- 0:11Speaker 3: The Root!
- 0:12Speaker 2: The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 3: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 3: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 3: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 3: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 3: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:54Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the root.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Is on fire. Welcome to show a lot going on, man.
- 1:01Speaker 2: A lot going on. What a wild weekend. It's just
- 1:06Speaker 2: how do I explain it? Because people tune in just
- 1:09Speaker 2: to hear what does Wayne say about all this? And
- 1:12Speaker 2: I can't tell you that I think that Ice murdered
- 1:16Speaker 2: the guy. I can't tell you that I think ICE
- 1:19Speaker 2: was wonderful and they should have shot the guy. I
- 1:23Speaker 2: don't know what the answer is yet because we all
- 1:25Speaker 2: need to wait for the investigation. But it didn't look good. Now,
- 1:31Speaker 2: I'm on the side of ICE 99.99999% of the time.
- 1:35Speaker 2: And I think whatever happened, even if the ICE agent
- 1:38Speaker 2: should not have fired... even if they should not have
- 1:41Speaker 2: shot the guy, even if the guy is dead and
- 1:45Speaker 2: I wish he wasn't dead, no matter what I think,
- 1:49Speaker 2: it doesn't matter. It looks bad. The public perception is horrible.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I know he shouldn't have been there. I know you
- 1:56Speaker 2: cannot allow people to... I mean, picture local police. Picture
- 2:00Speaker 2: Metro in Las Vegas. Can you even imagine... Metro Police
- 2:05Speaker 2: in Las Vegas, allowing, while they're trying to arrest a criminal,
- 2:10Speaker 2: allowing people to be taking photos, taking videos, standing in
- 2:16Speaker 2: their face screaming, F you, blowing whistles, cars blocking their way.
- 2:22Speaker 2: You can't do that with police. So why can you
- 2:25Speaker 2: do it with ICE? So I have lots of feelings
- 2:29Speaker 2: on this thing. First of all, they brought it upon themselves.
- 2:32Speaker 2: And I've said this before. This is a human shield situation.
- 2:38Speaker 2: The left is organized. The left wanted this. The left
- 2:41Speaker 2: is looking for human shields. Just like Hamas in Gaza
- 2:47Speaker 2: was looking for human shields so they could blame Israel
- 2:50Speaker 2: and blame the Jews. And it's the exact same thing
- 2:54Speaker 2: as what happened in Gaza. If you put people in
- 2:56Speaker 2: harm's way and they die, then you blame the other guy.
- 3:00Speaker 2: That's a strategy. They want someone to die at the
- 3:04Speaker 2: hands of ICE. They'd love it if ICE shot 10
- 3:06Speaker 2: people at once and nine of them died and they
- 3:09Speaker 2: could announce that to the world. But they don't say
- 3:11Speaker 2: anything about neighborhoods all across America where every single Friday
- 3:15Speaker 2: and Saturday night, gangbangers shoot 10 people and kill nine
- 3:19Speaker 2: of them. They don't say anything about that. They don't
- 3:21Speaker 2: say anything about the women being raped, the women being murdered,
- 3:23Speaker 2: the men being murdered, the children being murdered, the children
- 3:27Speaker 2: being raped, pedophiles raping them. who are illegal aliens, nothing
- 3:33Speaker 2: about that. The women being raped a hundred times in
- 3:35Speaker 2: Mexico before they even get to the open border and
- 3:38Speaker 2: then working off the money they owe the cartel by
- 3:41Speaker 2: becoming prostitutes in the United States and becoming drug addicted.
- 3:45Speaker 2: They don't talk about all the kids who died from
- 3:47Speaker 2: drugs because of the open border. All they care about
- 3:50Speaker 2: is one person. It's what I used to say about BLM,
- 3:54Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter. One black criminal committing a crime shot
- 4:00Speaker 2: and killed by police is more important to activists on
- 4:04Speaker 2: the left, i.e. Black Lives Matter and Democrat politicians, than
- 4:10Speaker 2: all the thousands of blacks killed every day by other
- 4:12Speaker 2: blacks in Detroit and Chicago and Baltimore and Memphis and
- 4:16Speaker 2: Cleveland and Newark and In every big American city run
- 4:19Speaker 2: by Democrats, blacks kill blacks day and night. It's a pandemic.
- 4:23Speaker 2: It's a black on black pandemic. Far worse than COVID
- 4:26Speaker 2: ever was. And nobody says a thing. But if one
- 4:30Speaker 2: black guy is killed by one white cop, it's the
- 4:33Speaker 2: biggest story in the world. And it's the same thing
- 4:34Speaker 2: all over again. So many people are raped and robbed
- 4:38Speaker 2: and murdered and drug addicted. and prostituted, and a thousand
- 4:43Speaker 2: other ways they're harmed by illegal immigration, and the only
- 4:47Speaker 2: thing they can talk about, the whole nation is transfixed
- 4:50Speaker 2: on one shooting. So obviously I'm on ISIS's side. Don't
- 4:55Speaker 2: let anyone say otherwise. But I will say, I told
- 4:58Speaker 2: you so. I said this is a human shield strategy.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I said this would happen. And how many times have
- 5:04Speaker 2: I said on the air, live, That I don't think
- 5:09Speaker 2: we should be going into blue cities. We should only
- 5:10Speaker 2: be going into red cities where we're welcome. It's not
- 5:13Speaker 2: a matter of abandoning blue cities. They don't want us there.
- 5:17Speaker 2: They're not asking for us there. They're telling us to
- 5:20Speaker 2: go away. And when you get there, they tell their
- 5:23Speaker 2: citizens to attack us. Attack us. And they tell their
- 5:29Speaker 2: citizens where we are, where ICE is. They can go
- 5:32Speaker 2: attack us. And they take their side, not ours. So
- 5:37Speaker 2: why would you go in a situation like that? I
- 5:39Speaker 2: want to only go where we're welcome, where they're cooperating
- 5:42Speaker 2: with us, and where the local police will agree to
- 5:45Speaker 2: provide escorts for the ICE officers, ICE agents, so that
- 5:49Speaker 2: they're not surrounded. So you can't attack them with your cars,
- 5:52Speaker 2: with guns, with knives, and yes, with cameras and with whistles.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Do you know what an intimidating scene that is? So
- 6:01Speaker 2: we never should have gone in a city like that
- 6:02Speaker 2: in the first place. I called it. But having said that,
- 6:07Speaker 2: I would not surrender now that you're in that city.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I would not surrender. I would not pull out all
- 6:12Speaker 2: the troops and let them think they won. You can't
- 6:15Speaker 2: do that either. So it's unclear what's going on other
- 6:20Speaker 2: than the fact that Trump has relieved Greg Bovino of
- 6:24Speaker 2: his leadership in Washington. of border patrol of his leadership
- 6:27Speaker 2: in Minnesota, Minneapolis. He's pulled them out and he's brought
- 6:31Speaker 2: in Tom Holman. He chose Holman over Kristi Noem, who
- 6:34Speaker 2: appears to be on her way out at the Trump administration.
- 6:37Speaker 2: And I'll blame Trump because the PR is awful. The
- 6:41Speaker 2: PR is terrible. This is all about PR. Everything's about PR.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Everything's about perception. You don't know what you're doing. You
- 6:49Speaker 2: should be out there with advertising day and night. Buy
- 6:53Speaker 2: ads all over the United States. that show the victims
- 6:58Speaker 2: and their parents and their husbands and their wives and
- 7:01Speaker 2: their children saying, ICE just arrested one guy named, you know, whatever,
- 7:07Speaker 2: Cesar Romano, yesterday in Minnesota. Here are the parents of
- 7:11Speaker 2: the person Cesar Romano murdered. He killed my boy. Thank you, ICE.
- 7:17Speaker 2: That should be an ad running all day long, 24
- 7:20Speaker 2: hours a day, of every illegal that ever committed a
- 7:24Speaker 2: crime that you've arrested. Go find the parents and the
- 7:27Speaker 2: children and the spouses, the sister, the brother of that victim,
- 7:32Speaker 2: and put them on TV and put them in TV ads.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But you're not doing that.
- 7:36Speaker 1: That's number one.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Number two, think about that. I did this over the weekend.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I said, think about the Republican and Democrat conventions. Did
- 7:45Speaker 2: we allow protesters anywhere near the Republican or Democrat convention?
- 7:48Speaker 4: No.
- 7:48Speaker 2: We set up a protest zone five miles away, and
- 7:53Speaker 2: they were allowed to protest all they want in that
- 7:55Speaker 2: protest zone. But you couldn't get near the convention. Everywhere
- 7:59Speaker 2: ICE goes, we should set up a protest zone a
- 8:01Speaker 2: mile away. And you could protest all you want in
- 8:04Speaker 2: that protest zone, but you cannot get in the middle
- 8:06Speaker 2: of ICE operations. Brilliant idea, right? Why not?
- 8:11Speaker 1: Why not?
- 8:12Speaker 2: I get so many ideas from my fans. That one
- 8:14Speaker 2: just came from me. I woke up in the morning
- 8:16Speaker 2: over the weekend and I said, protest zone, Democrat convention,
- 8:19Speaker 2: Republican convention. Nobody let any protesters near them because it
- 8:23Speaker 2: could have been a disaster. They would have killed us.
- 8:25Speaker 2: They would have beaten us. They would have raped women.
- 8:27Speaker 2: You don't let anybody near the convention. Why do you
- 8:29Speaker 2: let anyone near ICE officers? So you could protest all
- 8:33Speaker 2: you want five miles outside the operation in one zone
- 8:37Speaker 2: and let the media go there and interview people. But
- 8:40Speaker 2: if you leave that zone and you go near the
- 8:42Speaker 2: ICE officers, instant arrest. Instant arrest. You cannot have hundreds
- 8:48Speaker 2: of people interfering in an ICE operation. So send them
- 8:51Speaker 2: to the protest zone. And if they want to do
- 8:53Speaker 2: anything more than that, that's it.
- 8:54Speaker 1: They're under arrest.
- 8:56Speaker 2: See, I'm being nice. I'm giving you a chance to live.
- 9:00Speaker 2: It's obvious you're going to die if you confront ICE
- 9:02Speaker 2: officers in the fog of war. Bad things are going
- 9:05Speaker 2: to happen. That's what happened in Minneapolis on Saturday. Fog
- 9:08Speaker 2: of war. He had a gun. Was he going to
- 9:11Speaker 2: use it? I don't know. Maybe. Maybe yes. Maybe no.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Was he pulling it out? Maybe yes, maybe no. Did
- 9:18Speaker 2: they pull it out first and it misfired? I don't know.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Maybe yes, maybe no. Fog of war happened so fast.
- 9:23Speaker 2: I can't tell. I know you can't tell. If you
- 9:25Speaker 2: say you can tell, you're lying. No one could tell.
- 9:28Speaker 2: My guest this hour will be Randy Sutton, the most
- 9:30Speaker 2: decorated police officer in the history of Vegas, when he
- 9:32Speaker 2: left the force a few years back. And he now
- 9:35Speaker 2: speaks all the time on Fox News about situations like this.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Let's hear what he has to say. I'll bet you
- 9:41Speaker 2: he says he doesn't know when he watches it and
- 9:43Speaker 2: needs to be investigated. But it doesn't look good. The
- 9:46Speaker 2: perception is bad. So it's killing the perception of deportations,
- 9:51Speaker 2: killing the reputation of ICE, killing Republicans in the midterms,
- 9:55Speaker 2: all mistakes, terrible mistakes. So I'm going to write a column.
- 9:59Speaker 2: I never had time today, but number one in that
- 10:02Speaker 2: column is that we need protest zones. And number two
- 10:06Speaker 2: is we need to show the victims, parents and siblings
- 10:10Speaker 2: and spouses and see the ads all over the United
- 10:12Speaker 2: States of America. So people start thinking of the reason
- 10:15Speaker 2: why we're doing the deportation. We are heroes, not enemies.
- 10:19Speaker 2: And what was the third one? Oh, the third one
- 10:20Speaker 2: is January 6th. Why aren't we giving them the January
- 10:24Speaker 2: 6th treatment? You know, in January 6th, conservatives were peaceful protesters,
- 10:28Speaker 2: and then it turned into a riot. It turned into
- 10:30Speaker 2: a riot because I believe in every bone in my body,
- 10:33Speaker 2: in every cell in my body, it was all orchestrated
- 10:35Speaker 2: by the Capitol Police, the mayor of Washington, and Nancy Pelosi,
- 10:38Speaker 2: all Democrat scumbags, who set everybody up and asked undercover
- 10:43Speaker 2: agents in the crowd to stir people up and to
- 10:45Speaker 2: cause trouble and to start fights. and to maybe even
- 10:48Speaker 2: show weapons, and then they asked the Capitol Police to
- 10:51Speaker 2: start shooting projectiles and tear gas right at the people, right,
- 10:56Speaker 2: and start clubbing people, and it turned into a melee
- 10:59Speaker 2: and a riot, and then they blamed the January Sixers,
- 11:02Speaker 2: who did nothing wrong. In this case, these are people
- 11:04Speaker 2: that are doing something wrong. So they should get the
- 11:07Speaker 2: January 6th treatment. They should be sent to prisons 3,000
- 11:12Speaker 2: miles away. They should wait two years for a trial,
- 11:15Speaker 2: and then they should get 10 years in prison, federal prison.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Give them the January 6th treatment, and this will stop
- 11:22Speaker 2: and bring out the water cannons. It's the and arrest
- 11:26Speaker 2: the Democrat politicians that are coordinating with these groups, these
- 11:31Speaker 2: communist groups and all these paid protesters and these communist protesters.
- 11:35Speaker 2: So there's my answer. But was the shooting good? No,
- 11:39Speaker 2: I don't think it was good. I think it looked horrible.
- 11:41Speaker 2: I don't know what it was or wasn't. But I
- 11:42Speaker 2: think the perception is terrible. Can't let citizens be killed
- 11:45Speaker 2: in the streets. So put them in a protest zone.
- 11:47Speaker 2: And if they leave, arrest them. Hi, this is Wayne

- 15:12Speaker 2: All right.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Way down the route.
- 15:13Speaker 2: So, you know, when I say something looks bad, it's bad.
- 15:16Speaker 2: You know, when I feel like we're sinking in public perception,
- 15:20Speaker 2: I'm always right. And I'm telling you. And that's why
- 15:23Speaker 2: Trump got hysterical over the weekend, because he saw what
- 15:27Speaker 2: Greg Bovino, the Border Patrol leader, was saying. He saw
- 15:31Speaker 2: what Kristi Noem was saying. And they just didn't sound right.
- 15:35Speaker 2: You could see the guy was he guy's a nurse. Now,
- 15:39Speaker 2: by the way, the left makes him out to be
- 15:41Speaker 2: an ICU nurse and a nurse that took care of veterans. Oh,
- 15:44Speaker 2: you should cry for him. He was a nurse that
- 15:46Speaker 2: was involved with a communist organization that was harassing and
- 15:50Speaker 2: hounding ICE agents. So he wasn't just a wonderful nurse.
- 15:55Speaker 2: But he also wasn't a terrorist about to commit mass murder.
- 15:58Speaker 2: That's ridiculous. And he didn't have a gun, it appeared
- 16:02Speaker 2: to me. When he was lying on the ground, he
- 16:04Speaker 2: had a gun, but they quickly disarmed him and pulled
- 16:07Speaker 2: the gun away, and they shot him ten times. Fog
- 16:11Speaker 2: of war. No one guilty of murder. That's why I
- 16:14Speaker 2: don't use that word.
- 16:15Speaker 1: There's no murder.
- 16:16Speaker 2: No ICE agent murdered someone. No ICE agent wakes up
- 16:19Speaker 2: wanting to murder someone. But it looks horrible to the
- 16:24Speaker 2: average American, especially women who are emotional and they cry.
- 16:30Speaker 2: They don't notice that there are thousands of women raped
- 16:34Speaker 2: and murdered by aliens and we're trying to protect them.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Just like they don't notice. We try to save thousands
- 16:40Speaker 2: of millions of female babies, but they just go murdering
- 16:44Speaker 2: them all. And Republicans are fighting for little daughters that
- 16:48Speaker 2: are going to grow up someday and vote Democrat. But
- 16:51Speaker 2: we don't want to kill them. We want them to live.
- 16:53Speaker 2: They want to murder them. They're mad at us for
- 16:55Speaker 2: trying to stop them from murdering them. So you're dealing
- 16:58Speaker 2: with people that don't appreciate anything you do. So we're
- 17:01Speaker 2: trying to stop women from being raped and murdered by
- 17:04Speaker 2: illegal aliens. And the women's reaction is, oh my God,
- 17:07Speaker 2: an ICE agent killed that man. I mean, you could
- 17:12Speaker 2: have two things at the same time that are both wrong,
- 17:14Speaker 2: by the way. It may have been a bad incident.
- 17:17Speaker 2: That's why Trump replaced Bovino. That's why he didn't send
- 17:19Speaker 2: Kristi Noem. He's had it with Kristi Noem. That's why
- 17:22Speaker 2: he sent Tom Holman, who's always the right guy at
- 17:25Speaker 2: the right time. Holman knows what he's doing. Kristi Noem,
- 17:28Speaker 2: by the way, she's a bright woman. She's a beautiful woman.
- 17:31Speaker 2: She's a former governor. She's a former, I think, congressman, too,
- 17:35Speaker 2: I think. But she never has any background whatsoever. In
- 17:38Speaker 2: Homeland Security or Border Patrol or ICE? That's not her background.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Tom Homan is a better person to send in a crisis,
- 17:46Speaker 2: but it looks like Kristi Noem's probably seen her last days.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I'm sure she's on the way out. A lot of
- 17:52Speaker 2: controversy going on there with how this was handled. Again,
- 17:56Speaker 2: it's about perception. And none of us want citizens to
- 17:59Speaker 2: get killed. I don't care how liberal they are. I
- 18:01Speaker 2: don't care how troublesome they are. I want them to
- 18:04Speaker 2: be bashed in the head with a club, dragged away
- 18:07Speaker 2: into a paddy wagon, and taken to a prison. But
- 18:11Speaker 2: I don't want them to be killed. You don't deserve
- 18:13Speaker 2: to die for being a stupid liberal protester. So it
- 18:18Speaker 2: is a mistake. Mistakes were made. Just admit it. Mistakes
- 18:22Speaker 2: were made, but they were made because the blame goes
- 18:25Speaker 2: on Governor Walz and Mayor Frey and Attorney General Ellison
- 18:31Speaker 2: and all the liberals out there causing trouble and all
- 18:33Speaker 2: the organizers and all the people, the donors who pay
- 18:36Speaker 2: for the organizers on their signal chats to attack ICE officers.
- 18:41Speaker 2: That's who the blame goes to. Because this poor ICE guy...
- 18:45Speaker 2: Was probably scared for his life because he was being
- 18:48Speaker 2: surrounded by women whistling. Whistle, whistle, whistle, whistle. Help us,
- 18:52Speaker 2: help us, he's a criminal. And people screaming, F you,
- 18:56Speaker 2: F you, you murderer. And it's all that a guy
- 18:58Speaker 2: is attacking. It's not that it's a gun, it's a
- 19:00Speaker 2: beast bandit. Someone screams, gun! And the guy pulls out
- 19:03Speaker 2: his gun and shoots him 10 times. It's not a
- 19:06Speaker 2: good look, but I understand what happens. It's called the
- 19:09Speaker 2: fog of war. Shouldn't be put in that position. Protest zones, folks.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Protest zones. Keep them away. They can protest all they
- 19:17Speaker 2: want 26 blocks away. They can't get near an ICE operation.
- 19:20Speaker 2: If they do that, they've got to be arrested. But
- 19:22Speaker 2: who's going to arrest them? At ICE, you need police,
- 19:25Speaker 2: the local police to help you. They won't help in
- 19:28Speaker 2: blue cities. When you were driving, you never should have
- 19:30Speaker 2: gone into deep blue cities. Never.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Okay?
- 19:33Speaker 2: Those cities are run by the enemy. Cut off their funding.
- 19:37Speaker 2: But leave them alone and go go in and go
- 19:41Speaker 2: into the red cities and clean them out with cooperation
- 19:43Speaker 2: from nice mayors and nice police chiefs that are on
- 19:46Speaker 2: your side. That's my belief. All right. Stocks way up today.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Gold way up today. Silver way up today. Crypto way

- 22:04Speaker 2: This is War Zone. I am Wayne Allyn Root, your
- 22:07Speaker 2: Secretary of War. This is the Wayne Stream Media, and
- 22:10Speaker 2: I am the biggest magamouth in the world. We've got
- 22:13Speaker 2: a great guest coming up in a second, Randy Sutton.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Let me first mention the sponsor of this segment, Energize Health,
- 22:18Speaker 2: because they pay for it. You don't get a segment
- 22:21Speaker 2: like this without someone signing the front of the check.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Energize Health has been my main title sponsor. of everything
- 22:27Speaker 2: I've done, TV, radio, podcast, everything, my website, everything, for
- 22:32Speaker 2: five plus years now. Thank you, Energized Health, and thank
- 22:35Speaker 2: you for changing the lives of so many of my
- 22:38Speaker 2: fans and listeners and viewers. I lost 25, including me,
- 22:42Speaker 2: I lost 25 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle.
- 22:45Speaker 2: in only 88 days to start this program. And that
- 22:48Speaker 2: was five years ago, five plus years ago, November of 2020.
- 22:53Speaker 2: My life's never been the same. I gained energy. I
- 22:55Speaker 2: gained health. I gained intercellular hydration. I got in the
- 22:58Speaker 2: best shape of my life. I became the Popeye the
- 23:01Speaker 2: Sailor Man of conservative talk. And at the age of 64,
- 23:04Speaker 2: now going on 65 in July, I'll be 65 and
- 23:08Speaker 2: on Medicare, I gained four new TV shows and podcasts
- 23:12Speaker 2: past the age of 61 until now.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I mean, miracle. Doesn't happen on TV. Never. And I
- 23:18Speaker 2: know why it happened because they reversed aged me. The
- 23:21Speaker 2: fat melted off my face and melted off my body.
- 23:24Speaker 2: And I look younger now than I did at age 50.
- 23:26Speaker 2: You could put that up on the screen. Me at
- 23:28Speaker 2: age 50, 15 years ago, me today in the gym.
- 23:31Speaker 2: It's really an incredible difference. I owe it all to
- 23:34Speaker 2: Energized Health. Thank you, Energized Health. Here's your chance to
- 23:37Speaker 2: be like Wayne. Energize Health can change your life and
- 23:39Speaker 2: supercharge your health just like it did for me. All
- 23:42Speaker 2: you have to do is go to energizehealth.com. It's automatically
- 23:45Speaker 2: 40% off when you say or type in war or
- 23:48Speaker 2: say Wayne Allen Root. I love Wayne. I'm a fan
- 23:51Speaker 2: of Wayne. I listen to Wayne's show. I watch Wayne's podcast.
- 23:53Speaker 2: I watch Wayne's TV shows. Any of those things involving war,
- 23:58Speaker 2: and you go on the same journey as me and
- 23:59Speaker 2: get 40% off. EnergizedHealth.com. All right, Randy Sutton is with us.
- 24:04Speaker 2: He is on the road, as he often is traveling,
- 24:07Speaker 2: and he agreed to interrupt his busy day to be
- 24:09Speaker 2: with us, so we thank him. He's retired Las Vegas
- 24:11Speaker 2: Metro police lieutenant, 24-year career. one of the most decorated
- 24:14Speaker 2: police officers in the history of Las Vegas and founder
- 24:17Speaker 2: of the Wounded Blue. The website's thewoundedblue.org. I just made
- 24:21Speaker 2: a big contribution to thewoundedblue.org. I hope all of you
- 24:25Speaker 2: do so as well. And Randy has a lot of
- 24:28Speaker 2: thoughts on what happened in Minnesota over the weekend. You know,
- 24:31Speaker 2: the story's been breaking as we speak, Randy. You know
- 24:33Speaker 2: that Trump has basically replaced Greg Bovino and gotten him
- 24:37Speaker 2: out of Minnesota as the head of ICE there. He's
- 24:40Speaker 2: brought in Tom Holman to be the guy who handles
- 24:42Speaker 2: this crisis situation. He jumped over Kristi Noem, which means
- 24:46Speaker 2: she could be either on the way out or she's
- 24:48Speaker 2: certainly very weakened her standing. Tom Holman is a veteran
- 24:52Speaker 2: of border and ICE and all of that, law enforcement
- 24:55Speaker 2: guy his whole life. Any thoughts on what you've seen
- 24:58Speaker 2: going on over the weekend and what's been going on
- 25:00Speaker 2: the last few hours?
- 25:02Speaker 5: Yeah, Wayne, so let me give you my perspective of
- 25:05Speaker 5: what I've seen. I actually was on the ground in
- 25:07Speaker 5: Minneapolis for six days last week.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I got back just a few days ago.
- 25:12Speaker 5: And I got an opportunity to speak to a lot
- 25:15Speaker 5: of people up there, a lot of police officers, law
- 25:17Speaker 5: enforcement folks. And, you know, this situation that's up there
- 25:22Speaker 5: is absolutely untenable. What has been created there is a loser.
- 25:31Speaker 5: by the governor waltz by the mayor fry and by
- 25:36Speaker 5: the uh.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Attorney general ellison right ellison.
- 25:39Speaker 5: And ellison as well yeah yeah it's a cabal of
- 25:43Speaker 5: of uh vipers up there that uh care nothing about
- 25:47Speaker 5: the safety of the people nor the safety of law
- 25:49Speaker 5: enforcement so what they what they have done And this
- 25:54Speaker 5: is state-sponsored, really, in every way, shape, and form. This
- 25:58Speaker 5: is state-sponsored, basically, interaction.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Terrorism, right?
- 26:05Speaker 5: So, yeah, basically it is. Now, so you have... You
- 26:10Speaker 5: have a situation that's been made possible because law enforcement,
- 26:15Speaker 5: local law enforcement, has been basically stopped from doing what
- 26:20Speaker 5: they normally would do, which would be the regular law
- 26:23Speaker 5: enforcement function. So ICE, they have a federal mandate. Their
- 26:29Speaker 5: job is to go and arrest ICE. and detain illegal aliens.
- 26:34Speaker 5: That is the job. And it's a federal law. It's
- 26:37Speaker 5: been an immigration law since we started this country, and
- 26:41Speaker 5: it's nothing new. However, what is new is that the
- 26:46Speaker 5: state government in Minneapolis or in Minnesota has decided to
- 26:52Speaker 5: absolutely come unglued and fail to honor federal law. And
- 26:59Speaker 5: so the ICE officers simply can't do it by themselves.
- 27:04Speaker 5: So they brought in other federal agencies like Customs, Border Patrol.
- 27:09Speaker 1: There's FBI up there.
- 27:10Speaker 5: There's a lot of different federal agencies who have been
- 27:13Speaker 5: pressed into service. But here's the thing, Wayne. They are
- 27:17Speaker 5: not local law enforcement. That is not their job to
- 27:25Speaker 5: create crowd control. So What's happened is the streets are
- 27:30Speaker 5: absolutely out of control, 100 percent out of control. In fact,
- 27:35Speaker 5: the other day, when Minnesota actually did— Minneapolis did deploy their
- 27:43Speaker 5: police officers and the state patrol as well, they— the streets
- 27:48Speaker 5: were beginning to get taken over by the crowd, by
- 27:53Speaker 5: the mob. And it is a mob. And they declared
- 27:56Speaker 5: an unlawful assembly. Well, Wayne, if you declare an unlawful assembly,
- 28:01Speaker 5: that means you have to start arresting the people that
- 28:05Speaker 5: are being unlawful. There was no plan to do that whatsoever.
- 28:10Speaker 5: There was no buses. There were no arrests made. So
- 28:13Speaker 5: what happened? If you're going to make a threat like that,
- 28:16Speaker 5: it's an unlawful assembly. You have to take action.
- 28:20Speaker 1: They didn't. They lost the streets, and then they surrendered
- 28:23Speaker 1: and gave up.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Well, don't forget they did that at BLM, too. The
- 28:26Speaker 2: exact same thing in the exact same city. Matter of fact,
- 28:29Speaker 2: they lost a police precinct. It was burned to the ground, Randy.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I've never heard of anything like this in Minnesota. I
- 28:36Speaker 2: don't know if the police are bad. I think they're
- 28:38Speaker 2: probably good. And their leadership is bad. And it tells them,
- 28:42Speaker 2: stand down all the time. When you tell a cop
- 28:44Speaker 2: to stand down, he has no choice. You stand down,
- 28:46Speaker 2: you get fired, you lose your job and your pension.
- 28:48Speaker 2: So they keep telling him to stand down. So the
- 28:51Speaker 2: cops are spineless. The cops are toothless. The cops can't
- 28:54Speaker 2: do a damn thing. They know they'll go to jail
- 28:56Speaker 2: if they shoot somebody. They know their life is over
- 28:58Speaker 2: if they kill somebody. So they're afraid to even get
- 29:01Speaker 2: out of their cars, probably, in Minneapolis.
- 29:04Speaker 5: So the situation with the Minneapolis Police Department is they
- 29:07Speaker 5: have basically been rendered useless.
- 29:11Speaker 1: And why? Because they have a.
- 29:16Speaker 5: Legal strength of 900 police officers to police that city.
- 29:20Speaker 5: They have less than 600. They have about 550. Now,
- 29:25Speaker 5: that's 550 total. That includes everybody. They only have 265
- 29:31Speaker 5: patrol officers to police the entire city. Then, by the way,
- 29:36Speaker 5: they are still under federal consent decree. that happened under
- 29:41Speaker 5: the Biden administration. And they are basically, it's impossible to
- 29:49Speaker 5: accomplish the police function when you are so undermanned, understaffed.
- 29:54Speaker 5: And I can tell you this, these guys are working,
- 29:56Speaker 5: they're mandatory overtime, Every single day. You cannot do this
- 30:03Speaker 5: to people. It destroys their health. It destroys their physical well-being,
- 30:09Speaker 5: their emotional well-being.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Their morale. Oh, their morale in the toilet. Right. Absolutely
- 30:14Speaker 1: in the toilet.
- 30:15Speaker 2: As Minneapolis, it can't be a city much smaller than Vegas.
- 30:18Speaker 2: In Vegas, we have 3,000 cops. How could you run
- 30:21Speaker 2: a city like that with 600 cops?
- 30:24Speaker 1: You can't.
- 30:24Speaker 5: And they have a population of about a million. And
- 30:29Speaker 5: then they absolutely cannot police. They're basically going call to call.
- 30:34Speaker 5: There is no proactive policing. So if their function— is
- 30:40Speaker 5: to protect the ICE officers when they are performing their function.
- 30:46Speaker 1: That has been now denied.
- 30:48Speaker 5: Plus, remember, all of this began because they are a
- 30:53Speaker 5: sanctuary city, meaning that when illegal aliens are arrested— The
- 31:00Speaker 5: federal government, ICE, puts in a detainer at the jail saying,
- 31:04Speaker 5: please notify us 48 hours before you're going to release
- 31:06Speaker 5: this guy so we can take our action.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Well, they're not doing that. So what happens?
- 31:11Speaker 5: These offenders, and I mean, we're talking everything from murderers
- 31:15Speaker 5: to rapists to child pedophiles, are being released back into
- 31:20Speaker 5: the population. Then ICE has to then go and deploy
- 31:25Speaker 5: and search for these people.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Which is what is causing all of this incredible anger.
- 31:31Speaker 5: This is manipulated by Walsh, by Fry, by the political machine.
- 31:36Speaker 5: And funny, you haven't heard one damn thing about the
- 31:40Speaker 5: billions of dollars in fraud that suddenly we don't even
- 31:43Speaker 5: hear about anymore.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Well, and, you know, let me let me bring up
- 31:46Speaker 2: another point, because I don't know whether the ICE officer
- 31:48Speaker 2: was justified or not. I know it looked bad. I
- 31:51Speaker 2: know the perception is horrible. Whether he should have shot
- 31:54Speaker 2: that guy, whether he should have shot him 10 times,
- 31:56Speaker 2: whether his gun had just been disarmed and therefore he
- 31:58Speaker 2: didn't even have a gun and shot him 10 times.
- 32:01Speaker 2: It looks awful. But I call the whole thing the
- 32:04Speaker 2: fog of war. It's easy to look in slow motion.
- 32:08Speaker 2: It's hard to be the guy who's there while it's
- 32:10Speaker 2: happening fast and your fellow agent screams gun, maybe grabs
- 32:15Speaker 2: it and you don't realize it and you start shooting.
- 32:18Speaker 2: It's the fog of war. It can't be easy, Randy,
- 32:21Speaker 2: to be law enforcement while hundreds of people are screaming
- 32:24Speaker 2: F you and blowing whistles and cars are headed for
- 32:28Speaker 2: you all while someone's screaming gun and a guy is
- 32:31Speaker 2: rolling on the ground with a gun. Fog of war, right?
- 32:35Speaker 5: So I watched that videotape just like millions of people have.
- 32:39Speaker 1: And I can't tell what's going on.
- 32:41Speaker 5: And for people to make pronouncements about it, they're fools
- 32:45Speaker 5: because you cannot tell what's going on.
- 32:47Speaker 1: This is why you have an investigation.
- 32:50Speaker 5: Because what really counts, what I saw that was the
- 32:53Speaker 5: most telling part of that video is was they had
- 32:56Speaker 5: the suspect on the ground. By the way, he interjected
- 33:00Speaker 5: himself into this entire environment here.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Why he did it, who knows.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Randy, hold on. Can I grab you for another segment?
- 33:09Speaker 2: We're going to an ad break. So save, when we
- 33:12Speaker 2: get back, your interpretation of what you saw when that
- 33:16Speaker 2: guy with a gun was rolling on the ground and
- 33:18Speaker 2: the officers were forced to shoot him. Let's wait for
- 33:21Speaker 2: a second here for Randy Sutton's you know, ID here.
- 33:24Speaker 1: We'll be right back.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Wayne on the route war zone. All right, a special
- 33:32Speaker 2: treat for you. I want to introduce you to a
- 33:34Speaker 2: real hero of the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner,
- 33:38Speaker 2: founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In
- 33:42Speaker 2: the United States, Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA,
- 33:46Speaker 2: Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is code for a monster
- 33:51Speaker 2: field where gas or oil is in a basin, which
- 33:54Speaker 2: makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're a
- 33:58Speaker 2: legend in the oil industry and the gas industry. Tell
- 34:01Speaker 2: us about your track record.
- 34:03Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:06Speaker 4: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:10Speaker 4: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:13Speaker 4: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:19Speaker 4: United States when it sold out to U.S.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Steel.
- 34:23Speaker 4: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 34:24Speaker 4: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 34:28Speaker 4: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And
- 34:32Speaker 4: I Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're
- 34:35Speaker 4: very familiar with, I think.
- 34:37Speaker 2: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:40Speaker 2: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine year
- 34:43Speaker 2: run of your publicly traded company?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:48Speaker 2: $ 10, 000 turned into 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 34:52Speaker 2: 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now tell me
- 34:55Speaker 2: why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is so special.
- 35:00Speaker 2: I hear about projects and deals. all the time. What
- 35:03Speaker 2: makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:05Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:08Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:10Speaker 4: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:13Speaker 4: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:16Speaker 4: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:19Speaker 4: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:23Speaker 4: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 35:26Speaker 5: Is 85% empty.
- 35:28Speaker 4: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 35:31Speaker 4: in this field.
- 35:32Speaker 1: And right now we can see.
- 35:34Speaker 4: That we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out
- 35:37Speaker 4: here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's
- 35:40Speaker 4: the new basin in the United States. And as far
- 35:44Speaker 4: as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger
- 35:47Speaker 4: than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:49Speaker 2: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:56Speaker 2: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:00Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 36:04Speaker 2: That's the project. But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an
- 36:08Speaker 2: accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 36:11Speaker 2: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 36:13Speaker 2: the form and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and
- 36:15Speaker 2: his people will get back to you as CFO and
- 36:18Speaker 2: let you know all the details you need to know.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Lostsoldier.com.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Www.soldier.com. Thanks, Mark, for being with us today.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Good to see you again. All right. Welcome back. Warzone.
- 36:50Speaker 2: I'm Wayne Ellery, official podcast of The Gateway Pundit. Every day,
- 36:54Speaker 2: Monday through Friday, just go to The Gateway Pundit, thegatewaypundit.com.
- 36:58Speaker 2: And at the top, you'll see my smiling face and
- 37:00Speaker 2: click on it. And you are on the podcast. That's simple.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Every day from... 6 to 8 p.m. East Coast time,
- 37:06Speaker 2: 3 to 5 p.m. West Coast time. Here I am
- 37:09Speaker 2: in Las Vegas, West Coast. Randy Sutton on a business trip.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Took time out of his precious travel day to talk
- 37:14Speaker 2: to us, so let's go straight to him. Randy Sutton,
- 37:17Speaker 2: let's finish up your thoughts on the fog of war,
- 37:20Speaker 2: as I was saying. What did you see when you
- 37:23Speaker 2: watched that agent and the confrontation on the streets of
- 37:26Speaker 2: Minneapolis on Saturday?
- 37:29Speaker 5: So what I saw, the initial, you know, where they
- 37:32Speaker 5: took him down to the ground in order to try
- 37:34Speaker 5: and get him into custody, he was resisting arrest. He
- 37:37Speaker 5: was resisting being taken into custody. There were numerous officers
- 37:41Speaker 5: that were trying to control him. Now, this is another
- 37:45Speaker 5: situation that I want to talk about. Taking down a
- 37:51Speaker 5: suspect like that, it can be very, very difficult. If
- 37:55Speaker 5: someone doesn't want to go in handcuffs, even if they're
- 37:59Speaker 5: a 95-pound woman, it is exceedingly difficult. It takes more
- 38:05Speaker 5: than one person to do it. Sometimes it takes three.
- 38:08Speaker 5: Sometimes it takes four. In this case, there was five
- 38:11Speaker 5: or six that were involved in this takedown, trying to
- 38:15Speaker 5: get him into custody. Now, because of all the movement
- 38:19Speaker 5: that was taking place, I couldn't tell what was going
- 38:22Speaker 5: on in that pile.
- 38:24Speaker 1: It was impossible to see.
- 38:25Speaker 5: But what I did see, and this is the critical
- 38:28Speaker 5: moment here, is when one of the officers, the one
- 38:31Speaker 5: who shot the suspect, you could see him suddenly react
- 38:36Speaker 5: to something that he saw. And then he quickly stood
- 38:40Speaker 5: up and went for his firearm. Now, that didn't happen
- 38:44Speaker 5: in a vacuum. He saw something that he believed to
- 38:47Speaker 5: be a threat. And that is the perception that is
- 38:51Speaker 5: required by law when considering the use of deadly force.
- 38:56Speaker 5: Every law enforcement officer has the right and the duty
- 38:59Speaker 5: to protect themselves from death or serious bodily injury.
- 39:03Speaker 1: And the way.
- 39:05Speaker 5: The law reads is, would a reasonable officer believe that
- 39:10Speaker 5: he or she was in imminent danger? And so it's
- 39:15Speaker 5: all based on the perception. What did he see? Did
- 39:18Speaker 5: he see that individual? Did he have the gun in
- 39:20Speaker 5: his hand? Was he trying to pull the gun?
- 39:23Speaker 1: We don't know.
- 39:24Speaker 5: And so to make pronouncements is fruitless, and yet you see,
- 39:30Speaker 5: smoke hadn't cleared quite literally when Fry and Walsh declared
- 39:35Speaker 5: this a murder.
- 39:36Speaker 1: And Ellison.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Don't forget to be fair. And remember, I'm on your side.
- 39:42Speaker 2: I'm on ICE's side. I hate Walsh. I hate all
- 39:44Speaker 2: of them. They never should have been put in this position.
- 39:47Speaker 2: The ICE agent's terrible.
- 39:48Speaker 3: None of them.
- 39:49Speaker 2: The guy didn't murder someone. That's ridiculous. His life was
- 39:52Speaker 2: in danger, even if it was a bad shooting. It's
- 39:54Speaker 2: not murder. His life is in danger. Tough situation. But
- 39:58Speaker 2: Kristi Noem shouldn't have said the guy's a terrorist and
- 40:00Speaker 2: he was there for a mass murder. Because we don't
- 40:02Speaker 2: know that. I doubt that's really the case. I think
- 40:05Speaker 2: that was a silly thing she said. And I think
- 40:07Speaker 2: that's probably why Trump said, Tom Holman, go there and
- 40:10Speaker 2: pass over Kristi Noem.
- 40:11Speaker 1: That would be my guess. She was wrong. So you
- 40:15Speaker 1: got you got the balancing act here, too. Right.
- 40:17Speaker 5: So you got on one hand, you've got the morons
- 40:20Speaker 5: on the left that, you know, announced that this is
- 40:23Speaker 5: a murder. On the other side, you have another leader
- 40:30Speaker 5: who doesn't know what took place and yet is coming
- 40:33Speaker 5: out with a pronouncement.
- 40:35Speaker 1: This is you see. The American public has gotten used
- 40:39Speaker 1: to instant information.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:41Speaker 1: They crave it. They demand it.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Instant gratification. Instant gratification.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Sometimes you just got to shut the hell up and
- 40:49Speaker 5: wait till you have the answers. And then that way
- 40:52Speaker 5: you don't lose credibility. I've seen this over and over again, Wayne.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Shockingly, you know, did that, you know, did it right.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Trump.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Usually he's the instant gratification guy who makes an off-the-cuff remark,
- 41:03Speaker 2: but he said, I'm not happy with what happened, and
- 41:06Speaker 2: I don't like either side. He said, basically, it doesn't
- 41:08Speaker 2: look good. I don't like when someone gets killed. I
- 41:10Speaker 2: also don't like when people are attacking my officers, but
- 41:13Speaker 2: let's wait and see. We'll look at the investigation. I
- 41:16Speaker 2: was shocked. Trump handled it exactly the way you would
- 41:19Speaker 2: like it to be handled. Trump did it right.
- 41:23Speaker 5: And so you got to look at there's two things
- 41:25Speaker 5: that are going to be the test here.
- 41:27Speaker 1: One is, did it meet the.
- 41:32Speaker 5: Law as far as was he justified based on his perceptions?
- 41:38Speaker 1: That's one prong. The other prong is, did it?
- 41:41Speaker 5: Fit into the policy of, now this was a border
- 41:45Speaker 5: patrol officer, so they would be going by their policies,
- 41:50Speaker 5: not the policies of, say, the other agency ICE.
- 41:55Speaker 1: So there's two aspects that they're going to be investigating.
- 41:59Speaker 5: Now, Ellison and Fry and Walsh are demanding that And
- 42:07Speaker 5: they went to court to, and this was very, very
- 42:10Speaker 5: strange to me. They went to court to get a
- 42:14Speaker 5: judge to rule that the feds could not destroy evidence.
- 42:20Speaker 1: They're not going to destroy the evidence.
- 42:21Speaker 5: It's absolutely ridiculous to even, to get a judge to
- 42:26Speaker 5: say that, it makes no sense to me.
- 42:31Speaker 2: It's not hard to get a judge to say to Minneapolis,
- 42:33Speaker 2: they're all communist judges. So, you know, they're all the
- 42:35Speaker 2: same team. And by the way, I think all of this,
- 42:38Speaker 2: you know what you can use to describe all this, Randy?
- 42:40Speaker 2: It's just a coverup and a distraction to distract you
- 42:43Speaker 2: from looking at all the fraud they've been stealing billions
- 42:46Speaker 2: and billions of dollars in Minnesota while no one was looking.
- 42:48Speaker 2: So this is their distraction to get Trump quiet and
- 42:52Speaker 2: to get it off the news. And they've done a
- 42:54Speaker 2: good job because that's what they're good at. Communists are
- 42:57Speaker 2: great at public relations and organizing chaos and crisis and
- 43:01Speaker 2: never let a crisis go to waste. Randy, we've got
- 43:03Speaker 2: to run. We're at the top of the hour. We've
- 43:05Speaker 2: got to move. We're at the bottom of the hour.
