- 0:12Welcome in to another exciting episode of Real Biz.
- 0:15I am your host, Bubba Starts, and with me today, the founder of Connector, Zufit
- 0:20Hoehrling.
- 0:21Zufit, welcome to the show.
- 0:24Thank you, Bubba.
- 0:25How are you doing today?
- 0:26I am good.
- 0:27I'm good.
- 0:28We spoke a little bit off camera, a little tired, had a big concert that we attended last
- 0:33night, but, both of us are are used to being tired.
- 0:36So no no after effects here.
- 0:39Exactly.
- 0:40Exactly.
- 0:41As I usually say, no sleep until the grave.
- 0:43There's too much to do, and life is too short.
- 0:46But, yeah, rest rest is needed.
- 0:48Rest
- 0:48is needed.
- 0:49Yeah.
- 0:49Just just a little bit.
- 0:50Just enough to keep going the next day.
- 0:53Before we get into all of your travels and obviously talking about your business and
- 0:58everything that you do to connect people, would love to get a little bit of your backstory off
- 1:03the top here, and we'll just kinda pick up the conversation from there.
- 1:08Okay.
- 1:09So I've got a lot to tell, but my story is that I connect people as you're starting to sustain,
- 1:17and I do that in different ways.
- 1:18So I've been working with organizations, with entrepreneurs, and businesses around the globe,
- 1:22mainly in Europe, in The Middle East, in the North Africa.
- 1:25And I just told you that I've been in The US last month.
- 1:30And I build communities, and I train community leaders, and I work with startups.
- 1:36So everything I do is about, like, to to bring value and to make everything, like, growing and
- 1:41in a meaningful way.
- 1:43But we can get to other part of my story, later.
- 1:49No.
- 1:49And I love it.
- 1:50And that's why, Kindred Spirit because most of what I I find that we do here at the scene
- 1:56projects now is just connecting people.
- 1:59And and sometimes that's in a direct fashion, and sometimes it's indirect where now our our
- 2:05platform has grown so much.
- 2:06We've done so many interviews and putting them out there in the world that people are
- 2:10discovering people from the podcast or the YouTube channel or or whatever and connecting
- 2:16with people from there.
- 2:18And and I think that was really the dream for me of the scene projects is that I don't wanna
- 2:23have to be the one that, like, grabs you and grabs another person.
- 2:27It like, you two need to meet each other.
- 2:29It was more of, like, providing an environment that those those relationships were built
- 2:35organically.
- 2:36And so when I found out, you know, what you did and about you, I was just I I was so thrilled.
- 2:42And that's without mentioning, your worldly travels whatsoever.
- 2:48Yeah.
- 2:48That's true.
- 2:49And it's it's interesting that you mentioned, like, the platform and how it helped people
- 2:54connect with each other because, actually, we connected through, like, a small communities
- 2:58of, like, podcast hosts and entrepreneurs and founders.
- 3:02And I I actually joined that community because a good colleague of mine built that.
- 3:10And I was like, oh, I can I can help other people connect?
- 3:13I can I'm still doing that.
- 3:15I'm inviting people, and I send them your podcast as well because I think they will be
- 3:20interested to be featured in your podcast.
- 3:22They have something important to say.
- 3:24And then you reach out to me, and other people reach out to me, and I was like, that's
- 3:29interesting.
- 3:29Maybe I should I should speak more myself as well.
- 3:33So I think, like, being there and sharing, like, what you what you do, and it's it's part
- 3:41it's part one of the game.
- 3:42And being able to connect with people, like, not in the in in the old ways, old fashioned
- 3:50ways, which are still working, by the way.
- 3:52Right?
- 3:53But, in this non synchronized way, I think it's it's fascinating for me.
- 3:57And this is what I've been, passionate about, like, Sue, all the years because I'm here in
- 4:04Lisbon, in Portugal, in Europe.
- 4:06You are in the in The States.
- 4:09But the last time that we talked, we managed to talk so deeply about stuff that you know?
- 4:14So I think that that's the power of con connection.
- 4:18Right?
- 4:19So it might be, okay.
- 4:21We just said a good laugh, but it might be, wow.
- 4:23I can really add value to your business.
- 4:25I can really connect you with someone.
- 4:27I can really give you an idea.
- 4:29I can collaborate with you.
- 4:31And I think, you know, that's that's the essence of what I'm doing.
- 4:35Yes.
- 4:36Exactly.
- 4:37And but you didn't, you know, you didn't start as a, a founder of your business.
- 4:43It it it took a little while to get there and to really launch your businesses.
- 4:48That's what were you doing before that kinda led into creating the Connector platform and
- 4:54really doing what you're doing now?
- 4:57That's that's a great question.
- 4:59So I started a long time ago.
- 5:01My first actually, you know, I I started at 14 years old working in my family business doing
- 5:09the stuff that I could do as a 14 years old.
- 5:12But, yeah, my first career was actually started electronic music production, and I was a DJ.
- 5:17And I see that exactly, you know, just like DJs, they need to, like, facilitate the right
- 5:22track and to understand how to create the harmony.
- 5:26This is how community leaders and community managers need to do with their own members.
- 5:32So everything I did in my life, I also studied journalism.
- 5:36I was a journalist, and then I connected people to ideas.
- 5:40You know?
- 5:40And I managed to connect people to think they they might not been able, you know, to see or
- 5:47to to watch or to read or to get the knowledge about.
- 5:52So everything is about that.
- 5:53And I use, of course, my communication skills and, like, my my ability to take, like, one
- 6:00piece and another piece that might and and find a way to connect them.
- 6:05And that's exactly, like, how I started to do communities, and I didn't plan that.
- 6:10I was volunteering in communities, and then I found out there is an industry of community.
- 6:16That's for, like, ten years ago.
- 6:18And then with time, people ask me to also build their communities.
- 6:22And with time, I started, like, learn more about that, reading reports, trends, and, you
- 6:28know, it's it's very changing industry as everything in the world right now, especially,
- 6:34you know, with AI.
- 6:36For example, right now, the big topics of discussion is, like, how you make sure
- 6:40everything is authentic with AI and technology.
- 6:44So it is a very brief the story of how I got into this business of community, which I had no
- 6:54idea it was existing when I started, actually.
- 6:58No.
- 6:58But you're so good at it.
- 7:00And who would have thought that, you know, CEOs could take some lessons from music people like
- 7:06us, Zufit?
- 7:08Ex exactly.
- 7:09Right?
- 7:09So and, again, I think everything you learn because I I can't stop learning.
- 7:14I just finished a course by Howard about, like, the basic leadership fundamentals, which, you
- 7:21know, probably you and I know that even without taking the course.
- 7:25So from everything I everything I took, and I did facilitation, I did communication, I did
- 7:29marketing, I learned how to use platforms.
- 7:33Everything is connected to what we do with our jobs.
- 7:36So it's whether of, like, being a CEO or whether, like, being a community consultant or
- 7:42and and that's, I think, like, what makes us unique and what makes us relevant in in this
- 7:46world.
- 7:47So I keep on, you know, using the skills, that I built and I sharpened in other, you know,
- 7:56stages of my career to what I'm doing right now.
- 7:59And it works really good, I I have to say.
- 8:03Well, and the learning is only half of it.
- 8:05You have to apply what you've learned as well.
- 8:08And and I think that, in an age where courses and experts are all over Facebook and over
- 8:15half, I would say, are complete charlatans anyway.
- 8:18But, even when you find good people, that if you don't have the actionable steps to actually
- 8:24implement what you're learning, then it's all for naught and you're really wasting your time.
- 8:29So and some of that is in finding the right people to work with, and that can be some of
- 8:35the hardest things to do are are finding the right people, finding the right communities.
- 8:39And I wanna take a second to shout out Podstar and Galco and the platform that, he's building
- 8:45and working on every day that brought us together and has brought, us together with so
- 8:50many other interesting people that are out there.
- 8:53For people like us that, are very outgoing and we're worldly travelers and we're just we're
- 8:59very accustomed to putting ourselves out there.
- 9:02It's hard to remember that that's not that's not everyone.
- 9:06Right?
- 9:06Like, not everyone are social butterflies like like we are.
- 9:11Your namesake, the butterfly.
- 9:13That Hummingbird.
- 9:15Hummingbird.
- 9:15The hummingbird.
- 9:16Right.
- 9:16Right.
- 9:16Right.
- 9:17But my last name is actually butterfly kind of.
- 9:22Yeah.
- 9:22Yeah.
- 9:23Well and that we we forget sometimes that not everyone has those abilities.
- 9:30Right?
- 9:30Not everyone is born with that outgoing nature and that can do attitude.
- 9:35And for you, especially with your journalism career early on, that I knew you were never
- 9:41afraid to go in and to have hard conversations, even even as a very young woman to go in and to
- 9:47dig for stories.
- 9:50Wow.
- 9:50Okay.
- 9:50So first, I have to tell you something that nobody believes me, but I'm an introvert.
- 9:55So, of course, I used to be, like, a really, really shy introvert.
- 9:59I just had discussion with someone that know me for fifteen years today, and someone else asked
- 10:05them, like, okay.
- 10:06So you guys know each other for fifteen years.
- 10:08How did you change?
- 10:09And the first thing that I I I reflected on my own journey is that, like, I've been very, very
- 10:16shy.
- 10:17So, of course, like, I always like to socialize.
- 10:19I was always a curious person.
- 10:22So, you know, whenever traveling or whenever, like, professionally or, know, just a curious
- 10:27young young group woman.
- 10:28But and and exact this is exactly what you are saying.
- 10:32We need to design spaces and communities and the ways to connect with each other for, like,
- 10:38different types of people.
- 10:40So whether you know, I think for online, it's what makes shy people more engaged because,
- 10:48like, easier to be out of, you know, like, you know, other screen.
- 10:53Nobody has to see you.
- 10:54Even talking now is not, like, my comfort zone, and I have to admit it.
- 10:59But I'm doing that because people tell me, hey.
- 11:01You've got interesting things to say.
- 11:02So it's kind of like, okay.
- 11:04If one person gonna think one thing from what I said right now and, actually, I talked a lot
- 11:10about it in in what I do that how to get out of your comfort zone even if you're an introvert
- 11:16and if you it's not, like, exactly what you do because you have a goal of your business, of
- 11:21your venture, whatever you are promoting, your your product, your service.
- 11:26People need to know about it.
- 11:28So you need to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and you need to exercise that,
- 11:33whether it's, like, do public speaking, but speaking in podcast, in, like, to reach out to
- 11:39other people on LinkedIn, whether it's to, like, go to in person events and to introduce
- 11:44yourself.
- 11:44So there are a lot of ways that you can do that and and find something that you it's easy for
- 11:50you to for example, like, if you are shy in in person meeting, just find a body or reach out
- 11:56to the organizer and tell them, hey.
- 11:58This is my business.
- 11:59This is what I'm looking for.
- 12:01Do you know someone that might be relevant for me, someone that I should connect to?
- 12:06Can you introduce me to some people?
- 12:08So yeah.
- 12:11When I remember I think the the bottom line, when I remember the end, like, okay.
- 12:16What's my goal?
- 12:17What I want to achieve?
- 12:18It helped me get out of this comfort zone and actually, you know, forget for a second about,
- 12:23you know, being an introvert.
- 12:25And even though I'm a social butterfly, social hummingbird, whatever.
- 12:29What what what's your take?
- 12:31Like, how do you do that?
- 12:32What what would you advise?
- 12:35Yeah.
- 12:36But the the advice that I have probably isn't good advice.
- 12:40I I'm more of a, cannonball into the pool and learn how to swim later and just get out there.
- 12:46But, I think that you're right.
- 12:48I I think understanding ourselves and who we are, at first and to not put necessarily labels
- 12:55onto ourselves.
- 12:56To say, well well, I'm just like that and that's and that's all.
- 13:00Well, I'm shy and I'm not going to.
- 13:02And and my wife is very introverted.
- 13:05She's not like me, but I'm always pushing her to be more proactive about, you know, speaking
- 13:11up for herself.
- 13:12And she has no problem telling me about some things, but it's like, look.
- 13:16It doesn't do you any good to tell me these things.
- 13:19You need to advocate for yourself.
- 13:21And I think that's something that you're touching on there.
- 13:23Now that doesn't necessarily mean that you need to be like Bubba and stand on the corner with
- 13:27his guitar and just sing as loud as you can wherever you go.
- 13:31And I spent most of my twenties doing that.
- 13:35And that's how I made friends, and that's how I attracted people to me.
- 13:38But it could be in a way, like you said, of at least going and talking to the organizer of an
- 13:43in person event or reaching out to someone that is the leader of an online community and
- 13:48saying, hey.
- 13:49I'm not really good at putting myself out there for everyone to do.
- 13:54I don't necessarily do well in that setting, but can you recommend, someone for me to
- 13:59connect with and and do that?
- 14:01And maybe you're just more accustomed to building a personal relationships on a more one
- 14:07to one level.
- 14:08That's fine.
- 14:08I've done most of my life on a one to many level.
- 14:11So it's but it it's not that everyone has to be exactly the same to be successful.
- 14:19Exactly.
- 14:20Exactly.
- 14:20And even the word successful for you and me is totally different.
- 14:25Right?
- 14:25We we are not defining success by the same way, by the same metric.
- 14:29We have different goal, different.
- 14:31And it remind me, by the way, one of the first time I traveled, like, far away to Australia,
- 14:36New Zealand, I met a Canadian girl that her dream was to build a farm and to own a farm.
- 14:42And in that time, I was I was twenty twenty one, 22.
- 14:46And at that time, it's kind of seemed like very weird to me and, like, why someone would build
- 14:52a farm.
- 14:52But I think, like, the more you travel, the more you meet people, you understand that, you
- 14:57know, nobody, like, have to be like the the inventor of the noble files or the CEO of,
- 15:06like, 1,000 company levels.
- 15:09And now that you can you can build an app on Lovable or Base 44, like an AI app, and you can
- 15:16be, like, a multimillionaire.
- 15:18You can invest.
- 15:19And so success is very different.
- 15:21That's the first thing that I figure out in in you know, until far.
- 15:27And, also, it can change according to, you know, your life stage.
- 15:31Maybe when you are younger, you want something something different than you want later in your
- 15:37life.
- 15:37Right?
- 15:38And the second thing that that you you were talking about that exactly, you know, when you
- 15:46put yourself out there and just being authentic and say to people, hey.
- 15:49Listen.
- 15:50You know, I I I'm not really good in that, but, hey.
- 15:53Nice to meet you.
- 15:54I'm Sufit, and I came here alone.
- 15:56Why why did you come today?
- 15:58Like, what are you looking for?
- 15:59I think when you just, like, acknowledge on the stage or in an in person meeting or, like, in a
- 16:09business meeting that, hey.
- 16:10Like, I might don't know anything or, like, I might I might shy or whatever it is that it is
- 16:20hard for you and it makes me feel, like, less comfortable and less confident, I think people
- 16:25can really relate to that.
- 16:27I think you people actually advise to test speaker to do that on the stage to be, like,
- 16:33more, like, vulnerable because then, you know, people can connect to them better.
- 16:37So I'm not saying they just lie about that, but I'm just saying that for me, once I
- 16:42acknowledge, hey.
- 16:43Look.
- 16:43I have this weird accent that I cannot get rid of.
- 16:46If you see me in person, you you could see that I'm very sure.
- 16:50So I well, I would say that if I'm I am like a short woman with a weird accent, I can, you
- 16:56know, connect with people in a really deeper level.
- 17:00So I think everybody can do that.
- 17:03And especially once I moved to a new place, I moved to Portugal three years ago.
- 17:07I didn't know anyone.
- 17:08Anyone didn't know me.
- 17:09And I I had a really extensive network of people that knew who I am, and and nobody, you
- 17:19know, knew me in a new place.
- 17:20So I think, like, if a lot of people are doing that nowadays, they invent themselves, they
- 17:25change careers, they change their business, they change locations.
- 17:29So and and they're introvert or, you know, they have, I don't know, other challenges.
- 17:36So why why not?
- 17:38Like, you.
- 17:39I mean, the listener.
- 17:41Exactly.
- 17:44Why not you?
- 17:45And you can be whoever you want to be.
- 17:47It doesn't matter what age you are and as the metrics of success, like you were saying, are
- 17:52changing.
- 17:53I think globally, they're changing from, you know, especially these last ten years from
- 17:58people just wanting more money.
- 18:00Right?
- 18:01More money, and that was it.
- 18:03And and I feel like the world as a whole is a little less geared that way and more in the,
- 18:10well, what does my lifestyle look like?
- 18:13And that doesn't mean that we all need to be beach bums, but, you know, it's not all about
- 18:18becoming millionaires and seeking out that, you know, monetary financial success.
- 18:26And I think a lot of people are finding that when you fill your soul first and and you do
- 18:32things that make you happy, that the financial success kind of follows that almost rather than
- 18:39just trying to become rich and famous.
- 18:42Exactly.
- 18:42I I I couldn't describe it better.
- 18:45And remember the story I told you about the the the girl that wanted to build a farm, and now
- 18:51I'm kind of like, yep.
- 18:53Why not?
- 18:54I mean, I would love to live in a farm in the countryside with my own community of people
- 18:59and, you know, being more international, less in the screens.
- 19:03I mean, although I'm very technology savvy, and I really like, you know, all these gadgets and
- 19:08stuff, but, you know, being more connected to earth, more like simple life, grow my own
- 19:13vegetable.
- 19:13But if you told me that, you know, twenty years ago, I was like, yeah.
- 19:17Maybe one day, but I need to do, like, that that that yeah.
- 19:21I want to be, like, ambitious, and I want so so we should we should, yeah, understand, like,
- 19:27what what our dream and what we want to do and how we do that.
- 19:30And I think for me, it always was about connecting people because, like, eventually,
- 19:36you know, the it's it's so amazing, like, what we can do together and how we can impact each
- 19:43other.
- 19:43Right?
- 19:44So and I I found, like, what's you know, how I can live my passion at the same time, earn
- 19:54money out of that because, obviously, you know, we need to live.
- 19:58I I super agree that money is the for me, personally, that money is not the first thing
- 20:04that I'm looking for, but, I mean, we cannot we can forget that we we all need that.
- 20:10Right?
- 20:10And it's okay to talk about money, by the way.
- 20:13I think, you know, in the past and especially for women, I don't know, like, how it's free
- 20:17for men.
- 20:17But as a woman, I know that especially for women, so we it's never worth, a conversation.
- 20:23So that's why, like, I I work a lot of women and mentoring of, like, being, you know, being
- 20:32able to take that entrepreneurial side or, like, get advanced or talk about money, talk
- 20:38about salary.
- 20:39I mean, depends what the conversation about, but, I mean, get more confident in that.
- 20:44Yeah.
- 20:45But that's a very side note.
- 20:49Well, I I would love for you to talk a little bit more of how Connector as a platform and how
- 20:55your company really operates and how people can get involved with that?
- 21:02That's a great question.
- 21:03Thank you.
- 21:03So what I'm doing, I have mainly, three pillars.
- 21:07So one, helping businesses and companies, up to build the community.
- 21:13So, like, from it can be from the very you know, from scratch.
- 21:17You have just, you know, the vision of having the community.
- 21:22So we work together of, like, understanding the vision, the value proposition, who's gonna be
- 21:27the members, and, like, build all the step.
- 21:29Like, I have a framework that I've been working on for years about how to build, like, the
- 21:36community to launch it and to run it.
- 21:38So that's one thing.
- 21:39Or if you have a community and it's kind of, like, struggling, so we can build together to
- 21:44build this meaningful connection, depends what's your goal.
- 21:48And, usually, I work with, communities of practice, which is, you know, people like us,
- 21:55professionals, or entrepreneurs, or founders, or in the same profession.
- 22:03For example, designers or doctors or product managers or engineers.
- 22:08Kind of depends, but the essence of community is the same.
- 22:11And then since I'm in the community business for, like, a long time, I also train the
- 22:15community leader, the people that are supposed to do this stuff.
- 22:19So, like, from again, from, everything they need to know from communication to running
- 22:25events to engagement and, to running the good platform to build the, community plan, content
- 22:33strategy, and everything.
- 22:35And, also, I designed community programs and leadership training.
- 22:39So and and that's how I got also into entrepreneurship and community because I
- 22:45believe that community leaders, like, are kind of, like, entrepreneurs.
- 22:50And as a person myself, you know, running running a business by myself and working with
- 22:57startup founders and with leaders, so I'm I'm helping early stage entrepreneurs as well.
- 23:04So, yeah, if any of the listener is struggling about community or want to learn more, I
- 23:11actually write a lot about in LinkedIn about that.
- 23:14I have my own blog.
- 23:16My website has resources.
- 23:17So and if there is no resource that you can find there, feel free to reach out, and I can
- 23:23direct you to the right person.
- 23:26I have a lot of colleague that published too.
- 23:29This is this is community.
- 23:30You see?
- 23:30This is collaboration.
- 23:32For me, it's always like, hey.
- 23:33If I can help you, I will redirect you to the person who will because I believe that's that's
- 23:38business nowadays.
- 23:39Okay?
- 23:40Yeah.
- 23:40The last thing that I wanna do is to be able, like, I mean, I want to be able, but the last
- 23:47the I'm always saying to, for example, to a lot of businesses and start up that come to me.
- 23:52Sometime, I tell them, wow.
- 23:53Community is not the right strategy.
- 23:55You should go with the this marketing direction because it might work for you better.
- 23:59So something to know about me is that I never tried, you know, to jump out and, like, if if
- 24:05something doesn't mess, so or if something, like, doesn't it's not the way that I think, I
- 24:12will always say, okay.
- 24:14I think you should try another, another way.
- 24:18So, yeah, that that's in essence.
- 24:20Yeah.
- 24:21Well, I think
- 24:21In a very long essence.
- 24:23Yeah.
- 24:23Well, it's a lot to kind of encompass.
- 24:26You're doing a lot of things, but I I think the business strategy of always being someone who's
- 24:31helping others is a great strategy.
- 24:34Because although, they may not work with you in that moment or the match may not be right then,
- 24:40you never know.
- 24:41Our lives are long and businesses change time.
- 24:45So it's always good to, I think, build bridges instead of burning them down.
- 24:50And and you are that in every way, a bridge builder.
- 24:55Absolutely.
- 24:56Absolutely.
- 24:57And I think, you know, we always say in the community industry, collaborate like, community
- 25:03offer, like, competition.
- 25:06And and that's exactly what community is about.
- 25:10And that's exactly, I think, we see more people joining communities instead of, like, the old
- 25:17business and, like, the old networking of, like, just showing calls and, you know, get
- 25:23more deeper, like, invest in time with each other more.
- 25:28Even if it's just, like, half an hour just like you and I did before this, you know, this
- 25:33podcast recording.
- 25:34And because now, like, I know so many things that you do, and I can always, like, come back.
- 25:40Hey.
- 25:40Reach out to Boba.
- 25:42He's doing one, two, three, four.
- 25:43Right?
- 25:44I mean, it can be related to your music, and it can be related to, you know, to the podcast and
- 25:49the platform that you're building.
- 25:50So I think people are looking more and more for that.
- 25:54It we are kind of, like, so overwhelmed with content with, you know, AI information and
- 26:02everything.
- 26:03And, eventually, you know, if we are building, like, for ourselves, you know, these
- 26:07communities and for our businesses, of course.
- 26:10So it's and and and we need to work on that properly, but if we do that.
- 26:15So it it's we we help each other.
- 26:19And yeah.
- 26:20I mean, again, I'm of course, I'm an advocate.
- 26:24I'm not objective, but it works.
- 26:28Indeed.
- 26:29It does.
- 26:30And it was community that brought us together.
- 26:32So so it's hard to look at and and and it's okay to be a part of many communities, and it's
- 26:37okay to, you know, to dip in and to dip out sometimes.
- 26:43Sometimes you you fall into a community and and it's great early on, but then it doesn't serve
- 26:49you.
- 26:49And it's okay to, you don't have to burn the bridge on the way out, but it's okay to leave
- 26:53that and to go somewhere where you're more needed or or that you feel more supported.
- 26:59And that's fine too.
- 27:00And I think that's what's beautiful about what you've built with your company at Connector and
- 27:06just who you are as a person.
- 27:07And I I'm so blessed to have you as a friend, to have you out there, speaking well of me to
- 27:13your friends and colleagues, and I appreciate that so much.
- 27:17And you really embody what I see as the future of business and just the online world that we
- 27:24live in.
- 27:25And the world is becoming so much smaller than that.
- 27:29You know?
- 27:29Even ten years ago, the technology, while available, wasn't good enough for us to have
- 27:34this conversation and to be able to record it and to put it out there onto the airwaves, for
- 27:39time immemorial now.
- 27:41Right?
- 27:41It'll be out there forever or until the whole grid goes down, which, I hope is a long time in
- 27:47the future.
- 27:48I'm not ready to just step onto the farm quite yet, Zufin.
- 27:52Amen to that.
- 27:53Yeah.
- 27:54Yeah.
- 27:54Again, everyone needs to find what works for them.
- 27:57And, yeah, and that's why, like, I encourage the those who listen for listen to us to to
- 28:03think about, like, what we just said.
- 28:05Like, what is a community that you find valuable and you can step in and you can
- 28:10contribute your own knowledge and your own skills without, like, expecting to get back.
- 28:18But, you know, really invest, like, one month, two months, and then see, like, what's going
- 28:23on.
- 28:24And I'm pretty sure your listener will will find out, really great surprises.
- 28:30And, again, if it's not working, so as you said, go somewhere else.
- 28:34That's fine.
- 28:36Well, fantastic.
- 28:37I I'm so blessed that we got to spend a little bit more time today.
- 28:40I was so excited when I saw your name on my calendar today and a chance to catch up with my
- 28:46friend.
- 28:47And I'm so so grateful for you and everything that you're doing.
- 28:52One more time, just kinda tell everyone where they can find you and connect with you, and,
- 28:57I'll let you get out of here.
- 28:59Okay.
- 29:00Thank you so much for the conversations.
- 29:02It's always a pleasure.
- 29:04I hope it's just, like, one out of many.
- 29:07And, yeah, I I just see, like, the, find out more online at connectstudent.co.
- 29:12And, also, you can find me on LinkedIn.
- 29:14Just write LinkedIn and my name, to fit a link.
- 29:18And, feel free to reach out with any questions and or any insight you have about community.
- 29:24I always like when people challenging my opinion, my perspective.
- 29:29I'd love to do that.
- 29:30So thank you again.
- 29:31Bye bye.
- 29:32It was great.
- 29:34It was fantastic.
- 29:35So, Zufit, thank you so much for spending some time with me, and thank you for being part of
- 29:40the scene.
- 29:41Thank you.
