- 0:00Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 0:00Lori Walpole: And so, I mean, that was kind of a survival strategy for me.
- 0:04Wendy Peterson: Yeah, exactly. That's what I was gonna say, is mine came from a very early age, and I felt like,
- 0:12Wendy Peterson: that I had to earn being around, or being loved, so if I…
- 0:18Wendy Peterson: watched the kids and did the dishes or whatever. I was a good girl, and I didn't cause any…
- 0:24Wendy Peterson: static, then… then that's where the people-pleasing came from. I would earn the love, I would… I would be okay, you know.
- 0:37Tammy Green Mitchell: Hello, hello, hello! Welcome, everybody, to episode 17 of the United States of Us!
- 0:47Tammy Green Mitchell: We are so fortunate today to have another guest with us, and Lori, I'm gonna let you do the honors of introducing our amazing guest today.
- 0:58Lori Walpole: Okay, great. Thank you, Tammy. Oh, we are so pleased to have Wendy Peterson with us here today. Hi, Wendy, thank you for being here. Wendy is an author
- 1:10Lori Walpole: A metaphysical teacher, an intuitive energy healer. She's the founder of Radiance Restoration, and the creator of the Empower Method.
- 1:21Lori Walpole: A little bit about her. Wendy helps empaths and soul-led women heal self-worth wounds.
- 1:30Lori Walpole: Stop abandoning themselves to keep others happy, and embody authentic confidence rooted in inner safety, truth, and sovereignty.
- 1:41Lori Walpole: Her Empower Method brings together neuroscience-informed principles, somatic awareness, emotional healing, energetic practices, and spiritual wisdom.
- 1:55Lori Walpole: And what she likes to say, what if confidence was never something you had to build, but something you had to remember?
- 2:02Lori Walpole: I love that, Wendy. So, Wendy, tell us… tell us a little bit about yourself, tell us,
- 2:10Lori Walpole: how you found yourself here. I mean, we would just love to learn more about you, and absolutely about what you're offering to humanity.
- 2:20Wendy Peterson: Well, thank you for that great introduction, and, so…
- 2:25Wendy Peterson: I spent 20 years in IT, and, what I found was that, alongside I was doing all this personal development, and
- 2:35Wendy Peterson: there were parallels. Like, I intuitively was building systems and frameworks, testing what worked and what didn't work, and then building steps and systems around that. So, that's what kind of led me into the Empower method, is just that trial and error and seeing what works, and then sharing that.
- 3:00Lori Walpole: That's wonderful. I just, you know, we went through leadership training together, and I got to meet you through that beautiful process, and all the growth you and I have experienced.
- 3:11Lori Walpole: And the fact that your program is helping people, you know, uncover why they've got this low self-confidence, and how
- 3:20Lori Walpole: how they can move forward in their lives, and bring more confidence in… into their awareness, and just project that out. And so, it's beautiful. So, tell us a little bit about,
- 3:35Lori Walpole: about the Empower Method, I would really like to know about that.
- 3:41Wendy Peterson: Yeah, so, I like to say we remember, reclaim, embody, and radiate.
- 3:47Wendy Peterson: So, first you have to go back. I mean, we all started out with confidence from nowhere, like, you can be a little 3-year-old in a Superman cape, ready to conquer the world before the world gets ahold of you and programs you how you should act, or what you should be, or expectations, and this and that, that…
- 4:07Wendy Peterson: Programs us into…
- 4:09Wendy Peterson: tamping down our confidence and our radiance. And so, I just help reignite that spark and help you find the authentic
- 4:18Wendy Peterson: true you, because we're all individual and multidimensional, and so my method goes into us being multidimensional beings. And so it's not just an approach
- 4:29Wendy Peterson: in one area. It's a more holistic approach. And, so that's… that's what the basis of it is, is getting you back to radiate your confident self.
- 4:43Lori Walpole: Well, you exude radiance to me. I see it just… it just comes off of you, and I mean, it's just like your aura around you, I can just see it. It's so beautiful. Yeah.
- 4:55Wendy Peterson: It's… it was a long journey, of course, you know, as we all have had, right? And a lot of us, have been through multiple, healings and trainings and awakenings and different aspects, and… and,
- 5:09Wendy Peterson: The thing is, we aren't often taught how to embody that, and then take what you've learned and
- 5:16Wendy Peterson: Not just go on to the next thing, but actually, incorporated into who you are.
- 5:24Lori Walpole: Yeah, and just start moving forward from that place.
- 5:27Wendy Peterson: Mm-hmm.
- 5:28Lori Walpole: releasing, because as you and I both know, and Tammy too, we all know that, I mean, that trauma is layered deep, it's in various layers. I mean, you peel back one little slice of that, and then all of a sudden, you're feeling great, you're moving forward, and then…
- 5:45Wendy Peterson: Mm-hmm.
- 5:46Lori Walpole: There's another one. I just looked at this! What's happening? And it's like, no, it's buried a little deeper.
- 5:54Wendy Peterson: Yeah, and that's the great thing about this method, is that when you find yourself in that space, then you know that there's a process, and there's a system, and a framework you can go back to, and you've done it before, and it got you through that part, so you can do it again and get through the next part as well.
- 6:11Lori Walpole: Yeah, that's wonderful, so…
- 6:13Wendy Peterson: Go ahead.
- 6:14Lori Walpole: Tammy.
- 6:15Tammy Green Mitchell: I was just… I wanted to ask, you know, tell us a little bit about what you went through that helped you, sort of, arrive at developing the framework that you built. Tell us about your specific journey.
- 6:28Wendy Peterson: Well, as Lori mentioned, there are many things that… many trials that we get to, uncover and go through, and some of that was, like, you know, leaving a 28-year marriage, and…
- 6:42Wendy Peterson: Rediscovering yourself from that, because you have an identity wrapped in that, and just…
- 6:49Wendy Peterson: Your, your, boundaries and learning that you're people-pleasing.
- 6:56Wendy Peterson: It's really not serving anybody, because you're serving from an empty cup, and it starts to come from an exhausted place, rather than a place of giving and love that it originally started as, you know.
- 7:12Tammy Green Mitchell: Yeah, I can totally relate to that. And I think that we as women, are really sort of groomed to that. We are groomed to give and give and give and give without ever taking back for ourselves, or really caring for ourselves as deeply as we need to.
- 7:29Tammy Green Mitchell: I know that's been part of my story and Lori's story, so…
- 7:34Wendy Peterson: Yeah, exactly. So, it's, learning to recharge and remember who you are, and then celebrate that as you, then that gives you that place to, serve from a higher, higher place. You're giving better, because you're better.
- 7:53Lori Walpole: Yeah, and just…
- 7:54Tammy Green Mitchell: I'm sure framework different, Wendy, than… I'm sorry, Lori.
- 7:58Lori Walpole: That's okay, go ahead.
- 7:59Tammy Green Mitchell: go right after this. I want to interrupt you again.
- 8:02Lori Walpole: Go ahead!
- 8:05Tammy Green Mitchell: What makes your framework, unique in… in this arena?
- 8:11Wendy Peterson: So, I… what makes it unique is that, you get to… get to the root of who you are, and it… it doesn't teach you to mask, and it doesn't teach you to, just kind of put a band-aid on it and move on. It lets you actually
- 8:30Wendy Peterson: Go through these traumas that we've been through, and come back to yourself and realize that it's okay, and that it's safe to shine now. Whereas before, maybe you've been conditioned to not be able to shine, or maybe you have to dim yourself because of somebody else's expectations.
- 8:48Wendy Peterson: And now we're learning it's okay. Just be you, you know? And, then it also is multidimensional, so it's not just this little tool or this little tool.
- 9:00Wendy Peterson: It's, multiple modalities blended together in a specific, trauma-aware
- 9:07Wendy Peterson: Formula to get you through it.
- 9:10Tammy Green Mitchell: Nice.
- 9:13Lori Walpole: I love that, Wendy. I mean, we've got… there's so many different healing modalities and people who are stepping into service today to help others.
- 9:23Lori Walpole: And the three of us, we're doing that. I mean, we're… we've all got different things that we're doing, but all… we just want to help people, you know, kind of find their way through the muck.
- 9:36Lori Walpole: find their way of letting go of what's holding onto them from the past, and… which is creating a fear of this future that's not even arrived. And in order to be able to do that.
- 9:49Lori Walpole: I mean, they have… we have to uncover and find who we are. Who are we underneath all of that?
- 9:57Lori Walpole: And I love that you've got a program to help people. How long does the program take? Is it something self-guided? Is it something you work with people? Okay, so it's a self-guided program.
- 10:08Wendy Peterson: Yeah, so I have, a container, and it drips out, module by module, but, because I don't want you necessarily to just…
- 10:18Wendy Peterson: To gobble it up and not actually do the work that is embodied in that module, you know?
- 10:26Wendy Peterson: So, but then, if you… it's dripped out, and if you aren't ready for the next one, just let it sit there and do your thing, and get through it, you know? And you can always come back and redo it as well, so…
- 10:39Wendy Peterson: It's, it's just intentionally a little paced, but not enough to make you, like, come on already, I've got this, you know?
- 10:50Lori Walpole: Yeah, but it gives people tools to be able to come back and center themselves and work through what's ever is happening or coming up, so…
- 11:00Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 11:00Lori Walpole: That's wonderful. Yes. Wonderful.
- 11:04Wendy Peterson: Thank you.
- 11:06Lori Walpole: Well, tell us a little bit…
- 11:08Tammy Green Mitchell: Can I interrupt here?
- 11:09Lori Walpole: Yes, of course, Tammy. That's okay.
- 11:11Tammy Green Mitchell: I just had… I'm so excited! I can't just stop talking over you, Lori. I'm so excited, I'm sorry. You know that, our theme is unity, Wendy, and that's the whole reason that we do this podcast, is to bring people together instead of further dividing people.
- 11:29Wendy Peterson: Yes, I love that.
- 11:31Tammy Green Mitchell: say, I do too! It's one of my favorite things.
- 11:35Tammy Green Mitchell: How would you say that your methodology, your framework, actually increases unity among others, like, and brings community together?
- 11:48Wendy Peterson: Well, so I have a school community designed to host the, discussions around these things so that people can come together and know that they're not the only ones going through this, and, and…
- 12:01Wendy Peterson: help and see others go through this process together, and that's where the community comes in, so… And I'm the founder of Radiance Restoration, which is all about that, so…
- 12:14Wendy Peterson: And that's what this, this group is.
- 12:17Tammy Green Mitchell: Oh.
- 12:22Lori Walpole: Okay, I'm making sure Tammy's not gonna talk over me.
- 12:27Lori Walpole: All right, so how does Radiance Restoration, how does that tie into the Empower Method? Did you start with Radiance Restoration and then develop Empower?
- 12:37Wendy Peterson: Great question. Yeah. Yeah. So, the radiance restoration came after, when I kind of realized that's what was going on with the Empower method, is I was, revealing the radiance underneath, and so…
- 12:54Wendy Peterson: The Empower Method is based on my second book, The Quantum Leap Into Authentic Confidence for Empaths and Lightworkers.
- 13:04Wendy Peterson: And from that, I took the… I… that book included the whole 7-step, Empower Method, and, as I went through, you know, you remember, reclaim, embody, and then radiate.
- 13:18Wendy Peterson: And so, there's, a kind of pivotal point in that structure of the seven. There's, like, the… the first three, you know, the first three, you embrace, and then you master your emotional sovereignty, and you protect your energy, and you get your boundaries up, and, you know, just the foundations that we've probably been through, some… maybe have been through before.
- 13:42Wendy Peterson: But this teaches you how to embody it, and how practically to apply that in your everyday life, rather than just it being a concept, okay, I understand it, yes, you might understand it, but have you been… have you been embodying it? Have you been…
- 13:56Wendy Peterson: Accountable. And at the beginning and end of each of the modules, there's a, a scale.
- 14:03Wendy Peterson: So, it's a self-rated scale that you get to decide, you know, where you are, and then at the end of the module, you wrap up with the same thing, and then you get to see for yourself how much the needle has moved in that area for you.
- 14:17Wendy Peterson: So…
- 14:18Tammy Green Mitchell: Wow.
- 14:21Lori Walpole: Well, I'm curious, Wendy, how do you use this in your life? Do you go back and use your own method to work through things that come into your awareness?
- 14:32Wendy Peterson: Yes, actually, until you… until you asked that question, I hadn't realized that's kind of what I do.
- 14:40Wendy Peterson: But yes, so it's now kind of a natural flow for me, you know? Just, like, I just…
- 14:49Wendy Peterson: And I do start at the beginning, too. It's not like, you know, oh, I know this all now, so I'll jump to this. It's like, okay, take a minute, re-center yourself, you know, you've been triggered, or you've had this happen, or that happen, you know, then let's get to the bottom of it so we don't have to keep revisiting it.
- 15:10Lori Walpole: Would you mind sharing an example?
- 15:13Wendy Peterson: Okay, yeah, so, I was saying that, you know, after that 28-year
- 15:21Wendy Peterson: divorce, then I thought, okay, I recognize this pattern, I know it, and I'll never fall into that pattern again.
- 15:31Lori Walpole: No.
- 15:32Wendy Peterson: It's fantastic.
- 15:32Lori Walpole: Nice last words.
- 15:34Wendy Peterson: Oh, yes. I could see this coming a mile away, yeah, but you didn't, so… So then I had to go back to the Empower Method, and then I went back into, even just starting with the first step of embrace the self-awareness, and that self-awareness allows you to.
- 15:51Wendy Peterson: recognize that that was a pattern, and, you know… and then have the grace and the forgiveness that you give others for yourself. Because if your best friend
- 16:01Wendy Peterson: fell into that trap again, but caught it, you would say, okay, well, at least you recognized it, and now this or that, you know? Give yourself that same grace. And, it's sometimes the inner voice can be our worst enemy, and so I always…
- 16:16Wendy Peterson: Promote, you know, don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't want said to your own child, you know?
- 16:22Wendy Peterson: just be kinder, gentler. And then go through to protect the energy, because if I'm being honest, I wouldn't have found myself in that situation if I would have held my standards and my boundaries and all that. So, it's kind of…
- 16:38Wendy Peterson: Kind of a kick in the knee for not holding those boundaries, but also reinforces why you have them to begin with, so…
- 16:46Wendy Peterson: That's one way.
- 16:48Lori Walpole: Yeah, it's kind of easy to fall back into our own pa- our old patterns if we're not just, present and conscious. I like to say conscious, you know, moving forward, you know, looking at us. I have an example, so yesterday, just…
- 17:05Lori Walpole: you know how I talk about stuff to me. So yesterday, I went and volunteered at the food bank, and after I went and volunteered, I was like, I really want to go get this salad from this grocery store, they have them on sale, buy one, get one free, and I'm like, I really want these salads, I want to eat that tonight. So I go to this one store, and they were out.
- 17:22Lori Walpole: And I'm like, well, okay, well, there's another one on my way home. Okay, I think I'll go by there. And so I go in, and they have two of the salads. Two. Remember, they're buy one, get one free.
- 17:34Lori Walpole: And I grab them, and I always… I don't really like taking the last one.
- 17:40Lori Walpole: I just don't like that. But I did, I had them both in my hand, and I turned around, and there was this man standing there with his grocery basket with his three boys. They were all so well-behaved, they… but I could just see the exhaustion on him. I could just see it.
- 17:57Lori Walpole: And I looked at him, and I said, are you wanting one of these salads?
- 18:02Lori Walpole: And he goes, yeah. And I said, this particular type?
- 18:07Lori Walpole: And he goes, yes. And I handed it to him. I said, here, take one.
- 18:12Lori Walpole: And he goes, thank you so much, I'm just trying to make it through the day.
- 18:17Lori Walpole: And I went, whoa. Well, I picked up another salad. I mean, they had other kinds, I just grabbed another one, and so I did get my buy one, get one free.
- 18:25Lori Walpole: But in the past, Wendy, I would not have been present to see him. I would have put those in my little… my little handheld carry, and I would have marched out, I've been so happy I found my two salads. But instead, I saw this man who was just…
- 18:41Lori Walpole: he looked like he was about to have a breakdown. And I have no… I've never met him, I'll never see him again.
- 18:48Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 18:48Lori Walpole: But the only way that I was able to see that was because I was present in the moment, and not wrapped up in just all of my own thoughts of, oh my god, I've got to go do this, I've got to go do this, I've got to get this done, I've got to do this, da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
- 19:02Lori Walpole: And I was really proud of myself in that moment for being present.
- 19:06Lori Walpole: And seeing another human being, because Tammy and I talk about this often.
- 19:11Lori Walpole: It's all about us just coming back to love and kindness, and seeing each other and being here for each other. Yeah. And it all stems back for us to be able to find ourselves underneath it all in order to be able to do that, and not just running on subconscious programming.
- 19:30Wendy Peterson: And that allowed you to be a blessing for him, so you were put there to be a blessing.
- 19:34Lori Walpole: I know, and I ended up going to the second store. I could have just gone home and had me another piece of avocado toast or something, but I wanted that salad. And so, I feel like, you know, Spirit, God, Source, however people identify, put me in that spot for me to see that man, and just to hand him that salad.
- 19:53Wendy Peterson: I think so too.
- 19:54Lori Walpole: Just to give him a little break, you know? He… I could just see it. I could feel it.
- 20:01Lori Walpole: And I'm like, God, I mean, I don't know anything about his story, but he needed that salad.
- 20:07Lori Walpole: Anyway, I know that's off on a tangent, I tend to do that, Tammy and I do… we tend to go on our real tangents. But I just felt like the only way I could have noticed that man was the fact that I was present. And it's because I have done so much work, and really…
- 20:25Lori Walpole: I focused on allowing myself to be in that space.
- 20:30Lori Walpole: we can all get there. And there's so many healing modalities out there that are available, and I would just tell people, go with what resonates with you. You know, and it may be more than one.
- 20:43Lori Walpole: You know, you've got your Empower Method. I do QHHT, which is quantum healing hypnosis, I know you're familiar with that, with Dolores. I know, I'm now Level… I'm a level 2 practitioner, and it's got
- 20:55Lori Walpole: Thank you, thank you.
- 20:57Lori Walpole: So, we're all just kind of doing our little piece here, helping humanity move forward and become…
- 21:03Lori Walpole: united and in a place of love, and just acceptance. You know, we're all different, we're all a little different, but we come from the same place.
- 21:17Tammy Green Mitchell: I'm not gonna interrupt.
- 21:19Tammy Green Mitchell: I'm just gonna raise my hand then.
- 21:22Tammy Green Mitchell: You know, I love that, Lori, and I also think you don't have to be a healer to be a helper, you know? You don't have to necessarily have training and certifications and everything to notice that someone next to you is suffering when you can do something about it.
- 21:42Tammy Green Mitchell: you know, when we were still in the U.S,
- 21:47Tammy Green Mitchell: in the wintertime, it used to break my heart to see people on the side of the road asking for food or money, and especially in the wintertime. Like, I… I can't even imagine what that must feel like, and so I just started carrying, like.
- 22:03Tammy Green Mitchell: pairs of wool socks, and gloves, and granola bars in my
- 22:09Tammy Green Mitchell: car, and so I didn't have a lot of money to give, but I would always offer a packet to them, and I never once got turned down.
- 22:19Tammy Green Mitchell: And, it just…
- 22:21Tammy Green Mitchell: wanted to point that out, that the fact that you are open and that you notice that someone nearby is suffering, there's so much suffering right now. We all have problems. We all are experiencing the pain, you know? We all are experiencing the division, we all are experiencing
- 22:40Tammy Green Mitchell: That costs are rising everywhere, and it's harder to beat and to…
- 22:46Tammy Green Mitchell: live. It's just harder to live right now.
- 22:49Tammy Green Mitchell: And anything that we can do for our brothers and sisters, our fellow man, just to make life a little bit easier, is its own form of healing. So…
- 23:03Tammy Green Mitchell: Anyway, just wanted.
- 23:04Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 23:05Tammy Green Mitchell: acknowledge that.
- 23:07Wendy Peterson: Yeah, it's… it's always… for me, always more of a blessing for me if I'm able to bless somebody else, you know, and it typically doesn't even take much. It's the small things that are… that are helpful, that kind of warm your own heart when you're helping somebody else.
- 23:26Lori Walpole: Absolutely. It really does. I mean, we get what we give. So, I mean, I always feel so good when I'm coming from a place of giving, and I don't mean giving myself away. I don't mean…
- 23:39Lori Walpole: You know, enabling… I don't mean any of that. I'm talking about truly just giving from the heart, when somebody really needs something.
- 23:47Wendy Peterson: Yes, and we're better able to do that after we've done our healing like this, as you mentioned. So, it's, it's from a full cup instead of that exhausted, and I'm already depleted, but I just said yes to something I didn't really want to say yes to.
- 24:04Wendy Peterson: That's where you're helping your… Boundaries and setting your… your… Self-care routine will help.
- 24:14Tammy Green Mitchell: Yes.
- 24:15Lori Walpole: like that. Tell us more about the self-care.
- 24:18Wendy Peterson: So I… I'll reference my first book, Gratitude is Your Magic Key.
- 24:25Wendy Peterson: that self-care, for me, includes gratitude, because it's heartwarming, and it puts you in a higher vibration, in a higher state. And one of the practices from the book that I like to do is, in the evening.
- 24:41Wendy Peterson: Before you go to bed, I prefer to write them down, but even just getting your mindset around and saying them,
- 24:50Wendy Peterson: is good as well. The side note for writing it down, what I like to do is have a blessing jar, and if you write it down and you put the pieces of paper in a jar… I mean, it doesn't have to be big, you know, just put it in a jar, and then when you're having a hard day, if you look over at that jar and you see it's half full, you'll realize that, hey, I've had all of these blessings from the blessing jar that…
- 25:13Wendy Peterson: maybe this too shall pass, and maybe this isn't that bad, you know? So, the other purpose of, writing these down before you go to sleep is that puts your mindset in a positive state for where you're going into sleep, so…
- 25:29Wendy Peterson: It's just shifting your physiology into that, a more gratitude space for sleep.
- 25:40Lori Walpole: I love that. I love that, Wendy. It just…
- 25:44Lori Walpole: I think that's probably, you know, doing that process, people feel a little calmer. It's like, oh, I had this… this amazing blessing that happened today, or it's just…
- 25:54Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 25:54Lori Walpole: Something that's always in my life, and they took a moment just to recognize it, be present, and see it, and give gratitude for it.
- 26:02Wendy Peterson: Exactly, it could be somebody gave me a salad.
- 26:06Lori Walpole: Yes! I mean, as simple as just handing someone a bag salad, you know, which I know there's chemicals and stuff all in that, it's a whole other story, but I still enjoyed it last night for dinner.
- 26:18Lori Walpole: And I hope
- 26:19Lori Walpole: too, because I just… my heart just went out for him, and I just, you know, I just let him go on. I didn't have a conversation with him or anything, but…
- 26:28Lori Walpole: It was good, it was good.
- 26:30Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 26:32Lori Walpole: What about you, Tammy? What are some of the things.
- 26:35Tammy Green Mitchell: Well…
- 26:36Tammy Green Mitchell: I was just thinking the whole gratitude thing, and what a great idea, especially before sleep, because it opens up your whole subliminal mind, in that space before you drift off, and it opens you to…
- 26:50Tammy Green Mitchell: expansion of consciousness and things that you may not have been open to before, and allows you to see things that you might not have been able to see if
- 27:03Tammy Green Mitchell: If you aren't in that state, in that high vibration state before you go to bed.
- 27:10Tammy Green Mitchell: Gratitude is a big, a big vibration riser for me, as well.
- 27:17Wendy Peterson: Exactly, yes.
- 27:18Tammy Green Mitchell: And it's hard to stay…
- 27:21Tammy Green Mitchell: It really is hard to stay down on yourself and depressed when you stop to consciously track the things that you feel very, very grateful for. It's really hard to stay low.
- 27:35Wendy Peterson: Yeah, and that's a great point, because if you're doing this, as you're going to sleep, maybe you've had a rough day, but then if you take the time to realize, okay, hey, this day really did stink, but here are the things I can still be grateful in the moment, even though I'm challenged in this way, so…
- 27:54Tammy Green Mitchell: Absolutely.
- 27:54Lori Walpole: Yeah, and even when, you know, there's challenging days, there's still lessons for us in there.
- 28:01Lori Walpole: So we can kind of look and look at it and discover, oh!
- 28:06Lori Walpole: if we sit with it long enough and just kind of look at it, like, oh, I was falling into my own pat… old pattern, and that's why that was happening.
- 28:16Lori Walpole: oh, that was coming forward, so I could…
- 28:19Lori Walpole: the universe brought that to me so I could look at it and be like, are you gonna respond the same, or are you gonna respond different? You're telling me. You've been saying in your mind, you've been praying, or you've been talking out, hey, I've changed, I'm doing this now, la-la-la-la-la-la-la, and then…
- 28:35Wendy Peterson: Mm-hmm.
- 28:36Lori Walpole: Boom! How are you gonna react?
- 28:38Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 28:39Lori Walpole: gonna do? What are you gonna do? I love that. What are you gonna do? And so, it's just kind of a reminder to help keep us on our path.
- 28:48Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 28:49Lori Walpole: And then once, you know, we step through and we respond differently, because that's the thing, we just need to respond differently. We can, we get to choose.
- 28:58Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 28:59Lori Walpole: Absolutely get to choose.
- 29:02Lori Walpole: So yeah, I got to choose giving that man that salad instead of just dumping it in my thing and walking off.
- 29:07Lori Walpole: Because I was proud there was two there, even though, like I said, I don't like taking the last one, because…
- 29:13Lori Walpole: You know, somebody else is gonna come behind me and want that, too.
- 29:19Wendy Peterson: Were you getting ready to say something, Tammy?
- 29:22Tammy Green Mitchell: No.
- 29:23Wendy Peterson: Okay, sorry.
- 29:24Tammy Green Mitchell: No. Sorry. I'm gonna raise my hand now.
- 29:29Lori Walpole: Well, I love… okay, so gratitude. My father, was very… he was a very angry man when I was growing up, and even when I was probably in my 20s and my 30s.
- 29:41Lori Walpole: And I noticed in my 40s, he began to mellow out, and he talked a lot about gratitude.
- 29:48Lori Walpole: And I didn't understand it.
- 29:50Lori Walpole: you know, at the time, I didn't really understand, but he was going through his own healing process, and obviously, you know, this information was opening up to him. I mean, he was, an alcoholic when I was growing up. He went into recovery when I was in seventh grade. He got sober then, he never drank again.
- 30:10Lori Walpole: I think he was… 5 days… 4 or 5 days shy from his 35th anniversary.
- 30:17Wendy Peterson: Hmm.
- 30:18Lori Walpole: his birthday, whatever they call it. And Tammy knows, because, yeah.
- 30:23Lori Walpole: So… but gratitude, he would come in, and I remember feeling his presence, and I'm going, he feels so much calmer. Even though he still yelled at people when he was driving, that's… that was his thing. It was a big trigger for him.
- 30:38Lori Walpole: But he was in such a state of calm, and he would talk about gratitude with me, and those were seeds He planted within me.
- 30:47Lori Walpole: And I am so grateful.
- 30:50Wendy Peterson: That's awesome.
- 30:51Lori Walpole: Yeah.
- 30:52Lori Walpole: It's just, you know, we never know how we're touching someone else with our presence, with holding space, and, you know, when we've got someone in front of us who just needs to speak something out, and we allow them
- 31:08Lori Walpole: just beautiful, unconditional, loving, accepting space for them to release whatever it is. I mean, that makes them feel heard.
- 31:18Lori Walpole: And loved, and valued, and… and that they matter.
- 31:23Lori Walpole: That they matter.
- 31:24Wendy Peterson: Yeah, and that's also an exercise in there, is actually to tell somebody what they have done that you're grateful for, because it's like,
- 31:34Wendy Peterson: we are so busy in doing 20 different things, but if somebody is showing up for you in some way that is actually helping you, then to actually acknowledge them, we might say, oh, thank you, and kind of go about our business, and not let them actually know that, hey, that really did help, and I really did appreciate it, you know?
- 31:51Wendy Peterson: And as Tammy mentioned, that brings up your, your vibration, and so that's high on the scale of the, of the vortex for the vibration, which opens up, like she said, many, many possibilities for you, so…
- 32:07Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 32:09Tammy Green Mitchell: Wendy, tell us about the client that you've had that most resonates with you.
- 32:15Tammy Green Mitchell: Obviously, we don't want any identifiable details, but just tell us about the experience.
- 32:21Wendy Peterson: Sure, so… She actually had the same, pattern that I did, which is why it…
- 32:29Wendy Peterson: why it was particularly interesting to me, to see her benefit from all that. So the,
- 32:40Wendy Peterson: the pattern was, basically at the root of the pattern is, not keeping your standards, not keeping your healthy boundaries up, and your self-worth, and letting people-pleasing, be a way that you shrink, and you don't hold your boundaries, because you think that you're doing something for somebody, and self-sacrificing. Well.
- 33:05Wendy Peterson: should be a giving from not self-sacrificing, and letting them know that you matter too, and yes, I'll help you when I'm able to help you, you know? And so…
- 33:16Wendy Peterson: getting past that and given the recognition that… that you can come from a place of love, but not chase everybody and do… be everything for everybody, because they put you in a little box, and they begin to expect it, and then, oh, I'll just keep on more, because there's no pushback, you know?
- 33:36Tammy Green Mitchell: Right.
- 33:37Tammy Green Mitchell: How was… The experience of her breakthrough for you?
- 33:42Wendy Peterson: Great question.
- 33:45Wendy Peterson: It was a recognition, you know? It was, a celebration, because I was… I was so excited that she got to that recognition, and, she got to the…
- 33:58Wendy Peterson: place where she felt more, allowed, and I…
- 34:02Wendy Peterson: She said, I give her permission to do that, you know, so…
- 34:07Wendy Peterson: I'm like, well, here's your little permission slip. If you need to blame me, blame me, or what, you know, but it's… it's, self-empowering, really. It's…
- 34:15Wendy Peterson: It's taking, accountability for your own… well-being.
- 34:23Tammy Green Mitchell: Yeah.
- 34:24Tammy Green Mitchell: Yeah, it's just powerful, powerful work.
- 34:27Tammy Green Mitchell: I know, one of the clients that I had in my womb reclamation therapy
- 34:34Tammy Green Mitchell: was, struggling with a job that was really, really taking a toll on her. It was taking a toll on her self-esteem.
- 34:43Tammy Green Mitchell: And… and really her identity, and who she knew herself to be. And she felt very trapped,
- 34:53Tammy Green Mitchell: Because she needed the job, she needed the money, and she felt like she didn't really have any other options.
- 35:00Tammy Green Mitchell: And by the time she got to me, she was just crying all the time. She was, you know, the thought… she was to the point of having medical issues around it, and had actually…
- 35:14Tammy Green Mitchell: Just gone on medical leave.
- 35:17Tammy Green Mitchell: And so,
- 35:19Tammy Green Mitchell: to see her after the sessions that we did, and to see the ways in which her life changed. She found the courage to leave the job.
- 35:31Tammy Green Mitchell: She found the courage to leave the city. She started over in a whole new city.
- 35:37Tammy Green Mitchell: Her relationships with her boys and her ex-husband can just dramatically improved.
- 35:47Tammy Green Mitchell: Things that were very traumatic for her, her entire life, that she experienced annually her entire life, became…
- 35:55Tammy Green Mitchell: Things that she could… Accept… And… honor?
- 36:02Tammy Green Mitchell: and feel the… the sacredness in instead of mourning around. So, I know as a practitioner, that was pretty powerful for me to witness, and just to acknowledge that I… I got to be the channel for something like that.
- 36:22Tammy Green Mitchell: really amazing.
- 36:24Wendy Peterson: Yeah, it is.
- 36:29Lori Walpole: I love that. You know, Wendy, we talk a lot about people-pleasing,
- 36:38Lori Walpole: And I know I was probably one of the…
- 36:41Lori Walpole: you know, you would pull up people-pleasing. I was probably the one that showed up on the, you know, in the definition. It was me just giving, giving, giving, giving, because I felt like that's the only way that…
- 36:51Lori Walpole: I was allowed to show up in the world. That was the only way that I felt like I had any value, was when I was giving that… all of that away to others. Now, I still love to give, I'm not saying I don't still do that.
- 37:03Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 37:04Lori Walpole: I'm not in a people-pleasing place.
- 37:07Lori Walpole: And I taught the world how to treat me being in that place. So, it's a process to retrain everyone around me, and guess what? Some people started falling away because of that.
- 37:20Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 37:21Lori Walpole: And I'm like, whoa, you know, I…
- 37:23Lori Walpole: I don't get to be who I really am under here.
- 37:26Lori Walpole: Or you don't accept me for that? Well, okay, well, if you need to move on, then okay, I accept that. I don't love it.
- 37:34Lori Walpole: You know, it may not be what I want, but it just is.
- 37:39Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 37:39Lori Walpole: And so, I mean, that was kind of a survival strategy for me.
- 37:44Wendy Peterson: Yeah, exactly. That's what I was gonna say, is mine came from a very early age, and I felt like,
- 37:51Wendy Peterson: that I had to earn being around, or being loved, so if I…
- 37:57Wendy Peterson: watched the kids and did the dishes or whatever. I was a good girl, and I didn't cause any…
- 38:03Wendy Peterson: static, then… then that's where the people-pleasing came from. I would earn the love, I would… I would be okay, you know.
- 38:11Lori Walpole: Yeah, same for me, growing up in, like I said, chaotic alcoholic home, and just wanting peace, and just, you know, please, y'all, stop fighting. It's like, what can I do to make everybody happy?
- 38:25Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 38:26Lori Walpole: So, I just made myself as small as possible. I kind of hid, I just kind of would go off and just stay out of the way as much as possible. I mean, my twin sister, she processed it differently than I did, but we're totally different people, so…
- 38:41Lori Walpole: I mean, that's to be expected, but who knows if the comments were made to her, why can't you be more like your sister, you know? Just go and… you know, she's so much easier than you are. I don't know if those comments were said to her, I don't know, because…
- 38:54Lori Walpole: They weren't said to me.
- 38:56Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 38:57Lori Walpole: But it's followed me through my whole life. I remember being in corporate America when I first started going into meetings. My self-esteem was so low, it was all I could do to even say my name in a meeting and tell people what department I was in.
- 39:14Lori Walpole: Because I had such low self-esteem, my heart would start hammering.
- 39:18Lori Walpole: And I'm going, why? I'm just saying my name! I belong here! You know, but I couldn't… it was just this subconscious, or this fight or flight state, and I just wanted to run. And I just wanted to hide, because it was… I felt exposed.
- 39:35Lori Walpole: And I felt vulnerable.
- 39:37Lori Walpole: And, but everything was always fine, and, you know, I went along, and my confidence grew a little bit, but my confidence really didn't grow until going through our life and leadership transformational program, is when…
- 39:54Wendy Peterson: Awesome, yeah.
- 39:55Lori Walpole: I really left so much… and I had been sitting for 2 years doing work, clearing, healing, all the things, and that program, thank you, Tammy, showed up exactly when I asked for it. The day after I told the universe I was ready to move forward, I get a phone call from Tammy Mitchell.
- 40:14Lori Walpole: And… I signed up.
- 40:17Lori Walpole: I signed up, and I'm so grateful I did, and I got to meet you through that process.
- 40:21Wendy Peterson: Yes! Yes.
- 40:23Lori Walpole: Wonderful.
- 40:23Wendy Peterson: So thank you, Tammy!
- 40:26Tammy Green Mitchell: You're welcome.
- 40:27Lori Walpole: Yeah… And I know Tammy's been a coach through that process, too, and.
- 40:33Wendy Peterson: Wow.
- 40:34Lori Walpole: Yeah, she actually got to coach one of those sessions,
- 40:38Wendy Peterson: Impressive.
- 40:39Lori Walpole: Was a great process for her, too.
- 40:42Tammy Green Mitchell: I don't know if I would call it impressive. It was, you know, everything we went through as students felt like it intensified about 100 times. So, all the layers that got peeled from me as a student.
- 40:55Tammy Green Mitchell: went about 100 times deeper as a coach, and it was… it was powerful, and it was exactly where I needed to be as well at the time. I'm grateful for that experience.
- 41:11Tammy Green Mitchell: And,
- 41:15Tammy Green Mitchell: yeah, I'm just super grateful for that experience. And I love the way that it folded into what we all do naturally, which is the healing part, you know? You… as you said earlier, Wendy, you can't pour from an empty cup, and
- 41:35Tammy Green Mitchell: learning more about what needed to be healed in me.
- 41:43Tammy Green Mitchell: really, I think, is the impetus for me being able to offer myself as a complete open channel for the healing that needs to come through me.
- 41:53Tammy Green Mitchell: So, super, super powerful. That makes sense.
- 41:56Wendy Peterson: Perfect sense, yeah.
- 41:59Wendy Peterson: That's awesome.
- 42:01Lori Walpole: that's the same for me, Tammy. You know, going through the process, I know I didn't do the coaching, but being a student through that.
- 42:07Lori Walpole: And finding my way through, because I mentioned I spent, like, 2 years just sitting, Wendy, and healing, and I had started down my process of becoming a QHHT practitioner. I had made it through my Level 1, and then…
- 42:21Lori Walpole: started Level 2, because I needed the same number of sessions for either, so I thought, oh my gosh, this additional training will give me more confidence.
- 42:29Lori Walpole: I'll be able to, you know, hold better space for people. I just… I'm so excited about doing the Level 2, and then something early on was said that just made me…
- 42:39Lori Walpole: And pause.
- 42:40Lori Walpole: And it… it was something to the effect.
- 42:44Lori Walpole: of, you know, this person, this might be their last hope.
- 42:49Lori Walpole: And I was like, oh my god, I don't know if I'm ready for that.
- 42:52Wendy Peterson: Right.
- 42:53Lori Walpole: oh my gosh, I don't know, I don't know!
- 42:55Wendy Peterson: That's a lot of pressure.
- 42:56Lori Walpole: And it felt that way, but it was so appropriate for me to hear it when I did, so I did pause.
- 43:02Lori Walpole: And I did… I did work on myself, and I did allow the time and the space, and then through the leadership training, you know, I ended up finishing my Level 2, I started on all my sessions, and now, you know.
- 43:16Lori Walpole: I'm a fully certified Level 2 practitioner, but I would not have been able to hold the space, because I was not in a place as an empath
- 43:27Lori Walpole: Of not fully absorbing what somebody else was putting off.
- 43:31Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 43:32Lori Walpole: So… That's great.
- 43:33Wendy Peterson: That's key.
- 43:33Lori Walpole: It is key. I had to learn to observe and not absorb. Exactly.
- 43:39Lori Walpole: it wasn't mine to carry. And I have carried stuff my entire life for other people, and I've got a… we've got a girlfriend staying with us a couple nights here, and we had a conversation a while back.
- 43:53Lori Walpole: And she mentioned, we were talking about another girlfriend, and something happened, and anyway, she was upset about what happened.
- 44:02Lori Walpole: like, months after we had talked about it, and I said, oh, I said, honey, you don't have to hold that for me.
- 44:09Lori Walpole: I said, I'm not holding that anymore. You don't have to hold that. You don't need to resent it. It was just something that happened. I was just, you know, telling you about what happened.
- 44:19Lori Walpole: But you don't have to hold it.
- 44:22Wendy Peterson: It's a beautiful realization. That was so kind of you.
- 44:26Lori Walpole: Yeah, and so I'm hoping, you know, just through that conversation, maybe she'll understand, hey, I don't have to hold that either.
- 44:34Lori Walpole: And I don't have to hold that either!
- 44:36Wendy Peterson: Exactly.
- 44:37Lori Walpole: I can let that go. You know, just one little thing, but yes, observe, don't absorb, because let me tell you, it was hard to walk out of this house and go places, and I'm just feeling everything.
- 44:50Lori Walpole: And people… people are probably thinking, well, why didn't you feel it before? Well…
- 44:54Lori Walpole: I was numbed out. I drank alcohol a lot, quite a bit. I mean, I wouldn't call myself an alcoholic. I mean, I was able to quit, cold turkey, no big deal.
- 45:06Lori Walpole: But it was still a habit, and I was still using it to numb.
- 45:10Lori Walpole: And I was on prescription medicine, and I was eating bad foods that, you know, weren't working with my body. My poor body was having to try to deal with all this foreign chemical crap that it didn't know what to do with, and it's just…
- 45:25Lori Walpole: It wasn't a good situation, so I was… I wasn't feeling anything, honestly. I wasn't feeling even myself.
- 45:35Lori Walpole: And so, I know you're an empath too, so what are your experiences around that?
- 45:40Wendy Peterson: Yeah, you nailed it. You have to learn to, observe, not absorb, and that's why the,
- 45:49Wendy Peterson: the emotional sovereignty and protect your energy is one of the first things, or… well, it's the, third step, but it's very vital, because people…
- 46:03Wendy Peterson: And you affect people around you. There's, like, our aura carries up to a 6-foot radius around you, and so…
- 46:13Wendy Peterson: You're in people's energy bubble.
- 46:15Wendy Peterson: Quite often, and not even realize, you know, and so… and to recognize what is yours and what is not, like you were saying, you don't have to carry that for me, you know? To even notice that that's not even mine is a very good self-awareness, observation.
- 46:35Lori Walpole: Yeah. What about you, Tammy?
- 46:37Tammy Green Mitchell: It's not always easy to do that, either, you know? First-hand experience. It's just not always easy to recognize that it's someone else's energy, and, you know.
- 46:49Tammy Green Mitchell: I haven't been doing this as long as you, Wendy, but I've been doing this for 6 years now, and
- 46:56Tammy Green Mitchell: even as recent as last week, I was like, what is going on? What is wrong with me? And it took a couple of days to work itself through, and finally it clicked, and I was like, this is not even mine.
- 47:10Lori Walpole: Yes.
- 47:10Tammy Green Mitchell: So, I'm just, you know, having the awareness is great, and sometimes you still forget, and you're like, oh, wait a minute, oh no, no, this is… I can lay this down, this is not me.
- 47:24Wendy Peterson: Right?
- 47:25Tammy Green Mitchell: So, learning how to practice energy hygiene is a very valuable skill.
- 47:33Wendy Peterson: Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 47:36Wendy Peterson: And there's, thankfully, you know, surprisingly easy ways to do that. It isn't something that takes, you know, an hour a day or anything. If you can just go through, you know, a scan of your energy, and
- 47:51Wendy Peterson: remove what isn't yours, and then fill that with love and light. So, I don't know, I'll just toss in this, you guys are probably aware of cord cutting,
- 48:02Wendy Peterson: ceremonies and different things. So, what I've learned is that instead of cutting, I now do, I pull it out at the source, because I don't want to leave any debris in. And so then, I turn my hands into, like, a sweep, like a broom, and then I sweep clean the energy, and then I call in to fill with love and light from the…
- 48:26Wendy Peterson: Divine Source Golden Light.
- 48:28Wendy Peterson: to fill my body and fill any places that, has been emptied from the removing of those things. And I think that's a key part, is to fill what we have released, because nature abhors a vacuum, so…
- 48:46Lori Walpole: I love that.
- 48:47Tammy Green Mitchell: Thank you for that tip.
- 48:49Lori Walpole: I do too. Thank you, Wendy. And I think it's so important for us today, especially with what's going on collectively out in the world, all of the, you know, turmoil, what people are seeing and feeling, and, you know.
- 49:03Lori Walpole: The feeling of having scarcity, and not enough, and…
- 49:07Lori Walpole: It's tough. It's really tough. I do believe, though, honestly, that we all have the capacity to have enough. I believe this world
- 49:18Lori Walpole: Is a universe that will give us enough.
- 49:22Lori Walpole: I believe that we have to ask for it. We have to move that way with our actions. Our thoughts. Our thoughts are so important. Where is your headspace? Because that's what you're pulling in. That's what.
- 49:37Lori Walpole: frequency you're on.
- 49:39Lori Walpole: Are you thinking bad about others, or about yourself?
- 49:44Lori Walpole: Or are you just sending people love, and kindness, and also sending that to yourself?
- 49:51Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 49:53Wendy Peterson: And that's the thing, if you're busy doing that, and you're busy being in gratitude, that leaves less time for the worry, that leaves less time for the negative to come in.
- 50:03Lori Walpole: Yeah, and we know it's there. I mean.
- 50:06Wendy Peterson: Oh, yeah. It's there. It's natural, yeah.
- 50:08Lori Walpole: But we don't have to engage with it, and the more we pull our energy from that…
- 50:14Lori Walpole: the… I'll call it the beast system, more… pulling it away from the matrix, however.
- 50:19Lori Walpole: call it.
- 50:20Lori Walpole: Yeah. The more we do that, the more it fractures.
- 50:25Wendy Peterson: Yes, and the more of…
- 50:27Wendy Peterson: Yeah.
- 50:30Wendy Peterson: And it takes,
- 50:32Wendy Peterson: less, less of the dark to be overpowered by the light. And an example I once heard about this, which I thought was brilliant, is, you could be in a big concert hall, and, you know, somebody will light a lighter from across the stadium, and it's just that one light
- 50:51Wendy Peterson: is recognized, you know, so it takes far less light to overpower the darkness, and the scales are tipping in our favor. There's more light coming in now.
- 51:03Tammy Green Mitchell: I love that.
- 51:04Lori Walpole: And more of us finding our way back to ourselves, so we can project it out from us, because we all have our own internal light.
- 51:11Lori Walpole: We all do, and like you said, our 6-foot aura window that we interact with everyone with, I want people to feel that love, and that happiness, and that joy, and I'll admit, yesterday after, you know, the food bank, and I had been in a warehouse working for a few, and I'm hot, and I'm tired, and…
- 51:27Lori Walpole: you know, finding my salad that I wanted, but I still was present enough to see that sweet man there with his boys, and I was just like, you know, I was really proud of myself in that moment.
- 51:39Lori Walpole: I'm allowed to be proud of myself.
- 51:40Wendy Peterson: Yes! Yes. Yes.
- 51:43Wendy Peterson: That's what that kind of goes into what I like to call, catching yourself doing something right. So, even if you catch yourself that, I've slipped, be proud that you caught yourself so that you can go back into what you prefer.
- 51:56Tammy Green Mitchell: Yeah, and you know, Lori, the most powerful thing is, you had an interaction with him, between you and him, but you really don't know who around you overheard you.
- 52:06Wendy Peterson: Mmm.
- 52:07Tammy Green Mitchell: and saw you, and witnessed it. So, the ripple effect was not just between you and him, it rippled out in all directions.
- 52:16Tammy Green Mitchell: And I think that's beautiful. That's exactly what we are here to do. We are here to be with each other. We are here to walk each other home. And yes, there is enough when we remember that we belong to each other. There's always enough.
- 52:35Tammy Green Mitchell: When we remember that we have the power, To make it enough.
- 52:41Wendy Peterson: Hmm.
- 52:42Lori Walpole: Yeah, we do, yeah.
- 52:43Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 52:44Lori Walpole: And once people reprogram their thought patterns and their processes to stay in abundance and love and kindness and peace, and joy, and us…
- 52:53Lori Walpole: Collectively moving from that space, all of… The madness will fall away.
- 52:59Lori Walpole: And we get to create that earth. When we are, we are creating it. Yes.
- 53:04Wendy Peterson: That's exactly what we are.
- 53:06Wendy Peterson: Yes.
- 53:11Lori Walpole: Well, Wendy?
- 53:12Lori Walpole: This has been so great. Okay, so I know you have two books. I know you touched on Gratitude as Your Magic Key. Do you want to touch on Quantum Leap into Authentic Confidence for Empaths and Lightworkers?
- 53:24Wendy Peterson: Thank you. That is the book that, actually has my Empower Method in it, so it's the full 7 steps, and, my books typically have,
- 53:36Wendy Peterson: not only the learning of the lesson, but also practical exercises. So, it's not just this concept that you're trying to wrap your head around, but it's how you can use it in your daily life, or practical ways that you can implement. And I give more than one exercise so that, you know, if this one doesn't resonate with you, or it didn't
- 53:55Wendy Peterson: Do what you wanted it to do. Well, then you have another option just to kind of start you thinking along those lines of different ways you can implement it.
- 54:05Lori Walpole: So, is the only place they can find your method in the book, or are there other avenues for that?
- 54:10Wendy Peterson: Great question. So, there's, it's on… both the books are on Amazon under, Wendy Martin Eck Peterson, and the,
- 54:20Wendy Peterson: the Empower Method is gonna… is coming… I have a course, and that's gonna be in my school community to get the link for it, and to get even just a touch, get a freebie to go to the school community and get a freebie that will lead you into the path to find out more about that.
- 54:40Lori Walpole: Fantastic.
- 54:43Wendy Peterson: I appreciate that.
- 54:44Tammy Green Mitchell: to share with our listeners, Wendy, that, give us a little nugget of something that has made a difference for you in your life, and how you impact the world around you.

- 55:01Wendy Peterson: the reason I brought Radiance Restoration is because I want to share joy and love and compassion and healing, because we're all… we all have, the ability to be healers and self-healers. We can heal ourselves.

- 55:23Wendy Peterson: You've probably done other things that worked, and then you kind of tossed it aside or forgot about it. Well…
- 55:29Wendy Peterson: Revisit the things that are working for you, and find your joy, and that's gonna naturally
- 55:34Wendy Peterson: do things that excite you. I mean, it could be buy yourself flowers if you have to. It doesn't have to be anything complicated, or go pick yourself some flowers, you know, it doesn't have to cost anything. So, it's just, raising our vibration to then experience with the collective a higher joy.
