 22:13Speaker 1: If you see they good, let them be good. But
- 22:16Speaker 1: those type of things happen all the time, So I
- 22:20Speaker 1: would be cautious. Take the information if you got it
- 22:24Speaker 1: from elsewhere, with the grain of salt, because it sounds
- 22:28Speaker 1: like you have a good person. I mean, from what
- 22:34Speaker 1: you've said earlier in your letter. It doesn't seem like
- 22:38Speaker 1: you all have been back and forth in any like
- 22:43Speaker 1: trauma type of thing. Y'all have a type of good relationship,
- 22:46Speaker 1: y'all get along, y'all seem compatible. I would just take
- 22:50Speaker 1: it with a grain of salt, uh if you want
- 22:53Speaker 1: to write a part two and go into more depth
- 22:55Speaker 1: than I could further answer your question. But this isn't
- 23:00Speaker 1: the type of thing that you can like have a
- 23:02Speaker 1: conversation with if you were snooping, okay, and then you
- 23:08Speaker 1: don't even know like how they how they relate to
- 23:11Speaker 1: each other in their relationship. It could also be possible
- 23:14Speaker 1: that you're taking something out of context, you know what
- 23:18Speaker 1: I mean. I mean that could be a possibility. But girl,
- 23:22Speaker 1: write me again and give me more tea because I need,
- 23:25Speaker 1: you know, more information to further like assist you and then.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah me, we need part two.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, all right, so let's see let's see,
- 23:35Speaker 1: all right, I have one from Lisa. Okay, Lisa, let's
- 23:39Speaker 1: see what you got, all right, Since dear lyric I
- 23:43Speaker 1: wanted to start saying I love my boyfriend, and we
- 23:47Speaker 1: don't have any conflicflicting viewpoints outside of this, so navigating
- 23:52Speaker 1: such an important topic has been difficult. The earliest I
- 23:56Speaker 1: imagine myself having kids is twenty seven. I'm currently twenty two,
- 23:59Speaker 1: and so is he. But my boyfriend thinks that within
- 24:02Speaker 1: the next two years we could be ready for kids.
- 24:05Speaker 1: I don't know how that's even possible. He's not even
- 24:08Speaker 1: in a place financially where he could support a family,
- 24:11Speaker 1: and I'd be in law school. But he wants to
- 24:13Speaker 1: have kids before he's in his late twenties, and it's
- 24:16Speaker 1: kind of a non negotiable for him. I'd also like
- 24:19Speaker 1: to be married before I have children, and it feels
- 24:22Speaker 1: like we'd be rushing these huge milestones to make space
- 24:25Speaker 1: for a child. I've also wanted to I've always wanted
- 24:28Speaker 1: to be a mom, So I guess I don't mind
- 24:30Speaker 1: having kids earlier than I planned. But what about my career,
- 24:34Speaker 1: what about my start as a lawyer? But it also
- 24:39Speaker 1: has me feeling so ridiculous having serious conversations about hypothetical situations.
- 24:45Speaker 1: I feel rushed. So what should I do? Girl, don't
- 24:48Speaker 1: have them kids? Don't have them kids if it's a
- 24:54Speaker 1: non negotiable for him, negotiating not negotiate a relationship with
- 24:58Speaker 1: his ass about you, kids come with bills, Kids come
- 25:05Speaker 1: first in your career. Yeah, it can be done, but
- 25:10Speaker 1: it's extremely hard. Why put yourself through that? Wait as
- 25:13Speaker 1: long as you can and be financially responsible?
- 25:17Speaker 2: Thank God?
- 25:18Speaker 1: First of all, why is he twenty two trying to
- 25:20Speaker 1: have kids with you at twenty four? Two years after
- 25:23Speaker 1: what you said, I'm financially responsible? Then say nothing about
- 25:28Speaker 1: marrying you and securing you know, any type of stability
- 25:33Speaker 1: which God children do need. Let's talk about that. Y'all
- 25:36Speaker 1: be skipping steps. Ooops, y'all be skipping steps. And I'm
- 25:41Speaker 1: not saying one two seven create a union, in a
- 25:49Speaker 1: in a space for where kids can thrive and be stable.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yep, come on.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Now, listen. If it were me, I dropped that motherfucker.
- 26:00Speaker 1: You hear me, I'll be going to law school, handling
- 26:02Speaker 1: my business and putting my career that if that time
- 26:07Speaker 1: comes and I do find a man to marry and
- 26:11Speaker 1: we have kids, guess what. Because of my law degree
- 26:15Speaker 1: and all of the things that I have done and accomplished,
- 26:17Speaker 1: I'll be able to provide for my kids and help.
- 26:20Speaker 1: And if that nigga get out of hand and start
- 26:23Speaker 1: doing some crazy shit and I gotta raise these kids
- 26:25Speaker 1: on my own, guess what I secured my position. I'm
- 26:29Speaker 1: good either way. That's what you gotta do. That's what
- 26:33Speaker 1: you gotta do. Don't be having kids just to be
- 26:36Speaker 1: having kids because that nigga said he wants to because
- 26:38Speaker 1: guess what, as soon as you get barefoot and pregnant,
- 26:40Speaker 1: he gonna be scrolling down his timeline looking for the
- 26:46Speaker 1: next one and telling her the same thing. Wow, no, no, no,
- 26:52Speaker 1: I call red flag. He's a walking red flag. You
- 26:58Speaker 1: cannot be okay with this, Lisa, Absolutely not, absolutely no work.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Just so first have them kids later.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I love.
- 27:11Speaker 1: That's what I would do if it.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Would mean yes, because.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Oh, because niggas will try to trap you absolutely predicament
- 27:22Speaker 1: and leave you high and dry and then you know.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Trying niggas even like people will play the family role,
- 27:29Speaker 2: they'll try to play the family role with you know,
- 27:33Speaker 2: they'll go in like trying to control shit, like it's
- 27:36Speaker 2: more of an ego thing for them, Like they don't
- 27:39Speaker 2: want to actually raise a family. And that's something lacking too.
- 27:43Speaker 2: You gotta look at people for how and like why
- 27:46Speaker 2: they want to live? Yeah, what do you want to
- 27:50Speaker 2: do while you're on this planet? What are like you're
- 27:52Speaker 2: talking about raising a family? Bringing another human niggas say
- 27:56Speaker 2: that ship now to be set. Oh, I'm gonna put
- 27:58Speaker 2: my babies in her.
- 28:00Speaker 1: You know what do you mean? And I feel like
- 28:05Speaker 1: that's a sense of control too, because while you're at
- 28:08Speaker 1: home with the baby, he can go out and do
- 28:10Speaker 1: whatever the fuck he want to do. Whatever that is
- 28:14Speaker 1: because you always you already said he's not financially stable.
- 28:19Speaker 1: M girl ship Hm hmm, girl, you got to take
- 28:24Speaker 1: my advice. We got a nigga where he at.
- 28:31Speaker 2: But love you lots, Lisa, Love you lots, Lisa.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Listen, I'm trying good choices. Okay, that's not a good one.
- 28:49Speaker 2: But I love y'all.
- 28:50Speaker 1: I thank y'all for sending me y'all advice questions. I
- 28:54Speaker 1: enjoy reading them, I enjoy responding to them. And if
- 28:57Speaker 1: you want to keep and continue to send them, please
- 29:00Speaker 1: send them to my email at Larry Provido at gmail
- 29:04Speaker 1: dot com. And until next week.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Bane all right, so time to troll the timeline. It's
- 29:11Speaker 2: some fuckery on this timeline this week. Them noodles are good,
- 29:16Speaker 2: ain't they? She is fucking them noodles.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I'm hungry.
- 29:28Speaker 2: We'll let her. We've heard.
- 29:33Speaker 10: We've heard a lot about the fact that Democrats have
- 29:37Speaker 10: been talking about Elon Musk, and let me give you
- 29:40Speaker 10: a news alert.
- 29:41Speaker 11: We're not gonna stop talking about him.
- 29:42Speaker 10: We're gonna keep talking about him until he is out
- 29:45Speaker 10: of here.
- 29:46Speaker 11: Now.
- 29:46Speaker 10: If he wants to be elected or appointed and confirmed
- 29:49Speaker 10: to something, then so be it. But as of right now,
- 29:52Speaker 10: we have somebody there for whatever reason. I don't know
- 29:55Speaker 10: if y'all just trying to play in our face because
- 29:56Speaker 10: you think we're stupid, or if you literally just cannot
- 30:00Speaker 10: see the difference in a George Soros and a Bill Gates.
- 30:02Speaker 10: But let me give you a little bit of the difference.
- 30:04Speaker 10: Number one, George Soros nor Bill Gates. Ever, somehow decided
- 30:09Speaker 10: to turn off the specket of money that was going
- 30:12Speaker 10: through to various organizations and agencies to the extent that
- 30:17Speaker 10: it had actually been ordered by law that they should
- 30:21Speaker 10: have access to it, to the extent that people are dying.
- 30:24Speaker 10: There are people that have died as a result of
- 30:26Speaker 10: this antic And there are now farmers that are screaming
- 30:30Speaker 10: that they may lose their family farms because we have
- 30:32Speaker 10: over five hundred million dollars worth of food that is
- 30:35Speaker 10: sitting and not going anywhere because of the attempt to
- 30:39Speaker 10: shut down USA.
- 30:40Speaker 11: So let me tell you that is.
- 30:42Speaker 10: The big difference between the two of them.
- 30:44Speaker 11: And let me also tell you that a big.
- 30:46Speaker 10: Difference between Democrats and Republicans is that we don't just
- 30:48Speaker 10: say we believe in the Constitution, but we walk it
- 30:51Speaker 10: like we talk it.
- 30:52Speaker 11: What does that mean. That means that if we believe in.
- 30:54Speaker 10: The Constitution, we don't just pick out the Second Amendment
- 30:57Speaker 10: and say that it is limitless, nor do we pick
- 30:59Speaker 10: out the first amens and say that it is limitless.
- 31:01Speaker 10: The thing about the Constitution is that it has always
- 31:04Speaker 10: been a balancing test. There are limits to this and
- 31:08Speaker 10: right now what we continue to hear from a certain
- 31:11Speaker 10: side of the aisle is that there are no limits
- 31:13Speaker 10: to this lawlessness. In fact, there are limits, and I
- 31:18Speaker 10: can tell you that one of those limits typically is
- 31:21Speaker 10: around hate crimes.
- 31:22Speaker 11: You may or may not know that.
- 31:24Speaker 10: When it comes down to it, if somebody decides that
- 31:26Speaker 10: they want to send something hateful and say the US Mail,
- 31:31Speaker 10: they can actually go to prison for that, up to
- 31:33Speaker 10: five years in prison.
- 31:35Speaker 11: So, yes, there are always going to be limits.
- 31:38Speaker 10: So when we start to talk about Trump and him
- 31:42Speaker 10: being pulled down on any platform, this just happened to
- 31:47Speaker 10: be after he incited an insurrection. This just happened to
- 31:50Speaker 10: be after, in a bipartisan way, this particular chamber decided
- 31:55Speaker 10: that they.
- 31:55Speaker 11: Were going to impeach him.
- 31:57Speaker 10: So there was something a little different about what he did, because,
- 32:01Speaker 10: as we know, it led to people actually dying. But
- 32:04Speaker 10: let's talk about who's doing the nefarious things with the
- 32:08Speaker 10: tech giants, because I don't think that one side of
- 32:13Speaker 10: the islis is promoting truth, but sometimes it may seem
- 32:16Speaker 10: a little treason iss. All right, So we've got this
- 32:20Speaker 10: article right here about this guy.
- 32:22Speaker 11: Meta says it will end its fact checking program on
- 32:25Speaker 11: social media post. I'll talk about that a little bit later.
- 32:29Speaker 10: Then we have Washington Post says it will not endorse
- 32:32Speaker 10: a candidate for president. We also know that actually they
- 32:36Speaker 10: absolutely intended.
- 32:37Speaker 11: To endorse Kamala Harris. We have this when Google Maps now.
- 32:41Speaker 10: Show Golf of America instead of Golf of Mexico for
- 32:46Speaker 10: app users in the United States, which is a complete
- 32:49Speaker 10: farce because it's the Golf of Mexico it always has been.
- 32:52Speaker 10: And we know that the ap got kicked out yesterday
- 32:55Speaker 10: because they refuse to buy into this lie. That's all, y'all.
- 33:00Speaker 10: Really want to promote is lies. That's the big issues
- 33:03Speaker 10: that we have. Elon Musk boosted false USA conspiracy theories
- 33:08Speaker 10: to shut down Global Aid. Now while he was boosting
- 33:11Speaker 10: those lies about USAID, and he was stopping money going
- 33:16Speaker 10: for say things such as head Start, somehow the only
- 33:20Speaker 10: money that didn't stop with the money to him and
- 33:22Speaker 10: his organization. Now, I don't know how you can have
- 33:25Speaker 10: him be the watchdog as well as the guy that
- 33:28Speaker 10: is literally living.
- 33:30Speaker 11: Off of the government.
- 33:31Speaker 10: If we want to talk about government welfare, it looks
- 33:34Speaker 10: like Elon Musk. Because it's my understanding that just on
- 33:37Speaker 10: yesterday a new contract was approved for approximately three hundred
- 33:42Speaker 10: million dollars for Elon Musk. So listen, I just want
- 33:46Speaker 10: y'all to be honest. You want to sit here, you
- 33:48Speaker 10: want to lie, because so often we hear well, you know, yeah,
- 33:52Speaker 10: we did lie. In fact, he admitted that he lied
- 33:55Speaker 10: when he was in the Oval office yesterday. But if
- 33:58Speaker 10: it's a lie that will get you into office, such
- 34:00Speaker 10: as saying I know nothing about project twenty twenty five,
- 34:04Speaker 10: yet on day one, you literally do everything that you
- 34:07Speaker 10: can to implement it, including making sure that you put
- 34:11Speaker 10: say one of the main architects of Project twenty twenty
- 34:14Speaker 10: five over the O and B. It's okay so long
- 34:17Speaker 10: as you get the power that you seek. The problem
- 34:21Speaker 10: is that the game is going to be on the
- 34:23Speaker 10: American people. And when I say the American people, I
- 34:26Speaker 10: mean all of us. Unfortunately, I am also suck in
- 34:29Speaker 10: the twilight zone because of the lives that were allowed
- 34:32Speaker 10: to be propagated. Just like when you're talking about vaccines
- 34:36Speaker 10: and all this nonsense. Right now, in my state of Texas,
- 34:39Speaker 10: there is an outbreak of measles, and what they are
- 34:42Speaker 10: finding is that because there's been so much disinformation about
- 34:46Speaker 10: vaccines that kids are sick right now with measles that
- 34:50Speaker 10: they did not have to have if they just trusted
- 34:54Speaker 10: doctors and experts instead of randoms online. So I will
- 34:58Speaker 10: end by saying this, miss Chairman, because I know we
- 35:01Speaker 10: believe in Jesus in this chamber. In John eight and
- 35:06Speaker 10: thirty two, it says the truth shall set you free,
- 35:10Speaker 10: So maybe we should focus on a little bit of
- 35:13Speaker 10: truth in this chamber.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Sorry, it's time the troll trolls. It has been a
- 35:21Speaker 2: week in entertainment. Have you been keeping up of most stuff?
- 35:27Speaker 1: Eh? Some stuff? Something start my eyes some didn't.
- 35:34Speaker 2: This news cycle is so like crazy that everything that
- 35:38Speaker 2: should be amplified really isn't. It's so hard to like
- 35:42Speaker 2: pick a trending story because everything is happening all at once.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Let's start up, do we care? I mean we don't,
- 35:51Speaker 2: but you know, uh, Kanye and it's new wife. They
- 35:56Speaker 2: have no free notes, they have none, they have no
- 36:01Speaker 2: pre notes, and they have divorced talk in the Okay,
- 36:07Speaker 2: let me just read the story. So it looks like
- 36:10Speaker 2: this is not the story. This is me paraphrasing, but
- 36:13Speaker 2: it looks like Kanye West and his new wife Beyonca
- 36:17Speaker 2: censory or sensory? And how do you say that Beyonca's
- 36:21Speaker 2: censory or is in my mind when I read it
- 36:24Speaker 2: all I've only read her name because I don't watch
- 36:26Speaker 2: it on TV. But anyways, they're making headlines again, and
- 36:30Speaker 2: this time it's not for a new album. It's about
- 36:33Speaker 2: the dreaded D word not it that word divorce. So
- 36:40Speaker 2: here's the school. Turns out that Kanye and her didn't
- 36:43Speaker 2: bother with the prenupte before tying to not. I mean,
- 36:47Speaker 2: that's like I don't know, going to a buffet being
- 36:51Speaker 2: like I'll skip the plates and Anyways, they've reportedly called
- 36:55Speaker 2: divorce lawyers, and just a few weeks into their marriage
- 36:59Speaker 2: and they're already thinking about how to split the pie.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Except in this case it's probably a multi billion I'm sorry,
- 37:05Speaker 2: multi million dollar pie.
- 37:09Speaker 1: So do I need to say yes, I'm not surprised.
- 37:17Speaker 2: I never thought the Leapords would be nothing. Shout out
- 37:21Speaker 2: to Francesca Reid for that, Jim, because whoa Oh.
- 37:28Speaker 1: I can't even say I didn't see this coming.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Come on now, Kanye, the fall of Kanye. I'm mad. Hey,
- 37:38Speaker 2: you remember them damn White Lives Matter hoodies? He had
- 37:42Speaker 2: him and Ambarrose.
- 37:44Speaker 9: Mm hmm.
- 37:47Speaker 2: I've just seen this guy take L after L after
- 37:50Speaker 2: or b L after L after L.
- 37:52Speaker 1: I don't know what's what's going on with him. I
- 37:55Speaker 1: like the Kanye West that that was during a hurricane
- 37:59Speaker 1: contry and got on got his black ass on National
- 38:03Speaker 1: TV and say Bush and said Bush doesn't like black people.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Where is that Kanye West at? I don't like that Kanye.
- 38:11Speaker 2: I do not like going down conspiracy theories. And I
- 38:14Speaker 2: know that he's had a lot of trauma. You know,
- 38:18Speaker 2: he's had two divorces, he got babies out here.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Listen and people saying he had clone.
- 38:26Speaker 12: But you know.
- 38:29Speaker 2: You will not start with these conspiracies. Listen.
- 38:33Speaker 1: The people said that he didn't got his mind fondled
- 38:36Speaker 1: with That's what they said. I didn't make this up.
- 38:39Speaker 2: But what you're talking about out you mean to get out? Yeah, yeah, no, no,
- 38:47Speaker 2: no no.
- 38:49Speaker 1: That's what I heard.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Child. No no, no, don't know. Okay, what you got well.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Diddy's legal team has released a statement after attorney Tony
- 39:06Speaker 1: Busby moved to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit using the Muggle
- 39:11Speaker 1: and jay Z of sexually assaulting a thirteen year old
- 39:14Speaker 1: girl in two thousand, which I'm not surprised jet Listen,
- 39:21Speaker 1: jay Z don't talk. He don't talk to us, He
- 39:23Speaker 1: don't talk to the media. Really, he just be you know,
- 39:27Speaker 1: silently making moves exactly so for him to come out
- 39:33Speaker 1: of the woodworks. As soon as this shit popped off,
- 39:36Speaker 1: I knew that nigga ain't do no shit like that.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Don't never talk.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Never he said, you got me fucked up. Listen, I'm
- 39:46Speaker 1: gonna defend my family. I'm gonna defend these claims. I
- 39:51Speaker 1: ain't do no wild shit, and y'all gonna hear from
- 39:55Speaker 1: me and so he did. And now see he dismissed
- 40:01Speaker 1: these claims. And it's so sad though, because this really
- 40:04Speaker 1: takes away from people having real situations.
- 40:10Speaker 2: It really does, and you know, it goes as a
- 40:13Speaker 2: bullying tactic with this overall climate, everybody's trying to push
- 40:17Speaker 2: a certain narrative if you really pay attention, and for
- 40:21Speaker 2: somebody like jay Z to be directly connected to somebody
- 40:27Speaker 2: who is an overwhelming influence right now and supported certain
- 40:32Speaker 2: people in this twenty twenty four election, it is I mean,
- 40:38Speaker 2: you'd be stupid not to connect those dots. Like everything
- 40:43Speaker 2: is playing out right in front of our faces. Yeah,
- 40:46Speaker 2: speaking of which, we're ready to talk about Kendrick and
- 40:51Speaker 2: the way he crypt walking across the entire Super Bowl
- 40:57Speaker 2: for us.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Can I just say black excellence, Kindred and I do
- 41:02Speaker 1: really just please insert some type of applause right here,
- 41:09Speaker 1: because baby, you deserve all the flowers, all the roses.
- 41:12Speaker 1: You did what you needed.
- 41:14Speaker 2: To do at the end, you did can be.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I feel sorry.
- 41:23Speaker 2: First off, let's just put this as a marker in
- 41:26Speaker 2: our show's history about February ninth, twenty twenty five. First off,
- 41:32Speaker 2: the artistry, Let's go Kendrick didn't just come to perform.
- 41:36Speaker 2: He came to make a statement. The symbolism on a set.
- 41:40Speaker 2: It was layered, well crafted. He incorporated elements that celebrated
- 41:46Speaker 2: black culture while simultaneously critiquing the sense of the systemic
- 41:51Speaker 2: bullshit that we have to still face, you know what
- 41:54Speaker 2: I'm saying. From the powerful visuals to the choreography, every
- 42:01Speaker 2: moment was intentional. It was like, for me, it was
- 42:06Speaker 2: like a journey through the struggles and the triumphs of
- 42:08Speaker 2: Black America, reminding us that our stories matter, you know
- 42:11Speaker 2: what I'm saying. Yeah, and especially in a moment, In
- 42:16Speaker 2: that moment, it's all about a spectacle. Now, let's not
- 42:19Speaker 2: ignore the backlash. Of course, so some folks were naive
- 42:23Speaker 2: Kendrick's unapologetic approach, and that's understandable in a country that
- 42:29Speaker 2: still grapples with its racist past and present. But here's
- 42:32Speaker 2: the thing. In twenty twenty five, as a black gay
- 42:36Speaker 2: man living in a society riddled with racist ads and discrimination,
- 42:42Speaker 2: for me, I can say Kendrick's performance was not just necessary,
- 42:46Speaker 2: it was vital. It was like a rallying cry for
- 42:53Speaker 2: a community that often feels marginalized. It reminded me that
- 42:59Speaker 2: We deserve to be seen, we deserve to be heard,
- 43:02Speaker 2: We deserve to be celebrated in all our complexities. You
- 43:05Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, Yep, Like you look at today's
- 43:10Speaker 2: political climate where black voices are still fighting to break
- 43:14Speaker 2: through the noise, and then you got Kendrick, whose artistry
- 43:18Speaker 2: serves as both are mirror and a megaphone. This nigga
- 43:23Speaker 2: is pushing us to confront uncomfortable truths while also uplifting
- 43:28Speaker 2: our culture. So while some may squawk and complain about
- 43:33Speaker 2: his boldness, I'm celebrating the fact that he's challenging the
- 43:37Speaker 2: status quo.
- 43:38Speaker 1: What was your favorite part of that in that performance?
- 43:42Speaker 2: Well, you know, I'm ratchet, so I cackled. I cackled
- 43:47Speaker 2: when he gave that little I eat shit grin at
- 43:52Speaker 2: the camera. I was like, say, Drake, like, I'm young,
- 43:57Speaker 2: way haul it? I all lord, And.
- 44:04Speaker 1: He had the crowd saying the A minor part as well.
- 44:07Speaker 1: I heard it.
- 44:08Speaker 2: It was and you see he didn't say everybody hold on.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Everybody else said it.
- 44:14Speaker 13: Mm hmmm.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Can we deal with the amount of white people that
- 44:19Speaker 2: I saw on TikTok that did not know what that
- 44:26Speaker 2: song was about? And I'm just like but there's lawsuits
- 44:30Speaker 2: out about it. Drake got a I don't even think
- 44:33Speaker 2: Drake knew because his his lawsuits includes anti semitism. What
- 44:38Speaker 2: what's the antisemitic about? Not like us?
- 44:41Speaker 1: Nothing? But because.
- 44:45Speaker 2: Just like you, I'm allowed to not like you. I mean,
- 44:52Speaker 2: I got nothing to do with the fact that you're
- 44:54Speaker 2: doing what not like us? What are you doing?
- 45:01Speaker 1: My favorite friend was when he had all those black
- 45:05Speaker 1: men come out dressed in the colors of the flag
- 45:09Speaker 1: and when they made that flag. I understood what he
- 45:13Speaker 1: meant by that America was built on the backs of
- 45:17Speaker 1: black liliud And if y'all missed that while y'all talking
- 45:21Speaker 1: shit all on Facebook because a lot of you motherfuckers
- 45:24Speaker 1: pissed me off after the after the.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Imagine miss it? How can you?
- 45:32Speaker 1: How could that go over your head?
- 45:34Speaker 2: What on the Facebook?
- 45:37Speaker 1: That was waged? That was one of the worst performances ever.
- 45:41Speaker 1: He could have did this, He could have did that.
- 45:44Speaker 1: What was up with this part and him having them
- 45:46Speaker 1: niggas whistling and ship Did you not hear Samuel L.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Jackson playing Uncle Sam Yeah, basically narrating what the rules
- 45:59Speaker 1: of the when it comes to black people and how
- 46:02Speaker 1: they should act an American and what they should do.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Were y'all not listening?
- 46:05Speaker 2: Who didn't? Who didnt? People? That's how I get why
- 46:13Speaker 2: I get while white people didn't get it. I do
- 46:15Speaker 2: not understand the fact that anybody with melanin in their
- 46:19Speaker 2: skin is somehow like thrown off by this.
- 46:23Speaker 1: What do you mean because y'all wanted to be entertained
- 46:26Speaker 1: and y'all missed it. He didn't come to entertain you niggas.
- 46:29Speaker 1: He came to educate you niggas.
- 46:31Speaker 2: That's Hendrick's vibe, That's who he is.
- 46:34Speaker 1: I seen so many people talk about, oh where Lord Wayne,
- 46:38Speaker 1: Oh we wanted to see cash money? They in New Orleans. Okay,
- 46:42Speaker 1: that's cool, that's great, but it'll come a time for them.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Right now, in this very moment, people needed to see
- 46:48Speaker 1: that black fucking message, period, and they did need it
- 46:52Speaker 1: to be done. You miss, I'm so sorry for you,
- 46:56Speaker 1: But run the take back, watch it again and watch
- 46:58Speaker 1: it with an open mind and then understand that he
- 47:01Speaker 1: was talking for you.
- 47:03Speaker 2: Do you mean to tell me? People are arguing that
- 47:05Speaker 2: it should have been Lil Wayne still Little Wayne, that
- 47:08Speaker 2: would have definitely came out and shouted out Donald Trump.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Did y'all forget about the pardon? Did y'all forget he
- 47:16Speaker 2: owes Trump? And have you not seen Trump going out
- 47:20Speaker 2: here cashing in on it? Everybody else's I O u's
- 47:24Speaker 2: and it even better.
- 47:26Speaker 1: Trump was in the audience. I tell you that he
- 47:31Speaker 1: did on National TV of this man. Fuck you. I'm
- 47:38Speaker 1: gonna say this black message because you don't want it
- 47:41Speaker 1: to be done, but there's nothing you can fucking do
- 47:43Speaker 1: about it. And this is what it is. Baby. I'm proud, Yes,
- 47:48Speaker 1: I'm proud of him. Yes, you did that, motherfucker.
- 47:52Speaker 2: You did that. It was more than just entertainment. It
- 47:56Speaker 2: was necessary moment of reflection for black America. And that's
- 48:00Speaker 2: exactly what we need right now. So shout out to
- 48:03Speaker 2: Kendrick Lamar Duck's work. You did decade ot and that
- 48:10Speaker 2: is why you are my faves. You and Beyonce are
- 48:14Speaker 2: my faves. I mean, that's that's always been their vibe.
- 48:19Speaker 2: Kendrick talks about his pen. You know, that's that's who
- 48:23Speaker 2: he calls his bitch, his pen. If you listen to
- 48:26Speaker 2: his music, his music has always been about education. He's
- 48:30Speaker 2: not talking about a whole bunch of hoes. Happy y'all,
- 48:33Speaker 2: that sat there and box your head to mister Morale,
- 48:36Speaker 2: never actually stopped to listen to what he said. Go
- 48:40Speaker 2: back and listen to mister Morale and tell me that
- 48:43Speaker 2: you don't understand what impact or where Kendrick comes from.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Please speaking of other people, I'm sorry other black people
- 48:55Speaker 2: that whoops, some ass. Did you hear about what happened
- 48:58Speaker 2: over in Lincoln Heights. No, I can tell you this
- 49:04Speaker 2: news cycle is so fast right now you won't miss
- 49:08Speaker 2: certain shit. So over the weekend, a neo Nazi demonstration
- 49:15Speaker 2: went down near the community over in Lincoln Heights and
- 49:20Speaker 2: it was just about as ugly as you might have thought.
- 49:23Speaker 2: It went. So these white folks rolled in trying to
- 49:27Speaker 2: spread they hate, thinking they could pull some intimidation tactics
- 49:31Speaker 2: like in the sixties all over again. But then they
- 49:35Speaker 2: showed up in the Lincoln Heights right, and Lincoln Heights said,
- 49:41Speaker 2: oh okay cool. So according to the police body camp
- 49:47Speaker 2: body cam footage, things got tense. You had these hate
- 49:52Speaker 2: field demonstrators trying to provoke the locals. They had flags
- 49:56Speaker 2: out there and everything, like they hung a flag lyric
- 50:00Speaker 2: what I saw like on the on the news. They
- 50:03Speaker 2: hung a flag over a bridge and it was a
- 50:06Speaker 2: Nazi flag added out there. Niggas got word right back
- 50:12Speaker 2: to the story. People came out to show love and unity.
- 50:17Speaker 2: I'm sorry, you know, they like literally came out to
- 50:20Speaker 2: show black people. Was like, oh, hell no. So apparently
- 50:24Speaker 2: they took the flag from them, they burned the flag
- 50:28Speaker 2: and yeah, it's just it just served as a reminder
- 50:34Speaker 2: that we ain't gonna let nobody come into our space.
- 50:38Speaker 2: And uh, you know, so you hate, it's not gonna happen.
- 50:42Speaker 2: It's not just about Lincoln Heights though. This is about
- 50:45Speaker 2: the ongoing struggle against hate and bigotry everywhere. This is
- 50:50Speaker 2: the world where we see our communities targeted by racists
- 50:54Speaker 2: by their ideology, you know, by like this ideological bullshit.
- 50:59Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, is what what's going on,
- 51:01Speaker 2: but it's crucial that we stand up and make our
- 51:04Speaker 2: voices heard. We've come too far, y'all to let these
- 51:11Speaker 2: and these white throwbacks in my life.
- 51:15Speaker 1: M m m So speaking of bigotry, Okay, the US
- 51:24Speaker 1: Army bars transgender people from enlisting and in gender affirming
- 51:29Speaker 1: care services.
- 51:30Speaker 2: That was my news to make you nonxiously. Now it's
- 51:34Speaker 2: all good, Go ahead.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Well, This happened right after an executive order was signed
- 51:41Speaker 1: by President Trump on January twenty seventh. Order directed the
- 51:46Speaker 1: Pentagon to determine a policy for transgender service members within
- 51:49Speaker 1: thirty days. Trump's order stated that expressing a gender identity
- 51:54Speaker 1: is inconsistent with an individual sex complex with a soldier's
- 51:57Speaker 1: commitment to an honorable, truthful, and disciplined lifestyle, even in
- 52:02Speaker 1: one's personal life, and that those doing so cannot satisfy
- 52:06Speaker 1: the rigorous standards necessary for military services.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Unfortunate, Okay, Well that's all I'm gonna say, because if
- 52:24Speaker 2: you don't see it, I can't explain it, Like it's
- 52:30Speaker 2: right here in your face, what he's doing. He's eliminating
- 52:37Speaker 2: any and everybody that can stand in his way. If
- 52:42Speaker 2: you don't see it, I can't explain it to you.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Prove to me why I'm wrong. I'll tell you that.
- 52:49Speaker 2: If you don't agree with me, prove to me why
- 52:51Speaker 2: I'm wrong, And you can do that via email WRTR
- 52:56Speaker 2: Radio at gmail dot com. We can have a conference
- 52:59Speaker 2: call and do whatever it is that you feel like
- 53:01Speaker 2: you need to. But speaking of more hatred out of
- 53:04Speaker 2: the White House, a friend of mine, you well, you
- 53:10Speaker 2: know Heather. Heather sent me, she sent me a screenshot
- 53:15Speaker 2: of the White Now, y'all know I'm not on Facebook,
- 53:18Speaker 2: So because I'm not on Facebook, I can't you know,
- 53:22Speaker 2: I can't see all the posts all the time. But
- 53:24Speaker 2: she sent me a screenshot of the White House, and
- 53:30Speaker 2: they shared this meme on Valentine's Day yesterday where it
- 53:35Speaker 2: said I'm looking for the actual meme. This is on Heather.
- 53:41Speaker 2: It says, roses are red, violets are blue, come here
- 53:46Speaker 2: illegally and will deport you. And it's a picture of
- 53:51Speaker 2: Trump and it's like pink and it's got a heart
- 53:55Speaker 2: swirling around like it's ridiculous and like satirical, like funny, no,
- 54:03Speaker 2: like I'm trying to make it. I'm the only reason
- 54:07Speaker 2: I chuckled at it is because it's so ridiculous that
- 54:13Speaker 2: this would come out of the White House. This is
- 54:16Speaker 2: like something that I would expect somebody like a teenager
- 54:20Speaker 2: in high school to post, like with very radical or
- 54:25Speaker 2: very right wing kind of views. This is not something
- 54:28Speaker 2: that I would think that will come out of an administration,
- 54:31Speaker 2: even if you did not support it, like, for example,
- 54:36Speaker 2: historically the church does not support the LGBTQ community, but
- 54:43Speaker 2: they're not going to post something calling, you know, being
- 54:47Speaker 2: like hey fags or something like that. They're not going
- 54:50Speaker 2: to do it. So for this to come out of
- 54:52Speaker 2: the White House on Valentine's Day is kind of like
- 54:57Speaker 2: a joke or kind of like just to dig at
- 55:01Speaker 2: the very people that you're sitting here trying to like harm.
- 55:09Speaker 2: And this came right after I watched a TikTok video
- 55:12Speaker 2: where this young queer guy was just in tears and
- 55:17Speaker 2: maybe it was the cracking of his voice or the
- 55:22Speaker 2: pain in his tears that I saw where he was
- 55:25Speaker 2: just crying that his mom just got deported. And I
- 55:30Speaker 2: saw that, and then shortly after Heather sent me that
- 55:34Speaker 2: screenshot and I'm just like, this is different than anything
- 55:42Speaker 2: that I felt before, Like I felt it, but just
- 55:46Speaker 2: maybe not to this magnitude, just the overwhelming hatred, Like
- 55:52Speaker 2: this is evil. This is what evil feels like.
- 55:56Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is I'm not surprised by it.
- 56:00Speaker 1: And you said high school, but I wouldn't even say
- 56:03Speaker 1: high school. There are people on they're grown people who
- 56:05Speaker 1: would actually send that or post that. You know, certainly
- 56:11Speaker 1: it was probably made by somebody. I mean, you said
- 56:14Speaker 1: it came from the White House.
- 56:17Speaker 2: The Official White Book, I'm sorry, the official white House
- 56:21Speaker 2: Facebook account, and you know I had summer, you know,
- 56:25Speaker 2: I put the right up together. It was off of
- 56:29Speaker 2: what is this, NBC News New York.
- 56:34Speaker 1: So that's like them saying roses are red, violets are black,
- 56:41Speaker 1: let violets are black. If you're if you're doing something wrong,
- 56:48Speaker 1: you're probably black, or some wild shit like that. That's
- 56:51Speaker 1: the same.
- 56:51Speaker 13: Yeah, ye see, that still would never You wouldn't have
- 56:55Speaker 13: expected in twenty twenty five for this kind of rhetoric
- 56:59Speaker 13: to come from the White House, like you would expect
- 57:02Speaker 13: it to come out of Trump's mouth.
- 57:04Speaker 2: I would expect this to come across from Trump's accounts
- 57:09Speaker 2: like truth Social or even Elon Musk. I would expect
- 57:13Speaker 2: to hear these kinds of things from them, but from
- 57:16Speaker 2: a representative site that is supposed to like the White
- 57:21Speaker 2: House is supposed to be representative of all of America
- 57:25Speaker 2: or at least the voice of all of America. Like
- 57:28Speaker 2: that's why they have briefings at the White House, that's
- 57:31Speaker 2: why there's a press room in the White House. So
- 57:34Speaker 2: for this different kind of hatred and shit to just
- 57:38Speaker 2: spill out from these sources, this is bigger.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I mean, it's different now though they have Elon Musk
- 57:46Speaker 1: like making freaking decisions about the American people, Like come on, now,
- 57:51Speaker 1: he's not an elected official. And I said this last week.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Who elected this man? Why is he able to have
- 57:57Speaker 1: access to the American people's private information, financial stuff and
- 58:02Speaker 1: all of that stuff? Like, no that, But this is
- 58:05Speaker 1: the year of them thinking they can do whatever the
- 58:07Speaker 1: fuck they want to and get away with it, and
- 58:10Speaker 1: until the Demo, the Democrats get through to the Republicans
- 58:15Speaker 1: and get some assistance with this, which I actually do
- 58:18Speaker 1: not see happening, only because a lot of them are
- 58:21Speaker 1: probably scared that they'll be out of their position and
- 58:23Speaker 1: they're more concerned with that than actually doing the right
- 58:25Speaker 1: thing and getting it. A crazy ass nigga out of
- 58:28Speaker 1: the office. I mean, I don't know, I don't know.
- 58:31Speaker 1: He basically said this election was stolen in so many words,
- 58:35Speaker 1: and said it in front of everyone. Elon Musk a
- 58:40Speaker 1: tech giant, he knows about computers.
- 58:43Speaker 2: We wane, did you see him that?
- 58:47Speaker 1: He basically said, like, this is what it is, this
- 58:50Speaker 1: is what we did, like and nobody's doing anything about it.
- 58:53Speaker 2: Nobody did and okay, let's just let's keep it a fuck, y'all.
- 59:01Speaker 2: But the ridiculousness of this whole situation is that it's
- 59:05Speaker 2: not even a story. Like I'm pissed off about it,
- 59:08Speaker 2: but that's not the story. Like we're out here dealing
- 59:10Speaker 2: with real issues like healthcare, education, the economy, and yet
- 59:14Speaker 2: here we are, you know, talking about memes and stuff,
- 59:18Speaker 2: because like, this is the distraction. This is what it is.
- 59:22Speaker 2: Let's call it what it is. It's a desperate attempt
- 59:25Speaker 2: to distract us from the real problems while pushing hate.
- 59:30Speaker 2: That's just what it is. Girl. Did you see Elon's
- 59:33Speaker 2: baby sitting there wifing buggers all over Trump's death?
- 59:38Speaker 1: And then right, that's right, boo, that's right, books on
- 59:44Speaker 1: there because that death can't worth ship right now.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Yeah, but did you see where he told Trump you're
- 59:54Speaker 2: not the president anyway, because.
- 59:59Speaker 1: That's what he's hearing at home. That's what they're hearing
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: at home.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm glad you got TikTok again, because TikTok breaks
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: the ship down for you niggas be like, oh shit,
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: and you don't even realize do we care about anything else?
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Because I don't do no, no, damn.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Let's see let's end on a good note.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: Okay, yes, you try something different. Yeah.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: The Wayne's Family is set to be inducted into the
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame work.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought they would always be. I thought they already.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: You know, niggas. Niggas re late to shit all right
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: in the state meant Derrick Johnson, the NAACP President and CEO, said,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: for decades, the Wayne's family has been at the forefront
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: of comedy, breaking barriers and opening doors for waves of entertainers.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Their trailblazing work and television, film, and stand up has
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: transcended pop culture and cemented their legacy. Recognizing the achievements
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: with the induction is a celebration of a multi generational
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: legacy that continues to advance and uplift communities. It is
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: about time too, because listen, I've been watching them nigga
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: since damn in Loving Color.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna get you, sucker like I'm gonna be
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: a minister South Central, bring your juice in the hood.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Oh and movies, you know what I'm saying, classic shit.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Yeah about the time.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Mm hmm, blank man, that was one of my favorite movies.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: You hear me?
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: And The thing is about the Wings that I like
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: is that they're family. It's so talented in so many
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: different ways, and they're like, like, you got gays, you
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: got trends, you got the you know, you got talented,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: you got the actors, you got the business people. Like
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: it's a little bit of everybody in the Wings, and
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: they all celebrate one another. And because they all celebrate
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: one another, we all know. They see how that works,
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: see how you know.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: You know, And it's so amazing that they kept their
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: family unit so tight over all of these years, being
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: in such a treacherous industry like the entertainment industry. They
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: din't let Hollywood get to them and break their family
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: up and influence them in any way. They stayed a
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: family and I love it. I love it. And they
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: were able to have a legacy. Like right now, when
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I think which one of which one is that one
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: of them has a show called Papa's House. No, not Sean.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Marlin, not Hitting.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: Who played in Major Pat. Yes, Damon and his son
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: have their own series called Papa's House. Now it's cool
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: to see that guy. Now, Yeah, that dynamic and see
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: that legacy kind of being passed on and the torch
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: being passed on, so like maybe him and his son
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: will continue on the legacy and you know, do stand
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: up and keep the family name popping.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: Somebody's got you, lack of better words.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: So yeah, congratulations to them. That's a wonderful day.
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: That's all.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: I really cared about this because I was busy and
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: besides sexy Red doing ratchet shit, I really wasn't entertained
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: by anything else.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Who oh yeah, no, yeah, I'm gonna talk about that
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: up next on untien behavior.
- 1:03:42Speaker 14: Right now, let's be clear about what's happening right now
- 1:03:47Speaker 14: in Washington, d C. Elon Musk is the wealthiest guy
- 1:03:52Speaker 14: in the world. He contributed two hundred and seventy million
- 1:03:56Speaker 14: dollars to elect Donald Trump as president prize surprise. He
- 1:04:02Speaker 14: is now having the most important job in the United
- 1:04:06Speaker 14: States government. That's what happens when you make a huge
- 1:04:10Speaker 14: campaign contribution. And by the way, Musk today is one
- 1:04:16Speaker 14: hundred and fifty billion billion dollars wealthier than he was
- 1:04:22Speaker 14: before Trump was elected. How's that not bad?
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: Now?
- 1:04:26Speaker 14: What Musk is trying to do right now is to
- 1:04:29Speaker 14: destroy USAID, a program which helps hungry and sick children
- 1:04:35Speaker 14: all over the world. The poorest people of the world.
- 1:04:38Speaker 14: That's what the richest guy in the world is doing today.
- 1:04:41Speaker 14: He's going after Usaid. Trust me, Tomorrow he will be
- 1:04:46Speaker 14: going after the programs that impact you and your family.
- 1:04:49Speaker 14: That is Medicaid, that is Medicare, that is community health centers,
- 1:04:54Speaker 14: that is education, that is pilgrams, that is affordable housing. Together,
- 1:04:59Speaker 14: we are going to se end up and fight back,
- 1:05:02Speaker 14: get organized, and tell Trump that this country is a democracy.
- 1:05:06Speaker 14: The government is supposed to work for all of us,
- 1:05:09Speaker 14: not just a billionaire class. So stand up and fight back.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: We can do it.
- 1:05:14Speaker 14: We can stop them.
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: Thank you, Margie says, you'll live. We're back.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: So we've gotten questions Lyaric asking what's wrong with Taylor.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: Let's run with Terence to man and why I guess
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: I don't necessarily care for her. So I thought I
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: explained it a while back, but you know, the show's old,
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: and it's been off and on, and it was probably
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: years ago, and the archives we no longer have access to.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: So I'll try to explain it again. And just to
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: be clear, when I say who, it's not only about
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: Taylor and it wasn't just her. When I say who,
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: or refuse to acknowledge a name. It's my personal way
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: of saying, what is it that they do? And we're
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: seeing this all play out now in the music industry
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: and politics and our friendships, in our everyday lives. People
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: are divided, and it's truly only the real niggas standing
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: on business. Y'all talked about real niggas versus real niggas
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: versus the rest of y'all. Y'all talked about this shit
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: for years, and now we are truly seeing who is
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: for us and who use the culture to elevate themselves
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: and themselves only Snoop, Nelly, Soldier boy Rick Frost. Now
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: boys to men, you got amber Rose, you got Kanye,
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: Lil Wayne. The list is growing of these people that
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: the Black community us. We put them niggas up on
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: a pedestal for fame and fortune. It was our dollars,
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: our fandom, our influence that amplified theirs. For them to
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: only turn around and use that same influence, the gas
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: and movement meant to destroy the very culture that helped
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: elevate them niggas in the first place. And maybe it's
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: because I've done podcasting for so long that I see
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: these stories and remember them a bit more than the
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: average person. That's, you know, allowed me to see through
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: the facade. Or maybe it's just because I read and comprehend.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: Either way, it's this type of mentality that makes me
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: not support certain people in the already oversaturated music industry.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: We're force fed what is marketable and what's replicable. Heaven
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: forbid that if certain stars in the industry drop dead tomorrow,
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: but there would still be somebody in the works that
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: they like they can mold to replace that sound. It's
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: harder to do with black talent because we're also very
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: unique or diverse, and our numbers are already low. Plus
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: we come into any space already knowing we have to
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: be twenty times better than their best white to get
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: a fraction of their attention. So we win by default. Baby,
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: It's that simple. Furthermore, everything has our fingerprint on it
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: because we handbuilt all this shit. So half the time
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: I say ooh, it's because I either honestly haven't heard
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: of somebody, or it's my fourth raw ignorance of commercialism.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: I interpret art. I don't just dance when I hear music.
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: That's what Kendrick song means. When I hear music. It
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: makes me dance. I'm just fallout when somebody drops a
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: larger name. But y'all already struggle with ADHD, so I'm
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: not giving my already forced attention to anything that isn't
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: benefiting the collective. So yeah, Taylor Swift, Taylor who she
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: used her influence and support of vpers. Excellent, excellent start.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: I'll look forward to seeing what she does next. But
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: y'all coons have got to go the end.
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: That's it.
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: That's all. Second half of the show up next WRTR
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Real Talk Radio. We'll be right back.
- 1:09:17Speaker 12: Okay, the wedding is officially over, and now we can
- 1:09:19Speaker 12: talk about these special elections coming up and what you
- 1:09:21Speaker 12: can do to help. Even if you don't live in
- 1:09:23Speaker 12: Florida or New York, Democrats can actually take back the House.
- 1:09:26Speaker 12: And if Democrats take back the House, now orange boy
- 1:09:28Speaker 12: can't get any more. His stupid shit passed. If you
- 1:09:31Speaker 12: didn't know, there's three seats up for grabs between now
- 1:09:34Speaker 12: in June, two that are in Florida, one that is
- 1:09:36Speaker 12: in New York. But what does that mean for you?
- 1:09:38Speaker 12: If you don't live in either of those states, you
- 1:09:39Speaker 12: can't vote to get those people in step one post
- 1:09:43Speaker 12: about it. You need to reach as many Floridians and
- 1:09:45Speaker 12: as many people in New York as possible. I don't
- 1:09:48Speaker 12: care how small your platform is. Number two, there's a
- 1:09:51Speaker 12: young lady on this app by the name of Ze
- 1:09:53Speaker 12: runs campaigns. She's actually working with candidate Josh Wells out
- 1:09:56Speaker 12: of Florida. She has a website that you can go to.
- 1:09:59Speaker 12: I have put it in my links where you can
- 1:10:00Speaker 12: help donate on there. She has where you can text,
- 1:10:03Speaker 12: you can make phone calls, or if you're actually in Florida,
- 1:10:06Speaker 12: you can actually do canvassing. You may be thinking I
- 1:10:08Speaker 12: don't have money to donate to campaigns. Let me tell
- 1:10:11Speaker 12: you something. You think you don't have money, now, let
- 1:10:13Speaker 12: us not take control of that house. Things are only
- 1:10:15Speaker 12: gonna get worse. It takes a lot of people doing
- 1:10:18Speaker 12: a little bit.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: Think about it.
- 1:10:19Speaker 12: Just on TikTok, there was an older lady who needed
- 1:10:21Speaker 12: her portra replace. Some guys started to gofund me for her,
- 1:10:25Speaker 12: got that done through TikTok. Little boys who were building
- 1:10:28Speaker 12: a fort in the forest that did not impact anything
- 1:10:30Speaker 12: in our community, but look how much money they raised.
- 1:10:33Speaker 12: And then some fool got their page taken down. But
- 1:10:35Speaker 12: that's neither here nor there. Don't feel comfortable with going
- 1:10:37Speaker 12: through a third party person, you can go directly to
- 1:10:40Speaker 12: the candidate's websites. I'll put those in the link tree
- 1:10:42Speaker 12: as well. Step number three now reach out to people
- 1:10:45Speaker 12: you actually know. In my opinion, we have to do
- 1:10:47Speaker 12: something a little different than cold calling. Right when I
- 1:10:49Speaker 12: looked at my contacts, I have about two thousand people
- 1:10:52Speaker 12: in my contacts. You got a message from me. They're
- 1:10:54Speaker 12: more apt to pay attention. If I can get each
- 1:10:56Speaker 12: one of them to give a dollar to the campaign,
- 1:10:58Speaker 12: that's three thousand dollars. If I can get each one
- 1:11:00Speaker 12: of them to give five dollars to the campaign, that's
- 1:11:02Speaker 12: fifteen thousand. What if I wasn't the only person doing that.
- 1:11:06Speaker 12: It's time to stop talking about it and be about it.
- 1:11:08Speaker 12: You now have the opportunity, or you could be a
- 1:11:10Speaker 12: person that does nothing. But if they lose again, I
- 1:11:12Speaker 12: don't want to hear your mouth.
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: Jasus do ward, chake us, holl ago jake us, wherever
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: you go dr Real talk Radio.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: Okay, so we're back with the second half, and I
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: am so sorry I did forget something that I actually
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: gave a shit about this week.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: Go for it.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: Let's talk about two black women standing on business and
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: Shonda rhyme. Yes, they try to step back from the
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: Kennedy Center after President Donald Trump became tamman of the board.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: It's very how to show in DC at the Kennedy Center,
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: and she writes, Hey, DC fam, thank you so much
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: for selling out the Kennedy Center for an evening with me. Unfortunately,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: due to what I believe to be an infringement on
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: the value use of an institution that has faithfully celebrated
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: artists of all backgrounds through all mediums, I've decided to
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: cancel my opinions at this venue. What Thank you so
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: much for understanding, and I hope to see you soon.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: Love Isna.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Shanda also said fuck this shit behind from the Kennedy
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: Center board after Trump appointed himself to chairman. She says,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: if art is to nourish the roots of our culture
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: and society, must set the artist free to follow his
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: vision wherever it takes him. And this is of course
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: a quote from John F. Kennedy. She weren't having it
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: at all.
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: Okay, listen, I've always I've always stand for the Lisa
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: like in Shonda like I didn't get too much into
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: Shonda stuff. But Issa has definitely caught my attention on
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: everything that she does, everything that she has a hand,
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: and it has always been dope. So I mean, this
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: is on brand. I'm not surprised by that. That's not either.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: And I knew and I knew she was special when
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: she said at that Warn Award show.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: I'm going to root for black people.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Carriod, I'm going for everybody black.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that for you and us.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: Uh huh, Well, I don't love hearing about as we
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: hinted on at the beginning of the show, have you
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: heard about this panel of experts who's pushing for flu
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: vaccines for kids under five? No, and how this administration
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: is making it harder for families to keep their little
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: ones healthy. So we've got this advisory group recommending that
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: children and this age group should should get the flu shot,
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: which is super important because let's face it, kids little germs.
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: They they got the little germ factories. That's what they
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: are protecting them from. The flu isn't just about being
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: them healthy, It's about safeguarding irons higher community. And you
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: have here's what's here's where it gets frustrating. This administration
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: right now is making the whole vaccine conversation a heated
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: mess instead of supporting public health initiatives. There is so
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: in doubt, they're so in confusion, and it's downright harmful
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: to our way of life. We're living in a time
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: where misinformation spreads faster than a viral TikTok dance, and
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: the last thing we need is for families to feel
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: uncertain about getting their kids vaccinated. You got like outbreaks
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: right now, measles and shit and Texas. You hear about that?
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: Shit?
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: I did?
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: I did hear about that.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: You got flus popping up, You got people getting sick,
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: and you have this administration consistently cutting people out, forcing
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: people into early retire firing others, and then you have
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: people walking around like in these red states because it's
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: a sexist. You got people falling dead right in front
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: of you, girl, and you're like, m and got nothing
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: to do with me. I don't believe in the vaccines.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: It's all fake, thick news, like, are y'all okay?
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: Obviously not.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: At some point somebody has got to diagnose this. And
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: I'm not talking about the flu. I'm talking about this
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: mental crisis. That is going on right now. Yeah, with
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: the Caucasian community, and y'all are talking about whites Cramsy
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: Whitt's flamacy. What is supreme? First off, what's supreme about you?
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: It's a white inferiority trying to break out of whatever
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: mental box it keeps you in from just being happy,
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: being yourself? Is it because you've appropriated so many other
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: cultures that you lost who you are that you just
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: don't know because see, we never lost it, and we're
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: the only ones championing this ship right now.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: What is white culture?
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: Then it's literally.
- 1:16:19Speaker 15: Taken from everywhere else, that's all it is, and now
- 1:16:28Speaker 15: it's amplified.
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: Like you, they get it. But then there's this very
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: small group, mind you people, very small group that is
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: trying to oppress the rest of us with money, money,
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: pieces of paper with dead bureaucrats on it, and they
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: are trying to take your sense of livelihood, your safety.
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: That's what this administration is pushing in my opinion.
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: M m mmm.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: So, I mean, it's like trying to navigate amazed, blindfolded.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: It's chaotic, it's counterproductive. We need leaders who understand the
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: importance of science and public health, not ones who are
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: playing politics with kids' lives. People push for clarity, education,
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: access to vaccines. Every child deserves a healthy start in life,
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: every single one. At the end of the day, protecting
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: with children, your children should be your top priority. And
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: we can't let this, not this nonsense, derail that mission.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Listen, I'm letting it be known. I'm not getting no
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: type of shock. I'm not letting is getting no type
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: of shack. I didn't get the COVID shot, and look
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: what happened. I'm not judging those who decided to do so.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: And I find it very funny how a whole bunch
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: of bullshit happened after people who decided to get that job.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: Talking about this. I'm not talking about this new fangled stuff.
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: I'm talking about like childhood vaccine.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know that that was a thing too
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: that they was trying to make it. So if I
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: know my son, my son had to get it or
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: he couldn't go to college. They wouldn't let him back
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: on the campus. They were making kids get that shit
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: even come back to school. So and then right after
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: you made these kids, these elementary school kids, middle school kids,
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: you got a kid having soccer practice a football practice,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: dying of a heart attack on the field, healthy child,
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: and nothing extra happened in his life with the COVID shot.
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: I'm just saying I'm not.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: Doing the whole COVID thing is strange to me. And
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: I mean again, I'll reference Kindred track. It was like
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: I'm doing what COVID did. They'll never get over it,
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: like it's what's It's true. There's a lot of bullshit
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: that happened during COVID, leading up to it and afterwards,
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: even with the vaccines. So I it's not non trackable
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: where this sudden surge of misinformation, disinformation and no information
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: came from. Like that's that's very clear to me. But
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: something I don't know if it has to be something
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: collective or what, but somebody has to there has to
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: be a collective effort to understand across the board how
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: shit works.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: And I don't think that people do. That's how we
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: got here. That's why you have freaking children on team,
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: the running circles around adults and conversations about politics because
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: they read why files like why y'all getting on my
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: goddamn nerves in this world.
- 1:20:18Speaker 6: The first person in America to have their gender marker
- 1:20:22Speaker 6: changed to an ex has now been found dead by
- 1:20:24Speaker 6: apparent suicide and a VA parking garage. Alisa rays Shoop
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: was a non binary veteran who was found hanging from
- 1:20:30Speaker 6: a VA parking garage, wrapped in a transgender flag. They
- 1:20:34Speaker 6: sent their suicide note to several news outlets and nobody
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: reported it. To this day, there are only three articles
- 1:20:39Speaker 6: referencing their death, one announcing the death of veteran and
- 1:20:42Speaker 6: a VA hospital, and two other ones actually acknowledging Lisa
- 1:20:44Speaker 6: for who they were. Thanks to those two independent journalists,
- 1:20:48Speaker 6: their note has now been made public and I'm going
- 1:20:50Speaker 6: to read it as follows. This is the message from
- 1:20:53Speaker 6: a Lisa Rayshoop, the first person to obtain a non
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: binary gender transition, to the Trump administration. Fuck you, America.
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: I don't want your hatred. I don't want military decorations
- 1:21:03Speaker 6: and metals you awarded me.
- 1:21:04Speaker 11: I don't want your.
- 1:21:05Speaker 6: Pension money from my distinguished military service and service connected disabilities.
- 1:21:09Speaker 6: I don't want your health care to treat the mental
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: illnesses you caused. I don't want more psychiatric ward commitments
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: to keep me alive in a nation that I despise.
- 1:21:18Speaker 6: I don't want to be buried in any of your
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: state or national cemeteries for veterans and military retirees. I
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: don't want to be buried anywhere on American soil. I
- 1:21:26Speaker 6: don't want any military honors or ceremonies to mark my death.
- 1:21:29Speaker 6: I don't want my ashes to be stored on American soil.
- 1:21:32Speaker 6: I want my ashes or remains to be spread or
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: buried in international waters. I don't want your flag anywhere
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: near my body, remains or ashes. I don't want any
- 1:21:41Speaker 6: members of my family other than my spouse, to be
- 1:21:43Speaker 6: on the vessel that disposes of my ashes or remains.
- 1:21:46Speaker 6: My death is not a surrender. My death as a
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: member of the third gender and transgender population does not
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: mean you one. It solely marks the end of our association.
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: You are not the land of the free. You are
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: not a country getting made great again. Too much demonstrated
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: hatred through your existence extinguishes any claim to previous greatness.
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: You are a cesspool of zealitz that worship a god
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: that does not and has not ever existed. Enjoy your
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: new royal family and third world dictator. I refuse to
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: participate any further. Have that Nazi piece of shit. Elon
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: Musk and his dough henchman to dug for my savings
- 1:22:19Speaker 6: ninety three thousand dollars of federal pensions for your bankrupt coffers.
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: The white man decimated and massacred the indigenous populations of
- 1:22:25Speaker 6: the third gender on the lands now called America. It
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: was only fitting that a white person restored it. You
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: cannot erase non binary and transgender people because you give
- 1:22:33Speaker 6: birth to more of us each day. My death is
- 1:22:38Speaker 6: not a surrender. You cannot erase non binary or transgender
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: people because you give birth to more of us every
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: single day. Those are just some of the powerful words
- 1:22:49Speaker 6: that Elisa Shupe left us to remember them by. Elisa
- 1:22:52Speaker 6: was a trailblazer and a historical figure not only to
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: the non binary community, but the transgender community and queer.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: Community as a whole.
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: And yet I've seen zero coverage of their death. This
- 1:23:01Speaker 6: happened last month on January twenty seventh. Alisa was a
- 1:23:06Speaker 6: complicated person and it took them some time to come
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: to terms with themselves. And yet, like I said, they
- 1:23:11Speaker 6: are a trailblazer not only to the non binary community,
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: but to the entire transgender community. I asked that in
- 1:23:16Speaker 6: Lisa's memory. You not only share this video, but consider
- 1:23:19Speaker 6: creating your own and posting it as far and as
- 1:23:21Speaker 6: wide as you can.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: Do.
- 1:23:22Speaker 6: Not let Elisa's memory be lost. Keep Elisa's name, memory
- 1:23:27Speaker 6: and sacrifice alive not only by sharing their name, not
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: only by sharing their story, but by reaching out to
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: your non binary friends and family as well.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Reach out to your.
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: Transgender friends, your non binary friends. You guys, make sure
- 1:23:38Speaker 6: we're doing okay, and make sure to remember that we
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: need each other, We need community.
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: You guys.
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: We can't let this keep happening. We can't keep losing
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: these historical figures. Rests in power, Alisa, and thank you
- 1:23:51Speaker 6: for your sacrifice.
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: Why do you have chi?
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: Why? Why? Why file?
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: Why do my children are.
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: Real talk radio?
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: Why did my vagina burn?
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: The truth is out.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: There, explaining the unexplained. We're answering why to the questions.
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: You want to know by taking your skeets at WRTR
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: Radio on Blue Sky, and we're taking your emails over
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: at WRTR radio at gmail dot com. This is the
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: WI Files. Remember the truth is out there all right.
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: Shell from Dallas wants to know, she said, since it's
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: around Valentine's Day, I thought I thought this one would
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: be a fun thing for y'all to talk about. Why
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: are people still out here searching for love in twenty
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: twenty five? Are they crazy? You ain't dress nobody.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Because the dating pool got say it with me, pee.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: P in it hee is got out? Oh, Shell, it's
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: because people want to be happy, my dear. That's why
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: people just want to be happy. Have you looked around outside?
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: It sucks when you can't breathe the air. You just
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: want to hunch on somebody. But then you can't hunch
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: on somebody because then you might start.
- 1:25:20Speaker 15: Itching, and then if you don't start itching, then you
- 1:25:23Speaker 15: might start coughing.
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: So sometimes you want a little love, just to have
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: somebody around you. But then when you get them around you,
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: then you got to check and make sure that they
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: ain't gone through your purson, your wallet. And then if
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: you ain't, got to make sure of that, then you
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: got to make sure they ain't in your kitchen trying
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: to eat up all your food, just being a hobo
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: here and there and everywhere. Like, there's a lot that
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: people going through right now. Shell, It's a lot there
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: people while here they just want to live.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: That's all.
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: Let then have at love. Yeah, they're crazy. Everybody's crazy
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: right now, But that don't mean you can't have somebody
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: monogamous that you want to hunt on every now and again.
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: God damn, let them be great. Why because your bitter
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: ass is out there, That's why. No, I'm just playing.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: That was that was fun. I appreciate that one. Thank
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: you so much. That was fun.
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: Mine mine comes from me because I'm actually a little
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: bit upset about this.
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: Oh hell, I never know who.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: Why did they decide to close down the Long John
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: Silver's here? And for about it?
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: My sister sent me a screenshot of it. Right My
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: sister sent me a screenshot of it, and I was like, ooh,
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: did you check on mom? Be okay, because listen, that
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: Long John Silvers is like one of the last I
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: think anywhere close to PG or Charles County for y'all
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: in your area. Now, there's two or three of them
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: up here in Baltimore with me. But I'm not driving
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: from Baltimore to where my family lives smelling like fish heads,
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: so I don't tell y'all.
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: I'm very upset because I've been saying for the last
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: couple of weeks, ooh, I want to go to Lone
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: John Silvers. Oh, I want to go to Lone John
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: Silvers and just never made around to make a way
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: to it because I've been having a chick view, you know,
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: and they're closed and I'm like, I know, you fucking line.
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: Not only that, why is that owner selling Anti what
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: is it anti Enns Pretzels?
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: I don't know that. Oh wow, it's the same wait.
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: Selling it for eighty five thousand dollars on Facebook marketplace.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: No, I swear selling the whole franchise, Like, yes, Dann.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: You're trying to sell it to somebody.
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: You said, wait, you said, yeah, you could buy iverson
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: mall for eighty five k. What do you mean?
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: Because sometimes I did like to go there for the
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: for the pretzels because the closest other one is like
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: Tagets outlet or something, and I don't want to drive
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: all the way over there. And they closed the centerbron
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: down that's been there for years and years and years
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: and pg Plasmo. That's got everybody pissed off and upset.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: So yeah, what's up with y'all like closing down these
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: places that we like, taking it away from us.
- 1:29:06Speaker 2: They can't nobody afford it no more, and it's gonna
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: be more of our favorite things going away. As if
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: this administration is allowed to continue its rain of terror.
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: Man, just don't just please don't bother my red bulls.
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: I will have a wings that's what you last. You
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: will be wingless, That's.
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: What I will have a fix if y'all with my
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: red bulls, like we're gonna have a problem.
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: Why lyric ain't got no red bulls because Donald Trump
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: is out there? And that wraps it up for this
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: week's WI Files. Always answering why for you on the
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: socials and at wrt R Radio at gmail dot com.
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: It's making ours just up next right back.
- 1:29:58Speaker 9: Hey, gays, y'all gotta being disrespectful to each other. All
- 1:30:02Speaker 9: gay boys don't want to be called sister, daughter, niece.
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: If you want respect, you gotta give respect.
- 1:30:08Speaker 9: How you just gonna take that main dick and throw
- 1:30:10Speaker 9: it away he wanted just because his voice is soft
- 1:30:13Speaker 9: and he switched harder than a Viatoya secret model. That's okay.
- 1:30:16Speaker 9: He still missed the bernadade. Y'all can't be out here
- 1:30:19Speaker 9: just taking people dicks and balling them up and throwing
- 1:30:21Speaker 9: them in the trash and say yeah, you a girl. Now,
- 1:30:24Speaker 9: it don't work like that.
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: Y'all be the main ones.
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: I only talking about pronouns.
- 1:30:27Speaker 9: Pronouns respect other people if you want them to respect
- 1:30:30Speaker 9: what you want to be called. Just because you think
- 1:30:33Speaker 9: things look a certain way, don't mean it is what
- 1:30:35Speaker 9: you think it is.
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: Because this ain't deuce.
- 1:30:37Speaker 9: They bitch this turkey hill.
- 1:30:39Speaker 16: This message is for the eighty percent of black men
- 1:30:41Speaker 16: and ninety two percent of black women that sit on

- 1:31:03Speaker 16: of day today to make it happen on all platforms.
- 1:31:07Speaker 16: Make it abundantly clear that aligning with known races is
- 1:31:11Speaker 16: an unforgivable offense.
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: Used to make you nauseous. On w rt our Real
- 1:31:21Speaker 5: Talk Radio, Let's go.
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: These are some of the stories you might not read
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: about in any of the publications because information is suppressed
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: these days and it sucks to be here. But this
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: is news to make you nauseous. Go ahead, miss lyric
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: which you got well?
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: I think I did one on Detroit last week. But again, hey,
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: say what Detroit, say what?
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: M M.
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: The father of two homeless children died from hypothermia, claims
- 1:31:51Speaker 1: the mother did ask for help, but she never specified
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: that they were homeless. M all right. The father of
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: two who unvirtually pat the father of two children who
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: unfortunately passed away due to homelessness, is speaking out about
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: the tragedy. Darnell Curry Sr. Claims that even though he
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: and the children's mother, Uh, I don't know how you
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: say her name, so I'm gonna just call her tatar
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: oh Williams because the spelling is crazy.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but Tata ain't that titties? Wait, what's happening?
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: Tati?
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: Okay, that's better whatever.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: The girl who lost her kid, the lady who lost
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: her kids.
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: Because I can't say her name, I got you.
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: He says that they weren't close, but if she would
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: have admitted to being homeless, he would have helped her.
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: During the interview with w X y Z, really that's
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: what y'all named, y'all shit anyway, Clarry recalls when Williams
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: first called him about his children passing away. He said,
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: I went to the gym as soon as I got
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: on a treadmill. She called, saying, can I make it
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: to the hospital right now? They're gone? Said Curry. I
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: was hoping it was a stick joke, but it wasn't.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: In her interview, however, a day prior, Williams claimed that
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: she reached out for Curry to pick up his kids.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: To give her some relief that he didn't do it.
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: Curry says that she did call him to ask him
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: to get them, but she didn't specify that she was homeless,
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: because if she did, he would have stepped up. All
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: she said was can I get them? Can I get them?
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: Just get them? Can I get them? Because oh hold on?
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: Can I get them? Just to get them? And can
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: I get them because y'all homeless? That's two different things,
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: said Curry. She ain't ever said nothing to me nothing,
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: So all them sob stories, they can cut all that. No,
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: she did not. She just asked can I get them
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: for a couple of days? But I told her I'm
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: working and all that, and I'm out here. We're not
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: close to each other, so I couldn't. But she knows
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: all my family is right around the corner from her,
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: With Curry's family reporting living close to Williams, He expected
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: her to possibly try to reach out to his family,
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: but according to Curry, she didn't. Now he has avoid
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: in his heart that he believes he will never hear from.
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: Can I just say I called bullshit. Not know that
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: your baby mother and your kids is homeless. That means
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: you wasn't seeing them like you were supposed to any
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: motherfucking way.
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: Is it just me?
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: It's okay, I call bullshit. And I saw an interview
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: where she's let she said, she let him know I'm homeless.
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: I have your kids with me, she said, I asked
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: for help from him and his family and was aren't away.
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: The fact that we even live in a world where
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: that's possible is who is telling a woman with children
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: wow mm hmmmm, and then her fuck ass baby father
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: is sitting here. I ain't you know?
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: I know that your kids was was gone?
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: Tell me you.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: Like that if you was, there's no way possible that
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: you didn't know that they was homeless. Come on now,
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: before shang tell me. I mean that's two totally different things.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: You were not around you went around.
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: Bad air. Well all right, well, I must say New Jersey,
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: but it didn't happen in New Jersey. This is from
- 1:35:50Speaker 2: a woman in New Jersey. So say what New Jersey
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: niggas say what So? A New Jersey mother of three
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: was crushed to death by a hippopota. I'm sorry, se ye,
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: I've been playing Pokemon too long. I was about to
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: say hippopotas because Pokemon a hippopotamus on an African safari,
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: according to a lawsuit by her widower, blaming the US
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: based tour operator for failing to warn of the danger.
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: What so, The lawsuit says, since you took my story,
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: I've got of reading this s I'm going so excuse
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: me if my laugh inappropriately is certain things? All right?
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: Oh? Okay?
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: The lawsuit says that he had his wife and they
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: went on a bushwalk tour It's called a bushwalk with
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: tour guides during their ten day tour in Zombia last May,
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: when a hippo partially submerged in a river suddenly like
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: quote suddenly and without warning, lifted its head and charged
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: from the water end quote. The woman tried to flee,
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: but quote was unable to escape. The hippopotamus violently attacked
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: her end quote, and the armed guides fled and her
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: husband watched helplessly. The lawsuit says, Now, the hippo grabbed
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: her with its mouth, the lawsuit continued, quote, lifting her
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: off the ground, shaking her entire body, and crushing her
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: head and body with its bite end quote. The woman
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: suffered quote catastrophic injuries end quote, and died shortly after.
- 1:37:40Speaker 2: Her husband said Now, her widower is suing Connecticut based
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: tour operator African Portfolio, accusing it of negligence for not
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: warning them of the potential danger of the wild animals
- 1:37:56Speaker 2: that typically weigh up to three thousand pounds. This is
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: nauseating for a number of reasons. Oh my god, are
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: you turning red? Are you okay?
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: I'm good?
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: God, see you're making me laugh. So they I'm nauseating. Yes,
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: this woman lost her life and that is nothing to
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: laugh about it. And I'm laughing at that. I'm laughing
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: at So we got on we went on a tour, right,
- 1:38:31Speaker 2: a tour called a bushwalk. And you are now suing
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: this company that I'm sure had you signed disclaimers before
- 1:38:44Speaker 2: you went. But even so, let's say they didn't and
- 1:38:49Speaker 2: you were out there and you went on this again bushwalk, right,
- 1:38:57Speaker 2: and you are then sup prize that something then emerged
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: from the bushes and out of the water and charged you,
- 1:39:07Speaker 2: and you are something like again, very tragic, bro shouts out.
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: My heart goes out to you that your wife passed
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: away that way. I can't imagine, Bud, girl.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: I am so done when you said people who was
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: running the tour.
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: Because even listen, Okay, so if I'm never never, if
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: I ever in danger of this, never is just going
- 1:39:38Speaker 2: to be my narrative of where I'm on something called
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: a bushwalk and a hippo like a hippopotamus, hippopatas, I
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: avoid them niggas in the video game. Listen, they charged,
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: they charge you, So no, no, we put ourselves in
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: situation lesson. The one risky thing I did my whole
- 1:40:09Speaker 2: life was jump out of a plane. Man, and y'all
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: that followed me on TikTok. You can see that. You
- 1:40:17Speaker 2: can go back and watch that video. But that is
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: the one thing that I did. And I think I
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: just had this conversation with my mother and my sister.
- 1:40:25Speaker 2: I knew one of two things were going to happen.
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: I was either going to land with that parachute safely
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: on the ground, or I was not coming back but
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: I knew that when I then signed that disclaimer, because
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: I knew that it was called sky diving, I was
- 1:40:44Speaker 2: diving out of the sky right It was right there
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: in the name. It was right there, so I knew
- 1:40:51Speaker 2: if I went flat, that was like one of the
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: things that could happen, so that my niggas and stuff
- 1:40:58Speaker 2: at home ain't sitting there like we about to get
- 1:41:01Speaker 2: some money, because they know I chose to dive out
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: of the sky, just like you chose to walk near
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: the bushes with hippos. There are so many different ways
- 1:41:18Speaker 2: you can learn about the world around you to where
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: you do not have to then put your life in
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: direct danger. I do not understand why we continue to
- 1:41:29Speaker 2: do these things when we know.
- 1:41:32Speaker 1: Better and they're not surprised about it.
- 1:41:36Speaker 2: And sue and you want to suit you.
- 1:41:38Speaker 1: Breaking into a lion's like a lion's cage in the
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: zoo in the middle of the night, and not expecting
- 1:41:45Speaker 1: that motherfucker to eat your motherfucking ass from the root
- 1:41:47Speaker 1: to like you're in their territory. What did you think
- 1:41:53Speaker 1: was gonna happen?
- 1:41:54Speaker 2: Bro Bushwalk And I just I was not.
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: Laughing at that lady's because don't y'all come fucking for me.
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: I'm laughing at the fact that the guides that were
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: supposed to be there. How come you're not equipped with
- 1:42:09Speaker 1: certain things like tranquilisers.
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: Oh no, they said, the armed guards. It says armed
- 1:42:15Speaker 2: guards ran, they said, okay. The hippo grabbed her by
- 1:42:20Speaker 2: her mouth, lifted her off the ground, shaking her entire body.
- 1:42:24Speaker 2: Hold on. The woman tries to flee as the armed guards,
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: I'm sorry, as the armed guides fled and her husband
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: watched helplessly. First off the arm the arm arm.
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: So y'all had weaponry, and y'all said, fuck this shit,
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: we out. I could see a lawsuit for that, because
- 1:42:53Speaker 1: I mean, come on now, y'all left them people defenseless,
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: and y'all could have helped. Y'all did nothing. Y'all said
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: fight or flight, bitch, were taking a flight first class?
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: What you mean We're out of here, bitch?
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: You know what you are right. I'm not gonna victim
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: blame because that woman is not here to defend herself.
- 1:43:11Speaker 2: I will just say that was that was an interesting story,
- 1:43:15Speaker 2: because that is crazy. I don't It's just something about
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: being in these safari type places where my black ass
- 1:43:25Speaker 2: already know. I don't really need to be mm hmm
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: and then being surprised.
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: Never do. I'm not going to scuba dive because I did,
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: like a slight experience when I was young. We ain't
- 1:43:37Speaker 1: gonna talk about how I almost drowned at disney World.
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: Oh my god, what so I'll never do that again.
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be one with no sharks, no dolphins.
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: I'm not doing any of that bungee jumping. I'm not
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: jumping off of no high cliffs into no big areas
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: of water. I'm not doing any of that. Why Because
- 1:44:04Speaker 1: I value my life. Anything can happening. It would be
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: my first time. Like, hey, I had a surgery, my
- 1:44:12Speaker 1: first surgery I've ever had in life, and shit went
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: fucking left. It'll be just my luck. I decide to
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: do something daring and driving with the angels, No, thank you.
- 1:44:25Speaker 1: I'm not going on those safaris because just my luck.
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: But see, even come out of nowhere now, it took
- 1:44:35Speaker 2: me a minute to get there. See. I love doing
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: like adventurous stuff. When I was adventurous age. See I'm
- 1:44:42Speaker 2: in my mid forties now I don't do adventurous stuff anymore.
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: I sit my ass down adventure to me is staying
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: up past nine thirty. Now that's an eventure because let
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: me tell you something that's artist these days. If you
- 1:44:59Speaker 2: want these and more than eight news stories, hey, give
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: us some followers. I need followers over on our Blue
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: Sky at w R t R Radio. I'm over there also,
- 1:45:08Speaker 2: I need followers that it may r the U S
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: S m o ot that's Marcus Smooth on Blue Sky and.
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: On my social media platforms, which is TikTok. Yes, I'm
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: back pitches, Yes, so happy about it. I'm still on
- 1:45:25Speaker 1: Facebook and Instagram for the time being because my whole
- 1:45:29Speaker 1: life is on there, my kids photographs and baby pitches
- 1:45:33Speaker 1: and all that type of shit. I mean, that is
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: the only reason why, because they have memories.
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: Yea.
- 1:45:38Speaker 1: I'm not deleted, none of my babies baby pictures. So
- 1:45:42Speaker 1: but you can find me on there. Don't get inappropriate
- 1:45:45Speaker 1: with with me because I host daily block parties. Baby.
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: I hear you got a couple of people yesterday on
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: Valentine's Day, so what so yeah, y'all can find me
- 1:45:58Speaker 1: on that and live provide them.
- 1:46:00Speaker 2: Okay, we're talking real talk next, planning, planning ahead, that's
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: what you're talking about, We'll be right back.
- 1:46:10Speaker 17: On your first day in law school, in constitutional law,
- 1:46:13Speaker 17: the very first day they explained to you that the
- 1:46:16Speaker 17: federal courts determine what is constitutional, not the Congress, not
- 1:46:21Speaker 17: the president. Now the president this week and Elon Mosk
- 1:46:25Speaker 17: and Jade Vance, they're very unhappy that that's the way
- 1:46:27Speaker 17: our founding fathers constructed the Constitution and so on birthright citizenship.
- 1:46:32Speaker 17: They've now been blocked on freezing all federal funds. They've
- 1:46:35Speaker 17: Nolvin blocked on cutting nih funding. They've been blocked on
- 1:46:40Speaker 17: getting into all of the information about every American at
- 1:46:43Speaker 17: the Department of Treasury, violating privacy rights of all Americans.
- 1:46:47Speaker 17: They've been blocked. So they're very unhappy. But they're unhappy
- 1:46:50Speaker 17: because they don't like the Constitution. They don't like to
- 1:46:53Speaker 17: check some balances. They don't like the system that was
- 1:46:56Speaker 17: constructed to make sure that we did not have a king,
- 1:47:00Speaker 17: did not have a dictator, but we had in fact
- 1:47:02Speaker 17: a system that ensured that all of these constitutional rights
- 1:47:07Speaker 17: would be protected. And so right now they're stime meat
- 1:47:12Speaker 17: for the time being, but ultimately we know what the
- 1:47:15Speaker 17: plot is. The plot is to get into medicare to
- 1:47:18Speaker 17: get into medicaid, to get into all of the Department
- 1:47:21Speaker 17: of Education funding programs, to get into clean air, to
- 1:47:24Speaker 17: get into clean water, and why to find the hundreds
- 1:47:27Speaker 17: of billions of dollars in order to have the tax
- 1:47:29Speaker 17: breaks for the millionaires and billionaires. So they're right now
- 1:47:33Speaker 17: frustrated by the courts who were saying, no, there are safeguards,
- 1:47:37Speaker 17: there are procedures, there are laws on the books that
- 1:47:39Speaker 17: have been passed by Congress and signed by presidents that
- 1:47:43Speaker 17: blocked you from doing this, mister president. And they're very unhappy.
- 1:47:47Speaker 17: But they're only unhappy because the United States Constitution is
- 1:47:52Speaker 17: blocking them from doing what is illegal and unconstitutional.
- 1:48:00Speaker 5: Real job or you Rgie are real talk radio.
- 1:48:05Speaker 2: We keep it real, all right. So we're back and
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: let's have a serious conversation with people. It's time to
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: plan mm hmm. And I'm not just talking about just
- 1:48:21Speaker 2: surface level planning. Hey, this, that and a third. Let's
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: get a protest, let's this, that and a third all
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: of that. Still continue to do those things. We still
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: need those things.
- 1:48:31Speaker 1: Mm hm.
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: When I say planning, I mean really getting a plan
- 1:48:37Speaker 2: together for you and your loved ones. I look around
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: at so many things being dismantled so swiftly. I look
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: around at people being forced out of their jobs, either
- 1:48:55Speaker 2: by executive order or by moral you know, their moral
- 1:49:04Speaker 2: obligations to themselves and the people that they serve. And
- 1:49:11Speaker 2: this is more like, this isn't just about people and
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: their jobs. This is about humanity, and people have moral obligations,
- 1:49:24Speaker 2: and they have morals, and a lot of people are
- 1:49:27Speaker 2: very passionate about the things that they do. So to
- 1:49:33Speaker 2: see so many people having to draw that very strong line.
- 1:49:37Speaker 2: You're talking about career professionals in the past week that
- 1:49:43Speaker 2: have had to leave their jobs because of moral reasons.
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: That makes this bigger than just the average threat, because
- 1:49:58Speaker 2: they are feeling so like they feel like there's no
- 1:50:01Speaker 2: other out other than to either compromise their moral standing
- 1:50:07Speaker 2: or to leave where they are. And that says so
- 1:50:10Speaker 2: much about the world around us. So it's not a
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: thing of just moving and being able to bob and weave.
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: We're really good at that as black people, to bob
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: and weave.
- 1:50:27Speaker 14: But for some of us, we.
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: Need to work on our planning aspect, have a plan
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: in motion in case you need to get up out
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: this bitch. Yeah, talking over plans with my family, this week,
- 1:50:47Speaker 2: this coming week, and what we're going to do. It's
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: time to have very serious conversations. And unfortunately, there are
- 1:50:56Speaker 2: a lot in our community that are either's informed or
- 1:51:02Speaker 2: uninformed about the magnitude of what's happening. And you're going
- 1:51:09Speaker 2: to have a lot of people that are caught off guard,
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: as though they just found out that they baby, mama
- 1:51:16Speaker 2: and children were homeless. I know you're going to have
- 1:51:21Speaker 2: those type of people being affected, mostly by the coming storms.
- 1:51:29Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:51:29Speaker 2: I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. I don't
- 1:51:34Speaker 2: know what's going to happen from day to day, but
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: I do know that there's a lot coming for us,
- 1:51:45Speaker 2: and I do.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: Know that.
- 1:51:48Speaker 2: At the very least, we need to have a plan.
- 1:51:53Speaker 2: I agree whatever that looks like for you as an
- 1:51:59Speaker 2: end vial, and I'm talking about safe places right now.
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: I would yeah, passports, talk about safe places. I would
- 1:52:10Speaker 2: talk about.
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: Provisions.
- 1:52:15Speaker 5: There's just so much.
- 1:52:17Speaker 2: It's a lot to unpacked, but this is the time
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: to do. So get that worksheet down, start talking.
- 1:52:28Speaker 1: Anytime I see a video of anybody military sing, y'all
- 1:52:33Speaker 1: need to go get this, that and the third and
- 1:52:35Speaker 1: just prepare yourself I'm gonna start thinking about things that
- 1:52:40Speaker 1: I need batteries, store up on water, get those ready
- 1:52:46Speaker 1: made meals or whatever, you know, the little camp and
- 1:52:51Speaker 1: meal things and store them up and get at least
- 1:52:54Speaker 1: three to six months worth, Like somebody knows something. These
- 1:52:59Speaker 1: are things that you don't need to ignore. And a
- 1:53:02Speaker 1: lot of people tend to say people are making videos
- 1:53:07Speaker 1: like that for fear mongering, and this, that and the
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: third sometimes people are really actually trying to do good
- 1:53:15Speaker 1: work and spread like the knowledge of what's to come.
- 1:53:19Speaker 2: And not only that, but it's more important to just
- 1:53:21Speaker 2: look around. Like you make a point, You make a
- 1:53:24Speaker 2: good point that, yeah, sometimes it is fear mongering, But
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: why wouldn't you want to be prepared? Have you seen
- 1:53:31Speaker 2: how things are playing out? So would you rather be
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: prepared in the event that it doesn't happen or unprepared
- 1:53:39Speaker 2: and then it happens in usol?
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: Well, I've noticed that a lot of people like to
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: be blissful in their ignorance and pretend that nothing's going on.
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: It makes them feel safe and not have to worry
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: about everything every five minutes. And some people will see
- 1:54:00Speaker 1: that things are being talked about and things are happening
- 1:54:03Speaker 1: around them and still put themselves in a little bubble
- 1:54:05Speaker 1: of ignorance and just tend to just live life as
- 1:54:11Speaker 1: they want to see as they want to live it,
- 1:54:13Speaker 1: like nothing's going on and it's not ideal. In this
- 1:54:20Speaker 1: time that we're living in, you really have to wake
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: up and see what's going on and what these policies
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: mean for our future. It's damaging, you know, they cut
- 1:54:33Speaker 1: social Security. All of you people who have worked since
- 1:54:35Speaker 1: you are fourteen fifteen years old and now you're going
- 1:54:39Speaker 1: to retire and you ain't got shipped to show for
- 1:54:42Speaker 1: nothing because they didn't cut that shit. Y'all gotta think
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: about stuff when you go out and vote. All of
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: these things matter and really pay attention. Don't ride this
- 1:54:52Speaker 1: train of Oh, I'm gonna go for whoever's popular and
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: whoever's talking shit about the Democrat Party because I might
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: not have researched it, but they're saying some shit that
- 1:55:03Speaker 1: I like, if you're into the bigger tree shit or
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: you just want to be a troll, like, no, really
- 1:55:11Speaker 1: research and know like what's going to affect you on
- 1:55:14Speaker 1: the long run. You got to look at the big picture,
- 1:55:16Speaker 1: and not a lot of people did that obviously, obviously.
- 1:55:22Speaker 2: Black women did eight black black men did well.
- 1:55:27Speaker 1: We can standing vote proves otherwise because he literally told
- 1:55:31Speaker 1: y'all what he planned on doing, and y'all still said,
- 1:55:33Speaker 1: you know what, I'm I got faith in this man.
- 1:55:36Speaker 1: He's gonna make a difference for us. And the only
- 1:55:39Speaker 1: difference he made is you you're not gonna be with
- 1:55:42Speaker 1: your family. Are you going to be sent to a
- 1:55:45Speaker 1: country that you've never even been in because you don't
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: have certain paperwork because Iceton came in your place of
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: business or your home and gather dr ass and put
- 1:55:56Speaker 1: you in the back of a van and shipped you
- 1:55:58Speaker 1: off somewhere where you have no idea of what's going on.
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: It's the most barbaric shit I've ever seen. But this
- 1:56:04Speaker 1: is what's going on because this is what you all
- 1:56:06Speaker 1: voted for, So now we all have to suffer behind
- 1:56:09Speaker 1: the shit.
- 1:56:12Speaker 2: It's strange. I started this show twelve years ago and
- 1:56:18Speaker 2: our first real talk topic was booty call etiquette, how
- 1:56:25Speaker 2: to conduct yourself properly and the things not to do
- 1:56:30Speaker 2: during the booty call. And I remember Honeybee told us all.
- 1:56:35Speaker 14: This.
- 1:56:36Speaker 2: It was like one of the most popular shows that
- 1:56:38Speaker 2: we'd ever had, but she told us that he told
- 1:56:44Speaker 2: us about basically this situation that landed her in the
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: hospital during one of those But I look at the
- 1:56:53Speaker 2: fun and the hilariousness of that time and that tone
- 1:57:00Speaker 2: real talk to now having to tell people that look
- 1:57:05Speaker 2: like me to protect themselves mm hmm, and to look
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: out for their neighbors and to really just plan for
- 1:57:17Speaker 2: like what our generation, you know, as seen as the
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: big one m So it's heartbreaking, but at the same time,
- 1:57:32Speaker 2: it's empowering because we're not all meg it out.
- 1:57:40Speaker 4: Yeah, but.
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: We always have these times, and I love y'all, but
- 1:57:48Speaker 2: we're gonna move forward and hopefully we'll be back next week.
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: This lyric got any kind of words.
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: Uh, I'm gonna say what I said last week. Make
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: good decisions, especially you, Lisa. Make good decisions girl, because girl.
- 1:58:09Speaker 2: Don't get practice this week. Avoid things called bushwalks that
- 1:58:16Speaker 2: could apply for you too, Lisa.
- 1:58:19Speaker 1: Indeed, indeed, I just make good decisions and be informed
- 1:58:24Speaker 1: and educate yourself and do right by the person next
- 1:58:31Speaker 1: to you, treat people with kindness and all that good ship.
- 1:58:35Speaker 2: All right, God willing, We'll see y'all next week. Thanks
- 1:58:38Speaker 2: rolling out what us here?
- 1:58:40Speaker 1: On w r t R Bang.
- 1:58:43Speaker 5: You Real Radio.
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: This week's show featured work from TikTok creators, d dot ONYX,
- 1:58:51Speaker 2: Meta Mama, The Real, Josh B Underscore for the People,
- 1:58:54Speaker 2: By the People, Bernie Sanders Navigating Gray Good for My Soul,
- 1:59:00Speaker 2: I Am Lonnie B and MSNBC and times like these,
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: We're using our platform to amplify your voices.
