Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Artificial intelligence is going to be doing the searching for most clients in your business.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: So they're going to be utilized by the people that are shopping, shopping for whatever product you provide, even if it's houses and real estate, and then it's going to send out its agents.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: So if you're a real estate agent, if you're on that end of it, you need to make sure that you are able to be found because the people that are going to win that space are the people that are already thinking about it now and then getting changes to their own systems that they have in place.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Now, if you're a real estate agent and you have a brokerage that's supplying you a website, I guess trying to get that configured to make sense and actually work for the agents that are going out there.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Agents meaning the artificial intelligence agents representing the people that are searching for what you're selling, the houses in real estate, or your services, whether you represent buyers or sellers, or both, that's where we need to be need to be seen.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: However, if your brokerage doesn't have that ability to configure their website to that way, so those agents do identify the low-hanging fruit, are able to go out and find interactions with other agents that are representative of your brand or your website, then to be able to book appointments, to be able to show them the available inventory, to be able to ask, answer their questions, the questions that they ask.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: For example, you know, and talking to its Chat BT or its ChatGBT or it's Claude or its Microsoft Copilot or it's Grok, hey, you know, I'm thinking about what do you think about me buying a house in Valencia?
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Can you find me some houses for sale?
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: Let me know what those price points are.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Being able to have a system that identifies that incoming query from a large language model or a bot.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Now we have Muse, we have Dots, we have all these different things.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: How are you going to pick up that information so that person becomes your client, somebody that's able to find it, those agents out there, the MUSE and these sorts of things, being able to find your business and then being able to serve you up as being that particular consummate professional in that space?
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Well, you're going to have to do it by starting to think about this now.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: I was talking to a client yesterday when this came up.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: I said, as I'm building out your site, it's not so much for the human involvement because the question came down to particular type of content, blogs, right?
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: Well, we're not writing these really for human consumption.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: And yes, it's important for search engine optimization and answer engine optimization, but more so, these are going to be articles pertaining to systems, artificial intelligence systems, agentix systems going out and doing the searching for future clients.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Right now it's not all the way there, and it's probably going to take maybe the next few months to really roll out.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: But right now we don't trust these systems, and they've just unveiled here the last few days.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: So it's not something that everybody has gotten into.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: However, it looks like it's going to be a game changer in the market.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: So now I'm already applying whenever I'm designing these to try to make any of my clients' websites and my own things forward-facing.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: So when agents come out and search, they're going to be able to utilize my services or the services of the clients, the clients that are paying me for getting their reputation score, getting their placement, getting their websites, being able to see by these other agents.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: And yeah, agents is really a confusing term, real estate agents, AI agents, you know.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: But that's I think you get the gist.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: But that's where you need to be thinking.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: So if you have somebody building out your systems, you have a real estate brokerage, you have somebody that is uh you're leaning on to be able to continue your brand, continue your your own wherewithal on the internet, then you need to talk to them and find out what the nimbility, nimble, nimbleness, nimbleness of their particular system they have in place that you utilize, how you're going to be able to make appearances in the search queries that are going to be done totally without human beings involved.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: The human being is going to start to question.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: The AI system is then going to send out bots and agents multiple potentially to try to find that best resource.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: How do you score in that space for best resources?
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: I have my own belief system.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: It seems to be working, and I'm constantly in this in this particular trough looking for the best ways to level up clients.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm more than happy to have that conversation.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: You can go to bookwithhonor.com, take a few minutes with me, and let's see where you are and where potentially I can get you.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Anyway, be well.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: It's just some thought for the future.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: We'll talk to you soon.
- 4:44unknown: Bye.
