- 2:01Speaker 2: You are now locked in the cliff Notes, the number
- 2:02Speaker 2: one place for investment strategies, tips and advice. Make sure
- 2:06Speaker 2: you have your notepads ready, but more importantly, make sure
- 2:08Speaker 2: you're ready to execute on the information.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Guys keep asking what are the hottest sexors investing once again, Tech, healthcare, biotech.
- 2:18Speaker 5: I want to give you guys a tip. During a recession,
- 2:21Speaker 5: whatever industry calls the pullback or the drop or as
- 2:28Speaker 5: greatest effected by it, those are the industries as you
- 2:30Speaker 5: should look into. So we have a healthcare crisis, so
- 2:34Speaker 5: now we have to look at healthcare companies and a
- 2:37Speaker 5: health sector that can help. So Johnson and Johnson, Maderna, etc.
- 2:42Speaker 5: There's a few others that you guys can look into. Also,
- 2:46Speaker 5: one that I've talked about before. For those of you
- 2:48Speaker 5: that work in the hospital field, Striker is amazing. You've
- 2:52Speaker 5: been in that one for a while. But please write
- 2:54Speaker 5: this down. So if we ever get into a student
- 2:56Speaker 5: loan crisis, you need to look at the.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Companies that could bail us out.
- 3:01Speaker 5: And once that bubble pops, I'll show you next week
- 3:03Speaker 5: how to look at that curve to know when it
- 3:05Speaker 5: when it will pop. We have to look at the
- 3:07Speaker 5: industries that will be affected and if they get to
- 3:09Speaker 5: a recession or rock bottom prices, we have to look
- 3:12Speaker 5: to invest there because there're once in a lifetime opportunities.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Last time it was banking in real estate, and that's
- 3:17Speaker 5: why those companies went up. We are in a health
- 3:20Speaker 5: crisis right now. So for my athletes and entertainers who've
- 3:24Speaker 5: been chiming in and who were like, yo, don't put
- 3:25Speaker 5: my business out there, but King.
- 3:26Speaker 3: God need some help, just plan is for you.
- 3:29Speaker 5: So when Drake got us deal in twenty sixteen, uh,
- 3:32Speaker 5: this is what I would have done for him. So
- 3:38Speaker 5: number one, whenever you get a big chunk of money,
- 3:41Speaker 5: put thirty of that money into whatever asset you like.
- 3:47Speaker 5: You know, Apple, And since you got the deal with
- 3:49Speaker 5: Apple twenty sixteen, it would have been a good place to.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Invest, right.
- 3:53Speaker 5: So that average price he would have got in before
- 3:55Speaker 5: the night and one split would have been.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Right. Fifty three years.
- 4:03Speaker 5: Later you would have been out one hundred and four percent.
- 4:06Speaker 4: And it's the model you can use for yourself too.
- 4:09Speaker 5: And then when we had that vicious drop in April,
- 4:13Speaker 5: I would have him put two million more in.
- 4:17Speaker 3: So tell me what the percentage is of the original
- 4:23Speaker 3: mouth that he invested.
- 4:24Speaker 5: So I want you to get thirty three percent at first,
- 4:27Speaker 5: and then I want you to add so anytime we
- 4:29Speaker 5: have another recession, any vicious pullback, and some of you are, like,
- 4:33Speaker 5: how do I know when a market dropped? Whenever they're
- 4:35Speaker 5: talking about investing on ESPN, you know things are really bad,
- 4:39Speaker 5: right and when everybody's in the barbershop talking about it,
- 4:41Speaker 5: that's when the market has hit his lowest piece low
- 4:44Speaker 5: loss price. So now, once you add that the average
- 4:48Speaker 5: price would have been forty four point sixty five, you
- 4:51Speaker 5: gouda have had one hundred and eighty five thousand shares.
- 4:52Speaker 5: He'll be up four hundred and fifty seven percent, which
- 4:55Speaker 5: you would put him right at twenty eight million. Here's
- 4:57Speaker 5: the crazy part. That would have been sixty one percent
- 5:00Speaker 5: of what he made in twenty twenty. Now, Drake's not
- 5:03Speaker 5: hurt and he's been killing some so far gone. But
- 5:05Speaker 5: for those of you that come into a windfall of money,
- 5:09Speaker 5: you have to put that money into better companies than you.
- 5:13Speaker 5: So for my business owners, athletes, entrepreneurs, you have to
- 5:17Speaker 5: ask yourself, are you better than Elon? Are you better
- 5:19Speaker 5: than Tim Cook? Are you better than their CEO of Google?
- 5:22Speaker 5: If not, tie your money to them, and the generational
- 5:25Speaker 5: wealth that we want to talk about frequently and have
- 5:29Speaker 5: will be there and those.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Do you mind repeating that?
- 5:31Speaker 3: Because your mic went out? For a little bit during
- 5:33Speaker 3: that during that Drake segment, dang.
- 5:35Speaker 5: Okay, let's run it back for the boy step one.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Anytime you get a bag or get any windfall, you
- 5:44Speaker 5: want to put thirty three percent of your money into
- 5:46Speaker 5: a company that you love. Okay, you want to hold
- 5:51Speaker 5: it for at least four years. So in this example,
- 5:53Speaker 5: after three years, he would have been up one hundred
- 5:56Speaker 5: and four percent. I want you to go through the
- 5:58Speaker 5: tech stocks that you love. Go to macrotrends dot net
- 6:02Speaker 5: and look every four years, how much is that stock
- 6:05Speaker 5: up on average? If the company has been around for
- 6:08Speaker 5: twenty years, you have enough data to know on average
- 6:11Speaker 5: that over a four to five year period, most tech
- 6:13Speaker 5: stocks are going to go up to.
- 6:14Speaker 3: One hundred to two hundred and twenty percent.
- 6:16Speaker 5: Anytime we have a recession, I want you to take
- 6:19Speaker 5: pretty much a third of that and put more money
- 6:22Speaker 5: back in and then let the price run. Because the
- 6:25Speaker 5: same thing that happened in twenty twenty happened in two
- 6:29Speaker 5: thousand and eight. Now, for those of us who missed
- 6:32Speaker 5: out like I did because I was afraid and didn't listen,
- 6:34Speaker 5: I made sure in this recession that I took advantage
- 6:37Speaker 5: of it. So when we have our next one in
- 6:38Speaker 5: probably twenty twenty seven, I want you guys to be prepared.
- 6:41Speaker 5: So if you invest in any tech, you should expect
- 6:44Speaker 5: over five to seven year periods to be up about
- 6:46Speaker 5: five hundred percent. And like I said, if you do
- 6:49Speaker 5: that in this case, that will put me at like
- 6:51Speaker 5: sixty one percent of what he made in twenty twenty.
- 6:54Speaker 5: So tie your money to entrepreneurs that are better than you.
- 6:59Speaker 5: And the reason why I bring this up this is
- 7:01Speaker 5: a blueprint for freedom for all artists and creators.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Erners.
- 7:05Speaker 3: What's up?
- 7:06Speaker 2: You ever walk into a small business and everything just
- 7:09Speaker 2: works like the checkout is fast, the receipts are digital,
- 7:12Speaker 2: tipping is a breeze, and you're out the door before
- 7:15Speaker 2: the line even builds odds are they're using Square. We

- 9:53Speaker 1: all you need.
- 9:54Speaker 5: I'm tired of seeing our talent fighting on clubhouse and
- 9:58Speaker 5: YouTube and ig and the root of that issue is
- 10:01Speaker 5: not enough money. I mean, we saw with Button last
- 10:05Speaker 5: year and the deal didn't go through with Spotify, but
- 10:08Speaker 5: it's like, man, if some of that money would have
- 10:10Speaker 5: been tied in to these same tech companies.
- 10:13Speaker 3: And even with the thing that.
- 10:14Speaker 5: I loved about the collective movement of Reddit, with GameStop,
- 10:20Speaker 5: it shows the power if we come together and decide
- 10:23Speaker 5: to invest in one company, we can move the market.
- 10:25Speaker 5: But we can also have influence inside of those companies
- 10:28Speaker 5: as well. So for my creatives and artists, I want
- 10:31Speaker 5: you to stop solely be an artist and looking at
- 10:33Speaker 5: yourselves as an entity and invest in.
- 10:37Speaker 3: So this is what if you.
- 10:40Speaker 5: Invest ten k a mont and the market for your
- 10:43Speaker 5: child for a two year period, this is what your
- 10:45Speaker 5: returns will be. So screenshot this, and this is based
- 10:49Speaker 5: off of a conservative return of seven to twelve percent.
- 10:52Speaker 5: Nothing crazy, no options, no trading, no futures. And for
- 10:57Speaker 5: my business owners who've asked, how can I guarantee riches
- 11:01Speaker 5: for my family for a lifetime, A simple calculation. Find
- 11:05Speaker 5: an asset that will give you twelve percent a year.
- 11:08Speaker 5: And for those of you that are cash for very well,
- 11:10Speaker 5: because some of you have had your best year ever
- 11:12Speaker 5: in twenty twenty. But I don't want you going to
- 11:15Speaker 5: Vegas and blowing all of your money. So put ten
- 11:19Speaker 5: grant in and then if you do this over a
- 11:21Speaker 5: period of time, this is what the return will be
- 11:23Speaker 5: off a conservative investment. So the next big frontier that
- 11:29Speaker 5: I think that we will have to face on a
- 11:30Speaker 5: commodity side is water. Michael Burry talked about this at
- 11:34Speaker 5: the end of The Big Short But I want to
- 11:36Speaker 5: give you the ETF before anyone else. C GW as
- 11:42Speaker 5: a ticker for the S and P Global Water ETF.
- 11:47Speaker 5: Now for those of you in three weeks like, hey man,
- 11:50Speaker 5: I got this ETF. Y'all got it here first, right,
- 11:54Speaker 5: But as companies have ruined, some of our natural resources
- 12:00Speaker 5: is becoming more scarce, and water features will become more
- 12:02Speaker 5: popular over the next four or five years. I want
- 12:05Speaker 5: you to be prepared. This too is at a high,
- 12:07Speaker 5: so I want you to be careful. There's not the
- 12:08Speaker 5: time to buy. If there's ever a drop, we'll say
- 12:11Speaker 5: it here on the show, but please write this down
- 12:13Speaker 5: c GW. It's one of the most important resources that
- 12:17Speaker 5: we have on our planet. Rashad Troy and I get
- 12:22Speaker 5: probably a thousand messages a month about what to invest in.
- 12:26Speaker 5: So I'm gonna give you the top vanguard ets real quick.
- 12:29Speaker 5: If you want to invest in a total market VTI
- 12:31Speaker 5: is a way to go. If you are looking for value.
- 12:35Speaker 5: For my traditional investors. A VTW is a ticket. Please
- 12:38Speaker 5: screenshot this. If you're looking for growth VUG and if
- 12:43Speaker 5: you think the rotation is coming in small cap is
- 12:45Speaker 5: going to take over, you can look at VB. So
- 12:48Speaker 5: these are the main four that you can look at
- 12:51Speaker 5: to invest in through Vanguard. Now, last week I told
- 12:55Speaker 5: you about the type of portfolios that you can invest in,
- 12:57Speaker 5: but I want to give you four examples. Takes all
- 13:00Speaker 5: the mystery out of it. So the first one you
- 13:04Speaker 5: have super Safe. If you don't want to lose any
- 13:06Speaker 5: money and you came into a bunch of money, you're like, hey,
- 13:09Speaker 5: I don't want to risk anything. It's great that you
- 13:11Speaker 5: guys love tech, but I want security. This is the
- 13:14Speaker 5: one for you. Look at the ticker IEF and you
- 13:16Speaker 5: would do one hundred percent of the capitol here. So
- 13:19Speaker 5: here are the positives. Virtually no losses. It only went
- 13:23Speaker 5: down two percent last year, So when the world was
- 13:25Speaker 5: on fire and everyone was crying about.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Losses, you only lost a little bit.
- 13:30Speaker 5: Over the last ten years, it only dropped seven point
- 13:32Speaker 5: six percent and that was in twenty thirteen. The bad
- 13:34Speaker 5: part is it is slow as hell and the returns
- 13:37Speaker 5: are small, So you're looking at four point four percent.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Growth per year. But this is good for people that
- 13:42Speaker 3: are older.
- 13:42Speaker 5: So if you're fifty sixty seventy and you want safety,
- 13:46Speaker 5: you don't want to gamble, don't want a bunch of
- 13:48Speaker 5: draw down, this is the one for you. Number two
- 13:51Speaker 5: hial bonds, so you would do a fourth of each
- 13:55Speaker 5: of HyG emb SPLB and JJ. The positive is it
- 14:03Speaker 5: only dropped eleven percent last year, which is amazing. It
- 14:06Speaker 5: averages about six percent per year. And the negative is
- 14:10Speaker 5: because it's a bond, it's a little bit slower and
- 14:12Speaker 5: not the best if you want growth. Now, this is
- 14:15Speaker 5: a classic eighty twenty that Rashall was talking about last
- 14:19Speaker 5: last week, right. So the upside is you get great growth.
- 14:25Speaker 5: You're going to average about eleven point eighty six per
- 14:27Speaker 5: year and a total return over ten years is one
- 14:30Speaker 5: hundred and eleven percent, which is amazing. The negatives is
- 14:34Speaker 5: it's super aggressive. In two thousand and three it dropped
- 14:37Speaker 5: thirty one percent, in two thousand and nine it dropped
- 14:39Speaker 5: forty one percent, and then twenty twenty it dropped sixteen percent.
- 14:42Speaker 5: So anytime we have an aggressive drop, if you have
- 14:44Speaker 5: this mix, your account is going to get hammered. But
- 14:48Speaker 5: if you stay in for that five or ten year
- 14:49Speaker 5: period like we talked about, you'll be okay. And this
- 14:52Speaker 5: is for those of you who want crazy growth all tech.
- 14:56Speaker 5: So in this example, I use the example of Apple, Microsoft,
- 14:59Speaker 5: and Amazon and AMD. So if you started with ten
- 15:03Speaker 5: grand and held it for ten years, it grew to
- 15:05Speaker 5: one hundred and thirty one thousand over a.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Ten year period. Amazing.
- 15:09Speaker 5: The negatives are down twenty five percent and twenty eighteen
- 15:13Speaker 5: and you have no downside protection. But those are the
- 15:16Speaker 5: four main portfolios that you can do. You can do
- 15:19Speaker 5: super safe, you can do mildly safe, you can do
- 15:21Speaker 5: a little bit aggressive, and then you can do what
- 15:23Speaker 5: I call like Bosston Wall.
- 15:24Speaker 2: To hear a more extended conversation, make sure to check

- 15:45Speaker 6: drop drop Mike, drop back, drop drop.
