- 0:00Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show, live from the WOR LifeVac studios.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. 800-321-0710 is the number. If
- 0:11Speaker 2: you're a new caller, we'd love to hear from you.
- 0:14Speaker 1: 800-321-0710.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Let's go to George in Port Jefferson. George, how you doing?
- 0:23Speaker 3: I'm doing great, Mark. Isn't it ironic that Jack Smith
- 0:27Speaker 3: came from the court of the International Criminal Court, which
- 0:30Speaker 3: has been debunked? It's really ironic.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Well, you can't even debunk it. It was never a
- 0:35Speaker 2: real court. It's just a fake, made-up, pretend court.
- 0:38Speaker 3: There's something I know about. He went to school. He
- 0:43Speaker 3: grew up in Syracuse University, and he's admitted to practice
- 0:46Speaker 3: law in New York State. up in the third department.
- 0:49Speaker 3: I am very shocked that nobody's taken... People could take
- 0:52Speaker 3: grievances against him to try to suspend him.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Oh, you can't do that. You can't do that in
- 0:56Speaker 2: New York. The New York bar is the most left-wing, biased, crazy... No, no, no.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Mark, please. This is up... It's the bar that he
- 1:03Speaker 3: was admitted to. That's up in... He was born in...
- 1:06Speaker 3: He's admitted in the third department. If it was in
- 1:08Speaker 3: the first department, you'd be right.
- 1:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:10Speaker 3: But I cannot believe... Somebody should try to go after him.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Well, you started. George, thanks for calling. Let's go to...
- 1:17Speaker 2: Let's go to Jan in Asbury. Jan?
- 1:22Speaker 4: Mark, can you hear me?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Where's Asbury Park? Is that what you mean?
- 1:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm across from the Stone Pony.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Oh, God, the noise, the Stone Pony, the mess that
- 1:33Speaker 2: comes out of there every night.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Well, I'm just saying it's a big mess there.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Okay, if you had a choice between across the street,
- 1:41Speaker 2: you could either have a data center or the Stone Pony,
- 1:43Speaker 2: which would you choose? Which would make less noise?
- 1:45Speaker 1: Data center.
- 1:46Speaker 4: I'd want a data center. Anyway, you're so healing. You're
- 1:50Speaker 4: such a medicine. I just, you know, because you know stuff.
- 1:53Speaker 4: And you know the good guys and the bad guys.
- 1:56Speaker 4: You're smart. You know what's going on.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Uh-oh.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I'm upset with some of these.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:01Speaker 4: On the set of some of these conservatives, so to speak,
- 2:04Speaker 4: or people that were like right wing that you think
- 2:07Speaker 4: newscasters and stuff that are like, oh, yeah, Trump now.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:11Speaker 4: But before, you know, he lost the election. They were
- 2:13Speaker 4: all dishing him like they were. They were not like
- 2:16Speaker 4: being so pro Trump. And this is the right I'm
- 2:18Speaker 4: talking about. And I'm seeing them start to do that again.
- 2:21Speaker 4: And I think they're just so stupid. They're like putting
- 2:24Speaker 4: their own opinions on how to do the war, how
- 2:26Speaker 4: to do that. You know, they don't know what's going on.
- 2:29Speaker 4: And they're starting to turn against them again. I won't
- 2:31Speaker 4: say the names.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Oh, say the names. Say whoever you want. What names?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Who are you talking about?
- 2:37Speaker 4: Well, one guy's a Newsmax. Rob Schmidt, of all people. Like,
- 2:40Speaker 4: was kind of dissing Trump yesterday.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Yeah, what about Rob Schmidt? Newsmax is very good. I
- 2:44Speaker 2: like that Greg Kelly show. Rob Schmidt, he's pretty in
- 2:47Speaker 2: the middle. You know, he goes both ways. That's the
- 2:49Speaker 2: way he should be. He shouldn't be.
- 2:51Speaker 4: But they're like, I don't think they should be that.
- 2:54Speaker 4: They need to be more patient. That gets me mad.
- 2:56Speaker 4: How about Karl Rove? I knew he was a bad guy.
- 3:00Speaker 4: He's not a bad guy.
- 3:01Speaker 2: He's just a Bush guy. He loves Bush. You've got
- 3:04Speaker 2: to remember.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Okay, but he's voting for Tallarico.
- 3:07Speaker 2: All right, but you've got to remember. Well, thanks for calling, though.
- 3:10Speaker 2: You've got to remember, for a guy like Karl Rove,
- 3:12Speaker 2: he was a Bush guy. That was his whole world,
- 3:14Speaker 2: the Bush world. Remember, when Trump came along, it was
- 3:18Speaker 2: Jeb Bush. It was his turn to continue the Bush dynasty.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Jeb Bush was going to be the president. This Donald
- 3:25Speaker 2: Trump came out of nowhere. and wiped out the whole
- 3:30Speaker 2: Bush dynasty. He annihilated Jeb Bush in those debates, just
- 3:34Speaker 2: wiped the floor with him. And that was the end
- 3:37Speaker 2: of the Bush dynasty. So for Karl Rove, it had
- 3:39Speaker 2: to be very upsetting. Karl Rove was on his way
- 3:42Speaker 2: back to being in the White House, back to being
- 3:44Speaker 2: the most powerful guy in the White House, chief of
- 3:47Speaker 2: staff to the president. And then Trump wiped it out.
- 3:51Speaker 2: So if you're Karl Rove, you got to be really
- 3:55Speaker 2: mad at Trump. at Donald Trump. You know, it's the same,
- 3:59Speaker 2: like Hillary Clinton. This was her destiny to be president.
- 4:04Speaker 2: She just always, always assumed she'd be the president. And
- 4:08Speaker 2: all of a sudden, a total rookie, Donald Trump, shows
- 4:11Speaker 2: up and just wipes her out, completely destroys her. Anyway,
- 4:15Speaker 2: let's go to, is it Robert on line one? Robert,
- 4:18Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 4:19Speaker 1: Hey, how are you, Mark? Good. Was that a rumor?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Was that a rumor about us knocking out that Chinese
- 4:26Speaker 1: satellite that was feeding information about Ukraine?
- 4:28Speaker 2: No, that happened. No, we shot down a Chinese satellite,
- 4:31Speaker 2: spy satellite, that was doing something for Iran. Wasn't it
- 4:35Speaker 2: helping Iran?
- 4:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought it was. Yeah, yeah, you're right.
- 4:40Speaker 2: It was Iran.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I just want to see if that was a rumor
- 4:42Speaker 1: or if that had any validity.
- 4:44Speaker 2: No, that's absolutely true. There was a Chinese spy satellite
- 4:48Speaker 2: giving secret information to Iran that We blew it out
- 4:52Speaker 2: of the sky, out of outer space. Just blew up
- 4:55Speaker 2: the satellite.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Another incredible achievement by Donald J. Trump. I thank you, sir.
- 4:59Speaker 1: All right.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Thanks for calling. Yeah, you know, you got to give
- 5:03Speaker 2: this Pete Hegseth credit. I know he looks a little
- 5:05Speaker 2: goofy and he doesn't look like a top military, you know,
- 5:09Speaker 2: crusty sort of an old military guy. But since he's
- 5:13Speaker 2: been in there, you know, that bombing raid to take
- 5:16Speaker 2: out Iran's nuclear plants, you know, where those planes had
- 5:19Speaker 2: to stay in the air for like 38 hours. That
- 5:22Speaker 2: was an incredible accomplishment. You remember when they captured Maduro
- 5:25Speaker 2: in his bedroom, the leader of the country, they actually
- 5:28Speaker 2: seized him out of his bedroom in the middle of
- 5:30Speaker 2: the night. That was an incredible military operation. Knocking out
- 5:35Speaker 2: that Chinese spy satellite just as it was spying on him.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Incredible stuff. So you might think this exit looks a
- 5:42Speaker 2: little goofy, but he has accomplished some of the greatest
- 5:44Speaker 2: military operations imaginable. Anyway, let's go to, oh, did she
- 5:49Speaker 2: hang up? Pam in Mississippi, what happened to you? It
- 5:53Speaker 2: might be our phones. Anyway, we'll take some calls a
- 5:56Speaker 2: little later on. Hey, and coming up a little later on,
- 6:00Speaker 2: we'll get to the Tonight Show. Johnny Carson. You know,
- 6:04Speaker 2: it's the 72nd anniversary. The Tonight Show was created this week,
- 6:08Speaker 2: 72 years ago. But we'll take a look at it
- 6:12Speaker 2: in the next hour. This will be pretty interesting. So
- 6:14Speaker 2: if you're a big Carson late night Tonight Show fan, Well,
- 6:17Speaker 2: don't go away because we're going to talk about that
- 6:19Speaker 2: in the next hour. And the brilliant columnist, Michael Goodwin,
- 6:24Speaker 2: the best columnist in America. Normally he's with us on Mondays,
- 6:27Speaker 2: but he had to move to Tuesday. So we'll talk
- 6:29Speaker 2: to him next on 710WOR.
