- 0:01Speaker 1: Jerry, Katy and Josh makes one hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I don't know if a lot of people know this,
- 0:05Speaker 2: but Katie's on a bit of a health journey.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Yeah she is.
- 0:10Speaker 2: She's trying to bulk up like crazy. Well no, it
- 0:13Speaker 2: a just wants to get really jacked. No, and doing so,
- 0:17Speaker 2: she needs a protein, so she grabbed the new Dorito's
- 0:21Speaker 2: protein chips.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Yeah, none of that is accurate.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Actually, none of that.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Bulking je lean lean mean machine going four.
- 0:32Speaker 4: But protein's important for everybody, and I'm always looking at
- 0:36Speaker 4: snacks that I can have that replace the bad snacks,
- 0:39Speaker 4: because that's the thing is when you look at like
- 0:41Speaker 4: regular Doritos, it's just full of a lot of nonsense
- 0:44Speaker 4: that's not good for you, right, And not that these
- 0:47Speaker 4: are like, you know, a health nack food like exactly,
- 0:51Speaker 4: it's not like all my antioxidants are going to come
- 0:53Speaker 4: from my Dorito's protein chips. But I do get ten
- 0:57Speaker 4: grams of protein per serving and there's only like.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Eight grams of carbs.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Like it cuts down on a lot of the stuff
- 1:03Speaker 4: that I'm trying to avoid, and when I sowop it
- 1:06Speaker 4: as a snack, it helps out.
- 1:08Speaker 1: But guess what I had for dinner last night, homie, you.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Had protein hot pockets.
- 1:14Speaker 1: No it didn't.
- 1:15Speaker 4: I had a Southwest salad just packed with avocado and
- 1:19Speaker 4: fresh corn. So you have to have balance in your life.
- 1:23Speaker 4: And these Doritos chips, yeah, I'm perfect for a snack.
- 1:26Speaker 3: It was pretty funny. I came into this.
- 1:27Speaker 2: She's like, I found a healthy snack. I can full
- 1:30Speaker 2: protein and.
- 1:33Speaker 4: I found new protein chips, is what I said. And
- 1:36Speaker 4: these replaced the wild chips. So I've shown those to
- 1:39Speaker 4: you guys before the wild chips, and they are essentially
- 1:42Speaker 4: just meat dehydrated into chip form. It's literally like a
- 1:47Speaker 4: chip piece of meaty. Yeah, not jerky at all. It's
- 1:52Speaker 4: like a chip, but it's made from chicken. And then
- 1:54Speaker 4: it's like buffalo flavored and they are tasty. Man, they're tasty.
- 1:58Speaker 4: It's like ten dollars a bag eight if you can
- 2:01Speaker 4: get it on sale, and these Doritle's protein chips were
- 2:03Speaker 4: just ten or I'm sorry five.
- 2:06Speaker 1: It was a bargain and they're tasty.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I because they're like sweet barbecue, so like they last
- 2:12Speaker 4: for three seconds and then the flavor goes away and
- 2:14Speaker 4: then there's just a regular corn chip. But it's those
- 2:17Speaker 4: three seconds are money, Like, man, is it good for
- 2:20Speaker 4: three seconds?
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's like, well a lot of times I've said that.
- 2:26Speaker 3: My wedding night. Okay, yeah, all.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Right, did you try them the sweet barbecue?
- 2:32Speaker 5: Yeah? I'm looking at them right now, that barbecue.
- 2:35Speaker 4: What other flavors do they have? Because they only have
- 2:36Speaker 4: the sweet tangy barbecue.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I'm just seeing vegetable oil, vegetables.
- 2:41Speaker 1: That sounds awful. Who's trying that one?
- 2:44Speaker 3: It's it's you're highly processed.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Yah, yeah, their process, But so is everything in America.
- 2:53Speaker 1: So if I am guess what was in my Southwest
- 2:57Speaker 1: salad homes.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Blacks baked, be me like I hit all the other marks.
- 3:04Speaker 2: So you it's so you, that's all it is. It's
- 3:07Speaker 2: just so you.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Know how hard it is to get your protein in Jeremy, Like,
- 3:12Speaker 4: that's it.
- 3:13Speaker 2: You're obsessing a little too much about the protein. With
- 3:15Speaker 2: all due respects, you.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Are can't you are you obsessed about protes?
- 3:20Speaker 4: You need to hit those marks, like how do you
- 3:23Speaker 4: get lean and tone if you don't have protein?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Like that's the building blocks of life.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Come on, all the amino that's there.
- 3:32Speaker 3: You need to be in the cut that's right, and
- 3:34Speaker 3: you get cut. Eat those.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I got a whole stack of just like odds and ends,
- 3:40Speaker 2: just fun stories floating around. I'll start with a personal one.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Last night, I just had to shake my head. It's
- 3:46Speaker 2: just being involved with the h o A.
- 3:48Speaker 3: I just don't know. What do you have to do.
- 3:51Speaker 2: We had to go walk the neighborhood a little bit
- 3:53Speaker 2: last night and inspect a house that cut down a
- 3:56Speaker 2: tree because a neighbor down the street was upset that
- 4:00Speaker 2: neighborhood cut down his tree on his property.
- 4:04Speaker 3: They were upset by that because they liked that tree.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Can be upset by that? Is that part of the rules.
- 4:10Speaker 3: I don't think so true.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I don't know why that stuff. I don't know.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I just I like being involved and tapped in and
- 4:17Speaker 2: knowing what's just what's going on in the community too.
- 4:19Speaker 3: I just like that he's nose. I'm supers so much trouble.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I think this one that guy cut down his tree
- 4:27Speaker 2: down the street and I liked it.
- 4:30Speaker 3: I gotta write a harshly worded letter to somebody.
- 4:32Speaker 2: It wasn't wasn't It was like five houses down what
- 4:40Speaker 2: I'm that homeowner's property and he was having like foundation
- 4:43Speaker 2: issues and stuff. He's like, I gotta get rid of
- 4:45Speaker 2: this giant tree. And that neighbor down the street was
- 4:48Speaker 2: mad that that tree was cut down.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I like that tree. Oh my god.
- 4:54Speaker 4: What are we doing?
- 4:54Speaker 1: What did you do? Did you have to take a picture.
- 4:58Speaker 3: No, there's no tree to take a picture, sure of
- 5:00Speaker 3: what happened. Took a picture of the hole? Too bad?
- 5:06Speaker 2: Anyway, I used to other stuff flowing around. There's this
- 5:10Speaker 2: list out this morning talking about the most stressful airports
- 5:14Speaker 2: around the country. O'Hare in Chicago, that's where your boyfriend is.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I've been there.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Most stressful.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Laguardian New York City JFK, New York blah blah blah. Anyway,
- 5:24Speaker 2: d I A made the list, A like number five.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Okay, stressful.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So it is like LaGuardia more stressful than d I A.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Is that what it says?
- 5:32Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, this came in at five.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I would flip them. I would say d I A
- 5:36Speaker 4: was way more stressful.
- 5:37Speaker 3: I would agree.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Maybe it's just because I've flown out of here so
- 5:40Speaker 4: many times, so I have a lot to compare it to.
- 5:42Speaker 1: But it is never easy to get in, and for
- 5:45Speaker 1: me at least.
- 5:46Speaker 3: It really isn't.
- 5:46Speaker 2: And something about just getting into d just driving and
- 5:50Speaker 2: making sure you're in the right lane and where you going.
- 5:53Speaker 3: It's very stressful and it's so massive.
- 5:56Speaker 1: You got that big horse just looking.
- 5:58Speaker 3: At you off.
- 6:02Speaker 2: It's like I've already killed one.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Quickly.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Anyway, d I A is stressful and it is That
- 6:14Speaker 2: train even stresses me out. You know what stresses me
- 6:17Speaker 2: out was if you're in there with all those people
- 6:18Speaker 2: and you've got nothing to hold on to, and you're
- 6:21Speaker 2: in the middle and you just have to brak. You're
- 6:23Speaker 2: trying to balance the bed and you feel like you've
- 6:26Speaker 2: never stood before.
- 6:28Speaker 4: And you don't want to hit anybody around you because
- 6:30Speaker 4: then you're totally incompetent.
- 6:32Speaker 5: They look at you like the entire time you just
- 6:35Speaker 5: have alanroach going hold on.
- 6:39Speaker 3: And you're like groping the people next to you or not.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Okay, So if you use a loofah in the shower,
- 6:48Speaker 2: I used to be a lufa hardcore loof Okay, Okay.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Dermatologists are saying get rid of it because yet another
- 6:53Speaker 2: story the amount of germs and bacteria.
- 6:56Speaker 3: They say those lufahs are breeding grounds for back tia.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Uh.
- 7:01Speaker 3: They say you should just be washing with your hands.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Just I'm washing with my hand, They say, that's the safest,
- 7:09Speaker 2: most effective way to clean your body, so I do
- 7:11Speaker 2: less likely to irritate skin, and they don't.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Your hands essentially don't sit around and collect bacteria. They do.
- 7:19Speaker 4: And what kind of mind do you have to have
- 7:22Speaker 4: to think that cleaning your body with your dirty hands
- 7:26Speaker 4: is getting it cleaner.
- 7:27Speaker 3: But you're.
- 7:29Speaker 2: I know, wash cloth, you know, okay, wash They talked
- 7:33Speaker 2: about wash you know, Like I.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Use a washcloth like two three times max. And then
- 7:39Speaker 1: it goes in the washer, you know. And I always
- 7:41Speaker 1: like I would.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Use it one time and I.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Wash it out and I hang it up to dry
- 7:47Speaker 4: your hands times. But then again before I use it,
- 7:50Speaker 4: I clean it out again, like I'm washing it before
- 7:53Speaker 4: your hand to wash off my body. Your hands carry
- 7:56Speaker 4: so much craft and.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I feel like with the wash cloth, hey sits there
- 8:01Speaker 2: and dries out. It's it's like, uh, it's collecting bacteria
- 8:04Speaker 2: and stuff's growing on all right because.
- 8:06Speaker 3: It's wet and it's warm.
- 8:08Speaker 4: We are so yourself that we think our hands are
- 8:14Speaker 4: gonna get us clean.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Like I don't like that. I'm with you. They're too slick.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I need a little exfoliation, you know. I just like
- 8:22Speaker 3: I've switched to the.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Bar, though, I'm a bar guy now, so I just
- 8:26Speaker 2: hold the bar in my hand and wash with the bar.
- 8:28Speaker 5: You can also get the exfoliating bars air, which is
- 8:30Speaker 5: great because it does scrub a little bit and it's
- 8:32Speaker 5: really nice.
- 8:33Speaker 2: So they say loofahs are horrible. The washcloths came in
- 8:36Speaker 2: just under the loofer. They say, it's not as bad
- 8:39Speaker 2: a harboring bacteria and it it's a little gentler when
- 8:43Speaker 2: it comes to removing dead skin because you're not maybe
- 8:47Speaker 2: damaging fully your skin's protective barrier, says this story.
- 8:51Speaker 3: The loofahs, you.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Get in there and you're you're scrubbing, right, I mean yeah.
- 8:54Speaker 2: They say it's really bad if you have like eggs
- 8:56Speaker 2: amount and things like that, because then you're just get
- 8:58Speaker 2: more bacteria in those cuts and everything.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Yeah, showering is gross.
- 9:04Speaker 4: G Do you know something I don't recommend something I
- 9:07Speaker 4: did once because I went and got a petdacure once
- 9:10Speaker 4: and I was like.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I can totally do this. My doubt, this is fine.
- 9:13Speaker 1: You want those kitchen scrubbies, you.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Know, like a scrub daddy.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Yeah, like a scrub daddy. I take it to my feet,
- 9:19Speaker 1: I took it to my ouch.
- 9:20Speaker 3: I was ouch.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I could walk right for.
- 9:23Speaker 3: A week out.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Show those who does that, don't do it.
- 9:29Speaker 3: That's like torture.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Don't do it.
- 9:31Speaker 3: That scrub daddy wasn't smiling anymore.
- 9:33Speaker 1: It was I wasn't smiling either, Like that was that
- 9:37Speaker 1: was hard.
- 9:40Speaker 2: I gotta get me a scrub dad feet steel wall.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Because I spent like seventy dollars getting somebody to do
- 9:46Speaker 4: all this stuff to my feet.
- 9:47Speaker 1: And the whole time I was watching him like I
- 9:48Speaker 1: can do that, I can do that. I even took.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Candle wax and preen and pretended it was that paraffin.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, you like not okay?
- 9:57Speaker 4: Also, not one time I tried this. This one time,
- 10:00Speaker 4: I was like, TikTok made me do it? Owie howie, Yeah,
- 10:06Speaker 4: not a good idea.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I got one more story for you, and you're gonna
- 10:08Speaker 2: want to shower off after this. There's a visitor at
- 10:11Speaker 2: Camp Edison in California's Sierra Nevada Foothills.
- 10:15Speaker 3: I don't even know where this place is. I'd have
- 10:16Speaker 3: to look it up anyway.
- 10:18Speaker 2: They required some emergency rescues this past Sunday because a
- 10:21Speaker 2: guy dropped his sunglasses into the porta potty. The old honeybucket. Actually,
- 10:27Speaker 2: this is probably not even a porta potty. Let me look,
- 10:29Speaker 2: it's probably one of those just a giant hole in
- 10:32Speaker 2: the ground. Yeah, I think that's what it is, because
- 10:36Speaker 2: if it's the National Parks.
- 10:37Speaker 1: That's exactly what it is.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Anyway, Hell with a scrub daddy. They scrubbed him down
- 10:43Speaker 3: for sunglasses.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Who is reaching into one of these gigantic holes in
- 10:49Speaker 2: the ground in a national park to get their sunglasses?
- 10:52Speaker 2: They were gyms, Yeah, But to me, I'm like, that
- 10:54Speaker 2: is gone. Those are done.
- 10:56Speaker 3: I can't name one thing I would do or to
- 11:01Speaker 3: get in there and retrieve your phone.
- 11:02Speaker 1: You wouldn't do it.
- 11:03Speaker 2: No, there was a baby in there. At that point,
- 11:09Speaker 2: we're gonna be like, Yeah, the baby will be fine.
- 11:12Speaker 2: He'll turn into a little mutant superhero.
- 11:16Speaker 1: He's gonna rule.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Things down there, so he'll be crazyworld so gross.
- 11:24Speaker 3: This guy on TikTok has gone viral. I should give
- 11:28Speaker 3: you a little fat America. Here you go in my bell.
- 11:32Speaker 3: He's a Crumble employee.
- 11:34Speaker 2: He works at Crumble, and he's been talking about all
- 11:37Speaker 2: these customers that keep coming in and getting these dirty
- 11:40Speaker 2: sodas that everybody is so crazy about.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Right now, and uh, he got in trouble. And here's why. Everyone.
- 11:47Speaker 6: I'm a Crumble employee, and we've started to have customers
- 11:50Speaker 6: come in every day or multiple times a day for
- 11:53Speaker 6: these new dirty sodas that have one hundred and forty
- 11:55Speaker 6: eight grams of sugar in them. One time, I said
- 11:57Speaker 6: to one of the customers, like, there's one hundred and
- 11:59Speaker 6: forty eight grams of sugar. And then I got in
- 12:00Speaker 6: trouble because I'm not really supposed to point that out.
- 12:02Speaker 6: And then they were like, well, you know, normally I
- 12:05Speaker 6: drank ten cans of coke a day, so it's not
- 12:07Speaker 6: the same thing. And I said, well yeah, And I said,
- 12:09Speaker 6: so you're replacing your coke with the dirty sodas And
- 12:11Speaker 6: they're like, no, I just drink the ten cans of
- 12:13Speaker 6: coke and then I also get the dirty soda. Oh,
- 12:14Speaker 6: and also usually get a box of six cookies to
- 12:17Speaker 6: go with their.
- 12:19Speaker 5: In my bellance, I'm genuinely speechless, Dame.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Oh you shock me with sugar overload.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Six cans of coke, the dirty sodas and a box
- 12:34Speaker 2: of cookies, Oh.
- 12:35Speaker 1: My god, on top of the sodium.
- 12:39Speaker 2: That and that guy got in trouble because he's like,
- 12:42Speaker 2: are you sure you want to do this?
- 12:44Speaker 4: They're like, I'm at Crumbleser, this is why I'm here.
- 12:49Speaker 3: I didn't even know my mother in law Winter Trumble
- 12:53Speaker 3: crazy for her. Wow, I just tell you how happy I.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Am for you, Katie.
- 13:01Speaker 2: We went outside yesterday after the show and checked out
- 13:05Speaker 2: Katie's old school vintage Slash retro car that she picked up.
- 13:09Speaker 3: From the nineteen hundred. The nineteen hundreds with thirty thousand
- 13:13Speaker 3: miles on it.
- 13:14Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I'm impressed.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I'm patting myself on the back. Just so you know.
- 13:18Speaker 2: One of our sports guys from next Door Altitude walked
- 13:21Speaker 2: out with us Smart Mosure.
- 13:22Speaker 3: He's like, no, nos, car your car.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He was gonna clean my wheels for me.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Don't bring your tire shine. He was impressed that Katy
- 13:30Speaker 3: opened up the trunk and was showing us everything in
- 13:33Speaker 3: the trunk.
- 13:33Speaker 1: I was so excited about it.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Like I thought about you last night, I found myself smiling.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I just was like, that was just You're just cute me.
- 13:42Speaker 3: I I'm not so happy for you because you are
- 13:44Speaker 3: so happy. I am love you perfect.
- 13:46Speaker 2: So it's gonna suck when it hails all over your
- 13:48Speaker 2: car today because there's a baseball sized hail worker.
- 13:51Speaker 1: I know, I know, I need to definitely plan for that.
- 13:54Speaker 3: But to go get do you have to go to
- 13:56Speaker 3: the DMV.
- 13:57Speaker 1: W to the DMV yesterday. And I tell you what.
- 13:59Speaker 4: First of all, I walk into this place and the number,
- 14:02Speaker 4: because you always have to walk up to the kiosk and.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Grab a number. My number was six six seven, Like
- 14:08Speaker 1: if I.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Had been one more, one less, I would have been
- 14:11Speaker 4: a bad number, right, So automatically I.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Was like, wow, that was close.
- 14:16Speaker 4: I'm sitting in the DMV waiting for my number to
- 14:19Speaker 4: be called, and that's funny. Also, just how the amount
- 14:22Speaker 4: of people who come in after you get served before you,
- 14:26Speaker 4: and how.
- 14:26Speaker 1: That just takes to you. I get so angry.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah, you know the DMV, like maybe somebody's got something
- 14:32Speaker 2: quick renewal, somebody over here has got a marriage certificate
- 14:36Speaker 2: or something.
- 14:36Speaker 4: We're all there for different reasons, and I imagine the
- 14:39Speaker 4: people behind the counter are helping different people. Their expertise, right,
- 14:43Speaker 4: is all different. So I get that for whatever reason.
- 14:46Speaker 3: You see someone that showed up after you.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm mad about I'm mad about it.
- 14:50Speaker 4: And then I'm sitting there and I'm just you know,
- 14:52Speaker 4: observing everybody else and kind of listening in and whatnot.
- 14:55Speaker 1: And there's this.
- 14:56Speaker 4: One lady who is like having conversations with all the
- 14:58Speaker 4: people she's helping, right, just like talking about the World
- 15:01Speaker 4: Cup and talking about this. And I'm like, oh, I
- 15:03Speaker 4: can't wait until I get called and I can have
- 15:05Speaker 4: a conversation.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And then I get called and.
- 15:08Speaker 4: The lady who's helping me, First of all, her name's Tiffany,
- 15:10Speaker 4: and that was like my least favorite name in the
- 15:12Speaker 4: whole world.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So I get no, she didn't even say that. She
- 15:16Speaker 1: is silent the entire time, like and then she barely talks.
- 15:20Speaker 4: She's like like what, like how much money?
- 15:25Speaker 1: Keep asking her what she has to like to say?
- 15:27Speaker 4: I have to ask her to repeat it a bunch,
- 15:29Speaker 4: but she barely speaks to me.
- 15:31Speaker 1: So you don't want to talk.
- 15:32Speaker 4: About the World Cup? Wait a minute, Like what about
- 15:35Speaker 4: Homie over here? He gets to talk about the World Cup?
- 15:37Speaker 4: I like soccer or football. This is like the total
- 15:40Speaker 4: Like this is like my dream DM. I don't want
- 15:44Speaker 4: to talk to anybody. Please don't talk.
- 15:46Speaker 3: To me, and we should talk.
- 15:49Speaker 4: I feel like I did something wrong, Like why do
- 15:51Speaker 4: I get the silent treatment?
