  going through today. I will share five steps on how

  to connect with a spirit guide and also how many we have and

  for how long we have them, do have we haven't since birth or

  later on? How does that all work?

  So, first of all, what is actually a spirit guide?

  A spirit guide is a non-physical, being assigned to

  help you on your Earth Journey, achieve your soul Mission and

  protect you and guide. You throw your Earth life.

  When I first had my Spiritual Awakening, I went to a psychic

  and I asked, how can I myself connect to my Spirit guides

  instead of having to go through a medium?

  And she asked my guides and they said these five steps.

  So the first step is to light a candle.

  This can be any type of candle. This will help somehow I don't

  know why that helps but that is what I have been doing since I

  was told that step number two is to set an intention for example,

  that you will be Clear Channel and receive a clear message from

  your Spirit guides. Step number three is to steal

  your thoughts, so, take a few deep breaths, do some meditation

  in whatever style you prefer, whether that is feeling your

  breath or doing some Mantra meditation, anything that will

  still you Mind. Step number four is to ask a

  question to your spirit guide so that could be what it's my sole

  Mission. What will happen to me this

  year. What challenges will I go

  through or how will I solve this challenge?

  That I'm going through. Step number five, is to have a

  notepad ready, so have it on the bedside next to your candle.

  And after you've asked the question, bring out your pen and

  then just write down, whatever comes to mind, whatever pops

  into your mind. And and this is called automatic
• 2:31
  writing. So this is a form of channeling
• 2:33
  actually. And then be aware, what do you

  feel? It's common to feel a touch or a
• 2:41
  presence around the head, or the neck, or maybe just a feeling of
• 2:45
  happiness, or like, there's some energy there in the room with
• 2:49
  you. So just pay attention to that as
• 2:51
  well. And then just be consistent with
• 2:53
  this. Do this, a few times the first
• 2:55
  time, it can feel a bit weird. Like you're a crazy person but

  if Slay, those limiting beliefs get released and it becomes

  easier and easier and you can get clearer and clearer

  The first question is, how many Spirit guides do we have?

  So the amount of Spirit guides you have will depend on your

  soul Mission how big it is. So let's say that you have a
