Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Today we're going to jump into real world assets and
- 0:08Speaker 1: the collector community, what that means for crypto and how
- 0:10Speaker 1: it ties everything together.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's going to be a good one. I think you
- 0:13Speaker 2: guys like it.
- 0:14Speaker 1: My name is Paul Barren, Welcome back into tech Path.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I do want to thank our sponsor and that is Tangent.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Now they're going to be doing something over on Tangent,
- 0:21Speaker 1: which is a self custody wallet. You guys can go
- 0:23Speaker 1: out there and actually get your own self custody wallet
- 0:26Speaker 1: with Tangent. Very easy to set up as well, one
- 0:28Speaker 1: of the most secure out there. But one thing that
- 0:30Speaker 1: is coming to Tangent a lot of new stuff on
- 0:32Speaker 1: their roadmap NFTs. So if you are a collector, you'll
- 0:36Speaker 1: be able to hold NFTs over on your Tangent wallet
- 0:39Speaker 1: very soon. So make sure and just jump over to
- 0:41Speaker 1: tangent dot com and you'll be able to pick it
- 0:43Speaker 1: up right there and use our link down below. It'll
- 0:45Speaker 1: help you guys get a little bit of a discount.
- 0:47Speaker 1: All right, let's go over to a little bit of
- 0:50Speaker 1: the community that we're going to be talking about today
- 0:53Speaker 1: is the collector community. And many of you guys will
- 0:55Speaker 1: think of this and if you look at it from
- 0:57Speaker 1: a real world asset standpoint. I think of real world
- 1:00Speaker 1: assets being anything that you would collect and eventually be
- 1:03Speaker 1: able to tokenize so you could trade it more real time.
- 1:07Speaker 1: That's really what this boils down to. And if you
- 1:09Speaker 1: look at how the collector community grows, all you have
- 1:13Speaker 1: to do is track one of the major areas where
- 1:16Speaker 1: they trace the collector community on gem rate.
- 1:19Speaker 2: This is where you would go.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And of course you can see some of the traction
- 1:22Speaker 1: that's happening right here in terms of people that are
- 1:25Speaker 1: out there getting their collection rated. So this has continued
- 1:29Speaker 1: to climb since twenty twenty one. Other things that you
- 1:32Speaker 1: probably have started to see, and I'll show a clip
- 1:36Speaker 1: here in a second, but this is Courtyard. Everybody knows
- 1:38Speaker 1: Courtyard because it's overall magic Eden. We've showed this many times.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Well you know what they're revealing right there, it's a
- 1:44Speaker 1: Pokemon grail. Now I want to go to a clip
- 1:47Speaker 1: real quick that will give you some insights on this.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Let's cut to that.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Pretty historic moment.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Charge RPSA ten the Holy Derailed Pokemon cards ten decands,
- 1:57Speaker 1: So I think it's sold.
- 1:59Speaker 4: A cool two hundred k for a char car amazing.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Charge goes for two hundred K. So guys, this is
- 2:07Speaker 1: not something you will play around with. This is going
- 2:09Speaker 1: to happen. We're going to see a lot more digital
- 2:12Speaker 1: assets and real world assets converge here. And I think
- 2:15Speaker 1: that's the big factor here. If you look at doom
- 2:18Speaker 1: Analytics and just look at where daily transactions are on
- 2:21Speaker 1: Courtyard right now, you can kind of see it's continued
- 2:24Speaker 1: to explode. Look at the numbers here, and this I
- 2:27Speaker 1: think is just the beginning because we are still very
- 2:29Speaker 1: very early on tokenized RWAs and I think the key
- 2:34Speaker 1: here is really understanding who are going to be some
- 2:36Speaker 1: of the players.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So one of the players that we've.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Been tracking is Bezy, and I want to introduce their
- 2:42Speaker 1: CEO and have her come into the show.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Nice to see you, I'm great.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Okay, So Andrea, we're going to dive into a little
- 2:50Speaker 1: bit about Bez's because we've kind of shown Bez's on
- 2:53Speaker 1: the show before a little bit. What you guys are
- 2:55Speaker 1: doing some interesting things that is within the flow of blockchain.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I'll explain that in a second for our audience, but
- 3:02Speaker 1: to give our audience a rundown, explain Bez's for them.
- 3:05Speaker 4: What you guys are up to sure, So we are
- 3:08Speaker 4: a platform that links the physical with the digital.
- 3:11Speaker 3: You alluded to that were.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Built on blockchain rails, but the way that we've designed
- 3:17Speaker 4: bes it's very consumer friendly for people that aren't cryptonative.
- 3:21Speaker 4: We have a vault partner, which is Brinks. The vaulting
- 3:25Speaker 4: component allows us to really handle a lot of the
- 3:27Speaker 4: back end logistics for the resellers and collectors in collectibles
- 3:32Speaker 4: and just give them time back in their day.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Being able to choose a platform. You guys, of course
- 3:37Speaker 1: went the route of Flow. This is one of the
- 3:39Speaker 1: blockchains that we've tracked for quite some time. I was
- 3:42Speaker 1: looking at a tweet that you guys put up right here,
- 3:44Speaker 1: sneaker category live on Bezy think all in logistics, lore fees,
- 3:48Speaker 1: seamless global marketplace. Pretty cool statement here and it shows
- 3:54Speaker 1: a connection to probably one of the biggest collector categories
- 3:58Speaker 1: out there, being sneaker And then you look at NBA
- 4:01Speaker 1: top shots all within the Flow ecosystem. Was that the
- 4:04Speaker 1: reason that you kind of went the Flow route or
- 4:07Speaker 1: was there something else?
- 4:08Speaker 4: No, I mean the first piece was we know the
- 4:10Speaker 4: Flow team really well. We talked with numerous different chains.
- 4:14Speaker 4: When kind of deciding where we were going to land
- 4:17Speaker 4: and really focus our activations and our targets on Web two.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Flow started talking about consumer crypto before it was a
- 4:27Speaker 4: meta on the timeline. I don't think it was ever
- 4:29Speaker 4: packaged up that way when they first entered the seam,
- 4:32Speaker 4: but their priority has always been the consumers that are
- 4:36Speaker 4: not only currently here in Web three, but really onboarding
- 4:39Speaker 4: the masses. It sounds cliche because we see that term
- 4:42Speaker 4: on the timeline all the time, so you know they've
- 4:45Speaker 4: walked the walk and talked the talk. We also looked
- 4:48Speaker 4: at the different partnerships that exist in that ecosystem with
- 4:52Speaker 4: massive brands like Disney, Ticketmaster, NBA, NFL. There's no one
- 4:58Speaker 4: that comes close to having that in this space. For us,
- 5:02Speaker 4: obviously targeting collectibles and collectors, that was key to be
- 5:07Speaker 4: able to put our brand next to some of these
- 5:10Speaker 4: huge players and then you know, leverage some of those relationships.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It's massive for a startup.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Many people will try to say, well, how does collections
- 5:18Speaker 1: connect to the blockchain? And I think you just hit
- 5:20Speaker 1: it on the head, and that is that Flow has
- 5:23Speaker 1: done this in a way that has been very easy
- 5:27Speaker 1: for people in almost every aspect of collector communities as
- 5:31Speaker 1: well as just fans of different projects or big brands,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and they've been able to do it in a way
- 5:36Speaker 1: where they could onboard onboard a lot of people that
- 5:39Speaker 1: they don't even realize that they're in a blockchain or
- 5:41Speaker 1: that they're utilizing a blockchain, which I think is the
- 5:44Speaker 1: kind of the magic of what Flow has been able
- 5:46Speaker 1: to do. So you are exactly right.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It has been one of the.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Leaders out there in blockchain onboarding for sure, and I
- 5:52Speaker 1: think it will probably be the one that maybe breaks
- 5:55Speaker 1: through here in terms of use case. So with all
- 5:58Speaker 1: of that, I'm looking further into, you know, something that
- 6:02Speaker 1: you guys are doing, which.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Of course is the busy Claw. First of all, this
- 6:04Speaker 2: is a great idea.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I love this idea and explain it for our audience
- 6:08Speaker 1: because to me, it's gamification for collectibles and really kind
- 6:13Speaker 1: of turns it up a little bit for those out
- 6:14Speaker 1: there that are enthusiasts.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Give me a rundown.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Yeah, we wanted an exciting activation or hook that would
- 6:20Speaker 4: get new people in the door and really for a
- 6:23Speaker 4: lot of our brand partners and resellers to leverage that's
- 6:28Speaker 4: what the Claw is. Everyone loves a claw machine My
- 6:31Speaker 4: litmus test is do my kids like it? Do my
- 6:34Speaker 4: parents understand it? And the answer is resounding yes. As
- 6:39Speaker 4: we were kind of working through the product testing, I
- 6:42Speaker 4: would have my kids come in the room.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Like is that thing ready? Can I start trying it?
- 6:47Speaker 4: We made it multi category because that's a really important
- 6:50Speaker 4: piece of Beasy.
- 6:51Speaker 3: We're not just trading cards.
- 6:53Speaker 4: We really are a platform that stresses the importance of
- 6:56Speaker 4: being multi category. You can imagine someone comes on looking
- 6:59Speaker 4: for a sneaker because they've followed you know, a sneaker
- 7:03Speaker 4: kol for the.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Last couple of years that that.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Talking about busy and then they're you know, reinvigorating a
- 7:09Speaker 4: former love of Pokemon collecting and now our pokemon resellers
- 7:13Speaker 4: are benefiting from that link.
- 7:15Speaker 3: So this is the.
- 7:16Speaker 4: First claw we have, you know clause coming down the
- 7:19Speaker 4: road that are going to be brand partner clause where
- 7:22Speaker 4: they're really managing the inventory on the back end and
- 7:25Speaker 4: you know, refilling it.
- 7:26Speaker 3: But it's fun.
- 7:27Speaker 4: You know, it's that gamified piece that that lets people
- 7:31Speaker 4: lean into that moment of what if and we're really
- 7:34Speaker 4: excited and have had you know, we've only been live
- 7:36Speaker 4: a few days, but if a really great traction so.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Far within the claw.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Do you see this as something that you'll quite label
- 7:44Speaker 1: at some point where brands could use this across various
- 7:47Speaker 1: you know assets.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Okay, all right, yeah, I mean our intention is not
- 7:52Speaker 4: for these to be busy clause right. We did the
- 7:54Speaker 4: first one because we can test it and we can
- 7:57Speaker 4: really control it. But you can imagine this sort of
- 8:00Speaker 4: mechanic like you know, linked to a ticket for a
- 8:05Speaker 4: Celtics and now you're pulling out merch or discounts on
- 8:09Speaker 4: food or you know, free tickets to the next game.
- 8:12Speaker 4: There's so many ways to take this and apply it
- 8:14Speaker 4: to partner brands and larger brands.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Okay, So explain the difference between what you guys are
- 8:20Speaker 1: doing and like what StockX is doing, especially in the
- 8:23Speaker 1: sneaker community, because that's obviously kind of the gateway for it.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Can you share a little bit there.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I mean, there's different gaps among different segments in the vertical.
- 8:32Speaker 4: In collectibles, you know, the team and our partners spend
- 8:37Speaker 4: all day every day talking to the collectors and resellers
- 8:40Speaker 4: of collectibles with sneakers. You know, people are still sniffing
- 8:44Speaker 4: shoes and there was a massive gap in authentication and
- 8:47Speaker 4: storage along with the fact that these sneakers take up
- 8:51Speaker 4: a lot of room, and if you look at collectors,
- 8:53Speaker 4: they're typically buying sneakers that might not even be in
- 8:56Speaker 4: their size. They're storing them in their guest room or
- 9:00Speaker 4: may not be taking out the insurance to cover it.
- 9:02Speaker 3: On their house.
- 9:04Speaker 4: And you know, we wanted to be a platform that
- 9:06Speaker 4: served those needs, so by taking that and then also
- 9:11Speaker 4: linking it to giving them far better margins, because if
- 9:15Speaker 4: you try to buy a pair of sneakers off of
- 9:17Speaker 4: one of those leading web to marketplaces, I mean, the
- 9:20Speaker 4: fees that you're encountering are massive and it's the resellers
- 9:23Speaker 4: that suffer there. Yeah, so that's really why we went
- 9:26Speaker 4: down that hole with sneakers.
- 9:28Speaker 1: With Okay, so, I know you had mentioned a little
- 9:31Speaker 1: bit about is there a tool set now that you're
- 9:35Speaker 1: considering or is already in place to where some of
- 9:38Speaker 1: these real world asset platforms are storing you know, whether
- 9:42Speaker 1: these collections. Some people are going you know, into gold,
- 9:44Speaker 1: they're going into diamonds, art, wine, all sorts of things
- 9:48Speaker 1: that eventually you have to have kind of a brinks
- 9:50Speaker 1: so to speak, of that asset. Is that something that
- 9:53Speaker 1: Bez's is going to be involved in I mean.
- 9:56Speaker 3: We partnered with Brinks. Brinks as our vault provider.
- 9:58Speaker 4: So you look at someone I'm not sure if you're familiar,
- 10:02Speaker 4: but a massive collector called Frantilations. Fran was one of
- 10:06Speaker 4: the first to send in a portion of his shoe inventory.
- 10:09Speaker 4: They're sitting in Brinks. They're more secure than they could
- 10:13Speaker 4: ever be, and he can list them for sale. He
- 10:17Speaker 4: can just keep them safely secured. He loos freed up
- 10:20Speaker 4: the space in his house. I mean that's part of
- 10:22Speaker 4: the value proposition.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Okay, so let's move on here because I want to
- 10:26Speaker 1: talk about Nike. Obviously, Nike is one of the big
- 10:30Speaker 1: platforms that has been able to kind of bridge the
- 10:32Speaker 1: gap here on digital collectibles and the fgital concept that
- 10:37Speaker 1: brands are now trying to copy anything that you see
- 10:40Speaker 1: going in that direction.
- 10:42Speaker 4: You can really imagine a bigger brand linking it to
- 10:45Speaker 4: a digital using a vaulting component like us, where someone's
- 10:50Speaker 4: buying the digital. The physical might not even leave the
- 10:53Speaker 4: shell for the vault for a number of years, might
- 10:55Speaker 4: be transacted, bought and sold change owners. But it doesn't
- 11:00Speaker 4: make sense that every time that item sells, it has
- 11:04Speaker 4: to be shipped and really at risk. So, you know,
- 11:07Speaker 4: I think that Nike what they're doing right now is
- 11:11Speaker 4: so smart. They're appealing to this sort of Gen Alpha
- 11:14Speaker 4: and this younger group that has really grown up with
- 11:17Speaker 4: digital assets in Fort Knox, in Fortnite and Roadblocks and
- 11:20Speaker 4: some of these other platforms, and to take that next
- 11:24Speaker 4: step and link it to a physical will be so
- 11:27Speaker 4: easy for these consumers to wrap their heads around. It'll
- 11:31Speaker 4: truly be seamless.
- 11:32Speaker 3: In my opinion, Could.
- 11:33Speaker 1: This be a scenario where Nike could retroactively air drop
- 11:37Speaker 1: into the sneaker, so to speak, within the flow blockchain.
- 11:41Speaker 4: I mean, I don't want to speak for Nike, but
- 11:43Speaker 4: you could see you could see Disney Pinnacle, you know,
- 11:46Speaker 4: when we're talking about the Disney pin taking, you know,
- 11:49Speaker 4: a former collection saying now we have and owners of
- 11:53Speaker 4: these digitals will get the physical dropped.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yeah, or can claim at any.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Point flow blockchain onto major market places. We've talked about
- 12:01Speaker 1: Magic Eaten here. Right now, Courtyard is kind of the
- 12:03Speaker 1: leader out there, but at some point this is going
- 12:05Speaker 1: to change. I think we're going to see it start
- 12:08Speaker 1: to flow into a variety of chains. I think flow
- 12:12Speaker 1: is already working on some scenarios that will make that capable.
- 12:16Speaker 1: When you think about that, do you think this is
- 12:18Speaker 1: kind of a make or break for Besy of being
- 12:20Speaker 1: able to get flow you and Flow onto you know,
- 12:24Speaker 1: platforms like.
- 12:24Speaker 2: A Magic Eaton.
- 12:26Speaker 3: I don't think it's a make or break.
- 12:27Speaker 4: I think you know, Flow is done an amazing job
- 12:31Speaker 4: thus far without some of those links. You know, obviously
- 12:35Speaker 4: when they pushed out their EVM compatibility, that was a
- 12:39Speaker 4: big step in the right direction. But you know, again,
- 12:43Speaker 4: if we are targeting a greater audience, that audience isn't
- 12:48Speaker 4: living on Magic Eaten. They're not there, right, they live
- 12:51Speaker 4: outside this space. So I think what's even more important
- 12:55Speaker 4: is to continue to evolve and improve those consumer onboarding tools,
- 13:00Speaker 4: which Flow is consistently doing, and you know, just coming
- 13:04Speaker 4: to that with really new interesting ways to activate the masses.
- 13:09Speaker 2: So let's talk about you know, some of the collections.
- 13:11Speaker 1: If you think about Lacana one that could easily be
- 13:16Speaker 1: listed on Beezy. What about that seeing something like that
- 13:20Speaker 1: start to make its way into your platform.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Yeah sure, I mean we have already and we might
- 13:25Speaker 4: even have some Disney Lorcanic cards that have been graded
- 13:28Speaker 4: that are already on Bezy. You know, TCG is a
- 13:32Speaker 4: massive market, and I think it's only going to continue
- 13:35Speaker 4: to grow. Pokemon still leads the way, led the way.
- 13:38Speaker 4: In twenty twenty four, there were some great one piece
- 13:41Speaker 4: sets that actually crept up into the top ten. But yeah,
- 13:45Speaker 4: Locana there there's a lot of potential there. And it's
- 13:49Speaker 4: you know, for Besy, it's really about the demand of
- 13:51Speaker 4: our consumers and resellers. I mean, when we onboard a
- 13:54Speaker 4: big reseller, at times we open up a new category.
- 13:56Speaker 3: We did that with watches.
- 13:58Speaker 4: When we started up sneakers, we had a couple of
- 14:00Speaker 4: big resellers that were sending in their stock. And so
- 14:03Speaker 4: certainly that applies to whether it's Disney collector pins or
- 14:07Speaker 4: Hot Wheels cars.
- 14:09Speaker 1: You know, I was looking at this right here, which
- 14:11Speaker 1: is the twenty twenty three Lorcanic card, first chapter, and
- 14:14Speaker 1: you look at the growth, I mean, look at the
- 14:16Speaker 1: value of where this card is going, and again that
- 14:20Speaker 1: just kind of establishes where real world assets and collectibles
- 14:25Speaker 1: are going to kind of converge. Here is that it
- 14:27Speaker 1: seems like a natural solution for that. Before I jump
- 14:31Speaker 1: into the Disney connection here, let me just ask you
- 14:34Speaker 1: when you said, watches, What do you mean explain to
- 14:36Speaker 1: what to me what you're doing there.
- 14:38Speaker 4: So we have watches in our vault that have their
- 14:42Speaker 4: digital twin linked on our marketplace. I'm not sure that
- 14:45Speaker 4: there are any for sale right now, but you know,
- 14:47Speaker 4: Flow has tokenized a few rolexes and added them into
- 14:51Speaker 4: their rewards store, and that's one of their new activations,
- 14:55Speaker 4: which is really exciting. We've partnered with some amazing reseller
- 15:00Speaker 4: and we exclusively take in their product. Right now, we're
- 15:04Speaker 4: not open doors for anyone and everyone to send their
- 15:07Speaker 4: watches in because obviously authentic is key and making sure
- 15:10Speaker 4: that protects that we're listing our top tier, top quality.
- 15:15Speaker 4: But it's a market that we are excited to continue
- 15:18Speaker 4: to evolve and get stronger in.
- 15:21Speaker 1: All right, So let's connect the dots here. Because Disney
- 15:25Speaker 1: Pinnacle launched on Flow. This is an active community. It
- 15:30Speaker 1: went out with an initial test, very successful. The likelihood
- 15:34Speaker 1: of connecting real world assets now for Disney is here
- 15:38Speaker 1: and most likely we're going to see a lot more.
- 15:40Speaker 1: If you look at just what they did with Mohana two.
- 15:43Speaker 1: They released this in the United States and Canada, but
- 15:45Speaker 1: they did the collectible card and I'm just wondering at
- 15:48Speaker 1: some point there could be a strategy here for Disney
- 15:51Speaker 1: that starts to tokenize all of these kinds of assets,
- 15:54Speaker 1: which again would be beneficial to be easy because you
- 15:57Speaker 1: can now start to see these within your market place.
- 16:01Speaker 1: What do you think Disney's strategy is to really get
- 16:04Speaker 1: moving here, especially around kind of the connection between what
- 16:07Speaker 1: they're doing with the movies and eventually maybe even with
- 16:10Speaker 1: scenarios that could play out within Disney.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Plus, I mean, Disney has arguably the strongest ip in
- 16:16Speaker 4: the world, right, so the potential is truly limitless. I
- 16:21Speaker 4: think that, you know, when I look at the potential,
- 16:25Speaker 4: I think one of the biggest solves is sort of
- 16:27Speaker 4: the claim aspect on a really you know, hyped drop
- 16:32Speaker 4: or launch for a pin set. I think also, you know,
- 16:37Speaker 4: when you link what we're doing to some big Disney
- 16:41Speaker 4: pin collectors, we want to vault their grails, right, There's
- 16:45Speaker 4: no reason that those need to be at risk with
- 16:47Speaker 4: self storage, you know. But again, if Disney puts out
- 16:51Speaker 4: a collection of really highly coveted pins and creates an
- 16:56Speaker 4: NFT or a digital twin as the claim and they
- 17:00Speaker 4: can either sit in a vault safely secured or the
- 17:02Speaker 4: physical can actually be claimed. I think blockchain tech makes
- 17:06Speaker 4: those types of processes so much smoother and really shores
- 17:10Speaker 4: up the logistics.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the market is really ripe for kind
- 17:15Speaker 1: of a breakthrough that we've been because everybody's been testing
- 17:18Speaker 1: this and Disney's been doing this for multiple years. They
- 17:21Speaker 1: started on Polygon, they had a lot of different initiatives
- 17:24Speaker 1: that started Disney. Pinnacle launched, even though it was kind
- 17:28Speaker 1: of a closed launch, very successful.
- 17:30Speaker 2: The tie in now to movies.
- 17:32Speaker 1: They have the perfect platform in Disney plus that could
- 17:36Speaker 1: eventually tie into some sort of art of you a
- 17:39Speaker 1: in terms of a collectible. So it definitely they're in
- 17:42Speaker 1: the right place at the right time. Last two questions
- 17:44Speaker 1: for you, I want to jump into AI and AI agents.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Any plans for AI agents on BEZ.
- 17:51Speaker 4: I mean, we're already using AI with our authentication of
- 17:54Speaker 4: sneakers and that's really exciting. It makes our back end
- 17:59Speaker 4: PROSS a lot more efficient, and you know, you really
- 18:05Speaker 4: can't beat the success rates of AI. We look at AI,
- 18:10Speaker 4: you know in the future, anything from continuing to build
- 18:14Speaker 4: out authentication to personalize recommendations based on your shopping preferences,
- 18:19Speaker 4: to really like predictive success models for collectibles in the
- 18:23Speaker 4: market in general.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I think it's it's you.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Know, there's no doubt that the involvement of AI with
- 18:30Speaker 4: collectibles will only get stronger and stronger. We we are
- 18:34Speaker 4: massive supporters of a card grading company called Tag. Stay
- 18:38Speaker 4: tuned for some potential interesting activations there with BS and TAG.
- 18:41Speaker 4: But Tag is AI card authentication, and you know, it
- 18:46Speaker 4: just takes that that sort of human element of is
- 18:50Speaker 4: that greater having a good or bad day off of
- 18:52Speaker 4: the table. It's efficient, it's fast, it's really interesting what
- 18:57Speaker 4: they're doing, and we continue to pursue bringing A and
- 19:02Speaker 4: aideper into BZ on an ongoing basis.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Well, I think the key with you look at the
- 19:09Speaker 1: innovation here and the potential for AI integration the collector
- 19:12Speaker 1: community is you either have to be an expert at
- 19:16Speaker 1: it to really be able to understand it, or you
- 19:18Speaker 1: need a tool. And I think that's where an AI
- 19:21Speaker 1: agent could really play in. That could level up a
- 19:23Speaker 1: lot of people into the collector community that maybe was
- 19:28Speaker 1: a little afraid to jump in before because they at
- 19:30Speaker 1: least kind of have like their own personal consultant.
- 19:33Speaker 2: They could help them.
- 19:34Speaker 1: What about roadmap for twenty twenty five for you guys
- 19:37Speaker 1: a token, any kind of plans for a buz e token.
- 19:41Speaker 4: I mean if I said that there were no plans
- 19:43Speaker 4: for a token, being blockchain and a cryptonative team, I'd
- 19:46Speaker 4: be lying. I will say that the platform. You know,
- 19:50Speaker 4: we've been in this market and in this space for
- 19:54Speaker 4: a very long time, and what I can say is
- 19:58Speaker 4: that we will never push a token out at the
- 20:00Speaker 4: detriment to the platform. If and when we do push
- 20:03Speaker 4: the token out, it will be something that complements the
- 20:06Speaker 4: native ecosystem and doesn't hurt it.
- 20:09Speaker 1: If you think you look at blockchain today right now,
- 20:11Speaker 1: especially with real world assets, we see this a lot
- 20:14Speaker 1: in the financial sector, you know, everything from token is, securities, gold, diamonds,
- 20:18Speaker 1: you know, high valued worth. But the collector community, I
- 20:21Speaker 1: feel like is the natural place for RWA's because everybody's
- 20:26Speaker 1: sitting on all these physical assets and they understand the
- 20:29Speaker 1: potential here for you know, digitizing these into a blockchain.
- 20:33Speaker 1: How long before you think we'll see real adoption.
- 20:36Speaker 3: They really understand we're there.
- 20:38Speaker 4: We're there in terms of being able to onboard and
- 20:42Speaker 4: really taking down that barrier of entry which has existed
- 20:45Speaker 4: over the last few years. The tools are getting better
- 20:48Speaker 4: and better. The friction is minimal at this point, and
- 20:52Speaker 4: I think it's one of those use cases that I
- 20:55Speaker 4: always say, keep it simple, stupid. It's easy to wrap
- 20:58Speaker 4: your head around, right, Why do people want to have
- 21:01Speaker 4: potentially hundreds of thousands of assets that they're never going
- 21:04Speaker 4: to wear, they're probably not touching and looking at each day,
- 21:08Speaker 4: at risk in their house when it could be vaulted, secured, stored,
- 21:12Speaker 4: and have a digital quinn when that's linked to it,
- 21:15Speaker 4: you know. And it's one of those things like mass
- 21:17Speaker 4: adoption comes when you're solving a problem, and that's what
- 21:21Speaker 4: block pain tech and our WA's as it relates to
- 21:24Speaker 4: collectibles is really doing.
- 21:25Speaker 2: It's been great having you on today. Thanks so much.
- 21:28Speaker 1: It's good to kind of understand where this tech is going.
- 21:30Speaker 1: But obviously see founders and builders like you getting out there,
- 21:34Speaker 1: so we'll keep a close eige on what you're doing
- 21:36Speaker 1: as the twenty five progresses. But thanks for stopping it.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Thank you for having me, Paul, Take care.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Okay, all right, so you guys are tuned in right now,
