- 0:14Speaker 3: lot of public service stuff. Rich Valdez calumnist now with
- 0:17Speaker 3: the Washington Times.
- 0:18Speaker 4: This is America, Richiev.
- 0:20Speaker 3: You're on the air with the Nation.
- 0:23Speaker 4: America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America. I am Rich Valdez Valdez with an
- 0:29Speaker 3: s at Rich Valdez on all of the social media. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome,
- 0:34Speaker 3: Happy Thursday to everybody, throw back Thursday, Thursday Thursday. It's
- 0:38Speaker 3: a blessing to be here, really happy to be with you.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Give me a call if you want. We are here
- 0:44Speaker 3: seventeen blocks away from Madison Square Garden, New York City.
- 0:47Speaker 3: The numbers eight seven seven VALDESZ and the number one.
- 0:51Speaker 3: We got a couple of calls. My buddy Tony from Canada,
- 0:54Speaker 3: I see is calling in. Thank you, Tony. I appreciate
- 0:57Speaker 3: hearing from you. I see there's some other calls from
- 0:59Speaker 3: the York and a couple others. I'm looking forward to
- 1:02Speaker 3: getting into calls momentarily after we get into some of
- 1:05Speaker 3: the news of the day. But there's a few things
- 1:08Speaker 3: I want to get into. Right, there's a fake news
- 1:09Speaker 3: story about a five year old that ICE is now
- 1:12Speaker 3: arresting five year olds. That is fake, it's phony, and
- 1:14Speaker 3: it's fraud. And I want to make sure we call
- 1:16Speaker 3: that out for what it is, because I mean, come on,
- 1:20Speaker 3: that totally has to You got to check that stuff. Right.
- 1:23Speaker 3: If you don't call out the fake news as it's happening,
- 1:26Speaker 3: people won't take you seriously. And that's clearly what happened today.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Also arrests, Right, we've got some arrests. The agitators have
- 1:34Speaker 3: been arrested, both Nakima Levy Williamson her last name, forgive
- 1:39Speaker 3: me if I'm wrong, and the guy with the beard
- 1:41Speaker 3: as well. I'm forgetting his name, but I'll get it
- 1:43Speaker 3: to you in a moment. These guys were locked up today.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Poetic justice, right, I mean good, Who thinks that you
- 1:48Speaker 3: could just barge into a church service while somebody's expressing
- 1:52Speaker 3: and exercising their First Amendment right to free expression of religion?
- 1:57Speaker 3: And that's somehow your first Amendment right, which is a
- 2:00Speaker 3: free speech for assembly all that stuff. It's free assembly
- 2:02Speaker 3: in the public square, not in a church where people
- 2:05Speaker 3: are gathered to worship. So not only did they violate
- 2:08Speaker 3: the Constitution, but they also violated the Face Act. And
- 2:11Speaker 3: they got charged, and they got purp walked, and they
- 2:13Speaker 3: got arrested. And I'm sure they love that they were
- 2:15Speaker 3: That is a badge of honor, because that's what leftists love.
- 2:18Speaker 3: They love chaos. They thrive in chaos. But guess what
- 2:22Speaker 3: they got locked up? Now? Don Lemon? I told you listen,
- 2:26Speaker 3: I think Don Lemon's got another thing coming. And what
- 2:28Speaker 3: that is, I believe there's going to be a backlash
- 2:30Speaker 3: from the people. I don't believe Don Lemon's going to
- 2:32Speaker 3: be arrested for anything. Today, a federal magistate excuse me,
- 2:35Speaker 3: take two today, a federal magistrate judge said no, we're
- 2:40Speaker 3: not going to be locking up Don Lemon because I
- 2:44Speaker 3: think there's enough to charge him with conspiring. But the
- 2:47Speaker 3: problem is, is there enough to win on a conspiracy charge? Right?
- 2:52Speaker 3: And by conspiracy, I mean in the beginning of his report,
- 2:55Speaker 3: he comes on and he says, look, we're here, we're
- 2:58Speaker 3: kind of embedded with these people, with n Achema Levy
- 3:02Speaker 3: and whatever the rest of her group. And he says
- 3:05Speaker 3: that you know, they're known for catching people by surprise. Okay,
- 3:10Speaker 3: that's fine. The problem is, I don't believe that he
- 3:13Speaker 3: didn't know where they were going. I believe he knew
- 3:16Speaker 3: full well where they were going and was protecting his source.
- 3:21Speaker 3: And that'll boil down to like the stuff we've seen recently, Right,
- 3:25Speaker 3: we saw somebody who stole information from the government, committed
- 3:29Speaker 3: a crime, and then handed that information over to a reporter. Now,
- 3:34Speaker 3: some reporters think that they're completely inoculated from this, and
- 3:38Speaker 3: that's in fact not the case. If you are receiving
- 3:41Speaker 3: stolen information from the government, it's your right to protect
- 3:45Speaker 3: you know, your source, but it's also going to be
- 3:48Speaker 3: their right to prosecute you, all right, And now they
- 3:51Speaker 3: chose not to prosecute this most recent example when they
- 3:54Speaker 3: raided that Washington Post reporters home. But they had to
- 3:56Speaker 3: get back to stolen government property. And thankfully, I believe
- 4:00Speaker 3: this reporter was cooperating with the government because they weren't
- 4:04Speaker 3: trying to put him in jail. They were just trying
- 4:06Speaker 3: to get to the bottom of how the information that
- 4:08Speaker 3: was stolen from the government was stolen and how it
- 4:10Speaker 3: was then leaked. So the government doesn't get to stop
- 4:14Speaker 3: being the government and having the rights that the government
- 4:16Speaker 3: has in order to protect our country. He's a v
- 4:19Speaker 3: we the people, and you don't lose your rights of
- 4:24Speaker 3: First Amendment either. So this is why we have courts,
- 4:28Speaker 3: and this is why we have laws and precedent and whatnot.
- 4:31Speaker 3: And the bottom line is you just got to look
- 4:33Speaker 3: at how the Trump administration moves. Right, they talked tough,
- 4:37Speaker 3: and I'm not saying they're not tough, but I'm saying
- 4:39Speaker 3: they're very fair. President Trump has been incredibly fair. Earlier,
- 4:44Speaker 3: I was talking about Buddy Rubin, the Cuban, Right, you
- 4:47Speaker 3: guys know Ruben the Cuban. He's my good friend that's
- 4:49Speaker 3: been in this country for a couple of decades now.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Came here on a jet ski on a five hour ride.
- 4:54Speaker 3: At some points pitch black where the guy on the
- 4:57Speaker 3: jet ski was just following a garmag ge to get
- 5:01Speaker 3: from Havana, Cuba to Key West, Florida, some twenty years ago.
- 5:06Speaker 3: And what's interesting to me about this is Rubin says
- 5:11Speaker 3: Trump has all of the characteristics of a dictator. He's
- 5:14Speaker 3: just like Fideale. He does all the same things Fidel
- 5:17Speaker 3: Castro did and I tell him, really, do you see
- 5:19Speaker 3: Trump putting an endless amount of enemies in jail? Do
- 5:24Speaker 3: you see Trump looting and taking over private industry and
- 5:29Speaker 3: making it his own in the name of government? And
- 5:32Speaker 3: he says, well, no, but I do see Trump treating
- 5:34Speaker 3: the government like a business and trying to quote unquote
- 5:38Speaker 3: make money for the United States, which he can then
- 5:41Speaker 3: turn around and take. I do see Trump trying to
- 5:45Speaker 3: jail his enemies. But thank God for something called separation
- 5:48Speaker 3: of powers in our country that prevents him from doing it.
- 5:52Speaker 3: And while he's making the point that I'm trying for
- 5:55Speaker 3: him to see and I'm saying, you know, you can
- 5:59Speaker 3: have similar rhetoric tough talk. What matters is the bottom line.
- 6:05Speaker 3: What matters is the outcomes. Castro is a legitimate Marxist,
- 6:09Speaker 3: communist dictator. Trump has never been those things. There's no
- 6:14Speaker 3: proof that he's those things. There's not even accusation that
- 6:16Speaker 3: he's those things. They try to call him an autocrat
- 6:18Speaker 3: of fascist, that type of thing, But the reality is
- 6:21Speaker 3: Trump is making money for the United States. He's not
- 6:24Speaker 3: gonna get to take that with him. We know full
- 6:26Speaker 3: well that when it's time for Trump to leave, he's
- 6:28Speaker 3: gonna leave, and that he's not taking the US Treasury
- 6:32Speaker 3: with him right period the end. That money's gonna stay
- 6:37Speaker 3: with the United States. So anything that suggests otherwise is crazy. Anyway,
- 6:43Speaker 3: that's a quick aside that I pull out because again,
- 6:45Speaker 3: the Trump I set all that to say this, The
- 6:48Speaker 3: Trump administration is not going to put a journalist in jail.
- 6:51Speaker 3: They realize the optics of it are bad. I think
- 6:53Speaker 3: they're also realizing right now how difficult is these ice
- 6:56Speaker 3: guy's wearing masks are. But they're beyond the point of
- 7:00Speaker 3: return now. I know a lot of people said I
- 7:01Speaker 3: don't care if they were a mask, let them do
- 7:03Speaker 3: with it. I do, and I'll tell you and just
- 7:04Speaker 3: not that it doesn't really bother me per se, but
- 7:08Speaker 3: it will bother me the minute there's a Democrat in
- 7:10Speaker 3: office and they're trying to use law enforcement to do
- 7:14Speaker 3: what they wanted to do. Because we know how democrats roll, right,
- 7:17Speaker 3: We've seen that. We've seen suburban moms in Maryland and Washington,
- 7:21Speaker 3: DC area in Virginia get followed by the Department of
- 7:25Speaker 3: Homeland Security. Imagine when he starts using dhs HSI officers
- 7:30Speaker 3: to follow moms because they spoke up at school board meetings, right,
- 7:34Speaker 3: the next Democrat president, whatever that may be. Imagine that, right,
- 7:39Speaker 3: Imagine when you get a knock on your door. Yeah,
- 7:42Speaker 3: we're here on behalf of the President of the United
- 7:44Speaker 3: States because we're you know, the new Democrat gestapo. I
- 7:48Speaker 3: don't want them to have the president of wearing masks
- 7:51Speaker 3: because El Trumpito set that president. I mean, that's already
- 7:53Speaker 3: it's a bridge that's been crossed, you know, No, there's
- 7:56Speaker 3: no turning back. But I don't like it, and that's
- 7:59Speaker 3: why I'm not an advocate against it them. I understand.
- 8:02Speaker 3: I got brothers that were in law enforcement, and I've
- 8:05Speaker 3: talked about this at nauseam. They never wore masks unless
- 8:08Speaker 3: they were in undercover operations, and for that same reason.
- 8:12Speaker 3: But in undercover operations, you're pretending to not be a cop.
- 8:16Speaker 3: In the commission of your daily duties, where you're you're
- 8:20Speaker 3: wearing a uniform, you are being a cop, whether a
- 8:23Speaker 3: federal copper or local copper or whatever. So again, I
- 8:26Speaker 3: could argue against the masks, but that's not me arguing
- 8:30Speaker 3: for the doxing of these officers, right. I want them
- 8:33Speaker 3: to be well, I want them to be safe, and
- 8:34Speaker 3: that was the strategy they came up with. All right,
- 8:37Speaker 3: so go for it. I totally get it. It seemed
- 8:41Speaker 3: like a very unconventional and quick way to fix the
- 8:43Speaker 3: doxing problem. And Amen, Praise God, hallelujah. I think there's
- 8:48Speaker 3: gonna be some unintended consequences down the road from that,
- 8:52Speaker 3: and I guess we'll have to deal with those when
- 8:53Speaker 3: we get there. Because anytime you cross a bridge, right,
- 8:59Speaker 3: it's now that's a thing. Just like when they went
- 9:03Speaker 3: after Trump and they went after his taxes and they
- 9:05Speaker 3: tried to use the Supreme Court, right, all these things
- 9:07Speaker 3: that they've done. These things open the Pandora's box for
- 9:11Speaker 3: anybody to do them in the future, and it's usually
- 9:14Speaker 3: the Democrats that are, you know, crossing that rubicun So
- 9:18Speaker 3: that's my only point on that, But by and large,
- 9:22Speaker 3: I will echo what I've said in the past. Most
- 9:25Speaker 3: people want to see criminal aliens deported. Most people don't
- 9:28Speaker 3: want to see it happening the way it's happening, because
- 9:30Speaker 3: people don't really want to know how the sausages are made.
- 9:33Speaker 3: And now that they're seeing it, they're like, Man, had
- 9:36Speaker 3: the media done this to Obama, they would have hated Obama,
- 9:40Speaker 3: but they didn't. They kept it a secret. Matter of
- 9:42Speaker 3: fact that the only published photos from Obama's kids in
- 9:45Speaker 3: cages came out while Trump was president, and they blamed
- 9:48Speaker 3: it on him, Which brings me to this the five
- 9:52Speaker 3: year old story. So you've got this story about a
- 9:55Speaker 3: five year old being kidnapped, right, being detained by ice
- 9:59Speaker 3: like they like to say the Left. Turns out this
- 10:02Speaker 3: kid was not arrested. He was abandoned. His dad abandoned
- 10:09Speaker 3: him and fled because he didn't want to be arrested.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Who does that? Who does that? I mean, at the end,
- 10:16Speaker 3: they get the guy and his son is with him
- 10:18Speaker 3: and they're going to be deported together because the United
- 10:23Speaker 3: States doesn't believe in family separation, but apparently this dad did.
- 10:27Speaker 3: He believed in separating his own family so much he
- 10:30Speaker 3: ran away from his own five year old son. What
- 10:32Speaker 3: a disgrace. Nobody should want that guy in this country.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I better not hear anybody calling him Midwestern dad, right, nobody,
- 10:41Speaker 3: because that is a shame. That's a disgrace. It's disgusting. Now.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I'm glad Secretary of NOMES set the record straight on that,
- 10:47Speaker 3: and I know some people are critical of her, too,
- 10:49Speaker 3: for whatever reason. But I think she's a good administrator,
- 10:52Speaker 3: and I think she's doing what has to be done.
- 10:56Speaker 3: I think that, like anybody, there can there be improvement, sure,
- 11:02Speaker 3: but I don't have any major critique, my opinion, my thoughts. Anyway,
- 11:07Speaker 3: there's a few more things I want to talk about.
- 11:09Speaker 3: I want to talk about. Hold on, bear with me.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I got a couple more here. Oh, Jack Smith, we
- 11:14Speaker 3: got the Jack Smith. We're going to do the calls.
- 11:16Speaker 3: We're going to continue on this topic a little bit.
- 11:18Speaker 3: And oh my gosh, I went to go shoot at
- 11:21Speaker 3: a TV segment in New York City this week, and
- 11:25Speaker 3: I left my house in Jersey. I drove over there,
- 11:28Speaker 3: did my thing, and when I came back, Wow, what
- 11:32Speaker 3: a surprise. I'll share that with you a little bit
- 11:34Speaker 3: later on. All right, so keep it locked right here.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Coming up next, Jack Smith, don't go anywhere.
- 11:39Speaker 4: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 11:47Speaker 4: and he's breaking it down.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Oh he's so handsome.
- 11:50Speaker 3: What's his day? Rich Veldez? All right, amigos, welcome back
- 11:55Speaker 3: Rich Valdez, keeping your company this Thursday night. Happy to
- 11:59Speaker 3: be here with you. Really a blessing. Eight seven to
- 12:01Speaker 3: seven val less number one, And I want to get
- 12:05Speaker 3: into this talk about Jack Smith, because this Jack Smith
- 12:08Speaker 3: stuff again, he's testifying before Congress, He's in a hearing today,
- 12:15Speaker 3: and you've got all sorts of people trying to defend him.
- 12:18Speaker 3: He's trying to make it seem like he was doing
- 12:21Speaker 3: the right thing when we know full well that he
- 12:22Speaker 3: wasn't doing the right thing, and his whole case fell apart,
- 12:26Speaker 3: and every other big case he's ever worked on is
- 12:28Speaker 3: falling apart after the fact getting overturned. I mean, the
- 12:31Speaker 3: guy's got a horrible track record, so it's always fascinating
- 12:34Speaker 3: to see how he sits there and tries to make
- 12:37Speaker 3: it into something positive. But Congressman Tom Tiffany today was
- 12:41Speaker 3: asking that Jack Smith about the alternate slate of electors
- 12:47Speaker 3: that they said that this was him trying to undermine
- 12:49Speaker 3: the election, trying to overturn the election, which I believe
- 12:52Speaker 3: is the job of every single politician right They want
- 12:55Speaker 3: to if you lose, if there's a way, your lawyers
- 12:58Speaker 3: are trying to figure out how to overturn your loss,
- 13:01Speaker 3: especially if there's something suspected. I mean, that's I think
- 13:04Speaker 3: a natural protocol, and we've seen it forever, right, we
- 13:08Speaker 3: saw al Gore do it. We've seen it in al
- 13:10Speaker 3: Gore is going back to the year twenty twenty six
- 13:13Speaker 3: years ago. But somehow in the world that we're in,
- 13:17Speaker 3: it's not good if El Trumpito does it listen to this.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Is there any historical precedent for an alternate slate of
- 13:24Speaker 6: electors to be sent to Congress? Has that ever happened before?
- 13:31Speaker 6: That had happened? Not anything similar to this situation. But
- 13:34Speaker 6: you're correct. It was in Hawaii. I think it was
- 13:36Speaker 6: Hawaii in I want to say, the nineteen sixty election,
- 13:40Speaker 6: So it has happened before that there was an alternate
- 13:44Speaker 6: slate of electors that was sent to Congress, which does
- 13:47Speaker 6: the electoral count correct? There was a prior time that
- 13:52Speaker 6: an electoral slate was sent where there was litigation and
- 13:57Speaker 6: recounts going. Actually, there's twice it happened, mister Chairman, had
- 14:01Speaker 6: happened in eighteen seventy six and nineteen sixty that these
- 14:04Speaker 6: alternate electors happen. I'd like to ask unanimous consent to
- 14:08Speaker 6: introduce the nineteen sixty Hawaii case objective. With that, I
- 14:12Speaker 6: yield to the chairman.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Well, would you look at that and nobody got put
- 14:15Speaker 3: in jail for that. But El Trompito even recommends that
- 14:18Speaker 3: we have states that are saying we want to send
- 14:21Speaker 3: alternate electors, whether it's at his behestor or not. And
- 14:25Speaker 3: all of a sudden, he's the bad guy. Now he's
- 14:27Speaker 3: the one that's guilty as sin. This is part of
- 14:31Speaker 3: the problem when you demonize someone so much in the media,
- 14:35Speaker 3: and quite frankly, there are people just don't like Trump's bravado.
- 14:39Speaker 3: They don't like his persona, they don't like his confidence,
- 14:43Speaker 3: they don't like his brashness, whatever they want to call it, Right,
- 14:46Speaker 3: I happen to love it. I think El Trumpito's fantastic.
- 14:50Speaker 3: I love the way he delivers things. I love the
- 14:51Speaker 3: way he does things. He surprises me all the time. Right.
- 14:56Speaker 3: If anything I'm critical of him is for being too pacifistic.
- 15:00Speaker 3: He's not hawkish enough, and he always proves me wrong.
- 15:05Speaker 3: That his mantra, this Trump doctrine of peace through prosperity
- 15:10Speaker 3: and strength, right, he uses the real strength is in
- 15:15Speaker 3: the prosperity. It's honestly, it's this. You know you've heard
- 15:19Speaker 3: me say before the US dollar people say, oh, it's
- 15:23Speaker 3: not back to by gold and I say no, no,
- 15:25Speaker 3: But the United States dollar is backed by the United
- 15:27Speaker 3: States military, and that's what gives us the strong dollar.
- 15:33Speaker 3: And it's that formula, right, It's the formula of look,
- 15:36Speaker 3: I've got all this stuff, but don't make me use that.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Let's make money together. That is the Trump mantra that
- 15:41Speaker 3: I feel has never been exploited or even explored to
- 15:48Speaker 3: the degree that it needs to if people were to
- 15:52Speaker 3: take that more seriously. And again, I'm not faulting anybody
- 15:55Speaker 3: right now, I'm telling you that I'm just as surprised.
- 15:57Speaker 3: There's times where I go, hh, listen, I know what
- 15:59Speaker 3: he's doing. I know he's shooting his shot, and he's
- 16:01Speaker 3: shooting it pretty far, and he's gonna try and do
- 16:04Speaker 3: something that likely can't pull off. And guess what, he
- 16:08Speaker 3: pulls it off. A week ago, people were saying, Oh,
- 16:11Speaker 3: there's no way we're getting Greenland. Oh we're gonna go
- 16:13Speaker 3: to war. Trump's gonna get us into World War three.
- 16:15Speaker 3: He's gonna trigger Article five in NATO. Oh my, that
- 16:18Speaker 3: was literally yesterday's news, the twenty first, or maybe two
- 16:22Speaker 3: days ago, right, because by yesterday it was like, look,
- 16:26Speaker 3: we agree, it's in the United States best interest and yeah,
- 16:30Speaker 3: look we've got this framework. We're gonna play ball all
- 16:33Speaker 3: through tariffs. If you want to call Trump the tariff tyrant,
- 16:38Speaker 3: go right ahead. But guess what, nobody's dying. Nobody's dying,
- 16:42Speaker 3: and everybody seems to be winning. It's not like these
- 16:44Speaker 3: are one sided deals. Venezuela is down a dictator, they're
- 16:49Speaker 3: about to be up with oil. That sounds like a
- 16:52Speaker 3: win to me. Argentina, right, we've had some dealings with them.
- 16:59Speaker 3: And while he's not as hardline as he was because
- 17:02Speaker 3: he's got to deal with the IMF now. And I'm
- 17:04Speaker 3: talking about how you're Malay, the president of Argentina. Guess what,
- 17:09Speaker 3: they's somewhat out of the woods, right. Their economy hasn't
- 17:12Speaker 3: tanked like it had and was going to continue. So
- 17:19Speaker 3: he's playing a balancing act with a house of cards.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Not an easy task. And I give it to Milay,
- 17:24Speaker 3: I really do you look at these things and you say, hey,
- 17:30Speaker 3: this is not so bad, not so bad at all.
- 17:34Speaker 3: So I will I will tip my hat to President
- 17:39Speaker 3: Trump yet again and say, look at that, not a
- 17:41Speaker 3: single shot was fired. And he's not annexing anything, right,
- 17:46Speaker 3: He's not pulling a putin. He's offering them what was
- 17:49Speaker 3: it six six, six hundred million dollars or something like that,
- 17:53Speaker 3: or did I miss his zero? Is it more? Anyway,
- 17:56Speaker 3: point is he's offering them money plus one hundred grand
- 17:58Speaker 3: per person that lives there, which there aren't that many
- 18:00Speaker 3: people that live there. God bless them. I think that's
- 18:04Speaker 3: how you make a deal. That's how you make a deal.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Now there's other controversy over this Board of Peace stuff,
- 18:12Speaker 3: saying he's using the power of the bully pulpit to
- 18:16Speaker 3: strong arm people to pay a billion bucks or whatever
- 18:19Speaker 3: it is, one hundred million, whatever the fee is to
- 18:23Speaker 3: join the Board of Peace and if you don't do it,
- 18:26Speaker 3: then you may be So he's strong arming these people.
- 18:29Speaker 3: And I'm gonna say, yes, he is strong arming them
- 18:32Speaker 3: the way we've been strong armed in the past. Right,
- 18:35Speaker 3: we get strong armed by the UN every single year.
- 18:38Speaker 3: We get more money than everybody, and we get none
- 18:41Speaker 3: of the benefit. The United States doesn't need the UN
- 18:44Speaker 3: at all. I get it. That's a selfish approach, right.
- 18:49Speaker 3: The idea is, no, the United States funds the UN
- 18:51Speaker 3: not because it needs it, but because the world needs it,
- 18:54Speaker 3: and because the United States has excess. We bless others
- 18:57Speaker 3: with what we have, as we would say in Spanish,
- 19:00Speaker 3: keno sora, we've got enough to give, We've got some leftover.
- 19:06Speaker 3: I get that, I get being charitable, I get all that.
- 19:09Speaker 3: But when you're turning your back on your own country
- 19:12Speaker 3: and we've got deficits that are, you know, way worse
- 19:16Speaker 3: today than they were even proportionally right than at the
- 19:20Speaker 3: time that they were proposing the League of Nations apples
- 19:25Speaker 3: and oranges. So this is this is a unique situation.
- 19:33Speaker 3: I say, pull the plug and get out. I like
- 19:35Speaker 3: the border peace idea. I do. Am I thrilled that
- 19:40Speaker 3: Trump is telling them I will tariff the crap out
- 19:42Speaker 3: of you if you don't join the Board of Peace.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Not thrilled, but not losing sleep over it, that's for sure, right,
- 19:50Speaker 3: because again he's not threatening military strikes. He's not threatening it,
- 19:53Speaker 3: and he's just saying, look, we want peace. Help us
- 19:57Speaker 3: in making peace and building this. Well, what's the word
- 20:02Speaker 3: I'm looking for. I don't know. Bucket of money, right,
- 20:07Speaker 3: this bucket of money of the Board of Peace, so
- 20:10Speaker 3: we can build, rebuild Gaza, we can do what needs
- 20:13Speaker 3: to be done. Right, He's strong arming people into contributing.
- 20:19Speaker 3: He's doing what the UN should be doing, but instead
- 20:22Speaker 3: of squandering through Unrah and other crazy groups that they have.
- 20:27Speaker 3: So yeah, am I mad? No way, not in the least.
- 20:30Speaker 3: I think we should be applauding President Trump. He's like, well,
- 20:33Speaker 3: I'm winning America, and in the meantime, I'm gonna be
- 20:37Speaker 3: making America better by taking most of the Arctic that
- 20:40Speaker 3: I can get. Yes, we're gonna do that. We're gonna
- 20:42Speaker 3: protect it, We're gonna have we're gonna own it. And
- 20:45Speaker 3: while we're at it, we're gonna try and rebuild Gaza
- 20:47Speaker 3: with everybody else's money. I mean, listen, I think this
- 20:51Speaker 3: is a fantastic thing. Why on earth would we criticize
- 20:56Speaker 3: such a thing. Well, because Trump is strong arming them.
- 20:58Speaker 3: I call that negotiating. I think that's business. He hasn't
- 21:02Speaker 3: threatened anything with any military Nada. Now again, would I
- 21:08Speaker 3: have done it. I might have used some military. I
- 21:11Speaker 3: would might have said, go ahead, see what happens, right,
- 21:13Speaker 3: Because I mean, why not? Right? There's a reason I
- 21:16Speaker 3: never pursued real public life that way. I think I
- 21:20Speaker 3: have some crazy views for things like that. I have
- 21:22Speaker 3: a short temper for stuff like that. So Trump Trump
- 21:25Speaker 3: is wise. He's got wisdom beyond my years for sure,
- 21:29Speaker 3: and kudos to him on securing this deal. Now, let
- 21:33Speaker 3: me see there's something else I want to call Jacksmith.
- 21:36Speaker 3: I had just broached on that. I just went sideways
- 21:38Speaker 3: with this international affair of stuff, but very very good stuff.
- 21:42Speaker 3: Let me stick with this because Jeff Andrew, congressman from
- 21:45Speaker 3: New Jersey, we've had him on before. He's terrific. By
- 21:48Speaker 3: the way, former Democrat right jump ship. When they decided
- 21:51Speaker 3: to impeach Trump twice, he said no, no, no, not me
- 21:56Speaker 3: became a Republican. But listen to and Andrew talking about
- 22:00Speaker 3: rewriting history, and he's spot on. Here, go ahead.
- 22:04Speaker 7: I just want to quickly go over something because we
- 22:06Speaker 7: keep rewriting history. The President said, peacefully and patriotically. What
- 22:12Speaker 7: don't we understand about peacefully and patriotically? He asked for
- 22:15Speaker 7: the national Guard?
- 22:17Speaker 3: That was ignored.
- 22:18Speaker 7: He asked Speaker Pelosi, what don't we understand that question?
- 22:21Speaker 7: Are you saying, Nancy Pelosi controls the National Guard? The
- 22:24Speaker 7: President could national guard that he wanted to.
- 22:27Speaker 3: And you know that in my.
- 22:28Speaker 7: Time, I lost some of my time the time alongs
- 22:30Speaker 7: to John Forerly Jersey.
- 22:31Speaker 4: I have a few more seconds.
- 22:32Speaker 7: And finally, how many elected officials say we're going to
- 22:35Speaker 7: fight to win an election? Few terminology used all the
- 22:39Speaker 7: time seriously, and of course if they were guilty, they
- 22:43Speaker 7: should be prosecuted. The problem was there were many in
- 22:46Speaker 7: the mix.
- 22:47Speaker 3: One hundred percent right. You gotta love the plain spoken
- 22:50Speaker 3: nature here, right, real Jersey guy pointing out the obvious.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Who doesn't say, we're fighting to win this election. We
- 22:57Speaker 3: gotta fight, fight, fight. I mean, the these accusations that
- 23:01Speaker 3: they throw at Trump are crazy. The accusations that he
- 23:04Speaker 3: throws at others aren't crazy. They make all the sense
- 23:06Speaker 3: in the world in my opinion. I mean, it really is.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Sometimes it gets me a little frustrated. You know. Normally
- 23:11Speaker 3: I laugh at this and I just think, oh, it's
- 23:12Speaker 3: the left being the left. But sometimes you got to
- 23:14Speaker 3: look at this and think, oh my god, oh my goodness,
- 23:18Speaker 3: so many things we could be working on. Instead we
- 23:20Speaker 3: have to sit here playing volleyball with bs trying to
- 23:24Speaker 3: determine what the actual facts are because these guys want
- 23:27Speaker 3: to play so fast and loose with the facts. I mean,
- 23:30Speaker 3: it really is disheartening. Anyway, there was another clip I
- 23:34Speaker 3: wanted to play for you, but I want to make
- 23:37Speaker 3: sure I leave time for my story about happened in
- 23:39Speaker 3: New York City. I want to make sure I have
- 23:40Speaker 3: time for your calls and any updates that There was
- 23:43Speaker 3: also a little updating I wanted to give you on
- 23:45Speaker 3: the on the Nachema Levy individual who was arrested today
- 23:53Speaker 3: and the other person. There is an article. I had
- 23:55Speaker 3: it on my desk. As soon as I get I'll
- 23:56Speaker 3: get it during the break and then we'll come right back.
- 23:58Speaker 3: But that's what I've got on the agenda today. Plus again,
- 24:01Speaker 3: just a quick reminder Manyana Friday at noon, make sure
- 24:06Speaker 3: you're subscribe to my Rumble channel This is America because
- 24:10Speaker 3: Rumble gives you two channels, right, there's a rich Faldesk
- 24:12Speaker 3: channel and then there's a rich faldest This is America channel.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Make sure you're subscribe to that with the alerts and
- 24:17Speaker 3: all that, because we'll be doing a live stream on
- 24:19Speaker 3: Rumble tomorrow, you know, God willing and technology permitting from
- 24:24Speaker 3: our brand new digs. We're going to be using studios
- 24:27Speaker 3: in Times Square. I hope I'm not letting too much
- 24:30Speaker 3: out of the bag. This is supposed to be a
- 24:32Speaker 3: part of tomorrow's announcement. But we'll be doing that that much.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I've let out of the bag, so I better stop.
- 24:38Speaker 3: But we'll be announcing some new expansion for this show,
- 24:42Speaker 3: and I want to make sure that you get that.
- 24:43Speaker 3: And that's going to be happening exclusively on Rumble, and
- 24:45Speaker 3: of course they'll be members of the media there and
- 24:47Speaker 3: they'll be reporting on that, so I'm sure there'll be
- 24:49Speaker 3: some articles associated to that which you could google afterwards
- 24:52Speaker 3: and likely find around two three four in the afternoon.
- 24:55Speaker 3: But anyway, I want to get to some of that
- 24:58Speaker 3: as well, So keep it locked right now. Folks were
- 25:00Speaker 3: coming right back. Eight seven seven Nope, yeah, yeah, eight
- 25:05Speaker 3: seven seven. Valdez one, I'm Rich feldesk.
- 25:09Speaker 4: This is America. This is America.
- 25:14Speaker 3: The forty fifth President Donald Trump thinks it's an honor
- 25:18Speaker 3: to speak with Rich Valdez.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Oh, very good.
- 25:25Speaker 3: The honor is all yours. Conservative talk with a dash
- 25:30Speaker 3: of sofrito. Now here's Rich Valdez. All right, I goes.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your company. We're live, uh
- 25:38Speaker 3: and direct and happy to be here. At least I'm live.
- 25:41Speaker 3: You may not be live. I'm live and uh. It's
- 25:44Speaker 3: a beautiful, beautiful day today. It was a beautiful day yesterday.
- 25:47Speaker 3: I think it's gonna be a beautiful day tomorrow and
- 25:49Speaker 3: then snow. Right, we're expecting snow. I think the estimate
- 25:54Speaker 3: here in New York, in Jersey is ten inches HIO.
- 25:59Speaker 3: I've seen. I've seen a lot worse. I saw this
- 26:01Speaker 3: one tweet from I don't know, some you know, crazy
- 26:07Speaker 3: propaganda mill that said we were going to get sixty
- 26:10Speaker 3: one inches of snow this weekend. This was a manufactured
- 26:13Speaker 3: storm in order for President Trump to carry out what's
- 26:17Speaker 3: known as the Storm, which is from some book and
- 26:22Speaker 3: some movie and more bs right that JFK. Junior is
- 26:27Speaker 3: dead and he's resurrected, and the aliens and QAnon and
- 26:31Speaker 3: I tell you the stuff people choose to believe in,
- 26:35Speaker 3: you know, stick with Jesus. He hasn't let me down yet.
- 26:41Speaker 3: But anyway, all that being said, we're getting ten inches
- 26:44Speaker 3: is what we're expected, right, I think nine to twelve
- 26:46Speaker 3: is the estimate. I don't believe there's going to be
- 26:48Speaker 3: an associated ten days of darkness as a result of that,
- 26:52Speaker 3: but I do know that we will have likely a
- 26:56Speaker 3: tough schedule. There'll be a lot less churches this Sunday
- 26:59Speaker 3: being stormed by the radical left because of that, because
- 27:03Speaker 3: they probably will have to postpone services if they're hit
- 27:05Speaker 3: with ten inches of snow. May not be enough parking
- 27:08Speaker 3: for people. But anyway, my hope is that everybody makes
- 27:10Speaker 3: it to church, and I will be back with you
- 27:12Speaker 3: guys tomorrow. And I'm not going anywhere. I just wanted
- 27:14Speaker 3: to make sure I said that. And I want to
- 27:17Speaker 3: get into your calls, right. You know the number eight
- 27:19Speaker 3: seven seven Valdez one. Sometimes I don't know the number,
- 27:22Speaker 3: but that is the number, and I do have some calls.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Let's go to Tony Tony's in Montreal, Canada. Tony, go
- 27:26Speaker 3: right at Listen.
- 27:28Speaker 8: I've been looking for Rich Valdez. I'm a great friend
- 27:33Speaker 8: of the Latino Libertarian, the best conservative that I know
- 27:38Speaker 8: in North America.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Don't worry about it, brother, you got me. I'm right here, Rich.
- 27:43Speaker 8: I want to speak about Islamification. I want to speak
- 27:45Speaker 8: about Minneapolis. I want to speak about US Code eight Dash.
- 27:51Speaker 9: One one one.
- 27:52Speaker 8: I want to speak about the Trump Agenda, the new
- 27:57Speaker 8: order that he is obviously establishing. I want to speak
- 28:01Speaker 8: about the United States being subjugated by the leftist I
- 28:09Speaker 8: want to talk about the fifty six consulates in the
- 28:15Speaker 8: United States that Mexico has that are promoting the idea
- 28:19Speaker 8: of this subjugation of civilizational war regarding immigration influx into
- 28:27Speaker 8: the United States, where a certain elements of the Mexican
- 28:31Speaker 8: national movement believes that if they can capture enough the
- 28:37Speaker 8: Maniac's abbey level, the representative of Niquina Levy Armstrong and
- 28:46Speaker 8: the destruction of the church by infringement of the Face law,
- 28:51Speaker 8: and the Islamification and the immigration civilization war that's going
- 28:57Speaker 8: on with the fifty six different embassies from Mexico pushing
- 29:02Speaker 8: the idea of mass immigration into the United States for
- 29:05Speaker 8: the purpose of returning their land according to their nationalist
- 29:08Speaker 8: movement in Mexico, Lots of stuff Islamification, immigration issues, and
- 29:15Speaker 8: the issue of population by overcoming the obstacles that they face.
- 29:24Speaker 3: But hang on, there's a lot going on there. And
- 29:27Speaker 3: good to hear from you, my brother. I appreciate it.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Let's talk about this, these fifty six consulates in Mexico.
- 29:34Speaker 3: I think you're talking about the stuff that Schweitz is
- 29:37Speaker 3: writing about in his book. Tell me more.
- 29:40Speaker 8: The fifty six consulates in the United States that Mexico
- 29:45Speaker 8: has that are promoting the idea of this subjugation or
- 29:51Speaker 8: civilizational war regarding immigration influx in the United States, where
- 29:57Speaker 8: a certain elements of the Mexican National Movement believes that
- 30:02Speaker 8: if they can capture enough the immigrants from Mexico in
- 30:07Speaker 8: the United States, they can get back certain parts of
- 30:10Speaker 8: the land that they believe the United States took from Mexico.
- 30:14Speaker 8: Simpeter s. White Shirt's new book he's talking about, I
- 30:21Speaker 8: don't know what the title of the book.
- 30:23Speaker 10: But it's basically the subversion of the United States by
- 30:27Speaker 10: all of these different surreptitious movements, Chinese Islamas and obviously immigrations.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Right. You know what's interesting here, Tony, is that it's
- 30:40Speaker 3: not only the Islamification, excuse me, the push toward the
- 30:46Speaker 3: left and this softness that they have on islamis like
- 30:49Speaker 3: there are Muslims that are not soft on Islam. Right.
- 30:51Speaker 3: We saw just I don't know a week ago, week
- 30:54Speaker 3: and a half ago, that the UAE banned their citizens
- 30:59Speaker 3: from receiving any type of UAE funding if they attend
- 31:03Speaker 3: school in the UK because they said it's been islamified,
- 31:06Speaker 3: that they are radical Islamists with a t at the end,
- 31:10Speaker 3: not Islamics, but Islamists, so within the Muslims themselves, they're
- 31:15Speaker 3: having this type of conflict. And yeah, you're one hundred
- 31:17Speaker 3: percent right, it's wild how this is being pushed. But
- 31:20Speaker 3: this is what radicalization looks like. And you know, it's
- 31:24Speaker 3: interesting that you mention that because there is a tie
- 31:27Speaker 3: in in that the Marxists are pushing this similar type
- 31:31Speaker 3: of jihadist movement within what used to be Black Lives
- 31:34Speaker 3: Matter during George Floyd and now it seems to be
- 31:37Speaker 3: the anti ICE movement, which I think is totally wild.
- 31:40Speaker 3: But here we are taught the.
- 31:42Speaker 9: Out of control opposition, the blmis jihadist Islamification or the
- 31:48Speaker 9: Islamification procedures that are undertaken by BLSM movement, and the
- 31:55Speaker 9: people that are pushing mass immigration into the United States.
- 31:58Speaker 9: That's in here, and it's a overt takedown of the
- 32:02Speaker 9: American system, not only through people like Dante King, a
- 32:06Speaker 9: professor at I believe it's Princeton or Yale, different people
- 32:12Speaker 9: in the United States that they're advocating for the white
- 32:17Speaker 9: supremacy or white colonialism arguments, et cetera. These are all
- 32:22Speaker 9: different theories that are converging at a certain point to
- 32:26Speaker 9: remove traditional America.
- 32:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you're one hundred percent right. They're trying
- 32:30Speaker 3: to subvert America in so many different ways, right, removing
- 32:34Speaker 3: traditional America. I think you're spot on. And this is
- 32:38Speaker 3: their move right because it's not because they hate America
- 32:41Speaker 3: per se, and they do, but it's because they love
- 32:44Speaker 3: the chaos that comes to communism. They love the state.
- 32:48Speaker 3: They love the idea of the workers owning what other
- 32:52Speaker 3: people have worked hard to build. That there is no
- 32:55Speaker 3: there are no billionaires, right. This is what they aim for.
- 32:58Speaker 3: This is what they they live for. This system that
- 33:01Speaker 3: they strive to perfect that's never worked, which is why
- 33:05Speaker 3: they despise capitalism, which they've labeled it. Right, it's really
- 33:08Speaker 3: just the free market. But they despise the free market
- 33:11Speaker 3: that they call capitalism because it has worked, albeit sometimes
- 33:16Speaker 3: flawed by their view, by their opinion. It doesn't work
- 33:20Speaker 3: in their opinion, but it does. It's the system that
- 33:22Speaker 3: has brought more people out of poverty than anything else. Right,
- 33:25Speaker 3: a job, right, Reagan said it best. The best anti
- 33:28Speaker 3: poverty program is a job. Make money, feed yourself, make money,
- 33:32Speaker 3: take care of your family, make money, do better. It's
- 33:35Speaker 3: the bottom line. Since the beginning of time, people figured
- 33:38Speaker 3: out they had a farm, they had to eat, they
- 33:40Speaker 3: had to keep themselves warm, and they got to make money.
- 33:42Speaker 3: And listen, that's what's under attack in America. So I
- 33:45Speaker 3: think you're one hundred percent right. I'll check out that professor.
- 33:47Speaker 3: I didn't know about that, Tony and Moltreal. I'm glad
- 33:50Speaker 3: you found me. Good to hear from you, and God
- 33:52Speaker 3: bless you, my friend. All right, let's switch gears and
- 33:56Speaker 3: head over to that clip from CBS News WCCO regarding
- 34:01Speaker 3: the arrest of Mackina Levy Williams. I hope I got
- 34:05Speaker 3: her name right. Go r ahead.
- 34:07Speaker 2: We've learned that there's been an arrest.
- 34:09Speaker 5: This is over that protest at the church in Saint
- 34:11Speaker 5: Paul from last Sunday.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Protesters disrupted the service at city's church over Pastor David
- 34:16Speaker 2: Easterwood's role as acting director of ice Field Office in
- 34:19Speaker 2: Saint Paul. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced this morning that
- 34:23Speaker 2: she directed agents to arrest Takima Levy Armstrong. Bondi says
- 34:27Speaker 2: Levi Armstrong allegedly played a key role in organizing what
- 34:30Speaker 2: she called the attack on city's church. Bondi said quote,
- 34:33Speaker 2: we do not tolerate attacks on places of worship and
- 34:35Speaker 2: said there will be more updates.
- 34:38Speaker 3: Now, what's interesting here is a I messed up her name.
- 34:41Speaker 3: It's Nakima Levy Armstrong, not Nikima Levy Williams. Forgive me.
- 34:45Speaker 3: There were other arrests. That was just the first of
- 34:48Speaker 3: withd African American women with the long hair, with the dreadlocks.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Then there was the guy with the beard. Right, These were,
- 34:52Speaker 3: at least for me, the two most prominent, yelling inside
- 34:55Speaker 3: the church. And then there was this guy right, you
- 34:58Speaker 3: might remember him. His name William Scott Kelly. He's a
- 35:02Speaker 3: combat veteran who hates what the United States has become.
- 35:06Speaker 3: He thinks it'd be better if if we had a
- 35:08Speaker 3: communist revolution. Listen to this guy, all right, let's take two.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Let's try that again. Go right ahead. Let what's going on.
- 35:13Speaker 9: Agree with them.
- 35:14Speaker 5: They're gonna come at me with charges.
- 35:16Speaker 3: And I'm not I want the people to be able
- 35:17Speaker 3: to hear it.
- 35:18Speaker 5: I mean, what we're seeing around this country is they're
- 35:20Speaker 5: using their political influence to attack people that disagree with them.
- 35:24Speaker 5: They're going to come at me with charges, and I'm
- 35:25Speaker 5: not scared of that. There's no base for these charges.
- 35:28Speaker 5: I did not commit any I did not block them
- 35:30Speaker 5: from you know, their their service.
- 35:32Speaker 3: No, you weren't standing in front of people's faces, screaming
- 35:35Speaker 3: at them as they cowered in their chairs, children, women alike.
- 35:38Speaker 3: You didn't do that. I think you did, sir. I
- 35:40Speaker 3: think you did.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Never came in and removed us, so we didn't stop
- 35:44Speaker 5: their service. In fact, people were still praying the entire time.
- 35:46Speaker 5: The music was still playing the entire time.
- 35:48Speaker 4: So you know, Pam.
- 35:49Speaker 5: BONDI, you want to come and arrest me, you want
- 35:51Speaker 5: to come and give me charges, so be it. And
- 35:53Speaker 5: for all the people getting you know, giving me death threats,
- 35:55Speaker 5: threatening my life, kill me, go ahead, kill me, because
- 35:58Speaker 5: you know what, as Fred Hampton said, you can kill
- 36:01Speaker 5: the revolutionary, but you can't kill they.
- 36:04Speaker 3: All right, So it's clear, thank you, it's clear that
- 36:08Speaker 3: this guy is a nutcase. He says, the police didn't
- 36:10Speaker 3: come and take us out. Well, sir, is that I'm
- 36:13Speaker 3: allowed to just go places and start yelling at people
- 36:15Speaker 3: and if the cops don't come, then I'm supposed to
- 36:17Speaker 3: presume I'm allowed to stay. I mean, I think this
- 36:20Speaker 3: guy's off his rocker, and I think the charges are
- 36:22Speaker 3: totally gonna stick. I don't think he's got a case
- 36:24Speaker 3: for himself at all to say that because we weren't
- 36:26Speaker 3: thrown off. Imagine somebody tries to steal your car. They
- 36:29Speaker 3: just jump in your car and they start screaming, and
- 36:31Speaker 3: they're just like, oh, well, you know, I thought, you know,
- 36:33Speaker 3: you were gonna tell me about Jesus. But let me
- 36:34Speaker 3: tell you about Jesus. Did Jesus wear a suit? Somebody
- 36:38Speaker 3: comes in all argumentative like that. I don't think for
- 36:41Speaker 3: a second that they're not going to get in trouble.
- 36:43Speaker 3: I don't think for a second they're gonna be well,
- 36:45Speaker 3: you know, they didn't tell me to leave. These people
- 36:46Speaker 3: were shocked, These people were dismayed to think for a second,
- 36:51Speaker 3: William Scott Kelly, if that is really your name, that's
- 36:54Speaker 3: a Mark Levin line right there. If that is your name,
- 36:56Speaker 3: if that ran I mean it right, is it really
- 36:59Speaker 3: your name? Because I think this guy's an op. I
- 37:01Speaker 3: think this guy is a fake, phony fraud. I think
- 37:04Speaker 3: he's an actor. I don't think he's some sort of
- 37:06Speaker 3: crazy that fell off the deep end that's served in
- 37:08Speaker 3: the military and he's malcontent. Now there are people like that,
- 37:13Speaker 3: but I don't think that's the case here. This guy's
- 37:15Speaker 3: a real professional radical. This guy's likely that's not his name,
- 37:20Speaker 3: he likely has done work with intelligence agencies. I guess right,
- 37:25Speaker 3: this is the type of guy you send in when
- 37:26Speaker 3: you want to destabilize the country. He knows the rhetoric.
- 37:30Speaker 3: It's not his first rodeo. This guy's a professional. Right.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Compare him to AOC. It took her a long time
- 37:37Speaker 3: to be able to get to to her rhetoric, and
- 37:40Speaker 3: it's not even as sharp as his. Right, she's a
- 37:43Speaker 3: real you know what, The left would call it, useful idiot.
- 37:48Speaker 3: This guy, this guy's a pro anyway. That's all I
- 37:52Speaker 3: have to say on that. I'm glad they arrested him
- 37:54Speaker 3: and her and some other third person, and they should
- 37:57Speaker 3: probably arrest everybody that was there if they could track
- 37:59Speaker 3: him down, and then you know, we can track them
- 38:01Speaker 3: down because it was all over the video and they
- 38:03Speaker 3: were able to do it at January sixth, why wouldn't
- 38:05Speaker 3: they be able to do it here? And I think
- 38:08Speaker 3: personally that's the example that should be set. Every last
- 38:11Speaker 3: one of them should be charged with the Face Act.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Every last one of them should be held in the
- 38:15Speaker 3: DC gulag or whatever gulag they can find. And I
- 38:19Speaker 3: say gulag euphemistically for jail, I don't really mean a
- 38:23Speaker 3: real gulag. And we should we should make an example
- 38:29Speaker 3: that no one should go into a mosque, no one
- 38:31Speaker 3: should go into a synagogue, no one should go into
- 38:34Speaker 3: a church and interrupt the service. That shouldn't happen. People
- 38:39Speaker 3: should have their right to do what they want, say
- 38:40Speaker 3: what they want, do what they want right within the
- 38:43Speaker 3: limits of the law. You want to protest that church,
- 38:46Speaker 3: like I've said before, stand outside, hang up your sign,
- 38:49Speaker 3: just like the people in abortion clinics. They go outside,
- 38:52Speaker 3: they offer prayer, they do whatever whatever they're doing. Right,
- 38:55Speaker 3: everybody's got their right to protest, and you got to
- 38:57Speaker 3: respect that right. But you can't bring it inside. You
- 39:01Speaker 3: can't start, you know, crossing that line. And these guys
- 39:04Speaker 3: clearly cross the line. This is insanity that we're even
- 39:06Speaker 3: having this conversation. I hope that tomorrow we wake up
- 39:11Speaker 3: to hear that seventy other people were arrested. All seventy
- 39:15Speaker 3: or fifty or sixty whatever number. This is all these
- 39:17Speaker 3: dozens of people that storm this church. Every last one
- 39:20Speaker 3: of them should be arrested, and not for exercising their
- 39:22Speaker 3: free speech, but for interrupting the free speech of others,
- 39:25Speaker 3: for interrupting the other's right to worship. It's all I
- 39:28Speaker 3: got on that. All right, amigos, I'm coming right back.
- 39:30Speaker 3: We're gonna talk about a couple more things. Don't go anywhere.
- 39:33Speaker 1: This is America. This is America, all.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Right, amigos, Welcome back. It's Rich Valdaz. I'm here with you.
- 39:51Speaker 3: We continue the conversation on some of the crazy that's
- 39:54Speaker 3: going on today. Haven't had a chance to add some
- 39:56Speaker 3: of the lighter topics that I like to add in
- 39:59Speaker 3: just because the news cycle has been so hectic lately.
- 40:02Speaker 3: Might just so much going on that it's been difficult
- 40:05Speaker 3: to kind of break away and break free. But I
- 40:08Speaker 3: wanted to talk a little bit about this Don Lemon
- 40:10Speaker 3: stuff because there was some updates there, right, Breitbart reporting
- 40:15Speaker 3: that a federal magistrate, I can't say this word magistrate,
- 40:20Speaker 3: a federal magistrate judge. Right, I feel like I'm going
- 40:24Speaker 3: to get in my head. I'm mentally saying, don't say
- 40:27Speaker 3: a federal masturbate judge. And that's what I say, right,
- 40:31Speaker 3: that's this this federal judge, what a jerk off anyway,
- 40:35Speaker 3: a federal magistrate judge in the Confederate State of Minnesota.
- 40:41Speaker 3: This is a piece by John Nolty in Breitbart. He
- 40:45Speaker 3: says refused to sign a criminal complaint against the far
- 40:49Speaker 3: less activist and former CNN anchor Don Lemon, also known
- 40:53Speaker 3: as Don Lemon and one Stor's take two. One source
- 40:59Speaker 3: told CBS News that the Attorney General is enraged at
- 41:02Speaker 3: the magistrate's decision and that the process is not over.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Justice Department could find other avenues to charge Don le
- 41:10Speaker 3: monk posing as a journalist. Over the weekend, Don Lemon
- 41:14Speaker 3: and a bunch of other leftists anti ICE protesters were
- 41:18Speaker 3: there defending murderers, rapist, wife beaters, and others inside a
- 41:23Speaker 3: Christian church in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Early reports said that
- 41:26Speaker 3: Lemon was along with seven other people involved in the
- 41:30Speaker 3: church riot and that they're all facing DOJ charges. So far,
- 41:34Speaker 3: only three have been charged, So let's see what happens again.
- 41:38Speaker 3: The people arrested here are Nakima Levy Armstrong, William Kelly
- 41:43Speaker 3: that we just talked about, and Sean Till. Luisa Allen,
- 41:46Speaker 3: She's another one that was arrested here. Let's see here
- 41:51Speaker 3: people posting the memes all over x also known as
- 41:54Speaker 3: Twitter with the pictures of Don Lemon and his mug shot.
- 41:58Speaker 3: So DHS Secretary Christino says that William Kelly's being charged
- 42:02Speaker 3: with conspiracy to deprive rights of federal crime, violating the
- 42:06Speaker 3: Face Act, which is is what Tony was talking about
- 42:09Speaker 3: before on his call Title eighteen of the United States Code,
- 42:12Speaker 3: section two forty eight for his involvement in the Saint
- 42:16Speaker 3: Paul Church riots. The issue with don Leymong is trickier.
- 42:19Speaker 3: He will say that he was there to cover the
- 42:20Speaker 3: incident and that his fore knowledge of what was about
- 42:23Speaker 3: to go down is not unique, but it's just called reporting.
- 42:26Speaker 3: And that's often the case with many journalists when they
- 42:29Speaker 3: know what's going on before it happens and they're about
- 42:31Speaker 3: to cover it, and you know, they say, this is
- 42:34Speaker 3: information they got from their sources, part of their First
- 42:36Speaker 3: Amendment right to a free press. Don Leymong, I believe
- 42:42Speaker 3: was probably my belief from what I see based on
- 42:46Speaker 3: what he said, not just I don't like him. He
- 42:48Speaker 3: gave this preface about being at the church, being outside
- 42:53Speaker 3: the church, and in doing so he made it clear
- 42:56Speaker 3: that he kind of knew where they were going. He
- 42:58Speaker 3: knew what was going on. He was with that group,
- 43:00Speaker 3: he was embedded with them. But he said, I don't
- 43:03Speaker 3: know where this could end up. And it seems like
- 43:05Speaker 3: he's saying it just to cover his butt, right, it
- 43:08Speaker 3: seems like they he very well knows that they're about
- 43:10Speaker 3: to go somewhere and do something by surprise, and he
- 43:12Speaker 3: alludes to it. Let me see if I can find
- 43:14Speaker 3: that audio. Can we get that?
- 43:16Speaker 4: All?
- 43:16Speaker 5: Right?
- 43:16Speaker 3: So here's Don Lemon just before they storm the church
- 43:20Speaker 3: and saying that he's with this group and here we
- 43:23Speaker 3: are moments before. Listen to him.
- 43:28Speaker 11: After that, after we do this operation, you'll see it live.
- 43:30Speaker 11: And these these operations are surprise operations. Again, can't tell
- 43:33Speaker 11: you where they're going.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Oh so you can't tell us where they're going? Done? Well,
- 43:38Speaker 3: what can you tell us? Well, here's the full to Minneapolis.
- 43:41Speaker 3: Rewind that, sir, Please rewind that. I want everybody to
- 43:44Speaker 3: hear it from the beginning, because he sets up the
- 43:47Speaker 3: whole thing. We started with the end there, just so
- 43:49Speaker 3: you can hear the money shot. But in reality, he's
- 43:52Speaker 3: explaining that he's embedded with this group, he's part of it.
- 43:56Speaker 3: He says, we we are going to do this. After
- 43:58Speaker 3: we do this operation, we're going to do Operation pull Up,
- 44:01Speaker 3: and we're going to surprise people and hold him to account. Right,
- 44:03Speaker 3: sounds like he's trying to see ya, but sounds like
- 44:06Speaker 3: he knows what's going on. And he is, in fact
- 44:07Speaker 3: part of the conspiracy.
- 44:10Speaker 11: Into Minneapolis a little bit ago and did some some
- 44:17Speaker 11: reconnaissance on the ground and speaking to an organization there
- 44:20Speaker 11: that's gearing up to for resistance and protests. I've been surprised,
- 44:25Speaker 11: pleasantly surprised to see the community coming together, diverse community.
- 44:30Speaker 3: If you see this. When we first pulled up, we're.
- 44:31Speaker 11: Like, wait a minute, would is which which operation are
- 44:35Speaker 11: we at? And as it turns out, because we were like,
- 44:37Speaker 11: well this is kind of Maga codd right, so the
- 44:40Speaker 11: American flag or whatever, but these are resistance protests. They're
- 44:43Speaker 11: planning an operation that we're going to follow them on.
- 44:45Speaker 11: I can't tell you exactly what they're doing, but it's
- 44:48Speaker 11: called Operation pull Up and it's the Chema Armstrong and
- 44:51Speaker 11: she Now.
- 44:53Speaker 3: This is his saving grace here, right, His saving grace
- 44:56Speaker 3: is he's saying I can't tell you now, we don't
- 44:59Speaker 3: know if he's said saying, I'm sworn to secrecy, I
- 45:01Speaker 3: can't tell you. If I tell you, I got to
- 45:03Speaker 3: kill you, or if he's saying, I can't tell you
- 45:06Speaker 3: because I don't know. I'm just finding out right now
- 45:09Speaker 3: and we're following this group. His saving grace is gonna
- 45:12Speaker 3: be saying, look, in the middle of a war, you've
- 45:15Speaker 3: got army, a fighting army, b but there's always reporters there,
- 45:20Speaker 3: and you're not allowed to shoot or kill the reporters.
- 45:23Speaker 3: And nobody prosecutes the reporters for filming the war. And
- 45:28Speaker 3: this is what he's gonna say. It's just the way
- 45:30Speaker 3: he's worded this. I've never heard a reporter say, all right,
- 45:34Speaker 3: I'm here, Even the ones that are embedded, right, they
- 45:38Speaker 3: kind of tell you exactly what's going on, and they'll
- 45:40Speaker 3: tell you I can't tell you because for our safety
- 45:43Speaker 3: where we are exactly. But we're with this army and
- 45:46Speaker 3: they're doing that. So I feel like this really rides defense.
- 45:50Speaker 3: And this is likely why the judge refused to issue
- 45:53Speaker 3: the warrant for him. But stern warning nonetheless, be advised, right,
- 45:57Speaker 3: you don't want to chill free speech, but you also
- 46:01Speaker 3: don't want to, you know, use free speech to hide
- 46:05Speaker 3: behind being a conspirator for some something heinous like disrupting churches.
- 46:11Speaker 11: Has been doing this since George Floyd, Dante Wright and others,
- 46:16Speaker 11: where they surprise people, catch them off guard and hold
- 46:19Speaker 11: them to account. And so that's what we're doing here.
- 46:22Speaker 11: And then we're after that after we do this operation
- 46:24Speaker 11: and you'll see it live. And these these operations are
- 46:27Speaker 11: surprise operations again and can't tell you where they're going.
- 46:29Speaker 3: So you do what you want with that. I'll say this,
- 46:32Speaker 3: I don't think anything's going to happen to him legally.
- 46:35Speaker 3: I think that his YouTube following might suffer. I think
- 46:38Speaker 3: that a lot of people who once perhaps respected Don Lemon,
- 46:43Speaker 3: liberals and others that like CNN like Don Lemon, like
- 46:48Speaker 3: that type of thing, you know, a liberal journalism. I
- 46:51Speaker 3: think many of those people are going to say, you
- 46:53Speaker 3: know what, Diegamo, I'm not interested anymore.
- 46:56Speaker 8: Don.
- 46:56Speaker 3: My thoughts I could be wrong. Maybe it's a more
- 46:58Speaker 3: forgiving audience, but I think this was beyond the pale
- 47:03Speaker 3: as the saying goes right. I think it was just
- 47:05Speaker 3: a tad too far right. Which one are you? And
- 47:12Speaker 3: you can be an activist and a journalist, but you
- 47:15Speaker 3: got to show your true colors. You've got to say,
- 47:18Speaker 3: I'm an activist and a journalist. Right every time I've
- 47:21Speaker 3: been to a MAGA event or anything like that, I
- 47:24Speaker 3: come and I tell everybody here, and I always tell
- 47:26Speaker 3: you I am not a journalist, no matter how much
- 47:28Speaker 3: people tell me that. Just because I might report some
- 47:30Speaker 3: of the things that you hear in the news, I'm
- 47:33Speaker 3: doing that for the sake of setting up my commentary,
- 47:36Speaker 3: setting up my opinion, to give you my analysis, not
- 47:39Speaker 3: my recitation of the facts. Because I am not a
- 47:44Speaker 3: journalist and I'm not gathering the news or reporting the news.
- 47:48Speaker 3: It's not my goal. If it happens by happenstance, you know,
- 47:51Speaker 3: because I was reading an article that somebody else reported
- 47:54Speaker 3: to give you the background and the setup to give
- 47:56Speaker 3: you my opinion, that's a different story. But stand where
- 48:01Speaker 3: this comes from, and that's my thought here on Don Lemong,
- 48:05Speaker 3: Don Lemong, Ultimately, I think he's got something coming to him.
- 48:08Speaker 3: I don't think it's going to be from the federal
- 48:10Speaker 3: government anyway. More on everything else, straight ahead, don't go anywhere.
- 48:16Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 48:31Speaker 4: He's making podcasting great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 48:47Speaker 3: All right, I mean he goes welcome back. I am
- 48:50Speaker 3: Rich Valdes, the aforementioned Rich Valdes, and I want to
- 48:56Speaker 3: get into just a couple of things, right the story,
- 48:59Speaker 3: right I wanted. I told you I would tell you
- 49:01Speaker 3: to fill you in on that. So I was invited
- 49:05Speaker 3: to Newsmax to do a show. I did what I
- 49:09Speaker 3: had to do. I went in there, and when I
- 49:12Speaker 3: came back out, there was a big yellow boot on
- 49:16Speaker 3: one of my rims on my car, and I said, well,
- 49:19Speaker 3: what's this all about. I'm the kind of guy I
- 49:21Speaker 3: get a ticket, I pay it while I'm standing there
- 49:22Speaker 3: grabbing it off my windshield. I don't try to let things,
- 49:27Speaker 3: you know, amount to things. But I'm also the kind
- 49:29Speaker 3: of guy that if I was issued a ticket and
- 49:36Speaker 3: didn't get it on my car, and you send me
- 49:38Speaker 3: a letter in the mail saying, hey, we sent you
- 49:40Speaker 3: a ticket, why haven't you paid it, I'm calling you
- 49:42Speaker 3: to fight. I'm not just gonna pay it and take
- 49:45Speaker 3: your word for it that you gave me a ticket,
- 49:47Speaker 3: because now I'm ticket. I didn't even get a ticket.
- 49:50Speaker 3: I didn't even get a ticket, let alone if it's
- 49:51Speaker 3: a red light ticket or one of those tickets. Oh,
- 49:54Speaker 3: you better be showing me some proof here, and if
- 49:56Speaker 3: your proof doesn't look really good, because I know I'm
- 49:59Speaker 3: pretty by the book kind of guy when it comes
- 50:00Speaker 3: to driving right. That's why I get so mad at
- 50:03Speaker 3: people when they drive like idiots, because me, like a sucker,
- 50:07Speaker 3: I got to drive right. So apparently there was a
- 50:11Speaker 3: couple of tickets I'd gotten a handful, not a dozen,
- 50:16Speaker 3: but a handful. And in New York they add up
- 50:19Speaker 3: quick because some of the illegal parking tickets right, you
- 50:23Speaker 3: can get issued in an illegal parking ticket for putting
- 50:25Speaker 3: a quarter in a meter or whatever it is, nine
- 50:28Speaker 3: dollars in a meter or whatever they charge you now
- 50:30Speaker 3: putting the little ticket from the meter in your window.
- 50:35Speaker 3: And if it's a metered area where it says commercial only,
- 50:40Speaker 3: and you just saw the meter and by accident paid
- 50:44Speaker 3: the meter, you don't get like a break or any
- 50:47Speaker 3: other ticket that says, oh, you know you paid, you paid,
- 50:52Speaker 3: but you know, no no variation, no break. You get
- 50:56Speaker 3: a prohibited parking ticket, which I think is three hundred bucks,
- 51:04Speaker 3: two hundred ninety three or two hundred ninety seven dollars.
- 51:07Speaker 3: So imagine if you have three or four of those
- 51:10Speaker 3: that you didn't know you had right because it wasn't there.
- 51:14Speaker 3: And it's pretty easy in New York A. Some people
- 51:16Speaker 3: steal stuff off your car. B Sometimes the weather gets
- 51:22Speaker 3: it right, because I can tell you if I find
- 51:24Speaker 3: a ticket on my car, I pay it. It's who
- 51:27Speaker 3: wants to go through that right, especially in the moment
- 51:31Speaker 3: New York, to their credit. You want to fight a
- 51:33Speaker 3: ticket in New York City, five boroughs, it's not that difficult.
- 51:39Speaker 3: You don't have to take a day off of work,
- 51:41Speaker 3: you don't have to dial in through zoom. You take
- 51:44Speaker 3: a picture right where you are. If you don't agree
- 51:47Speaker 3: with the charge that's on that ticket, you take a picture.
- 51:49Speaker 3: If you feel that that can provide you proof and
- 51:52Speaker 3: guess what, you can upload that right through the through
- 51:55Speaker 3: your phone and voil I you can. In a day
- 51:58Speaker 3: or two, some judge will write back. I can say,
- 52:00Speaker 3: all right, you've been cleared, and I have won several
- 52:02Speaker 3: tickets this way. When they say prohibited parking, no standing
- 52:07Speaker 3: and clear as day, there's a sign here that says
- 52:09Speaker 3: you can park here during this time to this time,
- 52:12Speaker 3: and then down the block there's another sign that says
- 52:14Speaker 3: something else. Sometimes they're contradictory. And I'll be the first
- 52:18Speaker 3: one to tell you I believe a lot of this
- 52:20Speaker 3: stuff is a scam. A lot of these things are.
- 52:23Speaker 3: They're done and designed to get in your pocket, to
- 52:26Speaker 3: get your money, to make sure that the city wins.
- 52:29Speaker 3: They want money. These are revenue generators. So anyway, I
- 52:34Speaker 3: find this boot on my car, and there's this sticker
- 52:37Speaker 3: on my window. So I'm reading this thing and it's
- 52:39Speaker 3: hard to read. There's a lot of writing, and then
- 52:41Speaker 3: they're writing on top of it with like a sharpie marker,
- 52:44Speaker 3: and I'm just incredulous. I'm just like, I can't believe
- 52:46Speaker 3: this is happening. Wow. As I'm there reading the paper,
- 52:51Speaker 3: I hear Burbert ber I look to my right. There's
- 52:55Speaker 3: a cop car. Guy's like, hey, there's a boot on
- 52:59Speaker 3: your car. No kidding, Sherlock, Yes, sir, I'm aware. Thank you,
- 53:05Speaker 3: you're gonna pay it. I was like, I have no
- 53:06Speaker 3: idea how much it is. I don't even know what
- 53:08Speaker 3: to you say. There's a form on the caross like,
- 53:09Speaker 3: I'm reading the forum, I'm looking at the thing. I'm
- 53:11Speaker 3: trying to call the number. Give me a second, you know.
- 53:14Speaker 3: He's like, listen, you got two hours to pay that.
- 53:17Speaker 3: If it's not paid in two hours, we're coming back
- 53:19Speaker 3: and we're towing it. What do you say to that? Right?
- 53:22Speaker 3: What I wanted to say I didn't say. I felt
- 53:26Speaker 3: like saying, all right, I don't know, say it, thank you?
- 53:28Speaker 3: What do you say? I nod in my head and
- 53:30Speaker 3: I said, okay, you know what else can I say?
- 53:34Speaker 3: So I keep reading and the guy comes back. He
- 53:37Speaker 3: went around the block. So a minute and a half
- 53:40Speaker 3: goes by. It comes back and I'm like, yeah, I'm
- 53:44Speaker 3: literally right where you left me. And he's like, listen,
- 53:46Speaker 3: are you gonna pay her? What? And I'm like, is
- 53:48Speaker 3: this a scam? Or these guys real cops? Is this fake?
- 53:51Speaker 3: What is going on here? He says, listen, you gotta go.
- 53:54Speaker 3: You gotta pay. You gotta pay in person. There's no
- 53:55Speaker 3: payments online, none of that. You got to go in
- 53:58Speaker 3: person to the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, New York.
- 54:01Speaker 3: I'm like, man, my dad used to work down there
- 54:03Speaker 3: at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. And I'm thinking, I'm in
- 54:07Speaker 3: midtown Manhattan, now I got it, and it's five pm.
- 54:12Speaker 3: You think I'm gonna get there? I'm thinking it's gonna
- 54:14Speaker 3: take me two hours to get there, and I don't
- 54:16Speaker 3: have a car. How am I gonna get there? He
- 54:18Speaker 3: tells me, no, no, no, take an uber. Take an uber.
- 54:21Speaker 3: You'll be there twenty five minutes. I'm like, yeah, all right,
- 54:24Speaker 3: you paying for the uber because I'm not paying for
- 54:26Speaker 3: an uber. At five o'clock anyway, I look the Uber
- 54:29Speaker 3: was something like seventy five dollars, and I was like,
- 54:31Speaker 3: I'm not paying that for what? And there was no
- 54:34Speaker 3: guarantee you're gonna get it right, so not at least
- 54:37Speaker 3: on time. So I looked at my transit app and
- 54:40Speaker 3: I see that the F train is close by. Thirty
- 54:44Speaker 3: nine minute ride into Brooklyn. This's got twenty five minutes,
- 54:47Speaker 3: thirty nine minutes on the subway, twenty five minutes. Guy's
- 54:51Speaker 3: smoking crack. Anyway, I walk very long blocks and again
- 54:56Speaker 3: this is the first day this year. It was eighteen
- 54:59Speaker 3: degrees on the high side, eight degrees on the low side.
- 55:04Speaker 3: I'm walking, freezing, and I get there. I go the
- 55:12Speaker 3: train station. The subway station is thirteen minutes away from
- 55:17Speaker 3: the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Walking, I took an uber cut
- 55:21Speaker 3: down some time. I get there's a bunch of people online. Thankfully,
- 55:26Speaker 3: a bunch of people, like four or five. Right, the
- 55:27Speaker 3: place is Impact. It's got two lines, and four people
- 55:31Speaker 3: are on one line. And then the security guy tells
- 55:34Speaker 3: me you can go on that line where there was nobody.
- 55:36Speaker 3: But there was also nobody at the window. But eventually
- 55:38Speaker 3: somebody came to the window and I was next. I
- 55:40Speaker 3: thought that was cool, so I go in. They tell
- 55:43Speaker 3: me something about plus this fee, plus that feed, plus
- 55:46Speaker 3: the ticket, three tickets at this price, and blah blah blah,
- 55:50Speaker 3: fifteen hundred something dollars. I'm like, good load, there's a
- 55:54Speaker 3: lot of money plus the one eighty five feet and
- 55:58Speaker 3: I go, no, I didn't get towed. There's a big
- 56:00Speaker 3: sign on the wall that says towing fee one eighty
- 56:03Speaker 3: five And I said, well, I didn't get towed. There's
- 56:05Speaker 3: a boot on the car. The guy goes, yeah, towing fee,
- 56:07Speaker 3: boot fee, same fee, one eighty five plus you gotta
- 56:10Speaker 3: pay the outstanding tickets. So quickly my brain just works
- 56:15Speaker 3: this way. I'm thinking, so hold on these people, and
- 56:19Speaker 3: again I get it. I'm the one that's in the wrong.
- 56:21Speaker 3: I'm the one that didn't pay the ticket. So got it.
- 56:23Speaker 3: I'm the bad guy. Right, say hello to the bad
- 56:26Speaker 3: guy here, that's Tony Montana. But talk about scaling, right.
- 56:31Speaker 3: The other day, I was talking about scaling versus growth. Right,
- 56:34Speaker 3: Had mister Mumdani decided to say, we're gonna hire more
- 56:37Speaker 3: tow trucks, We're gonna we're gonna hire more cops to
- 56:40Speaker 3: drive these tow trucks, We're gonna tow more cars so
- 56:43Speaker 3: that we can earn more money, that would be growth
- 56:46Speaker 3: in the business. Right. You increase your expense and you
- 56:49Speaker 3: increase your revenue as a result of your business. But
- 56:52Speaker 3: this is true scaling. What the government did here the
- 56:56Speaker 3: City of New York is they eliminated the need for gas,
- 57:00Speaker 3: the need for tow trucks, the need for the tow
- 57:02Speaker 3: truck driver. The same guy that gives you the ticket
- 57:05Speaker 3: now harasses you until he gets you to jump on
- 57:09Speaker 3: a train or in an uber to drive to another
- 57:12Speaker 3: burrow to pay the bill. You still pay the towing fee,
- 57:16Speaker 3: which they've now relabeled the boot fee. Then you got
- 57:20Speaker 3: to come back, so you do all the traveling. They
- 57:23Speaker 3: don't do all the traveling. All the cost and time
- 57:26Speaker 3: is on you. That cop stays there next to your car,
- 57:30Speaker 3: just takes the boot, right, off once he hears that
- 57:33Speaker 3: it's been paid, and voila. Talk about scaling a business.
- 57:37Speaker 3: They're now in the business of towing cars without even
- 57:39Speaker 3: towing cars. I had to drive to a towyard to
- 57:42Speaker 3: pay a bill that I likely could have paid online.
- 57:45Speaker 3: I don't know why they make you go in person.
- 57:46Speaker 3: I guess to inconvenience to you, to make it worse.
- 57:48Speaker 3: Don't ever do it again, that type of thing. But
- 57:51Speaker 3: long story short, and the business lesson on scaling versus growth.
- 57:55Speaker 3: It was a streamlined process that sixteen or seventeen hundred
- 58:00Speaker 3: dollars later, I thought, Wow, I'm likely not gonna drive
- 58:05Speaker 3: in Manhattan that much more, right, or you're better off.
- 58:08Speaker 3: You're better off paying the one hundred dollars it cost
- 58:10Speaker 3: to park because my car is a little big and
- 58:13Speaker 3: most places don't take it, and the ones that do
- 58:15Speaker 3: take it charge for oversized parking, so it's usually eighty
- 58:18Speaker 3: five or one hundred bucks. I'm probably better off paying
- 58:20Speaker 3: the one hundred dollars in parking, then the three hundred
- 58:23Speaker 3: dollars and then having another incident like that getting a
- 58:27Speaker 3: ticket that I didn't even though I got so anyway,
- 58:29Speaker 3: he goes, that's my story. I'm sticking to it. I
- 58:32Speaker 3: think that said amount of time and tomorrow's announcement. Make
- 58:34Speaker 3: sure you are subscribed at Rumble dot com. Rich Valdest,

- 59:26Speaker 3: one in which our technology has dramatically improved our living standards.
- 59:31Speaker 3: That's because the people that design and build the modern
- 59:35Speaker 3: wonders that make our lives better are bound by physical reality,
- 59:40Speaker 3: a world in which things either work or they don't work. Unfortunately,
- 59:44Speaker 3: those who oversee our political and educational institutions aren't limited
- 59:48Speaker 3: by these same constraints. Instead, they often implement their agendas
- 59:52Speaker 3: by exploiting people's ignorance on issues like taxes and immigration.
- 59:56Speaker 3: So where do we go to get the facts? Well,
- 59:58Speaker 3: you listen to this as America. But if if you're online,
