  Speaker 1: and it's time right now for today's word.

  Speaker 2: He chose you.

  Speaker 1: John fifteen and sixteen says you did not choose me,

  Speaker 1: but I chose you and appointed you, so that you

  Speaker 1: might go and bear.

  Speaker 2: Fruit, fruit that will last, and so.

  Speaker 1: That whatever you ask in my name the Father will
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: give you. Did you realize that we were strangers to
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: God's love? We didn't deserve his mercy, we didn't measure
• 0:37
  Speaker 1: up to his goodness? But the scripture says, once you
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: were far away from God. But now you have been
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: brought near to him through the blood of Christ. You
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: are no longer strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: and also members of his household. Sherry, where can I

  Speaker 1: read that? I'm glad you asked? Ephesians two thirteen and

  Speaker 1: two nineteen. Jesus says that we did not choose him,
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: but he chose us. God hand picked you and me.

  Speaker 1: Now you may feel like you don't fit in. You
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: don't fit in in certain circles. You feel like you're
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: not good enough to fulfill your dreams or accomplish your goals.

  Speaker 1: You may feel like an outsider in your family, on
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: your job, or even in your church.
• 1:32
  Speaker 2: None of that stops God.

  Speaker 1: He still chose and is choosing you. You are valuable,
• 1:41
  Speaker 1: you are approved. You are so valuable and so approved
• 1:47
  Speaker 1: that Jesus gave his life for you. Thoughts will try
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: to tell you made too many mistakes, you messed up
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: too bad, you're not qualified, you don't come from the
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: background of faith.

  Speaker 2: But God is saying, hey, that's okay.

  Speaker 1: I chose you. I created you. I know who you are.

  Speaker 1: You're exactly whom I'm looking for. I choose strangers. I
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: choose people who don't look like everybody else expects them to.
• 2:18
  Speaker 1: I choose people who don't perform perfectly. I choose people
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: with flaws and weaknesses. I see what's in you, and
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: I know what I put on the inside of you.

  Speaker 1: I know your potential. It's my choice, and I choose you.

  Speaker 1: Come on, Jesus, Father, thank you for choosing us to

  Speaker 1: be yours long before we chose you. God, we celebrate

  Speaker 1: the fact that Jesus gave his life so that we
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: would no longer be a stranger to your family. God,
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: we believe and confidently declare that makes us very valuable.

  Speaker 1: That makes us approved in Jesus.

  Speaker 2: Now that's your word for today.

  Speaker 1: Take an applied to your everyday life, and you continue
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: to be encouraged and inspire knowing that He chose you

  Speaker 1: in Jesus' name. It's heard about in praise party. I
