I Was Diagnosed With ADHD In My 50's - Nigel Sutton
When you think of an ADHD diagnosis, one tends to think of a child in primary or maybe high school. Nigel Sutton is a New Zealander ADHD coach. He was diagnosed as such in his 50's, something that is becoming more common. As it turns out, being diagnose later in life hits a bit different. Nigel talks about the grief for what may have been, the validation and living your life backwards as you place the ADHD puzzle piece into your life as you look back at past moments.
