Taisei spent nearly two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, eventually becoming the General Manager of Roy’s Ko Olina.
Kenji is filmmaker, videographer, producer, and storyteller. He also carried on their family business, Swiss Inn Dressing, continuing a recipe and legacy that had been passed down through generations of their family.
