- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Microsoft has surpassed Apple as the world as the world's
- 1:04Speaker 3: largest company by market cap. So the great thing is
- 1:08Speaker 3: that is that we posted that like a week ago
- 1:10Speaker 3: that they were Microsoft was only one hundred billion dollars
- 1:13Speaker 3: away from passing Apple in market cap, and at that time,
- 1:19Speaker 3: you know, there's a lot of people in the comments
- 1:21Speaker 3: that was like, laugh out loud, only one hundred billion, Like.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Yeah, but you know it's a teachable moment as far
- 1:27Speaker 4: as for corporate finance, and you know how things that
- 1:31Speaker 4: can look like a large number to some is a
- 1:34Speaker 4: very small number to somebody else.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Perception is everything, and that's that's that's the thing about life.
- 1:39Speaker 3: One person's mountain is another person's hill, right, One person's
- 1:47Speaker 3: trash is another man's treasure. We could go down the
- 1:51Speaker 3: line here.
- 1:51Speaker 5: So no, pun intended, reception isn't very important.
- 2:00Speaker 6: Perception is a very important thing.
- 2:01Speaker 3: So one hundred one hundred billion, yeah to an average person.
- 2:06Speaker 3: To me, like as I'm looking at it from a
- 2:08Speaker 3: bank account standpoint, if I was looking at it from
- 2:10Speaker 3: that standpoint, then yeah, I'll be like, oh yeah, one
- 2:12Speaker 3: hundred billion dollars. That's crazy. But I think it's important.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Part of the job is to educate people. So we
- 2:18Speaker 3: wasn't look, we wasn't talking about it as far as
- 2:20Speaker 3: like in somebody's net worth.
- 2:21Speaker 7: Yeah, just in our bank America Mark America, I have.
- 2:26Speaker 6: One hundred million, So it's a teachable moment.
- 2:29Speaker 3: But so Microsoft has surpassed Apple that quickly, one hundred
- 2:33Speaker 3: billion dollars.
- 2:34Speaker 6: They caught up that quickly.
- 2:36Speaker 3: So do you do you foresee Microsoft maintaining this lead
- 2:40Speaker 3: and how does this play out for the future of
- 2:44Speaker 3: both companies? Do you see Apple reclaiming the petition? Does
- 2:48Speaker 3: it matter? Is it like just a celebroteatory thing that
- 2:52Speaker 3: you know doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things,
- 2:55Speaker 3: or is it actually important?
- 2:56Speaker 7: I think it's actually important. Anytime you lose pole position
- 3:01Speaker 7: and you're not number one, you have to start to
- 3:02Speaker 7: be worried. Some stats around Microsoft profit margin. This is
- 3:07Speaker 7: a multi trillion dollar company. Thirty four percent profit margin, amazing,
- 3:11Speaker 7: operate margin forty three percent, gross margin sixty eight percent,
- 3:15Speaker 7: return on assets nineteen percent, institutional ownership seventy two percent.
- 3:22Speaker 7: So at a time when Apple is not the innovator,
- 3:28Speaker 7: the leader and breaking edge technology wants you, and we
- 3:34Speaker 7: have to compare this to Apple is also a consumer
- 3:37Speaker 7: based company that does some enterprise and some BDG. Microsoft
- 3:41Speaker 7: does a ton of BDG, ton of enterprise with wider margins.
- 3:46Speaker 7: You have to be worried when someone passes you up.
- 3:50Speaker 7: This isn't just like some milestone that does not matter.
- 3:55Speaker 7: And normally when these companies are number one, and of
- 3:58Speaker 7: course for the next year or two, I think they
- 4:00Speaker 7: go back and forth in terms of market cap. But
- 4:02Speaker 7: once again, if they don't innovate, I can see Microsoft
- 4:05Speaker 7: keeping that lead and with the interest in AI.
- 4:09Speaker 8: And it's the interesting part. Microsoft hasn't partner with.
- 4:11Speaker 7: Anybody to make an electronic vehicle, which we can talk
- 4:14Speaker 7: about that's Space Slater. They have not gotten into healthcare,
- 4:18Speaker 7: and they don't have a consumer product that people love.
- 4:20Speaker 7: If they actually innovate and make a product that people
- 4:24Speaker 7: really love at scale with the leadership, with Satia just
- 4:28Speaker 7: being focused on the business, this could be the era.
- 4:34Speaker 7: Well Microsoft remains dominant for a decade, and I keep
- 4:38Speaker 7: saying that if it wasn't for Barber, there would be
- 4:40Speaker 7: no Microsoft.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Kudos to Barmber and everything that you're doing.
- 4:43Speaker 7: I think you're amazing, but he wasn't right for the
- 4:45Speaker 7: CEO position, and Gates had a lot to do with
- 4:47Speaker 7: that with the infighting. But I think this is probably
- 4:51Speaker 7: and I still love Apple for everyone who's messaging me
- 4:53Speaker 7: like should I sell Apple?
- 4:55Speaker 6: No?
- 4:55Speaker 7: But I think we are seeing a passing of the
- 4:58Speaker 7: guard if you will. And most importantly, we need publicly
- 5:03Speaker 7: traded companies to build things that actually work and that
- 5:06Speaker 7: people need.
- 5:07Speaker 6: We don't and I have three of them.
- 5:09Speaker 7: We don't need another iPhone seven upgrade that's called a fifteen.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Microsoft is actually innovated.
- 5:16Speaker 7: And then once they got into the AI space, amazing
- 5:20Speaker 7: partnership with like their joint venture that they did with
- 5:22Speaker 7: Open Ai and put them in a different category. So
- 5:25Speaker 7: if I was Apple, I would be a little bit worried.
- 5:27Speaker 7: And Microsoft as of now definitely is a better company.
- 5:32Speaker 6: A lot there, there's a lot there. They're earners. What's up?

- 7:26Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:30Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 7:34Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:38Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:42Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:46Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 7:50Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 7:54Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 7:58Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal as have been arrested. If you
- 8:01Speaker 1: were here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 8:05Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 8:09Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home

- 8:17Speaker 1: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 8:22Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:26Speaker 5: See I mean it was short lived, right, So Apple
- 8:30Speaker 5: did go back on top as the number one as
- 8:32Speaker 5: far as market cap, But I'm with you. In twenty
- 8:35Speaker 5: twenty four definitely, And we said the six months ago
- 8:38Speaker 5: when we were looking at the market caps were analyzed
- 8:40Speaker 5: and the same based on the four momentum that Microsoft has,
- 8:45Speaker 5: especially with the partnership, like you said in open Ai,
- 8:47Speaker 5: there's a chance here that they're going to pass them in.
- 8:49Speaker 5: That day came, and I think it's gonna be prolonged
- 8:53Speaker 5: for a couple of reasons, but I think that AI
- 8:54Speaker 5: space is one of them. You mentioned that there hasn't
- 8:57Speaker 5: been a product that Microsoft has had, a consumer product,
- 9:00Speaker 5: and so I had to when you said it, I
- 9:01Speaker 5: started thinking, like, was there a product?
- 9:03Speaker 6: Is Windows the last product? Right?
- 9:05Speaker 5: Is that the last thing that people could say that
- 9:07Speaker 5: we really loved in the nineties in the nineties, right?
- 9:10Speaker 5: And interestingly enough, what they've now done with open Ai
- 9:13Speaker 5: and creating Copilot, this might be the thing. So if
- 9:18Speaker 5: you look at the numbers on Copilot that just did
- 9:20Speaker 5: a quick research on it, nearly half of Fortune one
- 9:24Speaker 5: hundred companies have incorporated into the enterprise software already. And
- 9:29Speaker 5: so you're talking about large revenue right when you're talking
- 9:33Speaker 5: about Fortune one hundred companies. But they're going to have
- 9:35Speaker 5: it for consumers as part as their their their office package.
- 9:39Speaker 5: Uh and this year what that does now when you
- 9:42Speaker 5: have open ai right and you have copilot using that,
- 9:46Speaker 5: now you need more cloud space. And so what has
- 9:48Speaker 5: been increasing over the past three quarters for them bazoor right,
- 9:51Speaker 5: And it's kind of dented in the space where Amazon
- 9:54Speaker 5: Aws was is far by far the leader. It's cracked
- 9:57Speaker 5: the dent in their in their their their lead, it's
- 10:00Speaker 5: cracked that in Google Clouds lead. And Ozor is that
- 10:03Speaker 5: third place player with a lot of momentum. And so
- 10:07Speaker 5: if you're looking at these two things alone, and last
- 10:10Speaker 5: week we talked about it, what's the innovation? What is
- 10:13Speaker 5: the thing that Apple will have and we don't know
- 10:16Speaker 5: it yet?
- 10:17Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:17Speaker 5: No, the fact that they are already in the lead
- 10:19Speaker 5: in this AI space with these mountain factors. I like
- 10:23Speaker 5: them for twenty twenty four and maybe for twenty twenty
- 10:27Speaker 5: five if we don't see the exact innovation. I know
- 10:30Speaker 5: people in the comments, actually read the comments on the
- 10:32Speaker 5: other day when we did market Mondays, and they're like
- 10:35Speaker 5: people said the same things when Steve Jobs passed. They
- 10:37Speaker 5: don't innovate enough, they don't innovate enough. Okay, they have products,
- 10:41Speaker 5: they have had products, but that wasn't true. Well, this
- 10:44Speaker 5: is what the comments were saying. Right, they've had products,
- 10:47Speaker 5: and yes, right, we've seen what Tim Cook has done.
- 10:50Speaker 5: And I mean there's an argument that he could be
- 10:54Speaker 5: when it goes down right in history and we look back,
- 10:57Speaker 5: he might have been a greater CEO than Jobs.
- 11:00Speaker 6: Was also a question, that's right question.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Yeah, And so now now is the time, right over
- 11:06Speaker 5: the next twelve to sixteen months, it's going to be
- 11:08Speaker 5: important time. And I know it's like it's sematics, right,
- 11:11Speaker 5: your market cap.
- 11:12Speaker 6: Is number one. I was his number two.
- 11:14Speaker 5: But it means something right in those headquarters, right, it
- 11:17Speaker 5: means something. And Amazon's right there too. Right in the
- 11:19Speaker 5: past I think twelve years, there's only been three companies
- 11:22Speaker 5: that have been in that one and two spot, Amazon,
- 11:24Speaker 5: Apple and Microsoft. So it definitely means something amongst them.
- 11:28Speaker 5: And whoever comes out with the most innovative and is
- 11:31Speaker 5: leading in a way of the future, especially for technology.
- 11:35Speaker 5: I mean, they get the crown. And I'm sure that
- 11:37Speaker 5: people able to think about it the same way that
- 11:39Speaker 5: Amazon and Microsoft.
- 11:41Speaker 6: Doo. Everybody wants to be the top spot.
- 11:43Speaker 7: Yeah, if the enterprise value or the market cap value
- 11:46Speaker 7: is the same. Apple's profit margin is twenty five percent.
- 11:50Speaker 7: Microsoft is thirty four. For a multi trillion dollar company
- 11:53Speaker 7: that's like a one hundred million dollar business having an
- 11:55Speaker 7: eighty percent profit margin, it does matter. And if they
- 11:59Speaker 7: make another acquisition being Microsoft, that can give them a Furtherly,
- 12:04Speaker 7: it's never a good thing when you have a brand
- 12:07Speaker 7: and people are before it comes out are saying, I'm
- 12:10Speaker 7: not going to buy that product. Even Apple fans are
- 12:14Speaker 7: saying unless it can shoot out laser beams or transport
- 12:18Speaker 7: me to Davo, so put me in game and throw
- 12:20Speaker 7: I don't even I'm not even going.
- 12:21Speaker 6: To consider it. We're here, right, We walked the streets
- 12:24Speaker 6: for two hours.
- 12:26Speaker 5: Every ten feet two letters are posted all throughout the
- 12:29Speaker 5: streets and it's AI everywhere, and yeah, every single it's AI.
- 12:34Speaker 6: It's AI.
- 12:35Speaker 5: And if we think about AI, especially from the consumer side,
- 12:38Speaker 5: who's leading that space?
- 12:39Speaker 6: There's no doubt it's Microsoft. It's no doubt, not even
- 12:42Speaker 6: a question. So what I'll tell you what? You take
- 12:47Speaker 6: two index, no stress.
- 12:50Speaker 7: I even even remember people saying Microsoft wouldn't have the
- 12:53Speaker 7: number one spot.
- 12:55Speaker 8: Investing those two, you'll be good. But I still want
- 12:58Speaker 8: the companies that I'm invested in to keep their and
- 13:00Speaker 8: keep innovator.
- 13:01Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 13:05Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 13:09Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 13:13Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 13:17Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President

- 13:52Speaker 1: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,

- 14:00Speaker 2: Answered by the United States Department of Homeland Security
