- 1:15Yeah. We go yeah. I actually have a year last week. I have a Oh, shit.
- 1:20Time flies, man. The beautiful thing about this podcast is, like, we get to tap into our Heavy Hitter brothers. And, you know, this is Heavy Hitter DJ Coro King. I know him from being from Providence, Rhode Island. Yeah. Right.
- 1:32Go ahead. Right? But from what I understand, he's born and raised in East New York, Brooklyn. Yeah. Yo. You see everybody's like, oh, shit. Yeah. That's crazy. I had no clue.
- 1:42What's up, Brooklyn? Nope. East York. So tell me how long how long were you let's start there. How long were you in Brooklyn for New York?
- 1:50Born and raised out there, elementary.
- 1:54Then I went to middle school, and then I just did freshman in Lane. And then I was cutting school crazy. You know?
- 2:01I wasn't going to school. So my mom in Brooklyn. In Brooklyn. Was a in Brooklyn.
- 2:07And my mom still live over there. Okay.
- 2:09That's what's up. So Were were you still a DJ back then? No. No. No. New York, I wasn't a DJ. So yeah. You were saying. I was learning, though. I was doing parties. I was doing little barbecues here and there. I was 13 years old, virtual DJ.
- 2:23And then my my mom just couldn't do it, so she hit up my dad. He lived in Providence.
- 2:29Motherfucker came, picked my shit up.
- 2:32He's like, you coming with me. Out of here. Best thing I ever did, though, because I was I was going to rural route.
- 2:38You know? Right. I mean, East New York is not a is not a, you know, it's not an easy place to be. You know what saying?
- 2:44The best thing. The best thing. So in Providence, there ain't much shit to do. You know? It's a fucking campo. You know? It's like that's when I really dedicated to DJing while I was in high school, downloading music here and there and practicing. And then once I graduated, straight straight to the clubs.
- 3:00And that's how I really I build my name like that. So so when you started DJing, obviously, you were not doing vinyl. You were not doing CDJs.
- 3:08I was I didn't start I started with a mixer and a laptop, Virtual DJ. Mixer and laptop. Old ass mixer. Yeah. Had, like, eight channels. Yep. No no CD player. No nothing. No nothing. Wow. Okay. I like I like to hear this. And who who is the guy who who inspired you to actually DJ, though? Who's that? Yeah. Like I don't There has to be somebody you looked up to. Like, when you was coming up Right. I wanna I wanna be that guy. Was really wanna do what they doing, but my way. You know mean? Yeah. Exactly.
- 3:36I was there. So I was looking a lot of, I was listening to a lot of Alex Sensation's transitions.
- 3:41You know? The way he blend in the bachatas. I'm like, wow. That is so amazing.
- 3:46I wanna do it like that. And I used to watch all the LMP DJs.
- 3:50They used do livestream back then and stuff like that. Right. That just happened all the time. Scuff, Scuff was one of them. Obviously, come along.
- 3:58So so so your your your your choice of music starting, though, was it, like, more Latin.
- 4:05Latin.
- 4:06Yeah. Latin. More of More the Latin vibe, reggaeton, dembow, salsa, bachata.
- 4:11All of that. Open format crazy. Yeah. But you wanted to do that whole, hey. You know what I mean? You're getting this bachata, but I'm gonna also play this this wanted the piece of every everything. You know? Scratch it and all that and just put it all together. And that's basically what how I am now. Like, I'm just a little bit of everything with my own style. Mhmm. Mhmm.
- 4:29Mhmm. So We could the first the first time I met y'all, but I like it. You know what I'm saying?
- 4:35I like that. Like like like, yo. I like it. You know what I'm saying? Like, I always say you need you need somebody who with whatever type of energy Coro has.
- 4:43You always need that around. You know mean?
- 4:44Coro, how'd you get your name?
- 4:46My dad. Yeah.
- 4:49So my dad is you see me? He's double meat. He's crazier.
- 4:53Was he a Latin king?
- 4:54No. He was just I'm just asking, know, Coro King. He's fair question. Fair question. You know what you know what Coro is? Coro's a Coro. You know the vibe. The vibe.
- 5:03The vibe. Coro's a vibe. Coro's a Latin.
- 5:05My dad was just the king of that. You know? He used to go into bars with a wig. He used to go crazy. He used to go into fucking Walgreens with his pants up here.
- 5:15Crazy shit. Just you know? Here's a story, and now I know where you get it from. Here's a story, I know where you get it from. We were we were in Dominican Republic, and I had the retreat.
- 5:25This guy's I'm assuming your your luggage got lost or didn't make it or something happened.
- 5:30Didn't make it. Yeah. Yeah. So he has zero clothes. Nothing at the retreat. Mind you, everybody's land there.
- 5:37Everybody got their fresh gear. La la la.
- 5:39Coro has nothing to wear. Your man over here remixed every single t shirt he got from this guy, from that guy. He put outfits together, and then maybe he made that shit look hot, though. Kept running. You know what?
- 5:52I I just I don't really I don't I don't care, bro. Like, I don't really I just be mean, man. Wear anything. I will wear anything. Yo. Your man went to the gift shop and got a pair of scissors. Me in there.
- 6:02He got a pair of scissors and started cutting shit up. Yep. And then he wore the shades, wore a bandana on his head.
- 6:08Well, boy, he just flipped it. Every day, I was like, yo. This guy is crazy.
- 6:11I would never do that. But Coro King, like, that's that guy only and now now I understand where you get it from. Wait.
- 6:17But man.
- 6:18But then that whole thing that you know what mean? The way, you know, the way you dress, also comes from the family too.
- 6:23Right? No. No? That's all you? That's all me. Everything's all me. Love it. Like, I don't have nobody in my family that I can look up to. Like, oh, nah. Everybody look up to me. That's Everybody's like, damn, yo. This motherfucker is dead. They I don't care about nothing. I'd just be walking in. There was one time I wore it's not it's like some platforms.
- 6:44You know, platforms.
- 6:45Back in the day, I used to I wore that shit to the club.
- 6:49Hey, guys. Night, it was packed. I'll win that to the club. I'm just a character.
- 6:54You know? I like to get into different type of personalities. Yeah. You was doing the retro shit. That shit was popping in 1974.
- 7:01Yeah. Yeah. I I like to do all that stuff. So, you know You were doing that in 2024.
- 7:06Yeah.
- 7:08'20 no. What was it? '20 no. It was 2020 I did it. Alright. Look at that.
- 7:12Crazy. It was 2020. Shit. But what's crazy is that back right now in June, I went to take a trip up to north to the North and fucking they lost my bag.
- 7:23Man. Completely.
- 7:25Like, completely. They cannot find it. So I was freestyling up there crazy, bro. You know what mean? Oh, I was ready, man. I was wearing sweats to the club, all that shit. I don't even give a fuck. So so okay. So after high school, boom. You sit straight to the club. That means that that was your goal thing. There was no college say, I'm gonna do this for a living. That was that was your choice? Yes. And then my But did you have multiple I'm asking this because I want all them young DJs that up up and coming to watch you. Like, you know, I'm asking you to learn, like, did you have like, let's say, you work at a nine to five and then do gigs?
- 8:00Did you you know what I'm saying? Like I got out of high school. I graduated.
- 8:03I did, like, two years of community college, but then I left it. And then I love the music. I love teaching. Like, since I was Chiquito, you know, I've loved that shit, and I didn't have no family member or any friends that were DJs. It was just all me. And I used to just take my friends to the club after, like I was 17 with a, you know, fake ID getting into these clubs, meeting the DJs, meeting the you know, how how these guys do this.
- 8:29How how they, you know, they DJ, how they perform. So Right. I just fell in love with it. And then one day, one of my cousins came from DR. She's a girl. She had her body done.
- 8:41So she's like, oh, let's go out. Let's go.
- 8:44I'm like, alright. Let me take you to the spa. It's called I don't know, Camilo.
- 8:47You probably know about it. Mi Sueño is on Broad Street, Providence.
- 8:48Broad Street? Uh-oh. Broad Street. So I took her there. The owner fell in love with her. Oh. So right there, they were chopping it up. I'm just there.
- 9:00And then she's like, oh, my cousin's a a DJ. You should put him on to your next you know what like. Oh, where?
- 9:06Come next Thursday. I got you. Yeah, So boom. I got there. I brought my little my mixer, my Virtual DJ, and I actually packed the club. I brought all my people to group. So you promoted it? I promoted it. Everybody was so hyper because I already had a little crowd. I was doing little parties here and there. And once they saw that I had the club, they all came in.
- 9:28That owner took me to the back, and he's like, man, you did one right now. You did one. Like, nobody has ever packed this club like this. Like, what do you wanna do? I'm like, I wanna travel. I wanna DJ everywhere nationwide, worldwide. I wanna take this to, like, you know, the biggest stages. And he's like, he was gonna give me $50. He gave me a 100. He's like, come back next week. And from there, everything just from there. So so you were there every week for a while? Every week for a while. Yeah. And so you But at the same time, I had a I had a I had a nine to five. I had two jobs. I used to do Nordica, and then I used to clean banks.
- 10:11Right. And then while I while I was doing that, I was just listening to mixes and all that stuff, just studying. You know?
- 10:17I love that. This is the part that I like people to understand. Like, look. I had two jobs. I was packing a club, but I had two jobs, yo. You know what I'm saying? Like, but you gotta put in the work to be where you at.
- 10:28And I love when people listen to that.
- 10:29I'm like, bro, get you a job, but go DJ. But get a job, but go DJ. You know what I'm saying?
- 10:35Was working I was working a lot. Like, when I talked to DJ up and coming, like, you gotta pay your bills, man. You can't just put all your eggs on DJing and and and and think you're gonna get booked and, you know, you gotta, you know, you gotta live. You know what I'm saying?
- 10:49And then from there on, you grow. Once once once shit starts to move, then you can make that decision like, okay. I'm a quit my day job. Yo. What Camilo, what was your last day job before you became DJ Camilo? Yo. My last day job was Shoe Shack on 82nd Street in Jackson Heights with a sneaker store.
- 11:07We used to have all the sneakers, you know, Jordan and all that. And back then, this is, like, you know, nineties. Right?
- 11:13Last job. And and this is, like, when the Colombian drug dealers back in the day used to come and buy 20 of these to send back to Colombia.
- 11:23So I we were hot on the block.
- 11:25I would be hot. Like like, it would come to us.
- 11:28And, yeah, I was just I would do straight stockroom, sneakers, this, that, and and and sell sneakers. That's what I was doing. That's what you were And after that but at that time, for me, I was I was fucking hustling mixtapes.
- 11:39Mhmm. People will come to the store, buy mixtapes from but I would spread them around my in in my in my spare time, put that shit around. And, yeah, that was, like, I had a job. But I yeah.
- 11:48That was my last That's that's where that's where all the right came at. Right? That was later on. All right. Back then, all the right, it it my man George had the shop, and I used to sell the mixtapes to him. Because it used to be a record store slash barbershop slash shop. That's what's up. I like that. And then, you know What about you, Boogs? Me, my last real job was oh, no. I worked I worked one summer because I yeah. I worked at the Gap.
- 12:14That's what I I was the stock boy, but everybody was getting a lot of clothes for some reason. Let when we say real jobs, we mean, like, nine to fives type a job. Yeah. It was a whole because you got a real job right now. We all got real jobs. Like yeah. That was it. And then after that, I applied to be an intern at Hot 97, but instead I got the job instead of the internship. And then some guy got me fired, and he had to hire me because he got me fired.
- 12:38You know what mean? But yeah. Yeah. That was it. I worked at the Gap. That was that was actually my last Wow. Real job. My last job. Gap, Nordica. And what was your last job, e? Nordica wasn't my last job. Nordica. Okay. Okay. I worked for a company called Just Toys. It was a toy company. Okay. They were in a toy district on 23rd Street in, like, Broadway.
- 12:57And I was actually working with Renee McLean's younger brother, Sharif.
- 13:01And and at this time, I was starting to cook.
- 13:06Right? I was cooking in the street, not cooking, like, behind the stove. I was, like, yo, I had to be there, like, 8AM in the morning. And I remember doing clubs till, like, four, and I was like, yo. This is killing me, bro. I don't know if I can make it to 8AM every day.
- 13:21So I would come late a few times during the week, and Sharif would, like, punch me in and work for me and then tell the bosses, oh, yeah. He's he's here.
- 13:29He just wants to get a a breakfast sandwich. So He went he went on a break for a second, but he'd be back.
- 13:34But he was doing that for me for a couple of weeks, and then and then one day I said, yo, bro. I might have to just leave the job. It's so that's okay. When did you arrive at that moment? And you was like, alright. I could pay the bills with just the DJ related stuff. When did you arrive there? So I got into the club 2010. That 2010 was when my cousin put me on with the owner. So then I had a little run till, like, 2011 late because the people that I was work I wasn't really known into the in the industry. I was just known from outside. So they put a DJ better DJ than me because he had his vinyl. He had his Rane mixer. He had everything. I didn't have I have Virtual DJ.
- 14:11They're like, nah. We don't keep this guy.
- 14:13So I was getting no bookings, so I had to get another job. I used to work for this cable company. I don't know.
- 14:19I had to build some bullshit, some brackets for some cables. I was there for, like, a whole year. And then they brought me to the office. At that time, I was doing I was doing gigs Thursday, Friday, but I was still working full time, ten to seven. I remember. That was 2013.
- 14:34Then they brought me to the office. They're like, yo. You coming in too late. I don't know what you wanna do. You wanna give it another try, or you just wanna be I'm like, I'm I'm out of here. I'm out of here.
- 14:44At that time, I was only making 50 to $100 of booking. I wasn't nothing. But I had a apartment in Central Falls, $600 rent. I was like, you know what? I'll figure it out. And this is in Rhode Island? Rhode Island.
- 14:55Rhode Island. Yo. So what's the what's the environment in Rhode Island now?
- 15:01Compare it to East New York, Brooklyn. What's the difference?
- 15:05Yo, Rhode Island. That'd be hood. Don't get it fucked up. Yeah. It's okay. Okay. It's wanna I wanna know. I wanna hear It got a little bit of New York in it. You know? Providence is really, like, very cultural. A lot of Dominicans over there. A lot of you know, it's very diverse. A lot of Cape Verdeans.
- 15:20Yep. Okay. A lot of Cape Verdeans. But for the me part, I mean, they they they really party. You know? I I I can't believe that I really made my name in Rhode Island. That's, something that There was there was one summer I played in Rhode Island, and we hit a strip.
- 15:34I forget the strip. It's it's definitely in Providence. It's probably Atwells Ave or Federal Hill.
- 15:39Yo. That strip, man. Yo. It Y'all heard they got really good food in in Italian.
- 15:44Yeah. It's Italian. And, like, Colombian food.
- 15:47That strip that strip reminded me of old New York, bro. Because all I saw was trucks, bikes, loud music.
- 15:52Oh, that's Broad Street. You mean Broad Street? That's Broad Street.
- 15:56Broad Street in Providence. Fucking lit, bro. And I was like, you you you you had the firefighters over here. The fucking down the block, the the the chimichurri truck was popping.
- 16:07Yo. It was crazy. I was like and me and Lou, like, yo. This is, fucking New York. Like, old New York. Like, it was crazy. It was crazy because my dad, he unfortunately, he got locked up in'07.
- 16:18He got locked up, so I was staying with my stepmother.
- 16:21And before, when I was living with him, he didn't want me in Providence. He said, you're not going over there.
- 16:26But Providence is where it's at. You know?
- 16:28I was living in Pawtucket, Central Falls. It's like, Pawtucket. The Bucket. The bucket. You know?
- 16:34Mhmm. He's like, you're not going to Ponce.
- 16:35So once he had to turn himself in, I started going to Providence. I'm like, this motherfucker, he kept me away from what I really wanted, you know, to be a part of. And then once I started getting into Providence, that's when I was like, you know what? Full throttle. And and I mean, it's so when I lost my job when I left my job, 50, I started I started, like, talking to these promoters. I'm like, yo. I don't have a job right now. I didn't get booked. And I don't know. They just like my vibe, they just kept booking me, and then shit just went crazy.
- 17:06That's it. Yo. Real quick. For, like, the young DJs out there, can you explain what Virtual DJ is that used to you know?
- 17:13It's still alive.
- 17:14But But what Virtual DJ is more like a digital type of way of DJ. It's like, right now, how you use Serato with just a laptop, no equipment.
- 17:26But back then, it was just you had to learn how to, like, beat match.
- 17:31It was just like but I learned with the sync button. I just used to click the sync button, and once I because I didn't have no Right. No CDJ to, like, you know, match it to beat to so I had to, like, press the one of the buttons so I could beat match it.
- 17:45And then from there, I just started learning how to beat match, and it was good for me. It was working for me, but it was like a little, know, oh, you use Virtual DJs? Ah, bro.
- 17:55You're wacky. You know? Coming over to boojoo if you're the Metropolitan.
- 17:57I would've been like, what the fuck is this guy doing? But but listen. I was I respect it because you're self taught, man.
- 18:04Right. Right. And you learned this shit, you mastered it, and you got in front of a crowd, and you rocked. And probably rocked better than these guys because you kept they kept calling your ass. Right? Bro, I used to hide for when DJs used to come see me, I used to hide the laptop so they won't see the program of you. Right. Right.
- 18:24I I've ran into a couple of those DJs with Precise back in the day, I used to be like, literally, what he know, but Camilo, like, yo. What is that shit? But it sounded good. You know I mean? And Yeah. It worked. You know? You made it work for yourself. And that's another thing you do. Like, you love linking with, like, your audience and your crowd, but you'd be killing that shit on the livestreams and all of that. Yeah. That's why love it. That's your thing. Right? Let's let's get to let's get to that because because now, you know, this is many years later. You're now TikTok heavy. And and I and I know you tell me, yo. You need to get on TikTok every day. Blah blah blah blah. It's an audience and this, and the people follow you, and it it becomes a whole another culture. So let's talk about when you first started TikTok.
- 19:02Or this year, live streaming. First, I started on Twitch because it was pandemic.
- 19:08Right. And I was just you know when the live stream was late on Instagram?
- 19:12Yeah. Yeah. Oh, we all remember that. So then it died down, and then I start I ran into Twitch, and then I see these DJs having these crazy backgrounds and all this green screen shit. I'm like, yo. I'm new to this. What the fuck is this?
- 19:25This shit is big. I'm sorry. I don't think it died down IG. I think they kicked us out, bro. No. Yeah. Because of the copyright. That's what I'm saying. Did. I'm like, yo. What the fuck? And then we had no choice. Hey, buddy.
- 19:34Twitch. Twitch. Twitch.
- 19:36No. TikTok's there now. They it you can't even stream no more on TikTok like that.
- 19:39Yeah. You can. Yeah. You can. You can.
- 19:41You can go ahead They're gonna start kicking y'all out. Watch anything.
- 19:44Mark my words on this show what I told you. What they what they don't what you can't do is post videos of, like, music, but you can livestream.
- 19:53You're able to livestream.
- 19:54The thing right now, I started I started Twitch 2021.
- 19:58I got inspired by, like, looking at these DJs. So I said, you know what? Fuck this. I had a room in my basement.
- 20:06I hooked that shit up. I painted it myself. I had a green screen, all this shit. And little by little, I just started learning. You know? I I did all myself.
- 20:14I learned all my no nobody nobody streamed at that time on Twitch. So I just learned.
- 20:19I went through trials and errors and fucking spent my money. But once I started getting a little audience, I'm like, nah. This shit is lit. Once I started seeing that money motherfucker is dropping 200, 300, 600, going crazy back and forth to send the gifts and shit. That's when I'm like, nah.
- 20:36This is a different world right here. And Explain. Now now explain. You gotta have to explain because a lot of people know, but a lot of people don't know what the fuck a gift is. Okay. Good. Okay.
- 20:45On TikTok.
- 20:47No. Twit TikTok? Okay. On Twitch. You want the TikTok or the Twitch? No. Let's start with the Twitch. Okay. Twitch is is a channel, and they play ads on your channel. You actually you you win you get revenue from that. So every time they watching you and they watch the whole channel the whole ad, you get paid for that.
- 21:06So for for you to not get ads, you gotta subscribe to the channel. For us DJs on Twitch, they charge a little bit more, $7.99.
- 21:16$2 go to the record labels, and then half of the $5 go to Twitch, and then the rest is yours. So you get, like, two fifty out of every sub. So when people gift subs, that means they're gifting subs to other people in the channel watching this. For example, you y'all three watching me, and there's somebody that is in the channel, they'll send you guys gifted subs.
- 21:36So they gifted you guys to to watch my channel for free. Base they basically paid me so y'all could watch for free. So that's what's a gifted sub so you can watch. It lasts one month. And then after that, you're gonna have to, like, resubscribe or whatever. Now on TikTok, gifts, they're valued as some type of you know?
- 21:56So for example, 1 coin is 1 rose is 1¢.
- 22:01So if they send you a thousand rose, it's a whatever. You know? Right. Right. But now if they send you, like, higher tiers, like lions and, like, all of this, like,$400.
- 22:10It's, like, you know, $500.
- 22:13Like, right now, the top streamer on TikTok is Tyler River. I know you guys know Tyler River. That motherfucker is killing it right now. Like, he's already he surpassed, I don't know, probably a million dollars already on that shit. Wow. But That's why you don't see him in the clubs no more.
- 22:29No. He no. You don't he lives there.
- 22:31He I wake up. I see him there, and he's he's there every fucking day. You know? That's the thing about TikTok. They wanna suck your life in there.
- 22:39No. Wake up. Stream.
- 22:41Stream every day while you're eating, while you they want you to stream because they make money off that. I'm not gonna go to that extent because there's a lot of DJs that dedicate to TikTok, but they lose their brand. They lose their outside brand. They don't get bookings no more.
- 22:56They focus on that. And I feel like I'm now on that type of level where I need to, like, be just on TikTok.
- 23:02I can make the money, but then I lose myself outside. Like, I won't get enough of bookings and bullshit. So so it's all, like, a a balance that I have with the streaming. But Smart.
- 23:12So I I gotta ask you why you're on TikTok. Right? Rocking.
- 23:16What's the most anybody's ever sent you?
- 23:19Yeah. Yeah. Well, when I first started TikTok on 2023, it was very different. Right now, there's so many rules. US bought it, so there's a lot of, like, bullshit going on. But back then when I started, it was crazy. I was making at least 5 a week. You know? 5,000?
- 23:37A week. Yes. Okay.
- 23:40Alright. It was going crazy. Hit him. Hit Hit him. Set me up. Five stacks a week, man. But You're gonna beat me up. I'm telling you, you had to be there, Lord. You had to just log in, be there, battle it. Battling when you battle okay. So, basically, I'll explain the battle in the situation. When you battle, you're facing somebody else, you know, another streamer, and it's the community that's battling each other, the chats.
- 24:06So whoever in the each which whichever chat you're in, whoever throws the most gifts wins the battle.
- 24:13So whoever throws the most money. So if my child is ready, another child so we just it's it's all a competition. That's crazy.
- 24:20I everybody reload, go to the website, reload, change $20, $10, and there's strategies. You know? There'd be speeds.
- 24:27You could throw a speed, and then the speed will multiply the gift. For example, right, the gift the speed is time five, and you throw a fucking lion, it's gonna time five that fucking lion. Yeah. And it's just gonna make you so it's like a whole strategy game. People love it. They love the chat. You already lost Enuff, L. Boogs, and Camilo, but.
- 24:44Navigating. I'm navigating my best, yo. But no. No. Even when I talk to you, I'll be I'll be lost since I'll be, you know, I'll be like, oh, shit. You know?
- 24:54What the fuck is this? And I hit you up, like, what's this mean, bro? Like Yeah. No. Yeah. Yeah. Of course. I'm here to explain, but it's just like a friend oh, you wanna battle? You you can still play your music. You still DJ, but you talk to your community and tell them, yo.
- 25:07Let's get these motherfuckers.
- 25:07Somebody go go recharge.
- 25:10Let's throw something, and then people just they like the challenge. They like it. That's that's, like, something that they love. You know? From from when you started TikTok to now, do you see it growing even more, or do you see already, like, it hit the top, and now it's, like Yeah. It's it's a little, like, too Everybody doing the same shit. Listen. I'll be I'll be stream I'll be I'll be scrolling on by, but who the hell is this chick? But, damn, she got 1,400 followers right now. People looking at her, like, just random people. I never heard in my life. And there's a lot of famous artists, celebrities on that shit that's funny. It you get lost in that world. Like And you do. You do. You really do. Like and, you know, people take this that shit seriously. Like Yeah. If, for example, if you had a a shooter, a shooter is somebody that throws bread, that that goes in your chat and goes crazy. And if you lost that if they see that shooter on another stream, they'll get mad at that shooter and start hitting them up. Yo. Why you left me? Why you did that? Like, it's they getting really serious with this. So I'm like, you you guys wilding. You know? Wow. That's what's up. Because there's a lot of peep there's a lot of people that be home.
- 26:14You know? Like, they don't go out, and they got fucking, I don't know, checks. Then they fucking they got money. No. But, like, some people depend on whatever y'all throw on them lives. Like, that's I think they say about that. Yeah. You guys are there, like literally, yo. They're entertained.
- 26:26They check-in with you like they, you know, really, really know you and shit. Like like, it's a fucking thing, bro. Bro, I'd be I'd be home telling I'm not streaming today. Oh, why you not on? Why you not streaming? I'm like, oh, damn. I can't have a rest day, bro?
- 26:39No. That's crazy. Yeah. They get mad. They really get mad. So it's that's a different world, man. It's crazy. Well, listen. That's beautiful that DJs could jump in there and attract a new crowd.
- 26:51The the the what I like about it is you just get on there, and when you're DJing I'm talking about when you're DJing, you just play whatever the fuck you want.
- 26:59Yeah. You do. You want it. How long you want it? Stop the music. Talk shit.
- 27:04Interact. Go back to this. Take them on a ride. You know? That's that's that's the thing that I love about it. Yes. That's why I'm in it. I'm not in it for the money. The money comes late, but I'm there to for my personality.
- 27:15You know? You. I'm a crazy motherfucker. I'll be they love me. You know? I'll be saying some wild shit in there. No. I've seen you there I've seen you there with wigs and fucking crazy trees and all kinds of crazy shit. Yeah. I know. Great time, man. I love it. I love I'd be sometimes I'd be in, and without me saying nothing, you know I'm there. And I'm like, how the fuck this guy know Okay. So I have a the in the computer, there's it's like a OBS, and then you see everybody that's on. So I'm on the computer. I don't do my phone. I don't use my phone. I use a camera and all that stuff. So Right.
- 27:45Right. I see everybody that's in. Man, when you log when you log in, it says Camilo's in here. Camilo just joined. So I'm like, oh, shit. Didn't it?
- 27:53Right. So, yo, just throw a gift, bro.
- 27:55Come on, man. Throwing a little some roses or some shit, man. Yo.
- 27:59Let's take it back. Let's take it back a little couple years back. So let's let's talk about your brother. The and your brother in the game? Yeah. Nino Stacks. Nino Stacks.
- 28:07Shout to Nino Stacks. He he's a promoter.
- 28:09Right? Yeah. He's a promoter. Was a promoter.
- 28:11I don't know if I don't know if he's still active like that. But he's right now, he's a little laying low right now.
- 28:17He's he's trying to play he's trying to come out with a new wave. You know?
- 28:21That old wave, Providence, though. That's why I left to Providence.
- 28:25Same shit. And I was get I got tired of it. I wanna grow. Over there, I'm not gonna grow. I already did. I already hit my people over there. You conquered everything. I did all that shit. So Yep.
- 28:34I just decided to I'm like, let me go to Florida, test it out. Because if I can make it in a small ass city, that really Right. All of my Florida might hit. You know? So but he's he's trying to, like, do something, you know, something else. He's working with artists right now and, you know, doing independent shit. Like, he'll get an artist, and he'll book it to a club or some shit like that. You know?
- 28:54He'll do that. He's doing that low key.
- 28:57Yeah. Now now you from Providence.
- 28:59Were were you you know, I'm assuming you were able to play in Boston.
- 29:03Yeah.
- 29:04On New England. On New England. Right. Yeah.
- 29:07And so what was your what was your first big gig out of Providence? Like, let's say, you know, like I'm I'm assuming playing in Boston must have been a big deal for you because it's a bigger city.
- 29:18Yeah.
- 29:19When I got to I got to Boston first, but I got to the hood Boston.
- 29:23I didn't get to, like, the you know?
- 29:24Boston is Boston, baby. So I know what I'm asking. It don't matter. That's when I that's just before Heavy Hitters.
- 29:31I was oh, yeah. Actually, Heavy Hitters. But I I what I meant to say before I hit my peak, like, when I so I'm like, damn. I'm like one of the first DJs that left Providence.
- 29:43So from there, I started getting booked in Lawrence. Lawrence has a fire ass nightlife. Like It does. That is crazy over there. Lawrence is lit. I got booked Lawrence is a special town. Like like I mean, even Nicky Jam is from Lawrence. Adoni's from Lawrence. Adoni's from Lawrence. The people don't talk about people that really came out of Lawrence. Like, to me, it's like a a hub that everybody just land because, man, New York is there.
- 30:08Just landed there. Just got there. Is it isn't isn't that, like, one of the spots, like, you know, if you you either came to New York or you went to Lawrence?
- 30:15You know I'm saying? Like, that Yeah. That's what yeah. One of Lawrence is lot yep.
- 30:18Like, like you you move out of New York and you buy a house in fucking Lawrence or whatever. And Right. No. Because you also got a lot of people from The Caribbean, Latin America, etcetera, etcetera that are used to living some people just like living in houses, bro. They can't go to those They wanna have their own garage, their own fucking driveway. You know? Sure.
- 30:33And it's peaceful, but, Massachusetts is pretty big. You know? So there's a lot of little cities and towns around that you can you know, as long as you be all connected. Hey, Coro. I have a question. Like, the way that, the way that people, you know I mean?
- 30:46Like, depend on you. Like, said, yo. Why you not streaming? And hit you. Like, get online. Does that do something for you too, for your psyche? Like, does that help you out too? Of I mean, of course. Because I'm like, damn. Wow. These people really wanna see me. They really wanna sit there and watch me turn up and shit. So I I feel like some some time, like, you know what?
- 31:05Let me get on. I do sometimes I'll like, let me get on because you motherfuck and it it'd be the best stream be the ones that I don't wanna do. So I'll be like, damn. I don't even feel like getting on. And them should be hating.
- 31:15That's the one that hate it.
- 31:17And then when you're excited to be honest, like, ah, that shit. Whatever. But, hey, man.
- 31:22I I'm I stream every day when I can. If I'm home, I stream every day, and I just keep my community. You know?
- 31:29Got my discord. I got my whole community ready. When when you stream, how long do you stream for? I forget. So yesterday, I was four and a half. I did four and half. Shit. Damn. That's a fucking hard time. Flies. You don't you don't think about it. It flies because you're doing so you're playing so many new so many songs, and you're interacting. And then you're like, oh, shove it on for three hours, and they don't feel like So when when you're streaming, the when you get on, do you be like, okay. I'm a do two hours today and Yeah.
- 31:57And it just be going. It just be going.
- 31:59Just be going. I'll be like, alright. I'm a just do a quick two hour, two and a half. Because if I'm if I'm not drinking, I feel like, you know what? For a little but once I once I start getting them shots in, you are leaving. I'm not leaving. Because it's it's all a in and out thing. People come in, come out, come in, come this one time that I was on, I was about to get off, and a motherfucker raided me with a 100 viewers.
- 32:25I had to stay on for another two hours. I'm like, fuck it. Is that on Twitch? On Twitch. On Twitch. Yeah. Because I remember that. I remember you get off rave you. And you would raid the next page.
- 32:33That was Raid raid is when you have your viewers, like and then then you buy this the page. And they'll bring it to you. Yeah.
- 32:39And then it's like And you just send it. I got I'm gonna get off. Enough is on. I'm gonna send to Enuff. Yeah.
- 32:44Everybody goes to Enuff. Actually, for the Heavy hitter retreat, I wanna stream. I don't know.
- 32:49Do it. Do a whole marathon type shit.
- 32:51I wanna carry I wanna really do, like, the the all the everybody holds the camera.
- 32:56Like, Enuff. Hold it for, like, ten minutes, and you just record like, just hold it.
- 33:01I'm a have my phone ready, and I'm a set up my camera, see what we can set up. We can stream with DJ.
- 33:05Let's do it. I'm working on that. So we got that is that for is that for Twitch or TikTok? It's gonna be for Twitch because on Twitch, got curse. We got to take shots. We smoke you could smoke. On TikTok, you can't even say bitch because they'll fucking Oh, shit. Kick you out. What do they do? They'll they'll suspend you and shit because they have this AI automatic shit. So you just got you can't be cursing and shit. They'll Not even in the songs neither? Not even in the music? Yeah. The music, yeah, you you could they could they they let it rock, but sometimes, like, they'll fucking bang you. You know?
- 33:35So I I be careful with TikTok. I'd just be on Twitch and wall out over there. And, Coro, like because before, it was like, yo. You you you promote, then you got in a club, then you got in the radio, then maybe you produce.
- 33:47Now are are we because I put myself are we failing? Because we're not on the radio, we're in the club, and we're Like, is streaming, like, obviously, one thing you need part of your arsenal moving forward regardless of who you are? Not really, to be honest. I don't think that's something that's necessary to be able to, like you know, in that matter because those type of people that really watch you, they're not up to parts of the club.
- 34:12They these these people are older. They're older.
- 34:15They have families.
- 34:16They can't really go out, so they enjoy you at their crib. You know? Or they'll put you on a speaker in a hot like, I've done Thanksgiving parties from my house.
- 34:26Like, motherfuckers like, yo, Coro, we're gonna watch you for Thanksgiving, my whole family. And they text you Oh, that's dope. Shout out this shout out this guy. Shout out this guy.
- 34:35I'm shouting out, and I'm playing the head.
- 34:36They're like, yo. That's crazy.
- 34:38It's, like, something that is more like that.
- 34:40Shit. That's crazy. These are are people you're probably never gonna touch.
- 34:42Exactly. You know what I'm Some of these people Nah. He's touching up, bro. He's touching up. About it, though.
- 34:49He has a fucking booking at someone's Thanksgiving dinner just because. Like, that's a fucking booking as part of the calendar. Exactly. Holy shit.
- 34:59Yep. Yep. And they want me to do because I don't know. Out of Providence is weird. Like, little little bars and lounges, they can't have DJs. I used to DJ in the basement with a camera.
- 35:12Oh, the crowd upstairs, and people just gotta text me, yo. It's birthday. And it was wild. That's how I was DJing in Providence.
- 35:18Providence is like that.
- 35:20Like, most mostly, the small bars, lounges, they can't have entertainment license.
- 35:24I don't know if it's a bullshit. The farmer can't a rage situation. Yeah. They hide they hide the DJs because the license board be pulling up. They find the DJ, shut down. No. So what? They stream the DJ? No. The DJ's downstairs hiding.
- 35:37So one time That's crazy. So one time, the license board came to raid this spot.
- 35:42I had to hide in the freezer, bro.
- 35:44Downstairs.
- 35:46We're about to have time. I had to hide in the Ice Ice cold. Like, yo. What the fuck, bro?
- 35:51They the the the license board, the cops came downstairs. I was at the freezer. Like, I had to stay quiet. Quiet. Nobody down here. Nobody down here. Wow. That's I had to take my equipment out right away and all that shit. What's the one thing you do that you notice your fans love the most about you when you're streaming? My personality, bro. My my just randomness. Personality?
- 36:12My randomness. I just come out with some crazy shit.
- 36:15I'll remember something that one of my viewers used to did back then. I'll bring it up and, yo. What the fuck? How you remember that? Like, it's just my personality. It's not all about the I play good music.
- 36:25Of course. I turn it off, but I mostly like like to talk. There's people that be in there like, yo. Shut up. Let the music play. I'm like, ma, block this motherfucker.
- 36:34Let's keep talking. You know?
- 36:34Block this motherfucker.
- 36:37Get this nigga out of here.
- 36:40Because this is my stream. I'll do whatever I want. You know? Of course. But I love that. That shit is dope, the connection you have with people. Just so for like Camilo said, these are people you probably never gonna touch and, like gonna touched them. They never Yo. I'm a be honest, though. Most of them, they fly in to come see me. Like Oh, that's fine. Fly in. They fly in. They go get their own hotel, and they'll just pull up to the club.
- 36:59You know what came over with from TikTok?
- 37:01That is love right there. No. That's beautiful, bro. That's crazy. Some of them do. They come, and they show love. So it's something I've been building. You know? I I wanna do this for for a long time. Like, my goal is to have the crazy streaming room better than Camilo's and go crazy. You know? Trying to just grow with that. And there's a lot of people. Nice one is going crazy on the on TikTok. There's a lot of a few heads. You know? Shout out shout out a couple of DJs that you that you see active out there. Like, okay. Nice One for sure. You know? He's a Heavy Hitter by the No. In the streaming world, though, overall, like Yeah. The DJs in the streaming world. Like like like I mean Is there a few you wanna shout that you that are active? Or Wait. Who can I see? I mean, they these some of the DJs that are active on streaming, they're not in the club life. But you know? That's why I'm asking. Like like I I respect all the OGs on Twitch, though. There's a lot of, like, OGs. Let me see. You know, speaking of OGs on Twitch, I back I haven't been there recently, but on Twitch, I used to I used to watch Little Louis Vega.
- 38:03Oh, I'm I I didn't watch him. No.
- 38:05I I I didn't I didn't Man, he was a vibe, bro. And he had his setup his setup was crazy and very, you know, very this quality was just a one. Jazzy Jeff, another one. His yeah. Jazzy got the crazy shit. Jazzy level Grandmaster Flash. Is it Grandmaster Flash? Yeah.
- 38:23I don't He's he's late in there. He be in there. Yeah. There's a lot of damn. It's I can't remember. There's a lot of, like there's a lot of West Coast people.
- 38:32There's DJ Unique.
- 38:34Fuck with him. That's my dog. A lot of West Coast people on Twitch. Does that.
- 38:38But yo. Lot of fucking Enuff. A lot of nice motherfuckers out there. Yeah. Like, my lady they got, like All they do is, oh, shit. Have you heard a call? Okay.
- 38:48Shout out Enuff. They all know you. They all fucking love you, and then everybody speaks highly about Enuff when I'm, you know, those the OG streamers. You know? Yeah. We've been around for a little bit, Coro. Just a little Just a Yo. Little Yo, Coro, let let's let's let's talk about this because, you know, you are one of the newer generation Heavy Hitters. And a lot of people, a lot of DJs, yo. I wanna be Heavy Hitter. I wanna do this. I wanna you know, they hit me up. So for you, number one, tell us how you got down.
- 39:19Did you wanna get down? Was it a dream?
- 39:22You know? Who who hotter that?
- 39:26Like, what was the process?
- 39:27Or did somebody call you? How that works?
- 39:29Did somebody call you like a Well, what it was I always wanted to be a Heavy Hitter, man. I'm growing up in East New York, all the mixtapes had the fucking drop.
- 39:39All the mixtapes had the motherfucking drop. You know? Heavy Hitter. Yep.
- 39:43Sucks so much. And then I used to watch L. Boogs on MTV dance. I'm like, hey. This motherfucking lit. So you guys inspired me. But when I moved to Providence, you know, a little community of DJs that were there, they were aiming for LMP. At that time, LMP was hot. You know? Yeah.
- 39:59Yeah. Yeah. Killing.
- 40:00I'm like, shit. Shot to LMP, yo. Yeah.
- 40:02Shot to LMP. Respect to them. You know?
- 40:04And I wanted to be down. So then it was a they had an event in Providence that they were gonna induct some DJs. I'm like, oh, shit. It might be my chance.
- 40:17I go, and they inducted the other two DJs and left me out. And I'm like, you know what?
- 40:23Fuck that. I'm gonna go for Heavy Hitters.
- 40:26Watch this.
- 40:27I'm going for Heavy Hitters. That was 2014.
- 40:31I remember I had a gig in Opus.
- 40:34I opened up a I opened up a gig. Opus. I opened up a Camilo.
- 40:38I remember I had a little red polo and shit. I'm like, yo, bro. I'm trying to get down, bro. What's up? He's like, man, prove yourself, man. Prove yourself. Show me what you got.
- 40:48At that time, I wasn't really you know?
- 40:50But I was just boom.
- 40:53Twenty fifteen But you planted the seed, which is a great day. The seed, which you know, I'm like, bad. So 2015, that's when I blew up. That's when I got away shorty, and shit just was skyrocketed for me. Got booked out of fucking all over the fucking, you know, nation and traveling.
- 41:13And I know and then once all that happened, I started going to New York, all the DJs, all the LMP DJs. Yo, Coro, I see you doing your thing. Everybody was just like, dang, Coro. I see you doing your thing. I see but I still anticipate the Heavy Hitters. I'm like, yo. I'm trying to get down. I'm trying to get down.
- 41:27Used to tell Chubby Chub Chubby Chub used to come see me in the club in Providence. So anybody don't know Chubby Chub was based in Boston? Boston. Boston. And he used to come see me by himself. He's a he's a Heavy Hitter. So, you know, go to King Wright. Go ahead. You you used to work right now. He was scouting.
- 41:42He was just like, yo. This guy, he got it. Yeah. I I used to have all the parties.
- 41:47And then I don't know. I just kept going and going. 2016 was my biggest year. That's when I fucking had residency in Vegas.
- 41:56I was a book an artist. I was just doing mad shit. So I don't know.
- 41:59I guess the leverage and I don't know who brought it up to you guys, but in 2019, I got the call from Camilo.
- 42:05Mhmm. You know? And he was like, yo.
- 42:07It was a combination. Because I I think, if I recall, also, your brother was yeah. Yeah. I know. Oh, no. No. Well, no. I I remember too as well. I I told my I told my my manager back there, Rafael Santos. I'm like, yo, bro. Wanna book Camilo. I wanna book Camilo for my birthday. So you did my birthday back in Providence. I think you did it twice.
- 42:31And how much he charged, whatever. And then my manager's like, let's do it. Fuck it. We'll get that shit. Boom. Brought you in. He killed that party. It's it was just a matter of time because I kept bringing you.
- 42:42I was bringing Lobo. I was getting all these Heavy Hitters game. You know? Booked Nice One. I booked Nice One. Bunch of guys.
- 42:49You know? And then I guess you guys vouched and and and went through, but I stuck to anticipating, like, showing you guys that I really wanted to be a Heavy Hitter. I wasn't just asking people, yo.
- 43:01How can I was showing? I was running my city. Like, you guys say, you gotta run your city. You gotta Exactly. Some you gotta be gold in your city. Right? Can't compete.
- 43:09And that's and that's what I wanted to get at because I want everybody out there to hear it. Like, listen. You wanna be down with the Heavy Hitter? The first thing I say is you gotta meet Enuff.
- 43:19That's the first thing. That's the first thing, and then we could talk from there. Now if you can't meet Enuff, let everybody in the fucking crew know that you wanna be down. Yeah. Know you wanna be down. Let the Coro Kings, Mega Jays, whatever.
- 43:34Whoever you know as a heavy, let them know and be a fucking pain in the ass and show and prove that you run your city. Yeah. It always it always gets to me anyway. Right? Correct.
- 43:43Oh, yeah. All the time. The people, they think it's about skills too. Like, yo. I'm a nice DJ. Look. Nah, bro. It's just more That's part of it. It's part of it. Of course. You know, most of these DJs that work in the club, they're nice, but it's just more about how bad do you want it. Like, the way I rep Heavy Hitters is, like, that shit is for that's that's, like, my crew. Like, I'm hard die Heavy Hitter. People get the name, and they forget about it. Like, nah, bro. You just want the title just so you can get known and be no. No. No. No.
- 44:12You gotta ride. Like, Heavy Hitters. The the the loyalty part is very important. Also, you know, like, every year, you've been to many Heavy Hitter retreats, and I think that's a very important part that every Heavy Hitter shows up to you retreats because we get perform and that you know? Totally. It's the only time you get to fucking see Bay Bay from fucking Texas. Yeah. I love him. Bey Bey, my dog. Right. And and and and it becomes a family thing. So, you know, for anybody out there who wants to be a Heavy Hitter that's listening to this and and and beyond me, just pay attention. It's it's it takes time. Sometimes sometimes we we we we we nominate people, and they don't make it.
- 44:49They don't make it. Yeah. But then the next round, they do. But, you know, that shows how much you really fucking want it.
- 44:54No. Galito is the number one. He took, like, six, seven years to make it happen. And after a while years.
- 45:00I think he said thirteen. Some some over ten. Over ten because also, JCNY was, like, fucking seventeen, eighteen years. Like Yeah. Yeah. He forgot. But at at at one point, I turned to Enuff and said, yo, my brother, there's one guy, Galito, we cannot pass this time and not put him down on this on this wave that we're doing.
- 45:20Right. Right. Because See. But the thing with me was I'm annoying as fuck because I go, yo. And now with Galito, because there's some people that, like, already was on their own little movement. Not not to say little, but, like okay. I said little. But, like, they're they're willing they're willing to wake up one day and go fuck my movement. I'm a go be a Heavy Hitter. So my question is always, could that person do that exactly shit to us? You know what I'm saying? And that shit turns me the fuck off. Like, if he was already down with some no. No.
- 45:46No. You just wanna be down with anything now. We don't need that. Who the Right.
- 45:49Right. Like like, that what gets me upset is, oh, shit. I didn't make it.
- 45:54I didn't make it in this room with the heaviest. Fuck them, man. Fuck it. Yeah.
- 45:57And they just So and so. And then that that right there proves everything to me.
- 46:00Yeah. And we've had that shit in our history on a Thursday. Yo. Can I be done? No. You can't on a Friday. Did this person's with a whole new crew. And I'm like, see that? See that shit? Forgot it. But, like Exactly. I wanna I I to you, I gotta applaud you, Coro, because, like you said, you was like, I wanna do this shit. This is what I wanna do. I'm a stick to it. And then you're proving to people, yo, you just you gotta keep doing it. Like Camilo said, you gotta go own your shit. You know what I'm saying? I'm all about loyalty, man. I don't even be I don't do no funny nothing funny about about me. Like, I don't do nobody wrong. I'm not here talking shit about nobody. I do my thing. A lot of people don't like me because of my style, paint my nails. I'm I'm different, which is what stands out. You know? I'm just I wanna be that motherfucker that is like nobody.
- 46:45Everybody wearing the Amiris, I'm wearing Vans. No.
- 46:47Yeah. Word up. Word up. Word up. You know?
- 46:50And I'm just different. I'm not here to fucking belittle anybody either.
- 46:54You know? The respect that I get when I walk into a room, shit. He's a Heavy Hitter.
- 47:00What's up, brother? I'm like, oh, what's up?
- 47:01You know, I'm a humble ass kid, man.
- 47:03I don't even think that I'm big shit because I'm Heavy Hitter. There's a lot of DJs that come up to me, yo, I wanna be Heavy Hitters. I'm like, my man, listen.
- 47:10You gotta do it the way I did it. You know, you gotta you really gotta, like, show these people.
- 47:16There was a kid that there was a DJ that was telling me, yo.
- 47:20But I was with Camilo, man, and I was holding his book bag and shit. I'm like, bro, it's not a What the fuck, bro? That's not really what the hell. Camilo, that's how you doing it out there, pop. You're taking DJ's carry on your bag.
- 47:33I was like, picked him up from the airport. Like, yo. Yeah.
- 47:34That was holding Camilo's drill. That's it.
- 47:38I'm not fucking being a Heavy Hitter, bro.
- 47:40You gotta really show what's I'm not even on that tip, though, but That's funny, bro.
- 47:44Alright.
- 47:45Before we go, I wanna one more question.
- 47:47So now you're in Miami. Yeah. Alright? You made that transition.
- 47:53What is so different? What have you experienced in Miami?
- 47:57Obviously, it's very different from Providence, but, you know, what's your experience over there?
- 48:01Is it hard? Is it more gigs? Is it more exposure? Is it tougher? Is it fucked up? Is the economy fucked? Like, tell us about Miami real quick. From the year I've been here, I've learned a lot. I came in with a mentality like, I'm Heavy Hitter. I'm. You know? I'll get some booking.
- 48:16Yeah. I I remember Camilo was like, yo, Listen.
- 48:21Make sure you always go back home and get your gigs. Miami is not like we think. I'm like you know? And it's true. It's what exactly what he said. It's not. It's this different market.
- 48:34You gotta be known. Obviously, you gotta have have the relationship with the people that own these hospitalities and all that, and you gotta really create your own, you know, like Wave. Wave.
- 48:48So right now, I'm leaning into house EDM.
- 48:52That's basically what's huge over here. That shit is huge, but it's tough. It's fucking that shit is there's a million DJs, you know, trying to get in the door with that bullshit.
- 49:04But I feel like, why not give it a try? I like that music. I've been on that shit since for for a long time, and I never had the time to really experience it because of all the gigs I used to get. But now that I'm here, I got more free time, and that's what I do. Now I don't even like going to like, I don't go to movie trap. Hell no. What advice is boojoo? Don't know.
- 49:23Shout out Hollywood KO, yo. My door, I went one time with me way all set.
- 49:27I'm like, yo. Get me out of here.
- 49:28I see all these dollars. I'm like, get me out of here. I need I need to dance. I need to meet people.
- 49:33I go to Space, and it's like a different fucking world. You know? It's like Yes, sir.
- 49:38Yeah. People really party.
- 49:38They they support you.
- 49:42They'll step on your feet. They'll fucking kiss you. Oh my bad. You wanna drink? Like, it's just like no problems.
- 49:46Everybody's happy. Type of work. You gotta you gotta tap in with the Martinez Brothers, pop. I know, man.

- 50:27hundred. 12: Yeah. Tap in with him too. Yanni has told me, yo, bro, if you really wanna do this, you're gonna have to completely leave open format and just dedicate to this shit.
- 50:35hundred. 12: But it's hard for me to do that right now as, you know, I'm I'm trying to get stable. But shout out to Mario Duran. Mario Duran, when I when I first come on came out here, he put me on he put me on Candela.
