Concord Police Crack Down on DUIs and Assault | Concord News
Concord police are cracking down on a range of offenses, from DUIs to domestic violence and stalking. Devin Marquis and Morgan Coon were both arrested for driving under the influence, while Jazmyn Merchant-Thibeault and Bulambo Dunia face assault charges. Jeffrey Gardner, with a prior stalking conviction, was arrested again for stalking and violating bail. Other arrests include Shaun Gallagher for criminal mischief and Mark Thompson and Kristina Eddy for trespassing — all part of the department’s ongoing mission to keep the community safe.
