- 1:16Speaker 2: eat it.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Every day, nothing bad will happen.
- 1:19Speaker 2: You will stop craving it. No, you will stop liking
- 1:23Speaker 2: it as much.
- 1:23Speaker 1: True.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I think that's absolutely true. Not everybody.

- 1:31Speaker 2: Yep, I.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Could eat French fries.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I think most people aren't like that.
- 1:39Speaker 5: Most people are If you were presented French fries every day,
- 1:43Speaker 5: there's a day you would go.
- 1:45Speaker 2: No, no, I don't think I want French fries today.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Really?
- 1:47Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah?
- 1:49Speaker 1: Yeah, Well this whole segment is turning into a cluster
- 1:52Speaker 1: because our phones are hanging up on people and it's
- 1:56Speaker 1: it's a one segment thing.
- 1:58Speaker 2: No, I So that's yeah. I would say, don't don't
- 2:01Speaker 2: give into that, you know, having orange chicken every day,
- 2:06Speaker 2: because it stops being special. Because really, French fries are
- 2:10Speaker 2: not special to Eugena. They're just a thing.
- 2:16Speaker 4: They're not They're very very important to me. I would
- 2:19Speaker 4: be very sad if they went away.
- 2:21Speaker 5: Somebody says advice, I can fall asleep easily. How would
- 2:25Speaker 5: you recommend staying staying asleep?
- 2:29Speaker 2: I wips you up?
- 2:31Speaker 5: Yeah, are what what are the conditions of your sleeping environment?
- 2:37Speaker 2: Maybe you're suffering from nocturia.
- 2:39Speaker 5: It should be dark, yes, it should be sixty six degrees.
- 2:45Speaker 3: That is the optimal sleeping temperature. Okay, I was reading
- 2:50Speaker 3: something just the other day. Though it's normal to get
- 2:54Speaker 3: up once a night and go to the bathroom. It's
- 2:59Speaker 3: it's a normal thing for people to do.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I have my sound machine really helps me. And that's
- 3:06Speaker 1: just the sound of waves crashing.
- 3:09Speaker 4: And does that run all night long?
- 3:10Speaker 1: All night, all night long?
- 3:13Speaker 5: And you sleep with because sometimes I wonder, sleeping with
- 3:16Speaker 5: the dog will wake you up in the night if
- 3:18Speaker 5: the dog's restless.
- 3:20Speaker 1: If the dog needs to go potty, he'll wake me up.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Usually I hear is you know, tags rattling, and it's
- 3:27Speaker 1: normal for a dog to want to get up once
- 3:29Speaker 1: in the night to go to the bathroom.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Okay, here's one.
- 3:33Speaker 5: How do I become brave for my first surgery tomorrow?
- 3:38Speaker 4: That is a super scary thing.
- 3:40Speaker 5: If you've never been put under anesthesia, that's scary.
- 3:45Speaker 2: And to me, it's just routine these days.
- 3:47Speaker 5: And that's what I would say. There's see, you don't
- 3:50Speaker 5: even think about it anymore, billy, you know, I.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Mean, I don't want to do it. Well, but just okay,
- 3:56Speaker 2: whoever sent that text in here's I have had seven
- 4:00Speaker 2: major surgeries and I and I'm just fine, so you'll
- 4:05Speaker 2: be fine too. I've actually i've almost kind of I
- 4:08Speaker 2: do kind of like the process of anesthesia because I
- 4:12Speaker 2: think it's so weird.
- 4:13Speaker 4: You get a good nap, it's yeah, but it's just so.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Odd that you're there and you're look you like, you
- 4:22Speaker 2: lie down on the table and they start the anesthesia
- 4:26Speaker 2: and tell you to count backwards from one hundred or whatever,
- 4:29Speaker 2: and you go one hundred ninety nine and that's it.
- 4:32Speaker 2: You're just gone.
- 4:34Speaker 1: And see, I want more anesthesia.
- 4:36Speaker 2: You want more?
- 4:37Speaker 1: I want I want anesthesia at the dentist really, yeah,
- 4:41Speaker 1: for like even for just a.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Clean yeah, for you know, you want the nitrous.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I just want to lie back, go to sleep, wake up,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and everything's done, you know. And anesthesia is a good nap.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Yes, yeah. The propofol anesthesia is that's that's the good
- 4:56Speaker 2: that's a good nap. When you're under. When you they
- 4:59Speaker 2: use some of the heavy, your duty stuff.
- 5:01Speaker 5: It's I've got a colon oscopy coming up, and I
- 5:03Speaker 5: think they use that for.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Yeah, they use the prob Yeah. Yeah, you'll you'll go
- 5:07Speaker 1: to sleep and it'll be like it'll feel like to
- 5:11Speaker 1: you one minute, you know, and then you'll wake up
- 5:15Speaker 1: and go, oh, everything's fine.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Text us after your surgery and let us.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Know how you know what you know what I call propfile.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I call it milk. I like to have something of
- 5:25Speaker 2: my milk before. Uh.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Katie says, because she's a natural redhead, she has to
- 5:31Speaker 1: have extra anesthetic.
- 5:32Speaker 2: That's that's what I have said.
- 5:34Speaker 1: True.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I have heard that.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I have heard that.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Let's see. For some reason, I'm always asking friends if
- 5:40Speaker 1: the guy I'm dating is toxic.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I think that should tell you something.
- 5:45Speaker 1: No, I'm sad that I can't tell, even more sad
- 5:48Speaker 1: that I feel happy when I should feel sad.
- 5:51Speaker 6: Yes, Katie, just going back to the thing really quick
- 5:54Speaker 6: about my being a natural redhead. The doctors actually have
- 5:57Speaker 6: to ask you because when I got my thumbs and
- 6:00Speaker 6: I had to get stitches, he uh, he got the anesthetic,
- 6:03Speaker 6: the shot and everything, and he looks at me and
- 6:04Speaker 6: he goes, are you a natural redhead?
- 6:07Speaker 4: Sure?
- 6:07Speaker 6: I am, and he goes, damn, and he sticks his
- 6:10Speaker 6: head out, goes, I need another one. Had to have
- 6:12Speaker 6: it for my knee. I've had to had it for
- 6:15Speaker 6: all of my dentistry, which is also probably why my
- 6:17Speaker 6: kne My nerve block never wore off on my knee,
- 6:19Speaker 6: and my thumb is still numb.
- 6:21Speaker 4: That's weird that redhead would have something. It's a genetic thing.
- 6:25Speaker 6: Is something weird in our genetic form because we're mutants.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Fun fact, I've even gotten to the point where I
- 6:31Speaker 2: don't mind, Like if I have a to get stitches
- 6:33Speaker 2: or something, and they stick the needle down in the
- 6:35Speaker 2: into the you know, to to deaden it all. And
- 6:39Speaker 2: and it's really it's pretty painful at first and tell it,
- 6:44Speaker 2: but then it works, works pretty quickly and it goes numb.
- 6:46Speaker 2: But but I I don't even mind that anymore.
- 6:49Speaker 6: Does any have you ever had the situation? Here's my
- 6:52Speaker 6: here's my advice I need from you. Bill. Have you
- 6:54Speaker 6: ever had any situation where after surgery or getting stitches
- 6:58Speaker 6: that area is still numb for years?
- 7:00Speaker 2: Yeah? Sure, okay, yeah, yeah, I still have because they
- 7:05Speaker 2: cut nerves.
- 7:06Speaker 6: My thumb is still numb from getting six stitches in
- 7:09Speaker 6: it when I tried to save a knife, even cooking.
- 7:13Speaker 2: It's because they it's just because they sever a nerve.
- 7:16Speaker 2: How long does it it may for? Maybe it takes
- 7:19Speaker 2: nerves a long longfever if ever?
- 7:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I've got some right here. That's still ark.
- 7:25Speaker 6: My knee is still from twenty seventeen, not back to normal.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Sometimes they do grow back, but it's slow.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Okay, thanks, you know this is this is popular.
- 7:37Speaker 5: I say we revisit this for for another full straight.
- 7:41Speaker 1: When our phones are working.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Yeah, if ever, Yeah.
- 7:45Speaker 1: I hardly ever make a decision on my own. I
- 7:47Speaker 1: always decide through the advice given to me. How can
- 7:50Speaker 1: I become more of an independent thinker?
- 7:52Speaker 2: Use a magic eight ball? Here you go?
- 7:54Speaker 5: Well, I would say, don't then, don't ask make a
- 7:57Speaker 5: decision without ask exactly.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I know a guy who makes decisions based slowly on
- 8:02Speaker 2: rolling dice odds or evens.
- 8:06Speaker 4: You know, he carries around ice.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean even so far as to pick out
- 8:13Speaker 2: what clothes he'll wear in the morning. He rolls dice,
- 8:17Speaker 2: should I wear this shirt or this shirt?
- 8:19Speaker 4: It seems like that would get in the way of
- 8:20Speaker 4: a lot of things.
- 8:21Speaker 1: That's a Batman villain thing, is what that?
- 8:23Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 8:23Speaker 1: Except it's a coin. Uh yeah, So we'll have to
- 8:28Speaker 1: do this again when the phones are working, and.
- 8:31Speaker 4: It's a good it's a good yea. We'll try to
- 8:34Speaker 4: hang on to your thing.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Hang on to your thing. I don't get it.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I used to take Ambien to help me sleep. My
- 8:44Speaker 1: doctor told me it's not real sleep. Hmmm, I wonder
- 8:49Speaker 1: what you go into the deep you don't go into
- 8:50Speaker 1: the deep sleep.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I've never taken a sleeping medication just to sleep. Interesting, okay.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Rank
