- 0:04Speaker 1: Hello, friends from across the nation and around the world.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm Martin, and you are listening to Dad's Bedtime Stories,
- 0:13Speaker 1: the podcast that takes listener ideas and turns them into
- 0:17Speaker 1: bedtime stories. Tonight, we're headed back into my Cards of
- 0:20Speaker 1: Power universe because we got this suggestion that I feel
- 0:24Speaker 1: like making.
- 0:26Speaker 2: I would like to suggest an episode about in the
- 0:31Speaker 2: Codes of Power universe where you go to a new
- 0:36Speaker 2: planet and find a talking salamander and find a head
- 0:39Speaker 2: village and a Courage of Power forest and they help
- 0:44Speaker 2: train with train Matlus's elemental powers.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Well, that is an excellent idea. I'm just going to
- 0:53Speaker 1: have to do my best to work it into where
- 0:55Speaker 1: we are on the podcast already. Don't forget if you
- 0:59Speaker 1: like the podcast, there's lots of ways to support Rating
- 1:02Speaker 1: it and reviewing goes a long way. Join us on
- 1:05Speaker 1: Patreon obviously funds the podcast directly, or if you want
- 1:09Speaker 1: to be part of my New March contest to share
- 1:12Speaker 1: the podcast on social media, you could be entered in
- 1:16Speaker 1: a draw for a guaranteed story idea. That means that
- 1:20Speaker 1: if you win the draw, you pick the story and
- 1:24Speaker 1: I will make it as long as it's reasonable. All
- 1:28Speaker 1: you have to do is share the podcast, maybe a
- 1:31Speaker 1: favorite episode of your podcast, or a screenshot of the
- 1:34Speaker 1: podcast or whatever. Honestly, you can't do it wrong on
- 1:39Speaker 1: some form of social media, and then fill out my
- 1:42Speaker 1: Google form just so I know it happened. At the
- 1:46Speaker 1: end of the month, I'm going to be doing a
- 1:47Speaker 1: draw and the winner will get their guaranteed story idea
- 1:51Speaker 1: and even a little interview with me over like Google
- 1:56Speaker 1: Meet or something like that. All of the details should
- 2:00Speaker 1: be there in the show notes, including the Google form.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And again, you really can't do it wrong. I'll basically
- 2:06Speaker 1: trust you as long as you let me know you
- 2:08Speaker 1: shared the podcast. But now it's that time again. Time
- 2:16Speaker 1: to get as comfy as you can in that bed,
- 2:18Speaker 1: close your eyes, and imagine yourself doing what the kid
- 2:23Speaker 1: in the story does. Imagine yourself waking up inside your
- 2:29Speaker 1: cards of power spaceship. Wow, good morning, Sunshine, Magnus, your
- 2:38Speaker 1: little dragonling says, huh oh, good morning Magnus. Well what
- 2:44Speaker 1: do you want to do today? Well, since we're on
- 2:48Speaker 1: this battle planet, I thought maybe I could test out
- 2:52Speaker 1: my skills. Think you can get me like a match
- 2:56Speaker 1: or something, he asks, trying to work on a new
- 3:02Speaker 1: elemental powers, but well I haven't had much of a
- 3:07Speaker 1: chance to improve them. Oh yeah, that's a good point.
- 3:12Speaker 1: I'm sure we can get you a match. You respond,
- 3:16Speaker 1: and after eating a quick breakfast, you head out of
- 3:20Speaker 1: the spaceship through the parking lot, then over to boards,
- 3:24Speaker 1: the battle center you've been in many times. Inside, you
- 3:30Speaker 1: walk up to the desk. Hello, welcome back. Would you
- 3:35Speaker 1: like to participate in another battle of sorts? The person
- 3:40Speaker 1: at the desk asks, uh, yeah, well I was hoping
- 3:45Speaker 1: Magnus here could be matched up against someone or some
- 3:49Speaker 1: sort of creature that has like elemental powers. Ah, that
- 3:55Speaker 1: is an excellent idea. Let me see what we have. Yeah,
- 4:02Speaker 1: we have a ghost type and Broom one waiting for
- 4:06Speaker 1: a partner, and oh maybe right here Room five, then
- 4:14Speaker 1: elemental salamander of some kind. It seems to be a
- 4:22Speaker 1: deity level. Would that do she asks? I? Yeah, I
- 4:28Speaker 1: think it probably would, you say, looking at Magnus for reassurance.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Magnus nods in response, very good. Head on over to
- 4:38Speaker 1: room five. They've been waiting for an opponent for a while.
- 4:44Speaker 1: You walk down the hall until you get to the
- 4:47Speaker 1: big number five. Then you enter inside. Once again, you
- 4:53Speaker 1: find yourself in a gigantic battle arena. Only this one
- 4:59Speaker 1: seems to be a special arena for elemental type creatures.
- 5:05Speaker 1: The ground is made of rock, there's water streaming through,
- 5:10Speaker 1: there's a small forest of trees, and random fire all
- 5:15Speaker 1: over the place. Plus there seems to be real wind inside.
- 5:21Speaker 1: We're not sure exactly how they're doing that. On the
- 5:25Speaker 1: far side of the arena, you see a gigantic salamander
- 5:30Speaker 1: standing there in front of some other kid. Hey, the
- 5:36Speaker 1: kid says, ready for battle. My elemental salamander here is
- 5:41Speaker 1: looking for a good opponent. Yeah, you respond. Magnus here
- 5:47Speaker 1: is mostly a fire dragon, but as he evolves, he
- 5:51Speaker 1: actually got some types of earth bound powers. Recently, he
- 5:57Speaker 1: got a card that's supposed to slowly transfer for of
- 6:00Speaker 1: them into an elemental type. We're really looking for a
- 6:04Speaker 1: chance to practice all of that. Well, that's perfect, the
- 6:08Speaker 1: kid says, my name's Gabe, and this is a sal
- 6:13Speaker 1: sal the salamander.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Let me know when you're ready.
- 6:18Speaker 1: You step across the arena and into the protective circle
- 6:23Speaker 1: of force. Field appears around you, and you nod to Magnus.
- 6:28Speaker 1: He immediately begins to transform, stretching larger and larger and
- 6:34Speaker 1: larger until he becomes his deity level form, a black
- 6:40Speaker 1: dragon with pure sunlight energy flowing through his veins, the
- 6:47Speaker 1: purest type of heat one could possibly think of. Ready, three, two,
- 6:55Speaker 1: one go, Gabe announces, and immediately his salamander runs forward,
- 7:02Speaker 1: jumps into the air, performs a perfect front flip, and
- 7:07Speaker 1: unleashes little bolts of rock, just tiny pieces of rock,
- 7:12Speaker 1: but they fly at incredible speeds. They hit Magnus, causing
- 7:18Speaker 1: almost immediate wounds. That wow, Magnus says, that's not very nice.
- 7:26Speaker 1: In response, Magnus's veins begin to heat up. The room
- 7:32Speaker 1: itself suddenly lights a blaze. Every single tree around is
- 7:37Speaker 1: well on fire. With a huge blast of heat downward,
- 7:44Speaker 1: Magnus turns the ground instantly into lava and sends it
- 7:48Speaker 1: straight towards the little salamander just before it hits the creature.
- 7:55Speaker 1: The salamander reaches down into the ground and the stone
- 8:00Speaker 1: around him solidifies once more. Then he reaches his hands
- 8:05Speaker 1: out towards the streams of water, which are now steaming,
- 8:09Speaker 1: spins them around in the air, and splashes them down
- 8:13Speaker 1: on the rest of the lava floor. Before Magnus can respond,
- 8:19Speaker 1: the air starts to move around his head quickly circling
- 8:24Speaker 1: it like a tiny little tornado with a whole bunch
- 8:27Speaker 1: of dust in it. He probably can't see, you realize.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Vines burst out of the recently burnt ground and start
- 8:39Speaker 1: to wrap around Magnus's arms and legs. Magnus tries to
- 8:45Speaker 1: struggle free, but he still can't see anything do to
- 8:48Speaker 1: the little tornado around his head. Then the creature pulls
- 8:53Speaker 1: the water once again, forms it into spikes, and begins
- 8:58Speaker 1: launching them towards me. Ow, Magnus says. As the spikes
- 9:04Speaker 1: hit him. Magnus starts to heat up once again, making
- 9:08Speaker 1: the entire room incredibly hot, and the little tornado will
- 9:14Speaker 1: round his face. Does something else I ain't gonna Magnus says,
- 9:22Speaker 1: as if he's unable to catch a breath. Slowly, the
- 9:26Speaker 1: heat in the room begins to fade, and Magnus falls
- 9:31Speaker 1: over on the ground. The salamander releases the vines as
- 9:37Speaker 1: well as the little wind tornado. Well, I guess there
- 9:42Speaker 1: we have it. It looks like your companion there could
- 9:46Speaker 1: use a little more training with the elements, he says.
- 9:51Speaker 1: If he really had control of air, there's no reason
- 9:54Speaker 1: that attack should have worked. And cut off his ability
- 9:57Speaker 1: to breathe. That's what you did? You say, amazing? How man,
- 10:07Speaker 1: Magnus says, slowly waking up. What happened? Where'd he go?
- 10:11Speaker 1: Let me get him? Ah? The match is over, Magnus,
- 10:15Speaker 1: you lost I what?
- 10:18Speaker 3: Ah?
- 10:19Speaker 1: How? Uh? He got you some kind of air attack
- 10:23Speaker 1: that stopped you from being able to breathe and you
- 10:25Speaker 1: just sort of passed out. You explain what That's not fair?
- 10:31Speaker 1: And I'm sure I can find a way to deal
- 10:33Speaker 1: with that. Uh yeah, probably if you learn to use
- 10:38Speaker 1: your wind element you can. May I make a suggestion,
- 10:44Speaker 1: The elemental Salamander says, it's possible for you to come
- 10:51Speaker 1: and train with me back at my home base. Uh.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Where's that, you ask? A planet not far from here.
- 11:03Speaker 1: In fact, if you'd like to come, we should be
- 11:07Speaker 1: able to teleport you there, right, Gabe, Yeah, that's right.
- 11:14Speaker 1: We do have a teleport card back home. We can
- 11:18Speaker 1: go there and back here without any problem at all.
- 11:22Speaker 1: If you guys want to train, I'd totally be up
- 11:25Speaker 1: to taking you. You look over at Magnus, well, what
- 11:31Speaker 1: do you think should we go to a new strange
- 11:33Speaker 1: planet and train? You ask, Well, it couldn't hurt Magnus responds, okay,
- 11:42Speaker 1: you say, let's check out this training planet of yours.
- 11:48Speaker 1: All right, Well, just come on over here and I'll
- 11:51Speaker 1: activate the teleport card, Gabe says. You walk over to
- 11:57Speaker 1: wards Gabe and his salamander. That sounds kind of old
- 12:01Speaker 1: and wise or heady. Everyone his chest glows. A blue
- 12:08Speaker 1: card flies out, glows around all of you for a second,
- 12:13Speaker 1: and in an instant there's a flash of light and
- 12:16Speaker 1: you find yourself standing in the middle of a forest,
- 12:22Speaker 1: a very unique forest. You look around and see that
- 12:27Speaker 1: you're in some sort of valley, surrounded by mountains, a volcano,
- 12:35Speaker 1: and water and lakes of all different kinds. The valley
- 12:40Speaker 1: is lush and green, with tons of trees and plants
- 12:45Speaker 1: and fruit growing everywhere. It's kind of like the perfect
- 12:51Speaker 1: training place for elemental powers. Every different element is represented.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Welcome to the valley. This is where Salini trained when
- 13:03Speaker 1: we were practicing at first. It's the perfect place. We
- 13:08Speaker 1: actually like built a little home here in the village.
- 13:13Speaker 1: He points over towards a small log cabin off to
- 13:16Speaker 1: the side. You can stay with us if you want
- 13:20Speaker 1: to for a while, he says, at least until we
- 13:24Speaker 1: transport you back to your ship and all that. Oh,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I probably won't need that as long as you have
- 13:31Speaker 1: some space. I've got a sort of a log cabin
- 13:34Speaker 1: card of my own, you explain. Oh cool. Well, anyways,
- 13:40Speaker 1: you guys are ready to do some training, Gay asks.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You look over at Magnus. I guess so, Magnus says,
- 13:53Speaker 1: all right, then salads. Well, since the main thing that
- 13:59Speaker 1: seems to've tripped you up was the wind, I say
- 14:04Speaker 1: we start with the air element. Ah, all right, I'm listening.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Magnus responds. Well. The air element, though almost entirely invisible,
- 14:20Speaker 1: is one of the most powerful because it's everywhere, and
- 14:27Speaker 1: as you may have found out there, it's essential to
- 14:32Speaker 1: most life forms. When you learn to control the air itself,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you hold with you other people's power to breathe. On
- 14:45Speaker 1: top of that, it can become an incredibly destructive force
- 14:51Speaker 1: when moved at fast speeds. Have you ever seen a hurricane?
- 14:58Speaker 1: He asks, Ah, yeah, I have. They're crazy powerful. Indeed
- 15:06Speaker 1: they are. Most people have trouble with the air because
- 15:12Speaker 1: they can't see it, but it's always with you, which
- 15:18Speaker 1: is probably the reason it's so easy to ignore. The
- 15:23Speaker 1: fish in water probably doesn't actually notice the water very
- 15:28Speaker 1: much does it. It's just a natural part of its life.
- 15:34Speaker 1: The same is true for air for those of us
- 15:38Speaker 1: who live above ground. To control it, you must become
- 15:45Speaker 1: one with it. Sal explains, Now, sit on the ground
- 15:52Speaker 1: and meditate on that. Ah how kay, Magnus says, awkwardly,
- 16:00Speaker 1: putting himself in a sort of seated position that looks
- 16:04Speaker 1: kind of like a dog sitting up. The salamander sits
- 16:09Speaker 1: down on the ground, crosses his legs, and holds his
- 16:13Speaker 1: hands up on top of his knees in a sort
- 16:16Speaker 1: of meditation pose. Very good. Now, first, clear your mind
- 16:25Speaker 1: of all other things. Begin by focusing on your breath,
- 16:32Speaker 1: the air you already control, Sal says. Magnus begins to
- 16:40Speaker 1: breathe deeply in and out. Ah. I can feel it,
- 16:47Speaker 1: he says, Oh, and something inside me is connecting to it.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Very good. Beginning with your breath is the right way
- 17:01Speaker 1: to start, for it's something that you already have a
- 17:06Speaker 1: union with. Now, on your next breath out, I want
- 17:13Speaker 1: you to continue to focus on the air even after
- 17:17Speaker 1: it leieves your lungs, trace it through the sky and
- 17:24Speaker 1: move it around your body. Ah okay, Magnus says. Then
- 17:32Speaker 1: he takes in a deep breath and slowly lets it out.
- 17:37Speaker 1: His head begins spinning around in sort of little circles. Ah.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I think I got it. I'm moving it. I'm commanding
- 17:47Speaker 1: my own breath, or my old breath, or whatever this is,
- 17:51Speaker 1: he says. The wind brushes past you to sort of
- 17:56Speaker 1: demonstrate what he's doing, moving a small column of air around,
- 18:02Speaker 1: dancing it up and down and around in circles. Very good,
- 18:09Speaker 1: sal says. Now, allow your consciousness to expand to the
- 18:16Speaker 1: air around it as you move your breath, grab more
- 18:22Speaker 1: air as you go, and continue to move it in
- 18:26Speaker 1: a circle. Ah okay, Magnus says, practicing with the air,
- 18:34Speaker 1: moving it around and around, gathering more as he goes,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and before long you find yourself in a sort of
- 18:43Speaker 1: low powered tornado, the air spinning around and around and
- 18:48Speaker 1: around again, getting more and more powerful. Very good. You
- 18:55Speaker 1: have found your communion with the air. Now all you
- 19:01Speaker 1: must do is practice. Ah cool, Magnus says, Yeah, I
- 19:09Speaker 1: feel it like an extension of my body. That's amazing.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Very good. Now, your command of rocks was fairly solid.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'd say, at least your ability to turn them into
- 19:25Speaker 1: lava and move them around. So I say, we move
- 19:30Speaker 1: on to water. Sal stands up and leads the others
- 19:36Speaker 1: towards a small lake in the little valley. Now, water
- 19:43Speaker 1: is much the same as the air, and just as
- 19:47Speaker 1: your body already has air inside it, it is made
- 19:53Speaker 1: up of water as well, a surprisingly high concentration of water. Actually, now,
- 20:02Speaker 1: it may be counterintuitive or a fire dragon like you,
- 20:07Speaker 1: but to be able to become one with the water,
- 20:11Speaker 1: you must first immerse yourself in it. Ah, I have
- 20:16Speaker 1: to get in there, Magnus says that I don't really
- 20:22Speaker 1: like water. It's okay, But if you don't like water,
- 20:28Speaker 1: or can't learn to exist with it, you will never
- 20:33Speaker 1: learn how to command it. Ah. Water's not getting up
- 20:38Speaker 1: that easy, Magnus says, and he begins to wade his
- 20:43Speaker 1: way into the lake. The lake hisses as he enters,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and it gets visibly warmer and even begins to boil
- 20:52Speaker 1: around him. Very good, Sal says. Now, the first step
- 21:02Speaker 1: is to move with the water, feel the way it flows.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Sal steps into the nail almost boiling water, and demonstrates
- 21:13Speaker 1: a set of movements, moving his hands gently from left
- 21:18Speaker 1: to right, pushing the water back and forth. You see
- 21:23Speaker 1: the water flows with you. Imagine the motion continuing after
- 21:30Speaker 1: you stop. Sal pushes the water to the right, and
- 21:35Speaker 1: the water continues to flow in a large wave before
- 21:40Speaker 1: splashing over the side of the lake. Ah how ka,
- 21:45Speaker 1: Magnus says, standing up on his hind legs and using
- 21:50Speaker 1: his dragon claws to start moving the water back and
- 21:54Speaker 1: forth left and right. Then he pushes it to one side,
- 22:00Speaker 1: and just as Cell did, a wave continues to flow,
- 22:05Speaker 1: splashing over the side of the lake.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Very good.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Now, a dragon like you should also understand how to
- 22:17Speaker 1: heat things up and cool them off in many ways.
- 22:23Speaker 1: You could think of heat as a faster vibration, the
- 22:28Speaker 1: particles moving quicker in the water itself, just as your
- 22:35Speaker 1: breath does when you command flames. But just as easily
- 22:42Speaker 1: the molecules in the water can stop vibrating, they can
- 22:47Speaker 1: freeze almost instantly with a thought. Use your mind to
- 22:54Speaker 1: imagine these things. Allow the water to flow, and then
- 23:00Speaker 1: stop it, command it to freeze in place. Sal demonstrates
- 23:06Speaker 1: by pushing another wave over to the side. It grows
- 23:10Speaker 1: larger and then freezes in place as a giant, floating
- 23:15Speaker 1: sort of iceberg. Then with another hand gesture, the entire
- 23:20Speaker 1: iceberg melts and splashes into the water again. Ah okay,
- 23:28Speaker 1: Magnus says. He begins moving his dragon claws back and
- 23:33Speaker 1: forth in the water once again. Then he pushes it
- 23:37Speaker 1: to the side, causes a large wave to rise, and
- 23:42Speaker 1: squeezes his fist, commanding it to freeze in place. It
- 23:47Speaker 1: doesn't work the first couple of times, but on the
- 23:51Speaker 1: tenth try it does. The wave moves up and solidifies
- 23:58Speaker 1: into a large wave of ice, which then falls over
- 24:01Speaker 1: on its side and splashes everyone. It wasn't that well balanced.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Apparently I did it. I froze the water. That is
- 24:10Speaker 1: so cool. Magnus continues to move waves of water to
- 24:15Speaker 1: the side, freezing them in place, and then letting go,
- 24:20Speaker 1: allowing them to turn back into water. After a few
- 24:25Speaker 1: hours of practice, he's moving water around in columns, spinning
- 24:31Speaker 1: around sal and Gabe and you, and turning it into
- 24:37Speaker 1: ice on command. Very good. Now, the last element which
- 24:44Speaker 1: I think we should probably work on is that of
- 24:48Speaker 1: nature itself. Now, well, you can command the water and
- 24:54Speaker 1: the air, and the rocks and the fire. None of
- 24:58Speaker 1: them have the their own form of life. Nature, on
- 25:04Speaker 1: the other hand, is partially conscious, not like you or I,
- 25:11Speaker 1: but in a way it is living. It can't be
- 25:18Speaker 1: commanded as water can, Sal explains as he walks out
- 25:23Speaker 1: of the lake and heads over towards a small cluster
- 25:27Speaker 1: of trees. Instead, you must connect with it on a
- 25:34Speaker 1: fundamental level. Many would explain that connection feeling a lot
- 25:40Speaker 1: like love, just as one truly appreciates themselves on a
- 25:47Speaker 1: fundamental level. You must learn to appreciate the nature around
- 25:53Speaker 1: you to see that you and it are already one
- 25:58Speaker 1: on some level. Once you are connected, you may ask
- 26:04Speaker 1: it to move, encourage it to grow, give it the
- 26:09Speaker 1: new tree as it needs to do so. Sal demonstrates
- 26:15Speaker 1: that by slowly moving his arms towards the tree. In response,
- 26:23Speaker 1: the branches of the tree suddenly shot out, grow larger,
- 26:28Speaker 1: and then develop little fruits which drop down. You see,
- 26:35Speaker 1: when it sees that you and it are one, it
- 26:40Speaker 1: will listen. Start by meditating again, only with at least
- 26:47Speaker 1: one hand on the tree, Sal says, sitting down beside
- 26:53Speaker 1: the tree and placing his hand on it. To demonstrate
- 26:58Speaker 1: Magnus awkwardly sits down beside it, places his hand on
- 27:02Speaker 1: the thing, and closes his eyes. Very good. Now, start
- 27:10Speaker 1: by finding your appreciation for the tree, he explains. Breathe
- 27:18Speaker 1: and feel as though the tree is breathing, as though
- 27:23Speaker 1: you and the tree are both part of the same organism. Okay,
- 27:32Speaker 1: Magnus says, trying to do just that, breathing slowly with
- 27:37Speaker 1: his hand on the tree and imagining the best he
- 27:40Speaker 1: can he in the tree becoming one. Wait a second,
- 27:47Speaker 1: I think I feel it, Magnus says. It's like the
- 27:52Speaker 1: tree is a part of me. It's like it's like
- 27:58Speaker 1: all nature is a part of me. Just because I
- 28:02Speaker 1: don't have roots doesn't mean I'm not part of the
- 28:05Speaker 1: same thing. I'm just a a mobile part of it,
- 28:11Speaker 1: connected in so many ways that aren't physical but are
- 28:17Speaker 1: still there. Very good, sal says, Now use that connection
- 28:25Speaker 1: to request the tree to grow. Magnus closes his eyes again,
- 28:34Speaker 1: takes a deep breath, and the tree begins to grow.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Then it starts to stretch up higher and higher into
- 28:44Speaker 1: the sky, its branches growing up and out, had its
- 28:49Speaker 1: trunk growing wider. I I did it, Magnus says, you
- 28:56Speaker 1: certainly did, But I'm getting tired. I don't know about
- 29:03Speaker 1: the rest of you. I'd say it's probably enough for
- 29:07Speaker 1: one day, all right, Well, thanks Sal. I've always wanted
- 29:15Speaker 1: to learn my elemental powers a little bit more, and
- 29:19Speaker 1: he really helped me out. Don't mention it, sal response.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I'm happy to do so. I suggest you practice these
- 29:30Speaker 1: connections and experiment. There are many ways to use these powers,
- 29:38Speaker 1: but for now, it's time for us to go to bed.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Yeah see you, guys, Gabe says as they walk off
- 29:46Speaker 1: towards their cabin. It's totally cool to set up your
- 29:50Speaker 1: cabin or whatever it is wherever you want here. Well,
- 29:53Speaker 1: you can teleport you back in the morning. So you
- 29:58Speaker 1: reach inside your card or summon your log cabin card
- 30:04Speaker 1: and watch as the energy from the card swirls through
- 30:07Speaker 1: the air, forms itself into a log cabin and solidifies
- 30:13Speaker 1: in front of you. You and Magnus head over to
- 30:17Speaker 1: the little log cabin, open up the door, and step inside. Again.
- 30:24Speaker 1: You're amazed at how large the thing is on the inside,
- 30:28Speaker 1: a sort of pocket dimension. You walk up to your bedroom,
- 30:34Speaker 1: You crawl into your bed, and you close your eyes.
- 30:41Speaker 1: With each breath, you allow your muscles to release a
- 30:46Speaker 1: little more tension, starting with your arms, letting them sink
- 30:53Speaker 1: into the mattress. Next, you notice any tension in your legs,
- 31:01Speaker 1: and with each breath you release that tension a little
- 31:05Speaker 1: bit more, you let go of the tension and your shoulders,
- 31:13Speaker 1: in your chest, your stomach, and even in your face,
- 31:19Speaker 1: allowing it to soften into a nice half smile as
- 31:26Speaker 1: your mind begins to wander off the thoughts of new dreams,
- 31:33Speaker 1: new elemental powers, and new adventures to come. Good Night.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Everyone must.
- 33:53Speaker 4: Never union, name a common in new more union kicking,
- 43:03Speaker 4: no
- 43:05Speaker 1: Thing, no
