- 16:06Speaker 4: Hodarchy Big Show this Monday afternoon. The time is four
- 16:10Speaker 4: forty nine. Let's talk TV. What's on the Telly with
- 16:16Speaker 4: Mike Minogue.
- 16:20Speaker 6: Yeah, Yes, fellas, I watched another in the series of
- 16:24Speaker 6: the train wreck documentaries available to you on Netflix. This
- 16:29Speaker 6: one's called train Wreck PI Morms Personal and Private Investigator.
- 16:34Speaker 6: There you go, and it's about a TV show that
- 16:36Speaker 6: got made back in the day and then it all
- 16:39Speaker 6: goes off the rails, the most tedious garbage you've ever seen.
- 16:42Speaker 6: They're not really really entertained. I mean, they're all terrible,
- 16:45Speaker 6: but this one didn't have anything interesting and I turned
- 16:47Speaker 6: off after about thirty five minutes of a forty five
- 16:50Speaker 6: minute docco and I give it zero busies the other
- 16:54Speaker 6: of a possible five. Can't recommend, can't recommend.
- 16:57Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go. Well for me. Over the weekend
- 17:01Speaker 4: because we had the wedding, of course, didn't actually get
- 17:03Speaker 4: to watch a lot. I did watch a rerun of
- 17:09Speaker 4: Game of Two Halves on the plane.
- 17:12Speaker 5: I'm not on the plane. Where did you watch it?
- 17:13Speaker 4: On the plane? I downloaded it on my new phone keys.
- 17:16Speaker 5: From what you can't download it? Yes you can, you do,
- 17:20Speaker 5: bring okay, okay, carry on.
- 17:23Speaker 4: But then today I had a free hour and I
- 17:26Speaker 4: turned on the old Samsung TV there and I watched
- 17:31Speaker 4: that classic, classic, brilliant movie The Dead Poet society.
- 17:37Speaker 5: Never seen it?
- 17:38Speaker 4: Have you really not?
- 17:40Speaker 6: Why are you shocked?
- 17:41Speaker 4: Yeah? True? With the great Robin Williams. One of the
- 17:45Speaker 4: great films Ethan, a young, very young Ethan Hawke. I
- 17:50Speaker 4: can't remember when it was made, but Oregon just a brilliant,
- 17:56Speaker 4: brilliant movie. You're you and your wife would love it,
- 17:58Speaker 4: Keysy that film. It is an amazing film. Amazing performances
- 18:03Speaker 4: in some scenes where you're just like, oh oh, In fact,
- 18:07Speaker 4: I recorded someone centered on the chat today Fellers. Yeah,
- 18:11Speaker 4: one of the great scenes. My captain, my captain, Oh, captain,
- 18:14Speaker 4: my captain, Oh, captain, my captain. Yes, getting up on
- 18:17Speaker 4: the desk there and defiance And it's really a story
- 18:20Speaker 4: about this like scene, isn't it. Yeah. An inspirational teacher
- 18:25Speaker 4: who changes things for the kids.
- 18:27Speaker 6: It was kind of like what Jace was. Yeah, and
- 18:29Speaker 6: when he started out and did that teaching for two
- 18:31Speaker 6: weeks and they said to him, why do you wear
- 18:33Speaker 6: such weird pants?
- 18:35Speaker 7: Oh?
- 18:35Speaker 6: Yeah, true they were.
- 18:36Speaker 5: Weird pants, to be fair, Paisley, No, they were cream
- 18:41Speaker 5: Oh with your boots with like a wool weave.
- 18:44Speaker 6: That's so cool. Over the weekend there we.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Were Look, you've got to give it four point five busies. Wow,
- 18:53Speaker 4: it's a great film. It is a classic.
- 18:54Speaker 5: I've heard a lot about it. Over the week of
- 18:56Speaker 5: my wife and I were like, shall we just sell
- 18:59Speaker 5: up everything and just go overseas for a year traveling NonStop?
- 19:03Speaker 5: I hear, you know, don't get a job and then
- 19:06Speaker 5: just come back and start again.
- 19:08Speaker 4: I hear it.
- 19:09Speaker 5: And so we started watching YouTube videos of people that
- 19:11Speaker 5: have done it, and basically all of them were like, yeah,
- 19:13Speaker 5: it's pretty you run out of money pretty quick.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Yeah, no cash.
- 19:16Speaker 5: And then we came back and we had to start again.
- 19:18Speaker 4: It sucked.
- 19:19Speaker 5: Then I was overseas and my dad died while I
- 19:21Speaker 5: was there. That was really tough. Yeah, And we were
- 19:24Speaker 5: just watching We're like, ah, maybe next year.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Well, it's funny because I told you fellas a little
- 19:30Speaker 4: while back that on my YouTube. Now I'm getting in
- 19:32Speaker 4: undated with retiring early videos. You know, people are just going, oh, like,
- 19:37Speaker 4: you know, I'm fifty three, what am I doing?
- 19:39Speaker 5: But you're thirty nine? Though your misd I know, But what.
- 19:42Speaker 4: Am I doing with my life? I'most going to quit?
- 19:45Speaker 5: But they must have money though, right, not often they don't.
- 19:48Speaker 4: They don't have a lot of money, right, And I've
- 19:50Speaker 4: got to be a few eighty percent of the ones
- 19:53Speaker 4: that I watch. They're stoked, they're having a great old time.
- 19:57Speaker 5: What do they But that's what you see on YouTube.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Yeah, well that's true.
- 20:00Speaker 5: They only put the happy parts on YouTube and on
- 20:01Speaker 5: Instagram and TikTok.
- 20:02Speaker 6: You're getting served up heaps of videos for Viagar as well.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Yeah really, which you know, wasting the time of old
- 20:11Speaker 4: Hoidy j because you.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Don't really use it.
- 20:16Speaker 4: Well I don't need to, key No, I mean you're downstairs. Yeah, now,
- 20:20Speaker 4: my my downstairs doesn't need it.
- 20:22Speaker 5: No, I'm saying you don't you use it? Don't Eve
- 20:24Speaker 5: worry about it.
- 20:24Speaker 1: His the darkness, the whole aching Big Show with Jason,
- 20:30Speaker 1: Mike and Keyzy.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Tune in week days at four on Radio.
- 20:33Speaker 4: Hold Ikey, welcome back to your missive bagbones. Hope you're
- 20:36Speaker 4: surviving your Monday. You're listening to the Big Show brought
- 20:40Speaker 4: to you by Rebururger.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Serving good times and good food Dina or takeaway reb
- 20:45Speaker 5: good today.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Now fountless.
- 20:50Speaker 5: Oh that's all right, you go Rebiger this weekend for
- 20:57Speaker 5: for forty j damn it too slow. Ah, you did
- 21:01Speaker 5: every booking. You seen a photo of you eating it.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Yes, well I was outside the joint. But if you
- 21:06Speaker 4: don't believe me, I'm happy to ring my wife legit,
- 21:10Speaker 4: legit reb What's what's it called? Regent Read or something
- 21:15Speaker 4: I got? And fries?
- 21:19Speaker 6: Of course the fries, which is making me doubt your
- 21:22Speaker 6: story even more.
- 21:23Speaker 4: I'm so good.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Can I just say the fact that you even have
- 21:26Speaker 5: we're at the point where you have to call your
- 21:27Speaker 5: wife to verify that you ate the sponsors product?
- 21:30Speaker 4: Is I believe myself? It's just you guys that are
- 21:36Speaker 4: casting aspersions on old hod J.
- 21:39Speaker 6: You know last night for dinner, I had rebooging. Really
- 21:44Speaker 6: it was the It was just the right amount. Unfortunately
- 21:46Speaker 6: my daughter doesn't. She's vegetarian, so there's nothing on the
- 21:50Speaker 6: A menu so all she could have was chip.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Yeah, but still that pretty good chips, bloody chip.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Saturday night, guess that I had pizza actually reab Oh? Well,
- 22:00Speaker 5: my wife and I went to the Henderson one there.
- 22:04Speaker 5: She loves a cheeseburger.
- 22:06Speaker 4: That's all we got as well, just in a thanks
- 22:08Speaker 4: very match.
- 22:10Speaker 5: I got a Regent Read No, actually I didn't. I
- 22:11Speaker 5: got one with pineapple in it, did you delicious? I
- 22:15Speaker 5: love pineapple and chicken.
- 22:16Speaker 6: And a burger.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Ma, it's delicious chicken. Yeah, so you'd go a Hawaiian
- 22:20Speaker 4: burger happily?
- 22:23Speaker 6: Sure, Yeah, is renowned for having a bit of pineapple. Yes,
- 22:28Speaker 6: however that's a beef burger.
- 22:30Speaker 4: Usually a beef burger.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Oh look, guys, to be honest, man, gun to my head,
- 22:34Speaker 5: Yeah sure, it's not my go to.
- 22:36Speaker 4: Literally, i'd have to put a gun to your head.
- 22:38Speaker 5: Yeah, you have to put a revolver in my head.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Okay, So yeah, buddy good. If you've never tried reburger,
- 22:43Speaker 4: give it a notch. It is genuinely fantastic. It's yummy. Hey,
- 22:48Speaker 4: now coming up very shortly. Indeed, it was a massive
- 22:51Speaker 4: weekend of sport, so I'm gonna have a bit of
- 22:53Speaker 4: sport chat in the meantime. It's some pill jam for you.
- 22:57Speaker 1: The whole Key Big Show was Jason tune in.
- 23:02Speaker 4: On Radio the Killers there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show.
- 23:07Speaker 4: This for Monday after noon. The time is sixteen minutes
- 23:10Speaker 4: past five o'clock. Let's talk rugby, Fellos.
- 23:13Speaker 5: Crouch, touch Pause, Engage Rugby Union chat with Loidy Jade.
- 23:24Speaker 4: And what a match Fellas the first of the season
- 23:28Speaker 4: for the new Look All Blacks under Dave Rennie an
- 23:32Speaker 4: absolutely spanking game of rugby.
- 23:35Speaker 5: I loved it.
- 23:36Speaker 4: France came to the party as well. Either side I
- 23:40Speaker 4: would have been like, okay, in the side winning because
- 23:43Speaker 4: they both deserve to win, but the All Blacks squeaking
- 23:47Speaker 4: ahead by two mogie. Yeah that's right.
- 23:49Speaker 6: It was a hell of a game, wasn't it. What
- 23:52Speaker 6: I enjoyed about it mostly was you know, see a
- 23:55Speaker 6: first head out, but you just want to see the
- 23:58Speaker 6: kind of direction they're going to go in. The thing
- 24:00Speaker 6: that was a little bit frustrating over the last couple
- 24:02Speaker 6: of years was in particular the really crabbing offense where
- 24:07Speaker 6: people who have just been running straight across the park,
- 24:10Speaker 6: no straight lines, nobody seems to know what they were doing,
- 24:13Speaker 6: and it was massively frustrating because you know you've got
- 24:15Speaker 6: the you got the team, but they just seemed lost.
- 24:19Speaker 6: So that seems to be gone. But yeah, I really
- 24:20Speaker 6: enjoyed the game. Great stadium, great crew, had great French
- 24:23Speaker 6: were great, especially considering France's best team was playing in
- 24:27Speaker 6: the European Final or the equivalent of that over there.
- 24:30Speaker 6: So France and their vexis to their very best players.
- 24:32Speaker 6: Isn't that interesting.
- 24:33Speaker 5: That's what that's what's great about this is that it
- 24:36Speaker 5: was taking on front first All Black game. It's the
- 24:38Speaker 5: Cars Stadium in christ Church when which was awesome first
- 24:41Speaker 5: day of any game, but the fact that a game
- 24:43Speaker 5: like this where traditionally you go the All Black should
- 24:45Speaker 5: spank them. It's just the French B team. But we
- 24:47Speaker 5: looked good but France still yeah, great, Well then it's
- 24:51Speaker 5: just going to be such an exciting few years of
- 24:52Speaker 5: Fudyoh it's.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Brilliant and they had a few of their frontline players,
- 24:55Speaker 4: but yeah, what I was really struck by there were
- 24:58Speaker 4: a couple of tries at the French score and you
- 25:00Speaker 4: could see genuine in the All Black side. They were
- 25:03Speaker 4: completely baffled right right, they were just like what just happened? There?
- 25:08Speaker 4: Some brilliant play and the French just refused to die
- 25:11Speaker 4: in that game. You know. I kept thinking, Okay, now
- 25:14Speaker 4: we'll start to pull away from this from there. There
- 25:16Speaker 4: we do, ah, but not this time. They just kept
- 25:18Speaker 4: hanging in there and they're bloody unlucky not to win
- 25:21Speaker 4: in the end, but they performance from the All Blacks
- 25:23Speaker 4: as well.
- 25:24Speaker 6: No, exactly right next week we've got eaterly all of
- 25:26Speaker 6: this of course was part of the Nation's Championship, which
- 25:28Speaker 6: I'd never heard of before in my life until the
- 25:30Speaker 6: game started. So that's with the sixteens from the Northern
- 25:33Speaker 6: hemisre sixteen from the Southern Hemisphere. We all sort of
- 25:36Speaker 6: play each other. Points re allocated. At the end of
- 25:38Speaker 6: two years, somebody has announced the world champion. That's great.
- 25:42Speaker 6: So New Zealand beat France thirty four to thirty two.
- 25:45Speaker 6: Japan beat Italy. This is over the weekend twenty seven ten.
- 25:48Speaker 6: Ireland and an absolute ripper of a game against Australia
- 25:51Speaker 6: one thirty three to thirty one. Wales beat Fiji thirty
- 25:55Speaker 6: nine twenty four, so they ever got smashed England forty
- 25:58Speaker 6: five twenty one and Scotland smoked. Well I'm not smoke
- 26:02Speaker 6: but they beat Argentina and Argentina yeah geez, that's no
- 26:06Speaker 6: mean feet. By the way, Islands a very good side.
- 26:09Speaker 6: I'm a little bit worried about the Aussies this year.
- 26:11Speaker 6: I think they're going to go good guns.
- 26:13Speaker 4: But I, like you, I didn't know about this competition.
- 26:16Speaker 4: What's it called the Nations Nations cat.
- 26:19Speaker 6: Essentially, what you're doing is the same thing that they
- 26:22Speaker 6: did with the World Teest Championship, and I think it's
- 26:24Speaker 6: great because you get all these games that they don't
- 26:25Speaker 6: mean anything. So at the start of the season you
- 26:28Speaker 6: get these friendlies where we host and then this case
- 26:31Speaker 6: it would have been France would play a couple of
- 26:32Speaker 6: games or whatever. Then at the end of the year
- 26:34Speaker 6: we go on a tour up to the Northern Hemisphere
- 26:37Speaker 6: and it doesn't mean anything. They're just sort of test
- 26:39Speaker 6: matches for the sake of test matches that these now
- 26:41Speaker 6: will count towards a bigger competition.
- 26:43Speaker 4: Which is great, very very exciting times. I like Ruben
- 26:47Speaker 4: Love at first five too, even though he had a
- 26:49Speaker 4: shocking start.
- 26:50Speaker 5: Literally what I was about to say as my wife
- 26:52Speaker 5: and I sat down and I was explaining a few
- 26:53Speaker 5: of the changes and what made this quite interesting, and
- 26:56Speaker 5: they've started with Ruben Love, Bodie Barrett's not even in
- 26:58Speaker 5: the side and then he hit that shot and was
- 27:00Speaker 5: sent to the bin. Yeah, it was brilliant. And then
- 27:03Speaker 5: I was talking about like Ardie at number eight and
- 27:04Speaker 5: a few other things, and Jacobson being in the side
- 27:06Speaker 5: and he made all these air It was just drama.
- 27:09Speaker 5: But the tries that we did score were through magnificence
- 27:12Speaker 5: at the high skill plays. I love seeing that back.
- 27:15Speaker 4: I'll tell you what. And in terms of Jacobson the
- 27:17Speaker 4: open side there, I wasn't a big fan of his
- 27:21Speaker 4: pre match, I said, I'm not sure about a selection.
- 27:24Speaker 4: He had a doozy of a game.
- 27:25Speaker 6: Can I say I loved the almost complete lack of kicking.
- 27:29Speaker 5: Yes, it was great that pretends to kick. At one
- 27:32Speaker 5: stage Roygard had his foot out to do a box
- 27:34Speaker 5: kick the half back and then passed it instead. I
- 27:36Speaker 5: was like, yes, that's good shit.
- 27:38Speaker 4: And just on that note, how good is Royguard? The
- 27:41Speaker 4: best in the world? I reckon best half back in
- 27:43Speaker 4: the world.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Here's Gorillas a number one.
- 27:46Speaker 1: The Darchy Big Show week days from four on Radio
- 27:49Speaker 1: hod Ikey.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Isn't he Bush there? On the Radio Hot Archy Big
- 27:53Speaker 4: Show this Monday evening. The time is five twenty nine
- 27:57Speaker 4: and feels something's been bugging me, Yes, bugging You're a call.
- 28:07Speaker 4: On Friday Felters, we were having a little discussion about
- 28:10Speaker 4: my boots. Yeah, no, I them yesterday.
- 28:16Speaker 6: I know you love wearing them on the weekend. You
- 28:19Speaker 6: just concerns that they've dropped out of rotation during the way.
- 28:22Speaker 4: We discussed funny it they're sort of turning into a
- 28:24Speaker 4: weekend shoe.
- 28:25Speaker 5: I'm not surprised because that you're talking about. When I
- 28:27Speaker 5: brought the listener was like, Monday did not wear boots? Tuesday, no, Wednesday, no, Thursday,
- 28:31Speaker 5: no Friday night.
- 28:33Speaker 6: Can you add for today Monday?
- 28:36Speaker 5: No?
- 28:36Speaker 4: No?
- 28:37Speaker 6: Okay?
- 28:37Speaker 4: Can you also add on the set day and Sunday?
- 28:40Speaker 5: I don't do weekends.
- 28:41Speaker 4: We can't believe what you say you did on the weekend, Jason. Now,
- 28:44Speaker 4: this is what is bugging me. What because we had
- 28:47Speaker 4: this discussion on Friday and then Keysy went no, no, no, you.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Haven't worn them since I didn't.
- 28:55Speaker 4: And then he pulled out a lesson and I saw
- 28:58Speaker 4: on his phone there he had this very elaborate list
- 29:02Speaker 4: of everything I'd worn in those days.
- 29:06Speaker 5: Because I was checking this rotation of boots you were
- 29:08Speaker 5: talking about.
- 29:09Speaker 4: And I suddenly thought to myself and over the weekend,
- 29:11Speaker 4: how many lists does Keysy have? A he got secret
- 29:14Speaker 4: folders going on? I've only got j I mean, what
- 29:18Speaker 4: what are you running here? Kesy? Have you got like
- 29:20Speaker 4: secret pics of me as well?
- 29:22Speaker 5: No? I got no photos of you? Meno notes, I've
- 29:24Speaker 5: got seven They're all pretty chill, just everyday business. So
- 29:28Speaker 5: I've got hot pot last week Monday, no, Tuesday, no, Wednesday, yes,
- 29:33Speaker 5: Thursday no, Friday.
- 29:34Speaker 6: No, I know Friday, yes, because PAGs an head hot
- 29:38Speaker 6: pot he did. Yeah, yeah, but I thought Jason was
- 29:41Speaker 6: having hot pot at the same time on the Friday.
- 29:44Speaker 4: My concern here is that writing lists of what I'm doing.
- 29:48Speaker 5: With one for when he wears the weird hoodie, this
- 29:51Speaker 5: black one he's wearing. I find it quite weird. Last
- 29:53Speaker 5: week it was every day, yes, yes, yes, yes, and
- 29:56Speaker 5: accurate vate breaks last week on Monday here at four
- 30:00Speaker 5: Tuesday seven.
- 30:02Speaker 6: You're absolutely out of control at the moment. Wednesday about this.
- 30:06Speaker 5: Yeah, Thursday five eight breaks Friday seven. Our chips stolen
- 30:10Speaker 5: Monday years Tuesday nor Wednesday Thursday Friday years yes, yes, yes.
- 30:15Speaker 4: No, keyesy, I haven't stolen chips for the mate.
- 30:19Speaker 5: I'm just checking the stuff week. This one here, sexually
- 30:22Speaker 5: suggestive comments made to Hodaki staff Monday three, Tuesday zero, Yeah,
- 30:28Speaker 5: good day, it was good for you Wednesday one. But
- 30:31Speaker 5: then Thursday, Friday five six he wraps it up towards
- 30:34Speaker 5: the weekend.
- 30:34Speaker 4: After Yeah, I think that's accurate.
- 30:37Speaker 5: After that, wearing a hat Monday, yes. Yeah, Tuesday no,
- 30:41Speaker 5: Wednesday no, Thursday no, Friday no, and Monday, Monday, Monday
- 30:48Speaker 5: this week. Yeah.
- 30:50Speaker 4: I'm just I'm just a little bit worried, keazy that
- 30:52Speaker 4: you're getting a bit obsessed with me. Well, you know,
- 30:56Speaker 4: I'm getting real kind of stalk of vibes, right. You know,
- 31:01Speaker 4: the next thing I know, you'll be peering into my
- 31:03Speaker 4: apartment curtains, you know, taking little snapshots of Hoidy j
- 31:08Speaker 4: and his casual wear. I'd say, you know, next thing,
- 31:12Speaker 4: I know, I'm going to go down to the laundry
- 31:15Speaker 4: there and the apartment and Nickers are going to be missing.
- 31:17Speaker 6: Do you come home and there'll be a bunny boiling, a.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Bunny boiling on my souve? And it was funny because
- 31:25Speaker 4: when we did the you know, the big night out
- 31:28Speaker 4: with the Fellers, yes for my wife said to me afterwards,
- 31:32Speaker 4: she said, Jesus, do you see the way Keysy looks
- 31:35Speaker 4: at you? And I was like no, and she says, well,
- 31:38Speaker 4: it's kind of freaking me out a little bit. He
- 31:40Speaker 4: was just staring at you, and I'm just I'm just
- 31:44Speaker 4: a little bit you know, boiled bunny is probably what
- 31:47Speaker 4: I'm talking about here. You know a few like I'm
- 31:51Speaker 4: going to wake up one morning and there's going to
- 31:53Speaker 4: be Keysy at the end of my bed, you know,
- 31:55Speaker 4: with sh a knife, sharpening a knife.
- 31:58Speaker 5: I'm just riding, Lisabelle, you're doing It's totally normal.
- 32:01Speaker 4: We'll stop it, okay.
- 32:05Speaker 1: The whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hold Iking.
- 32:10Speaker 4: You read Hot Chili Peppers there on the Radio Hodarchy
- 32:14Speaker 4: Big Show this Monday afternoon. We've got some very special
- 32:18Speaker 4: guests in the studio with us. Let me get this right,
- 32:23Speaker 4: Brindley Stint could have us up the second season. I'll
- 32:28Speaker 4: be a hit show.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Brendan Ko's Singles Club Singles Club.
- 32:32Speaker 4: Yes, I was going to do that, keys I just
- 32:34Speaker 4: felt like you weren't. I was totally going to do it.
- 32:36Speaker 4: How are you are? Your backbones really great? Thanks for
- 32:40Speaker 4: having it potentially pleasure now.
- 32:43Speaker 5: The first season of Britain Ko Singles Club, it was
- 32:45Speaker 5: an interesting punt because it wasn't on TV, it wasn't
- 32:48Speaker 5: on Three, it wasn't on Sky and on. It was
- 32:49Speaker 5: on YouTube and co Lab. With the spin off, obviously
- 32:53Speaker 5: that was a bit of an experiment and it paid
- 32:56Speaker 5: off season two.
- 32:58Speaker 4: People loved it.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Anyone could watch YouTube exactly.
- 33:01Speaker 4: That's popular except.
- 33:03Speaker 6: For Jason's wife, who doesn't even know that it's on
- 33:05Speaker 6: the It doesn't believe that it's on the I.
- 33:07Speaker 4: Didn't believe me lunch today. She didn't believe me. I
- 33:10Speaker 4: said it's on YouTube, and she said, it's not on YouTube.
- 33:15Speaker 4: Just on YouTube. There's great stuff on there, isn't there.
- 33:17Speaker 4: Like I'm a big fan of mukbang. I just like
- 33:21Speaker 4: watching people eat massive vast quantities of food. Hell yeah,
- 33:25Speaker 4: which is weird because I don't actually generally, like in
- 33:28Speaker 4: real life watching people eat, But I'll watch it on
- 33:30Speaker 4: a video.
- 33:31Speaker 5: What's that about, guys?
- 33:32Speaker 6: Do you guys know about that.
- 33:35Speaker 5: About?
- 33:37Speaker 2: Yeah, you eat like huge amounts of food.
- 33:40Speaker 3: Lot of it is pretty.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's interesting. And there was a guy who got
- 33:44Speaker 2: like real toxic with it.
- 33:45Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 33:47Speaker 5: You're talking about a very famoustub. Yeah, it's actually really bad, Jason.
- 33:51Speaker 2: It's not inherently bad.
- 33:53Speaker 5: But yeah, when you got because the show is made
- 33:55Speaker 5: with support, this show, you're all good.
- 34:00Speaker 6: Well, we've got a segment on the show called What's
- 34:03Speaker 6: on the TV with Me Mike Minog where we all
- 34:05Speaker 6: talk about watching what we've watched on TV nice and
- 34:08Speaker 6: the first season of your show made it onto that
- 34:12Speaker 6: esteemed of the big show, and I think we gave
- 34:15Speaker 6: it four and a half busies out of a possible
- 34:18Speaker 6: five buzies. Season was absolutely magnificent. You guys traveling around
- 34:24Speaker 6: being yourself been obviously great mates, really fun, but then
- 34:28Speaker 6: also super honest conversations. I IF and loved it. Everybody
- 34:32Speaker 6: I introduced to it to if and loved it. So
- 34:35Speaker 6: is this one as good as that? Or is it
- 34:37Speaker 6: not good?
- 34:38Speaker 4: Wow?
- 34:38Speaker 8: Everyone was like, you're both in relationships now spoiler alerts.
- 34:44Speaker 4: I think people that actually haven't seen the show, we
- 34:46Speaker 4: should establish the idea behind it was you guys trying
- 34:49Speaker 4: to find love. I suppose we're.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Traveling around the country in a crew van trying to
- 34:56Speaker 2: do dating. Yeah, that was the original pitch. Not so
- 34:59Speaker 2: much anymore, right, just complaining.
- 35:01Speaker 8: About some pretty awkward production meetings where we had to
- 35:06Speaker 8: fess up to our producer and director that we were
- 35:08Speaker 8: both in love and so we had to figure out
- 35:11Speaker 8: what season two looks like. But then we figured actually,
- 35:13Speaker 8: the reason people love season one so much is because
- 35:15Speaker 8: it is just me and Brent being crack up on
- 35:18Speaker 8: the road.
- 35:18Speaker 5: So we were like, we can still do that. And
- 35:21Speaker 5: I would argue that, you know, just because.
- 35:23Speaker 8: You're not single anymore, does it mean you don't still
- 35:25Speaker 8: have some problems.
- 35:27Speaker 5: Is it still called singles club though?
- 35:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 35:30Speaker 6: You have to have that connection. Don't you.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Feel like taking club doesn't have the same for.
- 35:35Speaker 6: You guys on the road going around just cheating.
- 35:39Speaker 4: You have to have one lover.
- 35:42Speaker 2: I mean, you guys need to watch season two to
- 35:43Speaker 2: find out.
- 35:48Speaker 5: And obviously you guys have now you guys now in love.
- 35:51Speaker 5: Is that as a result of season one or is
- 35:52Speaker 5: that just completely.
- 35:54Speaker 6: Made some absolute weapons on the road?
- 35:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and I wished them all well, I don't know.
- 36:00Speaker 8: You remember the end of season one, I was pretty
- 36:02Speaker 8: depressed and so I really managed to just let it go.
- 36:07Speaker 8: I was like, you know what, I'm going to delete
- 36:09Speaker 8: the apps for a little while. I'm going to relax.
- 36:12Speaker 8: I'm going to stop identifying as single so much. And
- 36:14Speaker 8: then I did sort of chill out, and then I
- 36:15Speaker 8: put the apps back on a mit mafella, do you know?
- 36:19Speaker 4: Weirdly, and I'm a big advocate of this, I honestly
- 36:22Speaker 4: believe that when you stop looking, you'll find yeah, genuinely.
- 36:27Speaker 4: Do you know I've got four daughters and you know
- 36:31Speaker 4: they're talking about boys and stuff, and it's like, just
- 36:35Speaker 4: stop looking, don't worry about it. He or she, well
- 36:40Speaker 4: come along.
- 36:42Speaker 8: It's hard to hear that.
- 36:43Speaker 6: When you.
- 36:46Speaker 4: Listen, we'll go to another tune and we'll get deep
- 36:49Speaker 4: and meaningful.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Next show, absolutely the Hives.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Yeah I think so, The Hurgarchy Big Show week days
- 36:57Speaker 1: from four on Radio Hod.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Hives on the Radio Holarcky Big Show this Monday evening.
- 37:03Speaker 4: And we've got the stars of the show, Brennan Coop
- 37:05Speaker 4: Singles Club season two. And it's interesting, isn't it because
- 37:10Speaker 4: the premise of the first show obviously you were single,
- 37:13Speaker 4: you were looking for love. The second the second season though,
- 37:17Speaker 4: has got a bit of a twist to it because
- 37:19Speaker 4: you're in love now.
- 37:20Speaker 8: Yeah sorry told the single people.
- 37:22Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, taken. Yeah, genuinely. How do you do it?
- 37:26Speaker 6: Then?
- 37:26Speaker 5: What's the idea?
- 37:27Speaker 6: Because I feel ripped off. I've watched this and you
- 37:29Speaker 6: guys are a relationship only be few.
- 37:31Speaker 5: Mean yes, well you're going to be fewman, You're going
- 37:35Speaker 5: to be both.
- 37:36Speaker 2: The partners don't really make much of an appearance on
- 37:38Speaker 2: the show. We talk about them a bit, but yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 37:42Speaker 2: because I mean we didn't want to have to pay
- 37:43Speaker 2: them double wade.
- 37:44Speaker 5: You know, you were saying that it's because there's not
- 37:48Speaker 5: much to look at with those guys.
- 37:53Speaker 4: That I was shocked by that next that was shocking.
- 37:57Speaker 6: You've you've actually turned your love life, and I imagine
- 38:00Speaker 6: both of you probably had. But I remember seeing you
- 38:01Speaker 6: could at opening for Nicki Glazer and you were talking
- 38:04Speaker 6: about some of your Tinder adventures.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Yeah, she's had a few, and very.
- 38:07Speaker 6: Brave of you to put that kind of personal embarrassment
- 38:10Speaker 6: and disgrace out there for my personal enjoyment. But I
- 38:13Speaker 6: loved it when it came to your new man. There's
- 38:18Speaker 6: a long line of frogs to get to this one. Yeah, frog,
- 38:21Speaker 6: and you're just like Bagger, I'll make do No.
- 38:23Speaker 8: He's a total prince. And I tell you what the
- 38:26Speaker 8: bit you're referring to is. I used to do a
- 38:28Speaker 8: bit in my stand up where I sort of talked
- 38:30Speaker 8: about how I keep dating the guy that lives at
- 38:32Speaker 8: the back of the main house.
- 38:34Speaker 3: I feel a lot of woman nodding alone with me
- 38:36Speaker 3: right now.
- 38:37Speaker 8: The guy that lives at the back of the main house.
- 38:39Speaker 8: He only tells you, once you've already in the uber,
- 38:42Speaker 8: to not knock on the front door, but to go
- 38:44Speaker 8: pass the wheely bins down the back. Keep coming down
- 38:47Speaker 8: and there's a security light snaps, and you're sort of
- 38:50Speaker 8: hoping maybe he's just on the back porch chanting a
- 38:53Speaker 8: pinonois after a hard day at the office. But no, No,
- 38:57Speaker 8: you realize he lives in the garage.
- 38:59Speaker 6: And never leaves the garage.
- 39:01Speaker 5: He's been there for teen years.
- 39:02Speaker 3: Strong smell of.
- 39:05Speaker 4: You walk in there and there's like ten massive bongsmary.
- 39:08Speaker 8: There's those beer crates made into a bookshelf class. It's
- 39:12Speaker 8: one of those faux mink blankets, a tiger on it.
- 39:18Speaker 5: I feel like, Jose you were picturing you living like
- 39:20Speaker 5: this and loving it.
- 39:21Speaker 4: No, I mean what you were describing for me was
- 39:24Speaker 4: west Auckland. Yeah, so that sounds very familiar to me.
- 39:29Speaker 8: When I met my guy now, he said, just come
- 39:32Speaker 8: straight to the front door.
- 39:36Speaker 5: And that's when she knew in the front door.
- 39:38Speaker 6: And then he was living in the basement.
- 39:42Speaker 5: The front door of a caravan. Still the front door,
- 39:45Speaker 5: just the front door exactly exactly. So how's this? How's
- 39:50Speaker 5: the show being released? Because with the last one. You
- 39:51Speaker 5: guys were very progressive and modern with the way you
- 39:53Speaker 5: did it. Obviously YouTube spin off website and you were
- 39:55Speaker 5: saying full episodes on Instagram. Yeah, the same again this time.
- 40:00Speaker 2: Yeah, although this time we're dropping all six episodes on
- 40:04Speaker 2: YouTube all at.
- 40:04Speaker 5: Once, right, okay, so we can binge it.
- 40:06Speaker 2: You can binge it, but on the socials, they'll come
- 40:08Speaker 2: out weekly just to tease people.
- 40:11Speaker 5: Was that recommended by them? Like, hey, nowadays people like
- 40:13Speaker 5: it if you just drop them all at once.
- 40:15Speaker 4: Is that last? Yeah?
- 40:16Speaker 2: Last season we got there lots of people commenting, just
- 40:18Speaker 2: be like, I just want to watch it all now
- 40:19Speaker 2: because fifteen minutes, you know, it's just a a bit
- 40:22Speaker 2: short but bite sized.
- 40:23Speaker 4: Can I can I ask if it's not too personal?
- 40:26Speaker 4: A question to be depends. Do your partners or have
- 40:33Speaker 4: they seen the first series of your show? Yep? Yes,
- 40:37Speaker 4: the first series?
- 40:37Speaker 8: Yes, the second series yet?
- 40:39Speaker 4: Right? Okay, R Special Troops.
- 40:42Speaker 5: What did they think of the first season?
- 40:44Speaker 2: They liked it. We've got merch the caps and here
- 40:48Speaker 2: is that a lot?
- 40:48Speaker 4: Oh yeah?
- 40:49Speaker 8: Yeah, present school advertising?
- 40:52Speaker 5: Yeah, so he liked the hatt. What did you think
- 40:58Speaker 5: of the show? Yeah?
- 40:58Speaker 4: The hat's great. I love It's like going to a
- 41:02Speaker 4: theater show and going to lighting was amazing, really really good.
- 41:07Speaker 4: And it's got even better for you, hasn't it in
- 41:10Speaker 4: many respects because I'm looking out into Studio B and
- 41:13Speaker 4: I'm seeing this beautiful little baby out there, gorgeous.
- 41:16Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 41:18Speaker 4: And I'm not just saying that because you were, you know,
- 41:21Speaker 4: freaking out that maybe she will you know, but she's gorgeous.
- 41:24Speaker 4: So that's been it's been like a massive transformation for
- 41:27Speaker 4: you from from there to there.
- 41:29Speaker 8: Yeah, and one year basically yes, Yeah, And I do
- 41:33Speaker 8: think there's pretty something magical about Singles Club and doing
- 41:36Speaker 8: season one where you just get to talk about your
- 41:38Speaker 8: hopes and dreams out loud. Yes, your mate on the
- 41:41Speaker 8: Telly And I think something really worked for me. So yeah,
- 41:44Speaker 8: I've sort of just like nailed it.
- 41:48Speaker 5: Crazy, So you're only doing season two for brit then,
- 41:51Speaker 5: like you don't even want to do it?
- 41:53Speaker 4: Wow?
- 41:53Speaker 8: No, it was really fun, but I didn't. We talked
- 41:56Speaker 8: about a lot about like because I was pregnant during
- 41:58Speaker 8: the thing, so you sort of get to see me.
- 42:00Speaker 5: Yeah, right, worry about that.
- 42:03Speaker 6: Yeah. And then now that you've got how because obviously
- 42:07Speaker 6: it's something that you're hoping and dreaming for and then
- 42:09Speaker 6: you get it in the reality sort of bites a
- 42:10Speaker 6: little bit.
- 42:11Speaker 4: How's it, how's your sleep.
- 42:13Speaker 8: Broken?
- 42:15Speaker 3: A word?
- 42:17Speaker 4: Too bad?
- 42:19Speaker 5: She's like, it's a whole new.
- 42:20Speaker 4: World, doesn't it.
- 42:21Speaker 5: It is?
- 42:21Speaker 8: Yeah, I reckon three hours Stince. I feel pretty amazing.
- 42:24Speaker 8: If I get three hours in the row. I'm like, wow, yeah,
- 42:27Speaker 8: that's what you need.
- 42:28Speaker 4: Yeah, man, that's he I've found, you know, child wearing discipline.
- 42:34Speaker 7: So you know, it's like bed at seven pm, it's late,
- 42:41Speaker 7: and then yeah it's late, and then I'm not up
- 42:44Speaker 7: till eight the next morning.
- 42:46Speaker 4: All right, deal with it.
- 42:47Speaker 5: And you say that to an infant, you say that.
- 42:50Speaker 4: The baby, and the baby just sleeps, so.
- 42:54Speaker 6: Goes to bed and then his wife gets up all night.
- 42:57Speaker 4: Jason's like, yeah, that's how it should be. Hey, guys,
- 43:01Speaker 4: thank you so much for coming on and all the
- 43:03Speaker 4: best for the second series. And again, people can find
- 43:07Speaker 4: that on YouTube and the spinoff.
- 43:08Speaker 8: Yes, the split off websites and Instagram.
- 43:11Speaker 5: Yeah, that's right, And it releases tomorrow tomorrow twelve pm.
- 43:16Speaker 5: And in the meantime, if you haven't seen Brendan Kus
- 43:18Speaker 5: Singles Club Season one, it's all available on YouTube. Go
- 43:20Speaker 5: it's they first, it's six fifteen minute episodes. You get
- 43:23Speaker 5: through an hour and a half. Yes, very very good,
- 43:27Speaker 5: Thanks mate, guy. Guys, guys, do you guys like David Bowie.
- 43:35Speaker 1: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 43:41Speaker 4: Welcome back to your mess of backbones. Hope you're having a
- 43:43Speaker 4: relaxing Monday evening. You're listening to the Big Show brought
- 43:47Speaker 4: to you by reboog Gear.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Beef checking vegan and vegetarian options to reburg Gary redefining
- 43:52Speaker 5: the norm.
- 43:58Speaker 4: Ye're nice? What's it in it to night Fellows?
- 44:01Speaker 6: Interesting question, Jezz. Today I made a beautiful lamb roast
- 44:07Speaker 6: with roastumera which I hate, roast carrot and roast spuds,
- 44:12Speaker 6: so I'll be hooking into that when I get home there.
- 44:14Speaker 4: Yeah, nice, nice sauce. Well, I tell you what.
- 44:18Speaker 6: The sauce is an interesting one, Jas. I've gone with
- 44:21Speaker 6: a few leaves of your mint, yes, mixed it in
- 44:24Speaker 6: with some marmalade and a little bit of white wine vinegar.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Wow, how'd you think of that?
- 44:29Speaker 6: I don't know, man, It just sort of you're standing
- 44:32Speaker 6: there in the kitchen. You go, what can I do
- 44:33Speaker 6: to spice this up a little bit?
- 44:35Speaker 4: Sure?
- 44:35Speaker 6: And I'm not a big fan of min sauce. I've
- 44:37Speaker 6: made it. The wife can have it if she wants,
- 44:39Speaker 6: but other than that, I'll just get tipped down the
- 44:41Speaker 6: sink about a week.
- 44:42Speaker 4: I'm a big fan of the old marmalade glaze on
- 44:46Speaker 4: your hams and things like that.
- 44:48Speaker 6: I'd give it to you. I'd give it to you,
- 44:50Speaker 6: all right, I'd give it to you on your ham.
- 44:53Speaker 6: But that's probably all honey. Actually I don't mind a
- 44:55Speaker 6: honey obviously on a ham. Yes, But as we've discussed,
- 44:58Speaker 6: I hate meat mixed with free true.
- 45:00Speaker 4: I think it is a travesty. And keysy you've been
- 45:06Speaker 4: letting me down of late. You on the team with
- 45:08Speaker 4: your meals. What I look forward to what keys he's
- 45:11Speaker 4: going to have. But there's been a lot of split chickens.
- 45:15Speaker 5: Butterfly chicken, something split chicken. It sounds absolutely yeah, splitting
- 45:20Speaker 5: it's a butterfly chick. I actually my wife said you
- 45:22Speaker 5: want a butterfly chicken this week? And I said yes,
- 45:23Speaker 5: and then she went, actually, no, I've got another idea.
- 45:26Speaker 6: Yeah, that was closed, so you nearly Yeah, She just
- 45:28Speaker 6: wanted to see what you wanted so that she could
- 45:30Speaker 6: determine what she would actually do, which is the opposite
- 45:32Speaker 6: of what you want, which.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Is what we did.
- 45:34Speaker 5: We got my food bag and last night we had
- 45:36Speaker 5: lamb with Kumeraus spud, carrot and a marmalade mint sauce.
- 45:40Speaker 4: Wow, that was on Saturday night. That sounds foul.
- 45:45Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, to be honestam not very good.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Tell you what I like with marmalade. Third time in
- 45:50Speaker 4: a row. The trick with it is, man, it's all
- 45:52Speaker 4: about it.
- 45:52Speaker 5: You're prepared, No, it was prepared beautifully, third time in
- 45:55Speaker 5: a row. No longer ordering lamb from that particular company.
- 45:59Speaker 6: You know what you need to do is what I do? Keyesy,
- 46:01Speaker 6: and let's go down to my local butchers. Support local, brother,
- 46:04Speaker 6: we do support local.
- 46:05Speaker 4: Yeah, totally. I like to go to all my local
- 46:09Speaker 4: vegetable shops and you just go to the hot pot
- 46:12Speaker 4: stor and to my butcher and I it's specific cats.
- 46:16Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I'm very cuteful Jerry down there at the
- 46:18Speaker 4: local butcher. He's bloody great, Jerry. Yeah yeah, but I'm
- 46:22Speaker 4: having ram and tonight.
- 46:27Speaker 6: There's so many other different types of food there that
- 46:29Speaker 6: you've got to get away from this.
- 46:32Speaker 4: But my wife is making this with a with a
- 46:34Speaker 4: chicken breast and a beautiful sort of gingery soup. It's
- 46:39Speaker 4: great stuff with an egg floating in there as well
- 46:42Speaker 4: with the noodles.
- 46:43Speaker 5: I reckon it's good because for decades all we've eaten
- 46:46Speaker 5: is Western food and New Zealand. That's pretty boring stuff.
- 46:48Speaker 5: And now are you're talking about all these great things, Jason.
- 46:51Speaker 6: If you've been alive, Keezy, there's been every kind of
- 46:53Speaker 6: cuisine in the world. The problem is you grow up
- 46:55Speaker 6: on a Cardo plantation and.
- 46:57Speaker 5: There's a small lifestyle block. Yeah, yeah, and so and
- 47:00Speaker 5: going out for dinner was like, oh, we're going to
- 47:01Speaker 5: go to the lone start, sure, and get what we
- 47:03Speaker 5: have at home. But biggot, I'm just.
- 47:05Speaker 4: Prepping myself for Vietnam.
- 47:08Speaker 6: Are you going to Vietnam?
- 47:09Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 47:09Speaker 6: Man, are you?
- 47:11Speaker 4: I'm going to live there. I'm living there, man.
- 47:14Speaker 5: You know it's famous in Vietnam.
- 47:16Speaker 4: Ramond that your sort of asiatic sort of foods talking
- 47:22Speaker 4: about Here's the Frank.
- 47:25Speaker 1: The Whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 47:28Speaker 3: Tune in week days and four on Radio.
- 47:30Speaker 4: Hodaki Ellison Jane's there and the Radio Hodaki Big Show.
- 47:34Speaker 4: This Monday evening, the time fellas exactly fifteen minutes past
- 47:40Speaker 4: six o'clock, fellas a special time in my house.
- 47:43Speaker 6: Over the weekend, over the last sort of week or so,
- 47:46Speaker 6: we've been reading the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Yes,
- 47:52Speaker 6: to my daughter Moggi Minogi. And prior to that, we've
- 47:56Speaker 6: been reading the Famous Five Books. And I got to
- 48:00Speaker 6: say there's a significant step up in quality from Famous
- 48:03Speaker 6: Five to Harry Potter. Right, But over the course of
- 48:05Speaker 6: yesterday my wife must have read about one hundred and
- 48:08Speaker 6: fifty pages to my daughter with a view of getting
- 48:11Speaker 6: to the end of the book and then watching the film. Yes,
- 48:15Speaker 6: Harry Potter and the Philosophers Don't or is it called
- 48:18Speaker 6: the Sorcerer's Stone? And America?
- 48:19Speaker 5: It was called the Sorcerer's Stone because they were worried
- 48:22Speaker 5: that Americans wouldn't undertand.
- 48:23Speaker 4: What a philosopher is is that right?
- 48:25Speaker 5: One hundred percent. That's the same reason why a third
- 48:27Speaker 5: pounder was changed to a quarter pounder. Oh, they got
- 48:30Speaker 5: rid of the third pounder because the Americans would think
- 48:32Speaker 5: that one third is less than one quarter, right, because
- 48:34Speaker 5: it's got a three three.
- 48:36Speaker 6: Yeah, that makes sense. And it was a real treat
- 48:40Speaker 6: actually to sit there and watch them because I've never
- 48:41Speaker 6: seen the Harry Potter films, right, so I got to
- 48:44Speaker 6: sit there and watch them with my daughter, as you know,
- 48:48Speaker 6: during her first time. What I've sort of forgotten about
- 48:51Speaker 6: was that when you're a kid and you watch a movie,
- 48:54Speaker 6: if you've seen that before, or if you know anything
- 48:56Speaker 6: about it at all, you have to say every single
- 48:59Speaker 6: thing that is coming up before it happens, so that
- 49:02Speaker 6: everybody in the room knows that you know more than them.
- 49:06Speaker 4: Yes.
- 49:06Speaker 6: So about three minutes into it, I got told what
- 49:09Speaker 6: happens at the end of the movie. Wow, that quick
- 49:11Speaker 6: straight into it, and it was just absolutely critical to
- 49:14Speaker 6: her that she knew that I knew that she knew
- 49:18Speaker 6: everything there was to know, and my wife was trying
- 49:21Speaker 6: to stop her from what.
- 49:23Speaker 5: Did you say?
- 49:24Speaker 6: Was she like, he's the bad guy? Everybody think and
- 49:27Speaker 6: spoil it. Yeah, they think it's snap, but it's actually
- 49:30Speaker 6: not straight away, just straight into.
- 49:35Speaker 5: It's so funny.
- 49:37Speaker 6: But it was quite good to watch it knowing exactly
- 49:39Speaker 6: what happened, because you got to see how well put
- 49:42Speaker 6: together the movie was. It's like, oh, man, if I
- 49:44Speaker 6: didn't know this, I would be totally get in tricked
- 49:47Speaker 6: because Alan Rickman seems like a really bad dude. Yes,
- 49:51Speaker 6: but I was also conscious of you cheesy, because I
- 49:54Speaker 6: know what a massive psycho you are.
- 49:57Speaker 4: Harry.
- 49:57Speaker 5: I enjoy Harry Potter. I grew up so this. I've
- 50:00Speaker 5: got a core memory, which is my dad taking me
- 50:02Speaker 5: out for dinner and then us going to watch the
- 50:04Speaker 5: first Harry Potter in the theater right and me having to
- 50:06Speaker 5: be like, Dad, please, He's like, what is it about.
- 50:08Speaker 5: I'm like, just just come old.
- 50:09Speaker 6: To go watch it. We have to go watch And
- 50:11Speaker 6: how old were you?
- 50:13Speaker 5: What year did that come out? Two thousand and one
- 50:14Speaker 5: or something?
- 50:16Speaker 6: Oh wow, Yeah, it was a pretty special thing, it was.
- 50:21Speaker 6: She absolutely loves it. She can't wait to now start
- 50:23Speaker 6: the second book. We had all three of us are
- 50:26Speaker 6: on a couch. It was popcorn and lollies and all
- 50:28Speaker 6: that sort of stuff. Pretty wicked question.
- 50:31Speaker 5: How did she react to the running into Baltimore and
- 50:34Speaker 5: the forest scene?
- 50:36Speaker 6: Well, good as gold. Not too happy about what happens
- 50:39Speaker 6: to that unicorn?
- 50:40Speaker 5: Yes, because that was a very I remember as a
- 50:42Speaker 5: kid at the theater being quite scared by that scene.
- 50:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I think because we'd because we'd read the book,
- 50:48Speaker 6: well essentially that day she had read it, she was
- 50:50Speaker 6: sort of prepared for it, and she managed to taugh
- 50:52Speaker 6: it out.
- 50:52Speaker 4: Normally she freaks out, but on this one she handled.
- 50:55Speaker 6: It really well.
- 50:55Speaker 5: That's good man.
- 50:56Speaker 6: But it's awesome because I remember growing up and all
- 50:58Speaker 6: of these sort of things. For me, it was probably
- 51:00Speaker 6: Star Wars, Indiana Jones films, all those sorts of things
- 51:07Speaker 6: where you do have real core memories of watching things
- 51:09Speaker 6: with your family. So yeah, I'm pretty pumped to get
- 51:11Speaker 6: into what is there another five of those?
- 51:13Speaker 5: There's another seven of them because they split the seventh
- 51:16Speaker 5: book in two. But I will say that the first
- 51:19Speaker 5: Harry Potter magical fun, right, second one Chamber of Secrets,
- 51:22Speaker 5: great but better for the adults. And then it changes
- 51:24Speaker 5: to a darker tone from three on movies, So it's
- 51:27Speaker 5: probably not how is Moggi Minogi.
- 51:31Speaker 4: Seven just in seven, So you're just gonna have to
- 51:33Speaker 4: slow down the reading of the stories just a page tonight,
- 51:37Speaker 4: little one?
- 51:38Speaker 6: Yeah right, right, Well, you must have taken all of
- 51:40Speaker 6: your daughters along to these as well.
- 51:42Speaker 4: Totally, and they still to this day love Harry Potter movie.
- 51:46Speaker 4: But you know what I mean, Let's watch Harry Potter
- 51:50Speaker 4: one percent and it'll be like.
- 51:51Speaker 5: Did they know they know that? Were they aware that
- 51:55Speaker 5: their dad played Dobby and the Harry Potter films?
- 51:57Speaker 4: Yeah they were.
- 51:58Speaker 5: That's amazing.
- 51:59Speaker 4: But like everything, you know, everything I do in my career,
- 52:02Speaker 4: they're like whatever, yeah, you know what I mean. Actually
- 52:04Speaker 4: they love Dobby until they found out I was playing them.
- 52:08Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodaki Oasis.
- 52:13Speaker 4: Here on the Radio Hodarky Big Show this Monday evening.
- 52:17Speaker 4: The time is six twenty eight.
- 52:18Speaker 6: Yeah, get hey, feelers. Hey, the biggest competition in the world.
- 52:21Speaker 6: Everybody's talking about the Hidache Big Show. Are looking for
- 52:24Speaker 6: their lookalike, So we are looking for our stand in
- 52:27Speaker 6: Hodeche Big Show. We are asking you to dob in
- 52:31Speaker 6: your mates or even yourself. If you think you look
- 52:33Speaker 6: like Hardy, jiz Old Keezy or Mogi there, flick through
- 52:37Speaker 6: those photos to the Hidiche Big Show Instagram page. We're
- 52:40Speaker 6: going to get you together and we're gonna get you
- 52:42Speaker 6: up to Auckland and you're going to do all the
- 52:43Speaker 6: things that we don't want to do. And let me
- 52:45Speaker 6: tell you there's heaps of it, all right, so get
- 52:47Speaker 6: them coming in good stuff.
- 52:48Speaker 4: In the meantime, what's on the news with me?
- 52:55Speaker 9: Kimzy fellas Or has almost passed in Michigan of the
- 53:03Speaker 9: USA because for a long time, now, hundreds of years,
- 53:07Speaker 9: it's been illegal for kids to run lemonade stands unless
- 53:11Speaker 9: they had a permit or paid fees.
- 53:13Speaker 5: Isn't that crazy? So in the States because there's like
- 53:15Speaker 5: what fifty something stage, I don't know, I don't give a.
- 53:17Speaker 4: Shit dollar und is a dollar tax keyzy or start?
- 53:20Speaker 5: But finally it is legal for little kids to run
- 53:23Speaker 5: a lemonade stand without a permit, without fees. This bill
- 53:25Speaker 5: is hopefully going to be passed and it will be
- 53:27Speaker 5: legal in that state. It must, however, bring in less
- 53:30Speaker 5: than five thousand dollars US per year. Did you guys
- 53:34Speaker 5: ever run a lemonade stand growing up?
- 53:37Speaker 6: I sort of ran a little moonshine alcohol. It was alcohol, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 53:45Speaker 6: Well I was only seven, but this was in leven.
- 53:47Speaker 6: People weren really into lemonade in live In Yeah. They
- 53:50Speaker 6: sort of like your bourbons, your whiskeys, your beers and
- 53:54Speaker 6: all that sort of. So we started with the lemonade
- 53:56Speaker 6: and we just found that there wasn't the demand. But
- 53:58Speaker 6: we'd already built the little fare stall out of the
- 54:00Speaker 6: cardboard the cowdboard boxes.
- 54:03Speaker 5: So it's easy to move to moonshine then to pack
- 54:05Speaker 5: down this.
- 54:05Speaker 6: Well, how can we use this, because now we've got
- 54:07Speaker 6: the office set up. You don't want to just chuck
- 54:10Speaker 6: that in the bit and get rid of it. How
- 54:11Speaker 6: can we use it? So we just we just changed
- 54:13Speaker 6: over the hard liquor. Wow, and I was making you know,
- 54:16Speaker 6: quarter of a million a year.
- 54:17Speaker 4: Yeah, it was good money back there because I ran
- 54:20Speaker 4: a tennea house and you know you.
- 54:24Speaker 6: Did you do it out of the lemonade stands sort
- 54:26Speaker 6: of set up though, because they're very innocent looking easy,
- 54:28Speaker 6: that's the genius.
- 54:30Speaker 4: The only different thing we did with it. We had
- 54:32Speaker 4: like corrugated iron is well you know what I mean.
- 54:35Speaker 4: It looked like a little farms shed.
- 54:37Speaker 6: Did you use a little like a little cut out
- 54:39Speaker 6: of like a letterbox singing just like the money went
- 54:41Speaker 6: in the air, you swap it out.
- 54:43Speaker 5: Yes, yes, it makes a lot of money out of it.
- 54:50Speaker 5: Most of you spend it all on meth and yeah,
- 54:53Speaker 5: yeah to sell.
- 54:57Speaker 1: No Ah Holdichy Big Show with Jason Mike and Keyzy.
- 55:02Speaker 3: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodkey.

- 56:04Speaker 4: you're off home to your lamb and marmalade sauce with kumra,
- 56:10Speaker 4: roast potatoes and carrots delicious. Excited.
- 56:14Speaker 6: I don't have excits right word, but I am excited
- 56:16Speaker 6: to get on the couch and watch watch something I
- 56:19Speaker 6: don't know. I'll be watching the agency, but I'm not
- 56:21Speaker 6: particularly strilled with that. Yeah, did you get to the internet?
- 56:24Speaker 4: No, No, I haven't gone back to that for a
- 56:25Speaker 4: little while, right, I think we've got about three yps

- 56:41Speaker 4: Ah?
- 56:42Speaker 5: And then yeah, I'll just be going over the scripts
- 56:45Speaker 5: for tomorrow's Game of Two Halves filming Fellas?
- 56:47Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, Well I just hope we did
- 56:50Speaker 6: use all your energy up on that show. Right, your
- 56:53Speaker 6: first responsibility is here to I are you rolling in?
- 56:58Speaker 6: Full head of steam?
- 57:00Speaker 5: Is for weird esteem?
- 57:02Speaker 6: Okay?
- 57:02Speaker 5: If that's who you've got this audio off, man, I'm
- 57:06Speaker 5: gonna need it tomorrow. Jason, what are you up to tonight?
- 57:09Speaker 4: Man?
- 57:09Speaker 5: Hot pot?
- 57:10Speaker 4: No, no, hot pots? My daughter is coming over. She's
- 57:16Speaker 4: been dog sitting and she's still dog sitting, and I said, hey,
