🔥SILVER Investor🔥- THIS is STUNNING- (MASSIVE News Update for Gold and Silver Prices) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Warren Buffett has bought massive amounts of silver in the
0:03
past. That's no big surprise to you.
0:06
However, what is shocking is to realize the reasons why he
0:11
bought silver and how that relates to why you own silver
0:16
today. I think you'll be absolutely
0:19
blown away. And there's another statistic
0:21
we'll look at regarding his past major massive silver purchases
0:26
that is equally disturbing. There's a lot going on in the
0:30
world right now. It's almost, are you feeling it?
0:33
Like I am like too much to process.
0:36
We got like 5 major geopolitical things that are happening right
0:40
now that are adding to this massive undertone of uncertainty
0:45
that we're all being forced to navigate together.
0:49
Often times we fall back upon that uncertainty is one of the
0:53
big reasons why we decide to own silver and gold.
0:56
We're going to we're going to peel the covers back, right?
0:58
Open the canvas stinky sardines and look at what is happening
1:03
right now in the world. And it really is becoming almost
1:07
too much for us to process. But first, let's go look at
1:09
silver. Hey, I woke up this morning and
1:11
silver was down $0.50 per oz. Let's go get an update now and
1:17
see where it is. I've got a little bit of a smile
1:19
on my face. Hopefully we'll keep a smile on
1:22
our face. We're out here at channel
1:24
sponsor Pin Backs. This is not the updated silver
1:27
and gold price. So don't look at that yet.
1:29
I want to say, say thank you to Pinbecs for sponsoring Ron's
1:31
basement. Us basement dwellers, us silver
1:34
and gold lovers. Yes, I'm talking to you.
1:37
This show is made possible thanks to the support of Pinbecs
1:41
and our other sponsors. But what I really love about
1:44
Pinbecs from a silver and gold and platinum group stacking
1:47
perspective is how well they treat us right?
1:51
How well they treat the basement dweller community, the people
1:55
that they come down here and and are part of this group.
1:59
I get overwhelmingly positive response.
2:02
I'll never tell you what to do, but I would recommend that you
2:05
may benefit from considering Pinbacks next time you're
2:09
looking to buy gold, silver or platinum group metals online.
2:13
You can go to their website. Uh oh, it went away.
2:16
There it is right here, pinbacks.com.
2:18
They've also got this thing that I like to call the pinbacks
2:21
magic button, this little golden triangle and when you press it,
2:25
you get an update on the gold and silver price.
2:27
Are you ready? Take a deep breath, make your
2:29
blood pressure medicine if you're anything like me, and
2:32
let's see what's going on in the markets.
2:35
Wow. Silver over $31.00 gold $7.46
2:42
gold at $2650. Silver a tad above $31.00 per
2:47
oz. Is it just me?
2:50
Is it just me here in the basement by myself obsessing
2:53
about the gold and silver price, or are you noticing this as
2:56
well? Both gold and silver?
2:59
No, they've not been rocketing higher.
3:01
We aren't going to say that. But doesn't it feel like we're
3:04
in a period where they're building a strong base, a strong
3:08
foundation, right? They're like, we're getting rid
3:11
of all the weaklings. Hey, guys, anybody who wants to
3:14
get off the train now would be a good time.
3:17
And it feels like to me that most of the people that don't
3:20
want to be around, that aren't strongholders of gold and
3:23
silver, have gotten off the train.
3:26
And we've got just a few people left that want to jump off.
3:29
And that we're building this base, this foundation from which
3:32
we could experience much higher silver and gold prices.
3:36
And won't it be a wonderful time for us to spend together?
3:41
I heard a guy last night saying gold right now should be $5000
3:46
an ounce period, based upon all the money parting.
3:49
Based upon simple mathematics. Right?
3:51
Like that idea that 2 + 2 always equals 4.
3:54
That idea that will never be able to pay off the national
3:57
debt? We know silver should be $44.00
4:00
per oz. We predicted that for Christmas,
4:02
which pretty much isn't going to happen at this point.
4:05
I was wrong. I eat crow.
4:07
But really, silver easily should be at $44.00 per oz.
4:11
Let's go look at the silver chart and get a quick update on
4:13
what is happening. Oh boy, I need to open a new
4:17
window here and where we go, we'll go to Yahoo Finance.
4:23
There we go. And I hope you guys are doing
4:28
great. Hey, while I'm going getting to
4:29
this chart here. Thank you for being here.
4:32
Thanks for being part of the basement.
4:34
You are the most, the bestest, the best part of this community.
4:40
Where is silver? There's natural gas.
4:43
Got a little bit of that this morning.
4:44
And Ethereum, OK, we missed silver.
4:49
Did. Oh, there it is.
4:50
You wouldn't do that to us. Yahoo Finance.
4:52
We're going to have some new charts coming up.
4:54
Oh wow, guys, look at this in the futures market.
4:58
This is the March contract for silver.
5:00
Look at that, right? This probably coincided with
5:04
these ADP job numbers that came out this morning.
5:07
But like I was saying earlier, we were down.
5:10
Let's look at the price here. We were We've we've rallied in
5:14
the futures market anyway, almost $0.70 per oz in the
5:17
silver price. Let's look at a one year chart.
5:22
I mean really if you if you take out this little period of time
5:26
where we did pop up to $35 per oz, no doubt about it, we've
5:30
been building this very strong base.
5:33
Look at that dotted here. I'm going to draw some lines on
5:35
here. Well, we're back at it again.
5:39
Wow, this is exciting. Where are my how come I don't?
5:44
There it is. Sorry, my crayons.
5:45
I was looking for my crayon box. There's my crayon box and
5:48
there's the straight line and let's go over here.
5:53
I'm going to draw it right over there.
5:54
Green dotted line. That's right where the price is
5:57
right now. Look at this guy's once, twice,
6:00
3 * a lady four times, 5 * 6 times, and then we broke above
6:06
and then we kind of came up again and now we're here again.
6:09
This level that we're at right now.
6:11
What about on the futures market?
6:13
About $32 per oz has been resistance and provided pretty
6:18
strong resistance. If we can breakthrough this
6:20
again, OK, if we can get up into this zone again, it becomes
6:28
statistically very less likely that we are going to that we're
6:33
going to pull back next time we hit 3250.
6:37
Can you feel it like I can feel this like once we get up to
6:40
353637 dollars per oz again, there's not a lot of people that
6:45
bought silver up at that level that are hoping to get there so
6:48
they can get out and be done right?
6:50
The the weak hands once we get up there, I believe that now at
6:54
that point, then this red line, which has been pretty pretty
6:58
staunch resistance for a while, will become a rock solid level
7:03
of support from which the silver price could go much, much
7:07
higher. And while we're here, let's just
7:10
for kicks and giggles draw that goes all the way back here.
7:14
Look at this March of last year when silver in the futures
7:18
market was $22.00. Look at this support line.
7:22
It's like off into Infinity, Infinity and beyond.
7:26
And then if we draw another line from let's go from about here
7:31
and it's bad. Hold on.
7:33
I don't what that I mean, you know, I think there's an eraser.
7:36
Oh, there it is. Coloring with Ron.
7:42
Yeah, we're coloring on the silver chart and we'll go like
7:46
this, right. That's that wedge pattern that
7:49
goes back to about what early October, September time frame,
7:54
guys, when you have this wedge that's forming where the price
7:57
is stuck between, but it's a going down into this triangle
8:01
wedge, whatever you want to call it, it's either going to break
8:03
out to the upside or breakdown to the downside.
8:07
I just, I can't see it. Can you see it happening?
8:10
I just can't see the price going down from there.
8:13
So that's what's going on in the silver market.
8:15
I tell you what's really going on.
8:17
You're in the basement. Wow.
8:18
We've got 400 of us. Thank you, though.
8:20
There's one you. You've got a name.
8:23
Think about your name. You're important.
8:24
Thank you for being here. Please give this video a thumbs
8:27
up. That will help get the word out
8:28
to more and more people. Please subscribe because when
8:31
you're here, you're part of the tribe.
8:34
Some of us call each other basement dwellers, some of us
8:38
call each other buttercup, whatever suits your fancy or if
8:41
you don't want to be called anything, I completely
8:43
understand. But none the less, thank you for
8:45
being here. We'd love to talk about silver
8:47
and gold. We want you to come back and
8:49
thank you. Oh wow, super chats.
8:50
I almost forgot. Holy moly Don man, you are so
8:56
nice to me on a daily basis. Thank you Don Howe for that.
8:59
And wow, my friend Jim. What to help pay for those soda
9:03
you. But I did For those of you who
9:08
know, I have a thank you, Jim. Jim, I have a difficult time.
9:13
I'm I'm I'm really a tight wad. OK, I'm sorry.
9:16
I don't know if you are if you're loose with your money,
9:18
but I'm resourceful and I'm a tight wad.
9:21
And nothing irks me more than when you go out to eat and the
9:24
people all order these $4.00 sodas, you know, and it's like,
9:27
it's like, what a RIP off. So, but yes, Susie and I had a
9:30
wonderful 20th anniversary lunch yesterday and I actually ordered
9:34
a Diet Coke for her. And I did take a couple sips
9:37
because I wanted to get the most for our money.
9:39
All right, guys, let's talk about tomorrow is the massive
9:42
thank you for the Super chats. Thank you for the support, Jim
9:46
and Don. I appreciate it.
9:47
We really do. We're supporting the family
9:49
office. So thank you.
9:51
Tomorrow is the big or not tomorrow?
9:53
Friday is the big job number. We got the ADP number this
9:56
morning, which was a bit of a disappointment.
9:59
Now, even though Bidenomics is working nonetheless, that
10:03
probably had a lot to do with this movement we've seen in the
10:06
precious metals. Friday, we're going to get the
10:08
official jobs number. Be ready, right, because it will
10:12
impact what the market perceives the Fed will be doing.
10:16
We are in a temporary state where the Fed is regained a
10:20
little power, a little, not much, but this big.
10:23
If we get a big jobs number on Friday, it could hurt the gold
10:27
and silver price. So there's a reason why we want
10:29
to pay attention to this jobs number on Friday because my
10:34
fellow basement dwellers, it will impact this and we need to
10:38
do an update 'cause this is becoming more and more critical.
10:42
Just temporarily, right? In the end, the Fed is done.
10:45
The Fed has to print, you can't have all this debt, not have
10:48
inflation, and the odds of a rate cut continue to go up.
10:52
This is the odds of a Federal Reserve rate cut at their next
10:56
meeting, the 18th of December. If you go to the top of this
10:59
page, they've got a countdown, the Jerome Powell countdown, 14
11:04
days. So it'll be two weeks from
11:08
today. It'll be Wednesday, 2 weeks from
11:10
today that we'll hear from Gomer Pyle, right?
11:13
Surprise, surprise, surprise, Jerome Powell regarding rates.
11:17
And then right now, the market, the big money.
11:20
The reason why we want to look at this is two things.
11:23
It will have an impact on the silver and gold price.
11:26
And #2 this is what the big money, right?
11:29
The big hedge funds, the big, the big, what do they call that?
11:33
Like institutional funds are making their bets in the Chicago
11:37
Mercantile Exchange, so they know what they're talking about.
11:40
Right now. We got a three out of four
11:41
chance that will get a rate cut and we have a one in four or 25%
11:46
chance that rates will remain the same in the range of 4.5 to
11:51
4.75. And if you want to be fancy, if
11:53
you want to be fancy, you can talk about if this rate cut were
11:56
to occur 4.450 to 475 is the current range down to 425 to
12:02
4:50. That would be instead of calling
12:04
it a quarter point as layman like us basement dwellers called
12:09
a quarter point, hey, I'm in Missouri.
12:12
OK, I don't put on airs 1/4 point cut by the Fed, but if
12:16
you're sophisticated in New York, you say it's 25 basis
12:21
points. Anyway, the world is and we're
12:23
going to talk about Warren Buffett and why he bought silver
12:27
and it will blow you away. But first, unfortunately, guys,
12:30
it is nuts. It's hard to process everything
12:33
going on in the world. And why, as a silver and gold
12:36
investor, do we need to pay attention to what's unfolding in
12:39
the world around us? And we aren't gonna get a lot of
12:42
really great news from the mainstream media, right?
12:45
We get this like filtered news. So we really have to dig in.
12:48
But it's important because it can be and always, well, always
12:53
has been and will continue to be forever and ever, ever a major
12:57
supportive factor for gold and silver.
13:01
Not even thinking of it as price, thinking of it as
13:03
security. And it is getting absolutely
13:06
crazy out there. Let's just run through the list
13:09
of stories that we have right now.
13:12
Hold on, here we go. I'm going to leave myself up
13:14
here so you guys can we can wave at each other from time to time.
13:18
Let's start with China. And we get this news yesterday.
13:23
This comes from Reuters via Metals and Miners.
13:27
China bans export of key minerals to the United States
13:30
that have potential military applications as trade frictions
13:35
escalate. This is we are doing kind of a
13:38
replay here guys. But what happened before the
13:40
Great Depression and World War 2?
13:42
Unfortunately, Beijing's curb follows latest US limits on
13:46
Chinese chip sector. It's becoming like trade wars
13:49
experts exports I'm sorry of gallium germanium to the to the
13:55
United States have already stalled called antimony and
13:58
these are all minerals used in like high tech.
14:01
They're metals minerals used in high tech applications in China
14:04
saying no more for you the United States.
14:08
We'll just look at the first couple paragraphs here.
14:10
China is banned exports to the US of items related to the
14:16
minerals gallium, Germans from Reuters, germanium, antimony and
14:20
potential military, it said Tuesday, a day after
14:22
Washington's latest crackdown on China's chip sector.
14:25
A Commerce Ministry directive on dual use items with both
14:29
military and civilian applications cited national
14:33
security concerns. The order, which takes effect
14:35
immediately, also requires stricter review of end use for
14:39
graphite items shipped to the US.
14:41
In principle, the export of gallium, germanium and super
14:46
hard materials, the United States shall not be permitted.
14:50
OK, so that's what's happening with China.
14:54
OK. Now on top of that, OK.
14:57
And, and they already think about this, this is China.
15:00
And let's talk about silver and gold.
15:02
So they aren't going to, they are the I don't know, those
15:04
aren't rare earth, I don't think.
15:05
I'm not a guru. I know a lot about silver and
15:08
gold and that's about it. But I know those are critical
15:10
minerals. They also, I know are a big
15:13
supplier of rare earth minerals. But think about this when it
15:15
comes to China, right? They'd already, they already
15:20
export zero of their gold and silver.
15:23
And we know that they're also importing tons of gold.
15:28
This creates this massive environment of of nationalism
15:33
and geopolitical uncertainty, guys that I think 2025 could
15:38
create an environment like we've never experienced in our
15:42
lifetimes. We'll see how that plays out.
15:44
Next we go to Russia because we know this about Russia as well.
15:47
Russia is on doing some interesting things as well.
15:50
This was from the Silver Academy and yeah, from a few days ago,
15:53
but it's worth worth revisiting Russia imposing a ban on export
15:59
there China a ban on export Russia a ban on export of gold,
16:05
silver, copper, waste, scrap and recycling E wins the economic
16:11
war against the US and NATO. This from the silver Academy.
16:17
And he says when reading this, remember when Nixon closed the
16:20
gold window in 1971, it was also just temporary.
16:24
All right, so this is the from Interfax.
16:26
This was the Russian the Russian declaration that they are no
16:31
longer going to allow for the gold, silver, copper and a few
16:35
other things scraps. Russia's recent move.
16:39
Sorry, my phone was ringing. Temporary.
16:42
A move to temporarily ban the export of precious metals waste
16:44
is significant. It's a development in the
16:47
ongoing economic war between the East and the West.
16:50
This decision following China's long standing practice, there we
16:54
go. Retaining its gold and silver
16:57
signals a shift in the global commodity dynamics that could
17:00
have far reaching consequences. OK, so we got China, we got
17:06
India. We've got this coming, right?
17:08
We know this is old news, but we're just going to look at the
17:11
headline, guys, because then we get, I'm sorry, wrong article.
17:15
There we go. Trump threatening 100% tariff on
17:18
the BRICS nations if they replace the dollar.
17:21
OK, we know that whole story. I mean, the Trump saying, if you
17:24
guys even think about replacing the US dollar, sorry, Charlie,
17:28
we're going to hit you with 100% tariffs, which sounds very
17:33
interesting. It'll be an interesting to see
17:36
how this all develops as we go in the next year.
17:39
My question still, and I won't spend a lot of time on this, but
17:42
I'm this, this is and I want your thoughts on this as well.
17:46
I want you to think about this. So Trump is telling the BRICS
17:49
countries that if you use any alternative to the dollar,
17:53
right? If you create your own
17:54
alternative currency to trade amongst yourselves, that's that.
17:57
We aren't going to stand for that.
17:59
That's we're going to, we're going to put 100% tariffs on
18:02
you. To me, that's weaponization of
18:05
the dollar. Okay.
18:06
I mean, what we've heard is not worked out so well for the
18:08
United States. Really, I want to I want to pose
18:11
this question to you to think about if he's, if he's
18:14
threatening them because they're talking about using an
18:16
alternative to the dollar, how can he done at the same time be
18:21
so pro crypto, which is always advertised itself as being an
18:26
alternative to the dollar? And furthermore, I would like to
18:29
ask Donald Trump, president-elect, respectfully
18:32
ask him, is it OK for those countries to trade amongst
18:36
themselves in crypto? You know what I'm saying?
18:40
Because you're, you're, you're saying that you're pro Bitcoin,
18:43
pro crypto is a president. You're not going to let the
18:46
BRICS countries use anything but the dollar.
18:48
But what about if they said they want to use crypto?
18:51
Just throwing it out there. I thought found it to be very
18:53
interesting. On top of all this, we got
18:55
China, Russia, economic war with the United States.
18:59
What is going on in South Korea did that to me.
19:03
That's a Black Swan, maybe a little Black Swan, maybe a big
19:07
Black Swan. But if you taking a step back
19:09
and thought like what's happening in South Korea, they
19:11
declared martial law. This all comes out of the blue.
19:16
People are saying it's because the North Koreans.
19:19
I mean, I'm, I'm not an expert in Asian geopolitical or
19:24
political developments. However, the feeling I'm getting
19:28
is that part of it is because the, the more the liberal side
19:32
of the, of the political structure is more maybe aligned
19:35
or being influenced by North Korea.
19:37
So the president who's only got like a 10% approval rating in
19:42
South Korea right now, like 10% worse than Joe Biden, if that's
19:45
possible, but nonetheless he does, is then declares martial
19:50
law, which means the military takes over the country.
19:53
This is South Korea, this is Asia.
19:55
What is happening? We can't even think about what's
19:58
going on with Taiwan and China. More and more and more
20:02
uncertainty. And then on top of that, let's
20:04
see if I can remember all this. We've got the Ukraine situation
20:08
where the where the United States is allowing Ukraine to
20:11
send missiles into Russia. And we got everything going on
20:14
in the Middle East. Oh my gosh, that's what I'm
20:17
saying. Is this becoming too much?
20:19
Is this an environment where maybe, maybe it's just a good
20:23
idea to hunker down with some precious metals?
20:28
Apparently you and I, if you answer that question as a yes,
20:32
aren't the only ones who feel that way.
20:34
Because we do know. If you heard the big news, the
20:37
big breaking news, the world central banks are buying gold
20:41
hand over fist. Doesn't it make sense?
20:43
I'm going to quickly try to review this craziness going on
20:47
in our world. China and the United States and
20:49
a trade war. Russia banning the export of
20:52
precious metals, pier our precious metal waste scrap.
20:55
Sorry about that. Trump threatening 100% tariffs
20:59
on the on the BRICS countries if they use anything besides the
21:03
dollar. Although he's in support of
21:06
Kryptos, which is an alternative.
21:08
Anyway, we won't go down that path.
21:10
South Korea blowing up, Maybe that's an exaggeration, but
21:14
that's what we're here for. We can exaggerate every once in
21:16
a while. And Ukraine, that's a big mess.
21:19
And the Middle East, which is also a big mess.
21:22
Do you think that we have some uncertainty in the world right
21:26
now? Yes, OK.
21:30
Do you think it's a good idea to hunker down with some gold and
21:33
silver? I'd say yes.
21:35
Let's go look at the US dollar. Let's do an update on the gold
21:38
and silver price while we're at it as well, because today's what
21:42
a Come on, Come on, guys, come on.
21:45
Oh my gosh, woo Hoo. I feel like I don't gamble
21:51
anymore. I used to.
21:53
I've got some great gambling stories I can share with you.
21:55
I don't recommend gambling in casinos, but I do feel like when
21:59
I just pressed the pembacs button, silver's up $0.40.
22:02
Like like I just got hit. Like I got Delta blackjack and a
22:05
blackjack table. So wow, that is awesome.
22:08
So one of the smartest guys in the room, Phil from Blue Line
22:12
Futures. I've tried to listen to him a
22:14
couple more and he does a video every morning like 5 minutes
22:17
long. Super smart guy guy really a
22:19
good guy. He's actually was on the show 1
22:20
time, but he was talking this morning about the US dollar and
22:25
guess what? We're going to have some chart
22:26
fun, guys. Wrong one.
22:29
Sorry. Oh, Oh no.
22:31
Where'd I do? There it is.
22:34
There it is. the US dollar index.
22:37
He was talking about the prospect.
22:39
Wow. Look at it going down, baby.
22:41
OK, this is big because as the dollar goes down and remember
22:45
this was recently at one O 7.5 as this goes down, Goldie and
22:51
silver it it it's it's traditionally a very conducive
22:56
environment for the gold and silver.
22:57
However, what Phil was pointing out this morning was this
23:01
prospect of a head and shoulders pattern.
23:03
And since I'm not real good with charts, as you know, but we like
23:06
to get our crayons out, I'm going to do my best to describe
23:10
what I believe he was talking about, which was a head and
23:14
shoulders pattern in the US Dollar index.
23:17
The best I could shoot. Hold on here, guys, bear with
23:21
me. Well, let me tell you real
23:23
quick, for those of you who don't know, a head and shoulders
23:25
pattern is one of the most predictable, most closely
23:28
followed patterns in the technical analysis arena.
23:32
OK, it happens when I'm a draw another picture over here on a
23:36
chart like we have here. You have a a left shoulder, a
23:43
head and a right shoulder. And then typically it goes down,
23:48
down, down. And you can also have what's
23:50
called an inverse head and shoulder, which is everything
23:52
flipped upside down where it's like a person standing on their
23:54
head. This is a regular head and
23:56
shoulders pattern. If this is the one he was
23:59
pointing out that he said, you know, has kind of a break point
24:02
around 105.5 on the dollar. And as you can see, the action
24:08
in the US dollar has been to the downside here as of late.
24:15
So if this breaks down, guys, this is so critical.
24:17
I'm the the regulars, I'm stay with me for 20 seconds.
24:21
I'll do this in super warp speed because because you know, the
24:26
DXY index is, is, is a bunch of BS.
24:29
It's the it's compares all the Fiat currencies to each other.
24:32
It's like a, like a, a, a beauty contest for ugly dogs or however
24:37
you want to say it. But but when you but it does it,
24:41
it does have an impact on the silver and gold price.
24:43
And when you look at a long term chart like this.
24:48
Sorry, I'm having some problems with my voice instrument this
24:51
morning. It's critical for us to remember
24:55
if we go into a bear market at that head and shoulders chart
25:00
pattern plays out that we just saw, this is 2001, this is 2011,
25:06
OK, This was a bear market in the US dollar, in the US dollar
25:10
index. During this period of time, the
25:12
price of silver went from under $5 per oz all the way up to $50
25:18
per oz. So that's why we pay close
25:21
attention to that. Woo Hoo, we're having a good
25:24
morning, that's all. Look at the cameras.
25:28
Oh, you don't have a camera on you?
25:29
But anyway, look at your computer and smile, OK.
25:33
Because this morning, I mean, the silver prices move like a
25:35
whole dollar volatility. We talked about that on the days
25:39
when silver's down a dollar and who knows, the way it works, it
25:42
could be down $0.50 by the end of the day.
25:44
But for right now, we'll be happy.
25:46
It's called volatility. We take the bad days, we take
25:48
the good days. The critical thing is that the
25:51
good days outweigh the bad days. And I believe we that that's
25:55
what's been happening for what the last year and that will
25:59
continue is we're on a bull market.
26:01
Remember a bull market so critical because the emotions,
26:05
Do you feel the emotions? Do you have emotions?
26:07
Are you ever get mad, sad, glad? What's the other one?
26:12
I don't know. Anyway, yeah, you have emotions,
26:15
right? I have emotions.
26:16
You have emotions. Those emotions can play with our
26:19
heads when we're investors in silver in particular, but gold
26:23
as well. And when we hit these rough
26:25
patches, when we go through those rough patches, those
26:28
emotions, it can sometimes prompt us to take actions that
26:32
we later regret, like selling all our silver, right?
26:36
Or selling something. So it's important that we keep
26:39
the big picture in perspective, which is a bull market will try
26:43
to throw as many, the bull will try to buck off as many people
26:47
as possible. You're a cowboy.
26:51
You're a silver cowboy, right? You're on.
26:53
You're a bull rider, right? You got to hold on to that bowl
26:56
as long as you can. I'm not saying never sell
26:59
silver. Yeah, silver if, if, if we get
27:02
silver up in real terms and you can trade your silver for some
27:06
other real assets. When there's a bubble, when all
27:09
the ducks are quacking. Yeah, it might be a good.
27:11
And I'll tell you, I've never sold an ounce of silver.
27:14
It's all stored away off site in a safe location.
27:17
I never want to sell it, OK? But if I do, I'll let you know.
27:21
If I trade it, I'm not gonna. I would never trade it for U.S.
27:24
dollars anyway. What about Warren Buffett?
27:25
He bought a lot of silver. And when you hear why he bought
27:29
silver, right, it's going to shock you how it relates to
27:33
where we are today. OK, so I, I heard about this
27:37
with great article. I'm going to pull up initially
27:39
here from our friend Chris Marcus over at Arcadia
27:43
Economics. You know, Chris Marquez, he's
27:45
one of the one of the kings, one of the Knights of those silver
27:49
and gold up. Wrong article.
27:52
Sorry. Guys, Hold on here.
27:54
What happened? Hold on.
27:57
Hold on. Bear with me.
28:02
Shoot. OK, here we go.
28:05
Let's go back and hold on. What if?
28:11
There it is. Here we go, Arcadia Economics.
28:16
This is his daily gold and silver daily sub stack, which
28:21
you can subscribe to. There's a link in the
28:23
description of this video. He puts out a piece of content
28:26
everyday. Chris has more in depth
28:28
knowledge of the gold and silver market than anybody and
28:30
yesterday sent this one out. What if Warren Buffett started
28:33
looking at silver? OK, because Warren Buffett guys,
28:38
and I'll let you read this for yourself, but he bought a lot of
28:41
silver back in the 1960s, OK, bought silver because quote, I
28:49
anticipated the demonetization of the US government.
28:52
And in the time since silver was demonetized in 1964, the price
28:56
had gone from $1.29 up to $30 as of late.
29:01
But in 1997, Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway began.
29:06
The thing here is this is history we're talking about.
29:10
But the critical thing, and I'm going to try to play a clip of a
29:13
video where Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger talk about why
29:17
they bought all this silver because it is fascinating and
29:20
it's going to turn some light bulbs on in your head. 1997
29:24
Berkshire began purchasing silver again and by February
29:28
they held over. February of 1998 held over 129
29:33
million oz. For context, the Silver
29:36
Institute estimates that the total mine supply in that year
29:40
was only 545. So that is they owned almost
29:45
25%. Yeah, that's what Chris says
29:49
next there. It was a big bet.
29:51
Although what's even more interesting about the trade is
29:54
the reasoning behind it and how they how the how, how the
29:58
specific conditions that led Buffett to invest in silver are
30:02
once again in place today. I wonder where I got that idea
30:05
from. I guess I'd read it here from
30:07
Chris. Yeah, perhaps even more exact.
30:11
So the same conditions are in place today that led Warren
30:14
Buffett to buy silver in 1998 to buy the equivalent.
30:19
OK, let me look you in the eyes for this.
30:21
The equivalent. Where are we?
30:24
There we are, the equivalent of 25% of the world's mine output.
30:30
That's how much silver Warren Buffett owned.
30:32
The conditions that were in place that led him to do that
30:36
are in place today in many people, including myself.
30:40
And I believe Chris Marcus would argue that the conditions today
30:43
are even more exaggerated, exacerbated, even more extreme.
30:48
OK, this is critical for us to understand.
30:50
This is Warren Buffett. He probably can't buy silver
30:53
anymore cuz he's so big and they won't let him, you know?
30:58
But back then he could because his funds were smaller and more
31:01
nimble. But these conditions, he's the
31:04
he's his investor investment investment firm got so big,
31:08
Berkshire Hathaway because of smart investments.
31:10
This is the reasons why he bought in 1998.
31:13
It's fascinating. Hold on.
31:17
I promise. There we go and here it is.
31:20
OK, I did have that up. And then we're going to try to
31:23
watch a little bit of a video where he talks about in recent
31:25
years, widely published reports have shown that bullion
31:29
inventories have fallen very materially because of an excess
31:33
user demand over mine production and reclamation, IE there was a
31:38
silver deficit. Therefore, last summer, Mr.
31:40
Buffett, Mr. Munger concluded that equilibrium between supply
31:46
and demand was only likely to be established by a somewhat higher
31:51
price. This is why Charlie Munger and
31:55
Warren Buffett bought silver. Hopefully you guys can hear me
31:58
at this point. I'm the one man band.
32:01
I I apologize for that. Charlie Munger and Warren
32:05
Buffett. The reason why they bought the
32:07
silver in 1998 was because number one, there was a big
32:10
silver deficit, same as we have today.
32:13
The other critical thing that they talked about, which is so
32:16
interesting and it's true even today is the fact that the
32:21
supply of silver is inelastic. That's a fancy way to say that
32:26
you can't just adjust the amount of silver that's produced.
32:29
You can't just turn a switch and produce more silver.
32:32
Most silver is produced as a by product from copper mining, lead
32:37
mining, zinc mining. So those companies are more
32:40
concerned with copper, lead and zinc.
32:41
They aren't going to be like increasing their silver
32:46
production just because the silver price goes up.
32:48
But wait, there's more, because it's even more interesting.
32:52
Warren Buffett points out that with that, this is 1998.
32:56
But true, today the demand for silver is also inelastic,
33:01
meaning that like just because the price of silver shoots up
33:05
doesn't mean that the solar panel manufacturers, the
33:08
electric car manufacturers, the microchip manufacturers, the the
33:12
medical equipment manufacturers, the defense industry.
33:16
Just because the price goes up doesn't mean they're going to
33:18
need any less silver or be able to use any less silver.
33:21
It's inelastic, meaning that it does, it's not flexible.
33:25
The demand is not flexible and it's growing and the supply is
33:31
not flexible. And it is that what's shrinking
33:34
because of the deficit and when it comes to the mining
33:37
activities, it's stagnant. OK, so we've got it's
33:42
interesting to think that why think about this, the smartest
33:46
investor, the smartest investor, I'm not a huge fan, but
33:51
everybody says the best, most successful, smartest investor
33:54
probably of our time, the most well known investor made
33:57
billions of dollars in 1998 bought silver that the reasons
34:03
why is Chris Marcus so keenly pointed out right in his Arcadia
34:08
Gold and Silver Day daily sub stack, which you can subscribe
34:10
to below. The same reasons today exist
34:14
that were in place back then and the reasons why today are even
34:19
more extreme. Do we need do we know why
34:22
silver's up 4030 cents? Yes, we know.
34:27
OK, that's that's the reason why.
34:29
Let me see, I'm sorry, the other, there's another
34:32
astounding fact about this Warren Buffett thing in 1998.
34:38
OK, think of this just shows how tiny and this is a good thing.
34:42
Like I like little things, little miniature things, little
34:44
minute. But anyway, nonetheless, this is
34:46
a this is a the bonus factor about silver that you've all
34:50
been waiting for, right? It is such a small market.
34:54
And even Warren Buffett in 1998 brought that up.
34:59
He said, yeah, sure. Basically we bought 25%, the
35:03
equivalent of 25% of the world's output of silver.
35:06
This was over 25 five years ago, OK, he bought 25% of the world's
35:10
output of silver. But then at the end of that
35:13
video and you can go to Arcadia Economics YouTube channel, watch
35:16
it for yourself, the Charlie Munger.
35:17
And they joked and said it's less than 2% of the value of our
35:22
company Berkshire Hathaway in 1998.
35:27
In 1998, with 2% of the value of Berkshire Hathaway, they were
35:32
able to corner 25% of the silver market.
35:36
Are you kidding me? Is it?
35:38
Are you putting this all together?
35:41
I'm telling you, $600.00 silver. I believe it.
35:46
You know, I know I'm now I have to give you my Full disclosure.
35:50
I am a silver pumper. No, I'm a silver realist, but a
35:54
pumper, whatever you want to call it.
35:55
I believe these numbers. I, I, you don't want to know
35:59
what I believe the price of silver could go to, but I could
36:01
be wrong. Don't make any financial
36:03
decisions based on anything, anything that I'm saying today.
36:08
This was a shocking. Let's, let's, let's, we're going
36:10
to come back to silver and gold. But I was shocked this morning.
36:14
Let's go see this news about the CEO of United Healthcare was
36:18
murdered today. I mean, what is going on in our
36:21
world? And then we will come back.
36:23
But I just saw it right before I came on.
36:26
So let's try not to Google and just get an update on what is
36:29
going on. United Healthcare CEO.
36:36
Yeah, this is sad. This is crazy.
36:38
It's breaking news. United Healthcare CEO Brian
36:42
Thompson fatally shot in Manhattan.
36:45
Let's just see if there's any update on what happened.
36:48
Very sad. I was thinking like, I'm 54, you
36:51
know, this guy probably has kids.
36:52
And this is from the New York Post and we're waiting in New
36:58
York Post maybe. This is such a breaking news.
37:00
A tragic story. Here we go.
37:04
And in Manhattan. And it was like it would they?
37:08
I think it was, Oh, here we go. United Healthcare CEO Brian
37:11
Thompson fatally. I hate these.
37:14
You know what the New York Post now I remember is as all these
37:17
crazy pop up. How do I shut this off?
37:23
Well, today we've had our challenges, guys.
37:26
There we go. There's a way to.
37:29
All right, see if I. Here we go.
37:32
United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside
37:36
Hilton Hotel in Midtown. Impossible targeted attack.
37:40
OK, the CEO of United every, I mean, I don't have United
37:46
Healthcare. We, we're Cigna now.
37:47
But anyway. The massive company was gunned
37:51
down Wednesday morning outside the Hilton Hotel in Midtown in
37:56
what police say was a targeted attack.
37:58
Brian Thompson was at the hotel around 6:46 AM, arriving early
38:03
for a conference, when a masked man allegedly waiting for him
38:07
fired at him repeatedly and fled eastbound.
38:10
Wow. Thompson was hit in the chest.
38:12
He was rushed in critical condition to Mount Sinai
38:14
Hospital where that is really sad.
38:16
I'm tearing up. I don't even know the guy, but
38:19
you know, and I'm not a big fan of the healthcare system in our
38:21
country, but that that's the world we're living in right now.
38:25
Wow, that is crazy that I just saw that right before we right
38:29
before we came on and I was a little bit in shock.
38:32
So again, uncertainty, right? I mean, and sad, very, very sad.
38:37
Our hearts go out hopefully. You know, I don't know.
38:42
I don't know what to say about that.
38:43
That's a that's a that's a big one.
38:45
What about our friend Rick Rule? Wow.
38:47
What about the gold? What about the man for gold
38:51
quadrupling? What about the price of gold
38:54
going up to $10,000 per oz? You know what that would do for
38:58
your friend Silver, don't you? Let's go see what Rick Rules up
39:01
to and see what he said. We're going to head out to Kitco
39:06
and hold on. Not wrong one boy.
39:09
I am on fire today. Where did you go?
39:14
Hold on here, guys. Something happened to my
39:16
computer. Thank you for bearing with me
39:18
through all this. Warren Buffett, that that hold
39:23
on. Hold on.
39:31
Gold, silver China band. US silver breakout.
39:34
Robert Kiyosaki, I had a great article.
39:37
Let me see if I can find it here with Rick Rule.
39:41
Oh, here we go. Wow, something happened to the
39:44
computer. I probably.
39:45
OK, here we go. Rick Rule.
39:47
Our friend Rick Rule talking about gold, the gold, gold's
39:51
U.S. market share to quadruple. What happens to gold price when
39:54
that happens according to Rick Rule.
39:56
I did an interview there with Jeremy Saffron.
39:59
This articles by Anna Golubruva. Here we go.
40:04
The only way for the US to escape its current debt crisis
40:07
is to inflate away the value of its obligations, much like what
40:10
happened in the 1970s, said Rick Rule.
40:13
OK, this dynamic creates a bullish case for commodities
40:17
like precious metals, uranium, and copper, with energy also
40:20
poised to benefit. According to Rule, the US will
40:23
ultimately honor its debt obligations in nominal terms,
40:28
but will allow inflation to erode their real value as it did
40:33
during in the 1970s. Hey guys, that's what we've got
40:38
coming. We've talked about this
40:39
inflation with a capital I silver and gold investors,
40:44
you're the 1st to know. Basement dwellers, you're the
40:47
1st to know. I stake my entire reputation on
40:51
the fact that we will have massive high inflation if not
40:55
mid next year, late next year. I'll, if we don't have inflation
41:00
over at minimum even officially 6% in 2000, 6% in 2026, mark it
41:06
down and it will be a major catalyst for the silver price
41:11
and the gold price. And the reason why, the reason
41:15
why is very simple because at that point and it's already
41:18
begun to happen, the market wakes up that the Fed can't do
41:23
anything to fight inflation. And then in fact, the Fed really
41:26
wants inflation. Let me show you why Rick Rule is
41:29
saying this. Let's go on our quick daily
41:32
field trip to see if this works. Today, the US debt clock, which
41:37
jumped up by like 50, whatever that is.
41:40
Billion, trillion, whatever, right?
41:42
This is why. OK, This is why.
41:45
Interest expense. This is why.
41:47
All right? That's what's happening.
41:49
That's what we're going to have in this.
41:52
My friends, we haven't updated this for a few days.
41:55
Oh my gosh, look at this. The dollar to silver ratio, we
42:00
just got over 1000 not too long ago, $1082 As a quick reminder
42:07
and for those of you who are new, what this number represents
42:10
is and it was working the other day.
42:14
Hold on here, see if I can get this to work.
42:17
It's working OK. If you look up at the top of
42:19
your screen, here's the description which I've been
42:22
trying to verbally explain to you guys.
42:24
This is the dollar to silver ratio.
42:27
We just broke 1000. We had a record-breaking live
42:30
stream on a Saturday night when it actually broke 1000.
42:33
Now we're approaching 1100 U.S. dollar to silver ratio now in
42:39
red. The USM 2 money supply is
42:42
declining year over year. That doesn't make sense that
42:46
this is the year over year increase in the USM 2 money
42:50
supply divided by the yearly world production and silver.
42:55
So the year over year increase. This is so that's money being
42:59
created, paper money, electronic money.
43:01
The M2 money supply is like bank accounts.
43:04
You can look it up, but it's like basically the actual active
43:07
money in the US economy. So this measures the increase in
43:11
the year over year increase in the M2 money supply divided by
43:16
the yearly world production of silver in ounces.
43:20
So that means that for each ounce of silver being produced,
43:24
there are now 1082. Just to give you some context on
43:28
how this number has been exploding, back in October 21st
43:32
we started tracking it at 7:29 and it is and which was
43:37
astounding on its own. OK, very.
43:40
You know, we we were shaken by that, but look how it has grown
43:44
since October 21st over the last six weeks.
43:49
Wow, it really took off here. Today's 12/4.
43:56
What did I say? We were at, I think 1087.
44:00
Unbelievable. It's me.
44:02
I'm going to send this to Janet Yellen.
44:06
Anyway, back to Rick Rule, I apologize.
44:08
Nope, I don't want that NMBA stock watch.
44:11
OK, we face the Sir. OK, We face just like Chris
44:18
Marcus just said and we're, we face the same circumstances now.
44:24
We faced the same circumstances, although less dire in the 70s,
44:30
OK, We will honor the nominal amount of our obligations, but
44:34
will inflate away the net present value of the
44:38
obligations, right? They're going to inflate
44:40
everything away, right? It's going to that, that's
44:42
what's coming. Rule highlighted the US debt
44:45
being out of control. This is interesting, guys.
44:47
In the decade of the 1970s, we are, we are in we.
44:52
I got to look at you one more time that I promise we're going
44:54
to stick to this article. We are in the 1970s on steroids.
45:00
I was born in 1970 for a reason, right?
45:04
I lived through those 1970s. You probably maybe did too.
45:07
Maybe you didn't. Anyway, gold and silver exploded
45:11
during the 70s. Inflation exploded during the
45:14
70s. The big key thing, and the
45:17
reason why we keep going back to the 70s as gold and silver
45:21
investors, is because now we're in more dire condition than we
45:27
were OK in the 1970s. It's worse, worser, worstest
45:33
Worcestershire Shaws. Anyway, let's go.
45:37
Let's go back and wrap up this article.
45:40
Not wrong one. There we go.
45:42
OK, while the US economy appears healthy on the surface, it's
45:49
mainly due to debt access to credit stated rule.
45:52
If you have access to credit and understand how to use the
45:55
credit, this economy is spectacular.
45:57
However, he warned that this economic model is not
46:01
sustainable and is leaving many behind.
46:04
Yeah, right. Like the fact that one in 1000
46:06
Americans own as many assets as like the next 500 Americans,
46:11
right? Distribution of wealth in this
46:13
country is atrocious and sad, right?
46:16
The whole foundation of the country has been eroded.
46:19
Our founding fathers set up this country.
46:21
Hey, I love capitalism. Capitalism is great free market,
46:25
no doubt about it. But it has to exist in an
46:28
environment that it that has a fair and level playing field.
46:31
And I got news for you buttercup.
46:33
I love this country. I got self waving American flags
46:36
behind me. But the fair and level playing
46:39
field in the United States, that ship sailed probably in 1971,
46:43
maybe in 1913 when the Fed was created.
46:46
Now the rich have every advantage known to man and
46:49
they're plundering our country and it's going to, it's going to
46:52
end in ruin. My opinion.
46:54
That's not Rick Rule, that's just me.
46:55
Nonetheless, the concept of cleaning away the dead will
46:59
drive up the price of gold, just as it did when the precious
47:01
metals surged from $35 per oz to $850 per oz during the 1970 to
47:08
1980 period. Let's do a little mathematics,
47:10
guys. Let's just for fun, hold on
47:13
here. I'm getting a lot of text.
47:17
No sound. Yeah.
47:18
Thank you, Jake, again for that update.
47:19
You saved me on that one. But I'm going to do a little
47:23
math. Let's see.
47:24
Let's see how much the price of gold went up during that period.
47:29
So we're going to divide 850 / 35.
47:33
That was a 24.2824 point 29 increase if we take that.
47:42
This isn't even funny. So during the 70's the price of
47:45
gold went up by 24 times. Let's just say for kicks and and
47:50
giggles my fellow basement dwellers, that we apply that 24
47:54
times to the current gold price, which, hold on here we said was
48:00
2655. So we multiply that times 2655.
48:08
Oh wait a minute, hold on here, I screwed up 2655 What?
48:13
Not divided by boy oh boy. So much for my degree in
48:17
accounting. OK, 2650, that would be $64,000
48:23
gold If gold were to go up by that same amount, we know that
48:29
silver went up even more. We won't even do those
48:31
calculations. While gold has performed well in
48:33
recent years, Rule sees it rallying further.
48:36
He pointed out that the market share of precious metals in the
48:38
United States is far below its historic average.
48:41
OK, Rule pointed out that gold is an investment and savings
48:45
mechanism is ignored by 99.5% of the US market.
48:51
Gold does not OK, so that means that only .5 half of 1% out of
48:57
every $100.00 of investment money in the United States, out
49:04
of every $100, only $0.50 of it is invested in precious metals
49:10
and precious metals related investments $0.50.
49:12
But. But this is where it gets fun.
49:14
Gold doesn't need to whip the US dollar.
49:16
Gold doesn't need to break the treasury market.
49:18
All it has to do is revert to mean then in the market share in
49:23
the US market grows fourfold because the average, the mean
49:28
has been 2%. If we just went back to average,
49:31
we could go more than average, right?
49:33
And we talk about the guys, this is probably one of the one of
49:38
this is one of the most exciting things as a silver and gold
49:42
investor that we need to realize we have been through hell.
49:46
OK, I think I can start saying that word now.
49:48
Heck, a very difficult period over the last number of years.
49:52
Sentiment in the sector is horrible.
49:55
OK, that's but that's a good thing because if people, if we
49:59
get back just the average, just average, right, If we go from F
50:03
to C, right, If my daughter comes home and says I have an F
50:07
in math class and I said, well, if you just get back to C,
50:10
everything's OK. If we go from an F .5% to AC to
50:14
that's four times, hold up your 4 fingers four times the amount
50:20
of money coming into the gold and silver sector.
50:22
He says, quote, Can you imagine what a four fold increase in
50:26
demand for gold and gold stocks due to the gold price?
50:31
He says, I don't own gold because it might go from 2600 to
50:35
3000. I own it because I'm, I'm afraid
50:39
that it will go to $10,000 per oz.
50:43
This is real. You know, you may not, you may
50:46
not agree with me. That's OK.
50:49
But you know, when people, I, I, I get attacked when I say that I
50:53
think, oh, gold could go to 10,000, gold could go to 6000,
50:56
gold could go to 64,000. As we just saw, that's based on
51:01
mathematics, that's based on things that have happened in the
51:04
past. Does that mean that they're
51:06
going to happen in the future? What do you think?
51:08
Right. No, that's no guarantee.
51:11
But to say that, to say that you're crazy, to say that gold
51:16
going, it can go to 8000. I heard of an analyst last night
51:20
talking about that in 2026, he easily sees gold between 5000
51:25
and $8000 per oz. And you think that's crazy?
51:29
Well, no butter cups. What happened to gold during the
51:34
1970s? It went up by 24 times.
51:37
Now part of that might have been because they loosen the, the
51:42
they went off the gold standard and then they let the pride gold
51:45
price float. And then in 19, whatever I think
51:49
President Ford in 1974, maybe it was made it legal because
51:53
remember, we weren't allowed to own gold in the United States.
51:57
We talked about those poor Chinese, those poor Chinese,
51:59
they can't buy Bitcoin, they can't buy crypto.
52:02
But in the the United States it was illegal to own gold up until
52:07
like mid 1970s It's insane. Anyway, I digress to say that
52:14
the gold price can't go to 8000, right?
52:18
What is that? That's a three times, let's say
52:20
7000 on whatever, 7500 gold. When I say that, how do you
52:25
react? Oh, that seems crazy.
52:27
That seems crazy. That seems crazy.
52:28
Hold on, let's get the calculator out.
52:30
Let's see here. So we're at 2650 gold.
52:34
If gold went up three times, OK, that's where we'd be 7950.
52:41
I'm not even going to say 8000, right?
52:43
That's three X gold went up 24X during the 70s.
52:48
I know it seems absurd, right? We'll see how it all plays out.
52:54
OK, let's see here. If you're looking for a
52:57
Christmas present for a loved one who loves gold and silver,
53:00
loves to bury stuff in their yard, like who doesn't?
53:03
You can be like a squirrel, right?
53:04
You can bury your silver gold. Check out Dirty man safe.
53:07
There's a picture. That's how you do it.
53:09
You dig a hole, put the sleeve in there, put down in there.
53:12
Then you lower your dirty man safe and you bury it and nobody
53:16
knows about it but you. You and the squirrels.
53:19
You can be your very own pirate. There is a Yep, hold on here.
53:23
Oh, that's when you pull it out of the ground.
53:25
Really a well made product. I was impressed with they sent
53:27
me, but there is a 10% off code Ron 10 and let's do it.
53:32
I don't want to do it. I'm afraid I have to be honest
53:34
with you guys. I'm afraid to go check the
53:38
silver and gold price. But let's do it because you know
53:40
what? It could be red.
53:41
I mean, you know how crazy that volatility is working in our
53:45
favor right now. So let's go out to Pendex and
53:49
let's check on the gold and silver price.
53:51
There we are. There we are.
53:54
OK, come on, let's press the magic button and OK, 37 cents.
53:59
Wow, man, gold and silver were red this morning.
54:03
At one point, silver was really taking it on the chin, you know,
54:08
And does it affect my mood? Yes.
54:11
Am I addicted to silver and gold?
54:13
Maybe. Maybe you are too.
54:15
One thing for sure, I want to say thank you for joining us
54:18
here today. We had 1000 people on this live
54:20
stream. That's massive.
54:21
That's huge. That means there's more people
54:23
getting interested in the precious metals.
54:26
Maybe that's that movement like Rick Rule talked about from .5%
54:31
of US assets and silver and gold going back to 2%.
54:35
Maybe we're moving from .5. If we just go from .5% to 1%,
54:40
that's double the amount of money.
54:42
It can happen. So thank you for being here,
54:44
right? This is not possible.
54:46
I couldn't do this without your participation.
54:49
You are important, right? You're loved by family, friends,
54:52
everything else. You're also part of this group.
54:55
OK, we appreciate you being here hope you feel like you found a
54:58
little home away from home or I want to say thank you to 1st
