Speaker 1: At your early Boddy praise party. I am Sherry Mackie.
• 0:03
Speaker 1: It's time right now for today's word. More powerful than
• 0:09
Speaker 1: you realize, more powerful than you realize. Claussians one eleven says,
• 0:15
Speaker 1: being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: so that you may have great endurance and patience. You know,
• 0:25
Speaker 1: one of the enemy's greatest tactics is convincing us that
• 0:29
Speaker 1: we're ordinary, that we're limited, and that we're incapable of
• 0:32
Speaker 1: making a significant difference. He wants us to believe that
• 0:39
Speaker 1: the great men and women of faith in the scripture
• 0:41
Speaker 1: were somehow made a different material. They were made of
• 0:44
Speaker 1: a different grade class. We read about Moses party the
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Red Sea, about David defending Goliath, Daniel surviving the Lion's den,
• 0:55
Speaker 1: and Esther saving a nation, and we think that could
• 0:58
Speaker 1: never be me. But here's the truth. Those heroes of
• 1:01
Speaker 1: faith were ordinary people, just like you and me, empowered
• 1:05
Speaker 1: by an extraordinary God. They faced fears, they battled doubt,
• 1:09
Speaker 1: they encountered obstacles. The difference was not that they were
• 1:13
Speaker 1: stronger than anyone else. It was that they trusted the
• 1:16
Speaker 1: strength God placed within them, the same God who empowered
• 1:20
Speaker 1: them is empowering you today. The Apostle Paul reminds us
• 1:24
Speaker 1: that we are being strengthened with all power according to
• 1:28
Speaker 1: the glorious might, not by some strange power, not occasional power,
• 1:34
Speaker 1: all power. That means God has equipped you with everything
• 1:39
Speaker 1: you need to face the challenges of your season. I
• 1:42
Speaker 1: want you to think about what you've already survived. There
• 1:46
Speaker 1: were times you didn't think you could make it through
• 1:48
Speaker 1: the heartbreak. There were seasons when the disappointment felt overwhelming.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: You face said Backsho's face, losses, struggles and uncertainties that
• 1:57
Speaker 1: could have caused you to quit. Yet you're still here.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: You're still standing, you're still believing, you're still moving forward.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: That didn't happen by accident. God has been sustaining you
• 2:09
Speaker 1: every step of the way. His strength carried you when
• 2:12
Speaker 1: your own strength was exhausted. His grace held you together
• 2:16
Speaker 1: when life felt like it was falling apart. His power
• 2:20
Speaker 1: has been working in you even when you didn't realize it.
• 2:24
Speaker 1: And too often we focus on what we lack instead
• 2:26
Speaker 1: of recognizing what God has already placed on the inside
• 2:29
Speaker 1: of us. You're not weak, You're empowered. You're not forgotten.
• 2:33
Speaker 1: You're chosen. You're not ordinary, you are called. God did
• 2:37
Speaker 1: not place you in this generation by mistake. Just like
• 2:41
Speaker 1: Moses was chosen for his time and David was chosen
• 2:44
Speaker 1: for his time, You've been chosen for yours. There are
• 2:48
Speaker 1: people only you can influence. Challenge is only you can overcome,
• 2:53
Speaker 1: and as Simons, only you can fulfill. So stop seeing
• 2:56
Speaker 1: yourself through the lens of limitation, and you start seeing
• 2:59
Speaker 1: your through the lens of God's promises. The power of
• 3:02
Speaker 1: God is at work in you. The favor of God
• 3:05
Speaker 1: is upon you, and the calling of God is ahead
• 3:07
Speaker 1: of you. And because of that, your best days are
• 3:10
Speaker 1: still to come. Father, Thank you that your power is
• 3:14
Speaker 1: working in our lives every single day. Thank you for
• 3:16
Speaker 1: strengthening us through every challenge, set back, and disappointment. Help
• 3:20
Speaker 1: us to see ourselves the way that you see us.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: Called chosen, annointed, and equipped for every good work. God,
• 3:27
Speaker 1: we declare that we will not live limited by fear
• 3:30
Speaker 1: or doubt. God. We will walk confidently in the purpose
• 3:34
Speaker 1: you have for us, knowing that your strength is greater
• 3:37
Speaker 1: than any obstacle we face. In Jesus' name, Now that's
• 3:40
Speaker 1: your word for today, Take it, apply to your everyday life,
• 3:43
Speaker 1: and you continue to be encouraged and inspired. It's early
• 3:46
Speaker 1: morning praise party. I am Sherry Mackie
