POSTCAST: Mets Win WILD One To Split With Atlanta
The New York Mets used heroics in the 9th to take the lead, melted down to let the game get to extras but somehow won the game to split this series with the Atlanta Braves.
What a crazy game this was. The Mets were down to their final out in the 9th when Juan Soto delivered a go-ahead three-run homer. Devin Williams struggled in the bottom of the 9th and served up a tying homer to Matt Olson before Brooks Raley held things there to get the game into extras.
In the 10th, Luis Torrens delivered the HUGE hit for New York, a two--out, two-run double to give the Mets the lead.
