Boone City Administrator Ondrea Elmquist visits about the business of the City. From the last City Council meeting she talks about the site plan for a proposed colocation data storage facility proposed by Lightedge Solutions. She talked more about the Memorandum of Understanding which addresses several matters raised by City Council members. She did say the information will be in a Development Agreement, which would need to be in place before any building permit would be issued. She also talked about the Request for Proposal matter, seeking possible projects from developers.
