  autism spectrum, 80% of us, which is pretty much most of us

  don't have access to create income and sustain our lives.

  Now this is, this is, this is you know crazy crazy statistic,

  but it's very very true. So if you're new Auntie, and my

  making wiki videos all about this stuff so that I can help

  educate, change the lives in the world of many artistic

  individuals. So if you're new around here,

  things is profound is back in 2020, I went to the European

  Parliament in France and actually briefed them on this
• 0:41
  issue. They were so shocked that they'd

  never even realised this was a problem.

  Now I give you an example of a friend of mine who was working.

  She she tried to apply for five jobs and after those five jobs
• 0:53
  realised she was autistic, they dropped her like a lead balloon

  or five jobs. And one of the time we find
• 0:59
  artistic people who will try and find work, or they'll get into
• 1:02
  work and once they're in that work, when people realise that
• 1:06
  they have issues or or struggle in certain areas, they will drop
• 1:09
  them. Now there are many reasons for
• 1:11
  this. There are many factors that come
• 1:13
  into play now. When you're a neurodivergent
• 1:15
  individual and you're artistic, there are certain requirements
• 1:18
  that you kind of may want to influence and you're at work.
• 1:20
  These could be reasonable adjustments and other types of
• 1:22
  things. Many employers might get scared
• 1:24
  by this. They might get really derailed
• 1:26
  by this and get a little bit kind of scared by this.
• 1:29
  However, this is not the beyond and ultimate in actual fact.

  I've been researching a lot and I've been spending literally
• 1:37
  since 2016 figuring out what is the best way to increase the
• 1:40
  potential of an autistic individual and their life and
• 1:43
  how can they do this, How can they maintain a good job?
• 1:46
  And I found the answer to that. And I'm actually going to reveal
• 1:49
  that in a video tomorrow to you to tell you exactly how this

  changes, because tomorrow I've also got some more information
