- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Meloncamps and camera Judge. Hi, guys,
- 0:13Speaker 1: welcome to this week's Too Teas in a Pod with myself,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Teddy Melancamps and tail and judge. How are you, Teddy?
- 0:21Speaker 1: I am doing pretty well. I feel like what we're
- 0:25Speaker 1: starting today off with is is pretty heavy, and I
- 0:28Speaker 1: feel like I just kind of want to get through it.
- 0:30Speaker 1: And then we'll talk about our weekends and we'll talk
- 0:32Speaker 1: about like all of our Instagram questions. After we we
- 0:35Speaker 1: do the headlines and then we go through the recaps.
- 0:37Speaker 1: So you feel good about that, Tom, I mean, we're
- 0:39Speaker 1: going into some heavy stuff and we're going into yeah
- 0:42Speaker 1: for sure, and we are going What we've decided is
- 0:45Speaker 1: that we are going to go on facts only in
- 0:48Speaker 1: regards to everything that's been going on with the Real
- 0:50Speaker 1: Housewife said Beverly Hills. We are solely reading off things
- 0:55Speaker 1: that have happened. None are our opinions. It is going
- 0:59Speaker 1: to be a chain of events that have occurred either
- 1:02Speaker 1: in the press or on social media right which are horrible,
- 1:05Speaker 1: which it's just okay. So if you're a fan of
- 1:08Speaker 1: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you may be aware that
- 1:11Speaker 1: things have been transpiring on the show. There's also like
- 1:15Speaker 1: some nasty drama on social media, and I mean it's convoluted,
- 1:20Speaker 1: it's confusing. You could go it's yeah, I mean you
- 1:23Speaker 1: could go down every possible rabbit hole. Um. So we're
- 1:27Speaker 1: gonna go through the timeline of the TV show and
- 1:30Speaker 1: also what's been happening on social media and report what's
- 1:34Speaker 1: been going on. There was an episode of Beverly Hills
- 1:36Speaker 1: that featured Garcela's birthday party and her family was there.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Erica yelled out at one of her sons, Jack, saying
- 1:44Speaker 1: get the f out of here at that time. After
- 1:48Speaker 1: the show aired, Kyle received criticism for laughing at Erica's response.
- 1:52Speaker 1: On July five, Kyle posted, I had not seen what
- 1:56Speaker 1: Erica said to Jack's in person, but was told about
- 1:59Speaker 1: it the following day, along with some funny moments as well.
- 2:02Speaker 1: When I said, it's not funny, but it's funny, I
- 2:04Speaker 1: met Erica being drunk was funny, but what was said
- 2:07Speaker 1: to Jack's was not. Allegedly, at this time, Porsche received
- 2:12Speaker 1: hate and her account went private. As Beach continued airing,
- 2:17Speaker 1: things have continued to transpire on social media. We're going
- 2:20Speaker 1: to read some of the following statements. So Garcel post,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I'm usually a very strong woman. I've been raised to
- 2:27Speaker 1: be strong. My life has taught me to be strong.
- 2:29Speaker 1: But when it comes to my kids, it hurts. It's
- 2:32Speaker 1: not okay. I've been in tears all night. It's just
- 2:35Speaker 1: a TV show. People scream at your TV, throw something
- 2:37Speaker 1: at your TV, but leave our kids alone. Hashtag r
- 2:41Speaker 1: H O b H. And then there's also a post
- 2:47Speaker 1: that Garcel does, but it's written from Jack's Garcel's fourteen
- 2:51Speaker 1: year old son. Well, I'd like to start off by
- 2:53Speaker 1: saying that I'm still a kid and wish to not
- 2:55Speaker 1: be viewed as a fully matured adult because I am
- 2:58Speaker 1: not one. It is currently my first week of high school,
- 3:01Speaker 1: and instead of enjoying it like most kids at my school,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I have to deal with being attacked on social media.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I did not sign up for the show, nor do
- 3:08Speaker 1: I have anything to do with the show's drama. I
- 3:11Speaker 1: just want to be a normal kid. The purpose of
- 3:13Speaker 1: my Instagram account is not for publicity nor the public's gaze,
- 3:17Speaker 1: but to be seen by my peers is just another kid.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I really wanted to avoid going private, but I just
- 3:24Speaker 1: have to at this point. The constant support from everyone
- 3:27Speaker 1: makes it much more tolerable. However, middle aged women spamming
- 3:31Speaker 1: me with racist and crude comments about my family is
- 3:35Speaker 1: not what I expected for my first week of high school.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Thank you for all the positive comments. It truly means
- 3:40Speaker 1: a lot to me. It's just so heartbreaking. And then
- 3:44Speaker 1: Bravo posts on their Instagram, we are shocked and appalled
- 3:49Speaker 1: at the social comments directed at garselves. Sign we use
- 3:52Speaker 1: our viewers and social followers alike to refrain from targeting
- 3:56Speaker 1: our casts and their families with harmful rhetoric. To our knowledge.
- 4:01Speaker 1: A majority of the Beverly Hills reposted Bravo's statement, including
- 4:06Speaker 1: Lisa Renna, who also said, we are doing a TV show.
- 4:11Speaker 1: We try to entertain you. Why can't you treat it
- 4:14Speaker 1: like wrestling? For God's sake, Love us, love to hate us,
- 4:17Speaker 1: but leave the kids alone. What I was sent about
- 4:19Speaker 1: Garcela's son is disgusting and unacceptable, and what I heard
- 4:22Speaker 1: happened to Portia is disgusting and unacceptable. And what you've
- 4:27Speaker 1: said and done to my own kids is disgusting. The
- 4:29Speaker 1: threats to the pretty mess son and I'm sure all
- 4:32Speaker 1: the beautiful children they didn't sign up for this. What
- 4:35Speaker 1: are you doing? The kids are All of our kids
- 4:38Speaker 1: should be off limits. Enough is enough. Renna posted this
- 4:41Speaker 1: actually before the Bravo release went out, and then she
- 4:46Speaker 1: additionally posted what Bravo sent During this time, it was
- 4:50Speaker 1: also suggested that some of these comments appearing on Beverly
- 4:54Speaker 1: Hill's Housewife social media pertaining to this may be caused
- 4:57Speaker 1: by bots. At this time, Diana has posted a few statements. Okay,
- 5:02Speaker 1: so Diana posted this, please read article I wrote in
- 5:06Speaker 1: Lincoln Bio. It might give you more insight into who
- 5:09Speaker 1: I am as a person and as a mother. I'm
- 5:11Speaker 1: appalled at recent comments aimed at the child of one
- 5:14Speaker 1: of my fellow Beverly Hills cast members. No one should
- 5:18Speaker 1: be treated this way, especially children. Sadly, this was not
- 5:22Speaker 1: the first time Beverly Hills children have been attacked. This
- 5:25Speaker 1: has to stop. Leave our kids alone. And then we
- 5:29Speaker 1: get to another post, which is I from Diana. I
- 5:34Speaker 1: have been accused of instigating the hateful and inexcusable cyber
- 5:38Speaker 1: bulling of Garcela's son. Nothing could be further from the truth.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I have stood for human rights my whole life. There's
- 5:44Speaker 1: no place for hate in this world. To those people
- 5:47Speaker 1: who have been attacking my family and threatening our lives,
- 5:49Speaker 1: you are also spreading hate and creating fear. Please stop.
- 5:52Speaker 1: As of last week, many of Lisa Renna's post pertaining
- 5:56Speaker 1: to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have been archived on
- 5:59Speaker 1: her feet. As of the taping of this podcast, Lisa
- 6:02Speaker 1: Renna has further issued statements that she's put on Instagram
- 6:06Speaker 1: or d m um yeah, and then she posted her
- 6:11Speaker 1: actual d m s. I don't know who cec loves you?
- 6:15Speaker 1: So cc a blogger or something you're talking to? Yeah,
- 6:19Speaker 1: so Cecie loves you. I guess This is Lisa Renna's
- 6:22Speaker 1: messages to her and she says, I archived it. That's all.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I've been keeping my social media page very edited, if
- 6:30Speaker 1: you will notice, I'm keeping it very positive and non
- 6:32Speaker 1: negative and fashion and fun. I don't want anything negative
- 6:36Speaker 1: on my grid, and since my own children are being
- 6:38Speaker 1: threatened as we speak, I felt it best to archive it.
- 6:42Speaker 1: The statement did nothing, so why keep it up. Our
- 6:45Speaker 1: children are getting dealt threats, all of our children. It's
- 6:48Speaker 1: gone beyond and I need to keep my family safe. Now.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I will no longer be saying or posting anything about
- 6:53Speaker 1: the show. Um, then you can read the next one. Okay,
- 6:58Speaker 1: I allow to say about that. It also, I never
- 7:01Speaker 1: had Beverly Hills anywhere on real house with Beverly Hills
- 7:04Speaker 1: anywhere on my Instagram and my profile. And I have
- 7:06Speaker 1: recently edit my Instagram page for Fashion, Fun and Family.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I took away eight thousand photos. I did that about
- 7:13Speaker 1: three weeks ago. If you go and look, there's still
- 7:16Speaker 1: a housewive stuff on there, from the reunion, from the
- 7:19Speaker 1: wine scene and Provence dancing and Provence the end. Yeah,
- 7:25Speaker 1: that was a weird statement. Well, I think it's because
- 7:27Speaker 1: people have been posting that she took down r H
- 7:31Speaker 1: O b H from her Instagram, Like like I said
- 7:34Speaker 1: it in her bio and you ever did you ever
- 7:37Speaker 1: see it in her body? She never had it in
- 7:38Speaker 1: her body. Okay, alright, it was never something but she did.
- 7:42Speaker 1: But but there is a lot of postcone she cleaned
- 7:45Speaker 1: her post up and I don't know, I don't know
- 7:47Speaker 1: if that's intentional or Bravo told her to do that. No,
- 7:50Speaker 1: I well, she's saying it's intentional. She did that on purpose.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And this includes removing the Bravo statement, Okay, and then
- 8:00Speaker 1: on her instant story said, there's the picture of her
- 8:05Speaker 1: on a red carpet, presumably, and it's I was Lisa
- 8:08Speaker 1: effing Renna before Housewives, and I'll be Lisa effing Renna after.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But why would she put that to have any ideas?
- 8:16Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, I think this is all
- 8:19Speaker 1: so messy. And my takeaway from this is there's what
- 8:25Speaker 1: happens on the show, and then simultaneously there's also things
- 8:28Speaker 1: that are happening on social media. Some connect to the
- 8:31Speaker 1: show and some don't. But this is the first time
- 8:35Speaker 1: that Bravo has ever in my knowledge, issued a statement
- 8:38Speaker 1: to address things that have happened on social media as
- 8:41Speaker 1: I should. Yes, And it's puzzling why this type seems
- 8:46Speaker 1: specific to Beverly Hills, why their social media gets so nasty,
- 8:50Speaker 1: because that doesn't really happen to you guys right right now,
- 8:54Speaker 1: Beverly Hills social media, it's so overpowering to me. I'm
- 8:59Speaker 1: to the point where I'm just custed. I don't know
- 9:00Speaker 1: what to believe. It's horrible and it needs to stop,
- 9:04Speaker 1: because I think that's there's a lot of people that
- 9:09Speaker 1: watch the show that don't go on social media that
- 9:13Speaker 1: really just watched the show to watch the show, and
- 9:15Speaker 1: I think the ratings are clearly showing that people are
- 9:20Speaker 1: into the show. I'm just saying, as a cast member,
- 9:23Speaker 1: it needs to start there. Stop spewing hate on social media.
- 9:28Speaker 1: In the story, I think, you know, we will continue
- 9:32Speaker 1: to follow this. And the biggest thing, regardless of who
- 9:38Speaker 1: you're fans of on the show and who you're not
- 9:41Speaker 1: and what drama you're invested in, nobody wants to see
- 9:46Speaker 1: children being attacked on social media. When my heart goes
- 9:50Speaker 1: out to Jackson Garcel, this is no and and you know,
- 9:55Speaker 1: allegedly they could be bots or the real people or
- 9:59Speaker 1: you know, I think it's just gotten. It needsgusting. It's disgusting,
- 10:05Speaker 1: and at the end of the day, it's if it's
- 10:07Speaker 1: you know, fans doing it or people buying bots or
- 10:10Speaker 1: however that works, it needs to stop. And also, I mean,
- 10:15Speaker 1: most people watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for lifestyle
- 10:20Speaker 1: and for drama, so not this kind of drama, right,
- 10:24Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. That's why they need to keep
- 10:26Speaker 1: it separate. Social media is separate, and it's disgusting on
- 10:31Speaker 1: so many levels. Um, yeah, it really is. And well,
- 10:37Speaker 1: I think that's kind of all we can say about that.
- 10:40Speaker 1: We've provided all the up to date facts that we
- 10:42Speaker 1: have as of Monday, and they I mean, I'm sure
- 10:46Speaker 1: by the time we're done recording this podcast, more things
- 10:48Speaker 1: will be more, more things will come out. Um And
- 10:52Speaker 1: I think that also. I hope that if if people
- 10:56Speaker 1: are listening, no matter why I this hate has gotten
- 11:02Speaker 1: to this point. No no one needs to see it.
- 11:07Speaker 1: It's not beneficial to anyone. Like, if you're watching the show,
- 11:12Speaker 1: watch the show, enjoy the enjoy the show or pick
- 11:17Speaker 1: your favorites or whatever it is. Enjoy the show for
- 11:20Speaker 1: what it is. Don't go after children like you don't
- 11:22Speaker 1: need to go after anybody. You don't need to go
- 11:25Speaker 1: after anyone. You can. And if you love somebody, go
- 11:28Speaker 1: on over to their page and tell them how much,
- 11:30Speaker 1: how much of how funny you think they are, or
- 11:32Speaker 1: like that, or keep it light to the point of
- 11:35Speaker 1: like that hair girl, you know whatever it is. But
- 11:38Speaker 1: this children alone. I mean, but let me ask you
- 11:41Speaker 1: a question, was the last time you watched a show,
- 11:44Speaker 1: a reality show, and then got on to that person's
- 11:47Speaker 1: Instagram and just talk shit about them? Never exactly so
- 11:51Speaker 1: it may also makes you wonder about who's doing this,
- 11:54Speaker 1: But I also don't want to be hypocritical. We are
- 11:57Speaker 1: on a podcast where we talk about all housewives, and
- 12:03Speaker 1: so I I at that point isn't lost on us.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So you guys know, the point we're trying to make
- 12:09Speaker 1: is you never need to get to the point where
- 12:12Speaker 1: you are wishing death. No, and we don't even wish
- 12:15Speaker 1: hate on any housewife as we talk on this podcast,
- 12:19Speaker 1: we are, but you can't even compare the two. Like
- 12:22Speaker 1: we're talking about what we saw. What is going on
- 12:25Speaker 1: right now is disgusting, hateful, criminal, Like it's horrible. I
- 12:30Speaker 1: think it's appalling what's happening. And you know, I cannot
- 12:34Speaker 1: imagine being Jackson this moment. Right this kid is going
- 12:39Speaker 1: to high school, he's fourteen. He's instead of enjoying his
- 12:43Speaker 1: high school years, he's getting hate on social media, death threats,
- 12:47Speaker 1: things like that. It's disgusting. Okay, now that we've talked
- 12:51Speaker 1: about that, can we take a little break and then
- 12:53Speaker 1: we'll come back. We'll talk some additional housewife headlines Atlanta
- 12:58Speaker 1: and Dubai. So we are back and we are still
- 13:12Speaker 1: in the world of real housewives social media, but now
- 13:16Speaker 1: we have moved on to jin Shaw, and she did
- 13:20Speaker 1: an Instagram story that said, let's play who did that?
- 13:26Speaker 1: Hashtag r h O s LC edition Oh boy? One.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I donated to Ted Cruise for President campaign four times two.
- 13:37Speaker 1: There are different types of black people. For example, black
- 13:41Speaker 1: people from Compton are different from black people from Salt
- 13:43Speaker 1: Lake City. No, my husband is from Compton. Three said,
- 13:48Speaker 1: O MG, you look like Molanna from the Disney movie.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Your people have the coolest hair. Can I touch it?
- 13:55Speaker 1: Four told me I should not talk about mental health
- 13:58Speaker 1: on the show or say I use medic cation for
- 14:00Speaker 1: my depression because it will be used against me. Five
- 14:04Speaker 1: called my son the N word. Six said not to
- 14:07Speaker 1: be racist or anything, but I like the big black
- 14:11Speaker 1: one the best. Then jeez, it's just what is she doing? Well?
- 14:19Speaker 1: So jin Shaw reposted not Lisa Barlow blocking jin fans
- 14:25Speaker 1: and also blocking some of Jin's fans stories. Hmm, what's
- 14:30Speaker 1: with that, Lisa? She's blocked blocked from her story some
- 14:33Speaker 1: of my friends who haven't even sending thing negative about
- 14:36Speaker 1: Jim but they support Jen. I can understand blocking me
- 14:38Speaker 1: due to my post regarding the tweets she was liking.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Could she just be blocking from stories anyone? Who supports Jin.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I know of two accounts who have who haven't been
- 14:47Speaker 1: negative towards her. And then this is a repost from
- 14:51Speaker 1: Jin from one of from Jin's click and it says
- 14:55Speaker 1: it's serving Ted Cruz for president and the Friends without
- 14:58Speaker 1: snow Flakes doing the most for free. Bitch, you don't
- 15:03Speaker 1: get paid. And then a gatorade, which I'm assuming means dehydration.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Dehydration Jesus. Really, I don't even know. I don't even
- 15:13Speaker 1: have to say about all this. Honestly, I don't even
- 15:16Speaker 1: think we discuss this any further than this is what's
- 15:20Speaker 1: been posted on jen Shaw's Instagram that we have to report.
- 15:23Speaker 1: But nothing's there on the show. We have no idea
- 15:26Speaker 1: what's coming. And I mean, I don't feel like gen
- 15:28Speaker 1: Shaw is very credible at this point. I mean, we're
- 15:30Speaker 1: just gonna have to wait and see, I guess. But
- 15:32Speaker 1: either way, it's just promoting more and more hate and
- 15:46Speaker 1: and and and lighter news. Shall we shall we talk
- 15:50Speaker 1: about your gal VICKI we shall can you because I've
- 15:55Speaker 1: got a little book stuff. What's what's happening? Yeah? Well,
- 15:58Speaker 1: evidently Vicky went on to a podcast recently and said
- 16:03Speaker 1: why did she not get asked back and I dine
- 16:06Speaker 1: and it must be because I'll show my tits. And
- 16:11Speaker 1: you know, actually how the pig Toddle did a good
- 16:13Speaker 1: breakdown about it, Like I could just see the executive
- 16:16Speaker 1: sitting back going, hm hmmm, should we offer Tamar the
- 16:20Speaker 1: spot or Vicky? Well, the fifty four year old Tamar
- 16:24Speaker 1: will show her tits and that's going to make this
- 16:26Speaker 1: show so much better. Like that, what kind of tone
- 16:30Speaker 1: did she have when she said it? Was she like
- 16:32Speaker 1: trying to be funny. No, not funny, she was just
- 16:35Speaker 1: being a matter of fact, like, oh, Tamara will show
- 16:37Speaker 1: her tits and I won't. So that's why she probably
- 16:39Speaker 1: got hired night dinnant And I'm like, I heard it.
- 16:42Speaker 1: I haven't even talked her about it. Um, But I mean,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I'm sorry to say, like when I think of who
- 16:50Speaker 1: tunes in to watch the Real Housewives of Orange County,
- 16:53Speaker 1: I'm not like, you know what, I bet it's a
- 16:55Speaker 1: bunch of men that want to see Yeah, I mean
- 16:58Speaker 1: it was just such a weird thing to say. Well
- 17:05Speaker 1: have you as you still haven't spoken to her at all? Um, No,
- 17:08Speaker 1: we've text you know things like this. When she says
- 17:12Speaker 1: stuff like this, I really just ignore it because there's
- 17:14Speaker 1: no like, what am I going to say, Like why
- 17:17Speaker 1: would you say that? Like you know what she's going
- 17:19Speaker 1: to say things like that, and quite honestly, I'm not
- 17:22Speaker 1: going to react to him. Yeah, not good. I mean,
- 17:25Speaker 1: I mean it was just a really like I couldn't
- 17:27Speaker 1: imagine if she got hired back and I didn't, and
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'd be like, so why did she get hired back? Yeah?
- 17:33Speaker 1: It makes absolutely no sense. What what is? And of
- 17:38Speaker 1: all the reasons to speculate, why that one? I know,
- 17:42Speaker 1: because it's not even a good one. It's not a
- 17:44Speaker 1: good one. It's not it's kind of a bullshit one.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And I mean, it'llow keep pissed me off, but it's
- 17:49Speaker 1: not worth a fight. It's really not worth a fight.
- 17:52Speaker 1: It'llow keep pissed me off. It did, but it's not
- 17:56Speaker 1: with a fight, you know what I mean. It's like,
- 17:57Speaker 1: I'm not gonna call her up and be like, really,
- 17:59Speaker 1: that's what you had to say? You know, she said it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It's over with. You can't take it back, Okay, not taken? Yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 1: you gotta pick your battles with these. Well, speaking of battles,
- 18:12Speaker 1: do you want to start with Atlanta? Or Dubai. Well
- 18:17Speaker 1: it's dub Dubs baby their season finale, so just let's
- 18:22Speaker 1: just get into it, Okay, yeah, oh, I mean it
- 18:26Speaker 1: starts out with the funeral. I mean the fact that
- 18:29Speaker 1: miss goat died and went to heaven and that kind
- 18:36Speaker 1: of made me sad. But then the the whole funeral
- 18:38Speaker 1: for a goat was like but but also, and I'm
- 18:43Speaker 1: trying to it's not funny, but like she's like maybe
- 18:46Speaker 1: she was a sick goat or it was the fertilizer.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Maybe she's getting the fertilizer yeah, or or then uh,
- 18:53Speaker 1: and so then ions like she was a fancy goat,
- 18:56Speaker 1: she got this, this and this. I'm like, maybe it's
- 18:59Speaker 1: that you can't just feed animals whatever it will make
- 19:02Speaker 1: them sick. But then then the goats life like that,
- 19:07Speaker 1: It's like even though the goat lived a short life,
- 19:09Speaker 1: and it's honestly like a lesson the area less than
- 19:12Speaker 1: I'm like, poor ms goat was not meant for the
- 19:17Speaker 1: lavish Dubai lifestyle. Well, I don't think if I put
- 19:21Speaker 1: a goat in my backyard that it's probably gonna last
- 19:24Speaker 1: that long. Like they need I don't know, I feel
- 19:26Speaker 1: like they need their freedom. They need to bend um
- 19:31Speaker 1: before we get into more of this finale. I forgot
- 19:33Speaker 1: to give you an update one. I loved Lisa when
- 19:36Speaker 1: she came on UM, but I had asked her if
- 19:41Speaker 1: the crown that she was wearing, I mean, if the
- 19:43Speaker 1: crown that Brooks was wearing was her borrowed Mr Maker crown?
- 19:47Speaker 1: And then Brooks went on Instagram commenting that she was
- 19:51Speaker 1: never Mr Your makeup Like there was a wait a minute,
- 19:57Speaker 1: So was she missed Ja Maker or not? So? I
- 19:59Speaker 1: mean this is from the Worldwide Web. Milan Hall is
- 20:05Speaker 1: a former MS Jamaica Universe contestant in two thousand nine
- 20:09Speaker 1: and is a former member of the cast of B. E. T.
- 20:12Speaker 1: S College Shill from two thousand eight through two thousand nine.
- 20:15Speaker 1: The show followed the cast members daily lives at their
- 20:17Speaker 1: historical colleges at the height of their popularity. She was
- 20:20Speaker 1: also crowned first runner up at the Miss Hollywood Teen
- 20:25Speaker 1: USA pageant and Queen Miss Jamaica Caribbean World in two
- 20:30Speaker 1: thousand ten. She previously entered the Miss Caribbean World two
- 20:35Speaker 1: thousand ten pageant. Listen, I don't know much about freaking pageantry.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Let me be does that mean you haven't been in
- 20:41Speaker 1: a pageant. I have never, in a shocking turn of events,
- 20:44Speaker 1: nobody has had me, me my talent in a pageant. Um.
- 20:50Speaker 1: But I guess she probably didn't win the one whatever
- 20:53Speaker 1: one Brooks is talking about, because Brooks is like I
- 20:57Speaker 1: checked to one Mr Jamaica. So she won some thing
- 21:00Speaker 1: she wants some Listen. She won more crowns than I've
- 21:03Speaker 1: ever won. This is also childish. But the end of
- 21:07Speaker 1: the day, who wears a crown to the reunion? I
- 21:12Speaker 1: mean for a middle seat? It's that's a rough gig.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Well that's embarrassing. But Caroline, we we still want you on.
- 21:21Speaker 1: We want to talk to you. We want to know
- 21:23Speaker 1: your side of things. This is what we do on
- 21:26Speaker 1: the twats. I get to the bottom of it. I
- 21:28Speaker 1: do love that Andy was wearing the crown for a
- 21:30Speaker 1: little bit. I thought that was cute. I did too. Okay,
- 21:33Speaker 1: so now we're back to the show and we Caroline
- 21:38Speaker 1: Stanbury is at an IVF clinic now that she is married,
- 21:42Speaker 1: since it wasn't allowed when she was engaged in Dubai.
- 21:45Speaker 1: She says, if they can't have if they can't have
- 21:47Speaker 1: a baby, Sergio, we'll be comfortable with that, but she
- 21:52Speaker 1: sees it happening for them. The doctor tells her they
- 21:54Speaker 1: have five eggs and will ferntalize. Now is she going
- 21:58Speaker 1: to do in vitro? Like is she gonna surrogate? I mean,
- 22:02Speaker 1: I don't, I don't know, you don't know, Okay, I
- 22:08Speaker 1: kind of see it going that way. I would not
- 22:10Speaker 1: want to be forty five years old and caring. I mean,
- 22:13Speaker 1: at thirty eight, I had Sophia and I, oh my gosh,
- 22:16Speaker 1: it was so hard. I know, I think it especially
- 22:20Speaker 1: because her last pregnancies that they showed that she's had.
- 22:23Speaker 1: You know, I think it's going to be could she
- 22:27Speaker 1: possibly could they possibly have a surrogate right now that's
- 22:30Speaker 1: already pregnant. They're not talking. I don't know what the
- 22:33Speaker 1: rules are in Dubai. Oh well, look at Andy he
- 22:37Speaker 1: had doing a different state. Yea, So maybe they're doing
- 22:41Speaker 1: it in the States, So I mean, we can We'll
- 22:45Speaker 1: just have to stay tuned. But either way, once again,
- 22:49Speaker 1: Sergio is so just goofy about all of the things,
- 22:54Speaker 1: like you're just so sweet and supportive, and it's like
- 22:57Speaker 1: and she's like You're like, she's about to go under,
- 23:00Speaker 1: like your buggy me or whatever, like get off of it. Um,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I think he's so sweet. And then, oh, I don't know,
- 23:08Speaker 1: I realized them all over the place, but this just
- 23:10Speaker 1: reminded me. Guess who I saw the other day at
- 23:14Speaker 1: the monster Jam one of my Namastate bitches. I saw
- 23:19Speaker 1: Namastate bitches. The the other girl, not Teresa, the other
- 23:23Speaker 1: the podcaster girl. Melissa. Yeah, no, not Melissa. Is that
- 23:27Speaker 1: her name? Her name Melissa Gorga? No, it's her name
- 23:30Speaker 1: is Melissa. Okay, So I saw Melissa. She was really nice.
- 23:33Speaker 1: She came up and I made a joke. I'm like, listen,
- 23:36Speaker 1: I don't think I didn't see that. You guys posted
- 23:40Speaker 1: like like like we were below you for your one
- 23:44Speaker 1: second clip a couple of days after our show it aired,
- 23:48Speaker 1: and she was like I doubt you know, Like we
- 23:50Speaker 1: had a good left. She was really funny and nice
- 23:52Speaker 1: and either way. But she said that she's talked to
- 23:55Speaker 1: you before. Oh yeah, yeah, I put on her podcast before.
- 23:58Speaker 1: She's super sweet and you Also, I met one of
- 24:01Speaker 1: my besties I know, Jennifer Lyson. Yes, she I've known
- 24:05Speaker 1: her for Oh my gosh, she's at my wedding, so
- 24:07Speaker 1: I've probably known her fifteen years. She's a New Yorker
- 24:10Speaker 1: that lives like literally two streets down for me and
- 24:12Speaker 1: I can't even talk about it, but she she didn't
- 24:14Speaker 1: give me some tea on and some of the things
- 24:18Speaker 1: going on with Oh my god, him at her I know. Anyways,
- 24:23Speaker 1: moving back back to Dubai, I think I'm really excited
- 24:26Speaker 1: for Dubai's reunion because that looks like it was probably
- 24:29Speaker 1: going to be better than this season. Because I'm even
- 24:31Speaker 1: having a hard time getting through the rundown of the finale,
- 24:33Speaker 1: which is not a good sign. I know, I know. Um. Then,
- 24:38Speaker 1: Chanelle tells her sister about her hypnotherapy and how she
- 24:42Speaker 1: talked about the way they were circumcised. She says the
- 24:45Speaker 1: procedure brought her and her sister close. She says after
- 24:48Speaker 1: she feels the women got into her head and took
- 24:51Speaker 1: all the problems and threw them out. She feels free.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I mean, I think it was so brave of her
- 24:56Speaker 1: to share this. Oh my gosh, I know it kind
- 24:58Speaker 1: of brought her back from being this over the top.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I am, you know, fabulous too, But I fully agree
- 25:06Speaker 1: with you, Tam. I think hearing this additional I think
- 25:11Speaker 1: the fact that Ion was so vulnerable and shared, just
- 25:16Speaker 1: showing that part of her life. I mean, no, the
- 25:18Speaker 1: average person cannot relate to a female circumcision circumcision, I
- 25:23Speaker 1: can even say it right. Um, but just the fact
- 25:25Speaker 1: that she opened up almost the entire season, we've kind
- 25:28Speaker 1: of seen her as, um this just a glamazon, like
- 25:32Speaker 1: just lam Yeah, just just fabulous and all these things
- 25:35Speaker 1: and outfits and talking with her sister was really heartbreaking
- 25:39Speaker 1: and it shows like how much strength she has, and
- 25:42Speaker 1: it really well, I think it kind of shows why
- 25:45Speaker 1: she is who she is today, Like she just puts
- 25:47Speaker 1: up this front because she's got so much pain inside
- 25:50Speaker 1: which is released. But what it was good to see
- 25:52Speaker 1: that the hypnotherapy and talking about it has made her
- 25:55Speaker 1: feel more free. Um. Then Caroline is nervous to be
- 26:00Speaker 1: on the Girl's trips since her hormones are through the
- 26:03Speaker 1: roof and she is emotional. Um, she says she will
- 26:06Speaker 1: try to zip it and coexist. Then that which we
- 26:11Speaker 1: we Then we panjam Brooks, who can't even keep her
- 26:14Speaker 1: eyes open from drinking. They joked that somehow she knows
- 26:18Speaker 1: where everyone is, but she's like she's always her eyes
- 26:21Speaker 1: int like this. Yeah, but she made one um thing
- 26:27Speaker 1: where she was like sitting there and she's like, you know,
- 26:30Speaker 1: before I film, I like to have a glass of
- 26:31Speaker 1: wine or a bottle. That's brutal. That's when you get
- 26:36Speaker 1: yourself in trouble. Yeah, well she could tell she wasn't
- 26:39Speaker 1: fully yeah, you know. And then I had to love
- 26:43Speaker 1: when Sarah asked everybody okay with each other? I honestly
- 26:48Speaker 1: that question when on Housewives, you're just asking for it,
- 26:52Speaker 1: like stop, you know pretty much they're like, come on,
- 26:55Speaker 1: She's like, I gotta do something here, so let me
- 26:57Speaker 1: try to do some stuff. But Lista think she's okay
- 27:00Speaker 1: with everyone and feels they don't all have each other.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Lisa thinks she's okay with everyone and feels they don't
- 27:08Speaker 1: all have to be best friends. And I mean, I agree,
- 27:11Speaker 1: we don't all have to be best friends, but it
- 27:13Speaker 1: doesn't mean everything's great with everybody. No. I thought that
- 27:16Speaker 1: it was very I mean, I get that it's the
- 27:20Speaker 1: end of the season, so you kind of want to
- 27:21Speaker 1: wrap everything up into a bow and then have it
- 27:24Speaker 1: all explode again at the reunion. But for me, I
- 27:27Speaker 1: was a little bit like at this union, it was
- 27:30Speaker 1: that's like the when they say I'm having a party tonight.
- 27:33Speaker 1: I don't want any drama. Yeah, it's the same thing. Um,
- 27:38Speaker 1: but then I do always love at the end of
- 27:40Speaker 1: every Housewives season where they write there a little like
- 27:44Speaker 1: what they're up to now, and it's like Ion started
- 27:47Speaker 1: to make a blind Lisa gets a goldfish instead of
- 27:49Speaker 1: a new goat, Nina's holmes complete, Sarah's working on being
- 27:53Speaker 1: a comedian comedian? What the hell? I was like, I'm
- 27:56Speaker 1: trying to think of the time I've left at Sarah.
- 27:58Speaker 1: That's what I went. Wait, what she's gonna be a
- 28:02Speaker 1: comedian now? Um, Caroline's baby is on ice until surgery
- 28:07Speaker 1: or takes a sex edge. Okay, can you explain that
- 28:09Speaker 1: one to me? Yes, she's saying that the babies are
- 28:13Speaker 1: on ice, like she's not gonna put like she's not
- 28:16Speaker 1: gonna try to be pregnant. No, I get that part,
- 28:18Speaker 1: it's the back end. I don't get. Sergia takes a
- 28:20Speaker 1: sex said class. Why because he knows what happened, Like
- 28:24Speaker 1: he doesn't even understand like where babies are made, Like
- 28:29Speaker 1: you can't understand. I'm not buying that. It's a joke. Okay, alright,
- 28:36Speaker 1: I didn't know. I didn't know we joked like that
- 28:38Speaker 1: nor what they called eulogius. Eulogy, I mean as well
- 28:44Speaker 1: be a eulogy. It is um. And then Brooks is
- 28:47Speaker 1: preparing for her spat opening, which we find out she's
- 28:50Speaker 1: got all of these different investors that she's been with
- 28:52Speaker 1: at one point, husband, ex husband, boyfriends. Yeah, um, and
- 28:58Speaker 1: and I just kind of thoughts, what what is your
- 29:01Speaker 1: fan thoughts? What is your thoughts? I can not wait
- 29:06Speaker 1: for potonac to start or something like. This was a
- 29:10Speaker 1: rough one for me. I'm hoping the reunion is going
- 29:13Speaker 1: to turn it around and that at this point the
- 29:15Speaker 1: women have watched back and they're like, Okay, we don't
- 29:18Speaker 1: need to try so hard for drama. We need to
- 29:21Speaker 1: actually become friends so that then some of the drama
- 29:24Speaker 1: drama is authentic. You do you suspect people are getting fired?
- 29:30Speaker 1: I mean, I I don't know. I never want to
- 29:33Speaker 1: say somebody's out of a job, But is there's gonna
- 29:37Speaker 1: be a shake up? I I mean there's one person
- 29:41Speaker 1: on the cast that I feel like, is it doesn't
- 29:43Speaker 1: really stir the pot doesn't really have any drama, doesn't
- 29:46Speaker 1: like okay, can you yet? But I'm not gonna say
- 29:50Speaker 1: but I know, I agree. There are certain people, and
- 29:52Speaker 1: that's all part of starting a brand new franchise, like
- 29:55Speaker 1: who's gonna be good? Who's not gonna be good? Not
- 29:57Speaker 1: everybody's gonna be good. So hopefully they check it up
- 30:00Speaker 1: a little bit and we come back. I mean, I
- 30:02Speaker 1: know one person that's never gonna get fired. You know,
- 30:05Speaker 1: she's not getting fired. She's good TV. She is really
- 30:08Speaker 1: good too, really good TV. All right, let's take a
- 30:10Speaker 1: little rife. We'll come back and discuss Atlanta. Okay, so
- 30:24Speaker 1: we are back for Real Housewives of Atlanta. Um, yeah,
- 30:28Speaker 1: that was a good episode. It was a good episode.
- 30:32Speaker 1: UM so happy that Marlo's nephews are back Marlo's well. Well,
- 30:37Speaker 1: first off, Andy tweeted how good it was? Oh he did? Yes?
- 30:44Speaker 1: I Well, I'm I'm now I'm second guessing myself now
- 30:46Speaker 1: that you said that, but I'm sure I saw it. Okay,
- 30:52Speaker 1: but I I He either tweeted that the reunion was
- 30:55Speaker 1: so good or that this episode is so good, but
- 30:58Speaker 1: either way he said something positive about how good it lan. Well, okay,
- 31:02Speaker 1: speaking of the reunion, did you see their looks? Yes?
- 31:05Speaker 1: I did? What did you think? I think they looked amazing?
- 31:09Speaker 1: I mean, I think Kenya looks so beyond. They all
- 31:13Speaker 1: look beautiful. I felt like all the dresses are very
- 31:16Speaker 1: coordinated and almost looked like they were from the same designer,
- 31:20Speaker 1: well slightly a different color. One of the dress seemed
- 31:24Speaker 1: more pink than orange. So I'm like, I wonder um
- 31:29Speaker 1: But also I wasn't the largest fan of Sanya's dress.
- 31:36Speaker 1: The one with there was like like there was like
- 31:39Speaker 1: I didn't hate it. Girl's got a body, I mean
- 31:43Speaker 1: hard body. She could wear. She could honestly wear a
- 31:47Speaker 1: sheet and look stunning. I just think about myself sitting
- 31:53Speaker 1: and stuff, and I'm like, I don't know. I remember
- 31:55Speaker 1: I wouldn't sit because I have extra skin on my
- 31:57Speaker 1: stomach that would like fold over the cutouts. I mean,
- 32:01Speaker 1: I remember the one year. You remember the year that
- 32:04Speaker 1: um Dere wore all those uh like five thousand pins
- 32:10Speaker 1: in her head and she also had on a dress
- 32:13Speaker 1: that had like it was like a bunch of things
- 32:16Speaker 1: that you could like see it was like painting her
- 32:19Speaker 1: the entire time. I'm like, I can't know. One time,
- 32:22Speaker 1: way back before the cutouts were a popular, I had
- 32:24Speaker 1: to dress I had little cutouts on the side, and
- 32:26Speaker 1: I looked back I'm like, what was I thinking when
- 32:28Speaker 1: I leaned over the extra skin would come out? Like
- 32:31Speaker 1: you have to be stick skinny for that stick skinny.
- 32:35Speaker 1: You also just have to be able to sit in
- 32:37Speaker 1: something that Like I just can't ever be aware of
- 32:40Speaker 1: my own self for that long, so be comfortable. Um,
- 32:45Speaker 1: A thousand percent. But I do think they all, I mean,
- 32:47Speaker 1: I think they all was beautiful. I love a theme. Um.
- 32:52Speaker 1: My favorite part of the entire episode was when they're
- 32:59Speaker 1: trying to talk to True about drama and she's in
- 33:02Speaker 1: so much pain she is sleeping. That reminded me when
- 33:06Speaker 1: I broke my foot in Mexico. They gave me painkillers
- 33:10Speaker 1: and they made I had to do a scene where
- 33:11Speaker 1: we were all sitting down at at dinner or something,
- 33:15Speaker 1: and I literally fell asleep at the table. I mean,
- 33:20Speaker 1: and Cheri and Sonia are like doing the most, Like
- 33:23Speaker 1: they are doing the most in the scene, like they
- 33:25Speaker 1: are trying to bring it and like create more drama.
- 33:29Speaker 1: She's like, and she's like, Oh, that absolutely sucks to
- 33:36Speaker 1: no end to actually hurt yourself that bad during filming
- 33:40Speaker 1: because it just you can't drive, you can't do things,
- 33:43Speaker 1: you can't walk. It blows. But then Sonia says something
- 33:48Speaker 1: and she's like she's kind of reliving the moment that
- 33:51Speaker 1: she has with Kenya where they're where they're arguing and Jamaica,
- 33:55Speaker 1: and she's like, you know, I thought that I had
- 33:57Speaker 1: the words, but they just weren't coming out the way
- 34:00Speaker 1: I wanted. And I was like, yeah, we know, girl
- 34:02Speaker 1: always saw what what's the phrase Kenya eight in that scene?
- 34:08Speaker 1: So um. But then they continue talking about you know,
- 34:13Speaker 1: was Kenya coming for Sonya's husband? And then a little
- 34:17Speaker 1: bit yeah, I mean she was. And then but you
- 34:20Speaker 1: saw Sankia like perk up so quick in that scene
- 34:22Speaker 1: when they start talking about it. She's like, I'm getting
- 34:24Speaker 1: her on the phone right now. And then the I
- 34:28Speaker 1: think the quote was bone collector behavior. Um. Yeah, And
- 34:34Speaker 1: do you think he was coming for I mean, do
- 34:37Speaker 1: you think that he was rude in his comments? I mean,
- 34:40Speaker 1: you and I go back and I know this over
- 34:42Speaker 1: and over again. I don't necessarily think he was over
- 34:46Speaker 1: the top. But if you're there alone in a situation
- 34:49Speaker 1: and your husband isn't sitting next to you, and another
- 34:52Speaker 1: man talks to you that way, it's not ideal. However,
- 34:55Speaker 1: I can I don't know somebody else's feelings. Maybe you
- 34:58Speaker 1: need to find a man and figure out why you
- 34:59Speaker 1: can't get one. Oh, for the love, are you coming
- 35:02Speaker 1: for Kenya? No? I would never go. Are you coming
- 35:06Speaker 1: for kicking? Would be taco. But if she had a
- 35:10Speaker 1: man that was sticking up for her, she'd be fine
- 35:12Speaker 1: with it. This is that, honestly talking about a housewife.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Super fight you and Kenya? Damn, that would be wordwords
- 35:24Speaker 1: that'd be yeah, we take that to the rest that
- 35:27Speaker 1: I will be the what's the person that wears the
- 35:31Speaker 1: black and white? The referee would be yeah, those big
- 35:36Speaker 1: words like referee, get refree, Yeah, I get lost in
- 35:38Speaker 1: your head? Um okay, okay, No, I'm not saying anything
- 35:43Speaker 1: bad about Kenya, but I'm thinking. It's just thinking if
- 35:45Speaker 1: the role was reversed and somebody was coming after her
- 35:47Speaker 1: and her husband. I mean, I don't feel like he
- 35:49Speaker 1: was agressive. He said we had to say he walked away. Yeah, sorry,
- 35:53Speaker 1: I mean, but the fact that we're still talking about
- 35:55Speaker 1: it shows that we're going to continue talking, I know.
- 35:58Speaker 1: And then saw Nya says herself. Sonya says, Kenya wishes
- 36:02Speaker 1: she had a man who would stand up for her
- 36:04Speaker 1: like Ross and thinks Kenya has never experienced that love
- 36:08Speaker 1: before she calls Kenya to confront her for calling Ross
- 36:12Speaker 1: is aggressive. For calling Ross aggressive, and Sonia says this
- 36:16Speaker 1: is strike three for her. Um, well, also, can you
- 36:22Speaker 1: like doesn't even really have this conversation, Like when she
- 36:24Speaker 1: calls her, She's like, hold on, let me wake up
- 36:26Speaker 1: or let me and then call you back back. It's
- 36:30Speaker 1: like Kenny is like, you know what, Sorry, I'm not
- 36:33Speaker 1: filming right now and I'm not involved in any of this. Well. Um,
- 36:39Speaker 1: and then uh, it's two weeks before Say's fashion show
- 36:46Speaker 1: and she invites Kenya to look at the potential models.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, that was horrible scene. What would you
- 36:53Speaker 1: have done? Well? Right? I mean, can you write off?
- 36:57Speaker 1: The bat says she's concerned and challenged because of Charay's coordinators.
- 37:02Speaker 1: I mean she was so rude to that girl. Kenya
- 37:06Speaker 1: was so rude to that girl, so rude to that girl.
- 37:09Speaker 1: If I was let's say it was me and you
- 37:11Speaker 1: and I was doing that to your assistant or whatever
- 37:14Speaker 1: her title is, would you be like f up? Well,
- 37:18Speaker 1: I mean, for example, you just worked with somebody that
- 37:21Speaker 1: I work with for parties. This doesn't give anything away.
- 37:25Speaker 1: And the first thing that she said to me was
- 37:29Speaker 1: thank you so much for referring Caamera. She was so
- 37:32Speaker 1: awesome to work with. Yeah, she and she was amazing, amazing,
- 37:36Speaker 1: Like I'm just blown away and I have the best
- 37:38Speaker 1: party planner ever. Her name is Atiana. But that's that's
- 37:42Speaker 1: the kind of feedback you want to have when you
- 37:44Speaker 1: work with your friends. But could you imagine me sitting
- 37:47Speaker 1: in front of Adriana going, well, you don't know what
- 37:49Speaker 1: you're doing and you should do this and they should
- 37:51Speaker 1: walk that way, and you you'd be like, shut up.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I mean, we all here's the thing. We all have
- 37:56Speaker 1: our moments in our own businesses where I think we're
- 37:59Speaker 1: stressed and maybe not our best selves, like that when
- 38:02Speaker 1: there's an event being planned. But the thing that makes
- 38:05Speaker 1: this bizarres this wasn't Kenya's event. No. And by the way,
- 38:08Speaker 1: who cares at the models five ft six? Why do
- 38:10Speaker 1: all models have to be five? Yeah? I mean if
- 38:14Speaker 1: we're talking about a little bit of model casting, we
- 38:19Speaker 1: have to also talk about Apollo. How I text Pedra
- 38:26Speaker 1: last night. She's like, what I'm watching the v M
- 38:29Speaker 1: A s. Nikki is getting honored, My my girl Nikki,
- 38:32Speaker 1: And I'm like, so you're not aware of your husband
- 38:34Speaker 1: just dissed you. So we got she couldn't come on
- 38:37Speaker 1: today because she's leaving for Miami. But I feel like
- 38:40Speaker 1: we need to get her on the pod. But by
- 38:41Speaker 1: the way, I do only need to clarify that statement
- 38:43Speaker 1: that it's the ex husband. It's her ex husband, yes, right,
- 38:48Speaker 1: I just wanted to make sure. I was like, hold up,
- 38:51Speaker 1: did I do my research wrong? No? No, no X husband? Yeah,
- 38:54Speaker 1: but and why did they give him an interview? Why
- 38:58Speaker 1: did you get an interview? There's already so like now,
- 39:03Speaker 1: and what's green on your hand? Oh? It's my son's
- 39:06Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, Like my, what are you doing? What
- 39:09Speaker 1: is that? It's one of those toys? Okay, now she's
- 39:12Speaker 1: getting obscene. No, it's like one of those toys from
- 39:15Speaker 1: the fair that like falls through your hand. But I'm
- 39:18Speaker 1: seeing one of those in twenty years, I know, but
- 39:20Speaker 1: I don't have my little feather pin that I like
- 39:22Speaker 1: to fidget around with. Why we're doing this, Oh my gosh,
- 39:25Speaker 1: I took his um. Okay, So the entire a Poulo
- 39:30Speaker 1: thing with the modeling and him being wither, I was like,
- 39:34Speaker 1: this is okay. So I am not a fan of
- 39:36Speaker 1: him coming on the show after being incarcerated and then
- 39:40Speaker 1: going after my dear friend friend Phaedra. I did not
- 39:44Speaker 1: like that because she's a good mom, a good person.
- 39:47Speaker 1: I don't believe she did any of those things. And
- 39:49Speaker 1: I'm hoping we're gonna have around the pod real soon
- 39:51Speaker 1: to address it. Yeah, I mean, I didn't particularly like that.
- 39:55Speaker 1: I also was a little bit confused about the items
- 39:59Speaker 1: being stuck in the last SSKA, like the fashions being
- 40:02Speaker 1: lost in Alaska? Is there like a big fashion capital
- 40:05Speaker 1: of Alaska. Maybe I just think it was coats, but like,
- 40:11Speaker 1: what what what? What? What's made in Alaska? I didn't
- 40:15Speaker 1: know that Alaska was so huge in athleisure where I
- 40:19Speaker 1: didn't either, But um, yeah, so there's that. But then
- 40:25Speaker 1: we also have to get to the it starts happening,
- 40:30Speaker 1: um where you see that Charay is not wanting to
- 40:34Speaker 1: pay for the party that Drew. Did you see their
- 40:39Speaker 1: text messages? Hold on, no, not text messages. I think
- 40:43Speaker 1: they are tweets, tweets, tweets. So we have to talk
- 40:48Speaker 1: a little bit about this alleged Charay not paying for
- 40:53Speaker 1: the Marlowe and Kenya party, which is a whole other topic.
- 40:55Speaker 1: The fact that they would have a joint birthday like
- 40:57Speaker 1: want to have a joint birthday surprise is completely beside
- 41:01Speaker 1: the point. But Drew writes on Twitter the moment I
- 41:05Speaker 1: realized I wasn't getting my money, then say response, girl, stop,
- 41:12Speaker 1: you were paid one thousand to do a small good
- 41:14Speaker 1: together and anything over that is on you. Then Drew responds,
- 41:23Speaker 1: so you wanted a cheap party like your cheap joggers. Girl, Okay,
- 41:27Speaker 1: that's a low blow. Then Charay writes, just like them
- 41:31Speaker 1: cheap ass wigs you were wearing last season, ashtag respect
- 41:35Speaker 1: the o G. Then Drew writes, nothing cheap about go
- 41:39Speaker 1: naked hair. Then she wrotes, girl, you know that hair
- 41:43Speaker 1: last season was not go naked? Dizzy ask can't remember
- 41:46Speaker 1: them horrible wigs she had on? Then Drew wrote, how
- 41:49Speaker 1: you know he wasn't even there? Then Say writes, girl,
- 41:54Speaker 1: the world knows. When I came back, I didn't know
- 41:56Speaker 1: who you were, but was told you had cheap ass wigs,
- 41:58Speaker 1: bad makeup and or fake clothes. I'm glad you're able
- 42:02Speaker 1: to rent a real designer piece. Now what you can
- 42:05Speaker 1: rent designer pieces? Yes, read the runaway. Well they're not
- 42:08Speaker 1: really like real designer pieces, aren't they like, I don't know,
- 42:12Speaker 1: but all I do know is the fact that the
- 42:14Speaker 1: editing when they are saying that she wouldn't pay for
- 42:18Speaker 1: the party, and then I think it's maybe Kidney is
- 42:22Speaker 1: confessional where she's like, um, but you have an eight
- 42:27Speaker 1: thousand dollar sweater on yeah, and Go Naked, Well, I
- 42:31Speaker 1: know that was funny, and Go Naked was founded by Porsche.
- 42:33Speaker 1: So she's literally making fun of Porsche. Well, Drew's trying
- 42:38Speaker 1: to say it is Porsche's hair, and no, one's really
- 42:42Speaker 1: making fun of Porsche. Well in a backhanded way. Well no, no,
- 42:45Speaker 1: because she said Drew saying it is Porsche's hair, and
- 42:51Speaker 1: she is saying, no, it wasn't. Don't lie about cheap hair. Okay, Porsche,
- 42:55Speaker 1: let us know whose hair wasn't Porsche? Was that your hair?
- 42:59Speaker 1: Let it? We need to know if that was Go
- 43:00Speaker 1: Naked hair not. I should just ask her. We've had
- 43:02Speaker 1: her on the pod. Yeah, but yeah, So Drew told
- 43:08Speaker 1: the girls that was a get well party, which I've
- 43:10Speaker 1: also never been to a get well party. But well,
- 43:13Speaker 1: on Housewife, there's party, there's funerals for goats, there's there's
- 43:17Speaker 1: parties for everything. So it's a good well party, and
- 43:22Speaker 1: say had the idea as it to be an actual
- 43:26Speaker 1: doover party for Marlo and Kenya. I've never heard a
- 43:29Speaker 1: horse idea, um Drew or a better TV moment, Yes,
- 43:34Speaker 1: such a good TV moment. Drew and Shrey are co
- 43:36Speaker 1: hosting the party together and Shara challenges Drew on the
- 43:39Speaker 1: expenses and Drew that's when they bring up Anthony again.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Anthony is right, say don't pay. And Anthony was that
- 43:48Speaker 1: assistant guy. Remember from the beginning of it, did you
- 43:50Speaker 1: pay attention to the details of the party. I remember
- 43:52Speaker 1: seeing lots of balloons and like chefs in the kitchen.
- 43:56Speaker 1: I would think that if that party wasn't partially partially gifted,
- 44:04Speaker 1: like I've had events where non housewife events, you know,
- 44:09Speaker 1: like where vendors donate because they want to be on
- 44:14Speaker 1: my Instagram or on you know whatever. So vendors will say,
- 44:17Speaker 1: if you tag me, you can have this item to
- 44:20Speaker 1: side in the second. Most of the time, in my
- 44:22Speaker 1: knowledge or my experience, if you're crafty as a housewife,
- 44:26Speaker 1: you will have vendors contribute. Well. Not that being said,
- 44:31Speaker 1: not all, not everybody does. That being said, it did
- 44:35Speaker 1: look like about thousand dollar party. If you think about it,
- 44:38Speaker 1: with all of those balloons, a press wall at the
- 44:41Speaker 1: you know, it adds up really quick. It does, so
- 44:44Speaker 1: I don't I'm not saying that. I don't think that
- 44:46Speaker 1: that event was that amount. But what is unclear is
- 44:51Speaker 1: who that one thousand dollars was from. Was that a
- 44:54Speaker 1: party stipend from the show or was that a thousand
- 44:59Speaker 1: dollars from Charay too? Oh, you mean, like the show
- 45:03Speaker 1: gives you a budget, So that that was vague. That
- 45:08Speaker 1: was a vague response. So we don't have to I'm
- 45:10Speaker 1: sure it will come out. I'm pretty sure they had
- 45:14Speaker 1: to pay for that themselves, the whole thing. I think.
- 45:17Speaker 1: So well, we'll see, I think. Um. Then Kenya walked
- 45:21Speaker 1: into Drew's house for the party and closed the door
- 45:24Speaker 1: on Marlow's face. And then Kenya says she doesn't want
- 45:28Speaker 1: to share a birthday party with someone she doesn't like
- 45:31Speaker 1: and who has the side the brain the size of
- 45:33Speaker 1: a gnat. Their girls are trying to mend their friendship,
- 45:37Speaker 1: and Kenya says it feels like an intervention and not
- 45:39Speaker 1: a birthday party. I mean, she's not wrong, she is
- 45:45Speaker 1: not wrong. I'm not wrong. And then but so Kenya
- 45:49Speaker 1: is pretty you know, and her confessionals and you know,
- 45:53Speaker 1: and seeing she's pretty obvious about it. Marlowe genuinely seems
- 45:57Speaker 1: thrilled that this party is happening. I think so too,
- 46:00Speaker 1: so weird with Marlo because you can like really like
- 46:02Speaker 1: her and then the next minute you're like, oh no, mmmm,
- 46:05Speaker 1: but this particular time, didn't you think she was like
- 46:08Speaker 1: she was like, it's okay that it's I'm just so
- 46:10Speaker 1: happy they thought of me. Like she really does seem grateful. Yeah,
- 46:14Speaker 1: And Kenya has been throwing a lot of shade lately,
- 46:18Speaker 1: a lot. Then she tells the ladies that the fashion
- 46:22Speaker 1: show will go on and praise that her designs will come.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Kenya says she went to the model call and it
- 46:27Speaker 1: was a disaster. And then Kenya tells her if it
- 46:30Speaker 1: doesn't get this together now, she will fail again, and
- 46:32Speaker 1: they don't want her to fail twice. Do you think
- 46:34Speaker 1: that the model call was a failure or the failure
- 46:38Speaker 1: part was Kenya like putting everything down. I don't like
- 46:42Speaker 1: I barely even saw any models. I saw it. We
- 46:45Speaker 1: saw a few and they're like five six five six,
- 46:48Speaker 1: five six, and then one got down to one five four,
- 46:49Speaker 1: and I'm like, hey, I'm five four, what's wrong with that?
- 46:52Speaker 1: I don't mind the height or anything like that, but
- 46:54Speaker 1: I think I was so I couldn't pay attention to
- 46:58Speaker 1: the models because I was paying so much attention to
- 47:02Speaker 1: what was going on around. But how about the how
- 47:04Speaker 1: about the banter back and forth with um I don't
- 47:08Speaker 1: know Shari's assistants name, the girl that's helping her, the
- 47:10Speaker 1: coordinator coordinator, I don't remember her name, but the banter
- 47:13Speaker 1: back and forth with her and and um Kenya and
- 47:16Speaker 1: she's and she's like this confetti yeah, petty. Well. But
- 47:23Speaker 1: my favorite part though, it was so good when Shai
- 47:28Speaker 1: gives out the invitations, like and now at this point
- 47:30Speaker 1: we're invested in the fact that, like, somebody has some
- 47:34Speaker 1: of the products, not all of them. Some are stuck
- 47:37Speaker 1: in Alaska, They're all over the place. But then the
- 47:40Speaker 1: invites have little outfits and I think and the outfit
- 47:43Speaker 1: was horrible, the outfit and the invite. Yes, it was
- 47:47Speaker 1: like little Neon TI died weird. I'm like, is that
- 47:49Speaker 1: what stuff gonna look like? Was it candy? That was
- 47:53Speaker 1: like if Sara has an outfit and an invite but
- 47:58Speaker 1: can't get her actual should make him for Barbie something
- 48:03Speaker 1: like that. I was hilarious. I mean, I care what.
- 48:07Speaker 1: I hope what you saw in the invites is not
- 48:12Speaker 1: what she's actually making. Did you see those little I did.
- 48:16Speaker 1: I thought it was a cute invite. I thought it was.
- 48:20Speaker 1: But at least make like the clothes that you're making,
- 48:23Speaker 1: like scaling down for the invite. I don't know it
- 48:26Speaker 1: would make you want it to be a surprise, but
- 48:30Speaker 1: at eighties neon. I mean, but those box invites are
- 48:35Speaker 1: very expensive, speaking of like overpaid things that that type
- 48:38Speaker 1: of invite when you can just as easily send a
- 48:40Speaker 1: text or doing Obviously she's not good with money. Yeah, well,
- 48:45Speaker 1: because you know, you got to pick and choose where
- 48:47Speaker 1: you're gonna put things. And she said that she paid,
- 48:49Speaker 1: she's spent a million dollars already, that and that line. Yeah,
- 48:55Speaker 1: she said, I spent a million dollars. And then but
- 48:58Speaker 1: then she kind of went back something on social media
- 49:01Speaker 1: where she went back and said I didn't say that,
- 49:03Speaker 1: and like, there's but she did. And in the scene
- 49:08Speaker 1: she said a million dollars. And then we get back
- 49:10Speaker 1: to we gotta get back to Apollo, because we also
- 49:12Speaker 1: didn't really talk about Tyrone before because we got sidetracked.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Sharay meets up with her friend, her friend Apollo a
- 49:21Speaker 1: k now that he is back from prison, and she
- 49:26Speaker 1: asked him to be the male model, and then he
- 49:28Speaker 1: tells say that Phaedra left him to die since she
- 49:33Speaker 1: wasn't there for him. Apollo also tells Sharay that he
- 49:37Speaker 1: ran into Tyrone in the system and he told him
- 49:39Speaker 1: that he was dating Sharay. But then he also kind
- 49:42Speaker 1: of gives this account that a lot of guys in
- 49:44Speaker 1: prison dave a lot of girls and a lot of
- 49:46Speaker 1: girls coming in and out to visit them, and and yeah,
- 49:50Speaker 1: but what's the point, I mean, what's the point of
- 49:53Speaker 1: visiting somebody in prison if you don't if you're not married,
- 49:56Speaker 1: you can't have a conjugal visit. I mean, I get
- 49:58Speaker 1: if you're actually boyfriend girlfriend, but what are you getting
- 50:01Speaker 1: out of it if you're just somebody's like you meet
- 50:04Speaker 1: while they're in prison and then you go to visit them. Trow,
- 50:08Speaker 1: do you meet somebody in prison? There's like, is there
- 50:11Speaker 1: like a prison app guys in prison? Well on Law
- 50:16Speaker 1: and Order? The guys in prison good in law and Order?
- 50:21Speaker 1: Are we really Refereni TV show. Yes, because everything on
- 50:25Speaker 1: everything on TV TV is true everything. Okay, keep that scripted. Okay,
- 50:30Speaker 1: I'm taking your cable away from you. Guys in prison
- 50:33Speaker 1: are able to have computer time, so I am sure
- 50:36Speaker 1: not everybody. So they get on like a chat and
- 50:39Speaker 1: try to hook up with girls, and what kind of
- 50:41Speaker 1: girls fall for that ship? Sure? I mean is the
- 50:46Speaker 1: dating pool that bad that you have to look for
- 50:48Speaker 1: somebody in prison? Well? I think sometimes, you know, it's
- 50:52Speaker 1: the thrill of the chase, tam. No, not for me,
- 50:54Speaker 1: it isn't. I mean a hard pass for me. It
- 50:58Speaker 1: would be a hard pass for me. It is? Well, um,
- 51:01Speaker 1: what about how the quote of the episode was next
- 51:06Speaker 1: week's fashion show with no fashions so shady. I loved it.
- 51:14Speaker 1: I love a fashion show with no fashions. But anyways,
- 51:18Speaker 1: continuing on, fan thoughts from this episode are array seems cheap.
- 51:26Speaker 1: I can't believe she doesn't have any clothes samples. Well,
- 51:29Speaker 1: I'm sure she does, but not Well, why are they
- 51:32Speaker 1: showing us anything? Why haven't we seen any mock ups?
- 51:35Speaker 1: Why haven't we seen I don't know, even guast week.
- 51:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna reference another TV show on Project Runway Dear Lord,
- 51:45Speaker 1: or at least that's a reality show. Right on Project Runway,
- 51:49Speaker 1: when they have the models come audition, they are in
- 51:53Speaker 1: the not audition, but come like before a show. They
- 51:57Speaker 1: have on the clothes to see which clothes lookspect. She
- 52:00Speaker 1: has no clothes to try on. She's admitted it. They're
- 52:03Speaker 1: in Alaska. Well, everyone said that they're probably being pulled
- 52:07Speaker 1: by one of those dogs on the sled. We're coming
- 52:09Speaker 1: for you. Were Anna has them on her sled and
- 52:14Speaker 1: they haven't made it. Yes, damn um. Then someone says
- 52:21Speaker 1: the demise of Marlow's kin, the demise of Marlow and
- 52:24Speaker 1: Kenya's friendship was Kenya's fault. They did show a lot
- 52:27Speaker 1: of flashbacks things that Kenya has said tomorrow. I think
- 52:31Speaker 1: they've both both. It's gone back and forth. I think,
- 52:34Speaker 1: you know, I think they're both really good at being villains.
- 52:39Speaker 1: And then this one I don't. I don't agree with
- 52:42Speaker 1: ready for it to end. The season was born. I
- 52:44Speaker 1: don't think it's born at all. I think it's great.
- 52:46Speaker 1: We don't think it's boring because we were also watching
- 52:48Speaker 1: Dubai so comparatively, Joe, we support all the shows, just
- 52:57Speaker 1: some more than others, but all in all, I thought
- 53:02Speaker 1: it was a good episode. I am intrigued to find
- 53:05Speaker 1: out what happens next. And I really I need those
- 53:09Speaker 1: clothes to be on that runway. Okay, And are you
- 53:11Speaker 1: gonna buy something from her line? Well, I hope she
- 53:15Speaker 1: likes it's enough that she's gonna send us one of
- 53:17Speaker 1: those packages so that we'll put it on our instagrams.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Teddy likes everything free. I love free things. It's free.
- 53:24Speaker 1: It's for me. If it's free it comes to my doorstep,
- 53:28Speaker 1: I probably will be happy about it. You know. I
- 53:33Speaker 1: actually just did get something that was free that was great,
- 53:35Speaker 1: and I'll have to send you a side text about it.
- 53:38Speaker 1: But yeah, you send me one of those cold plunges
- 53:42Speaker 1: that you do, I'll send you the guys info. They're
- 53:45Speaker 1: the best thing ever. Not an ad Guy's just the
- 53:48Speaker 1: cold plunge really is a game. But I've fallen out
- 53:50Speaker 1: of habit with it, and I'm Eddie loves that I
- 53:53Speaker 1: made it. I don't. I don't like freezing my nipples off.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Eddie loves doing that. It's not going to freeze. It's
- 53:57Speaker 1: not like cryotherapy. Where is this your nipples? I don't
- 54:01Speaker 1: like cold? Well, I know, but you'll like the way
- 54:04Speaker 1: you feel after, because you're like me where we sometimes
- 54:07Speaker 1: we'll get like a little anxious about certain things. And
- 54:11Speaker 1: you go in there and immediately you're like, well, I
- 54:14Speaker 1: have developed tendonita's in my right elbow and they're going
- 54:19Speaker 1: to talk about your foot from breaking it. Now you
- 54:21Speaker 1: have a new ailment. No, yeah, this is a new one.
- 54:23Speaker 1: That and because I've been running a lot, my hip
- 54:26Speaker 1: is starting to hurt. And I stupidly said I was
- 54:29Speaker 1: so shocked because Eddie got you know, when you run
- 54:31Speaker 1: at your certain age, ship starts hurting. He was having
- 54:34Speaker 1: problems with his lower back, and I'm like, I can't
- 54:36Speaker 1: believe I haven't had any issues. We've been running like
- 54:38Speaker 1: consistent for four months and we'll go four to six miles.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Oh yeah, hip started hurting. So I'm like, ah, so
- 54:45Speaker 1: that's where a cold plunge comes in. A cold plunge
- 54:48Speaker 1: comes in, Um, you will feel better. But yeah, no,
- 54:52Speaker 1: we all have like eggs and pants. It's part of
- 54:54Speaker 1: it's part in getting up there. Chan No, I know,
- 54:58Speaker 1: I got a birthday next week and on me, well, Tam,
- 55:03Speaker 1: we've run out of time for today. We had a
- 55:05Speaker 1: lot to get through. I know I felt like, you know,
- 55:07Speaker 1: because I'm only doing one a week that I hardly
- 55:10Speaker 1: see you anymore. I know I don't like it. You
- 55:14Speaker 1: know what's coming up. I mean, I hate to be
- 55:16Speaker 1: the bear and bad news. Tamra's birthday God right around
- 55:23Speaker 1: the corner. God bite me, so hold on, I'm gonna
- 55:28Speaker 1: happy birthday to you. I'm just kidding. Happy birthday, dear Tammera. Well,
- 55:38Speaker 1: we love you here at two cheese in a pod,
- 55:41Speaker 1: only singing once a week and not having thirsty Thursdays
