A fire broke out at the new Farmer Music Center construction site, fueled by flammable roofing insulation and hampered by low water pressure from a faulty hydrant — but thankfully, no one was hurt. With Kellogg Avenue shut down and a major concert featuring Train and Barenaked Ladies tonight, crews raced to contain the blaze and clear the area.
