  Speaker 2: and trade includes a trillion and a half dollars in

  Speaker 2: new unrelated spending. And by the way, he's gutting rural

  Speaker 2: hospital funding. While they talk about healthcare, they gut rural

  Speaker 2: hospital funding to give taxpayer funding, for example, two illegals.

  Speaker 2: That's part of what is in Chuck Schumer's bill. So
