- 0:22back from having the most magnificent life you deserved. Sit back, relax,
- 0:28and prepare to be coached. We are going to talk today about manifesting abundance,
- 0:55a topic near and dear to my heart because I have created every company
- 0:59and pretty much air every area of my life with manifestation of abundance. So,
- 1:04Miss Jenny Fontana, what does manifesting abundance mean to you? I would
- 1:14say, in simplest terms, it is deciding or having an idea of wanting
- 1:23something and bringing more of that in what it is you're looking for, what
- 1:29it is you want, and having enough of that. So this is a
- 1:38topic I get asked a lot when I do on air podcasts, presentations,
- 1:42etc. And it divides the community. So we're not going to talk religion.
- 1:48We're going to talk spirituality, right, So, I've always believed that
- 1:52we are connected to something, whatever that is. We're not going to debate
- 1:56because everybody something is different. However, I belief we have access to infinite
- 2:01abundance if you know how to tap into that thing. The first thing that
- 2:07you just mentioned is knowing what you want, and that's the first step in
- 2:10the process. But most people don't know what they want. Right. We
- 2:15say things like, you know, oh, it would be nice if I
- 2:20had a mansion and a million dollars. But we never say I want a
- 2:24mansion and a million dollars. We say, oh, it would be nice
- 2:28if, right, So we never really say what we want, or we
- 2:34say, you know, I want fifty million dollars, I want twelve cars
- 2:40and whatnot. It's the opposite end of the spectrum, right, You don't
- 2:45need twelve cars. You need one car to get to it from where you're
- 2:47going. But we never start small. We either pick something that's so astronomically
- 2:53out of proportion, or we wish for it. Do that makes sense,
- 2:58Yeah, basically siding already that you're not really gonna have it, but it
- 3:02found like it'd be great in theory. Correct. So we either give the
- 3:07universe I don't know what I want, I kind of want something message,
- 3:10or we pick something that's just so extreme like you're a barista at Starbucks.
- 3:15Right, you make twenty five grand a year, thirty grand a year,
- 3:17whatever they make, and all of a sudden, you want a thirty million
- 3:21dollar house in twelve cars. That's not even possible. So you've already set
- 3:25yourself up for a failure and basically said to the universe, well, this
- 3:30is unattainable, so I'm just gonna make a mockery of it. Right,
- 3:36So when we're looking at what we want, it has to be clear and
- 3:43concise, but it also has to be within what you can do. Now,
- 3:46that doesn't mean you can't reach for the stars, but you have to
- 3:50have an action plan that coincides with your message. So that's the first step
- 3:55in abundance is knowing what you want, getting clear on what you And I'm
- 4:00gonna give you an example. You remember when I met my husband, don't
- 4:03you, back in two thousand and eight, Yes, of course. Okay,
- 4:10So before I met my husband, I hadn't gotten married. You had
- 4:14already been married, I think, god, I don't know how many years
- 4:17to Michael, and you seemed happy and you had, you know, you
- 4:21had one kid at a house, set a car, and a husband who
- 4:26had a job. You already had all of those things. So I don't
- 4:31know if you remember Mom was on me about hurry up and take a husband.
- 4:34You're now like thirty three, and we don't know if you like women
- 4:38or men or what we're doing over there because you're not married. You remember
- 4:41that whole phase that the family went through, Yes, but strictly because I'm
- 4:46the younger and did that all first back for its right. So I sat
- 4:51down and I made a list of what I wanted in my husband if I
- 4:56was going to take one. As I say, I know, I took
- 4:58a husband. I didn't need a husband. I took a husband. So
- 5:00I made this list, and in the list, I had tattooed peers,
- 5:05likes to have fun, doesn't care about money. If he has kids,
- 5:11they're already older. I don't want any young kids. I don't want somebody
- 5:14who owns property, because I don't want to have to move to Michigan or
- 5:17Illinois or Ohio or whatever god forsake in town they're from that I don't want
- 5:23to go to. I wanted somebody that was free. And if you remember,
- 5:28my husband's tattooed peers teesy musician and a band, doesn't own property,
- 5:32had a sixteen year old when I met him, and we all know he
- 5:35doesn't care about money. He cares about fun. So I made a very
- 5:39specific list of what I wanted, and I focused on that list, even
- 5:45down to height, type of personality. Everything I wanted was on that list.
- 5:51Now I wish I would have put some other things on there, you
- 5:55know, and less about not wanting money, But that's what I got.
- 6:00When I'm working with clients, getting clear on their message is the hardest part
- 6:05about manifestation. What do you find hard about that? Well, I think
- 6:15it can be. I think it can be difficult to really hone in on
- 6:23are they really Are they really trying to pick something about what they want based
- 6:28on a preconceived belief that was given to them from someone else. This is
- 6:32the way it's supposed to be, Therefore this is what I should want.
- 6:36Are they truly deciding for themselves? Are they following somebody else's dream? Are
- 6:44they you know, like you said, are they looking for the genie in
- 6:48the bottle? Where then they're going? You know what, I really don't
- 6:50even believe it, So I might as well go for broke and pick something.
- 6:55So unattainable. That then I can turn around and say, see that
- 6:58that didn't happen, and I knew it because there's already a preconceived notion.
- 7:01So that's two different things. So the first one is I can't attain this
- 7:06because society says I should do something else. So for example, I'm thirty
- 7:12three, I'm not married, I don't have kids. Right, society says,
- 7:15what is wrong with you? You're thirty three, unmarried with no kids.
- 7:20You either either a lesbian and don't want to talk about it, or
- 7:25something's really damaged with you that men don't like you. In my case,
- 7:29it was neither. I just wanted to be the executive, you know,
- 7:32I want to be the business person. I didn't want to be bothered with
- 7:36getting married and all that. And when you're you know, in your thirties
- 7:42and you're dating men, the first thing they ask you is do you want
- 7:45kids? Well, I said no, and that gets rid of three quarters
- 7:48of the dating pool. And then they ask questions. You know, women
- 7:51cook, clean, to the laundry. So every date I went on,
- 7:56I would say, before we even have food, we're just gonna order coffee.
- 8:00And every date I would start off with if you're looking for a traditional
- 8:03relationship where the woman has babies, cooks, cleans and does the laundry,
- 8:07I am not your girl. I'm not so I'm not what you want.
- 8:11So a lot of dates ended right there with a cup of coffee with okay,
- 8:15thanks, I'm so glad you're honest. So you get tired of it
- 8:18because that's the stereotype. This is what I'm supposed to do. And I'm
- 8:22gonna tell a little story. It's kind of funny people ask me about my
- 8:26husband and I how did we end up together and when we sat down to
- 8:31have coffee, because there's a backstory in how we met. But we sat
- 8:35down to have a cup coffee and I said to him, before you even
- 8:37say a word, I don't cook, I don't clean, I don't do
- 8:39laundry, and I don't want kids. And he said, okay, well
- 8:43what do you do? And I said, I fuck and I make money.
- 8:46That's what I do. And don't roll your eyes at me. I
- 8:50see your eye roll at me. But that is the conversation we had sitting
- 8:54there. I knew it was coming because I've heard the story before. So
- 8:58we have to share with our listen. How this? How this? Because
- 9:01this is my personality. I cuss like the sailor. I am not your
- 9:05typical female, right, Women aren't supposed to cuss. Women are supposed to
- 9:09be ladies. But anyway, I digress. So we're sitting there and I
- 9:11say, basically, I fucking I make money. And he goes marry me,
- 9:16and I said why, and he says, I'm a touring musician.
- 9:18I like to cook. He used to be a shorter to cook. I
- 9:22like to clean, I like to do the laundry. And I don't want
- 9:24to work. I want to lay by the pool while you work and be
- 9:28the breadwinner. And I said, wow, maybe I found my match because
- 9:33that's such an opposite of what society says we should do. Right, You
- 9:37either become a stay at home mom, you raise the kids like you're doing
- 9:41with yours. You know, you have an expectation. Your husband has an
- 9:43expectation to come home to dinner, a clean house and children hopefully dressed and
- 9:48not tearing each other's head off. Correct me if I'm wrong. What Most
- 9:56days, everybody's dressed, everybody has pants on. Today, nobody killed anybody.
- 10:01That is a positive day in the life of a mom, right,
- 10:07Okay, I couldn't do that. If I had to be a stay at
- 10:09home mom, I would sit there any bond bonds all day and he would
- 10:13come home. My kids would be dirty, my kids, you would be
- 10:15dirty, Laundry wouldn't be done, who wouldn't be cooked? And if they
- 10:18hadn't killed each other, we'd have a good day. But the stereotype says
- 10:22I should do that. So that's the first thing. A lot of times
- 10:26we don't know what we want because we were told what we want. So
- 10:33what did your mother say growing up, which is also my mother, what
- 10:35did she say to us growing up? This is what you need to do?
- 10:41Well, there was no advice from our mother, but it was more
- 10:45this is just what I assumed I was supposed to do. From an early
- 10:50age, I knew I wanted to be a mom before anything else. Then
- 10:54it came I wanted to carry a briefcase where business power suits and go to
- 11:01a big corporation company, kind of like Heather Lockley or on Melrose Place.
- 11:07And I did that and hated it, absolutely hated it, and knew I
- 11:11didn't want to be in the corporate world for my life. So you know,
- 11:16it's just the things that I personally, and there's not one right or
- 11:20one wrong. It's just traditionally speaking. I always knew I wanted to be
- 11:26a mom before anything else. It's funny because I remember that period of your
- 11:31life where you're like, I'm going to get all dressed up and I'm going
- 11:33to go sit in an office and I'm going to carry a briefcase and I'm
- 11:35sitting there in like workout shorts with my hair upsideways gone. I couldn't do
- 11:39that if you paid me, and you're like, this is amazing, And
- 11:41then I remember you saying, I hate this because it's the commute, right,
- 11:48It's the commute, it's the environment, it's the it's the everybody climbing
- 11:54over everybody to be number one at the top of the top of the food
- 11:58chain. Everybody's waving their arms to the CEO, you know, see me,
- 12:03see me, see me, and there's no uh, there's no camaraderie
- 12:09and you know, business family kind of environment. Below the surface. It
- 12:18all looks great on the surface, but you dig deep and it's not.
- 12:22It's like junior high and high school all over again. The cool kids versus
- 12:28the non cool kids. That's why I can't work for anybody. I don't
- 12:31play well in the sandbox unless I'm the CEO running the company. I don't
- 12:35have time for that corporate crap behind the scenes. I just don't have the
- 12:41personality for it. So when I was fourteen, I don't know if you
- 12:46remember, I said I wanted to work anywhere with the phone and the laptop
- 12:50as my job. And that was before we even had internet. I just
- 12:54knew I wanted to be mobile, no office. I didn't want to come
- 12:58to work work in dress clothes and I'm known to wearing my gym clothes all
- 13:03the time. Right. People think I own a training company because I'm always
- 13:05in workout here. But I knew what I wanted At fourteen, I didn't
- 13:11know what exactly I wanted to do. I just knew I needed to be
- 13:13mobile. I needed to be able to access my job from my sofa or
- 13:18from an airplane or sitting by the pool, which I do frequently. I
- 13:22didn't want to be stuck in an office, and I didn't want to be
- 13:26stuck in a building or a schedule. This is where people go wrong.
- 13:31They don't know what they want because mom and Dad said, you need to
- 13:35do this. You need to be an attorney, you need to be a
- 13:37doctor, you need to be a mom. You should be happy with this
- 13:41job. You should be happy with the husband. You know, And we
- 13:46judge things based upon society's criteria, like, well, Okay, your husband
- 13:50goes to work, he doesn't have an addiction, and he puts food on
- 13:52the table and he doesn't beat you. Oh, he's a great husband.
- 13:56That's the whole criteria that we judge people against, you know, versus he's
- 14:03going out there and doing something off the wall. You know, like my
- 14:07husband applied for the donut maker for Dodge's job. We'll find out if he
- 14:09gets it in a couple weeks. We'll find out if he stopped ten completely
- 14:13off the wall. Most people would never have done it because it's so out
- 14:18there. But he's an entertainer. To him, that second nature. To
- 14:20me. It's like, oh, I don't enter contest. I want to
- 14:24judge the contest, not out of the contest. It's a different mentality.
- 14:28But if we look at what we're told, this goes back to the second
- 14:31part of what you said in the beginning. We look at what we're told,
- 14:33we follow that narrative and we don't like it, but we don't know
- 14:37how to get out of it because we're too far in it, especially when
- 14:41you get married and have kids and go, I don't even like the person
- 14:45i'm married to, but I have kids, so I'm going to stay with
- 14:46it. When I have clients to tell me that, I say, that's
- 14:50the stupidest thing I've ever heard, and they're like, what do you mean.
- 14:52The kids know you don't like each other, they know that you can't
- 14:56stand each other. You pretend they don't know. They know. Oh,
- 15:00staying together for your kids does not guarantee to mentally fit adults. It actually
- 15:07screws them up more than you know. Changing the narrative. So when we're
- 15:11talking about abundance, you have to be clear on what you want and not
- 15:16murky, because if you're murky, you're gonna get the murky response. Okay,
- 15:24all right, so we've decided, we decide what we want. Where,
- 15:26where do we go next? What happens next? Well, deciding what
- 15:31you want as the first step. The second step is writing it down on
- 15:35paper, because if you see it, you can visualize it. If it's
- 15:37in your head, it's just swirling around. Get it on paper, when
- 15:41not on the mirror, on the car dashboard, things everywhere. I'm going
- 15:48to look at the refrigerator, on the milk carton anything that's gonna be in
- 15:52my face that I use over and over again exactly. So when Tim went
- 15:58to interview for the Eric Sardina's job, which is Eric Sadina's a big motor
- 16:03out of Laguna Beach, he said, they're replacing me with the guy that
- 16:08was a drummer for a major famous rock band. And he goes, this
- 16:14guy has played with everybody, major famous, So I said, put it
- 16:18down on paper. We wrote down that he's gonna get the job and how
- 16:21much he's gonna make. We put it all over the house. We put
- 16:23papers in the car. There was a paper in his wallet. Everywhere he
- 16:26went he saw the message. Sure enough, they called. They interviewed five
- 16:30people, so he flew out and he interviewed with them and got the phone
- 16:37call, we're gonna hire you. Now you only have two weeks to learn
- 16:41all the music, which is a lot of like real short window. But
- 16:44not only that, we're gonna give you this amount of money. And it
- 16:47was the exact amount of money on the piece of paper so not only did
- 16:51we decide what we wanted, we wrote it down. That brings us to
- 16:55number three. We focused on it. You have to focus on what you
- 16:57want. You can't go okay, well to Maserati and then go read the
- 17:02garden I forget about it. You have to have a picture of the Masarati
- 17:06on your vision board. You have to think about it, you have to
- 17:07talk about it. You have to imagine yourself driving the Maserati. You have
- 17:11to imagine yourself top down, wind in your hair, going one hundred and
- 17:15twenty up the highway. Focus on it, which is number three to get
- 17:21what you want. This reminds me of a famous story from Jim Carrey.
- 17:26You probably heard this one where he says that he wrote down I think it
- 17:30was either a million or ten I think it was ten million, and he
- 17:33wrote himself a check and he carried in his wallet for like twenty years,
- 17:37always knowing that at some point he had that coming. So it's about the
- 17:42I have I own, I have I am, versus the I'm going to
- 17:49get or this is what is coming in the future. Right, It's like
- 17:53seeing that you already have it, and it's already seeing exactly and speaking it
- 17:59into exhaust. You speak it like you already have it. If you act
- 18:03like you already have it, you will have it now. The one catch
- 18:07to this is again, if you're a barista making thirty thousand dollars a year,
- 18:11you can't go I want and ask in Martin right, you know a
- 18:15five hundred thousand dollars car with no action step to get there other than serving
- 18:21coffee. You have to have an action step, which is number five.
- 18:22When we get there. But number three is focusing on what you want.
- 18:27Know what you want. Number one, write it down, number two,
- 18:30three, focus on it. Four is no negative thoughts, because no matter
- 18:36what you want, there will be a pooh pooh person. I call them
- 18:38poo poo people, where they say, you can't do that, that's too
- 18:42hard, you don't need that, Why do that? You didn't want that,
- 18:47or that's not what's expected of you. We don't have money for that.
- 18:51There's no money for that. Everything is pooh pooh instead of oh,
- 18:55that's an interesting idea, Comma, how are you going to get it?
- 19:00Instead of that question, which is the question people should ask. It's an
- 19:03instant. You can't do that, No one can do that. So My
- 19:07husband entered, just donut make your contest, and it was a poo poo,
- 19:11oh, you're not gonna get that. I'm sure there's one hundred thousand
- 19:14other people doing videos and entering the contest to go up against. It's automatically
- 19:18negative. Instead of you already have it, you've got the one in ten
- 19:22shot. You already have it, So that's huge. The negativity is gonna
- 19:30come at you because it's people. This is my motto. Never take advice
- 19:34for somebody telling you what to do when they've never done it. People will
- 19:40tell you you can't do it. Those are the people working nine to five.
- 19:44Those are the people making no money. Those are the people unhappy because
- 19:48they don't want you to be happy, because if you're happy, you just
- 19:52set the bar higher. Now they have to move their bar up. So
- 19:56it's easier for them to be miserable and not have action than it is for
- 20:00them to match you. So when I first started my fitness company, my
- 20:08million dollar company, I was told you can't do that. You cannot start
- 20:14an online fitness company with no office, sitting on your floor with a computer,
- 20:18with no money in your bank account. I literally had thirty dollars and
- 20:22make money sending trainers into homes. What the first like a rubber maid bin
- 20:27there was. I flipped it over and put my computer on it, big
- 20:32old, clunky computer for Walmart, and we marketed. And this is bright
- 20:37back when Google started. And the first year we made one fifty. The
- 20:40second year we made three hundred to thirty year we read one point four million.
- 20:44And it started there, and it was all about watch me, and
- 20:47everyone around me said you can't do it. And I had to get rid
- 20:51of those friends because they would drag me down, completely, drag me down,
- 20:55so that this negative portion. You're gonna lose friends, gonna lost people,
- 21:00You're gonna lose family. I mean, I don't know. I don't
- 21:03know what your mother told you, but growing up, my mother, our
- 21:07mother told me you should get a job with the you should get a job
- 21:14with the ball, and you should marry the local high school boy. And
- 21:18I said, I don't want to marry the local high school boy who dropped
- 21:22out high school. And I don't want to get a job at the ball.
- 21:26I don't have customer service skill. I'm not warm and fuzzy, I'm
- 21:29not friendly. You don't want me serving your food in a restaurant. Trust
- 21:32me, that's not me. And she said, why are you not happy
- 21:36with that? Because she was. Her idea of happiness was my idea of
- 21:41a prison. So had I followed her route, I would be married to
- 21:47the local high school boy, miserable, living two doors down from mom with
- 21:52two kids I probably hate because they sucked the life out of me. So
- 21:56I would a different route. I had to separate myself from that, and
- 22:00I left. I left the area. So that's going to happen for you.
- 22:04It has to happen for you to manifest your dreams. If people around
- 22:07your are negative, they have to go. I don't care who they are,
- 22:11they got to go, okay, which brings me to number five action
- 22:18step. You cannot be the one that people stop before they get to.
- 22:23When people think law of attraction, I think they stop before they get to
- 22:27the action step. They just assume if they thought it, it's supposed to
- 22:32come. So I'm anxious to hear this part because I think this is where
- 22:36people they quit too soon. They just assume it's let me throw it out
- 22:41there and then sit back, you know, and not do anything for it.
- 22:45That and they do a little bit and they go it didn't work.
- 22:48So, for example, I've had this is my sixth company. I've lost
- 22:53one in the economic downturn. That was the million dollar company. I've sold
- 22:57one at a profit, and wait for a few others that just weren't what
- 23:02I wanted. The problem is people don't do EBB and flow businesses. Eban
- 23:08flow life ebbs and flows. You have to have negative to have positive.
- 23:11You have to have night to have day. You have to have rain to
- 23:15have flowers. People don't look at it that way. They expect, Okay,
- 23:18I decided I want to create a coaching company and I want to make
- 23:22six figures because some lady on Facebook told me I can do it and for
- 23:26two thousand dollars, she's going to teach me how to do it. So
- 23:30I'm now decided I'm gonna do this. So they take the class, they
- 23:34get all the information from the lady for two thousand dollars, They put their
- 23:37website up, they put an ad up, they put a big thing on
- 23:41Facebook. Hey I'm a coach, I'm open for business. Then they sit
- 23:45at their desk and wait for the phone ring. The phone doesn't ring,
- 23:49and they get pissed off, and they get frustrated and they go back to
- 23:52the lady who took your two thousand dollars and say your course was crap,
- 23:56didn't work. First thing I ask is well what else did you do?
- 24:00And they say, what do you mean? What else did you do?
- 24:03I don't know. I put the Facebook up, I put the LinkedIn up.
- 24:07The phone didn't ring. And I say, how many cold calls did
- 24:10you make? Zero? How many outbound emails did you say? Zero?
- 24:15How much actual marketing did you do? Zero? And they say, well
- 24:19I didn't have money for that. That blows my mind. I'm always like
- 24:22marketing costs money. Getting clients cost money. Pitt Bull always said that scared
- 24:27money don't make money. It's right, you know. I started this company
- 24:33with three hundred bucks. I got my first client at twenty five hundred dollars
- 24:37and I took that and put it back into my company and spent more money.
- 24:41You have to spend money to make money. When I hired a peer
- 24:45firm, I had her for four years at thirty five k year. It
- 24:48wasn't cheap. People are like, oh my god, you spent that much
- 24:51money. Yes, you have to build your brand. You have to build
- 24:52your authority. You have to grow within yourself. So when you come up
- 24:56to the action phase, it's going to be money, blood, sweat,
- 25:00tears, it's going to be stuff. You know, if you want to
- 25:03own a gardening company, you want to own a landscaping company, you can't
- 25:07just put up a web page. You have to take your business card,
- 25:11go door to door, knock on doors. You may have to do a
- 25:12few cheaper, low cost gigs to get photos for your website. Action phase
- 25:18is where people go run because they don't do it, or they do it
- 25:22for a week and go, oh my god, it didn't work. So
- 25:25I have a friend I went to high school with. I don't know if
- 25:26she listens to this or not. She's been talking about for four years doing
- 25:32an online training course. And you know, I teach online courses. I
- 25:37have the largest company in the world for addiction online courses, just where it
- 25:41is. It's grown in ten years. I started with two courses and I
- 25:45grew. She has one course and she's been talking about this course for four
- 25:51years, five years now now six years now, it's twenty sixteen, six
- 25:56years for this online course she studied from these she's paid these people money.
- 26:00She paid a website guy money, she paid a marketing guy money, she
- 26:03paid SEO guy money. Here she is ready to launch. This course.
- 26:07Took her six years to write it. She puts it on Facebook for two
- 26:11weeks and then quitsin gets a job. And I said, I don't understand.
- 26:18You spent six years creating this course and in two weeks decided you couldn't
- 26:22sell it. And she said, well, I spent too much money on
- 26:26Facebook ads. I said, how much did you spend? She said four
- 26:27hundred bucks. I said, four hundred bucks in two weeks is a lot
- 26:30number one. But you need to spend to make with your ads spend.
- 26:36You know, what's your budget? She goes, I don't have one.
- 26:37I said, what do you mean you don't have a budget. She goes,
- 26:40well, I just I don't have any clients. I said, you
- 26:41spent six years creating a course and two weeks marketing it. That's backwards,
- 26:48that's backwards. And she went to work full time, happy as lark.
- 26:52So this is where your dream collapses because she didn't put emphasis on action.
- 26:59She didn't send out any emails, cold calls, go to a networking event
- 27:02that was free, she did none of it. She expected to put this
- 27:04course on Facebook and sell it instantly for six thousand dollars ahead, and it
- 27:11didn't work. That's why this stuff failed. She didn't tweak it, she
- 27:15didn't figure it out. There was no other action other than Okay, it
- 27:21didn't work, so I'm going to get a job. But for six years
- 27:23she didn't have a job because she was building this course. See the faulty
- 27:30thinking. Yes, then you have to wonder also was that the dream to
- 27:38begin with? Was that really what when you go all the way back to
- 27:44one decide what you want? Was that the right thing she wanted? That's
- 27:51a great question and the answer to that is no, I don't think so.
- 27:56I think the circle depending on how much you're willing to put into the
- 28:00action at the end. Did you start with the right question? Did you
- 28:03start with the right thing? Is this really what you want? Right?
- 28:08Right? And also it's a timing thing. It took her six years to
- 28:14do a video course. Had she had it six years ago, it would
- 28:15have gone gangbusters. But the market now for video classes since COVID is skyrocket,
- 28:22everybody does a video class. Everybody wants to watch something from home,
- 28:25everybody wants to consume material. They don't want to go to a live class
- 28:29anymore. They don't want to do a webinar. They want to see the
- 28:32video and their leisure. Six years ago, she would have had the market
- 28:36share. So yep, that's exactly what it is. Decide what you want,
- 28:41write it down, focus on it, keep out negative thoughts, and
- 28:45make an action plan. Then you will manifest anything you want. Fantastic all
- 28:55easy enough. Myself a front parking spot when I go to the mall.
- 29:00Try that at Christmas. That's when you know your powers of manifestation are good.
- 29:04That's right, that's right. I think. I know we talked to
- 29:08you said you mentioned the very beginning that we weren't going into you know,
- 29:12religion or anything specific like that. And I think it can and you mentioned
- 29:17it's spiritual. I think it can be dialed down even further just to energy.
- 29:22I think it's all the energy vibration level of where you feel you fit
- 29:29into, you know, of what you'd think you deserve, going back to
- 29:33that belief system, what you really when you dial in and are focused on
- 29:37what you really want and how you're going to get it. Yeah, I
- 29:41totally agree. And I think that's a big part of where people miss the
- 29:47mark. It's figure it out, hone it down, one thing at a
- 29:52time. Does people sometimes say, Oh, I want to be married,
- 29:55I want two kids, I want a house, I want a dog,
- 29:56I want this job, And it's like universe goes, whoa, whoa.
- 30:00You're living at home. You're not working, like pick one, start there,
- 30:06get it, and then add and then add and then add and then
- 30:10add and just keep growing. You can't come out the gate with nine hundred
- 30:15things that I want because you don't have an action plan to be in nine
- 30:19hundred different places. You have to do one thing at a time, one
- 30:22place at a time, one focus at a time. So and it can
- 30:26be anything. When we went house hunting in the middle of COVID, I
- 30:32said, we're not going to get a house. Everything we want is out
- 30:33of budget. I need a house with a mother in law suite. I
- 30:37want an in ground hot tub and an in ground pool. When I want
- 30:41totally secluded. That's a big ask. And then my husband said, I
- 30:45want to be on the beach, big ask. And every house we looked
- 30:48at was a dump, a dump for the price. And I'm like,
- 30:52dunk junk one had a rooffall in it. Like literally we walked in and
- 30:56the roof was in the living room and the realtor goes, just walk over
- 30:59that, and I sort of think fixing this. She said, no as
- 31:02is. I'm like, how much is the property? She goes a million.
- 31:04I'm like, there's no roof, no roof, We're gonna get a
- 31:07million. I'm like out, okay. So we sat down and we made
- 31:11a list of everything we wanted in the house price point, and the house
- 31:17we saw was a little bit above our price point, and I said,
- 31:18okay, now we really got to focus because this is one hundred grand out
- 31:22of my price range. Not just a little it's one hundred grand. So
- 31:25we sat down, focused on it, focused on making money, how we
- 31:30were going to structure it so it's twenty percent down, what's this going to
- 31:32look like? And as we're focusing on it, we were getting denially after
- 31:36denially after denial because I'm self employed, so people don't want to lend to
- 31:40self employed. Sure you have twenty percent to put down, that's great,
- 31:44but we want to see your W two, which is stupid to me.
- 31:45I've got ten years of business history of you know, money making. But
- 31:49they want to see this w two that I worked for Bob and made sixty
- 31:52grand. That's what they wanted. So, you know, forget the fact
- 31:56I have a multi million dollar company. We're not interested in that. We
- 32:00want to see that you work for Bob for two years and sixty grand.
- 32:02So finally found a good lender and we got the house. And it's one
- 32:08of those things that everyone looks at that's financial and goes, there's no way
- 32:12you should have gotten that. There's no way this could have happened. It's
- 32:15all law of attraction, right, Put this in play, put that in
- 32:17play, put this in play, make it happen. So that is how
- 32:23to do it. I think we're going to podcast more on you know,
- 32:27different little nuances of extra things you can do. But this is just a
- 32:31quick five step process that you can start put into play and get rolling yep.
- 32:37So get thinking on what it is you really want and get clear on
- 32:43your message yep. And we'll cover this more in future podcasts. But we
- 32:49are out of time, so have a great day and unpause you and n
