Handling the division about Jesus

John 7:43-44 So a division occurred in the crowd because of Him. Some of them wanted to seize Him, but no one laid hands on Him. Jesus said of Himself, “Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword” (Matthew 10:34). We see the truth of His statement in John 7:43-44. Some were supportive of Jesus, and others wanted to seize Him and kill Him. There was not a spirit of peace about the temple during this feast. There was a division and conflict.
