  SPEAKER_00: Namaste, beautiful souls.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Today I'm truly honored to be joined by a deeply respected pioneer and someone that I've had the pleasure of meeting in person in LA last year or maybe the year before, when our dear friend Geraldine Glass was launching her book, and I love how it's coming full circle because in our conversation, Dr.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: Sue, you're going to be sharing your book that you're bringing into the world.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: So I'm really excited for our conversation and thank you for joining us here on Awakening.
• 0:37
  SPEAKER_01: It's my great joy.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_01: I am uh 100% interested in the awakening of humanity.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: And so anytime we can engage in a conversation along those lines, I'm very thrilled to be here.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_01: So I look forward to seeing where we get to go today.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for having me.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: My first feeling is to begin with you.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: I know my community would love to hear about your journey.
• 1:04
  SPEAKER_00: How did you awaken?
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: How did you awaken to remembering the truth of what's really happening here, what's really available to us?
• 1:13
SPEAKER_01: You know, so I grew up with uh quantum science as my dinner table conversation.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_01: My father was a pioneer in truly in energy medicine, when the words energy and medicine would have never been used together back in the 70s.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_01: And so he was very much recognizing that it was energy and the blockage of energy that was keeping his patients from being able to heal.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_01: And so he began to work with the energy directly versus working with, you know, other means of healing people, even though he was in chiropractic and natural health care along the way.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_01: It led him, his research led him to energetics, bioenergetics, body energy, the energy flow in the body.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_01: And so I grew up with that and I knew the principles, and I am those principles.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_01: And I've never gone to the doctor to get a prescription to heal something.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: I've never taken an antibiotic to get over something, it is um, it is not my life.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_01: And so what did happen in my life was a recognition of the body's ability to heal itself if we know how to move this energy in the ways that it's designed to be moving.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_01: And so, even knowing those principles, I, as I graduated from school and opened my own clinic and started treating patients, I started getting migraine headaches.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_01: And so um I and I wasn't able to get a handle on them.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_01: They they were just out of, you know, just happening.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_01: I was missing work one or two days a week.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_01: And um so I was drawn to meditation as a means of getting over my headaches because I knew that that uh people had healed headaches and you know, a lot of anxiety or stress-related issues just by learning to meditate.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_01: And so, so that was me.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_01: And I went to a meditation retreat and I instantly started having transcendental experiences the moment that I closed my eyes and with with following these directions, I was in another world instantly.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: And I had no idea what I was experiencing, what was going on, or or what this meant, or or how to interpret it, but I knew that it was changing my life.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_01: I knew that my life was changed forever the very first time that it happened.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_01: I I knew that I would had to explore, I had to figure out, I had to delve into this, and it became the center of my life.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, I I began uh in the next um month just um uh attending meditation retreats and having more and more and more exalted experiences.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_01: And so um it became the center of my research and I I had uh transcendental experiences in other dimensions, other realms.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_01: It's just like as far from the scientific approach in my clinic of you know, stimulus response, have this outcome happening through the means that we study the human system.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_01: I was now catapulted into a different world.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: And so I spent the next 10 years really delving in, trying to understand and put the pieces together.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_01: And I began sharing those things with my patients and they began healing faster and staying better longer as I would share these little incremental pieces of information along the way with them.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_01: And so I knew I was on to something.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_01: And so we started recording what was happening and the types of things that were healing, and I started to codify that and just organize it.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_01: And that became my first book, The Energy Codes, just really sharing with people what we were doing that was allowing allowing for greater, faster healing on every level in someone's life, not just their physical healing, but their mental and emotional healing and and their biochemical healing and transformation.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_01: And so um, so I haven't looked back, I haven't stopped peddling in terms of of really opening and allowing all of this to have deep and rich meaning in my life.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_01: And it has grown to, you know, speaking to people in 120 countries and and uh with uh with hundreds of thousands of people that have been through the trainings and the the sharings that I'm offering.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_01: And um, it is a most fulfilling life experience, uh, more so than I could even describe.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_01: So that's sort of the the the the quick response to uh to your question.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I I am feeling the energy as you share about it.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: I would love if you could share with us one of those transcendental experiences that you had then or that you've recently had.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, because I feel like when we share about these expansive experiences, people start to feel the energy and it opens them up to also go beyond what the finite mind thinks.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: There's so much more to this world than than this physical reality.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: So is there something that pops into mind that you'd like to share?
• 6:10
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so you know, one of the things that I have shared most often, and it for this reason, that it had it's it becomes a transmission and people begin to uh become um initiated, if you will, or activated in those same frequencies as I share the story.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_01: So I was in, it was very early on when I was in this process of going to these meditation retreats and and being guided through things.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_01: And in this particular moment, we weren't being guided in any way.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: We were simply chanting an ancient Sanskrit chant, Omni Mashivaya, just over and over and over.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_01: And it was, I wasn't familiar with those words, I wasn't familiar with chanting.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_01: I would never have sung in public, so you know it was not my my thing.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: And yet I was very drawn to participate in this.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_01: There was just no question I was going to participate in this.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_01: And so they were holding the notes longer than I could because of the shallowness of my breath at the time.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_01: And they were saying words that I wasn't familiar with, so I had to concentrate deeply.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_01: And I had to draw very deep, full breaths to be able to hold these notes, these sounds to the length that we were.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_01: And uh, and there was also another situation that was in the background, which I think is a very significant component.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_01: Um, I was always a pleaser and trying to do good and be the, you know, do the right thing and be a good person, be a good student, and being a good, be a good daughter, be a good sister, be a good citizen, be a good partner, on and on and on.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_01: And and this teacher that was holding these meditation retreats was on to that.
• 7:52
  SPEAKER_01: She saw that.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_01: And so she gave me a list of things to do that was basically impossible to do in the amount of time that she gave me to do them, and to the point that she knew I would try and she knew I would do and do and do.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_01: And I got this point, and I just was like, you know, broke.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I'm, you know, I work all week long in my clinic serving patients, and now I'm coming to these retreats and I'm working all weekend, you know, I'm doing the same.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_01: I could stay home and do that, and I'm not doing this.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_01: And so for the first time in my life, I said no, you know, thank you, no.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: And um, and I dropped the list, you know, and just went into the ballroom where all these people in this hotel were chanting and having this lovely retreat, this lovely experience.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_01: And so, so I just joined in instead of running running around behind the scenes, running all the errands and doing all the all the things.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_01: And so that was a claim for myself that I had never made before.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_01: And I I actually think that if that is not foundational in someone's practice or someone's attempt to transcend or transform themselves, uh, it the transformation will be very difficult.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_01: And so, given that background, here I sit.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: I come in, sit down, and I am just having this for me and me alone.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_01: Like whatever else is going on out there, so be it.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_01: This is what I'm doing.
• 9:15
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_01: And so I start in with this breath and these, these, these words and this focus and this deep intent in my heart is pounding because you know, I'm breaking all my rules as far as not being the good girl and do what I'm asked to do and all that kind of thing.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_01: And so, boom, there I was.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: And I instantly had an alteration in my consciousness, an opening in my consciousness.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_01: And I was in a realm that was 10 times brighter than the brightest day in the desert that I had ever seen.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_01: And below me, I could see the earth about the size of a marble, and I was embedded into it up to what would have been my knees, but I didn't have knees because I wasn't in a body.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_01: I was just this ray of light.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_01: I could see every direction, I would say 360 degrees, but it was spherical as well.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_01: I could see above and below and behind and in front, left and right, the same.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_01: I was all of it.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_01: And I had free will.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_01: I could decide to look at any given direction, but it was all the same.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: And every time I took a breath, this brilliant, beautiful, translucent, trans, you know, just this uh illuminated blanket of a horizon would rise and fall as I would exhale.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_01: Like these giant wings of a stingray just rise and fall.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_01: If I took a big breath, it would rise very big.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_01: And if I took a small breath, it would just you know rise and and vibrate accordingly.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_01: And I was in this state, and I instantly realized that this was the truth of who I was.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_01: This was not an altered place, this was home, home base.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_01: I realized I had always been there, and I had always been that, and that this is the truth of all of us, and that what we're doing here in this dimension down on in this earthly plane, in this more condensed physical realm, is a project that we are in.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_01: I was engaging in a project, I was focusing my attention into this physical dimension, and so I in that moment knew that this person, this body, this mind, this personality that I had always identified as was not me at all.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_01: It was literally a compression of that energy that I am, that true essence and an expression into this world for an engaging purpose, for a purpose of bringing my whole full, full true self here at some point, but actually, you know, weaving myself into this, the density of this, of this dimension.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_01: And so, in short, I would say that there was nothing missing, there was nothing broken, there was nothing wrong, there was nothing to heal.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_01: It wasn't like that at all.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_01: It was simply that I was now free from identifying solely as this personality that had been through a childhood that was painful, that slept on the floor of my closet uh growing up because I was afraid.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_01: And I only had to look one direction if I was in the closet looking out the doorway.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_01: And I was at the effect in that personality of abuse and abandonment and and you know, confusion and feeling left out or left behind, or like I didn't matter, or it didn't, you know, all the all the stuff that we go through.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_01: And I in this instant knew that there was now a version of myself that was not that, that was not at the effect of those circumstances, that was full and whole and true and complete before those circumstances ever unfolded and remains true now today.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: And so my job was to bring those two together instead of living as these two separate versions of self, now that I knew there was an alternative.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_01: And so that is what I became very focused on in the months and years to follow that, um, as a means of weaving those pieces together and allowing this high, exalted, true, essential higher self, superconscious presence version of myself to be infused into that personality version of myself that had been through my story, just like everyone has been through their story, and is identifying as the one who has survived their story.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_01: Uh, we are more than that, even.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_01: We are so much more than that.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_01: And so my work became about teaching people how to find that essence, whether they ever have an exalted experience out of body like that or not.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: What matters is that they start to feel and sense and perceive that version of themselves and allow it to have a place to live and a place to breathe and a place to be.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: And so that is um, you know, that is the point of uh everything that I do at this point.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: This is what I love it because you're bringing the infinite being that we are here, embodied, to actually have the experience.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: Personally, for me, I I love vipassana.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: So I, which is like 10-day meditations, and I had this deep meditation where I everything became subtler and subtler, my body became subtler and subtler, and I got to this space where there was no mind and no body.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: And when I came back, I felt the love and I felt the light, and I and I had all these realizations that we are this infinite being that is creating this finite experience.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: And when we start to accept, and acceptance is the energy of love, love our life, we we tap into all that is already here.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Like there's so much, it's all already available to us, it's so full.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: And so what I love about what you teach is that um awakening isn't just like an idea, it's actually an embodiment.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: It's and I would love for you to speak like why should we awaken through the body?
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: Why is that so important?
• 15:56
SPEAKER_01: Well, of all the places we could be, we've come to the physical dimension.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_01: And the body is the physical dimensional version of us.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_01: So I think it has everything to do with why we're here.
• 16:05
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_01: So what we know is that if we don't bring that energy here into this body, the body is somewhat vacated.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_01: We're not fully in it.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_01: And we actually are the healing energy.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_01: And so if we're not living in the body, then the body has a very hard time healing itself.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_01: We have a very hard time being the healer and the innovator and the creative presence in our lives that we are meant to be.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_01: And instead, we feel like something's missing, something's broken, something's not quite right, and then we're constantly seeking and searching for that solution and for the rest of who we are, when all the while the only issue is that we haven't come fully here into this form.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_01: And so the form version of ourselves is flailing about.
• 16:49
  SPEAKER_01: It is uh it's it's compromised.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_01: And so, in that compromise, we suffer.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_01: We don't know who we are, and we feel like we're not enough, and we feel like we need to be trying to fix something so we spend our time looking for what's broken so that we can fix it.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_01: And all the while we're not really allowing the mind and the body and the spirit to have a real run at what why we came here in the first place.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_01: So we come here to awaken, to reawaken to the truth of who we are.
• 17:21
  SPEAKER_01: That's why we're here.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_01: People always say, you know, I don't really know what my purpose is.
• 17:25
  SPEAKER_01: I don't, I feel lost, I don't know what my purpose is.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_01: My purpose, our purpose is to awaken to our magnificent creatorship, to awaken to the fact that we are pure creative essence in form, rolling out into the world in this, in whatever way we would allow ourselves to do.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_01: But when we get caught up in our past experiences and we hold on to them, we end up uh limiting our attention and our focus and then therefore our potency of ever moving forward into that creative essence in the first place.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_01: So we come here as practice ground, truly to animate and enliven uh every aspect of consciousness that we are.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_01: And since no one's telling us that, we don't get busy doing that until it's years into the program, uh, decades into the project.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_01: And uh and then usually because we've been suffering in some way and we're seeking something.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_01: You know, I was suffering with headaches, someone else might be suffering with depression or feeling alone or lonely, or feeling like they're never going to, you know, experience love the way they want to, or or uh be successful in the world if they want to be innovative and really exploring life.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_01: And those things aren't happening simply because we're not plugged in to the to the and grounded in an embodied way to the truth of who we are.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_01: So most people are trying to like reach up and grab something more.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_01: And what I want people to realize is that they are the something more that's pouring in.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_01: And your job is to get in the body.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_01: The job you're made of light, you're made of full spectrum vibrational energy.
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_01: You're you're you're made of all that is.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_01: And so if you are not in the body, you will not be able to have that be reflected back to you.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_01: You will not be able to have the experience of that fullness, especially if you're constantly seeking and trying to go grab some more, it it will it will not show up because it's in the body that these things are reflected upon one another, and we get to have the felt sense experience of this true self, this this truth of who we are.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_01: So enlightenment is not the ultimate goal.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_01: We're made of that.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_01: Embodiment is what we're doing here.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_01: And the fact that everybody's you know trying to win at the wrong game is why they don't feel fulfilled, you know, and it isn't happening.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_01: So when I started flipping people's focus and getting them to learn to come into the body, everything began to change for them.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_01: And they started, they started awakening in so many more ways because the energy now had a place to be.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_01: It had a place to reverberate upon itself and could be felt and could be animated and could be lived into.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_01: And so under those circumstances, you know, we start to have a different impression of who we are.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: I love that because if we keep seeking enlightenment, we're sending our energy outwards, but the body is the portal.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: It's the body exists in the present moment, and the present moment is the truth.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: I mean, the future is a thought form, the past is a thought form.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: So where all that light that we are is, is right here.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: And so when we bring our awareness back into our body, we're not leaking energy out trying to find something out there.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: We're bringing it all back here when we stop feeding the thoughts and we bring, we retract awareness back inside, we actually start to feel so alive.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: And that's when a lot of people in my community are saying to me, Natalie, I'm hearing frequencies, I'm getting goosebumps, I'm having all these experiences.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, if you want to talk into that, like what's actually happening for all these people that are having these tingles, these goosebumps, these like hot and cold and all the different feelings that they're experiencing.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_00: What is this?
• 21:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so those initial sensations come when a five-sensory system is becoming a multi-sensory system.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_01: Uh, we're developing sixth sense and beyond when high frequency energy hits the density of physical matter, friction occurs.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_01: And that friction can show up like heat in the body, an illumination, a glowing, hair standing up on end, uh, hearing, sensing, knowing things that you haven't been taught or told.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_01: Uh, because what we're doing is expanding our awareness, we're expanding our sensory base into a larger and larger.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_01: Larger field.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_01: And as such, we have access to translating energetic frequencies that we haven't been able to translate before because they weren't in our perceptive field.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_01: We were locked down into being a stimulus response five-sensory programmed individual.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_01: And when we start allowing for our breath or our embodiment, our coming home to ourselves, opening in the heart space, allowing for the solar plexus to soften and contribute to the whole thing, what begins to happen is the true being presents itself.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_01: We are turning keys that are opening doorways and allowing that true essential self to rise.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_01: And when it rises, it's coming into this suit that we've built already, but now it's uh calibrating at a higher vibrational frequency.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_01: And so the cells respond and new chemistries are being generated.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: And what comes as a byproduct of that is these are these physiological responses that people feel.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_01: And if we had been being raised with this knowledge as it exists and has existed in the entirety of our lifetimes, if we had been raised knowing these things, we would be embracing, we would have been embracing them all along.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_01: And so we would be managing our lives differently.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_01: We would not be victimized by our circumstances.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_01: We would have been interpreting those circumstances as the very thing that we were now ready to master instead of something that happened to us that was overwhelming and that was damaging and is now triggering us because we shoved it down inside uh thinking we were incapable of processing it then.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_01: It keeps triggering us now because it still wants out.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_01: It still wants to come up and out.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_01: And so it's going to keep knocking on the door every time similar circumstances occur, no matter how unconscious we're pretending to be, no matter how much we're ignoring the signs that of our greatness, no matter how much we argue for our smallness, this is on the rise just by nature, by the way the energy flows through our system, by the way we flow through this system that we built to come into this physical dimension.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_01: So you have to remember we are the energy that built this body so that we could navigate this physical world.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_01: And so as we awaken to more and more and more of the truth of who we are coming into this body, we start to have to use the body differently.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_01: The body will start showing up differently.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_01: It starts healing as a byproduct of that because it wasn't healing before, because we were living in a limited idea of who we are and what's going on.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_01: But now that we're starting to recognize, oh, wait a second, we broke the mold.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_01: Now we're on the outside.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_01: We can't unknow what we know.
• 24:56
  SPEAKER_01: We now we know.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_01: We know that we are energy, we can feel it and sense it happening.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_01: And so, as more of that is allowed to pour into this system that we've built, it starts changing how cells function.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_01: So those old pain patterns and those old uh habitual ways of thinking about ourselves, all of that just has to dissolve because something new is taking its place.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_01: And this is what I love about transformation instead of just transcendence.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_01: Like people are trying to get above their primitive brain.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_01: They're trying to rise above their life circumstances and rise above their reactions, etc.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_01: And I want people to transform their perception of the things that have been happening all along, instead of uh try to get over it or heal it or fix it.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_01: It's about recognizing that the only thing that's ever been happening in our lives has been encouragement for you to recognize your magnificence.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_01: It's been supporting your awakening to this truth that we're speaking about right now, everything.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_01: So whether it was abuse or abandonment or whether it was an injury or whether it was a drunk driver that crossed the line and hit your car and you've had a pain pattern ever since, or no matter, no matter what the traumas and the dramas have been, at the end of the day, what I have recognized is that actually it's all in support of us awakening to a greater version of who we are.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_01: I mean, everyone can think about something that happened in their lives that they just thought they were never going to get through, you know, a stressful time, a divorce, a job loss, a loss of a family member that you weren't ready or prepared for, or witnessing, you know, some of the atrocities that happen in our world and really having it buckle you over.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_01: And if you look back onto those moments and you look as the person you are today, the vast majority of people that I've come across and worked with over the years have shared with me now, they see that it was actually what contributed to them getting on a path, searching for the meaning of life, finding a deeper version of who they were, uh, recognizing that they are more capable than they thought they were, uh, realizing things about themselves that they might have never known had those circumstances not occurred.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_01: So if we're willing to take a look at life from that perspective, then we will start to step into the expansiveness of the true self instead of being confined by that limited personality that still feels stuck or broken or victimized by some set of circumstances that have occurred in our lives.
• 27:34
  SPEAKER_01: We can do this.
• 27:35
  SPEAKER_01: We're built for it.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_01: We're built for changing how we see these things and and letting the body help the mind do that.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_01: When the mind and the body and the breath are working together, we can do that.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_01: But the problem is people have just been trying to use their mind alone, and it's like I can't do it.
• 27:52
  SPEAKER_01: I can't, you know, it's a job the mind isn't built for.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_01: So it's about really learning how to use those faculties differently.
• 28:01
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: And we are so bright light.
• 28:06
  SPEAKER_00: We are so powerful.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_00: And um during that process, when when we're going through hard times, like we crumble and and we need sometimes to to crumble the old patterns, and then we we can start to give space for the powerful light that we are that is always here to shine, and it will always guide us through those hard times.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: And I kind of feel like we're going through this collectively, like humanity is going through.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I see it as like a birthing canal, or you know, the caterpillars now in the cocoon and the pupils, and it's we're gonna come out as the butterfly.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: And I'd love to know what you are sensing collectively right now for humanity.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_01: I think this is the best time for humanity that I have seen in this lifetime, um, in the many decades that I've been here.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_01: I think this is the most promising time we've ever experienced because people are being shaken and rattled and rolled, and because they are confused and and uncertain, and it's pulling up all of the energies that have unresolvedness within them.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_01: And while we think it's because of these times that we're afraid, it isn't.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: That fear was in there or it wouldn't be coming out in these times.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_01: And so we've we are now being shown that we're addicted to our beliefs, we're addicted to the familiarities, we're addicted to the things that we're attached to and that we think have to be a certain way in order for us to be okay.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_01: And the fact of the matter is, it's not true.
• 29:44
SPEAKER_01: There's no set of circumstances that have to exist in order for us to be okay.
• 29:48
  SPEAKER_01: None.
• 29:49
SPEAKER_01: And we've had too many people that have gone through history and been imprisoned for crimes they didn't commit or been through the most, you know, atrocious things to come out and and thank their captors or or their perpetrators because of what they discovered about themselves in the process to doubt um what uh you know what we're talking about here.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_01: And so what's happening now is that the collective is ready for something bigger.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_01: We're ready to not be in kindergarten anymore.
• 30:16
SPEAKER_01: We're ready to be, you know, in the big leagues.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_01: And so what everyone is having to do, which I wish they had been doing voluntarily because we knew this was coming, you know, people were talking about, you know, 20 years ago, you know, let's just go back to right before COVID.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_01: You know, when COVID happened and everybody had to go home and it was silent and still, and people didn't know what to do with themselves.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I start asking the question now, how many of you just a month ago were saying, you know, I'm just too busy and I don't even know, I'm not taking time to do this, and I know we're just too fast-paced and it's going and going and going.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_01: And now, boom, you know, the collective gets to have an experience of not being caught up in that pattern and that habit.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_01: And so we all went home and sat down.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_01: And what came up and out was the fear that was making us run faster than life itself before.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_01: The fear was in there and we were just outrunning it and outpacing it and outperforming it and ignoring it and denying it and thinking everything was okay.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_01: Uh, how do I know?
• 31:16
SPEAKER_01: Because if when we sat down we didn't feel fear, then we would have been processing life along the way and we would have been fine.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_01: We would have recognized we're okay.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_01: We've been here before, we've been doing these things, we've been dealing with all of our stuff.
• 31:32
SPEAKER_01: This is just a new version of it.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_01: Let's keep going, let's just walk on, let's just keep keep evolving.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_01: And so, so this is another opportunity for us to do this right now, you know, when when all around the world, leaders are changing leadership is changing hands, people are operating in different ways.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_01: We don't have familiar traditions that made us feel safe.
• 31:53
SPEAKER_01: So we have to find our safety in a new way.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_01: And always, always, always, that safety is going to be found by discovering the truth of who we are.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_01: Because the truth of who we are is timeless.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_01: The truth of who we are has been here before.
• 32:10
SPEAKER_01: The truth of who we are has seen through these kinds of circumstances and has taken the lead forward and either missed the mark or connected the dots, but here we are again.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_01: And we're either going to miss the mark again or we're going to connect the dots.
• 32:25
SPEAKER_01: And so this is an opportunity for us to connect the dots on who we really are and to recognize that that everything that is happening could be in our favor if we would let it be, if we would learn to perceive it that way, if we would just give ourselves a chance to see it from that perspective, we would start to see, oh, actually, I've kind of grown up in these ways in the last couple of years, or I've kind of evolved in this way in the last year or so.
• 32:51
SPEAKER_01: I've actually kind of discovered this thing about myself that I never really knew.
• 32:56
SPEAKER_01: And if people are feeling, you know, distraught and lost and confused right now, if they would even just take in this conversation and become curious, because curiosity about this as a possibility is the only thing that's required for the door to open for us to start being able to see.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_01: But we find what we're looking for, you know, if we're if we're afraid and we're looking for the cause and who to blame and what's wrong, our whole system sorts for that kind of an activity.
• 33:26
SPEAKER_01: And if we know that this is in our favor and that we have a chance to evolve and awaken in greater leaps and bounds right now than anything else, our whole conscious and subconscious and the gatekeeper, the reticular activating system, the amygdala, the hippocampus, all these brain parts that we are so fascinated with are going to align and sort for the yes in it.
• 33:47
SPEAKER_01: And we will have that as a life experience if we would just choose it.
• 33:51
SPEAKER_01: But just people just don't know how.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_01: And so, you know, we develop coursework and we lean in and we we take them by the hand and we show them step by step by step how to do exactly what I'm talking about.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_01: It's not, it's not a theory, it's my life experience and the experience of you know, thousands of people that have gone through the trainings that I do and that many others are doing.
• 34:13
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I'm just really interested in people not just developing better coping skills.
• 34:19
SPEAKER_01: And so much of our uh advice out in the world, conversation and personal development is about, okay, when this happens, you just do this.
• 34:27
SPEAKER_01: When this happens, you just do this, and you just do this.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_01: And it keeps it all kind of settled enough that you can get by, get through the day.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_01: And, you know, we could be doing so much more in those same moments.
• 34:40
SPEAKER_01: We could be evolving, not just patching.
• 34:42
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's like mopping up the floor instead of patching the roof every time it rains, you know, you mop up the floor.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_01: Let's just go take a look at what's going on.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_01: Why do we keep getting triggered?
• 34:50
SPEAKER_01: Why are we so afraid?
• 34:51
SPEAKER_01: Why do we not have the confidence of who we are and what's going on here?
• 34:55
SPEAKER_01: So we can, but we have to realize that we're not the personality.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_01: We're not even the thinking, driving mind that tries to fix things and find coping skills.
• 35:04
  SPEAKER_01: We're not that either.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_01: We are this presence, this pure, timeless presence that has a mind that got caught up in a bunch of habits.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_01: We started identifying as that, and it on its own is lost and confused, and we have to tie it back.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_01: Body, mind, and breath working together is what allows us to do that.
• 35:24
SPEAKER_01: Instead of just continuing to be identified as the mind alone and asking the mind to come up with all these solutions.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_01: It can't on its own, it can't, it can't vibrate in the right frequencies to do that.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_01: So we slow it down, get the mind on the body, paying attention to the body, brings it to alpha frequency, allows for something different to rise, allows for something different to stir.
• 35:49
SPEAKER_01: And all of a sudden we have different perceptions, different ways of interpreting what we hear on the news, different ways of looking at you know what's going on in the world.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_01: So anyone can do it.
• 35:59
SPEAKER_01: It's just a matter of no one, almost no one's been shown, you know, outside of you know, this kind of community that you're gathering here and bringing people together for conscious conversation, you know, a small percentage of the world that are in this conversation.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_01: And just think of how many more millions of people need to hear what we're talking about right here.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_01: And the only way that's going to happen is if those that are in this conversation get really super stable in the midst of the crazy chaos.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_01: And then people start looking like, Well, how are you okay?
• 36:31
SPEAKER_01: You know, what's going on with you?
• 36:32
SPEAKER_01: I want I want what you've got, you know, this kind of thing.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_01: So I got on a little roll there.
• 36:38
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry about that.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_01: Where else do you want to go?
• 36:40
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love it because I I can feel all the energy around it.
• 36:43
SPEAKER_00: So I'm sure everyone who's listening and watching can feel it too.
• 36:48
SPEAKER_00: I actually want to go and talk a bit about your book now because I'm really excited about it.
• 36:53
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, what what inspired you to write The Anatomy of Awakening?
• 36:58
SPEAKER_00: And also, like, why does it feel so important for this moment in human evolution?
• 37:04
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's so fascinating because I I've I've lived this way now for 25 years, because it was in the year 2000 that these openings started happening for me.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_01: And and in those 25 years, I've just literally followed what I felt in my deep core center, because that's what I discovered was absolutely essential for me to embody these higher states of consciousness that I was opening to.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_01: I had to pay attention, what's going on in my deep core center, deep in my belly, beneath my heart, deep in the solar plexus, where we have a tendency to contract and separate our wisdom and our love from our personal power.
• 37:42
SPEAKER_01: They all get scattered and splatted apart from each other.
• 37:45
SPEAKER_01: And so because my focus has been there, my teachings have followed along just a little bit ahead of the curve of what people in general were ready to resonate with.
• 37:59
SPEAKER_01: And a lot of times people would say, You're too deep, you're going too deep.
• 38:02
SPEAKER_01: I can't, you know, my people won't be able to respond or follow.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, well, the people who are listening to me on a regular basis are able to follow along quite well with this.
• 38:11
  SPEAKER_01: It's okay.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_01: But that was just my world.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_01: I was just following something that was that was big.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_01: And Jean Houston said just this last week.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_01: Um, she, and for those of you that don't know who she is, she's just kind of this grandmother of consciousness and just this brilliant, brilliant individual who is who is now not really teaching anymore.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_01: She's just kind of, you know, gone inward and just being with herself and in her latter years in life.
• 38:38
SPEAKER_01: But she, someone mentioned my name to her and we were good friends.
• 38:41
SPEAKER_01: And she said, now that's a woman whose time has come.
• 38:44
  SPEAKER_01: This is it.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_01: This is why she's on the planet right now, is what's going on.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_01: And interestingly, that is the she was referring to the content that is in this Anatomy of Awakening book.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_01: And so the Anatomy of Awakening is filled with what I know humanity needs to know.
• 39:00
SPEAKER_01: And it's probably a little ahead of the curve as well, still, but I made sure to write it in a way that people could relate to it, that people could get it, that they could sit down and allow themselves to already be healed, to already be whole, because the truth is we are.
• 39:16
SPEAKER_01: And so I wrote it in an order not that stair steps you up to your awakening.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_01: I reversed the whole thing and wrote it in the order that is true about you, that's true about us, who we are and why we come and how we get here and what's going on from a scientific standpoint, from a practical standpoint, from an emotionally um, you know, revealing standpoint.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_01: I share stories in it about my own awakenings, the multiple things that have happened, because I want people to recognize that when those kinds of things are happening with them, they're not crazy.
• 39:50
SPEAKER_01: They might be losing their mind, but it's a really good thing.
• 39:52
SPEAKER_01: The part of their mind that they're losing is the limiting part.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_01: And the part that they're gaining access to is the truth of who they are.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_01: And their job is you just got to get in your body and stay in your body while your mind is opening up in this way so that you can make sense out of what you're experiencing, so that you can talk about it in ways that don't seem so airy-fairy that people can't, you know, relate, that they just won't, they'll dismiss you.
• 40:16
SPEAKER_01: You might be having this beautiful opening, but the but the your your your the people in your world might not be able to you know relate to it.
• 40:24
SPEAKER_01: So we don't want that.
• 40:25
SPEAKER_01: We want to be able to be, you know, applicable and relevant.
• 40:29
SPEAKER_01: We want it to be able to heal uh the issues of our body and our minds.
• 40:34
SPEAKER_01: And so that's what the anatomy of awakening is.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_01: It's it's the it's the discovery of our invisible anatomy, the invisible field, the biofield, the quantum field, the whole Tauric field that's around the physical body.
• 40:48
SPEAKER_01: It's about understanding how that comes to be, what it is that's going on here, and how it traps information that is unresolved emotion, and how it keeps reflecting back to us until we recognize that's what it's doing, and we use that to our advantage to become capable of being a full-on creator while we're here on this planet in these bodies in this lifetime to awaken to what we would recognize once we ascend at the end of this lifetime.
• 41:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, we've been told in the sacred texts for millennia that we're supposed to have that here, but we've been living in a way that dismisses it and holds it for some time in the future, uh, when we get to heaven, you know, for instance.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_01: And so, so I take you inside Heaven's Gate and ask you who you are, you know.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_01: I if you already had one, if you already had transcended or you had already learned how to use and and transformed your misperceptions, how would you be thinking?
• 41:52
  SPEAKER_01: Who would you be?
• 41:53
SPEAKER_01: Who would you know yourself to be?
• 41:55
SPEAKER_01: And I start from there and then I live us right down into life uh on this planet.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_01: So it's sort of a retro-engineered uh version of uh how I awakened and and and a description of how I got into my body with those things that continue to awaken in me in massive, massive ways.
• 42:17
SPEAKER_01: So it ties together ancient texts and Greek mythology and the gods and goddesses of the Eastern culture and letting people know that all of that were just these cosmic principles that you're made of that are alive and well in you.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_01: They weren't about these other beings, you know, long ago.
• 42:38
  SPEAKER_01: It's you.
• 42:39
SPEAKER_01: And it was all recorded trying to show you who you are.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_01: But we other it, we put it over there and talk about it or think about it as someone from a long time ago, these saints and sages and seers and you know, the greats, the ascended masters and the consciousness and all of those things that we hold as outside of us are actually parts of our own consciousness that we just haven't embraced.
• 43:04
SPEAKER_01: And so in this book, I'm trying to show people how to embrace it, how to have it, how to chew on it, how to breathe with it, how to accept your magnificence one chapter at a time.
• 43:16
SPEAKER_00: It feels so deep and powerful, but also the sense I get is also that it's achievable.
• 43:24
SPEAKER_00: Like I I what I'm seeing, because I'm very psychic and intuitive and I can sense things, I'm I'm seeing it as if we are living, breathing, experiencing it ourselves as we're reading it.
• 43:36
SPEAKER_00: So, so my sense is that as we read it, we're gonna notice transformations in our world, in our body, in our mind, in the way that we perceive our.
• 43:46
SPEAKER_00: I feel like we're gonna crack open.
• 43:48
  SPEAKER_00: Dr.
• 43:48
SPEAKER_00: Sue, thank you for bringing this depth into our world.
• 43:52
SPEAKER_00: I feel like we are ready for it.
• 43:54
SPEAKER_00: And I especially feel this year, 2026, it's it's no more about.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_00: just getting information and storing it in the mind.
• 44:03
SPEAKER_00: It's really about like living it.
• 44:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 44:07
SPEAKER_00: So I would love to know um who your book is intended for and what might a person feel after they read it.
• 44:17
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's for everyone.
• 44:19
SPEAKER_01: You know, I it's very interesting because it does go deep in sections.
• 44:23
SPEAKER_01: And then I open it up and just talk about, well, here's here's how that applies in your life, just in regular speak, you know, and you can do this practice while you're cooking dinner.
• 44:32
SPEAKER_01: You can do this practice while you're, if you have five minutes while you're waiting on a friend to go to dinner or what have you, you can constantly be working with these things while you're living your life that will allow you to gather the energy into the core of your body so that you have a better sense of self than you've ever had before.
• 44:50
SPEAKER_01: And inside that sense of self, you will find the confidence and the clarity and you will build and build and build and build an ability to see through the veils and to see the possibility that lives right on the other side of that wobbling fear-based illusion that we conjure up when we write stories about you know what's possible or what someone's likely thinking or what our potential is likely to be, that we just drop all that and we start living and walking and talking and breathing as the true self.
• 45:25
SPEAKER_01: So so there are there is a section at the beginning that talks about how it all works and how the brain and the nervous system is is really generated by a master system, which is an energy system, the quantum field and but I make it all in user-friendly language because you know that's all that matters is that people really be able to benefit from this information to really be able to embrace it, embody it and walk and talk and live it into life.
• 45:55
SPEAKER_01: And there's a section that it really breaks down a chakra system that is a 12 chakra system, not just a seven chakra system.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_01: So it's higher states of consciousness.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_01: I focus on the higher five a chakra eight nine 1011 and 12, which I present as 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, because you start as 12 and then you come all the way down into the body.
• 46:18
SPEAKER_01: And so I guide you on how you got here, really what's going on with consciousness and and how did you who you know where you come from who you are and where you're headed what this is all about it is addressing those age old questions.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_01: And uh and then the third section of the book is like, okay, here's how it works in your life you know here's how you apply it and here's how you you can use these practices together in combination with each other for these particular kinds of outcomes.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_01: So even if somebody didn't even understand parts of the book it wouldn't even matter.
• 46:49
SPEAKER_01: It's a transmission and it's guiding you and carrying you right through it.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_01: And then I know that if somebody and this happened with the energy codes my other book once somebody would get through it they'd go back and read it again and they would get so much more out of it.
• 47:02
SPEAKER_01: And people are telling me I've read your book seven times and I keep getting something new out of it.
• 47:07
SPEAKER_01: And you know that's the sign of uh our own evolution and what we're doing here together, right?
• 47:13
SPEAKER_01: It's just to support each other.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_01: So so it's it's it's for the person who is knowing there's something more about themselves that they just can't put their finger on.
• 47:22
SPEAKER_01: It's for the person who thinks there's more to life that they haven't really been able to address.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_01: The person who's maybe tried a lot of things in terms of personal development or spiritual development and they still feel stuck or burdened by being triggered or feeling like they're not enough or wondering what to do next to is it ever going to change for me?
• 47:45
SPEAKER_01: The person who's really uncomfortable with how life is going in the world right now, that maybe resonated with what we had to say about it's a real opportunity for everyone, but maybe they don't know how to turn it into an opportunity.
• 47:59
SPEAKER_01: How do I get the good out of what's going on in this crazy world right now.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_01: And so it's going to take them by the hand and walk them through it's it's something that I and I know I can share this with you because you I could just tell by the vibration of you that you would appreciate this.
• 48:16
SPEAKER_01: I I took science and I made it beautiful okay I brought art into the science.
• 48:22
SPEAKER_01: I brought poetry into the science okay so so it's like wild like your brain is like relieved that it can be loving and kind and I can breathe with it.
• 48:35
SPEAKER_01: I don't have to rack my brain to understand something you're gonna feel carried through this journey called the anatomy of awakening so so I wanted it to be that way.
• 48:46
SPEAKER_01: I was so drawn when I started writing it was like it has to be beautiful because people who understand the science they don't present it in a beautiful loving way so often, you know?
• 48:57
SPEAKER_01: And so it's like those of us that are that are super sensory and sensitive and uh sensorial in those ways and we're seeers and we're knowers and we're feelers we're like you know the science can just feel like it's shutting us down because it's so linear and so boxed in.
• 49:17
SPEAKER_01: So I did not let that happen in this explanation.
• 49:20
SPEAKER_01: I was not no no if it's really going to serve us science and spirituality have to be brought back together as one instead of operating as two separate realms you know we have to be able to weave it all together and be lucid and clear and confident and conscientious and and uh logical at the same time that we're living in the miraculous because you know miracles happen beyond logic right so how do we have both you know do I have to give up one to have the other no we just have to learn that they belong together and learn how to speak that speak and that's what this book is about.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_01: It's really about allowing people to realize that what's in your heart and what's in your deep core gut feeling area is meant to be revealed and to have the confidence because now you have the evidence of why that's so important to bring it out and to share and to speak into it this this deep hidden part of us that we kind of keep concealed because we don't we we don't want to be ridiculed or we want to be respected or we don't know if it fits in uh with you know these these judgmental times that we're in in this world you know we don't we definitely don't want to you know be judged so we just keep quiet but when there's enough love tapped into and enough uh animation to that greater love that we're made of we can speak into anything and I wanted this book to give people the confidence to do that to go ahead and lean into that relationship that conversation that they're afraid of having or to go ahead and speak into what they're feeling but but it comes not by just creating confidence in your mind it comes by building energy inside of your system that it just comes out without you having to try to be brave it just comes out and you're carried by this river of grace all the while that's what we're supposed to know ourselves as.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_01: And so that's really where I start right off the bat with you're a river of grace.
• 51:20
SPEAKER_01: You know let's let's get on with understanding how that's actually true.
• 51:23
SPEAKER_01: It's not just a poetry statement, you know, it's actually true.
• 51:27
SPEAKER_01: And so as such that stream of consciousness that we are gets to express itself in its wholeness in a grounded way that heals our bodies and heals our emotional unresolvedness and heals our disconnect and our withhold and allows us to be free.
• 51:47
SPEAKER_00: It feels so loving like your energy is so loving.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_00: You you genuinely from your heart care that that others can awaken and be held and supported through it.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_00: So I can I can feel the love and then like the wisdom part of it also feels so um important because the mind also does want to be involved and does need to get to understand all of it.
• 52:14
SPEAKER_00: So like the feeling I keep getting is holistic it's like the wholeness of it.
• 52:19
SPEAKER_00: I yeah I really appreciate you sharing so deeply with us about it.
• 52:26
SPEAKER_00: I have one more question before we close and before I ask you the last question I just want to say to everyone who's watching and listening we would love to hear from you like what what's transforming in your life what in this conversation is is like really clicking where you're just having like a breakthrough and where you're starting to feel things we'd love to know what you're feeling what you're experiencing what's transforming what's touching your heart yeah share with us on YouTube in the chat we'd love to hear from you and then to close Dr.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_00: Sue if there is one message that you would like everyone to hear right now please share.
• 53:17
SPEAKER_01: What is in the depth of your being that you have always wanted to live into and to share is being called upon right now because when you allow that to reveal you bring your medicine to the world you bring why you came you fulfill your destiny and it is meant to be that you would do so I want to encourage you to allow that dream that is in there to come out to take one step toward it to take one breath toward it and to do whatever it takes to find the support to weave together the wherewithal to be able to do that.
• 53:55
SPEAKER_01: It will liberate you and it will liberate the rest of humanity because we're in this together.
• 54:00
SPEAKER_01: Together we are so much more but only when we each bring our medicine to the circle so it's a great joy for um having this opportunity to share these moments with you Natalie so I'm so appreciative for the conversation and for just letting me roll with it you know in these ways sometimes it just starts coming and that's the point.
• 54:22
SPEAKER_01: We want this to be happening with everyone.
• 54:24
SPEAKER_01: We want everyone to know who they are and to be revealing that truth into their homes and their relationships and their workplaces and their friends and their communities because there is a stability that is waiting to be found.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_01: And the fact that something is crumbling on the outside world is a sign that something is on the rise on the inside world.
• 54:46
SPEAKER_01: It is what is cracking it apart even though it doesn't look like that at this time.
• 54:51
