FIRST CALL: Stefon Diggs Fits Commanders Better Than Deebo Samuel
Washington Commanders free agency still has one big veteran WR question: does Stefon Diggs fit Jayden Daniels better than Deebo Samuel?
Diggs brings route-running credibility, current production and no draft-pick cost, but role and price decide the fit. Deebo makes more sense as a later-camp package player than a true WR2 solution. Trevon Diggs brings buy-low cornerback upside if the medicals and role align. Joey Bosa is a pass-rush lottery ticket only if Washington’s edge room creates a real opening before the season.
