Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Complicity Of The Men Of Forever (10/2/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. There's nothing confusing about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes and
• 0:09
Speaker 1: anyone claiming otherwise is lying. The files are explicit, repetitive,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: and corroborated. They document abuse, facilitation, payment, silence, and protection.
• 0:21
Speaker 1: They show minors trafficked and exploited as a matter of
• 0:24
Speaker 1: routine and that's just the known record. Anyone saying that
• 0:28
Speaker 1: we don't know enough yet is not cautious. They're stalling.
• 0:32
Speaker 1: Anyone saying that this is being blown out of proportion
• 0:35
Speaker 1: is not thoughtful. They're minimizing mass abuse. Anyone urging people
• 0:40
Speaker 1: to move on is not mature. They're enabling a predator's legacy.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: What we're watching is not confusion. It's cowardice. These people
• 0:50
Speaker 1: understand exactly what the files show. They're not struggling to
• 0:54
Speaker 1: interpret the material. They're saying less because saying more has
• 0:58
Speaker 1: become inconvenient. The facts didn't change overnight. Their political environment did.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: When accountability threatened the other side, they were fearless. Now
• 1:07
Speaker 1: that it threatens their side, they suddenly discovered restraint. I
• 1:11
Speaker 1: can assure you that the files are not vibes or impressions.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: They're sworn testimony, contemporaneous notes, flight logs, messages, schedules, and corroboration.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: They show patterns so consistent they could be diagrammed. Young
• 1:26
Speaker 1: girls recruited the same way, paid the same way, silenced
• 1:29
Speaker 1: the same way. The same names appear again and again.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: The same intermediaries appear again and again. And calling what
• 1:36
Speaker 1: happened here unclear is straight up insulting. Calling it overstated
• 1:41
Speaker 1: is obscene. And pretending that this is still an open
• 1:44
Speaker 1: question is straight up fraudulent. Real talk minimization isn't neutral behavior.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: It is an active choice with consequences. You don't have
• 1:55
Speaker 1: to defend Epstein to help him. You only have to
• 1:57
Speaker 1: dampen outrage. You only have to reframe accountability as obsession.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: You only have to suggest everyone else is being emotional.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: Those moves slow momentum. Slowed momentum protects power. And power
• 2:12
Speaker 1: protected Epstein for decades. And make no mistake, the machine
• 2:16
Speaker 1: still works. It just has a new face. And what
• 2:21
Speaker 1: makes all of this especially disgusting, in my opinion, is
• 2:24
Speaker 1: who's doing it. These were people who once branded themselves
• 2:27
Speaker 1: as transparency hawks. They demanded documents, names, and prosecutions. They
• 2:33
Speaker 1: mocked anyone who hesitated. They wrapped themselves in survivor language.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: Now they hide behind responsibility and restraint. They didn't become principled.
• 2:43
Speaker 1: They became afraid. Afraid of consequences, backlash, and losing their
• 2:47
Speaker 1: seat at the table. And yo, fear's understandable. But capitulation
• 2:53
Speaker 1: is not. As someone who has spent years inside the case,
• 2:57
Speaker 1: not skimming headlines, the volume of material is crushing. The
• 3:01
Speaker 1: consistency is undeniable, and the lies told about ignorance collapse
• 3:06
Speaker 1: under even casual review. You can't read this record honestly
• 3:10
Speaker 1: and call it uncertain. You can't absorb the testimony and
• 3:14
Speaker 1: call it exaggerated. Anyone still pretending that this is murky
• 3:18
Speaker 1: is lying to their audience. They're hoping you did not
• 3:21
Speaker 1: read what they did. They're betting on your exhaustion And that,
• 3:25
Speaker 1: my friends, is contempt for you. There's something uniquely vile
• 3:30
Speaker 1: about former advocates turning silent. They don't say that the
• 3:34
Speaker 1: victims were wrong. They simply stop mentioning them. They don't
• 3:38
Speaker 1: argue the documents are false. They simply stop linking them.
• 3:42
Speaker 1: They don't deny the abuse. They redirect attention elsewhere. And
• 3:46
Speaker 1: of course, silence is not accidental here. Silence is tactical.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: It's protection. And protection is exactly what allowed Epstein to operate.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: And unfortunately, that pattern didn't end with his death. Epstein's
• 4:00
Speaker 1: operation depended on two things above all else, usefulness and discretion.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: He made himself useful to powerful people. He relied on
• 4:09
Speaker 1: others to be discreet. And that formula worked spectacularly well.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: What you're seeing now is the afterlife of that formula.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: People minimizing the files are preserving discretion. People discouraging scrutiny
• 4:24
Speaker 1: are preserving usefulness. Epstein didn't need to be alive to
• 4:28
Speaker 1: benefit from the arrangement. He built something that outlived him.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: And that, my friends, is a real horror. Now the
• 4:36
Speaker 1: smug tone of minimizers makes it worse. They present themselves
• 4:39
Speaker 1: as adults calming children. They portray rage as unserious. They
• 4:44
Speaker 1: frame disgust as hysteria. This is manipulative framing. Because where
• 4:49
Speaker 1: I'm from, anger is the appropriate response to industrialized abuse.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: Disgust is a rational reaction to documented cruelty. Calling those
• 5:00
Speaker 1: emotions immature is a trick. It's meant to shame people
• 5:04
Speaker 1: into quiet. Because quiet has always served the predators. It's
• 5:09
Speaker 1: loudness that threatens them. Now the files show Miner is
• 5:14
Speaker 1: being abused repeatedly. They show coordination across locations. They show
• 5:18
Speaker 1: adults facilitating access. They show consequences being avoided. They show
• 5:24
Speaker 1: prosecutors failing. They show institutions blinking. They show wealth working
• 5:29
Speaker 1: as armor. None of this disappears because it's politically awkward.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: None of it evaporates because it makes people uncomfortable. Reality
• 5:38
Speaker 1: does not bend to narrative management. Truth doesn't care about
• 5:42
Speaker 1: electoral calendars. And accountability should never expire. The survivors didn't
• 5:48
Speaker 1: volunteer to become political problems. They didn't consent to being inconvenient.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: They didn't agree to be believed only conditionally. They came
• 5:57
Speaker 1: forward at enormous personal cost. They told the truth anyway.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: And watching former allies abandon them is a second betrayal.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: It teaches survivors that justice has limits. It teaches them
• 6:11
Speaker 1: belief is temporary. It teaches them power always wins eventually.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: And of course, that lesson is devastating. This is not
• 6:20
Speaker 1: a misunderstanding moment. This is not a moral sorting moment.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: People are choosing comfort over courage in real time. They're
• 6:28
Speaker 1: choosing access over accountability. They're choosing tribe over truth. And
• 6:34
Speaker 1: that choice has a body count. It always does. Epstein's
• 6:38
Speaker 1: victims already paid the price once. They shouldn't have to
• 6:42
Speaker 1: pay it again through erasure. Yet, that is exactly what's happening.
• 6:48
Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned, there's no middle ground here.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: You are either confronting what the files show or you're
• 6:54
Speaker 1: cushioning it. You're either pushing toward accountability or slowing it down.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: You're either amplifying survivors or sidelining them. Calling that nuance
• 7:05
Speaker 1: is dishonest. Nuance doesn't require minimizing harm. Complexity does not
• 7:11
Speaker 1: require paralysis. Anyone hiding behind those words is avoiding responsibility.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: And of course avoidance is the goal. Now the argument
• 7:21
Speaker 1: that continued scrutiny somehow helps Epstein is absurd. Silence helped Epstein.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: Respectability helped Epstein. Deference helped Epstein. Exposure damaged them. And
• 7:32
Speaker 1: what remains is unfinished work. Ending scrutiny does not protect victims,
• 7:37
Speaker 1: it protects the people who enabled them. That distinction is obvious.
• 7:42
Speaker 1: Pretending otherwise is intentional misdirection. But of course misdirection is
• 7:47
Speaker 1: how cover-ups survive. And what really launches me into orbit
• 7:52
Speaker 1: is the brazenness of the retreat. These people know what
• 7:55
Speaker 1: the records show. They're not confused. They're calculating. They're watching polls, reactions,
• 8:01
Speaker 1: and donor sentiment. They're deciding how much truth they can afford.
• 8:05
Speaker 1: But that calculation is morally bankrupt. You don't price justice.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: You don't hedge accountability. Doing so places you on the
• 8:14
Speaker 1: wrong side of history. Justice that bends to politics is
• 8:19
Speaker 1: not justice. Transparency that stops at allies is not transparency.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Accountability with exemptions is theater. Epstein's survivors deserve more than theater.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: What they deserve is consistency. They deserve follow-throughs. They deserve
• 8:35
Speaker 1: people who don't vanish when the pressure appears. Anything less
• 8:39
Speaker 1: is abandonment dressed up as prudence. Look, I recognize retreat
• 8:44
Speaker 1: when I see it. The language gets softer. The outrage
• 8:48
Speaker 1: gets conditional. The focus drifts. We're told to calm down.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: And of course, all of that is about containment. And
• 8:54
Speaker 1: containment is meant to exhaust people until they disengage. Disengagement
• 8:59
Speaker 1: is how accountability dies. This is not accidental, folks. It's strategic.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: What we're witnessing is surrender disguised as maturity. Surrender to discomfort.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: Surrender to fear. Surrender to the idea that some truths
• 9:16
Speaker 1: are too destabilizing to pursue. That surrender does not make
• 9:20
Speaker 1: anyone thoughtful. It makes them useful. And Epstein thrived on
• 9:25
Speaker 1: useful people. That's the continuity nobody wants to admit. His
• 9:30
Speaker 1: shadow persists through compromise. And his survivors and victims, they're
• 9:35
Speaker 1: being erased in real time. Their testimony is treated like noise.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: Their trauma treated like an inconvenience. Their courage is met
• 9:43
Speaker 1: with indifference. This erasure is violence by neglect. It tells
• 9:48
Speaker 1: survivors the world's attention was temporary. It tells them justice
• 9:52
Speaker 1: has an expiration date. And that message mirrors the power
• 9:56
Speaker 1: imbalance they already survived. And in my opinion, it's cruel. So,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: I'm not going to soften my language because soft language
• 10:05
Speaker 1: enabled the abuse. I'm not going to pretend that this
• 10:08
Speaker 1: is some good faith disagreement. Enabling abuse does not require malice.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: It requires silence. Protecting predators does not require loyalty. It
• 10:18
Speaker 1: requires avoidance. And Epstein's crimes demand fury because they were
• 10:23
Speaker 1: committed with impunity. And that impunity survives through minimization. And
• 10:29
Speaker 1: I will not participate in that. Now look, history is
• 10:33
Speaker 1: going to be clear about this moment. It always is.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: It's going to record who folded and who didn't. It's
• 10:39
Speaker 1: going to remember who followed evidence and who followed their tribe.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: Epstein may be dead, but the test he left behind
• 10:46
Speaker 1: is alive. And many are failing it right now. They're
• 10:50
Speaker 1: not confused. They're cowards. And they're enabling him. Even now,
• 10:56
Speaker 1: they'll tell themselves that it was prudence, that history is complicated,
• 11:00
Speaker 1: that silence was necessary. It wasn't. It was a choice
• 11:04
Speaker 1: to look away while the evidence sat in plain sight.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: It was a choice to trade victims for comfort and
• 11:10
Speaker 1: truth for access. Epstein's greatest trick was not evading prison.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: It was teaching powerful people how to protect them reflexively.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: And that reflex is still alive, still firing, still doing damage.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Every minimized crime, every softened word, every call to move
• 11:27
Speaker 1: on is another brick mortared onto the same wall that
• 11:31
Speaker 1: kept girls trapped for decades. No one gets to claim
• 11:35
Speaker 1: ignorance anymore. If you're downplaying this now, you are not
• 11:38
Speaker 1: on the sidelines. Instead, you are the problem. All of
• 11:44
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
• 11:48
Speaker 1: in the description box. Today, we're going to talk more
• 11:52
Speaker 1: about the financials of Jeffrey Epstein and the institutions that
• 11:57
Speaker 1: helped provide him with the ability to keep this criminal
• 12:02
Speaker 1: enterprise rolling for decades. We've been talking about Deutsche Bank
• 12:09
Speaker 1: for a while and how they were a very integral
• 12:13
Speaker 1: part Jeffrey Epstein's wealth and his moving of money and
• 12:21
Speaker 1: his ability to keep the machine well oiled and running
• 12:28
Speaker 1: now our update last night was talking about how Deutsche
• 12:34
Speaker 1: Bank just got blasted with another hundred million dollar fine
• 12:38
Speaker 1: hundred million plus and to them it's nothing right It's
• 12:44
Speaker 1: just money. It's just a couple of more zeros in
• 12:48
Speaker 1: the ledger. So they'll pay those fines happily. Because how
• 12:54
Speaker 1: much money do you think they've brought in from all
• 12:57
Speaker 1: of the douchebaggery? I guarantee you it's more than they're
• 13:02
Speaker 1: paying out in fines. So why would they stop? What
• 13:07
Speaker 1: would be the motivation for them to stop? If there's
• 13:10
Speaker 1: no repercussions... And the only thing that ever happens is
• 13:14
Speaker 1: that the shop gets fined. Then why would the people
• 13:19
Speaker 1: who are behind these plans and these plots ever stop
• 13:23
Speaker 1: doing it? You see, it's not the institution itself, right?
• 13:28
Speaker 1: It's the people behind the scenes that are working at
• 13:32
Speaker 1: places like Deutsche Bank. And when I say that, I
• 13:34
Speaker 1: don't mean, you know, front of the line workers, people
• 13:38
Speaker 1: at your local banking office. I'm talking about the people
• 13:43
Speaker 1: in the wealth finance division. The wealth management division. The
• 13:49
Speaker 1: people that were passing out the hot IPOs to Jeffrey
• 13:53
Speaker 1: Epstein so he could turn and burn them. Those are
• 13:55
Speaker 1: the people I'm talking about. Those are the people that
• 13:58
Speaker 1: need to be held responsible for this shit. But they
• 14:01
Speaker 1: never are. And to tell you the truth, I don't
• 14:03
Speaker 1: know if they ever will be. We go from... One
• 14:08
Speaker 1: administration to the next. And every single administration is populated
• 14:13
Speaker 1: with these scumbags from finance. Every last one. So why
• 14:18
Speaker 1: would anyone believe that things are ever going to change?
• 14:21
Speaker 1: That things are ever going to be different? Because remember,
• 14:26
Speaker 1: as much bullshit as these politicians like to talk about
• 14:30
Speaker 1: how they're going to change things and how they're for
• 14:33
Speaker 1: the people, they're still accepting donations from these scumbag banksters.
• 14:40
Speaker 1: Over $ 158, 000 in donations that we know about. That Epstein
• 14:45
Speaker 1: ponied up to the Democrats. About $ 30, 000 to the Republicans.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: And these are the people that we're going to count on.
• 14:55
Speaker 1: That we're going to rely on. To change these laws.
• 14:59
Speaker 1: And make sure that their bankster friends go to prison.
• 15:04
Speaker 1: Now I know that the anti-money laundering movement. that was
• 15:08
Speaker 1: put into the NDAA as a good start, but there's
• 15:11
Speaker 1: loopholes and there's outs there. It's not a full encompassing
• 15:17
Speaker 1: law where there's no wiggle room. And you see it
• 15:20
Speaker 1: every single time that these people write these new laws.
• 15:23
Speaker 1: They always leave a little backdoor, don't they? It's like
• 15:27
Speaker 1: a computer programmer who writes a program. They like to
• 15:32
Speaker 1: leave a little backdoor for them to access. That's the
• 15:35
Speaker 1: same thing with these politicians and their scumbag bag men.
• 15:40
Speaker 1: And make no mistake, all of these banksters that we're
• 15:43
Speaker 1: talking about, all of these banks, they're all funding these
• 15:48
Speaker 1: politicians around the world in one way or the other
• 15:54
Speaker 1: with an obscene amount of money. And all the while,
• 16:02
Speaker 1: They're using the relationships that they build via their donations
• 16:06
Speaker 1: and their support to get around laws and to make
• 16:10
Speaker 1: sure that they don't have to pay any penalties if
• 16:15
Speaker 1: they do happen to screw up and get caught. They
• 16:19
Speaker 1: make sure that it's only the institution that pays. And
• 16:25
Speaker 1: I'll tell you, I've had enough. There needs to be consequences.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: for these executives, these division chiefs, and the rest of
• 16:34
Speaker 1: these scumbags that are involved in pilfering and stealing money
• 16:38
Speaker 1: on a regular basis. All this does is hurt the
• 16:45
Speaker 1: poorest amongst us, the working poor. All of this money laundering,
• 16:50
Speaker 1: all of this grifting. And then these people have the
• 16:56
Speaker 1: audacity to act like they care about you. It's such
• 17:04
Speaker 1: a damn joke. And these bankers are at the heart
• 17:08
Speaker 1: of all of it, in my opinion. The financial sector
• 17:12
Speaker 1: is absolutely corrupt. And when you're dealing with the type
• 17:16
Speaker 1: of money and the amount of money that we're talking
• 17:18
Speaker 1: about here, it doesn't shock me. Because we know that
• 17:22
Speaker 1: money can corrupt even the best people amongst us. And
• 17:28
Speaker 1: these politicians... Who their lifeblood is this money, right? How
• 17:32
Speaker 1: are they ever going to win their elections without all
• 17:35
Speaker 1: of this dirty ass money that comes pouring in? So
• 17:39
Speaker 1: the politicians get along and go along and, you know,
• 17:43
Speaker 1: their aides talk to lobbyists and then the lobbyists tell
• 17:47
Speaker 1: the aides what they want. Then the aides go and
• 17:49
Speaker 1: talk to the congressman or the senator. Then the senators
• 17:52
Speaker 1: write the law. It's such a bullshit game. And I'm
• 17:56
Speaker 1: pretty tired of it, to be honest with you. All
• 17:58
Speaker 1: of them. Every last one of them. All of them
• 18:00
Speaker 1: that were up there crying crocodile tears the other day.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: All of them that get up there and talk about
• 18:05
Speaker 1: how they care about the people. It's all bullshit. And
• 18:09
Speaker 1: the sooner everybody wakes up and realizes that it's all bullshit,
• 18:15
Speaker 1: the sooner we can focus on bringing people to justice
• 18:19
Speaker 1: like these absolute scumbag banksters. Our article today is from Bloomberg.com. Headline,
• 18:28
Speaker 1: Deutsche JP Morgan top banks flagged in fraud report. This
• 18:33
Speaker 1: article is from September 21st of 2020. This article was
• 18:39
Speaker 1: authored by Scylla Brush. The global financial industry is under
• 18:46
Speaker 1: the spotlight again after a cache of leaked documents show
• 18:50
Speaker 1: years of transactions handled by the world's largest banks linked
• 18:54
Speaker 1: to money laundering, corruption, and fraud. So we're talking about
• 19:01
Speaker 1: the FinCEN files again, obviously here. But this is an
• 19:06
Speaker 1: overview on some of the bigger players that were caught
• 19:11
Speaker 1: up inside of the FinCEN files. All institutions and entities
• 19:16
Speaker 1: that we've discussed already. But considering the new fine on
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank, I thought that it would be a good
• 19:25
Speaker 1: idea to go back, pull this one out of the archive,
• 19:29
Speaker 1: and do a little bit of context. Because this is
• 19:34
Speaker 1: an important part of the story, in my opinion. This
• 19:36
Speaker 1: is a very important part. And if we're going to
• 19:42
Speaker 1: see real justice, this is an avenue that has to
• 19:46
Speaker 1: be pursued. And you can see how important it is.
• 19:49
Speaker 1: By Denise George and her subpoena situation down there. How
• 19:54
Speaker 1: many people she subpoenaed. How many of these banking institutions
• 19:57
Speaker 1: she subpoenaed. Because this is a big part of the story, folks.
• 20:01
Speaker 1: A big part of the story. And as you all know,
• 20:05
Speaker 1: I've been going hard and heavy on the financials. And
• 20:08
Speaker 1: I plan to continue to do so. Because I think
• 20:12
Speaker 1: we're at the point in this case... Where it's crucial...
• 20:16
Speaker 1: That we discuss... What went on behind the scenes... And
• 20:20
Speaker 1: who was bankrolling all of this... The report dubbed... The
• 20:30
Speaker 1: Finsen Files... Released by the International Consortium... Of Investigative Journalists...
• 20:36
Speaker 1: And based on leaked documents... Obtained by BuzzFeed News... Said
• 20:39
Speaker 1: that in some cases... The banks kept moving illicit funds
• 20:43
Speaker 1: after receiving warnings from U.S. officials. Here are some of
• 20:47
Speaker 1: the key facts and figures. And yeah, they've been doing
• 20:50
Speaker 1: it forever. How long has Deutsche Bank been under the spotlight?
• 20:54
Speaker 1: How long has Deutsche Bank been involved with these scumbags? Forever.
• 21:01
Speaker 1: Ever and ever and ever. And all the while... they're
• 21:06
Speaker 1: still slapping regular people around the world with a 25%
• 21:09
Speaker 1: finance rate for a car. Or a 19% finance rate
• 21:15
Speaker 1: for a credit card. So not only are they stealing
• 21:20
Speaker 1: when it comes to their money laundering and their nonsense,
• 21:25
Speaker 1: but they're also catching it on the back end, on
• 21:28
Speaker 1: the back side, as they shit on you once again
• 21:33
Speaker 1: with the finance rates. And it goes on and on
• 21:39
Speaker 1: and on again. So basically, you're just getting screwed in
• 21:44
Speaker 1: a constant cycle by the banks. Doesn't that feel good?
• 21:49
Speaker 1: Aren't you happy about that? Aren't you glad everybody has
• 21:52
Speaker 1: so much focused rage at their neighbors and their friends
• 21:55
Speaker 1: and people on TV? Meanwhile, these MFs are sitting around
• 22:01
Speaker 1: right now as we speak on their yacht, yakking it up,
• 22:04
Speaker 1: loving it. that everybody's at each other's throats, that their
• 22:08
Speaker 1: bank accounts are growing, that the largest transfer of wealth
• 22:11
Speaker 1: up in human history is occurring. But don't let me
• 22:16
Speaker 1: get in the way of you hating your neighbor or anything.
• 22:22
Speaker 1: How much money is involved? Banks moved more than $ 2
• 22:25
Speaker 1: trillion in transfers that their own compliance officers flagged as suspicious...
• 22:33
Speaker 1: in around 2,100 filings with the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes
• 22:37
Speaker 1: Enforcement Network, or FinCEN. The documents mainly cover payments from
• 22:42
Speaker 1: 2011 to 2017. The filings analyzed represent just 0.2% of
• 22:50
Speaker 1: more than 12 million suspicious activity reports filed over that time.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: Think about that for a minute. Only 0.2% of the
• 22:57
Speaker 1: 12 million SARs that were filed Were represented here... And
• 23:05
Speaker 1: it's over... Two trillion in transfers... That their own compliance
• 23:09
Speaker 1: officers flagged... Can you imagine... The true level... Of... Greed here...
• 23:18
Speaker 1: Of financial crimes... Two trillion dollars... In a six year period...
• 23:26
Speaker 1: I wonder what a full audit... Would expose... I wonder
• 23:30
Speaker 1: how many trillions... Have been pilfered from shareholders. From citizens.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: Throughout the years. At Deutsche Bank. My guess is a lot.
• 23:41
Speaker 1: How else are they going to supply loans. To some
• 23:44
Speaker 1: of these scuzzbag people. That they have supplied loans to.
• 23:48
Speaker 1: How else are they going to supply loans. To someone
• 23:51
Speaker 1: like Donald Trump. Who has had 87 bankruptcies. And just
• 23:56
Speaker 1: go on in their business. And no worries. It's because
• 23:59
Speaker 1: they have so much. disgustingly dark money stacked up that
• 24:05
Speaker 1: they don't care who they're doing business with. Because for
• 24:08
Speaker 1: all of these years, they were able to get away
• 24:10
Speaker 1: with it. There was no repercussions. And now, hopefully, people
• 24:18
Speaker 1: are starting to wake up to the fact that if
• 24:21
Speaker 1: the money situation isn't correct, if the money situation isn't regulated...
• 24:29
Speaker 1: then we're all screwed. That's how important it is to
• 24:35
Speaker 1: stop this bullshit with these scuzzbag financial institutions that are
• 24:40
Speaker 1: in bed with some of the sickest, most criminal amongst us.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: The doc... Excuse me. Who's named? Almost 90 financial institutions
• 24:52
Speaker 1: appear in the world in the documents, including many of
• 24:56
Speaker 1: the world's biggest banks. Deutsche Bank AG handled about $ 1. 3
• 25:02
Speaker 1: trillion of the suspicious transactions. Think about that, $ 1. 3 trillion.
• 25:11
Speaker 1: That's $ 400 billion more than the fiscal stimulus package that
• 25:18
Speaker 1: was just passed by the United States Congress. And think
• 25:23
Speaker 1: about how much money that is and where all that
• 25:25
Speaker 1: money is going. That's enough money that you could do
• 25:28
Speaker 1: all this stuff that Congress wants to do. Unemployment for
• 25:32
Speaker 1: $ 300 more. Think about that. And all of that occurred
• 25:38
Speaker 1: on $ 400 billion less than what these people processed in
• 25:44
Speaker 1: suspicious transactions. It is an astronomical amount of money. JPMorgan
• 25:58
Speaker 1: Chase & Company processed $ 514 billion. Standard Chartered, PLC, $ 166 billion.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: And Bank of New York, Mellon Corp., $ 64 billion. At
• 26:10
Speaker 1: HSBC Holdings, PLC, it was $ 4. 5 billion. Other institutions named
• 26:16
Speaker 1: include Barclays, Societe Generale SA, State Street Corp., Commerce Bank AG,
• 26:23
Speaker 1: and China Investment Corp. Oh, Barclays, huh? Shocking. Do you
• 26:28
Speaker 1: want to refresh my memory about who the boss is
• 26:30
Speaker 1: over at Barclays? Oh yeah, that's right. Scumbag himself, Jess Staley.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: Shocking that they're involved in this as well. All of
• 26:39
Speaker 1: these institutions should be fully audited and they should really
• 26:44
Speaker 1: have to face some serious consequences. All of these people
• 26:51
Speaker 1: that are involved, all of these CEOs, CFOs, COOs, division chiefs,
• 26:56
Speaker 1: All of these people know what's up. They all know
• 26:59
Speaker 1: what their clients are doing. And they look the other way.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: And in fact. Not only just look the other way.
• 27:06
Speaker 1: They actively participate sometimes. In hiding this money. And making
• 27:10
Speaker 1: sure that the money laundering. Goes off without a hitch.
• 27:17
Speaker 1: Hundreds of millions of dollars. Of Russian and Ukrainian money.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: Passed through ING bank Slosky SA. Poland's Gazeta Polska. We
• 27:26
Speaker 1: Borska newspaper wrote on Sunday, funds were wired through the
• 27:30
Speaker 1: unit to tax havens such as Cyprus until at least 2016.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: And that's what they do, right? They use these tax havens.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: They use them as intermediaries. They wire the money there.
• 27:42
Speaker 1: Then the money's bundled and shipped off and nobody knows
• 27:45
Speaker 1: where it went. Nobody can find it and nobody can
• 27:48
Speaker 1: track it because all of these scumbags are working together
• 27:51
Speaker 1: to make sure that occurs. The ICIJ report noted that
• 27:59
Speaker 1: JP Morgan moved more than $ 1 billion for the fugitive
• 28:03
Speaker 1: financier behind Malaysia's 1MDB scandal based on records. The bank
• 28:09
Speaker 1: also processed payments for Paul Manafort, the former campaign manager
• 28:14
Speaker 1: for President Donald Trump, after he resigned from the campaign
• 28:17
Speaker 1: amid money laundering and corruption allegations from his work with
• 28:21
Speaker 1: a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, according to the investigation.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: So Paul Manafort is the epitome of a scumbag, the
• 28:30
Speaker 1: epitome of a piece of garbage who knows how to
• 28:36
Speaker 1: manipulate the financial markets and has the connections to do so.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: I mean, how many times are we going to have
• 28:42
Speaker 1: to see JP Morgan involved with this shit before somebody says,
• 28:46
Speaker 1: all right, time to do a full audit. Let's go
• 28:49
Speaker 1: in there with the SEC, the FBI. Let's raid them
• 28:52
Speaker 1: and let's figure out what the hell's going on. But
• 28:55
Speaker 1: they won't do that. I wonder how many people from
• 28:58
Speaker 1: JP Morgan are working in 46's administration. How many people
• 29:04
Speaker 1: from Deutsche Bank or Citibank? What's at issue? Banks are
• 29:14
Speaker 1: required to file Suspicious Activity Reports, or SARs, with the U.S.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: government within 30 or 60 days of learning of a
• 29:21
Speaker 1: questionable transaction. The reports aren't necessarily indicative of criminal conduct
• 29:27
Speaker 1: or other wrongdoing, but reflect compliance officers' concerns. And we've
• 29:33
Speaker 1: discussed this at length as well here on the podcast.
• 29:36
Speaker 1: It's not just compliance officers, right? It's the people on
• 29:38
Speaker 1: the front line are putting these SARs in and then
• 29:41
Speaker 1: the compliance team takes a look at them and figures
• 29:44
Speaker 1: it out. But the people on the front line need
• 29:46
Speaker 1: to be trained better. And when they put in a
• 29:49
Speaker 1: SAR that their, their superiors and those who are above
• 29:53
Speaker 1: them should take it seriously. But a lot of times
• 29:57
Speaker 1: these SARs are just put into the system and then
• 29:59
Speaker 1: they're lost in the sauce. Nobody ever goes and looks
• 30:02
Speaker 1: at them or anything like that. Fines levied against HSBC
• 30:11
Speaker 1: and Standard Chartered in 2012 spurred a spike in suspicious
• 30:15
Speaker 1: activity reports from about 60,000 that year to more than
• 30:19
Speaker 1: 2 million annually in recent years. Authorities follow up with
• 30:24
Speaker 1: banks on about 4% of reports, according to a 2018
• 30:29
Speaker 1: survey of the biggest lenders in the U.S. So out
• 30:33
Speaker 1: of 2 million in recent years, 4% of those are
• 30:39
Speaker 1: looked at by authorities. So that's just a small portion, right?
• 30:46
Speaker 1: 96% of the SARs that are filed are never even
• 30:50
Speaker 1: looked at by the authorities. Bank's response. Lenders have stressed
• 30:56
Speaker 1: that the leaked reports show their screening and monitoring systems
• 30:59
Speaker 1: are working as intended. We report suspicious activity to the
• 31:03
Speaker 1: government so that the law enforcement can combat financial crime,
• 31:07
Speaker 1: JP Morgan said in a statement. We have played a
• 31:10
Speaker 1: leadership role in anti-money laundering reform that will modernize how
• 31:14
Speaker 1: the government and law enforcement combat money laundering, terrorism, financing,
• 31:20
Speaker 1: and other financial crimes. JP Morgan is saying that. That's
• 31:24
Speaker 1: like Ted Bundy saying that he has helped out with
• 31:27
Speaker 1: some new serial killer laws. He has some new crimes
• 31:31
Speaker 1: on the books that deal with killing women. Basically the
• 31:34
Speaker 1: same thing. Who the hell is going to let J.P.
• 31:38
Speaker 1: Morgan be involved with any sort of fixing of anything?
• 31:41
Speaker 1: You're one of the main reasons things are screwed up.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: Talk about letting the wolf into the hen house. The
• 31:51
Speaker 1: issues have already been investigated and led to regulatory resolutions
• 31:55
Speaker 1: in which the bank's cooperation and remediation was publicly recognized,
• 32:01
Speaker 1: according to Deutsche Bank. Yeah, not so much, because fast
• 32:05
Speaker 1: forward a few months and you just got slapped with
• 32:07
Speaker 1: another $ 100 million plus fine. So you're not doing things right, obviously.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: You're screwing everything up and you people eventually are going
• 32:18
Speaker 1: to be held responsible. The citizens around the world are
• 32:23
Speaker 1: fed the F up. And these banks are really playing
• 32:28
Speaker 1: a dangerous game. Market Impact HSBC shares reached a 25-year
• 32:38
Speaker 1: low on Monday. Standard Chartered fell 5% in London Trading.
• 32:42
Speaker 1: while Barclays and Deutsche Bank shares declined more than 8%
• 32:46
Speaker 1: as investors digested the report and also worried about tighter
• 32:51
Speaker 1: virus restrictions. Yeah, that's definitely not the kind of report
• 32:54
Speaker 1: you want, right, as an investor. Certainly not. I know
• 32:57
Speaker 1: if that was the report I was getting, I'd be
• 32:59
Speaker 1: freaking out. I would be pulling every dollar out of
• 33:05
Speaker 1: these institutions and moving it elsewhere. Still, some analysts said
• 33:10
Speaker 1: the report's lasting impact on the sector may be relatively muted,
• 33:14
Speaker 1: of course, because at the end of the day, money
• 33:17
Speaker 1: makes things go. And all of these powerful so-called elites,
• 33:21
Speaker 1: they're all getting rich on this money laundering. They're all
• 33:25
Speaker 1: getting a taste and wetting their beak. A fair amount
• 33:28
Speaker 1: of what these files reveal covers known issues, said Joseph Dickerson,
• 33:33
Speaker 1: an analyst at Jefferies. It is too early to make
• 33:36
Speaker 1: a call on what the outcome of publishing this will be,
• 33:38
Speaker 1: But it's hard to see how this data can be
• 33:40
Speaker 1: construed as new news to banking regulators. It is therefore
• 33:45
Speaker 1: hard to see direct material financial consequences for banks such
• 33:49
Speaker 1: as Standard Chartered and HSBC at this time. And that,
• 33:54
Speaker 1: my friends, is part of the problem. There needs to
• 33:57
Speaker 1: be consequences. There needs to be an earth-shattering moment. When
• 34:02
Speaker 1: one of these people are sent to prison. So the
• 34:04
Speaker 1: rest of their colleagues. Understand the stakes. So that they
• 34:08
Speaker 1: understand that they're money laundering. They're stealing. They're financing. Of
• 34:14
Speaker 1: the world's scummiest people. Will no longer be allowed. And
• 34:19
Speaker 1: when that day comes. And one of these people. Are
• 34:23
Speaker 1: sent to prison for their crimes. It will send shockwaves.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: Through the whole entire financial community. That some dangerous. pissant
• 34:32
Speaker 1: fine would never be able to accomplish. If you'd like
• 34:38
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.

• 35:02
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 35:08
Speaker 1: One aspect of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes that was never looked
• 35:12
Speaker 1: into enough was the financial aspect. There was never an
• 35:18
Speaker 1: all-encompassing look into what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Oh,
• 35:22
Speaker 1: they said they were looking into his finances, but you
• 35:25
Speaker 1: mean to tell me nothing came of it? They found nothing?
• 35:28
Speaker 1: They found no malfeasance whatsoever? when it comes to his finances, huh?
• 35:34
Speaker 1: Which I find laughable at best, considering all of these
• 35:37
Speaker 1: institutions that ended up getting slapped with fines and other
• 35:41
Speaker 1: penalties because of their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Today we
• 35:46
Speaker 1: have an article from Bitcoin.com, and this article was first
• 35:51
Speaker 1: published in 2019, August 13th. So, right around the time
• 35:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein died, got arrested, and all of this was
• 36:00
Speaker 1: going down. The author of this article is Avi Mizrahi. Headline,
• 36:08
Speaker 1: Big banks enable Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking crimes. It's a
• 36:11
Speaker 1: pretty big statement, isn't it? Guess what? It's true. When
• 36:16
Speaker 1: I talk about the financial sector, there's a reason. And
• 36:20
Speaker 1: the reason is they enable Jeffrey Epstein and his behavior
• 36:24
Speaker 1: to Every step of the way. And the same goes
• 36:27
Speaker 1: for human trafficking organizations around the world, as well as
• 36:31
Speaker 1: drug runners and drug traffickers and you name it. These
• 36:35
Speaker 1: banks are in business with all of these people. Follow
• 36:41
Speaker 1: the money. The reported death of the Wall Street financier, pedophile,
• 36:45
Speaker 1: and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Saturday morning in
• 36:49
Speaker 1: Manhattan prison cell has left a lot of questions. Among
• 36:53
Speaker 1: these is how exactly he funded his criminal activities, which
• 36:57
Speaker 1: included sex trafficking of minors, to be used by the
• 37:00
Speaker 1: rich and powerful. One matter that is not a mystery
• 37:04
Speaker 1: is how Epstein funded his perversions. He used the traditional
• 37:08
Speaker 1: fiat banking system with all of its extensive KYC and
• 37:12
Speaker 1: AML regulations. So Jeffrey Epstein used the traditional banking system,
• 37:21
Speaker 1: manipulated it. He used all of the loopholes, all of
• 37:24
Speaker 1: the technicalities that his buddies in government wrote into the
• 37:28
Speaker 1: laws and was able to deceptively hide a lot of
• 37:31
Speaker 1: money from the government while you're writing big ass tax
• 37:34
Speaker 1: checks to the government. The alleged suicide of Epstein shouldn't
• 37:39
Speaker 1: stop the legions of lawyers, bankers, and accountants that have
• 37:42
Speaker 1: been digging into his financial affairs in recent weeks. Claims?
• 37:46
Speaker 1: The New York Times. Yeah, how did that all work out? Yeah,
• 37:49
Speaker 1: they've been digging deep into his financials. And nothing came
• 37:53
Speaker 1: of it? We have no connections with anybody else, huh?
• 37:56
Speaker 1: His financials are not connected to any of these other
• 37:59
Speaker 1: people that were part of his criminal enterprise? Oh, okay, sure.
• 38:05
Speaker 1: These include officials conducting internal reviews at the two big
• 38:08
Speaker 1: banks that worked with him for years, JPMorgan Chase and
• 38:12
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank. Both of those banks were sanctioned. Both of
• 38:15
Speaker 1: those banks helped Jeffrey Epstein every single step of the
• 38:19
Speaker 1: way as he was trafficking these girls, abusing these girls,
• 38:23
Speaker 1: and committing all kinds of financial malfeasance. You would think
• 38:29
Speaker 1: that that would be more of a topic of discussion,
• 38:32
Speaker 1: meaning the financials here, meaning how Jeffrey Epstein funded all
• 38:35
Speaker 1: of this, meaning how Jeffrey Epstein funded his own bullshit.
• 38:39
Speaker 1: But we don't see that, do we? Instead, we hear
• 38:41
Speaker 1: more nonsense from outlets like NPR about conspiracy theory this
• 38:46
Speaker 1: and conspiracy theory that. Lafangul, your conspiracy theory, okay? The
• 38:53
Speaker 1: employees at both of these financial institutions have reportedly been
• 38:57
Speaker 1: going over their books in a long overdue attempt to
• 39:00
Speaker 1: understand how they got into business with a convicted criminal
• 39:04
Speaker 1: and what exactly he was using their banking services for. Look,
• 39:08
Speaker 1: they know what he was doing. A big client like
• 39:11
Speaker 1: this doesn't just show up at your bank and you
• 39:14
Speaker 1: don't have any idea what he's up to. They would
• 39:18
Speaker 1: actually have you believe that they don't have a research
• 39:21
Speaker 1: team at these banks to take a look at people
• 39:23
Speaker 1: bringing in this big money. They do. Nobody slipped through
• 39:27
Speaker 1: the cracks here. This wasn't just a system. error. The
• 39:31
Speaker 1: banks knew exactly who they were dealing with. They knew
• 39:34
Speaker 1: exactly who they were in bed with. And they didn't care.
• 39:36
Speaker 1: You know why? Because Jeffrey Epstein brought a lot of
• 39:38
Speaker 1: money in. And a lot of these executives, well, they
• 39:41
Speaker 1: benefited from that. A person who was briefed on Deutsche
• 39:46
Speaker 1: Bank's internal review reportedly said, it appeared that Mr. Epstein
• 39:50
Speaker 1: was using his accounts for sex trafficking and possibly other
• 39:54
Speaker 1: illegal activity. Well, in other news, water is wet and
• 39:58
Speaker 1: the desert is hot. Of course he was using his
• 40:01
Speaker 1: accounts for illegal activity. Just like El Chapo was. Just
• 40:05
Speaker 1: like all of these oligarchs are. And just like all
• 40:08
Speaker 1: of these other people we don't even know about right
• 40:10
Speaker 1: now who are committing a million different financial crimes as
• 40:14
Speaker 1: we speak. But if you make over 600 bucks in
• 40:20
Speaker 1: digital money and, you know, you're selling things on Etsy
• 40:24
Speaker 1: or you have a baseball card collection you want to sell,
• 40:27
Speaker 1: you better believe the IRS is going to want their piece.
• 40:30
Speaker 1: But if you're Jeffrey Epstein, we're just going to let
• 40:32
Speaker 1: it slide. We're going to have an investigation, but we'll
• 40:35
Speaker 1: let it die on the vine. Further, according to the report,
• 40:40
Speaker 1: compliance officers and other employees at both JPMorgan Chase and
• 40:44
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank had strongly advised their higher-ups to stop doing
• 40:48
Speaker 1: business with Epstein years before his accounts were finally closed.
• 40:53
Speaker 1: And this is another big problem. They want to talk
• 40:56
Speaker 1: about AML and regulation and this, that, and the other thing,
• 40:59
Speaker 1: but the auditing department can only do so much. If
• 41:02
Speaker 1: they bring up that there's irregularities to their bosses and
• 41:06
Speaker 1: their bosses sweep it under the rug, then what? Who
• 41:09
Speaker 1: should get in trouble for that? It shouldn't be the
• 41:13
Speaker 1: auditing department. It should be the bosses who are giving
• 41:16
Speaker 1: them these orders not to pursue this stuff. But we
• 41:20
Speaker 1: never see that happen. Oh, sure, the banks get fined.
• 41:23
Speaker 1: But what about these executives that are enabling this behavior?
• 41:30
Speaker 1: This was suggested not due to the unpalatable nature of
• 41:33
Speaker 1: his businesses, but due to the risks associated with him
• 41:37
Speaker 1: as hurting the bank's brand and upsetting regulators. So what
• 41:40
Speaker 1: they're saying there is it's not that Epstein was a scumbag.
• 41:42
Speaker 1: That's not the reason why Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan
• 41:46
Speaker 1: stopped doing business with them. It's because they got caught. However,
• 41:51
Speaker 1: former employees at both banks said that managers and executives
• 41:54
Speaker 1: rejected that advice and kept doing business with the lucrative client. Well,
• 41:59
Speaker 1: it helps when you have guys like Jess Staley and
• 42:02
Speaker 1: guys like Leon Black at your beck and call, right?
• 42:06
Speaker 1: Who's bigger in the financial world than those guys? Maybe
• 42:09
Speaker 1: Jamie Dimon, a couple other people. But let's be real.
• 42:12
Speaker 1: The people that Jeffrey Epstein had his hook sunk into,
• 42:15
Speaker 1: he did it for a reason. Deutsche Bank only recently
• 42:21
Speaker 1: closed Epstein's accounts. Now, remember, this is in 2013, 2019.
• 42:26
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty and was convicted in a court
• 42:30
Speaker 1: of law of both soliciting a prostitute and of procuring
• 42:34
Speaker 1: a minor for prostitution back in 2008. He served 13
• 42:38
Speaker 1: months in custody with work release as part of a
• 42:41
Speaker 1: plea deal where federal prosecutors had identified 36 girls as
• 42:45
Speaker 1: young as 14 years old who had been victimized. And
• 42:49
Speaker 1: we know now that there's a lot more than that.
• 42:51
Speaker 1: And those were just the ones that were identified publicly
• 42:54
Speaker 1: at the time. His case was very hard to miss
• 42:59
Speaker 1: due to the fact that his name was tied to
• 43:01
Speaker 1: some of the most famous and powerful people in the world,
• 43:04
Speaker 1: such as Donald Trump, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, the U.K.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: 's Prince Andrew, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and
• 43:13
Speaker 1: disgraced Hollywood star Kevin Spacey. All fantastic individuals who have
• 43:19
Speaker 1: never had anything sully their names, right? You know what
• 43:22
Speaker 1: they say about people? You are the company you keep.
• 43:26
Speaker 1: So why are you hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein if
• 43:28
Speaker 1: you're any of those people? That's the real question everyone
• 43:31
Speaker 1: should be asking. Save your whataboutisms. Save your, well, somebody
• 43:35
Speaker 1: else was doing it. I don't give a shit. They
• 43:37
Speaker 1: were all doing it. Despite all of this, it isn't
• 43:43
Speaker 1: too hard to see why the higher-ups at the big
• 43:45
Speaker 1: banks didn't want to let go of his business. While
• 43:48
Speaker 1: not much is known about the source of his money,
• 43:50
Speaker 1: Epstein definitely had a lot of it moving around. Among
• 43:54
Speaker 1: his confirmed assets is a private island in the U.S.
• 43:57
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, a Manhattan mansion worth over $ 77 million, a
• 44:01
Speaker 1: Palm Beach estate worth over $ 12 million, additional real estate
• 44:04
Speaker 1: properties in New Mexico and Paris, a private jet airplane,
• 44:08
Speaker 1: and no less than 15 cars. Considering this, it isn't
• 44:13
Speaker 1: that surprising that Deutsche Bank only cut its ties to
• 44:16
Speaker 1: Epstein when prosecutors were set to charge him again with
• 44:20
Speaker 1: operating a sex trafficking ring of underage girls in June
• 44:24
Speaker 1: of this year. So, basically what they're saying is Deutsche
• 44:28
Speaker 1: Bank doesn't give a shit about any of that. They
• 44:30
Speaker 1: don't care about trafficked girls. They don't care about criminal behavior.
• 44:33
Speaker 1: They care about more money coming into their bank so
• 44:36
Speaker 1: that they can profit more, meaning the executives. Because there
• 44:40
Speaker 1: is never enough food at the trough, folks. You want
• 44:43
Speaker 1: to talk about gluttons? You want to talk about gluttonous behavior?
• 44:47
Speaker 1: Just take a look at these executives and how they
• 44:49
Speaker 1: can't stuff their pockets with enough stolen goods. JP Morgan
• 44:58
Speaker 1: worked with Epstein from the late 90s until 2013, and
• 45:01
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank served him from 2013 until June of 2019.
• 45:06
Speaker 1: The latter bank has reportedly already started giving his complete
• 45:11
Speaker 1: transaction history to investigators, while the former awaits receiving similar
• 45:16
Speaker 1: demands for his financial data from the U.S. authorities. So
• 45:20
Speaker 1: the U.S. authorities had access to all of this. They
• 45:23
Speaker 1: dug into all of this. And you mean to tell
• 45:26
Speaker 1: me that the prosecutor's office couldn't find any financial malfeasance?
• 45:30
Speaker 1: Not one single bit of it, huh? Not one single
• 45:33
Speaker 1: RICO predicate. I have a very, very hard time believing that.
• 45:39
Speaker 1: In a statement on Saturday after the alleged suicide, Manhattan U.S.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: Attorney Jeffrey S. Berman expressed his commitment to the survivors
• 45:47
Speaker 1: to keep the investigation ongoing, despite the demise of the defendant.
• 45:52
Speaker 1: This means that the public will hopefully get a detailed
• 45:55
Speaker 1: examination into the criminal banking activities of Epstein in due course.
• 46:00
  Speaker 1: I wouldn't hold your breath. I mean, let's be real.
• 46:02
Speaker 1: How many years is it now? How much of this
• 46:06
Speaker 1: have we seen? How much transparency has come from the government?
• 46:10
Speaker 1: Not very much. Big banks have a long history of
• 46:16
Speaker 1: enabling crime. Yeah, no shit. You want to talk about
• 46:19
Speaker 1: a corrupt group of people? It is the financial sector.
• 46:23
Speaker 1: And I know that's very obvious to people who have
• 46:25
Speaker 1: been paying attention. But when you're talking about a guy, say,
• 46:30
Speaker 1: like Jesus Christ, for instance, okay? And I don't care
• 46:32
Speaker 1: if you're religious or not. You talk about a guy
• 46:35
Speaker 1: like Jesus Christ who never got mad at anybody or anything. Well,
• 46:39
Speaker 1: who did he get mad at? That's right, the bankers.
• 46:42
Speaker 1: Whose table did he flip over? The bankers. My point is,
• 46:46
Speaker 1: the bankers have been scummy forever. And nothing's ever going
• 46:50
Speaker 1: to change with these people. It's all about pursuing that dough.
• 46:55
Speaker 1: And that's exactly what these banks will do. And if
• 46:57
Speaker 1: that means getting into bed with scumbag human traffickers, with
• 47:00
Speaker 1: drug dealers, with despots, they don't care. Governments, central banks,
• 47:08
Speaker 1: and international financial institutions have all been pushing a largely
• 47:11
Speaker 1: unfounded narrative in recent years that cryptocurrencies enable illicit activity.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: Parroted by the mainstream media, it was used as justification
• 47:20
Speaker 1: to crack down on exchanges and other crypto services provided
• 47:24
Speaker 1: with demands for less user privacy or outright bans. In contrast,
• 47:30
Speaker 1: the established banking system has a long and proven track
• 47:33
Speaker 1: record of enabling all sorts of crimes, despite its burdensome
• 47:37
Speaker 1: compliance requirements, and yet erring institutions receive nothing more than
• 47:42
Speaker 1: a fine equal to a slap on the wrist. Nothing
• 47:45
Speaker 1: about that is wrong. You have the traditional banking sector,
• 47:51
Speaker 1: the financial sector, and they're not a big fan of
• 47:54
Speaker 1: Bitcoin or crypto in general because they want to be
• 47:57
Speaker 1: in control of the money. They want to regulate the money.
• 48:01
Speaker 1: And with cryptocurrency, they can't do that. The recent seizure
• 48:06
Speaker 1: of a cargo ship owned by JP Morgan, which was
• 48:09
Speaker 1: loaded with 20 tons of cocaine, highlight the involvement of
• 48:12
Speaker 1: the big banks, albeit unwittingly in this instance, in such activities.
• 48:17
Speaker 1: money laundering for drug cartels, as well as moving funds
• 48:20
Speaker 1: for terrorists, arms dealers, and dictatorial regimes, are among the
• 48:25
Speaker 1: many misdeeds the banks have been caught red-handed abetting over
• 48:29
Speaker 1: the years. And there is no doubt that the whole
• 48:32
Speaker 1: entire financial system is broken, that the whole ass financial
• 48:35
Speaker 1: system is corrupt, and that the financial system was aiding
• 48:39
Speaker 1: and abetting Jeffrey Epstein every step of the way. If
