A Vancouver man, Dylan Brandon Gaita, 29, is now facing six assault charges after a viral video showed him elbowing a woman — sparking outrage and renewed scrutiny. The footage, released in late June, led to a July complaint, but Gaita was already under arrest in March for similar attacks targeting women downtown. Charged with four earlier assaults, he was released on bail — until now.
