  Speaker 1: and I forgot. Because she told me, she's like, Amy,

  Speaker 1: in this lifetime. And she was like, oh, yeah, I

  Speaker 1: picked a song. She's like, I have three in rotation
• 0:48
  Speaker 1: that match my desired result. I was like, what? I
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: had forgotten about that, right? And so, not that I have,
• 0:57
  Speaker 1: but not that really, but it's, I often will enter
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: into a manifestation now and not have a song. But
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: if you're doing the Inquinox Challenge, you have a desire

  Speaker 1: you really want before the end of the year, find

  Speaker 1: a song, one song that is your banger, that keeps

  Speaker 1: you in the vibe of your desire. what I loved

  Speaker 1: was the song she picked. I was like, you know,

  Speaker 1: because I'm supporting her as she's moving through this thing.

  Speaker 1: And so I was like, let me put some magic
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: on top of that. So I listened to it and

  Speaker 1: I was envisioning her end result. And it's one of
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: the things I get to do as a practitioner for
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: my clients. And I was like, I need a song, right?
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: And so, but in this particular instance, her song, I
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: listened to it for her. I was seeing her her
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: end result, seeing her end result, seeing her end result.
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: And then I was like, I was like, this is
• 1:51
  Speaker 1: a walking prayer. Cause it's a banger of a song.
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: Like it hits hard. And, and so I was driving
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: out to, um, going out to the Valley where my
• 2:01
  Speaker 1: brother's studio is. And I was like, he was in
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: a big thing for work. And I was like, let me,
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: let me, let me put some magic on top of
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: his thing for him. And let me, so I was
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: visioning his success, you know, and, um, And then my own,
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: I listened to it again for my own. I was like,
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: I need a song. I need a song for me,
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: for the manifestation I'm working right now. So pick a
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: song or you can do a playlist. But I really,
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: I mean, there was something about the, I love repetition
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: right now. Repetition is magical unto itself, right? It's just,
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: we don't even, acknowledge that it is a magical tool, repetition.
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: And so pick a song and have it so you
• 2:48
  Speaker 1: can listen to it over and over and over again
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: for a set period of time. Maybe it's your whole
• 2:54
  Speaker 1: drive to work. Maybe it's when you're walking and you're just,
• 2:57
  Speaker 1: it's on loop and it's activating the energy of your desire.

  Speaker 1: You're focusing on your end result. You are seeing it
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: as so. Maybe even you're reciting your affirmation for a
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: bit of it. let that song supercharge your energy and
• 3:17
  Speaker 1: see it as a magical tool and then listen to
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: it over and over and over again. It's pretty amazing. And,
• 3:27
  Speaker 1: and so I, I use, you know, back in the day,
• 3:32
  Speaker 1: you know, when I first started doing this work, it
• 3:34
  Speaker 1: was one of the principles that I taught. Like I,
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: you know, I have a client, um, We worked together
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: during that time. I was intuitively coaching her over a
• 3:48
  Speaker 1: period of time. It was like two years as she
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: was moving through an experience. And she popped back up
• 3:54
  Speaker 1: maybe like four years ago. And she said, Amy, I still,
• 4:01
  Speaker 1: anytime I'm manifesting something, she's like, whether it's buying a
• 4:04
  Speaker 1: house or entering into a new relationship, I have a song.
• 4:08
  Speaker 1: She's like, you taught me that. I have a song.
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: And I was like, yeah, have a song. So pick
• 4:14
  Speaker 1: a song. It doesn't even need to be in your
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: normal listening. Like pick something that does it for you.
• 4:22
  Speaker 1: And if you're struggling to pick out the song, don't
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: overthink it. Pray about it. Say, God, show me the
• 4:29
  Speaker 1: right song for me during this time. And it will
• 4:31
  Speaker 1: show up for you. Like clockwork, snap of the fingers,
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: it will show up for you. And then again, listen,
• 4:38
  Speaker 1: tune into your desire. maybe recite your affirmation, visualize your
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: end result, imagine a scene in which you've received your
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: end result, affirm, move your body if you can during
• 4:53
  Speaker 1: that time, like affirm your victory in whatever it is
• 4:56
  Speaker 1: that you're manifesting. Let it hype you up. Let the
• 5:01
  Speaker 1: song do the work and then listen over and over
• 5:04
  Speaker 1: and over again and do the same thing. Keep your
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: thoughts focused on your end result, your success, your victory,
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: and let the song hype you up. Cool? All right,

  Speaker 1: shift your energy. Everything is shiftable. That's what I love

  Speaker 1: about this reading is that you can look at the

  Speaker 1: forecast coming forward for you and say, no, I want

  Speaker 1: a different year than that. Or hey, there's aspects of
