That means 'I would like a haircut'. Luna: Vorrei un taglio di capelli. Vorrei un taglio di capelli. Lucas: Exactly. Let's break it down: vorrei means 'I would like', un taglio is 'a cut', and di capelli is 'of hair'. Luna: So it's literally 'I would like a cut of hair'. Got it.
