Warsaw-based Lake City Bank is expanding its northeast Indiana presence with a location at Electric Works in Fort Wayne. Elkhart-based manufacturer Dexter has a new president. Plus, plans for the former Newport Chemical Depot property are still in the works, and Google has awarded the first grants from its $10 million Indiana Energy Impact program.
