- 0:08If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my call Americans answer that.
- 0:13Personal memory both freedom and liberty are in prices.
- 0:19American pulse brings together the top experts and health care related fields to keep you up being ahead.
- 0:30Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:32This is Dr.
- 0:32Clayton J.
- 0:33Baker on the America Out Loud Radio Network.
- 0:36This is the America Out Loud Pulse program, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:41Today we're going to pivot a little bit from our recent geoengineering topics.
- 0:47And I'm going to bring in a very special guest who I was delighted to spend time with recently at the event associated with Brownstone Institute.
- 0:59And I have a personal friend of mine and a Brownstone fellow.
- 1:04His name is Aaron Day.
- 1:06He is a recognized expert on cryptocurrency and on concerns such as the digital slavery that many of the central bankers and uh other um forces, international and I guess we could say supranatural forces are building around us every single day.
- 1:35And today what we're going to talk about is a piece of legislation that is in process in the United States Congress, very concerning piece of legislation called the Clarity Act.
- 1:46And it's very clear to me, and Aaron's going to break this down for all of us to understand in detail that the Clarity Act is a huge step towards digital slavery for all of us.
- 2:01And it's something that we all need to take action to stop.
- 2:04And with that in mind, I'm going to welcome Aaron into the podcast.
- 2:09How are you today, Aaron?
- 2:11I'm doing well, Clayton.
- 2:12Thank you for for that introduction.
- 2:13And thank you for having me on.
- 2:15This is a as that you know, as I mentioned this weekend, this is a critical issue, and it's sprung on us quickly.
- 2:20This is one of these, you know, surprise.
- 2:23Here's a 278-page bill.
- 2:25Nobody had a chance to read it, and we're going to vote on it in 24 hours, kind of thing.
- 2:28And it has massive implications for everyone.
- 2:31Very, very good.
- 2:32And I'm glad you're sounding the alarm on this.
- 2:35So the title of my podcast today is that the Clarity Act opens the door for digital slavery and it has to be stopped.
- 2:43And that's also, I believe, the title of a draft of a Senate briefing document that you are crafting.
- 2:50And so what I want you to do first for me, uh, for all of our listeners, many people probably haven't even heard of the Clarity Act.
- 2:57And can you tell us briefly what that is and where it stands in Congress and why it is such a threat to our financial freedom.
- 3:07Sure.
- 3:08And yeah, but before I do that, I want to actually put it in context with another bill that kind of goes along with it that many people haven't paid attention to either.
- 3:16Uh, and they're very related concepts.
- 3:18So I've spent the last three plus years primarily focused on trying to stop central bank digital currencies, which is, you know, it's a programmable version of the dollar that can be tracked and censored.
- 3:31And Trump put out an executive order saying we're not going to have a CBDC, but what they did instead was they passed the Genius Act, which is actually a backdoor CBDC.
- 3:42So my guess is that your audience isn't aware of the fact that we effectively have now a backdoor CBDC through government regulation.
- 3:52So there are now these these things called stable coins.
- 3:54In fact, uh, the largest one of these, Tether just announced today that they have officially are launching a government regulated stable coin, but it is a programmable version of the dollar that has all of the tracking and all of the surveillance that people uh were concerned about with central bank digital currencies.
- 4:12It's not issued by the Federal Reserve, it's issued by regulated entities, which are either private companies or moving forward were mostly be banks, but it has all of the dystopian tracking and censorship that people are concerned about.
- 4:28Where this is relevant is the Clarity Act is a companion to that uh in that what the Clarity Act is going to do is moving forward, digitize all of our assets, not just money, but our non-monetary assets.
- 4:43So now we're talking about commodities.
- 4:45We're talking about stocks, we're talking about bonds, financial instruments, your 401k, your ETF, uh moving forward, the oil, uh, agricultural products and so forth.
- 4:58It's basically taking the same technology that we're we're doing with stable coins that allows them to be tracked and programmed and applying it to everything else.
- 5:08So when I say it's a digital prison, this is this is you will own nothing, and it goes beyond just your money.
- 5:14So I mean, imagine you know, with the Canadian truckers, um, you know, Trudeau was able to shut down uh the flow of money.
- 5:22It was a little bit of a process, though.
- 5:24He actually still had to go through multiple steps in order to be able to do that.
- 5:28But with this form of digital programmable money, this could be done with the punch of uh you know, the click of a mouse or the punch of a keyboard.
- 5:37Uh and now it could extend beyond just your money.
- 5:41So you say something uh that's not not fashionable politically, and now all of a sudden you can't use your money and you can't move your retirement assets, or it could even get to the point.
- 5:52I I saw that there was this bill that Massey tried to do to get rid of this kill switch, but I mean, you know, imagine moving moving forward, your car digital token representing your car.
- 6:03So your car is tracked.
- 6:04You could you could actually shut remotely shut off somebody's car through this tokenization system.
- 6:10So this really is the control grid that people worried about when they thought about Agenda 2030 and Klaus Schwab and the WEF.
- 6:17It's just that it's happening, it's actually happening, but it's happening without any resistance.
- 6:22Yes, very, very concerning.
- 6:24Now, what is there any?
- 6:27And I'm just curious because I think people would would want to know this as well.
- 6:32What there's no justification for this sort of totalitarian control over assets, private assets, but is there any cover that they give as to why they want to do this?
- 6:48So this is something that's problematic.
- 6:50So I've I've spoken uh in the past about how we often get a big increase in the surveillance state whenever there's an emergency, whether the emergency is related to the surveillance that they add or not, right?
- 7:02So we got the Patriot Act, um, we had TARP, we had the CARES Act, and each of these things adds new levels of financial surveillance and everything else.
- 7:11And by the way, those things never get repealed.
- 7:13Uh, in the history of financial surveillance, once something has been added, I've I've certainly thoroughly researched this that we never we never repeal it when the emergency is over.
- 7:23Usually an emergency is used as the pretext.
- 7:27What is troubling about what's going on with these bills is they've been clever enough about it with the branding of the bill and the way that they've gone about marketing it that people don't even know what's happening.
- 7:40And so you use words like clarity act, and then they say things like, well, this will provide clear rules of the road.
- 7:47It will provide regulatory clarity, it will make it easier for people to understand what the rules are.
- 7:54But when you when you look into it, what you find is that the rules that we already have before you add this level of surveillance are excessive.
- 8:02So we're actually taking a bad situation and making it worse.
- 8:06And I want to say in this financial realm, what'll often happen, you will see politicians say this.
- 8:12Well, we need to do this to be able to protect the American people from money laundering and terrorism.
- 8:18Well, we have something called the Bank Secrecy Act, which was passed in 1970.
- 8:24And part of that is are what are known as the uh KYC know your customer laws and anti-money laundering laws.
- 8:31So you may be familiar if you go to set up a bank account, you have to provide biometric information, they're asking you survey information.
- 8:38Uh you know, this is the same if you set up a crypto account.
- 8:41You have to show your ID.
- 8:43All of this is part of the Bank Secrecy Act.
- 8:45Well, I've done research on this, and it turns out that complying with the Bank Secrecy Act costs 60 billion dollars a year, and it catches almost zero money laundering.
- 8:58Um, the percentage of suspicious transactions that are actually investigated is 4%.
- 9:04And of that 4%, something like 90% turn out to be um not troublesome.
- 9:10And so it hasn't, it turns out that it hasn't stopped the money.
- 9:13It's useless.
- 9:14It's it's absolutely useless.
- 9:15And so the American people get penalized.
- 9:18We pay the 60 billion dollars uh in fees.
- 9:22And so any argument that says, well, this is gonna protect, you know, protect us for against money laundering and terrorism uh is is false based on the historical track record.
- 9:31So if anything, we should be repealing those laws, not adding these new laws.
- 9:37And so this is about control.
- 9:39Absolutely.
- 9:40And I think that's important.
- 9:41I would just like to reiterate that this is about central control over the individual citizens' assets.
- 9:49And in your um briefing document, you also stated how this is designed, this uh uh Clarity Act is designed to.
- 10:00benefit the large central banks and to penalize or potentially even put out of business the small local banks.
- 10:06Can you comment on that very briefly?
- 10:09Yeah, the the entirety of the system.
- 10:12And again, the Clarity Act is related to Genius Act in in a way because there's the uh the the stable coin the the token that represents the dollar which is under the Genius Act, but then there are people fighting over whether or not you should be able to earn interest on the stable coin.
- 10:31Well that fits outside of the Genius Act and now this fits into the realm of either some version of the Clarity Act, whether it falls under the SEC or the CFTC is now what they're arguing and debating about.
- 10:47And so the compliance costs here, what it takes in order to be able to register and to be a company in stand in in good standing it is weighted towards uh large and and and I say this it's if you're on the stable coin side large banks uh and if you're dealing with the other types of tokens uh it there are even more cumbersome requirements for brokers and dealers and all employees that are related to brokers and dealers that will put uh put this out of reach of startups and small companies yeah so it's it's it's it's not only designed towards this sort of enslavement if you will but it's designed toward centralization of course which is even more concerning right because you can't just say I don't want to have my account with Bank of America I'll have it at the local credit union but the credit union may not exist after a while given this legislation.
- 11:51Oh yeah so it's all very much towards centralization and something that people need to understand is that Larry Fink has come out and said explicitly is recently is last week everything will be tokenized.
- 12:03Which is exactly what you're talking about right now isn't it?
- 12:06It's everything that I've been talking about I've been I've been involved with tokenization since 2018.
- 12:10So this is an area that I happen to have a lot of expertise in primarily because I got into this initially thinking that tokenization could liberate people.
- 12:23The idea that you could tokenize and trade an asset if you're able to do this without the barriers and without all the the government middlemen in between actually provides the ability for small business owners to raise money and to access capital all over the world there are huge potential benefits.
- 12:41But as we've learned throughout time you know technology can either be a force for freedom or it can be a force for tyranny and unfortunately these bills are 100% weighted towards the authoritarian side.
- 12:58So at the end of this this is going to benefit BlackRock it's going to benefit JP Morgan Chase and it will only end up benefiting on the crypto side one or two very large exchanges and part of this is there's a lot of propaganda and marketing around pushing the bills and there and when you see it people will say well this is pro America pro innovation pro crypto and then you find out it's basically one company that's put 20 million dollars a company called Coinbase which has spent 20 million lobbying for this and what they get out of it is a what's called a regulatory moat that there's going to be additional um barriers and costs that are going to eliminate their competition so it's not only bad for small banks it's actually bad for small cryptocurrency exchanges and in the end what this does is take a technology around which there's been a ton of innovation that could open things up for small investors and small businesses and put it in the hands of the large incumbent players and then added this programmability in surveillance so there's really no upside to this whatsoever from what I can tell you did can you tell and this is something I had asked you before um somewhat naively um I'm afraid asking you hey is there is there a legitimate um justification for it and I certainly can't find any myself and listing uh listening to your assessment uh even more so uh does it seem entirely negative and then we talk about is there any real true innovation is there any true um liberty or freedom involved in this and and the answer is similarly is no is that a fair assessment in your mind there was innovation and and now what's happening is it's being captured and so the the the innovative parts about tokenization are being discarded so for instance you know this kind of tokenization was was used to create something called decentralized finance which is an ability for people to to trade tokenized digital versions of assets without any third parties so that was a huge win right this is a imagine without having to have brokers and wall street and lawyers and it all of these intermediaries people are just able to trade with one another around the world without fees and 24 hours a day seven days a week that's that's great.
- 15:23That's a huge improvement in innovation.
- 15:26Unfortunately the rules here have defined DeFi in such a narrow way that almost no one is going to qualify.
- 15:33So there's lip service being made to how well hey there's a section here about DeFi but then when you actually read what it says um it's going to make it almost impossible for someone to be considered to be decentralized but furthermore based on how these things work once they pass the law then a lot of the control it and uh tweaking of it happens at the level of the agency through rules as opposed to the law itself.
- 16:02So this will give more control to the securities and exchange commission which handles stocks and bonds and it will give more control to the CFTC which manages commodities.
- 16:13And so they're going to grow in size and grow in stature.
- 16:17So we're going to end up with more government and more restrictions.
- 16:20So it's killing the the real novelty of the invention.
- 16:23Got it and I wanted to before we go to break because we'll have to go to break for just a moment I wanted you to tell me what some of these digital assets are that the Clarity Act defines because you've you've written here that it goes far beyond cash alone.
- 16:44Yeah well so there's what the law the law so this is an interesting nuance of this it doesn't force and this is where there's a lot of it doesn't force all assets to be tokenized.
- 16:55So your stocks aren't forced to be tokenized your commodities aren't forced to be tokenized um but it provides the regulatory framework for that to happen.
- 17:07And so this is the vehicle by which when Larry uh Finks says we everything will be tokenized, it will be done through this.
- 17:15And so people are making the argument well well it's voluntary but if the market is controlled by five players and the five players move to the system then everybody's going to be under the system.
- 17:26Correct idea that it's just because it's not mandatory doesn't mean that we're not signing up for a digital prison system here.
- 17:34I understand and so that's an important distinction I think that I do want to um add though uh in maybe in a minute's time there are several really alarming things that this does allow fixed clarity act does allow to become defined as digital assets more than just your cash which has already been apparently taken care of in the genius act and those things include what food even right everything.
- 18:03So if you look at overall global assets money only makes up five percent of global assets commodities you know financial instruments uh agriculture the supply chain gold silver all of that makes up the rest it's actually even larger than money itself and so those are the things that are covered by the SEC and the CFTC.
- 18:27The CFT and the SE excuse me the CFTC and the and the uh SEC already regulate and manage those things so what we're taking is something that's already regulated and then we're just adding on top of that these digital tokens that give the ability to program explicitly how these assets move to track them and there's a huge part we'll get into the into what's actually in the bill from a tracking perspective and and also they can be frozen and censored this is an explicit part of the structure of the bill okay so very alarming uh we have Aaron Day uh Brownstone fellow and uh really I think a world leader in terms of understanding um cryptocurrency and the digitization of money and other assets as you can tell just from this first segment and we'll be back in just a moment to continue talking about the Clarity Act and why it needs to be stopped uh this is uh Dr.

- 21:26Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 21:27This is Dr.
- 21:28Clayton J.
- 21:29Gabriel D on the America Outloud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 21:37As you heard in the first segment, I have Aaron Day, Brownstone Fellow and acknowledged expert on cryptocurrency and digitization of assets, talking to us about the Clarity Act, which is now past the House and is in the Senate and is if the Genius Act was the back door to CBDC, this is the back door towards the true you will own nothing.
- 22:04I don't think you will like it.
- 22:06So we when we left off, uh Aaron was going to talk to us about some of the nuts and bolts of this Clarity Act and how they can actually go about digitizing, controlling and restricting you access to your own resources right down to day-to-day resources such as food and fuel.
- 22:30So I'm going to turn it over to you, uh Aaron.
- 22:33Please give us sort of a nuts and bolts description of what this act allows.
- 22:38Sure.
- 22:38And Joe, just as a matter of process.
- 22:40So what happened here is, you know, earlier um in the year, or actually last year, the House passed something called the the Clarity Act.
- 22:50So it's kind of confusing as these things usually are as to even what the names of the bills are.
- 22:55And I, if you go to day 2026.com forward slash bills, I actually have there, you can click on the individual names of the bills, and it will give you a breakdown of what the key talking points are, what the implications of the bill uh are.
- 23:12And then it also gives a breakdown of who the lobbyists are.
- 23:15I name the names and I show the the follow the money.
- 23:18So I there's a there's in-depth information there.
- 23:21Um, if if you are interested in it.
- 23:24But essentially, the Senate looked at the clarity bill and said, well, this this doesn't, this doesn't go far enough.
- 23:29This doesn't address you know our area, our areas of concern.
- 23:33And so within the Senate, there are now two different bills.
- 23:37Now it's all the Clarity Act, but what it's going to be now is there's a market structure bill, and then you know, something with a similar generic name uh going on in the Senate, and then they're going to go back and um reconcile with the House.
- 23:52Now, the finance committee uh is where the SEC control comes from.
- 23:59So their version of the bill is concerned with um is concerned with securities and all of the things that the SEC covers.
- 24:09What's going to be voted on uh possibly as early as Thursday is the agriculture uh committee, which controls commodities, which controls the CFTC.
- 24:22Now, I want to say something about this that uh is just as a matter of how these things go.
- 24:29The longer the bill is under deliberation, the worse the bill is going to be from our perspective from an individual perspective from a privacy perspective, because in order to cobble together enough votes to get this over the finish line, you have to address the concerns of the Democrats who want more, you know, so-called consumer protection, which by the way, isn't actually consumer protection, it's surveillance.
- 24:57But the Democrats are lobbying for more surveillance, more uh elimination of you know, innovation and the things that when we talk about decentralized finance, they're picking away at that.
- 25:09So they're going to be lobbying to get rid of that.
- 25:12So within that backdrop, you have the finance committee lobbying to expand the powers of the SEC and the agriculture department lobbying to increase the powers of the CFTC.
- 25:23There's no one at the table here representing reduced government or more innovation.
- 25:30It's it's literally a bunch of stakeholders for the banks, the large crypto companies, and then these regulatory agencies.
- 25:36Those are the only people even having these discussions.
- 25:38So the longer this goes on, the worse it gets.
- 25:40But what's we so just understand what I'm saying here gets worse over time.
- 25:46But what is in the bill is there is real-time monitoring of all trading activity.
- 25:52So this starts out with digital assets.
- 25:54So for now, they're talking about regulating digital assets meaning crypto, but understand that when I say this, the next stage of this is the tokenization of real world assets.
- 26:06Real world assets will fit into this same framework.
- 26:10Now, right now, as I mentioned earlier, it's not going to be required.
- 26:14It's not mandated.
- 26:15If you are dealing with cryptocurrency and you're buying and selling cryptocurrency on an exchange or through third parties, you are mandated to follow these rules.
- 26:25Right now, people, you know, buy shares and investment vehicles outside of this tokenization system.
- 26:31So you're not forced to what I'm about to tell you.
- 26:33However, I will state just last week, the New York Stock Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, ICE announced that they are rolling out a tokenization platform for equities.
- 26:46BlackRock has announced and has been investing heavily in tokenization.
- 26:50So the rules that I'm about to describe will apply to those assets, just not mandated.
- 26:57Now, every registered exchange must maintain comprehensive and accurate trade reconstruction.
- 27:05So they have to track all of the data for all of the trades that happen throughout the system.
- 27:11All of it.
- 27:12And they have to retain those records for a minimum of five years.
- 27:17So this is real time of all real-time tracking and monitoring of all trading activity and keeping the audit trails for five years.
- 27:26So this is a massive surveillance system and a massive amount, a maximum amount of data.
- 27:33In addition to that, there's an international data sharing agreement.
- 27:38So the CFTC shall coordinate with foreign regulatory authorities and manner information sharing agreements with foreign supervisors, central banks, and ministries.
- 27:50So the data goes to the Federal Reserve, the SEC, the DOJ, state regulators, and any other person the commission deems appropriate, including foreign entities.
- 28:02No question.
- 28:03Yes.
- 28:04And I'm not saying this would solve the problem.
- 28:06But this notion of sharing with foreign entities sounds so absolutely fundamentally unconstitutional.
- 28:14Um got I wonder is the or do you see, and you're not a constitutional scholar, but do you see weaknesses in that?
- 28:23And I'm not saying they can ever be uh overturned or enforced, but that sounds so blatantly unconstitutional to me.
- 28:29Um, that it sounds uh to me, it sounds uh very questionable.
- 28:34Well, when I was studying, so I wrote my first book about CBDCs, and the thing that I think horrified me the most, I wrote a pretty lengthy brownstone article about that, is the extent to which this already happens with the there's already precedent for this.
- 28:48This is already happening with the traditional financial system.
- 28:50We just about it.
- 28:52So there are all kinds of data sharing agreements and uh uh uh contractual relationships with third parties that we don't know about.
- 29:00There's NSA bulk data collection.
- 29:03Our constitutional rights with respect to financial surveillance have been trounced upon literally for decades.
- 29:09And so it's you know, again, usually I'm not and this is this is why I tend to write these fairly lengthy articles because people are unfamiliar with the information, but that's the documentation is fairly at present.
- 29:22Is there, yeah.
- 29:23So um, so so what do you think the the I mean and this is scary question, but what do you think the end game is here for this?
- 29:32I mean, you've you've you've written in your statement here that when the dollar fails, they will simply take your property.
- 29:39And I want you to sort of um give us a a brief sort of summary of what you mean by that.
- 29:44So I've been stating this for a while.
- 29:46I first started looking at C BDCs, and then I realized and learned that C BDCs are part of a broader technocratic agenda, and um have studied and now have done a lot of collaboration with uh a man by the name of Patrick Wood.
- 30:00Who has been covering this technocracy issue for over 40 years?
- 30:04And technocracy is a movement.
- 30:06It's a uh it's basically an ideology that says that the global affairs and they are global should be determined by scientists and engineers that we as mere citizens are not capable or smart enough to take care of our own affairs.
- 30:24And literally, this is a whole movement that started in the 1930s.
- 30:28They had everybody wore the same color gray suit.
- 30:31And the idea was that we should change the economy from a price-based system to an energy credit-based system, and then essentially build a social credit system on top of it.
- 30:40I mean, which is pretty forward thinking considering that that happened in the early 1930s.
- 30:45So this is 100 years old, this plan.
- 30:47It's a hundred years old, this plan.
- 30:48And now it's it's literally happening in front of our face.
- 30:51And what's been difficult for me is there was resistance to it before the 2024 election.
- 30:58We would do workshops across the United States, been to 27 states.
- 31:01People were concerned about it.
- 31:02Now they're not concerned about it.
- 31:04They think that the globalists have been defeated.
- 31:06So what's happened is the things that people were complaining about when it was Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab, people are actually supporting.
- 31:14Um by supporting bills like the the the uh the genius act and the Clarity Act.
- 31:20I'll give you one example on this that should be alarming to everyone.
- 31:24We sit here and people will joke and mock the UK for talking about putting in place a digital ID by 2029, which I guess they walked back, not realizing we already have a digital ID.
- 31:35The real ID is already digital in 12 states, and the plan in the US is for real ID to be digital in all 50 states by 2027.
- 31:44Yes.
- 31:45Real ID faced massive resistance for 20 years.
- 31:49It this thing was actually originally tacked on to like a typhoon emergency bill in 2005, and states fought it and everything else.
- 31:57And then Trump gets in and Christy Gnome hops in there, and within the first 90 to 120 days, this thing people have been fighting for decades, became law, and now it's digital.
- 32:07And again, my experience is I've talked to people that will laugh about the UK, and then they find out I asked them, do you have a real ID?
- 32:14And they actually have a real ID.
- 32:16This is how this is how big the gap is.
- 32:19So I would argue we're moving towards this technocratic situation.
- 32:23I I think 2030 is going to happen in 2027 at the rate that we're going.
- 32:29So with the time we have left, and that's very daunting information for all of us, but it's it's always better to know the truth.
- 32:38Um and to be able to respond to it.
- 32:42Um, how do we take action right now in the immediate term, in the short term, and in the long term?
- 32:47Let's start with the immediate term.
- 32:49And you had said that there are still obviously this hasn't passed the Senate yet.
- 32:54What would you recommend listeners do in the immediate term?
- 32:58Yeah, well, I think it's a long shot, but but the the near term thing to do is to try to make your voice heard in the Senate.
- 33:06And there are the two people leading the Senate AG Bill, which is the version that's up next, are Senator John Boozeman from Arkansas, and he can be reached at 202, 224, 324.
- 33:21And Senator Corey Booker, who is a Democrat from New Jersey, these are the two that are sponsoring, co-sponsoring this.
- 33:29He's at 202, 224, 4843.
- 33:33Um, I you know, there's been no resistance to this.
- 33:36I mean, it's again, literally, it's been, and even I cover this issue, I wouldn't say exclusively, but this is a major, major focus.
- 33:45And these bills sprung up like just uh a week and a half ago.
- 33:50Like the the uh Senate finance version, it was a 278-page bill.
- 33:55They dropped it and gave them like 24 hours.
- 33:57So I've been like feverishly, uh, you know, this is why when you saw me this weekend, I'm like, hey, this is an emergency, and that there's no resistance to this because it's complicated, and then they do it at the last minute and everything.
- 34:09And again, this is the kind of thing you usually see happen in an emergency.
- 34:12But right now, there's no public voice.
- 34:14No one would know.
- 34:15I mean, I I don't even know how your audience would would know about this, given that given how quickly uh it was put out there, but it's being positioned as when you look at the rhetoric, the rhetoric is we're going to make the United States the Bitcoin capital, we're gonna make the United States the crypto capital of the world.
- 34:32Well, I'm sorry, we're not going to lead the world based on having real-time surveillance, sharing our data.
- 34:39That's not what makes America exceptional.
- 34:41We America has never been exceptional because of excess regulation in surveillance.
- 34:47It's a pretty anti-American thing, but they've done a heck of a job, frankly, with the way that they've named the bills and the way that they've pushed the propaganda.
- 34:56So calling those senators will help.
- 34:58I mean, I think in the end, which is what I've done.
- 35:01I stopped using a personal bank account in 2019.
- 35:03I think in the end, people are gonna have to say, look, I'm just not gonna participate in this.
- 35:07But but as an immediate step, we can give our give a shout, uh, we can give a long shot to trying to raise enough awareness to get this stopped.
- 35:16So calling uh John Boozman, uh area code 202, 224, 324, and Senator Corey Booker, area code 2022, 4843.
- 35:28I will have both of those uh on the uh printed um article that comes along with this podcast.
- 35:35Call them, call your own senators, call the two senators for the state you live in and tell them no on the Clarity Act, we do not want digital slavery, and that's what this entails.
- 35:47Um, I will I will say this is a matter of public pressure.
- 35:50I mean, I've put together a music video on this, which is on my ex account at Aaron R Day, and it's up to 65,000 views.
- 35:57I posted it last night.
- 35:59Uh, and I've tagged, I've tagged these senators on this ag committee as well.
- 36:03Tagging this information, and I have some other posts on there that have gone viral that give summaries of this bill, because there's otherwise there's no noise.
- 36:10It's literally just crypto publications and lobbyists.
- 36:13I've actually tracked this down.
- 36:14So I think if they start hearing from us saying, hey, you know, we don't want agenda 2030, we don't want to become like communist China.
- 36:22Um, we don't want BlackRock to own all of our assets.
- 36:25I I think uh it would it is actually helpful.
- 36:28Uh and if we can get some momentum on social media, I think it it does matter.
- 36:32So I'll make sure to uh to to put that uh connection to your music video into the uh into the uh article as well.
- 36:40We've got about four minutes left, Aaron.
- 36:43Uh, and so what I would like to do is I would like to summarize this urgent issue right now.
- 36:52And I think that so the first thing I'd like to say is just that we're talking about a piece of legislation that's cleared the house almost surreptitiously, and it's now working its way through the Senate with alarming speed and with alarming lack of awareness called the Clarity Act, that really, as Aaron has very eloquently described, opens the door to a digital slavery system in the United States, very much along the lines of the you will own nothing uh line that uh Klaus Schwab put out many years ago, and it's being done with very little resistance because we now have Donald Trump in there instead of somebody else, and we need to stop it.
- 37:41So we're going to ask people to call their senators, call Senator John uh Booseman and Senator Corey Booker, who are sponsoring this bill.
- 37:51And I'm going to turn over the last three minutes to you, Aaron, to just tell me what other uh points you would want to stress about this bill.
- 38:03Um, you know, what I want to stress about the bill is uh I would say this I mentioned how the Bank Secrecy Act has been ineffective, but you even look at some of these other laws that essentially is what they're tokenizing, and I'll say briefly SEC laws, SEC laws.
- 38:22Uh, if you are a small business owner and you want to raise money, it costs now about 30 to 40,000 in legal fees just to fill out the paperwork to be able to take money from investors.
- 38:34And you can only go after accredited investors, investors with a net worth of over a million dollars or who make 200,000 or more a year.
- 38:43These rules don't protect individual investors in small business.
- 38:48They protect the existing large banks and private equity firms and venture capital firms.
- 38:54Because if they were really concerned about people losing their money, you wouldn't be able to buy a Powerball ticket uh where your odds are are, you know, the expected return is negative 50%, or you wouldn't be able to go and take your entire life savings and bet it at the casino.
- 39:09This is not about keeping you safe.
- 39:12And so these laws, interestingly, when technocracy started in the early 30s and and these SEC laws uh actually started at the same time.
- 39:21These securities laws are from 1932, 1933.
- 39:25Um, and they're completely out of date.
- 39:27So what we're taking is something that already inherently protects the big guys, and now we're adding surveillance to it.
- 39:34So it's critical to understand that this isn't gonna you know protect us from money laundering or terrorism.
- 39:40It's just going to keep the average person on the sidelines uh in in an area where we should be flourishing with innovation uh where everybody can participate, which is what this technology can enable.
- 39:53It's just being used for the surveillance side instead.
- 39:56Exactly.
- 39:56And I think the other thing that's particularly disturbing.
- 40:00To me is having been someone who was vocal against the COVID tyranny.
- 40:06Um, this gives uh the government a mechanism to simply or not even the government, just just powerful entities in the banking system, or whatever, to simply shut you down whenever they want to.
- 40:20Uh, that's truly the control grid that's truly the digital prison that we're we're dealing with here.
- 40:25So, Aaron, I want to thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
- 40:29Um, Aaron Day has joined us today.
- 40:33Uh he's he's how can we reach you, Aaron?

- 42:18Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 42:21America Outloud dot news.
- 42:24Liberty and justice for all.
- 42:30Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 42:32This is Dr.
- 42:32Clayton J.
- 42:33Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 42:43Well, finishing up, I wanted to thank Aaron Day for coming on the show today.
- 42:48As you know, Aaron is a Brownstone fellow.
- 42:52Uh, he is a world expert on cryptocurrency and digital uh and tokenization of assets.
- 43:01And he, as you all just heard, gave us a very concerning discussion about this Clarity Act that is working its way through the Senate right now, and it needs to be stopped.
- 43:14The Clarity Act opens the door for digital slavery, ladies and gentlemen, and it has to be stopped.
- 43:19And it's being slipped in surreptitiously.
- 43:22We are not being properly informed about it.
- 43:26I dare say a lot of senators are not properly informed about it, and we're going to have to do that job for them.
- 43:34Again, two of the sponsors of this bill are Senator John Boozman, uh Republican out of Arkansas.
- 43:42Call him at Area Code 202, 22424.
- 43:48That's 2022, 3224, Senator John Boosman, and Senator Corey Booker, Democrat of New Jersey.
- 43:57Area code 2022 4843.
- 44:01That's 2022 4843.
- 44:07Also call your two state senators and anyone else you want to call the White House and tell them that the Clarity Act must be defeated.
- 44:15It serves no positive purpose for the American people.
- 44:19It is not necessary to add levels of surveillance and control over our commodities.
- 44:28And let's go back and just review a couple of the examples that were mentioned by Aaron in the first two segments.
- 44:38The first is the Canadian trucker example.
- 44:40As you all remember in February of 2022, the Nation of Canada under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau froze the bank accounts of the trucker convoy donors.
- 44:54There was no trial, there was no due process.
- 44:57They just froze their accounts.
- 45:00They also managed to freeze the GoFundMe platform that was raising money for the truckers who were 100% peacefully protesting.
- 45:15That was a slow and messy process, even for the Canadian government.
- 45:19The banks pushed back initially at least, and it required a declaration of emergency powers and phone calls.
- 45:29It was not a seamless transaction to shut these people's bank accounts.
- 45:34However, the Genius Act has already passed, which digitization digitizes our cash.
- 45:43That is imminent, and all payment stable kind stable coins now fall under Federal Reserve oversight.
- 45:50That was signed into law July 18th of 2025.
- 45:54How many of us even knew about that?
- 45:57And now the Clarity Act is coming to a vote, and it's even worse.
- 46:01It potentially digitalizes, it opens the door to digitalize all of your assets, stocks, bonds, retirement portfolios, property, food, fuel, everything.
- 46:15Communist China is the model.
- 46:18The Clarity Act represents a digital prison for you and for your children and grandchildren.
- 46:27So it's astonishing to see how quickly this has been put into place.
- 46:34And as Aaron pointed out, part of the reason it's been so easy for these bad actors to do so is because everyone is assuming that because President Trump won the 2024 election, all is well, and we are all safe from the globalists.
- 46:52We are not safe from the globalists.
- 46:54We are not safe from the central bankers, which ultimately amount to the same thing.
- 47:27So all of that money that you have saved so carefully over the years now becomes a digitalized commodity that you do not control.
- 47:39Once your assets are tokenized and registered, conditions can be attached, and those conditions can change without your consent.
- 47:46They can pass another law that says if you are deemed to be a threat to national security, we can freeze all your assets.
- 47:53They can not only freeze your bank accounts, which is bad enough, they can freeze all of your assets.
- 48:00The example is communist China.
- 48:02China has the digital yuan, which enables the government to see every transaction that's taking place in real time, freeze accounts instantly, restrict what you can purchase as a citizen and attach a social credit condition to your money.
- 48:17So if you are using too much carbon, if you are speaking out against some aspect of the government or potentially against some non-governmental entity that has favor with the government.
- 49:26Your local credit union doesn't.
- 49:30And they face costs, compliance costs, so called, designed to cut them out of this process.
- 49:41So really what needs to happen is everyone needs to be aware of what has already happened to our financial system and what stands to happen to it even worse in the near future.
- 49:59What happened?
- 50:00To the Canadian truckers is going to be child's play compared to what can be done to us in the future.
- 50:11As Aaron states, that if your assets are tokenized under Clarity, the Clarity Act, your retirement account requires a quote unquote compliant custodian.
- 50:26That means some bank is really in charge of your retirement money.
- 50:30Your property has smart contract conditions attached to it.
- 50:33So there's conditions under which you cannot use your own money.
- 50:38Your food and fuel purchases go through registered exchanges.
- 50:42So if you're buying too much of a type of food someone doesn't want you to have, you pay a penalty for that.
- 50:49They don't need to seize your property to control you.
- 50:52They simply change the conditions under which you can utilize your own property.
- 50:57And they can revoke your access as they did with the Canadian truckers.
- 51:02This is really a terrifying surveillance totalitarian state.
- 51:12And this isn't speculation.
- 51:14This is what the legislation allows.
- 51:22What is the ask?
- 51:24What are we trying to accomplish here, ladies and gentlemen, with regard to the Clarity Act?
- 51:32Unfortunately, the Genius Act has already been passed, and the damage is done for digital cash.
- 51:38Cash is becoming something that we are, if not seeing a gradual end to, we are seeing a level of control to that is going to be crippling to the average individual citizen.
- 51:57But Clarity expands that.
- 52:03And it has to be stopped.
- 52:06You need, we all need to get a hold of our senators, get a hold of Senator Booker and Senator Boosman and tell them that we will not stand for this.
- 52:16We will not tolerate this.
- 52:19They need to vote down the Clarity Act.
- 52:21There's no way to amend it.
- 52:24It's unnecessary, and it needs to be stopped.
- 52:32So with that in mind, um, I'd like to just give a little bit of um closing information for all of us to uh consider.
- 52:43Um, first of all, one more time.
- 52:47I'm going to give you the numbers of those two senators, and I urge everyone out there to take the time and to please call your senators and call Senator Boozman at Area Code 2022 324 and Senator Corey Booker at 2022 4843.
- 53:17I'd also ask you to take the time to follow Aaron Day.
- 53:21I'm going to put the internet address for his website on the article accompanying this podcast episode today.
- 53:33And I'm also going to put the X link for the music video that he did.
- 53:40I'm very hopeful off microphone.
- 53:44I spoke a bit with Aaron, and there's uh good reason to believe that this is just the first of many podcasts and other exposures that he's going to be putting out to raise awareness.
- 53:57But let's get out in front of this, ladies and gentlemen.
- 54:00Let's make those phone calls.
- 54:02Let's um stop this digital enslavement.
- 54:06It's come through as a Trojan horse.
- 54:08Everyone relaxed.
- 54:10Uh, as Aaron has said, it's a long game that the financial people, the people that print the money, the people that control the money.
- 54:19As Aaron pointed out, this has been going on since the 1930s, but it's the noose is tightening quickly, and we really need to take action.
- 54:28Tell everyone you can about this, have them give this podcast a listen, and let's really push back against the Clarity Act and against digital slavery in the United States of America.
- 54:48So with that concerning topic uh discussed, I'll just uh say a few things in closing.
- 54:57I am, as are many people east of the Mississippi and many people, frankly, west of the Mississippi.
- 55:04I am weathering out the winter storm where I happen to be.
- 55:08We simply got about 16 inches of snow and some very cold weather.
- 55:13Um other parts of the country have been hit with ice storms and so on.
- 55:18As an anti-geoengineering advocate, I can tell you that there is ample, ample evidence that this was a geo-engineered storm.
- 55:27I don't think there's a um weather event of any size right now in the United States, in the continental North America area that is not geoengineered to a substantial degree.
- 55:42We are faced with extraordinary times, we are faced with extraordinary pressures, and I will be back with you in my next podcast.
- 55:53And my goal is going to be to have someone on who can give us some solid information, some solid technical information about what the nature of this winter storm was, how it was engineered, what some of the truth is, what some of the falsehoods might be about it, and what we can do to continue to raise awareness about the geoengineering menace, which again has been going on for decades.
- 56:20The more we learn about any aspect of the technocratic control efforts that are all around us, whether it's bioweapons research, which goes back to the 1920s, whether it's this technocratic control grid of money, which goes back, depending on who you ask, either to the 1930s, as Aaron pointed out, or back to 1913 with the founding of the Federal Reserve, or whether we're talking about geoengineering, which has been going on for many, many years, but really started to hit its stride around 1946-1947 after World War II, as Peter Kirby in his new book, Chemtrails Exposed and New Manhattan Project lays out with great detail.
- 57:12Uh, all of these activities, all of these very evil things have been going on for the better part of a century.
- 57:23They are converging now, and we need to push back while we still can.
- 57:31Uh I look forward to seeing everyone next to talking with everyone next week.
- 57:37This is Dr.
- 57:38Clayton J.
- 57:38Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
