- 0:09Hey friends, welcome back to the Life Live Better podcast.
- 0:12And this is Paula and Joseph and I are so glad that you're here
- 0:15with us. As we wrap up another year and
- 0:18step into a brand new one, we just want to take a moment to
- 0:22say happy new year to each and everyone of you.
- 0:26We hope that you're entering this season with hope in your
- 0:28pocket, even if life has been a little messy, complicated, or
- 0:33just plain exhausting. This time of the year is not
- 0:38about becoming a new you like we all hear about.
- 0:41It really is about gently growing into the you who is more
- 0:46of who you already are. That's someone who's worthy of
- 0:50rest and joy and connection and peace.
- 0:54And even if you don't feel that way right now, that's OK.
- 0:57You belong here. This year on the Life Live
- 1:01Better podcast, we have many meaningful conversations coming
- 1:05your way. We'll be talking about healing,
- 1:08rebuilding, confidence after setbacks, findings, small doable
- 1:13ways to care for our mental and emotional health.
- 1:16And we'll keep digging into those sensitive topics without
- 1:19guilt, with a lot of self compassion and support for all
- 1:23of our well-being. We'll also explore relationships
- 1:27and purpose and how to just stay grounded when life feels
- 1:31uncertain. Because let's be honest, none of
- 1:34us have it figured out. We're here, learning together.
- 1:38Our hope is that this podcast will continue to be a soft place
- 1:42to land and a reminder that none of us are alone, that progress
- 1:48doesn't have to be loud or dramatic, and that any tiny step
- 1:52forward absolutely counts. So here's to 2026, to gentler
- 1:59expectations, to choosing presence over perfection, and to
- 2:05living just a little better, one day at a time.
- 2:08Thank you so much for supporting this show and for listening, for
- 2:12being part of this community. We cannot wait to spend another
- 2:16year growing together and never forget that knowledge leads to a
- 2:22life lived better.
