- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to the Favorites presented by DraftKings. This is the
- 0:14Speaker 1: Week five recap. I'm stucky in joining me today is
- 0:19Speaker 1: Kendra Middleton. We'll go through all the games today and
- 0:22Speaker 1: kind of give our thoughts on what transpired and a
- 0:25Speaker 1: little peek ahead to next week. We will have episodes
- 0:29Speaker 1: as always on Tuesday and Thursday where we'll get into
- 0:31Speaker 1: next week's card. Kendra, how goes it? How'd your day go?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I had a pretty okay day, broke a little above even.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Thank God, the Titans really saved my ass towards.
- 0:43Speaker 3: The end there. I'm not even gonna lie. How was
- 0:45Speaker 3: your day?
- 0:46Speaker 1: Broke? I literally almost broke dead. Even Baker got me again.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Don't get in a close game with Baker Mayfield. That
- 0:56Speaker 1: game was probably the game of the day. Seattle had
- 0:59Speaker 1: ended up having injuries on the back end. Tampa head
- 1:01Speaker 1: injuries in the back end. Neither offense could be stopped.
- 1:05Speaker 1: He was just back and forth. I think there was
- 1:06Speaker 1: six straight drives with a touchdown at one point in
- 1:08Speaker 1: the second haf the difference. Donald threw two picks, Baker
- 1:12Speaker 1: didn't make any mistakes. That was ultimately the difference Bake.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Donald throws a pick at the end that bounces off
- 1:17Speaker 1: the helmet gets intercepted. But he also did get luckier
- 1:20Speaker 1: on the ninety nine yard touchdown drive probably should have
- 1:22Speaker 1: been a pick six, bounced off the hands and then
- 1:27Speaker 1: Cup caught it somehow and they went down and scored.
- 1:29Speaker 1: That was a thrilling game, ended up on the wrong.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Do we think that that moved the Bucks back into
- 1:35Speaker 2: the luckiest statistically team in the NFL?
- 1:39Speaker 3: Again?
- 1:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean that the Eagles will probably drop Eagles
- 1:43Speaker 1: go down to the Broncos. Yeah, I mean the Bucks
- 1:47Speaker 1: they've been fortunate. I mean, you got to give bigger
- 1:48Speaker 1: credit in these big moments, but obviously they've won. What
- 1:51Speaker 1: all four wins have come in the final seconds and
- 1:55Speaker 1: come from behind nature so insane, insane. Jules finally get
- 2:01Speaker 1: got I look, they were up seventeen three in that game.
- 2:05Speaker 1: They didn't get a great whistle, there was some questionable calls.
- 2:08Speaker 1: But what happened in that game is what's happened all year,
- 2:12Speaker 1: and it finally bit them, is that their offense goes
- 2:14Speaker 1: dormant for extended periods of time. They score a touchdown
- 2:18Speaker 1: to open the second half to go up seventeen to three.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I believe on their next five drives, four or five
- 2:25Speaker 1: drives they had I don't know, a net of ten
- 2:27Speaker 1: yards and they couldn't do anything. And they didn't do anything.
- 2:30Speaker 1: The rest of that happen until the last minute. Just miracle,
- 2:35Speaker 1: try for a hail Mary drive. So the Broncos get
- 2:38Speaker 1: it done. They looked dead in the water. I thought
- 2:41Speaker 1: Peyton coached a really good second half and the Broncos
- 2:44Speaker 1: go in and hand them their first loss. What's that?
- 2:48Speaker 2: I was going to say that that was an incredible
- 2:50Speaker 2: game plan from him. I really thought that the Eagles
- 2:53Speaker 2: were going to start to slip away kind of as
- 2:55Speaker 2: that first quarter went down, and good for the Broncos
- 2:57Speaker 2: defense kept him in it. I just the luck factor
- 3:00Speaker 2: has really run out for the Eagles. They've got to
- 3:03Speaker 2: come up with something different. Huge day from DeVonta Smith though,
- 3:05Speaker 2: like I was really sweating out with him in fantasy
- 3:08Speaker 2: this week, but it just a crazy day for the
- 3:11Speaker 2: Broncos defense.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Good for them, Yeah, I mean after that touchdown, maybe
- 3:15Speaker 1: after the Eagles went up seventeen to three, they went
- 3:18Speaker 1: twenty three yards punt negative, sixteen yards punt negative six
- 3:21Speaker 1: yards punt, two yards punt, So you're talking negative twenty
- 3:28Speaker 1: three yards. After that, on their next four drives they
- 3:31Speaker 1: had three total net yards. So yeah, the Broncos defense
- 3:35Speaker 1: kept them minute and Bonix and Company were able to capitalize.
- 3:38Speaker 1: But let's just talk. Let's talk about that Titans getting mentioned.
- 3:41Speaker 1: That is the most stunning collapse. I can't remember a
- 3:47Speaker 1: more epic collapse. It started with a drop going in
- 3:52Speaker 1: for a touchdown on an eighty yard touchdown. I first
- 3:56Speaker 1: of all, I thought he might have been in what
- 3:58Speaker 1: did you like, I know that he was, I don't
- 4:00Speaker 1: really know the rule like and look, I know that
- 4:01Speaker 1: he was like in the process of dropping it, but
- 4:04Speaker 1: it looked like he still had it as he was
- 4:05Speaker 1: crossing the goal line. I don't know me.
- 4:07Speaker 2: It looked like that like finger flip onto the goal line,
- 4:10Speaker 2: like we've seen some of them where the guys just
- 4:12Speaker 2: kind of like drop it like a couple feet before
- 4:15Speaker 2: they get to the goal line. It was close, but honestly,
- 4:19Speaker 2: even let's say, if it's close, if you're that dumb
- 4:22Speaker 2: to do that, and this is your profession and you
- 4:25Speaker 2: are paid to millions and millions and millions of dollars
- 4:28Speaker 2: to do this, you can hold onto the effing ball.
- 4:30Speaker 3: I'm sorry. I don't feel bad. Even if it's questionable.
- 4:33Speaker 3: They don't deserve the benefit of the doubt in that situation.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Keeping we just saw it, you think you would learn
- 4:42Speaker 1: just from seeing other guys do it. I don't get
- 4:44Speaker 1: the fascination with needing to drop the ball before you
- 4:48Speaker 1: get into the end zone. So that happens. The game
- 4:51Speaker 1: was going to be a complete route if that. If
- 4:53Speaker 1: he scores a touchdown there, it gets taken off the board,
- 4:58Speaker 1: the Titans score, and and then the Titans score a
- 5:01Speaker 1: touchdown on an interception. They throw an interception, it gets
- 5:06Speaker 1: fumbled by the Arizona defensive back into the end zone
- 5:12Speaker 1: and the Titans recover it. Then the Cardinals get super
- 5:16Speaker 1: conservative and go three and out punt Ward makes a
- 5:20Speaker 1: great brow and then they kick a fuel goal to win.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Him and Calvin Ridley were really dealing it there at
- 5:27Speaker 2: the end, like he looked good.
- 5:29Speaker 3: That was an awesome fourth quarter for him.
- 5:31Speaker 2: I was gonna say too, I don't It's not very
- 5:33Speaker 2: often that we get a four o'clock slate that has
- 5:36Speaker 2: a better witching hour than a one o'clock slate, But
- 5:38Speaker 2: that's absolutely what happened this afternoon.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I am. I'm the biggest Titans.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Hater in the world. I do not like watching them succeed.
- 5:45Speaker 2: But even I was having fun in the end of
- 5:48Speaker 2: that game. And you know, Calvin Ridley didn't work out
- 5:51Speaker 2: for the Jags. I don't really care about how the
- 5:53Speaker 2: rest of his career goes, but I do like him
- 5:56Speaker 2: Ward in a way.
- 5:57Speaker 3: I'm cheering for him.
- 5:58Speaker 2: The fact that he week was so willing to be like, yeah,
- 6:01Speaker 2: we talk right now, and come out here and hang
- 6:04Speaker 2: in this game, not get too frustrated, make good and
- 6:07Speaker 2: huge impactful throws when they mattered towards the end of
- 6:10Speaker 2: that game. Good for cal Ridley for stepping up and
- 6:12Speaker 2: being the receiver that we've been waiting for him to
- 6:14Speaker 2: be since he came back from suspension. Fun game towards
- 6:17Speaker 2: the end. I hope that that gave cam Ward some confidence.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I hope he found a number one receiver. I just
- 6:22Speaker 2: I hate the Titans, and obviously they're been They've been
- 6:25Speaker 2: the Jags, you know, biggest threat the last fifteen years.
- 6:28Speaker 2: But this was a good time and the Cardinals shouldn't
- 6:30Speaker 2: have been favored like this over anybody. They deserved to
- 6:33Speaker 2: lose this game. It wasn't even so that the Titans
- 6:35Speaker 2: really went out there and won it until the last
- 6:38Speaker 2: drive of this game. It was just that the Cardinals
- 6:40Speaker 2: choked it away and they did not deserve this.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, there, but they're twenty one six in
- 6:47Speaker 1: the fourth quarter breakoff a I don't know. I don't
- 6:50Speaker 1: think it was an eight yard r one. I think
- 6:51Speaker 1: De Marcotta was like a sixty year. They would have been
- 6:53Speaker 1: twenty eighty six instead of Yeah, Titans go eighty the
- 6:57Speaker 1: other way immediately, And I agree Ward did play well
- 6:59Speaker 1: in the fourth quarter. Ridley finished with five for one
- 7:02Speaker 1: thirty I believe, so he had a really good day
- 7:05Speaker 1: at the office late Slate the other games. The other
- 7:09Speaker 1: game was Lions Bengals.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Lions end up line in the witching hour for five minutes.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, then I don't know what the Bengals guard is
- 7:20Speaker 1: doing at the end, just refusing to block. And then
- 7:24Speaker 1: and then BROWNI took a safety. Browning looked a little
- 7:26Speaker 1: better in the second half. That first half was one
- 7:29Speaker 1: of the worst quartermases I have seen in my entire life.
- 7:34Speaker 1: He wasn't seeing the field, none of his throws were
- 7:37Speaker 1: on target, he wasn't giving his receivers any opportunity to
- 7:41Speaker 1: catch the ball. They had huge mismatches on the outside,
- 7:43Speaker 1: didn't matter. He couldn't put the ball anywhere. And not
- 7:47Speaker 1: only that he made he threw multiple picks. I mean,
- 7:49Speaker 1: the Lion started in Bengals territory I think five times
- 7:52Speaker 1: in that game, and Browning looked really bad. The defense,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I thought, played as well as it could have given
- 8:00Speaker 1: the circumstances, and obviously they're not a very talented defense,
- 8:03Speaker 1: but they at least fought. It was just Browning in
- 8:05Speaker 1: that first half was so bad that they dug just
- 8:08Speaker 1: way too much of a hole to ever get out.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Of, regardless of the fact that the Lions were playing
- 8:15Speaker 2: an absolutely just depleted Bengals team. Today, I think that
- 8:19Speaker 2: any time you see Jared Goff go nineteen of twenty
- 8:22Speaker 2: three to two hundred and fifty eight yards, three touchdowns,
- 8:25Speaker 2: no turnovers, and you see the double headed monster that
- 8:27Speaker 2: they have in the backfield perform the way that those
- 8:29Speaker 2: two did today, there's not a whole lot of people
- 8:31Speaker 2: in the NFL I think could really beat them, outside
- 8:34Speaker 2: of maybe the Bills right now.
- 8:35Speaker 3: It's just when.
- 8:36Speaker 2: They play to that caliber, it's like they didn't even lose.
- 8:41Speaker 2: The defense really let the Bengals back in there for
- 8:43Speaker 2: a second, got.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Their safety, whatever.
- 8:45Speaker 2: But when the offense plays like this, you wouldn't even
- 8:48Speaker 2: be able to tell that they lost just such an
- 8:51Speaker 2: absolutely incredible coordinator this year.
- 8:53Speaker 3: It's insane.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I don't think there's really the only team that is
- 8:56Speaker 2: on the same caliber as the Lions right now for me,
- 8:57Speaker 2: as the Bills and everybody else is just far under them.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Well, that's certainly the case the Ravens. My Ravens get
- 9:05Speaker 1: destroyed forty four to ten. Yeah, I don't know if
- 9:10Speaker 1: this is the lowest point that I can remember for
- 9:13Speaker 1: the Ravens. There's been some some bad Kyle Bowler games
- 9:18Speaker 1: or the way back with your dad, the none that
- 9:20Speaker 1: you can remember, but this was bad. This is the
- 9:26Speaker 1: defense is looks like the worst unit in the NFL
- 9:30Speaker 1: right now. I mean, obviously they have so many injuries,
- 9:33Speaker 1: and you know what's Cooper Rush finishes fourteen to twenty
- 9:36Speaker 1: one to seventy nine, three interceptions. Stroud looked really good.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Everyone's going to look really good playing against this Ravens
- 9:44Speaker 1: defense right now until they get healthier. And now they're
- 9:47Speaker 1: sitting at one and four, you're going to have an
- 9:50Speaker 1: angry Rams team coming off extra rest coming into Baltimore.
- 9:57Speaker 1: I don't. Yeah, Lamar Jackson plays, but you don't win
- 9:59Speaker 1: that game. You're going to the other buy after that,
- 10:01Speaker 1: but you'd be sitting at one in five. Yeah, that's
- 10:05Speaker 1: hard to come back from. Uh. I think the winner
- 10:09Speaker 1: of the weekend was the Steelers. I mean they didn't
- 10:12Speaker 1: play a game. They see the Ravens lose again, the
- 10:16Speaker 1: Browns will get to that game, lose, and the Bengals
- 10:20Speaker 1: all go down and pick up a game on everyone
- 10:22Speaker 1: in the division.
- 10:23Speaker 2: While see Yeah, the biggest issue for me for the Ravens,
- 10:27Speaker 2: I think that the injuries are obviously an excuse, especially
- 10:30Speaker 2: when it's that many injuries. It's not just the sheer
- 10:34Speaker 2: number of them, but to the players that have them.
- 10:37Speaker 3: But the same for me is it feels.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Like, more importantly right now, they don't have an identity.
- 10:42Speaker 2: This team has lost the bread and butter of a
- 10:45Speaker 2: team that they've been for the you know, right side
- 10:47Speaker 2: of fifteen years now, Like they've been defense, ground and pound,
- 10:51Speaker 2: that type of thing, and I just there, they do
- 10:54Speaker 2: the little things well, and I think that that Ravens
- 10:57Speaker 2: team just doesn't exist right now. And that's what's killing
- 10:59Speaker 2: them more than the injuries.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, well, the injuries on defense are just
- 11:04Speaker 1: they're they're just too much to overcome. I So we'll
- 11:07Speaker 1: see how healthy they get. I mean, one in five
- 11:10Speaker 1: is tough to climb out of it.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I don't think they come a vision, There's no way.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not the best division in the world, which
- 11:17Speaker 1: is working for them, but yeah, it's it's rough in
- 11:20Speaker 1: Baltimore right now. We'll see what the injury report looks
- 11:23Speaker 1: like this week, going up against the Rams, who went
- 11:26Speaker 1: down on Thursday night against the forty nine ers. Let's
- 11:30Speaker 1: start go all the way back to the this morning
- 11:32Speaker 1: Vikings beat the Browns. We all had to bett. I
- 11:36Speaker 1: think we all one guy four and a half. You
- 11:38Speaker 1: guys could have gotten three and a half.
- 11:40Speaker 3: I was on the Vikings.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I know what did you have? Did you have three
- 11:43Speaker 1: and a half or four and a half?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Three and a half?
- 11:45Speaker 1: Okay, well I had four and a half with the Browns,
- 11:47Speaker 1: so I don't so. I guess no one has to
- 11:49Speaker 1: eat beans and toast.
- 11:50Speaker 3: This now, nobody has to eat beans and toast.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Look at us go Vikings go on a ten play
- 11:57Speaker 1: eighty r drive At the end to win it twenty
- 12:01Speaker 1: one to seventeen on the Addison touchdown with I think
- 12:05Speaker 1: there was twenty five seconds left to go. I thought
- 12:07Speaker 1: Dylan Gabriel looked okay. He finished nineteen.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Yeah, he looked okay.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:14Speaker 2: The picture of him standing next to Carson Wentz is
- 12:17Speaker 2: a little sus though, because he looks smaller than Drew
- 12:20Speaker 2: Brees next to him.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Yeah, he doesn't look like an NFL quarterback. But I
- 12:26Speaker 1: thought he acquitted himself. Well, he's nineteen to thirty three,
- 12:28Speaker 1: one ninety two touchdowns, no interceptions. Judkins looked good again.
- 12:32Speaker 1: He ran for over one hundred yards, but the Browns
- 12:35Speaker 1: couldn't Their defense couldn't get the stop. In the end,
- 12:39Speaker 1: Vikings improved a three and two. They now will host
- 12:44Speaker 1: the Eagles after a bye. They actually get a bye
- 12:47Speaker 1: after this lending game. The Browns do not talked about
- 12:51Speaker 1: this before. This is one of the most vicious schedule
- 12:55Speaker 1: stretches that I can ever remember. They're in Detroit, I
- 13:00Speaker 1: oversees play Minnesota, come back to the States, have to
- 13:05Speaker 1: play on the road again at Pittsburgh, a team that
- 13:08Speaker 1: had a bye this week. Just an absolute nightmare travel
- 13:13Speaker 1: and situational spot for the Browns next week. I mean,
- 13:16Speaker 1: I don't know who made their schedule, but they certainly
- 13:19Speaker 1: are not fans of Cleveland.
- 13:21Speaker 3: God hates the Browns. You love to see it?
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yeah, not It's Browns drop to one in four. But
- 13:28Speaker 1: maybe they have something with Gabriel We will see.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Yeah, he looked better than I thought he would. I'll
- 13:33Speaker 3: give it to him.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I thought I thought he fared pretty well. Sat speaking
- 13:36Speaker 1: of quarterbacks getting young quarterbacks, Spencer Rattleer gets his first
- 13:40Speaker 1: ever win. Thought he played pretty well again, nothing spectacular,
- 13:45Speaker 1: but no interceptions, and Jackson Darth threw a.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Couple had a come to Jesus game with kool Aid. McKinstry.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Yeah, mckinstrey had a really good game. But I thought
- 13:58Speaker 1: that Saints deserved to win that game and they didn't
- 14:01Speaker 1: make it.
- 14:01Speaker 3: You called it?
- 14:03Speaker 1: What's thatpp?
- 14:04Speaker 3: You called it?
- 14:06Speaker 1: I did one of the few I got right today.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Before we get to the remaining games, let me throw
- 14:12Speaker 1: it to Brandon, who is away this weekend, for a
- 14:15Speaker 1: quick attery.

- 14:44Speaker 1: Right, thanks Brandon. Yeah, I guess the other game that
- 14:46Speaker 1: we didn't get to in the late window was the
- 14:49Speaker 1: Commander's a sloppy game, but a pretty dominant win over
- 14:54Speaker 1: the Chargers. Look the Chargers offensive line injuries. They were
- 14:57Speaker 1: playing there like a third string guard at times. We
- 14:59Speaker 1: know the tackle are hurt, have just ruined the offense.
- 15:03Speaker 1: But I thought that was one of the sloppiest games
- 15:06Speaker 1: just the entire operation that I've ever seen from a
- 15:08Speaker 1: harpball team. It's just everything that was out of sync.
- 15:12Speaker 1: There were sloppy there were penalties and mistakes in the game.
- 15:17Speaker 1: It felt like it flipped when it was ten to
- 15:19Speaker 1: seven in the second quarter. Looks like the Chargers return
- 15:24Speaker 1: a punt for a touchdown, get called for another penalty
- 15:28Speaker 1: for roughing the punter. Washington then goes on to score
- 15:32Speaker 1: that drive, and from then on it was a pretty
- 15:35Speaker 1: dominant effort for the Commanders. Did you see anything there, I.
- 15:38Speaker 2: First of all, can't believe that Justin Herbert embarrassed themselves
- 15:43Speaker 2: in front of Madison Beer. That is tragic for me
- 15:47Speaker 2: and all of the other girl fans of football.
- 15:50Speaker 3: I was impressed with Jacorey Krossky marrit. It does make me.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Upset that the commentators refused to call him Bill like
- 15:57Speaker 2: he has asked nine thousand times for them to do.
- 16:00Speaker 3: I don't call me woke. I don't care. It makes
- 16:03Speaker 3: me sad for him. Deevo Samuel had a little bit
- 16:05Speaker 3: of a coming out game. He's been kind of quiet.
- 16:07Speaker 1: It was great.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought that. I thought, yeah, it was a
- 16:11Speaker 2: good game for them. The Chargers just looked really sloppy.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I didn't think that the offensive line issues when they
- 16:15Speaker 2: initially started at the beginning of the year. We're going
- 16:18Speaker 2: to be as serious as they are, just because it
- 16:21Speaker 2: seemed like when they were shuffling people around. Yes, they
- 16:24Speaker 2: weren't obviously as injured at the time as they are
- 16:27Speaker 2: right now. Joe I thought was gonna maybe maybe make
- 16:30Speaker 2: a go of it today. I'm glad he didn't. They
- 16:32Speaker 2: have so much more through the thick of their schedule,
- 16:35Speaker 2: but they showed a little bit of promise in the
- 16:37Speaker 2: beginning of the year when they were shuffling things around
- 16:39Speaker 2: a little bit.
- 16:39Speaker 3: But obviously they got more injured.
- 16:41Speaker 2: I just didn't expect them to be so undisciplined, not
- 16:44Speaker 2: take advantage of the little opportunities that they were given,
- 16:47Speaker 2: and to not The way that that Lad McConkie kick
- 16:51Speaker 2: return went was when you knew that that game went
- 16:54Speaker 2: south for them, Well.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah, McConkie scored, did you have any time touchdown on Oh?
- 16:58Speaker 2: No, I know he did, But the kick return was
- 17:00Speaker 2: where I was like, yeah, the momentum of this game
- 17:03Speaker 2: just changed.
- 17:04Speaker 3: But no, he was in bet jail for me.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I'm addicted to betting on the Chargers. Everything to do
- 17:09Speaker 2: with the Chargers, whether it's the Chargers, whether it's Lad McConkey,
- 17:12Speaker 2: I'm addicted.
- 17:13Speaker 3: I don't know what it is. I need to put
- 17:15Speaker 3: this whole team in bet jail.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Did I already bet them next week to cover by
- 17:19Speaker 2: a point and a half? Literally, as I was talking
- 17:21Speaker 2: to Gifford when we were in like the pre show
- 17:23Speaker 2: lobby for this.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Yes, I am addicted.
- 17:25Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, but I am addicted
- 17:27Speaker 2: to the Los Angeles Chargers.
- 17:29Speaker 1: They are at the Dolphins next.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yep.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Dolphins are a bad football team.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and I got them a point and a half
- 17:39Speaker 2: before we got on the show.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Charier's ass kicking.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Yeah. I have to dig into some of the Chargers injuries,
- 17:46Speaker 1: but I definitely don't want any part of the Dolphins.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I mean, they went up seventeen to nothing today and
- 17:51Speaker 1: then did absolutely nothing the rest of the game. They
- 17:56Speaker 1: had the dad cardiac cats. I feel word the people
- 18:01Speaker 1: that quit their podcast. I know this is the week
- 18:05Speaker 1: so upset about episode.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Oh, I'm so upset about that. As a Jags fan,
- 18:10Speaker 2: I relate to them really hard. But I can imagine
- 18:13Speaker 2: your football team being so bad that your wife is like, stucky,
- 18:18Speaker 2: you have got to stop podcasting and come spend time.
- 18:21Speaker 3: With your kids.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Like that is a level of hell that I hope
- 18:25Speaker 2: that the Jaguars never get back to. But good for
- 18:28Speaker 2: the Panthers, dude, they honestly, Bryce Young Loki looks kind
- 18:33Speaker 2: of good in the second half of this game. I
- 18:35Speaker 2: will say it will my Chargers bet will worry me
- 18:37Speaker 2: a little bit if McDaniels does get fired this week,
- 18:40Speaker 2: just because whenever a coach gets fired, I love to
- 18:43Speaker 2: back the team the following week.
- 18:45Speaker 3: That's my only fear here.
- 18:46Speaker 2: But even a point and a half for like a
- 18:48Speaker 2: Chargers revenge spot, I couldn't turn it down.
- 18:50Speaker 3: It was too good.
- 18:52Speaker 2: But the Panthers impressed me today, like they got so
- 18:55Speaker 2: far down, fought their way back into this.
- 18:58Speaker 3: No Chuba Hubbard, like good for Rico Dowbell.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I'm O'dowdell went wow, twenty three six yards.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yeah, twenty three for two oh six in a touchdown.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I think he added another twenty five to thirty through
- 19:13Speaker 1: the air. I believe you got three for twenty eight,
- 19:15Speaker 1: So you're talking over two thirty yards from scrimmage. And yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 1: that Dolphins did nothing that a fifty yard pass to
- 19:21Speaker 1: Waddle after the first quarter, fifty yard pass to Waddle.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Other than that, they had twenty five net yards totals
- 19:29Speaker 1: in the game. It might only look like a three
- 19:30Speaker 1: point win for Carolina. They averaged six point four yards
- 19:33Speaker 1: per play, the Dolphins only four point seven total yardage
- 19:36Speaker 1: four eighteen to two forty eight. It was the Dabbles story.
- 19:41Speaker 1: They were running right through Miami and yeah, if Miami
- 19:44Speaker 1: fires McDaniel, I mean, I don't know what this team
- 19:46Speaker 1: has going for it. It's like the defense is bad.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I mean, you've got You've let Dawdll go for two hundred.
- 19:54Speaker 1: The secondary is one of the worst in the NFL.
- 19:56Speaker 1: The offensive line is horrendous, and now you don't have
- 20:01Speaker 1: Tyreek Hill. One of the only things you have going
- 20:04Speaker 1: for you is like McDaniels, I think is still a
- 20:07Speaker 1: good play caller and play designer. Like you look, if
- 20:10Speaker 1: they fire him and now you don't have Tyreek to
- 20:12Speaker 1: stretch the field. What what does this team have? There's
- 20:16Speaker 1: no redeeming qualities. The Dolphins are a bad football team.
- 20:20Speaker 1: They fall one in the water. Yeah, they got the
- 20:23Speaker 1: Chargers next and they're at the Browns. Uh is their
- 20:28Speaker 1: their next two games? And it could get ugly in
- 20:31Speaker 1: Miami all right? Elsewhere? Speaking of ugly, the Raiders, I
- 20:37Speaker 1: don't know where rock Bottom is for the Raiders have aura.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Maybe you're right, Daniel Jones, maybe he has aura. I
- 20:45Speaker 1: mean they didn't have to do it. They scored forty starters.
- 20:51Speaker 2: What's that they benched starters like they let Anthony Richardson
- 20:56Speaker 2: come into this game. Imagine twelve months ago me being like, listen,
- 21:01Speaker 2: Indiana Jones is going to do this, and Anthony Richardson
- 21:05Speaker 2: is going to be the backup, and they're going to
- 21:07Speaker 2: put up They're going to be so good you're not
- 21:09Speaker 2: even gonna believe it.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Imagine me telling you that a year ago.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Yeah, Anthony Richardson had a reception in the game. I
- 21:16Speaker 1: mean it wasn't as bad as the final score looks.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I mean it was bad that the Colts deserve to
- 21:22Speaker 1: win and cover. I mean total like they had three
- 21:25Speaker 1: hundred total yards, Like yardage was pretty equal. There's but
- 21:28Speaker 1: the Raiders, there's special teams all year have been a disaster.
- 21:31Speaker 1: You get another punt block today, miss a field goal,
- 21:34Speaker 1: two turnovers, they were Oh, I think the punter.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Is hurt though, Right, isn't Carlson?
- 21:40Speaker 2: The punter for the Raiders is hurt? Right, isn't Carlson
- 21:43Speaker 2: punting for them?
- 21:44Speaker 1: Yeah, the punter got hurt, which is obviously an important
- 21:47Speaker 1: position for the Raiders with that offense right now. But
- 21:50Speaker 1: they Gino Smith looks horrible, bade more interceptions, but they
- 21:55Speaker 1: go oh for four in the red zone. The Colts
- 21:57Speaker 1: go six for six, so they capitalized on every single
- 22:00Speaker 1: opportunity and they beat the Raiders forty to six. I
- 22:06Speaker 1: think we can honestly say that the Colts are real
- 22:10Speaker 1: and definitely a contender.
- 22:13Speaker 3: In the ASO to Jim Ersa is alive and well.
- 22:16Speaker 1: They get the Cardinals next, and then they are at
- 22:21Speaker 1: the Chargers. We'll see if the Cardinals can rebound in Indianapolis.
- 22:26Speaker 1: That'll depending on what number we get. Let's see where
- 22:30Speaker 1: what if there's let's look, I'll pull up some lines
- 22:32Speaker 1: for next week. I could I could be talked into
- 22:36Speaker 1: the Cardinals in that spot, but man, where they mentally
- 22:41Speaker 1: after today? That is?
- 22:43Speaker 2: And Kyler got seemed hurt at one point. Didn't you
- 22:46Speaker 2: go back to the locker room or something Kyler got hurt?
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah, he was a little banged up, but he did
- 22:51Speaker 1: come back into the game. Yeah, the Cardinals need to
- 22:54Speaker 1: get healthy in their secondary, which is worth monitoring. It
- 22:59Speaker 1: looks like they're let me pull up DraftKings Cardinals next week.
- 23:05Speaker 1: While I'm pulling this up, do you have anything for tonight?
- 23:08Speaker 2: I am gonna go with tras your I'm just gonna
- 23:13Speaker 2: go with Travon Henderson. I think I think that's where
- 23:17Speaker 2: the kind of breadcrumbs have been up here all week,
- 23:20Speaker 2: is that he's expected to probably get the majority of
- 23:23Speaker 2: the snaps. Obviously, it's no secret that if you want
- 23:25Speaker 2: to beat the Bills, you've got to get the run
- 23:26Speaker 2: game going, and you've got to get the run.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Game going early.
- 23:28Speaker 2: So if both of those things are going to be true,
- 23:31Speaker 2: then I think that I'm gonna take the cheese, follow
- 23:34Speaker 2: the cheese, whatever you want to call it.
- 23:36Speaker 3: With that, I think that that's my only thing for tonight.
- 23:39Speaker 3: It's a weird spot, right Like, the Patriots have a.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Really good week last week, got some momentum. Where does
- 23:45Speaker 2: that put them? I think it's a good spot for
- 23:47Speaker 2: the Patriots. The other thing for me is that I
- 23:50Speaker 2: am definitely one of these people who's like, look good,
- 23:52Speaker 2: dress good, feel good, play good whatever with the Bills
- 23:54Speaker 2: in their sick ass rivalry uniforms. But my big question
- 23:59Speaker 2: mark with the being able to cover this number is
- 24:02Speaker 2: I just don't know who they are. There's moments where
- 24:04Speaker 2: they've looked like the second Coming of Jesus Christ, and
- 24:06Speaker 2: then there's moments where they let the Saints hang around
- 24:08Speaker 2: with them at home in a primetime spot. Like I
- 24:12Speaker 2: just I don't know who this team is, and I'm
- 24:15Speaker 2: very much the type of person who when a team
- 24:17Speaker 2: shows you who they are, believe them. I think it's
- 24:19Speaker 2: a good spot for the Patriots. Don't know who the
- 24:21Speaker 2: Bills are, so I'm going to stick with player props
- 24:23Speaker 2: and not put my hard earned dollars somewhere that I
- 24:27Speaker 2: don't feel confident.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't have anything here. I'm pretty close to market.
- 24:31Speaker 1: It looks like Spencer Brown will play for the Bills.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Matt Mullano's back, but there is no at Oliver. That's important,
- 24:38Speaker 1: you know, I was at first, I was thinking about
- 24:40Speaker 1: the Pats earlier in the week, just but from a
- 24:43Speaker 1: matchup perspective. Henderson's got out a big game because you
- 24:48Speaker 1: have to run on the Bills. But the Patriots run
- 24:49Speaker 1: game has been horrendous all year. I mean, they've had
- 24:52Speaker 1: a bottom three run game. Drake Mays played unbelievable, but
- 24:55Speaker 1: he's been so good on late downs like Kenny. Maintain
- 24:57Speaker 1: that level because the Bills are going to get pressure.
- 25:00Speaker 1: The Bills still are generating pressure even without Oliver. That
- 25:03Speaker 1: offensive line will allow pressure. So I worry that there's
- 25:05Speaker 1: gonna be too many negative plays, too many sacks, which
- 25:09Speaker 1: May does still a bit too much of that are
- 25:11Speaker 1: gonna kill drives. And then when the Bills have the
- 25:13Speaker 1: ball with brown Back and Josh Allen, like, how many
- 25:19Speaker 1: stops can you really realistically expect this Patriots defense to get?
- 25:23Speaker 1: The biggest thing? Yeah, to me, their linebackers are so
- 25:26Speaker 1: bad in coverage, like horrendous that the Bill the Bills
- 25:31Speaker 1: over the middle of the field I think can just
- 25:33Speaker 1: eat all day.
- 25:34Speaker 2: So yeah, I think what's gonna wind up? I think
- 25:37Speaker 2: there's two big question marks for me tonight. It's one
- 25:39Speaker 2: do you who do you put Gonzalez on? I think
- 25:42Speaker 2: that it has to be concaid, But obviously Dawson Knox
- 25:45Speaker 2: can eat you up and down if you need him to.
- 25:48Speaker 2: That's the issue is that they're gonna have to pick
- 25:50Speaker 2: for Gonzalez and Bill or Josh Allen's gonna shred you
- 25:53Speaker 2: either way, it doesn't matter where you put him. The
- 25:55Speaker 2: other thing for me is is that I think Hunter
- 25:58Speaker 2: Henry is the best. I'm glad that Stephan Diggs got
- 26:01Speaker 2: involved with the Patriots last week. I think that that
- 26:03Speaker 2: was not really huge for Drake May and his coming
- 26:06Speaker 2: out party.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Last week.
- 26:07Speaker 2: I think it was good for Stephan and his confidence. Obviously,
- 26:09Speaker 2: we're not seeing him get down the field the way
- 26:11Speaker 2: that we could see vintage.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Stefan Diggs doing. I think they need to keep feeding him.
- 26:16Speaker 2: But because Hunter Henry has been so locked up, helping
- 26:20Speaker 2: out that offensive line and being a bocker is the
- 26:23Speaker 2: better Drake may has had for his for his first
- 26:26Speaker 2: season in the NFL. And I think that him being
- 26:28Speaker 2: able to be a security blanket is huge for Drake.
- 26:31Speaker 2: But the fact that he's making so much up on
- 26:33Speaker 2: the back end blocking for them, I think is really
- 26:36Speaker 2: where the Patriots might continue to struggle to be able
- 26:39Speaker 2: to score points to keep them in this game. If
- 26:42Speaker 2: Josh Allen really can shred the Patriots defense the way
- 26:44Speaker 2: that I think he's going to be able to with
- 26:46Speaker 2: the options that they have, Honestly, it might even be
- 26:48Speaker 2: a it might be don't I.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Don't even know whose game it's going to be. I'm
- 26:53Speaker 3: assuming they're going to put Gonzales on.
- 26:55Speaker 1: The Bills are the one team that it doesn't really like.
- 26:57Speaker 1: If you have one lockdown corner like the Bills, it
- 27:01Speaker 1: doesn't matter. So I mean they just they spread it out.
- 27:05Speaker 1: They're gonna like there's there's so many ways. Yeah, there's
- 27:10Speaker 1: you never know the Bills. I who's gonna whose day
- 27:12Speaker 1: it's gonna be. But there's so many ways. I think
- 27:15Speaker 1: that they can attack the Patriots a right, let me
- 27:17Speaker 1: rattle off a couple any more games. We didn't get
- 27:20Speaker 1: to Cowboys Cowboys. That's my worst call the day the Jets.
- 27:25Speaker 1: That was embarrassing to say the least. That they look
- 27:31Speaker 1: like they quit at times. I mean, the defense for
- 27:33Speaker 1: the Jets is unfathomably bad. I get Prescott, yeah it's
- 27:41Speaker 1: but the Cowboys ran average six yards over six yards
- 27:45Speaker 1: per rush. Prescott is playing at a really high level.
- 27:48Speaker 1: He threw four touchdowns, no interceptions, and the Jets couldn't
- 27:52Speaker 1: get ay. They added a couple of garbage time touchdowns,
- 27:54Speaker 1: but that was in a really bad spot with injuries
- 27:57Speaker 1: along the offensive line, no CD lamb. They went into
- 28:01Speaker 1: New York and completely dominate the Jets, who fall to
- 28:05Speaker 1: oh and five Cowboys two to two and one.
- 28:08Speaker 2: I have bet regret on the Cowboys. That was the
- 28:10Speaker 2: one team that you I brought I put on our notes.
- 28:13Speaker 1: You're right.
- 28:14Speaker 2: I was like, I could be really talked into the
- 28:16Speaker 2: Cowboys today you guys talked me out of it.
- 28:18Speaker 3: I think that they're good, dude, I really do.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I know that they have injuries and they're the Cowboys,
- 28:24Speaker 2: but I I think.
- 28:25Speaker 3: That they're better than we are giving them credit for.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Nores podcast Quarterback League Pruss. The level that Prescott's playing
- 28:32Speaker 1: at right now, there's not many quarterbacks that have played
- 28:36Speaker 1: better than him over the past few weeks. So you're
- 28:38Speaker 1: always going to have a shot with that level of
- 28:40Speaker 1: quarterback play. I mean what he did against Green Bay
- 28:42Speaker 1: and then today so JEF no CD. Yeah, with no CD,
- 28:46Speaker 1: lamb Jets fall to oh and five they host or
- 28:51Speaker 1: that I think they played Denver in London? Is that
- 28:53Speaker 1: a London game, producer? Can you check that? I think
- 28:55Speaker 1: that's a London game.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I think you're right, Yes, London Day, London.
- 28:59Speaker 1: We're giving London and all the treats we give them
- 29:02Speaker 1: Wentce versus Gabriel and now they get Nicks versus whatever.
- 29:07Speaker 2: The Jets are Okay, they're going to get the Jacksonville
- 29:10Speaker 2: Jaguars in the Los Angeles Rams.
- 29:11Speaker 3: You're welcome, love you mean it, London.
- 29:13Speaker 1: That is a great game, by the way, Jags tomorrow,
- 29:16Speaker 1: I am on your Jags.
- 29:20Speaker 2: I am not going to the game. Actually, you know what,
- 29:22Speaker 2: I need everyone.
- 29:24Speaker 3: To clap it up for me. I'm being a responsible adult.
- 29:27Speaker 2: I couldn't get a flight home in time for our
- 29:29Speaker 2: podcast on Tuesday. I got a free ticket for the game,
- 29:31Speaker 2: and I'm staying to be on this podcast. I know
- 29:34Speaker 2: there's probably people in our YouTube comments that are like,
- 29:36Speaker 2: please go, we don't want your her.
- 29:38Speaker 3: But screw you guys here. I am.
- 29:41Speaker 1: All right. We'll be happy to have you on Tuesday.
- 29:46Speaker 1: I will require you to fulfill some type of punishment
- 29:50Speaker 1: if your Jags don't cover tomorrow. I don't know what
- 29:52Speaker 1: it'll be yet, but I do like Jacksonville against the Sheets.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I like them. I think this launch should be under three.
- 30:00Speaker 3: We're being punished for your decisions.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Look, people, everyone is saying that the Chiefs are back.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Their offense is back, like Worthys.
- 30:10Speaker 3: The album also sucks.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Did you see the Ravens today? The Ravens defense made
- 30:17Speaker 1: the Texans look like the best offense in the league. So,
- 30:22Speaker 1: like I would, let's pump our brakes on the Chiefs
- 30:24Speaker 1: offense all of a sudden being this explosive machine that
- 30:28Speaker 1: we saw last week that I think that had everything
- 30:30Speaker 1: to do with the Ravens. Now Worthy does help. What's up?
- 30:35Speaker 3: I have something to say.
- 30:37Speaker 2: If the Jacksonville Jaguars win tomorrow against the Chiefs in primetime,
- 30:42Speaker 2: they will lose to the Seattle Seahawks. If I know
- 30:45Speaker 2: this team like I know this team, what is exactly
- 30:47Speaker 2: going to happen is that they will beat the Chiefs
- 30:49Speaker 2: in prime time and then get their ass kicked by
- 30:53Speaker 2: the Seahawks. That's exactly what's going to happen.
- 30:56Speaker 1: I could see it. But I think the two questions
- 30:58Speaker 1: you have to ask yourself. One, where do you is
- 31:01Speaker 1: the Chiefs offense? Like how much better is it right now? Look,
- 31:05Speaker 1: they still can't run the ball. Kelsey still washed. Whethy
- 31:10Speaker 1: does help, but the offensive line still has issues. Besides
- 31:14Speaker 1: your two their receivers suck your two main interior guys
- 31:18Speaker 1: that are reliable. There's still other holes that are shaky
- 31:21Speaker 1: right now in that offensive line. The other question that
- 31:23Speaker 1: they ask yourself is do you believe in the Jags?
- 31:25Speaker 1: And look, the Jags have been fortunate in the turnover department.
- 31:28Speaker 1: They had a league high thirteen takeaways last year. They
- 31:33Speaker 1: had nine total for the entire season, so they were
- 31:38Speaker 1: probably overdue for some regression on that front, but this
- 31:41Speaker 1: is pretty extreme. They forced at least three turnovers in
- 31:44Speaker 1: every game. The offense has looked a lot better. The
- 31:47Speaker 1: execution is all there. I think it's all Liam Cohen, like,
- 31:51Speaker 1: I think the coaching has just elevated the Jags exponentially.
- 31:54Speaker 1: The defense, the upgrade on the defensive staff, the coordinator.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Of that dude, he can't control that the receivers are
- 32:02Speaker 2: dropping the balls, but he's kind of that guy.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean look at that. You look at the
- 32:06Speaker 1: Jags personnel. Their offensive line is ranked number one and
- 32:11Speaker 1: adjusted sack right there like top three, and pass block
- 32:14Speaker 1: win right, top three and run block win right. It's
- 32:18Speaker 1: a lot of the same guys that they had last year.
- 32:20Speaker 1: And that's all.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Pretty much all the same. Yeah, look at Devin Lloyd.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Look at Devin Lloyd.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Out of no Devin Lloyd is playing at an all
- 32:28Speaker 1: pro level.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Yeah, they're gonna have to pay that dude. And last
- 32:31Speaker 2: year I was like, get this man off.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Of my roster, which is he looks like a different player.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I think it's gonna be the same situation where Josh
- 32:41Speaker 2: Heinzalen a couple of seasons ago had a monster year,
- 32:45Speaker 2: fell off for a minute, was due for a contract,
- 32:48Speaker 2: had a huge year, got paid, and then he kind
- 32:52Speaker 2: of fell off last season after getting paid. But I
- 32:54Speaker 2: could totally see the same thing happening with Devin Lloyd,
- 32:56Speaker 2: like kind of a contract year, make it or break
- 32:58Speaker 2: a year for him. We saw the that was drafted
- 33:02Speaker 2: in the same position, in the same class as him,
- 33:03Speaker 2: Chad Mumaga earlier in the season. So he made the
- 33:08Speaker 2: rosters turn this around. All all the power to him.
- 33:11Speaker 2: He's kicked ass.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I think Trayvon's going to play tomorrow.
- 33:14Speaker 1: So there he is. Do you see you see? Yeah,
- 33:17Speaker 1: the club?
- 33:18Speaker 3: Have you play in the club?
- 33:21Speaker 1: Yeah, Traymon Walker might give it a go. He practiced,
- 33:24Speaker 1: he's got It's probably hard to see if I hold up.
- 33:26Speaker 1: He has a big thick black glove that I mean club. Yeah,
- 33:35Speaker 1: it's gonna be swinging that thing around.
- 33:36Speaker 3: They played in the club by fifty the whole game.
- 33:40Speaker 1: So I think the Jags are real now. The offense
- 33:43Speaker 1: still has another level to go to. They gotta get there.
- 33:46Speaker 1: They lead the league in drops. They got to stop
- 33:48Speaker 1: dropping passes again. Again. Yeah, that's it seems like that's
- 33:52Speaker 1: that consistent issue with the Jags. But I think that
- 33:54Speaker 1: because the defense is not going to be able to
- 33:56Speaker 1: keep relying on turnovers.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Turnovers.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Yeah, certainly been fortunate in that front. There's probably gonna
- 34:02Speaker 1: be some regression. They're not going to keep getting three takeaways.
- 34:04Speaker 2: You're playing better quarterbacks, like you've in the next couple
- 34:07Speaker 2: of weeks. You've got Patrick Mahomes, and then you play
- 34:09Speaker 2: Sam Donald, which Sam Darnold now is not the Sam
- 34:12Speaker 2: Darnald Old. Sam Donald kicked ass today, and then you
- 34:15Speaker 2: play and then you play Matt Stafford. So like you're
- 34:17Speaker 2: not going to continue to get this lucky against veterans
- 34:20Speaker 2: like that.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Yeah, so the offense has to continue to improve. But
- 34:23Speaker 1: the screen game under Cohen, just the play design, I
- 34:26Speaker 1: think it'll be a close game like this, I think
- 34:29Speaker 1: the last week aside, because I think that had everything
- 34:32Speaker 1: to do with the Ravens. The Chiefs are still who
- 34:34Speaker 1: the Chiefs are, and they're probably gonna play close games
- 34:37Speaker 1: and really struggle to build margin. So I like the Jacks.
- 34:40Speaker 1: I've been high on them coming into the ear, remain
- 34:42Speaker 1: high on them from what I've seen, even though they've
- 34:44Speaker 1: been a bit fortunate. I mean, they got they had
- 34:46Speaker 1: one of the most the unluckiest losses of the year
- 34:48Speaker 1: against the Bengals.
- 34:50Speaker 3: So they state Browning owns them.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Seriously, that's the only team that he owns. They could
- 34:55Speaker 1: be the Jacks could easily be four and out if
- 34:59Speaker 1: they didn't.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I saw, you know Browning.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Actually, since he looked a little better in the second half,
- 35:08Speaker 1: maybe they don't do anything. But I started to think
- 35:11Speaker 1: during that game, are the Bengals going to trade for
- 35:14Speaker 1: like a veteran quarterback Jamis?
- 35:16Speaker 3: I was thinking Jamis maybe.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Go to the the Giants roster or the x g Ross.
- 35:24Speaker 1: I don't know. Browning just looks he looks lost, like
- 35:29Speaker 1: he's not reading things, not seeing It's it's bad. It's bad.
- 35:32Speaker 2: And since been the same right now, Yeah, he hasn't
- 35:35Speaker 2: been the same since he got in the camera screaming
- 35:37Speaker 2: about like cutting him. Oh yeah, he really, he really, he.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Really screwed himself over with that one.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Yeah. So the division right now is Gabriel Browning and
- 35:51Speaker 1: Cooper Rush and the Steelers are sitting pretty.
- 35:54Speaker 2: With Sometimes what you would have thought that this division
- 36:01Speaker 2: would be the toughest division in football this year?
- 36:05Speaker 1: Yep, I mean that's sometimes that's just how it goes
- 36:07Speaker 1: Barrell gets hurt. Lamar has been hurt. The entire Ravens
- 36:10Speaker 1: defense is in the hospital. Uh so that's the way
- 36:14Speaker 1: it works sometimes. Quick look at lines for Yeah, so
- 36:16Speaker 1: I like the Jags. Nothing tonight. Let's see Thursday night football.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Eagles seven point favorite at the Giants. Broncos are seven
- 36:25Speaker 1: and a half point favorites in London against the Jets.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Feels that feels I mean, the London games are weird. Jets,
- 36:37Speaker 2: Oh my god, are you serious?
- 36:38Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm gonna have to look. I don't
- 36:41Speaker 1: want to look. I don't want to look to see
- 36:42Speaker 1: what I make it. Although I got to adjust the
- 36:44Speaker 1: Jets again, and like after today, it's not gonna be pretty.
- 36:47Speaker 3: I think the Cowboys are going to.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Leave, how bad their defense is.
- 36:50Speaker 3: The Cowboys are going to roll the Panthers.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Let's see Cowboys minus three in Carolina could be tall
- 37:00Speaker 1: my cardiac cats again. I don't know, we'll see.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Oh my god, you're addicted.
- 37:04Speaker 1: He's here's what everyone the whole world will be on.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Colts minus four and a half at home against Arizona
- 37:11Speaker 1: forty seven and a half. Jags one and a half
- 37:14Speaker 1: point favorites over the Seahawks. Obviously that could change tomorrow.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Rams seven point favorites in Baltimore. Ye, I guess there's
- 37:24Speaker 1: a chance that Lamar can play. We'll see. It's tricky
- 37:29Speaker 1: because obviously with his injury, you don't want to rush
- 37:35Speaker 1: him back because then it could end up being a
- 37:38Speaker 1: longer term thing and cost him the season. And you
- 37:41Speaker 1: have a buye on deck, but your season is slipping away,
- 37:47Speaker 1: Like if you lose, you fall to one in five,
- 37:51Speaker 1: can you recover from that? So like they have to
- 37:53Speaker 1: weigh the risk of Lamar and versus the risk of
- 37:59Speaker 1: like if we go one in five, Like, do we
- 38:02Speaker 1: really have a chance against the Rams with the way
- 38:04Speaker 1: that we played today? Probably not with Cooper Rush, So
- 38:08Speaker 1: that'll be interesting. Maybe he tries to give it a
- 38:12Speaker 1: go and that will obviously impact the line significantly. Forty
- 38:17Speaker 1: nine Ers three point dogs at Tampa Bay. I'm sure
- 38:22Speaker 1: Tampa Bay will find a way to win in the
- 38:23Speaker 1: final minute. Titans plus five and a half at the Raiders.
- 38:26Speaker 3: I'm not sure we're gonna get them ball. Next week.
- 38:29Speaker 3: We got Titans, Raiders and pat Saints.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Packers laying over two touchdowns against the Fangals. Yeah, and
- 38:37Speaker 1: Pats are three point favorites in New Orleans. Obviously that
- 38:43Speaker 1: could be impacted by tonight and what we see there
- 38:46Speaker 1: and if there's any injuries. The best game of the weekend.
- 38:50Speaker 1: We got a couple good primetime games. Next week. We
- 38:54Speaker 1: got Lions at Chiefs. Chiefs are one and a half
- 38:57Speaker 1: point favorites, Bills at Falcons, Falcons five and a half
- 39:01Speaker 1: point home underdogs. I think I'll like Atlanta there, and
- 39:05Speaker 1: the Commanders are five and a half point favorites against
- 39:08Speaker 1: the Bears. We'll talk about all those games Tuesday Thursday
