Walmart Joins Tap-to-Pay Revolution | Huntsville News
Walmart’s finally catching up to the rest of retail—starting August 24th, tap-to-pay with your phone or smartwatch will be available at select Walmart and Sam’s Club locations, expanding nationwide by end of 2026 and even to fuel stations by mid-2027. Customers can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or add their Walmart/Sam’s Club cards to digital wallets—without replacing Walmart Pay.
