Man Charged After Winners Voyeurism Incident | Toronto News
A 34-year-old man from Mississauga is facing voyeurism charges after allegedly recording a woman in a fitting room at a Winners store in Oakville on July 22nd. Caught on camera, he fled before police arrived but was identified and arrested just five days later in Oakville. Named Jeffrey Abou-Mechrek, he’s been released pending court appearance in Milton. Police are warning the public that more victims may exist and are urging anyone with information or similar experiences to come forward — this is still an allegation, but authorities are treating it seriously to ensure public safety.
