- 0:00Speaker 1: If you go to our instagram, jud Jay and rich
- 0:02Speaker 1: on Instagram, you will see a clip of Peyton and Nick.
- 0:08Speaker 2: They do this show on Wednesdays. They tape it and
- 0:10Speaker 2: it runs on weekends on Fox.
- 0:13Speaker 1: And apparently there's a little bit of drama going on
- 0:16Speaker 1: with a clip.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Why they are tearing me up in the comments And
- 0:20Speaker 3: I didn't even feel like it was that hot of
- 0:23Speaker 3: a take, but we are actually talking about it on
- 0:26Speaker 3: the air, but we were talking about the Toy Story
- 0:28Speaker 3: five premiere, and I had the take that I feel
- 0:32Speaker 3: like movie theaters should like have an optional screening of
- 0:38Speaker 3: adult only showings of these movies that are technically for kids,
- 0:43Speaker 3: like Toy Story, like Toy Story five, because right, because
- 0:46Speaker 3: my thing is, like I'm twenty seven, I grew up
- 0:48Speaker 3: on the Toy Story franchise. I want to be able
- 0:50Speaker 3: to go to a three pm Saturday screening, be involved
- 0:54Speaker 3: with all of the hype of opening weekend. But I
- 0:56Speaker 3: also don't want like a bunch of kids run it
- 0:58Speaker 3: all over the place, which I understand, but I just
- 1:01Speaker 3: think that they should give an extra option because I
- 1:03Speaker 3: would pay money I don't.
- 1:04Speaker 2: And what happened people got mad. I was like ninety comments.
- 1:08Speaker 4: They're like, it's a kid's movie, what do you expect?
- 1:10Speaker 3: And I'm like, I get it. I understand. I'm not
- 1:13Speaker 3: saying take those screenings away. I'm just saying provide the
- 1:16Speaker 3: extra option because I know people would like that.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Okay, So I mean, I know I would.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I kind of agree with you, but I can tell
- 1:24Speaker 1: you why it probably doesn't happen. And I don't say
- 1:26Speaker 1: I'm not an expert, but if you do go to
- 1:29Speaker 1: roadhouse cinemas, I am in the previews, so I I
- 1:34Speaker 1: do have a tie to the movie business.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I think probably because that's a great idea for you.
- 1:39Speaker 2: But maybe they sell.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Two tickets, so they're probably like, I'm not going to
- 1:42Speaker 1: waste a showing for two people to go do that.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So I can understand that. But the general just was
- 1:46Speaker 1: people mad at you saying it's a it's a kids movie.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a kids movie. I get it, but like
- 1:51Speaker 3: very loud accusations, I do not hate.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Kids, that's what's happening.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I am an auntie. I want kids myself. I just
- 1:59Speaker 3: don't like how Rich tries to push it on me
- 2:01Speaker 3: all the time.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Well you are gonna, you know, have babies soon, but
- 2:04Speaker 2: who do you like who? Do you just like other
- 2:06Speaker 2: people's kids or other people's dogs more.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Honestly, I feel the same, Like it's from a business.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I love kids, and I feel sometimes like when I
- 2:15Speaker 1: get on an airplane and there's a kid crying and
- 2:16Speaker 1: people complain, doesn't bother me, And I think it's because
- 2:19Speaker 1: I have kids. In fact, I love it and I
- 2:21Speaker 1: feel bad for the parent and I want to But
- 2:23Speaker 1: now here's another thing you can do. You can wait
- 2:26Speaker 1: for the movie to come out and watch it.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I want to go to the movie theater. I love
- 2:30Speaker 3: going to the movies.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Well, then you have to go go to a midnight screening.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I like to go to sleep.
- 2:35Speaker 2: When you went to Problem, when you would just see
- 2:37Speaker 2: Toy story, were their kids there? There was a few kids,
- 2:40Speaker 2: were they contained? They were ok?
- 2:43Speaker 3: And it was like a seven thirty showing.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Okay.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So the flip side is like in like Kyle had
- 2:48Speaker 1: like a magical moment, I did, and it.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Was with kids.
- 2:55Speaker 1: I do not.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Since you hate kids, Peyton, I'm sorry. I'm about to
- 2:58Speaker 4: tell you the story.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Is turning out.
- 3:01Speaker 3: I love I love the Little Humans.
- 3:03Speaker 4: So you know, we talk about TV a lot, so
- 3:06Speaker 4: I kind of take it as like part of my
- 3:07Speaker 4: job to like watch shows, and so normally I'm watching
- 3:10Speaker 4: murder shows and mysteries and stuff like that. So I
- 3:12Speaker 4: watch it early in the morning when I'm getting ready
- 3:14Speaker 4: and it's by myself on my phone and we and
- 3:17Speaker 4: like you know, later in the day, if the TV
- 3:19Speaker 4: is on, it's the kids and they're watching their kids shows.
- 3:22Speaker 4: They're watching Mark Romer or whatever, you know, crunch Labs
- 3:25Speaker 4: and stuff like that. And so, so yesterday they were
- 3:29Speaker 4: kind of doing their quiet time. That's what we call
- 3:30Speaker 4: when we give them an hour of like tablet time,
- 3:32Speaker 4: you know, because I think the kids still need that.
- 3:34Speaker 4: I don't want them to be tablet kids. But at
- 3:36Speaker 4: the same time, like, let's be real, video games are fun.
- 3:38Speaker 4: And so they were having their quiet time, and so
- 3:40Speaker 4: I was watching Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders America's Sweethearts on Netflix,
- 3:44Speaker 4: and I'm like, you know what, I think it's if
- 3:46Speaker 4: they tune in occasionally for a second, I feel like
- 3:49Speaker 4: that's an appropriate enough show that I'm not going to
- 3:51Speaker 4: be like, oh, I got to turn this off immediately.
- 3:53Speaker 4: So I turn it on and the craziest thing happened
- 3:56Speaker 4: is like, slowly but surely, they turned off their tabu
- 4:00Speaker 4: and they started watching the show with me, and then
- 4:03Speaker 4: Scott came in from work.
- 4:04Speaker 2: He works from home.
- 4:07Speaker 4: He got done with work and he came in and
- 4:09Speaker 4: he started watching it, and then we all sat down
- 4:12Speaker 4: on the couch and we were all watching the show together.
- 4:15Speaker 4: And I kind of looked over it and I'm like.
- 4:16Speaker 2: What is happening right now? This is amazing.
- 4:19Speaker 4: We're all bonding over the show. So I highly recommend
- 4:23Speaker 4: watching the show together.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So you wait for Toy Story to come on, watch
- 4:27Speaker 1: it as a family, or go to leis or anything.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Watching watching TV as a families is very good. The
- 4:33Speaker 1: one show that used to happen to my kids with
- 4:35Speaker 1: that was Impractical Jokers.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Everything you just describe what happened that.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Everyone enjoys it. You enjoy it, they enjoy it.
- 4:43Speaker 1: The laughter, the belly laugh, it was was always great. Megan,
- 4:47Speaker 1: good morning, you're on the air. Oh hi, Peyton.
- 4:51Speaker 2: You can rent a theater and watch the movie that
- 4:55Speaker 2: way with all your adult friends.
- 4:57Speaker 3: I get that that's expensive though, it does sound, I know,
- 5:00Speaker 3: but everything you could go in on it with all
- 5:03Speaker 3: your breads that don't want to be there for sure
- 5:05Speaker 3: for sure.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So that's all I am Thanks Megan,
