- 1:22Speaker 2: let's go. The scoescup. It's a story you need to
- 1:26Speaker 2: hear to believe. Then grab your popcorn because there is
- 1:30Speaker 2: more now.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I was going to get into this story. I had
- 1:33Speaker 1: it on the show sheet the other day.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I'm happy to see the White House pushing back on
- 1:38Speaker 2: Europe because the Europeans have decided that a great way
- 1:43Speaker 2: to control speech and make some cash is to put
- 1:46Speaker 2: some serious fines on American companies. Trump putting out Europe
- 1:51Speaker 2: today hit another great American company, Google with a three
- 1:54Speaker 2: point five billion dollar fine, effectively taking money that would
- 1:57Speaker 2: otherwise go to American investments. And this is on top
- 2:01Speaker 2: of the many other fines and taxes that have been
- 2:03Speaker 2: issued against Google and other American tech companies in particular.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Very unfair, and the American taxpayer will not stand for it.
- 2:11Speaker 2: That's correct. This is the right movement's been going on
- 2:15Speaker 2: with Apple and others. This is abuse from the Europeans
- 2:22Speaker 2: through their tech. Let's call it swindling, which flies in
- 2:28Speaker 2: the face of what we value in America, which is
- 2:31Speaker 2: free speech. But Europe doesn't value free speech. We are
- 2:36Speaker 2: very different places, which is why we need to rethink
- 2:40Speaker 2: our European alliances. And we have to be taking longer
- 2:44Speaker 2: looks at places like Poland and saying hey, friend, and
- 2:47Speaker 2: longer looks at places like the UK and say you're
- 2:50Speaker 2: dying and you're killing yourselves and you hate your people.
- 2:57Speaker 2: That has to happen. We'll get into It's a very
- 3:00Speaker 2: interesting story. I'll post it again today over there at
- 3:04Speaker 2: Tony Katz dot com. This was a fun bit. It's
- 3:11Speaker 2: a press conference and there's Hakim Jeffries, and there's Eric Swalwell,
- 3:18Speaker 2: and there's Jasmine Crockett, which is always, of course a
- 3:23Speaker 2: sign of nothing but absolute joy. And there it's a
- 3:29Speaker 2: House press conference, Democratic leadership press conference. I didn't realize
- 3:32Speaker 2: Jasmine Crockett was part of Democratic leadership, and I guess
- 3:37Speaker 2: Eric Swalwell compared January sixth to nine to eleven and
- 3:43Speaker 2: Pearl Harbor and so a reporter is asking the question
- 3:49Speaker 2: to the House Leader Hakim Jeffries, who by now has
- 3:52Speaker 2: to realize he can't do anything. He is ineffectual, He
- 3:56Speaker 2: isn't prepared for the moment. It's the same old, same old.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Is precious, absolutely precious.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Thank you eater.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Congressman Swallow just compared Pearl Harbor to January sixth. Do
- 4:09Speaker 1: you agree.
- 4:10Speaker 4: I think what Congressman Suawell said is that there are
- 4:14Speaker 4: certain days that will forever live in infamy in terms
- 4:19Speaker 4: of the shock to the conscience of the American people.
- 4:27Speaker 2: If you want to argue that Pearl Harbor and January
- 4:32Speaker 2: sixth are on the same level, you can, but you're insane.
- 4:39Speaker 2: If you want to argue that September eleventh and January
- 4:42Speaker 2: sixth are on the same level, you can, but those
- 4:45Speaker 2: people are nuts. The obsession with January sixth, and I
- 4:50Speaker 2: don't say j six is a great day.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I don't make that argument. I make the argument that
- 4:58Speaker 1: certainly we don't have the full truth on January sixth.
- 5:01Speaker 2: All those people invited into the Capitol did nothing wrong.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Again, we say this, and they were invited in.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I don't expect liars like Akeem Jeffries and Eric Swawall
- 5:11Speaker 2: to admit it. They're liars, they are engaged in a fraud.
- 5:16Speaker 2: But if you think j six was like September.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Eleventh, you're just diseased.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Those people are broken people, and if they think they
- 5:27Speaker 2: can win votes this way, well then.
- 5:31Speaker 4: And obviously, the attack on Pearl Harbor is a day
- 5:37Speaker 4: that will forever live in infamy for all time, and
- 5:41Speaker 4: we're thankful to the greatest generation that stepped up to
- 5:47Speaker 4: win that war against the evils of fascism in Nazi Germany.
- 5:54Speaker 4: September eleventh is also a day that obviously is one
- 5:59Speaker 4: that everyone remembers because we witnessed it. And I think
- 6:04Speaker 4: Congressman Swallwew was very clear, So let's not try to
- 6:09Speaker 4: misinterpret anything that he said that what happened on January
- 6:14Speaker 4: sixth unfolded in front of everyone.
- 6:18Speaker 1: We all saw it with.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Our own eyes, and many of us lived.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Through it, lived through it. Okay, you want you really
- 6:30Speaker 3: want this out.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Best of luck in November twenty twenty six, November third,
- 6:37Speaker 2: that's when the midterms happened. Meanwhile, he's flanked by Swawell,
- 6:42Speaker 2: he's flanked by Jamie Raskin, and I mentioned.
- 6:49Speaker 1: That he's flanked by.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Jasmine Crockett and if Jasmine Crockett is gonna be there, well.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Then.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Time now fight of the rousing edition of Jasmine Crocket
- 7:06Speaker 5: Masterpiece THEATA. On today's edition, you should know that law
- 7:12Speaker 5: enforcement does not exist to stop crime.
- 7:16Speaker 1: No, it is only there to investigate crime. Hmm.
- 7:20Speaker 6: I want to be clear that like law enforcement isn't
- 7:24Speaker 6: to prevent crime, law enforcement solves crime. Okay, that is
- 7:29Speaker 6: what they are supposed to do. They are supposed to
- 7:31Speaker 6: solve crimes, not necessarily prevent them from happening per se
- 7:38Speaker 6: per se.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Indeed, this has been another rousing edition of Jasmine Crockets
- 7:47Speaker 2: Masterpiece THEATA.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Matt's Bear has traffic on the fives
