SPEAKER_00: And he didn't even get to see the rest of that career.
12:29
SPEAKER_00: Cries for help, cries for help.
12:32
SPEAKER_00: All I can say is all we can do, all we all we can do is take people very serious, like some of the people in the chat are saying.
15:57
SPEAKER_00: True.
15:58
SPEAKER_00: Definitely true.
16:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was I was uh I was uh working on some stories, and I saw this story coming.

SPEAKER_00: It just hit too close to home.
16:39
SPEAKER_00: It's too sad.

SPEAKER_00: I couldn't even make a video on this for my social media.
16:43
SPEAKER_00: I tried.
16:44
SPEAKER_00: It's just I couldn't do it.
16:46
SPEAKER_00: I just couldn't do it.
16:49
SPEAKER_00: Just couldn't do it, couldn't find the right words to say it's um this mental health thing is real.
16:55
SPEAKER_00: Make sure you reach out to people, um, take things very serious.
17:01
SPEAKER_00: And like I said, a lot of patience, a lot of love.
17:04
SPEAKER_00: That's that's that's the key for real.
17:10
SPEAKER_00: Uh Black Rose said, love to you all.
17:13
SPEAKER_00: I hope you know you are loved and appreciated by the flow show fam.
17:18

17:32
SPEAKER_00: His mother, he lost his mother less than a year ago.
17:42
SPEAKER_00: Um he lost his mother, I believe, uh, less than a year ago.
17:46
SPEAKER_00: I saw in an article.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my God, man.
17:52
SPEAKER_00: And that probably it probably was tough, it probably was tough, uh tough without his mom.
18:11
SPEAKER_00: Solomon uh people so many people spoke on Marshall.
18:21
SPEAKER_00: Uh helpful.
18:28
SPEAKER_00: Uh Renee says, I'm so hope uh so thankful my uh husband opened up to me that he was in a very dark place.
18:36
SPEAKER_00: And a few a few years back, I helped him get into a get into a therapist, and we got him on meds as well.
18:42
SPEAKER_00: He has P PTSD from childhood trauma.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: Wow, Renee.
18:47
SPEAKER_00: Glad glad it's working out.
18:49
SPEAKER_00: Glad y'all got a got a program.
18:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and Tahara says, uh, yeah, he lost March Don Nealand.
19:00
SPEAKER_00: Lost his mom right before he got drafted.
19:03
SPEAKER_00: I know that was fucking sad.
19:13
SPEAKER_00: Uh Laura Laura says mental illness is so hard to deal with, so easy to hide from, family and friends.
20:06
SPEAKER_00: Lily says she herself suffers from PTSD.
20:09
SPEAKER_00: Wow.
20:13
SPEAKER_00: Sherry says I've driven people to psych wars, made calls to assist.
20:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this this this is a this is a major, this mental thing is a major issue going on in United in our world right now.
20:27
SPEAKER_00: Everybody say hello to C Tuck just getting in here.
20:30
SPEAKER_00: Good morning, Flo and Crew.
20:31
SPEAKER_00: Make sure y'all like the live as y'all enter, please, and thank you in advance.
20:36
SPEAKER_00: What up, C Tuck?
20:52
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, y'all prayer prayers to that situation.
20:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, very sad.
20:59
SPEAKER_00: But one from one sad situation to another sad situation.
21:05
SPEAKER_00: Another clue has come in that David situation.
21:10
SPEAKER_00: David the singer, we all know the story.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: David singer, RB, or rap singer, whatever you want to call him.
21:18
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's been confirmed that he was messing around with this underage girl.
21:27
SPEAKER_00: Uh come to find out while he's on tour, this under a that same underage girl that he was allegedly messing with was found in a trunk.
21:39
SPEAKER_00: Uh found in his trunk of his Tesla after people had been smelling shit for a long time.
21:49
SPEAKER_00: And so now we've been getting we ever since we've been getting all types of clues, but the police haven't arrested anybody, they haven't found anybody.
21:58
SPEAKER_00: Uh, they haven't found anybody to held accountable accorderized.
22:03
SPEAKER_00: Everybody in the world thinks David has something to do with it.
22:06
SPEAKER_00: We've been getting clue after clue after clue that's pointing his way, and now we got another clue.
22:12
SPEAKER_00: And it's and these these recent clues are coming from a private investigator.
22:18
SPEAKER_00: Because we can't count on the actual real police to do anything, so we got private investigators who are doing their thing.
22:24
SPEAKER_00: This guy by the name, I believe, is his name, Steve.
22:28
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, this is from uh the soap opera spy.
22:32
SPEAKER_00: Celeste Revis, a Builder Bear clue changes everything.
22:37
SPEAKER_00: Now you're talking about this Builder Bear clue.
22:40
SPEAKER_00: PI's discovery of a Builder Bear certificate from Six Flags could rewrite the timeline of Celeste Reeves Hernandez's disappearance and her link to singer David.
22:52
SPEAKER_00: A new development, including a Builder Bear workshop certificate and a social media video from Six Flags, raises new questions in the investigation into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
23:10
SPEAKER_00: A new clue?
23:12
SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
23:13
SPEAKER_00: The new news, according to a Tuesday episode on Law Crime Network, could change the understanding of the timeline of Celeste's disappearance.
23:24
SPEAKER_00: The story of David and Celeste Hernandez has a new development and somehow it revolves around a Bill-De-Bear certificate, a roller coaster, and a trip to Six Flags.
23:35
SPEAKER_00: Steve Fisher, a private detective who has previously given interviews on his independent inquiries, joined Jesse from Law and Crime for the latest update and says this might be the turning point that helps us realize what happened to Celeste.
23:56
SPEAKER_00: Additionally, he speculated that when Celeste Reeves Hernandez was supposedly missing, she might have been with somebody.
24:06
SPEAKER_00: Next, he reminded True Crime followers that Celeste was found in the trunk of a Tesla, registered to singer David.
24:14
SPEAKER_00: Once again, the host assured everyone that David is not considered a suspect and hasn't been charged with any offense.
24:21
SPEAKER_00: However, the incoming news does raise a lot of questions.
24:26
SPEAKER_00: Listen up to this shit.
24:32
SPEAKER_00: A Builder Bear voucher.
24:34
SPEAKER_00: Private eye, Steve Fisher, who was hired by David's landlord in Hollywood Hills, alleges that he stumbled upon a game-changing piece of evidence.
24:46
SPEAKER_00: During his probe, Fisher came across a Builder Bear voucher made for a girl named Asmerda and dated April 21st, 2024.
24:57
SPEAKER_00: That's just 16 days after Celeste was last reported missing.
25:05
SPEAKER_00: Fisher noticed that it was also the same day David uploaded a TikTok video showing him riding a roller coaster, notably located and appeared to be Six Flags Magic Mountain, which also has a Build and Bear workshop.
25:23
SPEAKER_00: Fisher explained the documentation was at David's location and it is dated the very day that he was at Six Flags.
25:32
SPEAKER_00: Actually, the point seems interesting as Fisher highlighted Six Flags requires guests under 15 to be accompanied by someone age 21 or older.
25:46
SPEAKER_00: So if you under 15, you got to be accompanied by someone 21 or older.
25:52
SPEAKER_00: Now, there's some weird things about this discovery.
25:56
SPEAKER_00: Pay attention.
26:08
SPEAKER_00: So she already reported missing, yet she's showing up at Six Flags.
26:17
SPEAKER_00: According to the new timeline, Celeste wasn't alone in the period following her disappearance.
26:23
SPEAKER_00: Fisher claimed that just days after the visit to Six Flags, Celeste was photographed at the graduation of her cousin Esmeralda.
26:32
SPEAKER_00: Then in September, she was seen having a loud quarrel with her neighbors at her own home.
26:43
SPEAKER_00: The family knew where she was.
26:46
SPEAKER_00: People are starting to think the family knew where she was, and they're having evidence pointing to this.
26:56
SPEAKER_00: The PI suggested that the development could mean her family or others knew of her whereabouts but didn't inform the police.
27:05
SPEAKER_00: If there's a missing case involving a minor that is still open and you have any contact with them, you are obliged to report it.
27:14
SPEAKER_00: This is why people start looking at that family.
27:18
SPEAKER_00: Lily says, I firmly believe the family knew or had some kind of inkling of what was going on with her.
27:26
SPEAKER_00: A lot of people agreeing with you, Lily.
27:46
SPEAKER_00: To me, this is really serious stuff, Fisher said.
27:52
SPEAKER_00: And I think it's unfortunate that it was allowed to continue.
27:56
SPEAKER_00: While her exact date of death remains unknown, Fisher's current timeline points to a key period around January or February when Tesla's usage declined.
28:10
SPEAKER_00: He concluded by reflecting that when news broke about a body found in Davis' car, the family probably knew exactly who it was right away.
28:25
SPEAKER_00: People are pissed, man.
28:28
SPEAKER_00: People are under this article saying things like, I don't want to hear anything else about it unless David's arrested.
28:40
SPEAKER_00: If considered a body isn't a serious crime, there's something wrong with the law.
28:45
SPEAKER_00: Her family needs to be uh put on the suspect list, too.
28:50
SPEAKER_00: How do you not tell people uh and authorities about the person you think your teen is dating when she goes missing?
28:57
SPEAKER_00: And we already knew she was with him.
28:59
SPEAKER_00: Discord shows them on video together and pick clearly they were together after she went missing for the last time in spring.
29:08
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what else he's got.
29:12
SPEAKER_00: Black Rose, thank you for the$5 holla.
29:15
SPEAKER_00: Says, uh, keep it coming, Flo.
29:17
SPEAKER_00: You're the best.
29:18
SPEAKER_00: Hope you, King and Juice, are doing well.
29:20
SPEAKER_00: P.S.
29:20

29:50
SPEAKER_00: So thank you, Black Rose.
29:52
SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
29:53
SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
29:54
SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
30:04
SPEAKER_00: But it's just man David.
30:12
SPEAKER_00: The fact that nobody has been arrested yet.
30:17
SPEAKER_00: The fact that nobody has been arrested yet is what's driving me crazy.
30:26
SPEAKER_00: Whether it's David, whether it's whoever, we haven't even got anybody in question.
30:36
SPEAKER_00: We even got nobody being questioned for this shit.
30:45
SPEAKER_00: The fact that a young lady can be seen all on a grown man's page and then be found in his trunk dead.
30:56
SPEAKER_00: And nobody a part of any of this is even in question being held or nothing.
31:03
SPEAKER_00: Is weird.
31:26
SPEAKER_00: It's already been confirmed that David was messing with this girl.
31:34
SPEAKER_00: It's already been confirmed.
31:38
SPEAKER_00: So if that's already confirmed, what the hell do they think happened to this girl?
31:48
SPEAKER_00: The cousin, Esmeralda, whatever, knows where she is.
31:55
SPEAKER_00: But she's supposed to, but but but but uh she's supposed to be missing.
32:06
SPEAKER_00: Celeste is supposed to be a missing person, yet the family is contacting her.
32:21
SPEAKER_00: Can y'all make it make sense for me?
32:23
SPEAKER_00: I'm trying, I'm trying to make it make sense.
32:27
SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to make it make sense.
32:29
SPEAKER_00: Can anybody help me out?
32:30
SPEAKER_00: Because it's not making sense.
32:33
SPEAKER_00: It's like the fucking baby face song.
32:35
SPEAKER_00: I hear what you're saying, but it's not, it's not making sense.
32:45
SPEAKER_00: Miss Sweet 2 says I'm popping in briefly to wish you guys a fab weekend conference calling.
32:51
SPEAKER_00: As usual, we'll catch you on the replay.
32:56
SPEAKER_00: We will definitely catch you on the replay.
33:06
SPEAKER_00: But it almost makes me feel like is anybody gonna ever be held?
33:11
SPEAKER_00: This is one of those cases.
33:13
SPEAKER_00: Is anybody gonna ever be held accountable for this shit?
33:18
SPEAKER_00: It's one of those cases.
33:19
SPEAKER_00: It's one of those cases where you feel like is something so egregious going on and and somebody powerful involved, or they just keeping this story at bay.
33:40
SPEAKER_00: It just I cannot make sense of it.
33:50
SPEAKER_00: I can't.
33:52
SPEAKER_00: I just can't make sense of it, y'all.

SPEAKER_00: Rachelle said my neighbor's brother is on camera stealing my packages.
41:23
SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
41:24
SPEAKER_00: And then when we see that it's nothing in there, he throws my packages down the stairs going to the police station.
41:30
SPEAKER_00: Damn.
41:31
SPEAKER_00: Rachelle, I'm sorry to hear that.
41:37
SPEAKER_00: That's fucking crazy.
41:38
SPEAKER_00: So, y'all, Rachelle getting her packages though.
41:41
SPEAKER_00: So, former NBA uh NFL player, uh no, we'll say that for last because we gotta get into Damon Jones might be we'll get into that in a minute, y'all.
41:55
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but LeBron's boys or or man, I don't know who Damon Jones about to bring down, but that gambling, that NBA gambling situation might find his way back to LeBron.
42:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all, Damon Jones, who was picked up, who said that he was giving information on LeBron, his family had to put up their uh their home to get him out.
42:31
SPEAKER_00: $200,000 bond.
42:34
SPEAKER_00: And they saying that Damon Jones already is looking for a plea deal.
42:46
SPEAKER_00: Looking for a plea deal.
42:55
SPEAKER_00: And you know what that means.
42:56
SPEAKER_00: If he's looking for a plea deal, they only offer him a plea deal if he tells on some bigger names.
43:07
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know, man.
43:10
SPEAKER_00: Don't be surprised if this this Damon, this, this, this NBA situation finds itself on LeBron's desk or his crew because Damon Jones was running around with LeBron's crew.
43:30
SPEAKER_00: And updating uh D says the DOJ is appealing court decision requiring snap payments.
43:37
SPEAKER_00: VP Vance said they will not comply with the court order.
43:40
SPEAKER_00: They're going back and forth.
43:42
SPEAKER_00: One minute they say they're not gonna comply with it.
43:44
SPEAKER_00: Then they say they're gonna comply with half of it.
43:46
SPEAKER_00: This is some sad shit.
43:51
SPEAKER_00: And like Big R say, and this is holiday time.
44:04
SPEAKER_00: This don't make no sense to do people like this during the holidays.
44:19
SPEAKER_00: Lily says she feels like when Snap gets up and running again, it's gonna be a whole new big shit show as far as qualifications uh to be eligible.
44:32
SPEAKER_00: Could be, man.
44:34
SPEAKER_00: This shit just don't make no damn sense.
44:37
SPEAKER_00: This is this is sad that these politicians with all this money and power and all this shit going on in the world, and we can't keep food on the table of people who can't afford to feed themselves.
44:53
SPEAKER_00: They got snap benefits for a reason.
44:55
SPEAKER_00: These are people that can't afford to eat and live.
45:08
SPEAKER_00: Sherry said thanks for anyone willing.
45:10
SPEAKER_00: She put her cash app uh up.
45:12
SPEAKER_00: She's lost her car a week before her birthday in September.
45:15
SPEAKER_00: Can't even drive to the food bank and gets the free food.
45:20
SPEAKER_00: I'm entitled.
45:21
SPEAKER_00: She can't get the free food she's entitled to either.
45:23
SPEAKER_00: So Sherry put her Cash App.
45:27
SPEAKER_00: It's a Cash App sign uh C-H-E-R-I-E-D-E-V I V O.
45:36
SPEAKER_00: Another uh Flow Show family member who is uh in need right now, y'all.
45:57
SPEAKER_00: It just don't make no sense, man.
45:59
SPEAKER_00: I I'm ashamed.
46:01
SPEAKER_00: I'm ashamed of this company uh this of this country, I'm ashamed of ashamed of the country the country, the country, ashamed of the politicians, just ashamed of all them people in general, of just how this how we just don't give a shit.
46:36
SPEAKER_00: Grandma Kathy is saying, and I don't know, I haven't heard this, but Grandma Kathy is saying that she heard yesterday that no Medicare after the January 1st, and she says for her that means she won't get her caregiver or transportation to the doctor's appointments.
46:53
SPEAKER_00: Sheesh, this is just, I don't know what the fuck this country is doing.
46:58
SPEAKER_00: And yet, and still um, and you mean to tell me this is the best our country can do for the less fortunate or the people that need this shit.
47:21
SPEAKER_00: Meanwhile, uh Bezos trying to uh uh get rid of damn near, I don't know what the number is, hundreds of thousands of employees and replacing them with bots and robots.
47:37
SPEAKER_00: Just don't make no sense, y'all.
47:40
SPEAKER_00: It just don't make no sense.
47:54
SPEAKER_00: Antonio Brown, former NFL player, accused of attempted murder, was extradited from Dubai to the United States to face his murder charges.
48:21
SPEAKER_00: What is going on with the sports world?
48:30
SPEAKER_00: Before I get into that, let me see what some people in the comments are saying.
48:52
SPEAKER_00: Lily says pretty fucked up.
48:54
SPEAKER_00: I didn't ask to be disabled or asked for any of these health issues that prevent me from working at the moment.
49:00
SPEAKER_00: This country is just so disgusting right now.
49:02
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is some bullshit.
49:04
SPEAKER_00: Elise says if this happens, it's gonna be she's gonna be in a real bad situation.
49:13
SPEAKER_00: Fire Glory says Trump, aka Agent Orange is fucking all those in need.
49:19
SPEAKER_00: God sees all, and he will be dealt with.
49:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't like it, Flo.
49:26
SPEAKER_00: I hear you, Fire Glory.
49:31
SPEAKER_00: Tracy says, got you shared.
49:37
SPEAKER_00: Aurora says, I have an update on her app.
49:40
SPEAKER_00: Tomorrow she will get$12.46 for November.
49:46
SPEAKER_00: Wow.
49:49
SPEAKER_00: $12.46 is what one of the flow community people saying they're gonna get for the month of November so far.
49:59
SPEAKER_00: Do y'all hear that?
50:02
SPEAKER_00: $12.46.
50:07
SPEAKER_00: What will that buy?
50:09
SPEAKER_00: One egg?
50:12
SPEAKER_00: Can you get one egg with that?
50:16
SPEAKER_00: Can you get a gallon of milk and an egg and a and a carton of eggs for twelve dollars?
50:35
SPEAKER_00: It's just sad, man.
50:37
SPEAKER_00: Meanwhile, our country just sitting back and seeing how many hundreds of millions we can put into a ballroom, who all we can give pardons to, uh, who are how many people overseas we can send money to, billions and billions of dollars.
50:58
SPEAKER_00: All type of shit.
51:04
SPEAKER_00: But we can't figure out, but we can't figure out how to keep food on the table for far less fortunate.
51:15
SPEAKER_00: It just don't make sense.
51:20
SPEAKER_00: Let's see if we got any update as far as any good news on this snapshot.
51:27
SPEAKER_00: Since that's what everybody's talking about.
51:29
SPEAKER_00: You know, one thing about this show, we gotta address what's what's what's on everybody's mind, these snap benefits.
51:42
SPEAKER_00: So the most recent thing is the judge is not ordering that that the administration fully funds SNAP benefits for November.
51:54
SPEAKER_00: A Rhode Island judge on Thursday ordered, which was yesterday, that Trump administration needs to provide full federal food benefits to states by Friday and admonish the government for what he said is defiance of an earlier order.
52:17
SPEAKER_00: So the judge says by today they're supposed to be fully funded.
52:24
SPEAKER_00: U.S.
52:24
SPEAKER_00: District Judge John McConnell told Justice Department lawyers that it is simply unacceptable to wait any longer before providing the full payments to the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and instead said the administration should act swiftly.
52:41
SPEAKER_00: Without SNAP funding for the month of November, sixteen million children are immediately at risk of going hungry.
53:23
SPEAKER_00: McConnell also accused the Trump administration of withholding SNAP benefits for political reasons.
53:31
SPEAKER_00: Kind of what I was I've been saying.
53:38
SPEAKER_00: And citing statements like this when Trump said when the radical left Democrats open up government, which they can easily do and not before, that is when they will get snap benefits.
53:52
SPEAKER_00: The White House then also clarified that it's complying with an early order that required Trump uh to provide partial snap benefits.
54:01
SPEAKER_00: But they ain't going for partial now.
54:03
SPEAKER_00: Now they say you got to pay the whole thing.
54:06
SPEAKER_00: Then the Justice Department quickly appealed McConnell's order.
54:13
SPEAKER_00: Vice President J.D.
54:14
SPEAKER_00: Vance called the ruling absurd.
54:17
SPEAKER_00: At an unrelated White House event Thursday evening, in the midst of a shutdown, we can't have a federal court telling the president how he has to triage the situation.
54:32
SPEAKER_00: 42 million Americans dealing with this shit.
54:38
SPEAKER_00: The court could not be more clear.
54:40
SPEAKER_00: The Trump Vance administration must stop playing politics with people's lives by delaying SNAP benefits they are obligated to issue.
54:51
SPEAKER_00: In a written decision, McConnell ordered the Trump administration to dip into the contingency fund as well as a different pot of money created by Section 32 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1935 to make full payments of November SNAP benefits.
55:31
SPEAKER_00: The judge wrote that as of Thursday, SNAP recipients haven't received their benefits for the month.
55:38
SPEAKER_00: And he said the Trump administration knew that pulling from the contingency fund to provide full benefits will prolong their disbursement.
55:46
SPEAKER_00: This is all a political game, and is what I've been saying, which is why I'm saying this shit is disgust.
56:50
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
56:51
SPEAKER_00: Uh for the T G I F P D.
56:54
SPEAKER_00: Thank God it's flows payday.

SPEAKER_00: Uh thank you for the payment.
57:08
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
58:04
SPEAKER_00: What's up, Tracy?
58:05
SPEAKER_00: I see Tracy said this has been an emotional journey for her, alright, with all this going on.
58:11
SPEAKER_00: Feels like the country's being ruined.
58:15
SPEAKER_00: We gotta continue to hold each other down, y'all.
58:18
SPEAKER_00: This this this if this don't show you who cares and who don't give a shit about us, ain't nothing gonna show you.
58:30
SPEAKER_00: They just take our tax money, do whatever the hell they want to do, toss us to the side, and smile and laugh about it.
58:46
SPEAKER_00: Oh, big R hit me twice.
58:48
SPEAKER_00: I probably missed Big R.
58:49
SPEAKER_00: My bad.

SPEAKER_00: Appreciate it so much.
59:32
SPEAKER_00: Y'all, all we can do is hold each other down.
59:34
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna get greater later.
