- 0:09Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm leaving.
- 0:15Audio shared by Testecleese: Who are fake news?
- 0:17Audio shared by Testecleese: I am not suicidal!
- 0:21Audio shared by Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly. I can circle back, I'll circle back with you.
- 0:26Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:29Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:30Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:32Audio shared by Testecleese: Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to episode 320 of the Jeffrey and Brian Show. I am Jeffrey.
- 0:39Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:40Testecleese: Oh, just you guys, drinking some beer, talking about what's going on.
- 0:42Audio shared by Testecleese: We got Guapa with us, the handsome one.
- 0:47El Guapo: That's right.
- 0:48Testecleese: Gonna give us the, perspective of the illegal immigrants here as we discuss the weekly news cycle.
- 0:56El Guapo: If it disappears because the ice was here.
- 0:59Testecleese: Exactly. We might have to stop calling you Token.
- 1:02El Guapo: Token.
- 1:06Testecleese: Yeah, I was afraid we were gonna start calling Claire Token there for a while.
- 1:12Testecleese: well, this week, Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth turned 20 years old.
- 1:19Brian McFadden: Yeah, it dated well.
- 1:20El Guapo: Yeah, the oceans have not risen to the point to drown everyone.
- 1:25Testecleese: And, there are more polar bears on the planet now than ever in history recorded.
- 1:30El Guapo: They're happy to hang, just disappear.
- 1:32Brian McFadden: And he's still doing… he's… no, he's not disappeared, he's… he's still doing speeches and stuff, making tons of money off that stupid movie.
- 1:40El Guapo: I guess.
- 1:41Testecleese: what AOC said, several years ago, AOC said the world was gonna end in so many years, and that's supposed to be in, like, 3 years, right?
- 1:49Brian McFadden: Well, Ted Zantza said it was gonna end, too, so…
- 1:52Testecleese: Who?
- 1:53Brian McFadden: Ted Danson from Cheers!
- 1:55Testecleese: Ted… Ted Dancing, okay, okay.
- 2:00Testecleese: I like Ted Danson's work, I do.
- 2:04El Guapo: Yeah. I'm making a point not to check out most of these guys' politics, because these rich assholes have no idea what it's like, you know what I mean?
- 2:11El Guapo: They need to be more like Tom Cruise. Nobody knows his policy, you know? But he makes good movies, you know?
- 2:18Testecleese: Yeah, he doesn't alienate half the population by saying, don't bother coming to my concert if you voted for that person, you know?
- 2:25El Guapo: Yeah.
- 2:27El Guapo: Like, I think he kind of found that out when he jumped on an Oprah Winfrey show, so, like, oh, better back up, not talk about myself no more, so he just keeps to himself and just this movie.
- 2:39Testecleese: Was that when he went nuts for… about Katie Holmes, and he was, like, down.
- 2:43El Guapo: About, Scientologists, religion, stuff like that.
- 2:47Testecleese: Hell, yeah…
- 2:48El Guapo: And after that, I think he realized, you know what, better meet my… better keep my life private and, open to it. And the only time he comes or something is to thank you for coming to watch this movie.
- 2:59El Guapo: And that was amazing, though, when everybody, when everybody went to see Top Gun, the beginning of the show, it's actually telling to the audience, thank you for coming to watch my movie.
- 3:11Testecleese: I enjoyed that… that second top one. They make it a third, you know.
- 3:15El Guapo: Yeah, hopefully you come up with it. You know, it's funny because the second Top Gun is actually Star Wars.
- 3:22Testecleese: Kinda, yeah.
- 3:24El Guapo: Mission.
- 3:24Testecleese: They were a hole the size of a womp rat with an impossible access.
- 3:28El Guapo: And it turned out to be a real life when the… we shut down Iranian shit.
- 3:34Testecleese: Yeah.
- 3:35Testecleese: Right in, get out, they didn't even see it.
- 3:37El Guapo: Yeah.
- 3:39Testecleese: Here we go.
- 3:42Testecleese: We've been talking, following this case, the, the shooting at the Newport News School, where the teacher got shot through the hand.
- 3:48Brian McFadden: Yo.
- 3:48El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 3:49Testecleese: There's news, concerning what they tried to overturn the settlement or something?
- 3:55Brian McFadden: Yeah, they… the defense attorneys tried to put in a motion to dismiss the $10 million verdict.
- 4:03Brian McFadden: And the judge laughed him out of the courtroom.
- 4:06El Guapo: Nice.
- 4:08Brian McFadden: And closed the… and took the case off the docket, so there's no more appeals.
- 4:13Testecleese: Oh, so that's it, this is done and done.
- 4:16El Guapo: Yeah.
- 4:17Testecleese: Alright.
- 4:18Testecleese: Well, that's one thing to bet, at least.
- 4:21Testecleese: Let's see if this person, disappears with her $10 million, or goes out and tries to run some kind of, anti-gun campaign.
- 4:31El Guapo: This person?
- 4:32El Guapo: She better leave Virginia, because they would tax the hell out of that.
- 4:37Testecleese: Yo.
- 4:39Testecleese: We'll definitely get into the, the new stuff going on in Virginia soon enough.
- 4:45El Guapo: So bad.
- 4:46Testecleese: And here's another one we have that we talked about a while ago, the prison guard, the lady guard.
- 4:51Testecleese: That was caught on camera banging one of the inmates.
- 4:54El Guapo: This is another one, dude.
- 4:56Testecleese: Oh, this is a different one? Because this one…
- 4:58Testecleese: this one here just got sentenced for 3 years, so I assumed it was the same one that was…
- 5:04El Guapo: No, there's so many of them going on, dude.
- 5:09Testecleese: Well, I mean…
- 5:11El Guapo: It's kind of hard to keep track of those girls, how to check for the person and students…
- 5:18Testecleese: old prisoners, man. I mean, look at what all these women have done for Luigi Mangione, right?
- 5:23El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 5:24Testecleese: And… Well, they just took the death penalty off the table, right? Which I don't understand how.
- 5:30El Guapo: New York, dude. New York.
- 5:34Testecleese: But yeah, they said that, what, stalking and attacking someone with a weapon and murder are dialogue… are legally opposed. You can't stalk someone and kill them. And I was like.
- 5:44El Guapo: meditate it.
- 5:46Testecleese: Yeah, it's like, this shows that he planned this out in advance.
- 5:49El Guapo: Yeah.
- 5:50Testecleese: And if New York doesn't have a capital penalty, I could accept that, but if you do, they find an excuse not to execute this guy.
- 5:57El Guapo: Yeah, probably a lot of… a lot of liberals, if I have fascinated, so probably…
- 6:04Testecleese: Oh shit, you see some jackass tried to break him out of jail?
- 6:08El Guapo: Yeah, I heard about that shit. He showed up.
- 6:12Testecleese: Yeah, he showed up in a suit and said he was FBI, he's like, oh, he's been released.
- 6:15El Guapo: Yeah, first of all, FBI never go by themselves, they go and, like, you know, and bring… they'll let you know ahead of time, like, hey…
- 6:21Testecleese: You might have been able to pull off, like, oh, we're transferring them to a more secure facility.
- 6:27El Guapo: Yeah.
- 6:28Testecleese: You might have been able to pull that off, but, like, you were just turning…
- 6:31El Guapo: But you cannot do it by yourself.
- 6:32Testecleese: No one else heard about this.
- 6:34El Guapo: You need more people than just one dummy.
- 6:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:40El Guapo: Plus, it should be, like, it should be executed orders, like, hey, we're gonna do this, you know, like, chain of command be talking, and they send a message to the lower guys, like, hey, expect this guy to be moved, you know?
- 6:52El Guapo: Especially a high-profile case.
- 6:54Testecleese: Did you see the contents of this dude's pockets when he was picked up?
- 6:57El Guapo: No, what happened? What was it?
- 6:59Testecleese: He had a pizza wheel and a fork in his pocket.
- 7:02El Guapo: Oh, they're gonna have, what, pizza or something?
- 7:05Testecleese: That's what I thought, and I was like…
- 7:06El Guapo: Probably a dipped dish, because you need a fork for that.
- 7:10Testecleese: Oh, my God.
- 7:12El Guapo: Oh, oh, he was given that choice, you want pizza or spaghetti? What do you want?
- 7:16Testecleese: Yeah, right, you're Italian, you must want pizza or spaghetti, right?
- 7:19El Guapo: Hungry, pizza, spaghetti, what do you want?
- 7:21Testecleese: Alright, Luigi, let's go, let's go fix those pipes.
- 7:26Testecleese: Hey, you dirty Italian plumber!
- 7:28El Guapo: Man, look, I wanted to dress up like Mario and Luigi with me and my boy, but I can't do it right now.
- 7:35Testecleese: They're making a new movie!
- 7:36El Guapo: Are they?
- 7:37Testecleese: I thought, yeah.
- 7:38El Guapo: I hope this is actually good. This is good, this is the first one. You know what I saw the other day? It was actually, it was funny as hell.
- 7:45El Guapo: Batman Lego.
- 7:48Testecleese: The Lego movies are actually pretty funny, yeah.
- 7:50El Guapo: Yeah, it was so… so hilarious, I was laughing.
- 7:57El Guapo: Anyways…
- 8:03Testecleese: Couldn't figure out which way my headphones were muted and which way they weren't.
- 8:08Testecleese: Catherine O'Hara died.
- 8:11El Guapo: Yeah. It's a shame.
- 8:12Testecleese: Yeah, and it's… the crazy thing is, the headline that I found said that, you know, oh, from Schitt's Creek.
- 8:19Testecleese: And I mentioned that to the wife, she was like, they went to Schitt's Creek, and she… and she yells, like.
- 8:25Testecleese: I was like, it's funny, yeah, you went home alone, I immediately thought Beetlejuice.
- 8:29El Guapo: Home Alone and a bit of juice yet.
- 8:32Testecleese: Yeah.
- 8:34Testecleese: But yeah, she was in her 70s, I believe.
- 8:39Testecleese: Yeah, 71.
- 8:42Testecleese: Oh, there you go, it says Schitt's Creek, comma, Home Alone Star. My mistake.
- 8:46El Guapo: No.
- 8:48Testecleese: that storm that came through, Yeah. How'd you guys fare?
- 8:55Brian McFadden: We had slush the next morning.
- 9:00Testecleese: we snowed right away. It was, like, zero degrees for a couple days, then it snowed for a day, and then it was still below freezing, but it was raining, so I got a…
- 9:09Testecleese: Sheet of, like, the vehicles were completely encased in a half inch of ice.
- 9:14Testecleese: And no.
- 9:14Brian McFadden: I guess the real question is, how did the mother-in-law fare in the storm?
- 9:21Testecleese: Power went out.
- 9:24Testecleese: And I've been explaining to her all the things that, you know, are necessary, right?
- 9:29Brian McFadden: Huh.
- 9:30Testecleese: Like, I mentioned to you, like, oh, if Powell goes out, like.
- 9:34Testecleese: Do you have food ready? She's like, well, I got two turkeys downstairs. I'm like, yes, that takes a week to thaw.
- 9:40Testecleese: He goes, I can fill the bathtub up. I was like, no, you can't.
- 9:43Testecleese: It's like, yeah, when power goes out, the waterworks, like, when you're on city water, you have a pump, you have an electric pump that pulls that water out of the ground, and no.
- 9:49Brian McFadden: Right.
- 9:50Testecleese: And it just didn't… it didn't click in her head until power went out for, like, 6 days.
- 9:54Brian McFadden: Oh, she came to live with you again?
- 9:57Testecleese: I made sure that didn't happen, because she couldn't get her house over 50 degrees with a fucking giant…
- 10:04Testecleese: wood-burning stove fireplace. So I had to go over there a couple times to actually get… then all of a sudden, the house was 80. He's like, how'd you do that? And I was like, I put wood in the fire!
- 10:12Brian McFadden: Yeah! It's amazing how that works.
- 10:16Testecleese: Well, she would actually go, I can only get it to run for, like, an hour, and I was like, I don't understand. I was like, once you get it running, load that fucker up.
- 10:22Brian McFadden: No?
- 10:23Testecleese: Like, it should blast, like, 12 hours.
- 10:27Brian McFadden: So your Generac worked just fine, huh?
- 10:29Testecleese: Yeah, unfortunately, I need to do a repair to, I don't… not sure what you call it in generator terms, but in automotive, you'd call it a kick-down switch.
- 10:38Testecleese: Oh, okay.
- 10:39Testecleese: increased load, it downshifts for higher RPM, so it can handle the increased load before it shifts back up.
- 10:46Testecleese: So every time the central air, the heating unit in the house kicked on.
- 10:50Brian McFadden: Huh.
- 10:50Testecleese: The generator would shut down.
- 10:52Brian McFadden: Ugh.
- 10:53Testecleese: Yeah.
- 10:54Brian McFadden: That doesn't work.
- 10:56Testecleese: No, it sucked a lot, actually.
- 10:58El Guapo: Did have the gas guys come out, because we use about 20% of our gas over, like, 5 days.
- 11:05Testecleese: They filled that back up, and then we're gonna have a generator guy coming out on the 2nd.
- 11:11Testecleese: I know my way around an engine and generators, but…
- 11:13El Guapo: Right.
- 11:14Testecleese: I'm not fucking with the engine that's gonna decide whether or not
- 11:17Testecleese: my kids freeze to death, you know what I mean? I'm gonna let a guy with insurance and licenses handle that.
- 11:23Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 11:24Testecleese: This guy's done this exact repair before, you know.
- 11:27Brian McFadden: loved it.
- 11:30Testecleese: But anyway, where I was going with that was,
- 11:32Testecleese: A freaking private jet took off from… or tried to take off in Maine as the storm came through.
- 11:39Testecleese: It wrecked, and it killed all six on board, or at least they were presumed dead at the time of the article.
- 11:46Testecleese: Did you see who these people were on this plane?
- 11:49El Guapo: No.
- 11:51Testecleese: They were all lawyers that worked for the Democrat Party about getting illegal migrants out of detention.
- 11:58Brian McFadden: Huh.
- 11:59El Guapo: Damn.
- 12:00Testecleese: So, I'm not pointing the finger, I'm not accusing, was this sabotage, or was this just…
- 12:06Testecleese: Stupid decision-making trying to take off, because they… they crashed on takeoff.
- 12:11El Guapo: probably prior to took out, because,
- 12:13Brian McFadden: I'm just saying stupid decisions.
- 12:15El Guapo: Yeah, they had the eyes.
- 12:18Testecleese: So this… these violent right-wing guys aren't actually gonna go sabotage planes and kill people?
- 12:23Brian McFadden: No.
- 12:25El Guapo: We're too busy working.
- 12:28Testecleese: Check this out, another plane, private plane with 15 people on it in Columbia wrecked this week as well.
- 12:35Testecleese: Killed all 15 on board, and one of them was a congressional representative in Columbia.
- 12:41El Guapo: That's when I was reading the article, is it Colombia represented, or United States…
- 12:46Testecleese: It's a Colombian representative. I made sure, I triple-checked that, because I was like, I didn't know they had Congress.
- 12:52Testecleese: In Colombia, you know? I thought it would at least have a Spanish word.
- 12:57El Guapo: This is the same thing, Congressman, Congress.
- 13:00Testecleese: Yeah, but I mean, parliamentarians…
- 13:03Testecleese: You know what I.
- 13:04El Guapo: British.
- 13:04Testecleese: Yeah, I'm just…
- 13:05El Guapo: as many people.
- 13:06Testecleese: of government that had similar positions.
- 13:08El Guapo: Yeah, I think, I mean, even some of the senators and, gov… and congressmen.
- 13:14Testecleese: Not… not this Sunday, but… oh, go ahead, sorry.
- 13:18Testecleese: Not this Sunday, but next Sunday's the big game, right?
- 13:21Brian McFadden: Yep, Super Bowl Sunday.
- 13:22Testecleese: Patriots, Seahawks, right?
- 13:25Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 13:26El Guapo: Hmm.
- 13:27Testecleese: Either of you guys planning on throwing a huge party?
- 13:29Brian McFadden: I'm going to the VFW, we'd throw the party there now.
- 13:33El Guapo: kids.
- 13:33Testecleese: Do you need a keg of ketchup for your Super Bowl?
- 13:37Brian McFadden: I don't think so, I put that in there because I thought that'd be a good comment.
- 13:43El Guapo: Wow.
- 13:44Brian McFadden: Mine's just trying to make their money, man! A keg of ketchup!
- 13:48El Guapo: I mean, how's it gonna lie? I mean, Hey, I was…
- 13:52Testecleese: I was picturing a keg, yeah, like a beer keg.
- 13:54Brian McFadden: Right.
- 13:55Testecleese: This is, like, one of them little…
- 13:57Testecleese: the little mini kegs you used to get at, like, Heineken or whatever.
- 14:01Brian McFadden: It's still a keg of ketchup, I'm like, that's still a shit ton of ketchup.
- 14:06Testecleese: Even a giant Super Bowl party, that's too much ketchup. Like, one bottle of ketchup is enough for a Super Bowl party, right?
- 14:13Brian McFadden: Exactly, yeah.
- 14:14El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 14:15Testecleese: I actually started buying the store brand ketchup, because I was like, I'm gonna try it, because it's, like, $1.50 cheaper. I was like, shit, tastes exactly the same.
- 14:23El Guapo: Mmm.
- 14:26Testecleese: But yeah, Heinz has this ketchup keg, and it looked like fun, but I got a feeling that would just get gross.
- 14:32El Guapo: It would lose its novelty, and it would still be gross.
- 14:36El Guapo: Yeah.
- 14:39Testecleese: Huh.
- 14:40Testecleese: Morrissey is looking to cut 10% off, income taxes here in West Virginia.
- 14:45Brian McFadden: Nice. That's not happening in Virginia.
- 14:47El Guapo: No, it's the opposite, the one I thought… yeah, go ahead. Yeah.
- 14:50Testecleese: Well, the issue is that a study that just finished
- 14:55Testecleese: West Virginia is the only state out of the 50 states that is worse off than it was, 50 years ago, in 1976, in terms of, income versus…
- 15:06Testecleese: Inflation raises, rises and such.
- 15:09Testecleese: And it says, even a tax cut's not gonna make up for this.
- 15:12Testecleese: And I think a lot of that has to do with it
- 15:15Testecleese: We're using these natural resources less and less.
- 15:20Testecleese: And…
- 15:21Testecleese: we're not building data centers in the mountains, we were pulling coal out of them, you know what I mean?
- 15:27Brian McFadden: Well, there's your problem, build some data centers.
- 15:29Testecleese: Yeah, but then you gotta tear down the forest on the mountainside, you know what I mean? It's like…
- 15:35Testecleese: Do you have any idea how much of this state is, national forest?
- 15:39Brian McFadden: Yes, I've driven through it.
- 15:40Testecleese: You drew through a part of it.
- 15:43Testecleese: I'm sure you noticed that on your way in and on your way out, you went through the same national forest.
- 15:48Brian McFadden: Yeah, one was West Virginia, one's Virginia.
- 15:51Testecleese: Oh, no, I'm saying, either side of my house, a couple, like, 20 miles away in either direction, is the same national force, and it's the same one that goes into Virginia, yeah, the Mongola, Elia, whatever.
- 16:00Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 16:02Testecleese: It's huge.
- 16:04Testecleese: You can hunt out there, but it's… Weird rules.
- 16:08Testecleese: Which he thought… you'd think there'd be less rules hunting on federal land than… No. State.
- 16:14Brian McFadden: No.
- 16:15Testecleese: because typically you have to follow federal rules, too, but it's like, no, this is the same thing as, like, DC, our military base. We can set our own rules for here. It's like, oh, okay.
- 16:28Testecleese: Here we go. The Virginia Democrats.
- 16:31Testecleese: As I mentioned before, last week, in, what, 6… 4 hours?
- 16:36Testecleese: Spanberger undid 4 years of Youngkin.
- 16:40El Guapo: Yeah.
- 16:43Testecleese: They're talking about, an assault weapons ban, but this ban includes…
- 16:50Testecleese: Handguns. Almost every handgun you can buy in the store.
- 16:55Testecleese: Is there anything more than 10 rounds in the magazine?
- 17:00El Guapo: No.
- 17:01Testecleese: I don't know how much you guys have handled firearms lately.
- 17:04Testecleese: But I'm sure you remember your training. The one you carried at work had more than 10 rounds in it, didn't it?
- 17:10Brian McFadden: I was, like, 15.
- 17:15Testecleese: They're trying to basically outlaw any kind of… gun in Virginia, which…
- 17:20Testecleese: the way the Supreme Court has been ruling on this lately, the last several years.
- 17:24Brian McFadden: It's a waste of time and effort, yeah.
- 17:27Testecleese: Yup, it's just gonna cost the taxpayers money as they send someone up to the Supreme Court to argue this case.
- 17:38Testecleese: Alright, a judge, a federal judge, I'm assuming.
- 17:42Brian McFadden: No, stay tuned.
- 17:43Testecleese: It must have been a state judge, right?
- 17:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 17:46Testecleese: Because this is a state you want to… Virginia wants…
- 17:50Brian McFadden: Well, Virginia has this, committee that, draws the, the districts now.
- 17:56Brian McFadden: And the Democrats, because Trump had all the Republican states go in and redistrict, so they're trying to push through a amendment to our Constitution
- 18:07Brian McFadden: to allow the Democrats, that are now in control of everything in the Virginia, to redraw the districts one time.
- 18:15Brian McFadden: And one of the things you have to do is, it has to be approved by two different legislatures before it can be brought up to a vote to the people.
- 18:23Brian McFadden: And they went in a special session to say that they've done it twice, and the judge is saying, no, you didn't follow all the rules, you know, it's not happening. So, we'll see. They've already appealed, so we'll see what happens up their chain.
- 18:40Testecleese: One thing I have seen, as far as states violating their own laws and their own constitutions, the federal government tends to not get involved.
- 18:48Brian McFadden: No.
- 18:49Testecleese: And my… my biggest point I'm gonna point at is going to be,
- 18:53Testecleese: was it a 2016 or 2020 elections in Pennsylvania?
- 18:58Testecleese: It must have been 2020, when they allowed everyone to mail in their ballot, and that was specifically against the Constitution.
- 19:04Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 19:04Testecleese: And, the Supreme Court refused to hear the case when Texas brought it up.
- 19:09Testecleese: Before the fact, before the election, they said.
- 19:12Testecleese: nothing has been done wrong yet, there's nothing we can do. And then after the election, I said, well, it's already been done, there's nothing we can do. And it's like, what the fuck are you here for, then?
- 19:23Testecleese: But they have been picking up 2A issues, so we'll… we'll see. We… I'm sure we will be following the actions of Virginia very closely, not just because of the local segment, but because…
- 19:35Brian McFadden: Virginia.
- 19:36Testecleese: Virginia's fucked.
- 19:39Testecleese: I mean, did you see some of these new taxes and stuff they want to do?
- 19:43Brian McFadden: Oh, the… they ran on being more affordable.
- 19:48Testecleese: Yeah, dog walking and grooming tax, gun and ammunition tax, new income tax brackets, storage facility tax. Yeah, they already doubled the cost of my storage facility in Virginia. If they're gonna add another tax on that, I'm definitely gonna get there as soon as I can.
- 20:03Testecleese: Dry cleaning techs, home repair techs!
- 20:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, they want to get the contractors more… tax the contractors more.
- 20:13Brian McFadden: Because they feel like it's a… it's an untapped.
- 20:15Testecleese: I don't want a contractor for a home repair, though.
- 20:18Brian McFadden: A lot of people.
- 20:19Testecleese: You call a contractor to, like, build a house, you call the plumber to repair the plumbing, you call an electrician.
- 20:25Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 20:26Brian McFadden: But all those things are gonna be covered under home repair now, so…
- 20:30Testecleese: Here's the question, what about if I do a repair myself at home? Do I have to go and pay the Commonwealth of Virginia a tax because I worked on my own home?
- 20:38Brian McFadden: No.
- 20:41Testecleese: Are you sure? Because if you sell something to someone on the street, you're supposed to pay a tax.
- 20:45Brian McFadden: I do.
- 20:46Testecleese: I know that's what you do for work, I know that.
- 20:49Brian McFadden: I reported on my taxes all the time.
- 20:52Testecleese: Yeah, well, yeah, yes. Especially when you sell those ounces of silver, right, Brian? Which, by the way, it's like 115 bucks now?
- 20:59Brian McFadden: Alright, don't you hate selling all your silver now? It keeps going up, up, up, and up. And I heard, I heard on a podcast today why silver is going up. It was on the no agenda show, I'll give him credit.
- 21:10Testecleese: theories.
- 21:11Brian McFadden: Well, one thing.
- 21:12Testecleese: The wall is collapsing.
- 21:13Brian McFadden: No, that's not one of the theories. Samsung has a patent in place that they're making something, a chip, out of, silver now.
- 21:26Testecleese: Well, that was something…
- 21:26Brian McFadden: and I brought up was electronics and semiconductors. Yeah, but now Samsung's actually got something they're gonna be using all the silver for, and so, you know, they need… that's why the demand of silver has gone up so much recently.
- 21:40Testecleese: Well, if that's the case, then I…
- 21:42Testecleese: Maybe I do wish I had held off a little while. If the dollar was collapsing, getting it out before it was gone, and using it before the dollar was worthless was a good move.
- 21:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 21:52Testecleese: Because as much as you can say, oh, silver is the money when the world ends, no, it's not. I don't give a fuck about your silver if I can't feed my family. You know, like, I'll trade you this chicken
- 22:03Testecleese: For, you know, that, venison.
- 22:06Testecleese: What am I gonna do with your silver? In a true survival situation where currency doesn't work.
- 22:13Brian McFadden: Right.
- 22:14Testecleese: Now, once things get set up and start to even out, and the people that are gonna kill each other do, then you can start trading with silver, which would be great to have at that point.
- 22:24Testecleese: But I got a feeling, should it hit the fan?
- 22:27Testecleese: we're not gonna see people just picking up and carrying on their lives. We're gonna… especially the city. They're going to pillage and steal everything.
- 22:36Brian McFadden: Yeah. Like, where's… where's New York City?
- 22:38Testecleese: Gonna get their food from.
- 22:42Testecleese: Look, here's a question, how many people know where their water comes from?
- 22:47El Guapo: The faucet!
- 22:50Testecleese: Where's your water come from, Guablo?
- 22:53Brian McFadden: Levar?
- 22:54El Guapo: The water tank. Those tank…
- 22:59Testecleese: Yeah, see, you have no idea what the water supply is it comes from, do you?
- 23:02El Guapo: No, what do you mean, like, like those big tanks?
- 23:06Testecleese: Yeah, but that… yeah, and then how do they fill that?
- 23:09El Guapo: Shoot, I don't know where they get their water from. Probably a river, a reservoir.
- 23:14Testecleese: I'm guessing probably the Chesapeake Watershed?
- 23:17El Guapo: Probably do.
- 23:18Testecleese: But I don't know.
- 23:20Testecleese: I mean, I know where my water comes from.
- 23:22El Guapo: Down on your feet.
- 23:24Testecleese: From under the ground underneath my house, yeah.
- 23:28Testecleese: Oh my god, my… Water never froze, thank God, but my hot water did.
- 23:34Testecleese: So, oh, man. I had to work and work and work to get that sucker to work right, and put out hot water and not bust my pipe.
- 23:45Testecleese: Oh, check this out, they want to put a personal property tax on electric leaf blowers and electric landscaping gear. Didn't they just pass a law saying you can't have gas-powered ones?
- 23:54Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 23:54Testecleese: And now they're gonna go and slap a tax on them, making you buy.
- 23:58Brian McFadden: Yuck.
- 24:01Testecleese: My god, dude.
- 24:02Brian McFadden: over the name of Taxachusetts.
- 24:06Testecleese: Yeah.
- 24:07Testecleese: And the funny thing is, they're only appealing to the people that live up
- 24:12Testecleese: Richmond and north of it, that work in DC. You know, the wealthy lawyers and the…
- 24:18Testecleese: Excuse me. People working for congressmen and such.
- 24:22Brian McFadden: That's just a small portion of the state.
- 24:26Testecleese: Yeah, you're right. That's where… how much of the money comes in from.
- 24:31Brian McFadden: Too much of the money.
- 24:32Testecleese: Exactly.
- 24:35Testecleese: Yeah, gun and ammunition tax.
- 24:37Testecleese: Do you know how much state tax I pay on a fire… how much tax I pay on a firearm in West Virginia?
- 24:43Brian McFadden: Regular sales tax.
- 24:45Testecleese: No.
- 24:46Testecleese: None.
- 24:47Testecleese: No tags at all.
- 24:51Testecleese: Like, they advertise that sucker, $499.99, it is $499.99.
- 24:57Testecleese: Like, groceries in Massachusetts, that wasn't even sales tax.
- 25:01El Guapo: Oh, nice.
- 25:03Testecleese: I got a good laugh out of this. Gavin Newsom came up with some graffiti-proof idea.
- 25:12Testecleese: that… I want to say over a billion dollars, but I'm not sure. Let me quickly look this up.
- 25:18Testecleese: Yeah, billion dollar beautification push.
- 25:22Testecleese: They basically covered the big, giant stone walls next to the freeways with ivy.
- 25:29Testecleese: Cost abilities to go, oh yeah, you can't paint on this, it's alive. Yeah, so, dudes went in with knives.
- 25:36Testecleese: Cut the ivy away and tagged it anyway, so they just spent a billion dollars for a stupid idea that won't work.
- 25:47Testecleese: Do these guys think at all before they put this in place? No. Do they even think, like, hey, if I want to get around this, what would I do?
- 25:54Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 25:59Testecleese: And I'd just like to point out, putting any kind of ivy
- 26:03Testecleese: On any surface is going to destroy that surface.
- 26:08Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, I'm surprised he came up with this concept, because he's been so busy in Davos, you know?
- 26:13Brian McFadden: Hanging out with a rich muckety-mucks, acting like he's the President of the United States already.
- 26:19Testecleese: I think there's a fair chance that happens, honestly. I don't know what the odds are, but I think the chances are more than zero, you know?
- 26:28Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, Kamala Harris has a chance of more than zero to be the next president of the United States.
- 26:34Testecleese: I think Newsom has a better chance than Harris, especially with.
- 26:37Brian McFadden: Yeah, I bet.
- 26:37Testecleese: Jersey's team.
- 26:38Brian McFadden: But I… how… I don't know that… I mean…
- 26:41Brian McFadden: He's not gonna peel except for the base Dems, because he's so far left.
- 26:47Brian McFadden: He's… he's not gonna be able to bring in the libertarians and the independents.
- 26:54Testecleese: Well, see, that's the thing is, he's probably lost a lot of the far-left vote, because he's having people like Ben Shapiro, and
- 27:01Testecleese: Oh my god, Tucker Carl… not Tucker Carlson.
- 27:05Brian McFadden: Nobody's watching his podcast. It's not even a fucking podcast.
- 27:08Testecleese: I know, but no, but who's the dude who got Charlie Kirk? He had Charlie Kirk on his show, too. Everyone shit their pants.
- 27:14Brian McFadden: It's not a podcast.
- 27:17Testecleese: Well, what do you call it, then?
- 27:20Brian McFadden: Videocast.
- 27:23Brian McFadden: Podcasts are mainly audio.
- 27:26Brian McFadden: Not, like, a 4-camera shoot with 5 producers.
- 27:30Testecleese: I understand what you're saying, but you can get the audio version of almost all of those things, and just listen to it.
- 27:38Brian McFadden: That's what everybody's doing.
- 27:40Testecleese: I don't know, I don't mind having the video on, because then you can see your reactions.
- 27:45Testecleese: But… like, yeah, when I was actually working a 9-to-5,
- 27:49Testecleese: I would just, you know, just listen to the audio when I was working.
- 27:54Testecleese: Now I'll put something on in the background when I'm doing something else.
- 27:57Testecleese: I can rewind and see something if I want to.
- 28:02Testecleese: Oh, shit, I think Guapo shared this one. Fucking skeleton washed ashore in Washington State.
- 28:09El Guapo: I heard that.
- 28:10Testecleese: Yeah, it's crazy.
- 28:11Testecleese: Yeah, it's been this… it was identified as this missing mayor, from Oregon.
- 28:16Testecleese: He's been gone back. 20 years. 20 years he's been gone.
- 28:20El Guapo: Yeah, it's just crazy.
- 28:23Testecleese: fishing accident? Or, did he… did he know something about the Clintons?
- 28:29El Guapo: What year was 20 years ago? 2005?
- 28:34Brian McFadden: Fell off the boat.
- 28:36El Guapo: It's relevant.
- 28:38Testecleese: I know 22 years ago, Clinton was in office.
- 28:42El Guapo: 22 years ago, Obama's still in office.
- 28:45El Guapo: 2005.
- 28:49Testecleese: Yeah, that's where he took office, right?
- 28:51El Guapo: Yeah, Cluto was in the 90s, dude.
- 28:53Brian McFadden: Yeah, Bush.
- 28:57Brian McFadden: Well, 20 years ago, that was… I mean, that's Bush. Yeah, you're right.
- 29:03Testecleese: Well, I'm just thinking 20… wasn't 22 years ago when they passed the FACE Act under Clinton?
- 29:08El Guapo: Probably.
- 29:11Testecleese: God.
- 29:12Testecleese: Alright, and did you see, oh my god.
- 29:16Brian McFadden: No, because I don't watch SNL.
- 29:19Testecleese: No, it wasn't SNL, it must have been an SNL sketch. It was the governor of New York. I want to say Healy, but that's Massachusetts, Hochul, right?
- 29:26Brian McFadden: Your whole goal.
- 29:28Testecleese: Showing people how to shovel their driveways.
- 29:30Brian McFadden: No, this has been entertaining.
- 29:32Testecleese: Oh my god, yeah, if you watch the video, she's like, don't try to pick up too much snow!
- 29:38Testecleese: Don't, don't try to… don't try to move more than just a little bit! And I was like, lady, this would take you 6 hours to clear your driveway. By the time you were done, you'd have to start at the other end again.
- 29:48El Guapo: Like, nobody in New York, never seen snow before?
- 29:51Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, exactly, it's like, you live here, come on. New York has seen snow before.
- 29:59Testecleese: Alright, this is interesting.
- 30:01Testecleese: I don't like this Washington Post editorial, it's the only thing I could really find on it.
- 30:06Testecleese: Mom Donnie… is already out of money in New York City.
- 30:11Brian McFadden: No, it didn't take long. Not even a month.
- 30:14Testecleese: Well, here's the thing.
- 30:15Testecleese: not Hochul, but the guy before, Eric Adams?
- 30:23Testecleese: was warning and warning and warning. There's gonna be a $9 billion deficit in the state funding because of all the housing they're doing for these illegal immigrants.
- 30:32Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:32Testecleese: He said, we're gonna have to cut every program in the entire state.
- 30:36Testecleese: Right. And Mom Donnie said that he's a racist, evil bastard and should die, everyone's welcome, and we're gonna give him free housing and free healthcare.
- 30:44Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:45Testecleese: Yeah, and now he's flipping out, there's no money, and he's upset that the money that got taxed from New York City
- 30:51Testecleese: Some of it didn't come back to New York City that the state took.
- 30:55Testecleese: And it's like, yeah, you sound like a fucking Republican, why is…
- 31:00Testecleese: West Virginia paying for California's fire problems when they started them themselves, right?
- 31:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:07Testecleese: And the crazy thing is, when this stuff was put into place, he was on the council, or whatever it was, in the state.
- 31:14Testecleese: But he didn't say shit then when this stuff was happening.
- 31:18Testecleese: So, this is falling apart much faster than I thought.
- 31:21Testecleese: And… I don't know, it has to happen fast for people to put the two together. Right, Guapo?
- 31:28El Guapo: Yeah, I mean, people are not in regret buying.
- 31:32El Guapo: Voted for this guy.
- 31:34El Guapo: But, like, Virginia, I think they're gonna… we're gonna learn the hard way, too. I'm just… I'm tired of it.
- 31:40Testecleese: Well, yeah, you eventually run out of other people's money, right?
- 31:43El Guapo: Yeah.
- 31:44Testecleese: And they, they just have.
- 31:46Testecleese: And like I said, Adrik Adams was making a big deal about how we have to change the way we're budgeting things, because we're gonna have to shut down even bus systems. And Mom Donnie's like, no, no, it could be free.
- 31:55El Guapo: No, nothing can be free.
- 31:58Testecleese: Well, I mean, I guess it depends on what you mean by the word free.
- 32:01El Guapo: Somebody else pay for it.
- 32:03Testecleese: Yes, and unless you count labor as payment.
- 32:08El Guapo: Yeah.
- 32:10Testecleese: The only way to make it free is to have slaves, right?
- 32:13El Guapo: I'll tell you I want free, tax-free, that's it.
- 32:16Testecleese: Yeah, my freedom of speech, my freedom to keep and bear arms.
- 32:20El Guapo: Yeah.
- 32:22Testecleese: Check this out! Dude in Rhode Island with a shovel in his driveway, right?
- 32:27El Guapo: Yeah, I don't want to send you this.
- 32:29Testecleese: You'd send it to me? I thought this was fascinating, dude.
- 32:32El Guapo: I'm surprised they didn't die, because they're not designed for hibernation.
- 32:38Testecleese: Not yet. It sounds like it wouldn't have lasted longer, but the guy was shoveling his driveway, and came across a large tegu? A tegu? Tegu? I don't know, I've heard it pronounced a bunch of ways. It's a lizard that weighs several pounds.
- 32:50El Guapo: Yeah.
- 32:52Testecleese: He found it in his driveway.
- 32:54El Guapo: Like, how's a buy up there, you know? It's, like, for that low.
- 32:57Brian McFadden: It's probably against the law.
- 33:00Testecleese: Now, it is legal in Rhode Island to own one. However, what probably happened is a neighbor probably turned this thing loose because he was tired of taking care of it.
- 33:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:08El Guapo: Yeah. That happens a lot with pets, unfortunately.
- 33:11Testecleese: Yeah, and then you let a cold water critter outside when it's zero degrees, it's not gonna last long.
- 33:16Brian McFadden: No.
- 33:16El Guapo: And, it's gonna be the bones, the structure get damaged and stuff like that.
- 33:20Brian McFadden: So was it alive still?
- 33:21Testecleese: This thing got hurt bad, they had to amputate
- 33:23Testecleese: They had to amputate a piece of its tongue.
- 33:26Brian McFadden: Doesn't the tongue grow bad?
- 33:29Testecleese: That's the tail, and I think that's only certain lizards, like, smaller ones that run away.
- 33:34El Guapo: Legs and…
- 33:37Testecleese: But that is pretty cool that they can just grow this shit back.
- 33:40Testecleese: Yeah. Like, green anoles, they can actually just drop their tail off, and it'll keep wiggling while they run away, so the predator attacks the tail. I was like, that's pretty cool.
- 33:49Brian McFadden: Then they grow a new one, like, that's fucking nuts.
- 33:54Testecleese: And how come we haven't been able to harness this
- 33:59Testecleese: Process to regrow limbs in humans yet.
- 34:03Brian McFadden: I don't… we're working on it.
- 34:05Testecleese: I'm sure we are. This is something I wouldn't mind spending money on, instead of a frickin' shrimp on a treadmill.
- 34:12Brian McFadden: That shrimp's getting really skinny on that treadmill.
- 34:15Testecleese: No kidding.
- 34:17Testecleese: You ever have a screwworm?
- 34:20Brian McFadden: No, but I shared the article.
- 34:22Testecleese: Yeah, apparently they're coming up through Mexico from South America, and Abbott over in Texas is.
- 34:30Brian McFadden: It's probably, another one of those invasive species that has no predators in the United States, so they can just…
- 34:39Brian McFadden: You know, like that weird fish that made it all the way to the Great Lakes, you know?
- 34:43Testecleese: Mmm…
- 34:45Brian McFadden: The snakehead, I think it was called.
- 34:48Testecleese: Yeah, and .
- 34:49Brian McFadden: Once they get… once they get in, you know, they just… they decimate the regular population and just take over.
- 34:58Testecleese: Exactly, that's what was brought up, was this bug is a serious threat to livestock and, crops.
- 35:04Testecleese: And…
- 35:06Testecleese: He said Texas will do whatever they need to do to stop this threat, even if it includes eradicating the entire species from the planet.
- 35:14Testecleese: And I was like, damn! It's like…
- 35:17Brian McFadden: That's serious talk there.
- 35:18Testecleese: That's a tough one right there! Yup.
- 35:21El Guapo: Must be a Chinese, attack or something like that.
- 35:25El Guapo: How do we know.
- 35:26Testecleese: It's the Wolf… it's the Wolf Lou 2.
- 35:31Testecleese: oh, okay. Lawmaker in Oklahoma resigned,
- 35:39Testecleese: Felony charges, forgery, basically stealing money and stuff.
- 35:44Testecleese: Democrat woman.
- 35:46Brian McFadden: Democrat, I can't believe it!
- 35:48Testecleese: Even pled guilty.
- 35:52El Guapo: Usually, they forget to even know the thing now.
- 35:55Testecleese: What's that?
- 35:57El Guapo: After getting charges, they're like, oh, he pled guilty, like, no, he didn't, but they find guilty.
- 36:02Testecleese: Yeah.
- 36:04Testecleese: And, check this out, Minnesota just removed 800 Medicaid people from the roll… people on Medicaid, from the rules.
- 36:11Brian McFadden: Providers. These are providers.
- 36:14Testecleese: Oh, not actual people on Medicaid. These are providers that were gaming the system, but…
- 36:21Brian McFadden: probably, you know, saying they were taking care of all these different Medicaid patients, and they didn't have a practice to do it with.
- 36:28Testecleese: So, and we can assume that each one of these places live more than once.
- 36:31Brian McFadden: Oh, hell yeah.
- 36:32Testecleese: 800 individuals, so this is way worse.
- 36:34Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 36:36Brian McFadden: This is all part of the systemic fraud that we've uncovered in Minnesota, and I guarantee Minnesota's not the only state this is happening in.
- 36:45Testecleese: This is crazy, though. This isn't just, like, childcare fraud, because a couple people got together and figured something out. This is widespread across the entire frickin' state.
- 36:55Testecleese: People had to be involved in this. There's no way they weren't.
- 37:00Testecleese: And… oh, and go figure, Tim Walls is leaving politics, he'll never run again.
- 37:06Brian McFadden: He's living in disgrace.
- 37:08El Guapo: Talking.
- 37:09Testecleese: I think he's leaving because the party told him he's done, and they're gonna blame all this shit on him.
- 37:15Brian McFadden: Oh yeah.
- 37:16Testecleese: So maybe you should shut up?
- 37:17El Guapo: This is his wife…
- 37:18Testecleese: He's more like a hero.
- 37:19Brian McFadden: He's gonna take… he's gonna take his pension from the state of Minnesota, and…
- 37:24Brian McFadden: Live on for the rest of his life.
- 37:27Testecleese: Yeah, leave before they take it from you, right? Maybe they'll just leave you alone if you walk away.
- 37:32Brian McFadden: Yeah. And Minnesota will.
- 37:35Testecleese: But again, you point this out to these folks, and…
- 37:39Testecleese: they find a way to justify it. It's like, that's what all of these… all of this shit started with, was fraud.
- 37:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 37:47Brian McFadden: And if Trump would have been elected president again, we would… the fraud would still be going on big time, because nobody else was going to look into it.
- 37:56Testecleese: Oh, my favorite is hearing people saying, well, we deserve… we owe these people something. It's like, these aren't the fucking Somalians committing the fraud, necessarily.
- 38:04Brian McFadden: No.
- 38:05Testecleese: Rich white people in the government doing it.
- 38:09Testecleese: This is money that was supposed to help those immigrants, those, Refugees.
- 38:16Testecleese: And it didn't. Instead, it bought this guy a frickin' Malibu dream house, like fuckin' Barbie, you know?
- 38:26Testecleese: Yeah, and… Tim Walsh tried to compare this shit to the Civil War.
- 38:32Testecleese: Like, Fort Sumter. I was like, first of all.
- 38:37Testecleese: Does he realize that he's the Democrat now, And…
- 38:42Testecleese: Who the bad guys were in the Civil War.
- 38:45Brian McFadden: No, don't have a clue.
- 38:47Testecleese: Does he realize it wasn't just an uprising, it was the actual governments of these states coming against the union, saying, we… we lost the election that we agreed to participate in, and now, because we don't like that, we're just gonna leave and say, fuck you and all your rules?
- 39:01Testecleese: The…
- 39:04Testecleese: You can't keep screaming democracy, then lose, then demand everything be changed when you lost. This is the way you guys agreed to do it.
- 39:11Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 39:13Testecleese: So yeah, when Trump was asked about Walsh compared to Fort Sumter.
- 39:17Testecleese: And you're like, what do you think's gonna happen? And Trump just said, well, I was hired to do a job, and that was to get rid of, you know, deport these people.
- 39:24Testecleese: And that's exactly the thing, is this is the will of the people. This is what the people voted for.
- 39:29Testecleese: So before you show me a video going, is this what you voted for? Yes. Yes. Now, if you weren't dumb enough to get involved, maybe you wouldn't have been beaten, knocked down, arrested, maybe even shot.
- 39:43Testecleese: But you had to step in the way of a federal law enforcement action.
- 39:49Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 39:50Testecleese: Oh, here we go, you… oh, I got my share on, okay.
- 39:54Testecleese: Of course, because I want to share a sound, it's gonna be a commercial first, which…
- 39:58Testecleese: isn't a must I'm trying to.
- 40:03Testecleese: Anyway, Joe Rogan.
- 40:06Testecleese: Jesus Christ. Was talking about, Obama when, you know, he was in office doing his thing.
- 40:13Audio shared by Testecleese: Oh.
- 40:13Testecleese: Yep, and of course it's commercial.
- 40:16Testecleese: Some guy waking up, having trouble getting out of bed.
- 40:21Testecleese: But yeah, he was… he actually played… Obama speaking.
- 40:26Testecleese: And he's like, well, that sounds very Republican.
- 40:29Testecleese: And the crazy thing is, if you said today what Obama said then, you wouldn't just be Republican, you'd be some far-right MAGA Nazi.
- 40:38Testecleese: But remember, when Obama was in office and did this shit, Oh, here we go.
- 40:45Testecleese: When Obama was in office, not only did they cheer for him and call him a hero, they gave him a fucking peace prize.
- 40:50Brian McFadden: Yeah, I wanted to play this audio, too, so…
- 40:53Testecleese: Wow.
- 40:54Brian McFadden: Are you gonna play it?
- 40:55Audio shared by Testecleese: Our nation.
- 40:56Brian McFadden: Like all nations.
- 40:58Audio shared by Testecleese: Has the right and obligation to control its borders.
- 41:02Audio shared by Testecleese: And set laws for residency and citizenship.
- 41:08Audio shared by Testecleese: And no matter how decent they are, No matter their reasons.
- 41:13Audio shared by Testecleese: The 11 million who broke these laws should be held accountable.
- 41:19Audio shared by Testecleese: That sounds so Republican! In 2010, that was a Democrat saying that, and everybody was like, well, okay. That's reasonable. Yeah, and rational. And that Tom Homan, who is the head now, was the guy then, and he gave him a medal.
- 41:37Testecleese: Yeah. There you go. The same guy doing it now is the guy doing it then.
- 41:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:43Testecleese: And I don't know if you noticed, that was Andrew Wilson on his show.
- 41:48El Guapo: Peter Wilson, yeah.
- 41:49Testecleese: Still not sure what I think of that guy, but he is as good at debating as Ben Shapiro is.
- 41:55El Guapo: Ugh, I kinda… yeah, but he gets a little bit too angry too quick.
- 42:00Testecleese: He does, he… he… well, that's the thing, is he… and then he hides his anger.
- 42:04Testecleese: Turns it in contempt, but makes it sound as if you don't know what you're talking about.
- 42:11Testecleese: And then anytime he gets back to in a corner, he always goes back to the Bible. I'm like,
- 42:15El Guapo: There we go again.
- 42:16Testecleese: Yeah, it's like, you can't… you can't…
- 42:18Testecleese: Pull data and numbers, then pull faith, you know what I mean?
- 42:22El Guapo: Yeah, he's, like, you ever see him debating the lawyer, the divorce lawyer?
- 42:27Testecleese: No.
- 42:28El Guapo: He's a good lawyer, he's, always about divorce, stuff like that.
- 42:33El Guapo: And him and Andrew Wilson went out, and he's like, I know you… it's like, then you start seeing Andrew Wilson that he just kind of fall apart because the lawyer got him, you know?
- 42:43Testecleese: Yeah, I saw him on the Whatever podcast.
- 42:45El Guapo: Yes.
- 42:46Testecleese: That was how I found him, and I was like, alright, this guy… I mean, it's not tough to rip apart a handful of 23-year-old…
- 42:54Testecleese: OnlyFans slots, though, is it?
- 42:56El Guapo: No, no, they barely even know what the hell, like, a quarter of an hour is.
- 43:01Testecleese: Oh my god, I know grown adults, dude. My last direct supervisor didn't understand why a quarter of an hour was 15 minutes when a quarter's 25 cents.
- 43:10El Guapo: Yeah.
- 43:11Testecleese: And I just looked at him for a second, and I waited for him to, like, crack a joke, and I was like, seriously?
- 43:17El Guapo: Oh, the best one is, like, a miles per hour, like, if you go 100 miles per hour, how…
- 43:23Testecleese: How many miles are you traveling an hour?
- 43:24El Guapo: an hour.
- 43:25El Guapo: You can see the people's, how smart they are, they even think about it, you know?
- 43:32Testecleese: I know, but then it's like, what calculations are you doing in your head?
- 43:36El Guapo: I had a girl tell me once, like, well, it depends on my tire size, you know, I was like, ugh, nevermind.
- 43:43Testecleese: No, no, this is… yes, no, 100 miles an hour is how fast the vehicle's moving, okay?
- 43:49El Guapo: per hour.
- 43:50Testecleese: Yeah.
- 43:52Testecleese: Well, it's funny, actually, when I changed rims out on my last car.
- 43:56Testecleese: I went with a 1-inch bigger rim, and instead of adjusting my speedometer, I just went with a lower profile tire to keep it the same outside diameter.
- 44:07Testecleese: Well, a bigger tire would make it turn a little bit more.
- 44:13El Guapo: Because I think the speed arm is… isn't attached to the hub, or something like that.
- 44:18El Guapo: I don't know.
- 44:19Testecleese: This brush is hooked up in your shafts and everything that come around and measure how many times they come around, then it calculates that to a diameter and everything else that it needs to to figure out if that's the vehicle's moving.
- 44:32Testecleese: Oh, Brian's opening something up here.
- 44:34El Guapo: So, what we got?
- 44:35Testecleese: Oh my god, he's gonna play as Bruce Springsteen crap?
- 44:38Brian McFadden: Sure.
- 44:41Audio shared by Brian McFadden: For the past 7 decades, the Asb…
- 44:44Brian McFadden: Oh, I already went through one fucking commercial!
- 44:49El Guapo: Activities.
- 44:52Testecleese: Kitties and bunnies.
- 44:55Brian McFadden: I can't even skip the damn thing.
- 44:56El Guapo: Nope.
- 44:57Testecleese: No, the last one I got was 30 seconds, I had to sit there and wait.
- 45:01Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 45:02Audio shared by Brian McFadden: By the way, Streets of Philadelphia was one of… One of the greats?
- 45:06Testecleese: Might have been…
- 45:07Brian McFadden: There is no fucking video here, where the fucks did it go?
- 45:10Brian McFadden: Maybe it's… that's not it.
- 45:13Testecleese: gallery.
- 45:13Brian McFadden: Oh, here we go, alright.
- 45:14Testecleese: Yeah, Streets of Philadelphia wasn't great, too.
- 45:18Brian McFadden: This one ain't.
- 45:19Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Through the winter's ice and cold.
- 45:24Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Down to Gillette Avenue.
- 45:28Brian McFadden: This is… this one's pretty…
- 45:29Audio shared by Brian McFadden: A city of flame fought fire and ice beneath an occupier's boots.
- 45:38Testecleese: Fucking federal government!
- 45:39Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 45:40Audio shared by Brian McFadden: He occupies the immigrants! Guns melted!
- 45:43Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 45:43Audio shared by Brian McFadden: To their chords.
- 45:46Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Came to Minneapolis to enforce the law.
- 45:50Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Or so their story goes… That is the law.
- 45:57Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Fool this.
- 45:59Audio shared by Brian McFadden: No, they got real life.
- 46:04Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Citizens stood for justice, their voices ringing through the night.
- 46:12Audio shared by Brian McFadden: And the… 30 footprints.
- 46:16Brian McFadden: Money footprint!
- 46:17Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Mercy should us stood.
- 46:21Audio shared by Brian McFadden: And to deadlift to die on snow-filled streets. I look pretty and red.
- 46:29Audio shared by Brian McFadden: For Minneapolis!
- 46:31Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Yes, I hear your voice singing through the Bloody Miss!
- 46:37Brian McFadden: Alright, I've heard enough. Anyway, everybody's talking about the VA nurse, pretty, you know.
- 46:45Testecleese: Freddy, yeah.
- 46:46Brian McFadden: He did have a concealed carry permit, but…
- 46:50Brian McFadden: I know you went through a concealed carry permit class.
- 46:55Brian McFadden: Jeffrey, what did they tell you about taking your gun to protests?
- 47:03El Guapo: Are you muted?
- 47:05El Guapo: I guess so.
- 47:06Testecleese: Can you hear me now?
- 47:07Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 47:08Testecleese: Yeah. Not just protests, but… You're still sharing video. Okay.
- 47:14Brian McFadden: I'm working on it.
- 47:15Testecleese: Yeah, in general, avoid any conflict if you have a weapon on you, because if anything goes wrong, it's gonna be your fault.
- 47:24Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 47:25Testecleese: And they said, specifically police, always notify the police in any interaction you have that you're armed.
- 47:32Brian McFadden: Yeah. I mean, if you get pulled over, and you've got a gun in the car, the first thing you do is you tell the cop, I'm armed.
- 47:39Testecleese: Yes. You know, and you tell them exactly where the gun is in the car.
- 47:43Testecleese: Yes, I've… different places have different rules. Here in West Virginia, they're okay if you…
- 47:49Testecleese: Remove the magazine, the ammunition, and then open and leave the chamber open.
- 47:54Brian McFadden: Right.
- 47:54Testecleese: They'll see it and be like, okay, I know that, you know?
- 47:58Testecleese: But most states say at least to notify the cop, like, I have a firearm in my belt.
- 48:03Testecleese: I have my permit.
- 48:05Testecleese: would you like to remove it from me? And usually the cops could be really cool.
- 48:09Testecleese: Take it and hold it for a couple minutes when they talk to you.
- 48:11Brian McFadden: So…
- 48:12Testecleese: Hand it back and send you on your way.
- 48:15Brian McFadden: I know there's been a lot of different videos coming out about this. We talked about it on the last week's show, too.
- 48:21Testecleese: And I said that I remember… I don't know if you guys recall, but I remember saying something about a shot being fired before Preti was hit.
- 48:28El Guapo: Yeah.
- 48:29Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 48:30Testecleese: Well, did you notice the handgun he… that, they took from him?
- 48:34Brian McFadden: It's been known to, like, Going out of the…
- 48:38El Guapo: It's the one we've been talking about, the Sig Sauer P320, what is it, or something like that?
- 48:43Brian McFadden: Yeah, no trouble.
- 48:44Testecleese: that if you drop it, it might go off. If you shake it too hard, it might fire. And that's why Taurus and Ruger said, anything that's even close to this, send to us and we'll fix. You know?
- 48:55Testecleese: But anyway…
- 48:56Brian McFadden: Apparently, he didn't send it in to be fixed.
- 48:58Testecleese: Well, that Sig Sauer's not Torres or Ruger.
- 49:01El Guapo: Nobody knows where he got the gun either, too, you know?
- 49:04Brian McFadden: Well, he had a… he had a permit for it.
- 49:07El Guapo: Well, he…
- 49:08El Guapo: No, but, like, when you get involved with guns, you, like, do a little research, like, hey, what up?
- 49:12El Guapo: What about this gun, you know, what are people saying, you know?
- 49:15Brian McFadden: That's the normal person that does all that. People…
- 49:18Testecleese: People like SIG. They have. This new issue is fairly new.
- 49:23El Guapo: No, the business means are buying.
- 49:24Testecleese: Still, I wouldn't… if I had guns, which I do, and I was gonna carry one, I wouldn't carry out the one that might just fire. Just like I'm not gonna carry the one that might misfire, right?
- 49:34Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 49:39Testecleese: Anyway, continue, Brian.
- 49:41Testecleese: Yeah.
- 49:42Brian McFadden: So, I mean that, you know, so…
- 49:44Brian McFadden: Moore's gonna… I mean, I know that… I think I heard recently that they've charged…
- 49:49Brian McFadden: a couple of Border Patrol agents in this case, too.
- 49:53Testecleese: I don't think it was in this case.
- 49:54Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 49:55Testecleese: Maybe, maybe, maybe, but I don't think so.
- 49:59Brian McFadden: I mean, it becomes a shitshow real fast, you know, when there's guns, and commotion, and people, and…
- 50:06Brian McFadden: You know?
- 50:07Testecleese: that ends.
- 50:08Brian McFadden: These people have split sections to make decisions, you know, that could alter their lives forever.
- 50:16Testecleese: Oh, that and, I mean…
- 50:18Testecleese: They see this man's gun in his waistband, so they yell, gun, gun, gun, right? Yup.
- 50:22Testecleese: So, obviously, everyone draws their weapon immediately. That's basic training.
- 50:26Brian McFadden: Protocol.
- 50:28Testecleese: And… but then, okay, so they get the weapon from the guy, you can see it in one of these videos.
- 50:33Testecleese: That's what it appears as if this, weapon fired.
- 50:38Testecleese: So you hear gun, gun, gun, you draw your weapon, you're ready, you hear a gunshot, you fire, don't you?
- 50:44Brian McFadden: Yeah!
- 50:46Testecleese: Gives… you know?
- 50:48Testecleese: But did you see the other video? Because they're saying? First of all, did you… did you guys see that they photoshopped his fucking face?
- 50:57El Guapo: Yeah, they get it more handsome.
- 50:59Testecleese: Yeah, he has this narrow…
- 51:01El Guapo: Shad.
- 51:01Testecleese: Gin, yeah, narrow.
- 51:03Brian McFadden: I'm sure it wasn't AI.
- 51:05Testecleese: the goal.
- 51:06Testecleese: MS now did it.
- 51:08El Guapo: Yeah, I guess that might go…
- 51:10Testecleese: More attractive.
- 51:12Testecleese: Yeah.
- 51:13Testecleese: And then the video came out of him spitting on ice, like, a week before, getting.
- 51:18Brian McFadden: Yeah, he had another encounter with him previously where he'd got broken ribs from the encounter.
- 51:24Testecleese: And, you know… I think this might have been suicide by a cop.
- 51:28Brian McFadden: Sure, seems like it.
- 51:30Testecleese: Well, the guy apparently had recently got divorced.
- 51:33Testecleese: Because I'm hearing a lot this guy was this ultra-MAGA dude.
- 51:37Brian McFadden: No.
- 51:38Testecleese: No, I'm sorry, that was someone different, that was the Ilhan Omar thing.
- 51:41El Guapo: Yeah.
- 51:42Testecleese: Never mind, that's a different thing. But yeah, I heard his wife had just left him.
- 51:48Testecleese: And, you know, maybe it was just the last, and, you know, he was looking for a way to get killed, and couldn't get killed, he just got his ribs broken, so…
- 51:55Testecleese: I don't know. But, like, who would bring a firearm and get into a hand fight… a fist fight with law enforcement?
- 52:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 52:07Testecleese: But white privilege doesn't seem to be working nearly as well as everyone thinks, huh?
- 52:10El Guapo: No… You should've invoked it, probably.
- 52:16Testecleese: What's that?
- 52:16El Guapo: She'll invoke it, and be like.
- 52:18Testecleese: Yeah, you should've busted his white privilege card. Be like, boom, you can't hurt me, you gotta go shoot the darkie over there. You know?
- 52:26El Guapo: I guess they're going a lot of white people in Minneapolis.
- 52:30Testecleese: There are, and you would think there would be more, being that you tend to find more white people in the very cold areas, typically.
- 52:38Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 52:39Testecleese: But Somalia, for whatever reason… well, whatever. The reason, apparently, is you can get away with fucking anything in Minnesota.
- 52:45El Guapo: Yeah, every type of scam. Okay.
- 52:48Testecleese: Also, the loneliness of Somalia obviously went there.
- 52:54Testecleese: Here's another one, though. Border Patrol got… had a…
- 52:57Testecleese: a gunfight recently with a, suspect who was shot and, I believe, killed, I'm not sure. Maybe not.
- 53:05Testecleese: Yeah, he was trafficking people.
- 53:08Testecleese: And fired the first shot.
- 53:12Testecleese: Haven't heard much about this.
- 53:15Testecleese: And I'm kind of surprised, because these guys tend to not find out details before they scream about outcomes, you know what I mean?
- 53:22El Guapo: Yeah.
- 53:24Testecleese: Oh, Huh, what else we got?
- 53:31Testecleese: Oh, here we go, here's an ICE agent who was charged with a misdemeanor from a scuffle with an activist.
- 53:37Testecleese: Maybe that's what you were talking about?
- 53:39Brian McFadden: Maybe.
- 53:42Testecleese: It was ju- it was a little nothing, it's gonna be yes.
- 53:45Testecleese: He's probably gonna get convicted and might lose his job, but this is gonna be a little nothing penalty, like a slap on the wrist. Right. And back to Pretti, by the way.
- 53:53Testecleese: That same video when he spit on their,
- 53:57Testecleese: Was it that one, or the one when he got shot? I think it was the one when he spit on the guy, was when he kicked the taillight of the SUV as it was driving away?
- 54:05El Guapo: Yeah.
- 54:08Testecleese: No, those aren't reasons to get shot, but it shows you that you're putting yourself in situations where you might get shot. You know?
- 54:15Testecleese: You don't go do cartwheels in a fucking minefield and be shocked when a mine blows up, right?
- 54:20El Guapo: Nope, nope.
- 54:24Brian McFadden: And the FACE Act.
- 54:25Testecleese: Yeah, tell me about this, Brian, because this…
- 54:28Brian McFadden: This is a law that went into effect while… well, I think we said Clinton earlier in the show?
- 54:34Testecleese: I thought it was Clinton 22 years ago, but I could be wrong.
- 54:39Testecleese: That is one fat cat, dude.
- 54:42El Guapo: Damn.
- 54:43Brian McFadden: Big boned.
- 54:44Testecleese: Garfield? The Garfield?
- 54:47Brian McFadden: Look at that high!
- 54:49Testecleese: He loves lasagna. There you go.
- 54:52Brian McFadden: And this is a law that the Democrats put in place, I don't know who it was exactly, about, you know, disrupting church services and other religious services.
- 55:03Testecleese: Wow. Well…
- 55:04Brian McFadden: It was put in place to stop people from protesting outside of abortion clinics. Alright, and now people are freaking out that we're… the Republicans are using it against churches?
- 55:16Testecleese: Well, what happened was, sure you remember, late 80s, early 90s, there's a lot of…
- 55:21Testecleese: Unrest at abortion clinics back when the right was actually… would do stuff.
- 55:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:27Testecleese: They were blowing up abortion clinics and stuff, and killing doctors.
- 55:32Testecleese: So they added this terror charge to it, which I just want to, first of all, point out that blowing up a fucking building, a medical facility.
- 55:40Testecleese: Or assassinating people is already illegal.
- 55:44Testecleese: But they added this terror charge, but the only way for them to get the Republicans to agree was by claiming that people were storming churches, and to say this will protect churches, too.
- 55:55Testecleese: And now that it's been used.
- 55:57Testecleese: For that exact purpose, everyone's all offended.
- 56:02Brian McFadden: But, yeah, okay.
- 56:03Testecleese: They wrote the bill, they passed the bill, they pushed it through.
- 56:08El Guapo: I thought nobody was about the law.
- 56:11Testecleese: They are the law.
- 56:13Testecleese: The judge dreddle.
- 56:14Brian McFadden: No problem.
- 56:18Testecleese: Look at these judges, dude!
- 56:20Testecleese: These judges aren't going by what the law says, they're going by.
- 56:22Brian McFadden: I don't know, they make it up as they go.
- 56:27Testecleese: Aww.
- 56:28Testecleese: But yeah, yesterday, last night, Don Lemon was arrested by the FBI.
- 56:35Brian McFadden: After a grand jury.
- 56:37Testecleese: Yeah, he's looking at face act charges.
- 56:40Brian McFadden: Because the, the judge originally said you can't arrest him, so they went to the grand jury and got an injunction.
- 56:47Testecleese: Yeah, exactly, bypass the judge then, right?
- 56:49Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 56:51Testecleese: Well, and this is the thing…
- 56:52Testecleese: This is saying, this is German.
- 56:53Brian McFadden: My problem is, is how much more popular is this gonna make Don Lemon?
- 57:00Testecleese: I don't know, we'll find out, because I didn't hear Don Lemon standing up for the rights of the journalists on J6 that spent 3 years in jail.
- 57:08Brian McFadden: No.
- 57:08El Guapo: Oh, it's the same thing with, Stupid Colbert, dude, like, he got famous because he got taken off the air.
- 57:16El Guapo: And he was famous for, like, 5 seconds, and everybody was like, okay, you're still the same, never mind.
- 57:21Testecleese: Well, everyone knew who Colbert was, his name was just more common for a little while.
- 57:25El Guapo: No, no, he got taken off air, because I guess they're trying to accuse Trump took him off?
- 57:31El Guapo: And he's…
- 57:32Testecleese: I'm saying that he was famous way before that. He's done tons of movies and everything.
- 57:35El Guapo: He was, he was dying down, like, nobody, like, cared about his shot no more.
- 57:40El Guapo: It was… they were losing money.
- 57:42Brian McFadden: They still are. Nobody cares anymore.
- 57:45El Guapo: Yeah, how's relevant?
- 57:46Testecleese: Well, I may.
- 57:46El Guapo: Dude.
- 57:47Testecleese: How many times can you hear the same joke?
- 57:50Testecleese: You know what I mean?
- 57:51Brian McFadden: The bad thing is, you've got writers that write those jokes.
- 57:54El Guapo: But Trump sucks, Trump sucks, Trump sucks, every other night.
- 57:58Testecleese: South Park, Trump has a tiny dick. Okay, you made that joke. It might have been funny the first time if you hadn't already made that joke a thousand times.
- 58:05Brian McFadden: Right.
- 58:05Testecleese: You know? And Guns N' Roses just had a concert, and they had a pinata trump. I'm like, you guys, like…
- 58:11Testecleese: be creative, like, why can't you guys be funny in your memes? And I saw the giant baby Trump thing, they did a pinata, but isn't there, like, a big giant balloon, like, parade balloon? There is.
- 58:26Brian McFadden: There is… there is a baby Trump bait bloom.
- 58:29Testecleese: Come up with something new, just like…
- 58:31Brian McFadden: I was trying to have a discussion with.
- 58:33Testecleese: actually a man I respected for his opinions on stuff like this a while ago,
- 58:38Testecleese: got me to look into the Libertarian Party before I decided they're crazy.
- 58:43Testecleese: We were talking about the Renee Goode shooting, and he sent me a picture.
- 58:46Testecleese: of Trump in a ball gag, and it said, tread on me more, Daddy. And I was like, we're talking about a man about to be run over by a car, and you're gonna use the term tread on me?
- 58:57Testecleese: He's like, yes, you're right, he should just stand there and get run over.
- 59:01Testecleese: And it's like, we've seen this, he's a sexual deviant thing, we've seen he's got a small dick.
- 59:06Testecleese: You know, we've seen all of this, whatever, like, why don't you criticize his actual policy?
- 59:11Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 59:12Testecleese: Like, oh, oh, Orange Man, bad. Yeah, I get it.
- 59:17Testecleese: But, yeah, Lemon's gonna get nothing. He's gonna get a slap on the wrist at most, maybe supervised probation, you know?
- 59:26El Guapo: I'd be okay with 90 days.
- 59:28Testecleese: I say you put him in jail as long as the Blaze news report is spent in jail after J6.
- 59:37Testecleese: That's not gonna sit there for 2 years… That's not gonna
- 59:39Testecleese: Let him sit there for 2 years without a trial, and then let him sit in another year in jail until he's pardoned by the president.
- 59:45Brian McFadden: Solitary supplier.
- 59:46El Guapo: They're the unbilled.
- 59:48Testecleese: What's that?
- 59:49El Guapo: He's already out, Bill.
- 59:51El Guapo: Yeah, but that doesn't have anything to do with the sentence.
- 59:54Brian McFadden: Solitary confinement. Well, none of the Jane Sixers got Lael.
- 59:59Brian McFadden: Most of them were in solitary confinement, you know, for years.
- 1:00:04Testecleese: And some of them didn't even get a trial the whole time.
- 1:00:06Brian McFadden: Right. Because they're so dangerous.
- 1:00:09Testecleese: Yeah, well, and you try to pull out the, I'm invoking my right to a speedy trial, and they're like, I don't care.
- 1:00:15Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:00:17Testecleese: What the hell? What the hell?
- 1:00:21El Guapo: Yeah, she sued. DC.
- 1:00:23Testecleese: Well, they got pardoned, and they probably should sue the federal government, but it's tough to do after a pardon.
- 1:00:29El Guapo: No, but they validated your rights.
- 1:00:32Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:33El Guapo: No speed of trial.
- 1:00:37Testecleese: And that's the thing, is a lot of people don't realize they need to invoke their right to a speedy trial. Don't give the government 2 years to build a.
- 1:00:43Brian McFadden: Well, there's only a few states where you can do that, and Utah being one of them, so…
- 1:00:47El Guapo: Oh, that's just the Constitution.
- 1:00:48Testecleese: I thought that was constitutional, you have a right to a speedy trial.
- 1:00:52El Guapo: Number 6.
- 1:00:54Brian McFadden: Well, also, there's been other arrests in the Minnesota church protests that are now raising constitutional concerns.
- 1:01:01El Guapo: Oh my god.
- 1:01:02Testecleese: Well, yeah, they're bringing up the First Amendment issue. It's like, but you went and stomped on other people's First Amendment rights by breaking into private property you were not welcome on.
- 1:01:10Testecleese: And interrupting a church service.
- 1:01:13Testecleese: And just a quick question.
- 1:01:16Testecleese: If you guys think of someone kicking in the door of a church and disrupting the services, what's the first thing you think of?
- 1:01:23Brian McFadden: But we're about to get shot up.
- 1:01:26Testecleese: Yeah, first thing I thought of was that trans shooter that shot the church up.
- 1:01:30Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 1:01:33Testecleese: What would happen if… had one of these parishioners pulled out his gun?
- 1:01:38Brian McFadden: Don Lemon would be dead.
- 1:01:41Testecleese: Maybe not Don Lemon, maybe no one got shot, but you know as a fact that guy would be in jail awaiting trial.
- 1:01:46El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:01:47Brian McFadden: In Minnesota? Yeah, we've been down this road.
- 1:01:50Testecleese: Oh, you drew a weapon to make sure that you weren't mauled by a bunch of angry people?
- 1:01:54Brian McFadden: Sounds like the people in Illinois.
- 1:01:56Testecleese: Yeah, and again, they're bringing up
- 1:01:58Testecleese: constitutional issues, but these people quote the Constitution like atheists quote the Bible.
- 1:02:04Testecleese: You know, they know bits and pieces, and they don't understand…
- 1:02:07Brian McFadden: What's their, what's their, fits their purpose?
- 1:02:10Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:02:14Testecleese: It's just frustrating, man.
- 1:02:18Testecleese: We'll see what happens. Don Lemon's probably gonna get very little, because he was a journalist, and because the Republicans…
- 1:02:26Testecleese: Not only can they not get anything done, but they're spineless about trying to get stuff done.
- 1:02:31Testecleese: Democrats said, fuck it, and threw everyone in prison and didn't even give them a trial.
- 1:02:35El Guapo: Yeah, they got away with it, too.
- 1:02:37Brian McFadden: Nancy Pelosi.
- 1:02:38Testecleese: They kicked in a woman's door in Alaska and arrested her, because she shared the name of a suspect on J6.
- 1:02:49Testecleese: What about Nancy Pelosi?
- 1:02:51Brian McFadden: She was in charge of it all.
- 1:02:53Testecleese: Yeah, they were the ones who said… Trump said, let's deploy the National Guard, let's do all this, because it, you know, might get unruly, and they said no.
- 1:03:02Brian McFadden: Now she blames it on Trump. She's got a whole different set of facts after the fact.
- 1:03:07Testecleese: Which is crazy, because her initial reaction as it was happening is probably the real one, right?
- 1:03:13Testecleese: Just, like, months later, AOC was like, they came in the door, and they yelled, WHERE IS SHE? It's like…
- 1:03:19Brian McFadden: Nobody did that.
- 1:03:20Testecleese: It didn't happen, that was the federal government… the federal authorities coming in to escort you out, because the other side of the building, they had just opened the front door.
- 1:03:30Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:03:31Testecleese: She didn't even know that this was happening yet.
- 1:03:35Brian McFadden: But she knew that they were coming to get her.
- 1:03:38Testecleese: You know?
- 1:03:42Testecleese: They're just, they're liars. Oh, yeah. And people want to believe this shit.
- 1:03:47Testecleese: Why do you want to believe that you're a victim? Does that justify why you suck in life? It's because it's not my fault, it's everyone else's? Is that the whole argument the Democrat Party has?
- 1:03:58El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:04:00Testecleese: But then they go and import people to take your fucking job and raise your taxes so you can't do anything, and then blame the Republicans for, you can't find work, and if you did, it costs too much to live.
- 1:04:11Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, there were… One of the…
- 1:04:14Testecleese: judges in Minnesota put limits on what ICE could do in Minnesota, but appeals court… That got shut down. …lifted… got those limits lifted, so…
- 1:04:25Testecleese: Yeah, they'll try to say you can't make arrests.
- 1:04:28Testecleese: It's like…
- 1:04:30Testecleese: Yeah, you can. Me, a citizen, can legally make an arrest. I just have to know how to do it.
- 1:04:38Testecleese: I don't know if everyone realizes that, but if you actually witness a felony being,
- 1:04:43Testecleese: Committed, you can detain that person until the authorities show up.
- 1:04:50Testecleese: And, just a heads up, assaulting a federal agent is a felony.
- 1:04:56Testecleese: So, right there, you know?
- 1:04:58Brian McFadden: So, what do you think about that sonic weapon they used in Minnesota?
- 1:05:02El Guapo: It's a sonar, LAR, whatever, just to spread out the crowd.
- 1:05:06Testecleese: Yeah, long-range acoustic device, yes.
- 1:05:10Testecleese: They're calling it, like, a battlefield weapon? I'm like, are you kidding me? This thing was designed for crowd control.
- 1:05:16El Guapo: Yeah, it wasn't, like, bad enough to put you in a shoebox like they did to the.
- 1:05:20Brian McFadden: So it's not what the Cubans used on our embassy?
- 1:05:24El Guapo: You saw the Cubans, how they got, sent back to Cuba?
- 1:05:28El Guapo: In a shoebox.
- 1:05:30Testecleese: No, but… Miss Elrod, no, it's not, it's not a…
- 1:05:36Testecleese: a frequency you can't hear. It's, it's, you can direct crowds.
- 1:05:42Testecleese: Huge crowds and be louder than the crowd, but you can direct the sound waves to where you want them to be.
- 1:05:49Testecleese: But you can also turn it up to deafening loud, which is like, oh, you could deafen people and cause hearing damage. Yeah, and so can't your fucking bullhorn!
- 1:05:57Testecleese: That you're taking the mouthpiece and putting it in front of the speaker.
- 1:06:01El Guapo: Er, yeah.
- 1:06:02Testecleese: And putting it right next to my ear.
- 1:06:05Testecleese: Just, just a heads up.
- 1:06:07El Guapo: So if you're saying you can use lethal force because they're doing this to you.
- 1:06:10Testecleese: Dear God, you better watch out what happens when you pull out your megaphone.
- 1:06:14Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:06:16El Guapo: This is non-lethal, okay? Just… Okay, maybe.
- 1:06:19Testecleese: Serious, serious bodily harm or injury.
- 1:06:23Testecleese: You know?
- 1:06:24El Guapo: Oh, they should be less lethal, less lethal, and we got something less lethal. I'm like, oh my… they're just gonna complain, dude.
- 1:06:32Testecleese: Oh, just like that dumbass who got himself shot in the face with a pepper ball.
- 1:06:37El Guapo: Yeah, well…
- 1:06:39Testecleese: Yeah. That way they were.
- 1:06:41El Guapo: Oh, seriously, you just see the Cubans going back to Cuba?
- 1:06:45Testecleese: Venezuela?
- 1:06:48Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:06:48Testecleese: Burned them. Oh, the ones… oh! Oh, you're talking about the Cubans that were in the,
- 1:06:54El Guapo: Yeah, the, Chavez, oh, Steve. Yeah, yeah, but they got bought… they weren't broke back.
- 1:07:01Testecleese: Chavez was before.
- 1:07:03El Guapo: No, I know, it's a fucking Maduro.
- 1:07:06El Guapo: Planton. Plantin, cook planting.
- 1:07:09Testecleese: I mean, that makes sense. If you can just apply more energy, you can make that way more dangerous, right?
- 1:07:14El Guapo: I know, bud, that's crazy.
- 1:07:18Testecleese: By the way, what did Cuba do about this?
- 1:07:21El Guapo: Nothing.
- 1:07:22Testecleese: Nothing.
- 1:07:24Testecleese: You wanna know why?
- 1:07:25El Guapo: Because they don't want to end up in a shoebox.
- 1:07:27Testecleese: Well, because they can't. What's Cuba gonna do?
- 1:07:30Testecleese: They're gonna get on some fucking rafts and try to go invade Miami?
- 1:07:36El Guapo: Well, I owe, like, 20 of them. They make it…
- 1:07:38Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:07:39Testecleese: Well, just like Iran recently is like, oh, we're mobilizing our navy. Like, motherfuckers, do you remember what happened last time you tried to fuck with the U.S. Navy?
- 1:07:46El Guapo: They are proportional.
- 1:07:48Testecleese: Oh yeah, things got very.
- 1:07:49Brian McFadden: They have pigs?
- 1:07:50El Guapo: No, no, I ran.
- 1:07:53Testecleese: Iran, yeah, they… they shot one American ship in something like 8 hours, we sank half their entire fleet.
- 1:08:02Testecleese: It's like, oh, Okay. And now they're rattling the Sabres again, it's like.
- 1:08:07Testecleese: Maybe we should just sync all of your shit again.
- 1:08:10Testecleese: Just to remind, like, we just blew up your nuclear facility, and you guys didn't even know what happened until after we told you.
- 1:08:15Testecleese: Right. And you're still gonna talk shit, you know?
- 1:08:19Testecleese: Which is like Maduro. At least Venezuela's not talking shit. Venezuela's like, wow, they came in right into a heavily fortified base, broke into the palace, and took him out.
- 1:08:30El Guapo: the vice president found out, like, you know what? I don't want to end up getting snatched. She don't want the big D, you know?
- 1:08:38Testecleese: The big D.
- 1:08:39El Guapo: The Delta Force.
- 1:08:41Testecleese: Alright, I thought you were talking about Donald and his big D, but alright.
- 1:08:45El Guapo: stuff for us.
- 1:08:45Brian McFadden: So you see where this state attorney general candidate threatens to kill Trump?
- 1:08:49Testecleese: Ohio, right?
- 1:08:51Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:08:52Testecleese: Well, yeah, he said he's gonna find a way to execute them, and I'm like.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: Why would you even publicize this shit, dude? Well, I am certain it is against the law.
- 1:09:02El Guapo: It is against the law.
- 1:09:04Testecleese: Like, I… show me the man, I'll show you the grime. Like, I promise you, I'll put this… Letitia James ran on it, a whole bunch of people did, and they got the positions. Jay Jones…
- 1:09:14Testecleese: Virginia was like, I hope these conservative children die in their mother's arms.
- 1:09:19Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:09:22Testecleese: What the fuck is wrong with the Democrat Party?
- 1:09:25El Guapo: It's going crazy, dude. I know.
- 1:09:28Brian McFadden: Kibo Kibo, or…
- 1:09:29El Guapo: I don't know how crazy they are.
- 1:09:35Testecleese: And this is what I was talking about a while ago when I put it out on Facebook, or social media in general, that, I think everyone's about to find out.
- 1:09:43Testecleese: It was funny, because the repeat offenders, like, find what out? And I shared the fuck around and find out thing.
- 1:09:50Testecleese: Well, then, like, a week later, Renee Goode gets shot and killed, and then a couple days later, Pretty gets killed, you know what I mean? It's like…
- 1:09:59Testecleese: You guys keep fucking around, you're gonna find out what's gonna happen.
- 1:10:04Testecleese: But, yeah, I mean, running… Running for these offices, saying I'm… I plan on doing something illegal.
- 1:10:12Testecleese: As the state's top cop.
- 1:10:14Testecleese: At least most of the Dems have, like, I don't have anything to do with this guy.
- 1:10:18Testecleese: which they didn't do in Virginia.
- 1:10:20El Guapo: No, they got quiet, they didn't say shit.
- 1:10:25El Guapo: The rental affordability, now we're gonna pay taxes up to the ass.
- 1:10:29Testecleese: Could you imagine me running for Attorney General in West Virginia saying, I'm gonna find a way to execute Elizabeth Warren?
- 1:10:36Testecleese: and watch what happened. Just imagine what would happen on CNN, and…
- 1:10:40El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:10:40Testecleese: MS Now and all that.
- 1:10:42El Guapo: crying. You just give you the talking points, and they're just gonna be crying.
- 1:10:46Testecleese: And then you share the video of him doing the same thing.
- 1:10:49Testecleese: And listen to him try to explain why it's different.
- 1:10:52El Guapo: Then they fucking did gymnastic all the way to explain why it's different.
- 1:10:58Testecleese: Just like they're saying, it's different when these guys in J6 went to jail for recording this stuff and reporting it. And no, not on… not on your phone.
- 1:11:06Testecleese: actual, like, nice cameras. Blaze Media has some real stuff.
- 1:11:11Testecleese: But they said, you're not a reporter, you're a YouTuber. And I just want to say, hey, Don Lemon.
- 1:11:16Testecleese: You know what I.
- 1:11:17Brian McFadden: I'm not a quarter anymore.
- 1:11:18Testecleese: You're not on Fox News, you're not on any of them, you have a fucking podcast, you're a YouTuber.
- 1:11:27Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:11:29Testecleese: What is going on with the frickin' medical facility in this country right now?
- 1:11:34El Guapo: Oh, just being uncovered, though, the same way the fucking school teachers.
- 1:11:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, luckily she lost her license for refusing to treat.
- 1:11:43Brian McFadden: Republicans.
- 1:11:44Testecleese: I think that one was a dude, but there was…
- 1:11:46El Guapo: Yeah, those…
- 1:11:47Brian McFadden: Well, you know what I mean. A Democrat…
- 1:11:50Brian McFadden: That, I mean, they put their political views ahead of nations.
- 1:11:55El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:11:56Testecleese: Yeah. Dude refused to anesthetize patients, and I was like, first of all.
- 1:12:00Testecleese: What hospital are you going to where the nurses.
- 1:12:04Brian McFadden: I don't talk about my political beliefs when I go to the hospital.
- 1:12:08Testecleese: Neither do I, but if you're wearing a Mega hat, for example, or if you were seen on…
- 1:12:12Testecleese: TV or something.
- 1:12:13El Guapo: Maybe.
- 1:12:15Testecleese: What nurse is apply…
- 1:12:17Testecleese: Putting in anesthesia, don't you have a special doctor with extra education as an anesthesiologist?
- 1:12:23Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 1:12:25Testecleese: Then there was the nurse in, Virginia.
- 1:12:28Testecleese: Who said you should inject ice agents with this paralytic drug and, like, put it in their food, go out on fake dates with them and drug them.
- 1:12:36Testecleese: She lost her license and her job, too.
- 1:12:38Brian McFadden: Good.
- 1:12:41Testecleese: But what gets me is.
- 1:12:43Testecleese: they're all shocked when they get fired. Like, everyone agrees with me. It's like, first of all, no, because these people voted for that, so obviously not.
- 1:12:49Brian McFadden: I got 3 letters.
- 1:12:50Brian McFadden: TDS.
- 1:12:52Testecleese: Yes, exactly. But now you've opened up… the hospital has to fire you, you've opened up to liability.
- 1:12:58El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:12:59Testecleese: Now, if you came out with an injury that shouldn't have been as bad, and they were involved, you could sue the hospital, saying they intentionally harmed me.
- 1:13:07Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:13:08Testecleese: These hospitals are boned.
- 1:13:11El Guapo: Yeah, and I think this, the nurse is gonna face federal charges, or any… some charges, too.
- 1:13:19Testecleese: Which one?
- 1:13:21El Guapo: They were the VCU?
- 1:13:23El Guapo: Nurse?
- 1:13:24Testecleese: They give the drug to ice guys.
- 1:13:26El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:13:27Testecleese: Maybe.
- 1:13:29Testecleese: Maybe.
- 1:13:30Testecleese: Do you know what happens if you give someone too much paralytic drug?
- 1:13:34Brian McFadden: They die? They die. They stop breathing.
- 1:13:37Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:13:39Testecleese: Dear God, what is the matter with these people?
- 1:13:42Testecleese: You got people running for office, saying, we're gonna kill these guys, you got these people saying.
- 1:13:46El Guapo: It's a news, it's a news, dude, they're just brainwashing people.
- 1:13:52Testecleese: These people all need to get locked up.
- 1:13:55El Guapo: It's not gonna… I think it's the news report, you need to get locked up, or misinformation.
- 1:14:01El Guapo: Bob.
- 1:14:03El Guapo: You know…
- 1:14:03Testecleese: And that's tough, because then they'll just claim that, well, I interpreted it differently. It's like, yeah, well, you can interpret it however you want, report the actual fucking facts, instead of giving me two paragraphs setting up the freaking situation of the day, you know what I mean?
- 1:14:16Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:14:18Testecleese: I don't know if you guys ever took a journalism class. Brian, I'm gonna assume you have, right?
- 1:14:22Brian McFadden: I have a journalism degree.
- 1:14:24Testecleese: Yeah, well, you have… I love education. You have too much education.
- 1:14:29Brian McFadden: Oh, I love it.
- 1:14:31Testecleese: But at least you're not still paying it off, right?
- 1:14:33Brian McFadden: Oh yeah, I'm definitely still paying it off.
- 1:14:35Testecleese: Oh, Jesus Christ!
- 1:14:37Brian McFadden: I'll be paying it off till the day I die.
- 1:14:40Brian McFadden: But anyway…
- 1:14:42Testecleese: that.
- 1:14:42Brian McFadden: Ilmar… Ilan Ilmar was sprayed with apple cider vinegar, and the world freaked out about it.
- 1:14:50El Guapo: Well, I can't see…
- 1:14:52Testecleese: I think it was fake.
- 1:14:54El Guapo: I know, I know, but I think they brought the rug condiment for the… that's a salad, what goes with that rice or banana?
- 1:15:03Brian McFadden: Well, you can use it with rice and banana, it makes the rice and banana taste better.
- 1:15:10Testecleese: Whoa.
- 1:15:10El Guapo: I think they've been planting, I don't know why you want to eat rice, but…
- 1:15:14Testecleese: Anyway…
- 1:15:15El Guapo: I think this was fake, because what kind of person gets sprayed with a mystery fluid?
- 1:15:20Testecleese: in a situation like this, and then just goes, oh, I'm gonna keep talking, instead of going… instead of ripping your clothes off and going to the hospital, because God knows what this is.
- 1:15:28El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:15:30Testecleese: Especially a Muslim woman, how long… how long were we hearing about these acid attacks in Afghanistan before the United States got over there?
- 1:15:37Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:15:37El Guapo: I'm also sitting out against it, so… I don't think she knows.
- 1:15:41Testecleese: And then apple cider vinegar?
- 1:15:44Testecleese: Come on, man.
- 1:15:45Brian McFadden: to you.
- 1:15:46Testecleese: If you're gonna be… yeah, if you're not gonna use water and just make a point that you could, you should have at least used, like, bacon drinks. Yeah, he had a whole bottle of water with him. Yeah. He could've used that.
- 1:15:56El Guapo: You're like, hey.
- 1:15:57Testecleese: At least use baking grease!
- 1:15:59Brian McFadden: Yeah, she's Muslim.
- 1:16:01Testecleese: Yeah, be offensive, like, you're being an asshole at this point, go ahead and do it, you know?
- 1:16:06El Guapo: Yeah, but he… I think he… they'll be finding video… a picture of him and all the kids at work.
- 1:16:12El Guapo: So… it sounds… He's the one that they're saying was a huge MAGA supporter, yeah.
- 1:16:18Testecleese: another… they found another apartment. Why, because his wife?
- 1:16:20Testecleese: Well, no, apparently he posted up some stuff about it.
- 1:16:23El Guapo: Oh, like, premeditated, probably, like, 3 weeks or something like that.
- 1:16:27Testecleese: Actually, what it looks like is he has another social media account that's the exact opposite. That's much older.
- 1:16:32El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:16:34Testecleese: Anyway, that guy's in custody. Omar did not seem concerned at all about whatever.
- 1:16:39Brian McFadden: I'm missing.
- 1:16:40Testecleese: chemical was just poured over there.
- 1:16:41El Guapo: The fucking Trump should take him and give him, like, 20 years just for being dumb.
- 1:16:46Testecleese: Actually, you know what he should? Give him the max penalty you can get for something like that.
- 1:16:50El Guapo: stacking a member of Congress and just…
- 1:16:53Testecleese: Yeah, and then be like, hey, just a heads up to anyone else who wants to pull this dumb shit and make it.
- 1:16:57El Guapo: To any co- anyone.
- 1:17:00Testecleese: Any of these false flags, heads up, you're gonna spend 20 years in prison for it.
- 1:17:03El Guapo: Yes.
- 1:17:04Testecleese: So, hope you're ready to give up the best years of your life.
- 1:17:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:17:10El Guapo: I mean, the kids are gonna be okay, because they're already fatherless.
- 1:17:14Brian McFadden: Well, Diego Garcia is going nowhere.
- 1:17:17Testecleese: Yeah, this is.
- 1:17:17El Guapo: Yes, I don't…
- 1:17:18Brian McFadden: He backed off on this threat from Trump, so, Diego Garcia remains Diego Garcia.
- 1:17:25El Guapo: To the British, or…
- 1:17:26Brian McFadden: The British aren't giving it up.
- 1:17:28El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:17:31El Guapo: What happened to the Brits? They used to be one of the most powerful fucking empire, now a bunch of.
- 1:17:37Brian McFadden: I think something happened during the Revolutionary War.
- 1:17:41El Guapo: I think it's… they start losing after…
- 1:17:44El Guapo: I have to say, dude, Queen Elizabeth.
- 1:17:48Testecleese: They had it so nice for so long.
- 1:17:52El Guapo: Almost a thousand years, dude.
- 1:17:54Testecleese: is what it is.
- 1:17:55El Guapo: Yes, it's almost a task… well, no, yeah.
- 1:17:59Testecleese: All they've heard their entire lives is how all these people were horribly impressed, and it's your fault.
- 1:18:05El Guapo: Yeah, they got a great one.
- 1:18:06Testecleese: Absolutely, they bring them in, and then give them everything.
- 1:18:09Testecleese: It's like, oh, we've solved this problem, because these people can't possibly get ahead on their own. They just… they're not smart enough, they're not bright enough, they can't figure it out. And I'm like.
- 1:18:20Testecleese: And you call everyone else racist, but you're saying this entire ethnicity of people is too stupid to realize you have to graduate high school if you expect to do anything in your life.
- 1:18:29Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:18:31Testecleese: You need to speak the language of the country you live, moved to.
- 1:18:35Testecleese: Or you ain't gonna be able to do shit.
- 1:18:37Testecleese: You know what I mean? How are you gonna even buy bread?
- 1:18:41Testecleese: If you don't speak the language.
- 1:18:45Brian McFadden: And there was a last-minute lawsuit from the stupid Historical Society in DC trying to stop the ballroom.
- 1:18:53Testecleese: Wh-why?
- 1:18:54Brian McFadden: And Trump's like, gets to it.
- 1:18:56Testecleese: Anxiety, why?
- 1:18:58Brian McFadden: I mean, there's nothing historical about the east side of the east wing of the White House. I mean, it's been rebuilt billions of times.
- 1:19:04Testecleese: It's only been there for, what.
- 1:19:06El Guapo: It's because Trump is adopted, that's why.
- 1:19:10El Guapo: That's fine.
- 1:19:10Testecleese: It's been, like, 60 years?
- 1:19:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, it ain't been there that long, and it's all public… it's not public funds being used to build this, so, I mean, you got donations for it all.
- 1:19:22Brian McFadden: Donations don't cover it, I guarantee Trump will.
- 1:19:24Testecleese: That's… that's exactly it, and I brought this up to people, because, like, we're spending all this money on this, but we won't spend it on that, and I was like, first of all.
- 1:19:31Testecleese: That's being privately funded. That's… none of your tax money's paying for that. No. So, drop that argument. Second of all, we hired a guy specifically to go in and find cases where money's being spent that it shouldn't be.
- 1:19:43Brian McFadden: Yeah. And you called him a Nazi.
- 1:19:44El Guapo: Nope.
- 1:19:47Testecleese: I just… and right now, they're looking to shut down the government because we're wasting all of this money.
- 1:19:53Testecleese: The government's gonna shut down tomorrow, you know that, right?
- 1:19:55Brian McFadden: At midnight. I thought that the Dems had come up with an agreement with Trump to keep it going.
- 1:20:01Testecleese: There is a… something the Senate did…
- 1:20:04Testecleese: That, still needs to be voted on, but won't be voted on until Monday.
- 1:20:10El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:20:12Brian McFadden: There's less departments of the government than before, because… Some of them…
- 1:20:17Testecleese: Rolling DHS in the Pentagon.
- 1:20:22Testecleese: Man, that's only supposed to be, like, a two-week fix anyway. And that's my point, though, is that
- 1:20:28Testecleese: The government is shutting down, and no one's talking about this shit.
- 1:20:31Brian McFadden: Well, we… I'll say this every time the government shuts down, it's like.
- 1:20:35Testecleese: It's a good thing.
- 1:20:36Brian McFadden: Well, it is a good thing, but…
- 1:20:39Brian McFadden: Congress shouldn't be getting paid. If the rest of the government's shut down, Congress shouldn't be getting paid either, you know? But they've worked… they've got it in the law where they'll always get paid, and so there's no consequences for not negotiating these… these.
- 1:20:54Testecleese: Cheers.
- 1:20:55Brian McFadden: These… Bills, the budgets, for the year.
- 1:20:58Testecleese: I am willing… I am willing to accept that they continue to get paid, assuming they continue to work to find a resolution, instead of saying, we'll wait till Monday.
- 1:21:06El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:21:08Brian McFadden: But I still…
- 1:21:09Testecleese: For the idea of, anytime the government shuts up.
- 1:21:13Testecleese: Shuts down, everyone in office, both sides of the aisle, are up for re-election, next election cycle.
- 1:21:20El Guapo: Yeah, okay.
- 1:21:20Brian McFadden: I like that idea.
- 1:21:21Testecleese: So everyone go, like, oh, wait a minute, you shut down…
- 1:21:24El Guapo: You know…
- 1:21:24Testecleese: I lost my food benefit.
- 1:21:26Testecleese: Because you said no?
- 1:21:28El Guapo: Yeah. You know, she'll hold our office after that.
- 1:21:32Brian McFadden: Who is Kevin Warsh?
- 1:21:34Testecleese: I don't know, but it looks like…
- 1:21:37Testecleese: He's gonna replace… what the fuck's the guy's name?
- 1:21:42Testecleese: It took me longer.
- 1:21:43El Guapo: That's all the pal.
- 1:21:44Brian McFadden: wheelchair.
- 1:21:45Testecleese: Ow.
- 1:21:46Brian McFadden: Who, who, who, who nominated Jerome Powell?
- 1:21:50El Guapo: I think trap there, yeah, drop the…
- 1:21:54Testecleese: he replaced Janet Yellen?
- 1:21:56El Guapo: Yep. He got cornered in because this is the first term, he didn't know who to trust. It's like, oh, Jerome Powell would be the best thing, you know, other than that.
- 1:22:06Brian McFadden: Well, he hates Jerome Powell, so he didn't be nominated again.
- 1:22:10El Guapo: Oh, 6 years, 6 years is a term.
- 1:22:14Testecleese: I don't know, wha… What is the Federal Reserve?
- 1:22:19Testecleese: really do, like, what… Howard.
- 1:22:21El Guapo: The main job of the Federal Reserve when it came into power in 1913, is to prevent inflation.
- 1:22:29Testecleese: Prevent inflation.
- 1:22:31El Guapo: It hasn't been working since 1913.
- 1:22:34Brian McFadden: Not very good.
- 1:22:35Testecleese: Well, see, that's the problem, is that they're supposed to prevent inflation. That's why they adjust the interest rates, right? The loan rates. But the problem is, federal government says, we're gonna go a trillion dollars over budget. They look at the Federal Reserve, who push a button on a computer.
- 1:22:51El Guapo: No, I'm pretty.
- 1:22:51Testecleese: Money appears for the federal government to spend.
- 1:22:54Testecleese: That IS what inflation is.
- 1:22:56El Guapo: Yep.
- 1:22:57Testecleese: For real, let's say, let's say fuck it.
- 1:22:59Testecleese: Let's overhaul a currency system and go back to the gold standard.
- 1:23:03El Guapo: Unfortunately, there's probably no gold in Fort Knox anymore.
- 1:23:07Brian McFadden: We already, we already figured that out.
- 1:23:09Testecleese: Well, yeah, when the Germans asked to see their gold, like, 20 years ago, and we made them wait, like, 6 weeks and showed them 1 gold bar not in the vault.
- 1:23:17El Guapo: Yeah, I think there was a… no, there was an, this, New York City, the Federal Reserve, New York City.
- 1:23:25El Guapo: Oh, we moved gold from one site to the other side of the room.
- 1:23:28Testecleese: Correct, but the Fort Knox is a large… allegedly the largest, repository of gold on the planet.
- 1:23:34El Guapo: A legend, yes.
- 1:23:36Testecleese: Allegedly. I don't know how much is actually in there.
- 1:23:39El Guapo: You know…
- 1:23:40Testecleese: Well, see, that's the thing, is it's tough to steal gold.
- 1:23:43Brian McFadden: It's heavy.
- 1:23:44Testecleese: Yeah, like, what does one gold bar weigh? And don't get me wrong, one gold bar is worth a lot of money, but now how are you gonna move a gold bar?
- 1:23:51El Guapo: That's why they wear, like, steel toes, the big…
- 1:23:53El Guapo: Metal toes, so where they fall, they don't crush the toes.
- 1:23:57Testecleese: I wear steel toes when I do.
- 1:23:58El Guapo: No, no, no, no, like, you ever see the Goodfeather worker? They wear, like, actually, shoes designed for when they fall, those crushed toes.
- 1:24:08Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah, I know what you mean.
- 1:24:13Testecleese: It's funny, actually, a steel toe in your boot is designed so that when it gets hit so hard, it'll tear off the front of your sole and come down like a guillotine and cut your toes off and keep them in a little pocket.
- 1:24:25Testecleese: It's a sharp blade, so that you might actually get them reattached versus crushed.
- 1:24:30Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:24:31Testecleese: And I was like, geez, that's vicious.
- 1:24:37Testecleese: Yeah, Kevin Warsh, never heard of this guy. Honestly, I wouldn't know where to…
- 1:24:43Testecleese: I don't even know what I would be following to know who might be the next Fed chair, honestly.
- 1:24:48El Guapo: Well, the same thing goes with the… what's the name of the… the Treasury… Secretary of Treasury,
- 1:24:55El Guapo: O'leary? No, no, O'Leary, fuck it, what's his name?
- 1:24:59Testecleese: I don't know, but it's not Kevin O'Leary.
- 1:25:00El Guapo: No, no, no. What's the deal with the Treasury… the Treasury right now? He's really good at it.
- 1:25:06Brian McFadden: Kevin Warsh is an American financier economist and former central banker who is currently in news because he'd been nominated by Trump to be the Federal Reserve.
- 1:25:17Testecleese: There you go.
- 1:25:21Testecleese: Epstein Files got released.
- 1:25:23El Guapo: Great.
- 1:25:24Brian McFadden: Brilliant.
- 1:25:24El Guapo: What else are they gonna tell us?
- 1:25:26Testecleese: Yeah, I've given up on caring on this, dude. It's been so long.
- 1:25:31Brian McFadden: Well, they're saying most of these…
- 1:25:33El Guapo: files have been released are lacking contests or corroboration, so… Probably that's why they don't want to release it, because it's like, what is this showing here, you know?
- 1:25:42Brian McFadden: If there's anything really…
- 1:25:45Brian McFadden: important for us to know. It's just like the freakin' Kennedy files, you know, if there's anything that really important should have came out.
- 1:25:52Brian McFadden: It would have came out a long time ago, because nobody can keep a secret in the federal government.
- 1:25:57El Guapo: What was I about to tell you? Brother Kennedy files, there's a lot of things that got over-classified.
- 1:26:03El Guapo: There was a… there was, like a…
- 1:26:05El Guapo: paper magazine that, like, there was to publish.
- 1:26:09El Guapo: And the fucking CIA, like, oh, let's classify that, like, it's already been published. What the fuck is classified about this, you know? It just…
- 1:26:16Testecleese: I'll tell you why a lot of this stuff was classified.
- 1:26:19El Guapo: No, no, no, it's alright.
- 1:26:20Testecleese: Well, no, how long had it been…
- 1:26:22Testecleese: Since a president had been assassinated.
- 1:26:25Brian McFadden: It's still… some of it's still classified.
- 1:26:28Testecleese: But I'm just saying, how long had it been since a president had been assassinated?
- 1:26:32El Guapo: since it's 60.
- 1:26:33Testecleese: No, no, before Kennedy.
- 1:26:35El Guapo: Oh, shoot.
- 1:26:36El Guapo: Was…
- 1:26:37Testecleese: Is Garfield after…
- 1:26:40El Guapo: No, I think, well, accepted assassination…
- 1:26:46El Guapo: I think it's somebody else before, after, Abraham Lincoln.
- 1:26:49Testecleese: You had Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley, Jeff, Kennedy.
- 1:26:53El Guapo: 3 or 4.
- 1:26:54Testecleese: I think there's f- I think there's 4.
- 1:26:56El Guapo: Oh, fire, Southern.
- 1:26:56Testecleese: Garfield was shot? No, maybe it was Garfield, not McKinley.
- 1:27:00Brian McFadden: Alright, I got it. It was McKinley.
- 1:27:05Brian McFadden: It was Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley, Kennedy.
- 1:27:08Testecleese: Look, look at that.
- 1:27:09Brian McFadden: There was, 62 years between McKinley and JFK.
- 1:27:15Testecleese: Now, here's the question, is how many years before the guy before that? But yeah, anyway.
- 1:27:20Brian McFadden: Garfield was 1881, and William McKinley was 1901.
- 1:27:24El Guapo: My political party was McKinley.
- 1:27:27Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:27:28El Guapo: I know for sure.
- 1:27:30Testecleese: But they were worried about information getting about how the president got killed. They didn't want anyone else to be able to recreate this situation and know the errors and the faults in the Secret Service.
- 1:27:43El Guapo: You know, or just, like.
- 1:27:45Testecleese: Prime example is what happened to Tim Pool recently in West Virginia. He's now shooting in Florida. Some dude came by.
- 1:27:52Brian McFadden: Haley was a Republican.
- 1:27:54Testecleese: Somebody joins.
- 1:27:55Brian McFadden: 25th President of the United States.
- 1:27:57Testecleese: There you go.
- 1:27:59Brian McFadden: He was strongly associated with protective terrorists and the gold standard. That's why he was killed.
- 1:28:05Testecleese: The tariffs and keeping the dollar worth something. Oh my goodness, look at this. This guy was actually looking up for the American people. Look at this? I don't think so.
- 1:28:13Testecleese: Trump's already been shot once, and .
- 1:28:16Brian McFadden: Attempted it shot twice.
- 1:28:18Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:28:19El Guapo: And the other times, we don't know about it, too.
- 1:28:21Testecleese: But anyway, what I was saying about the Secret Service, like.
- 1:28:24Testecleese: Just like if somebody drives by my house and shoots at my house, and I get it on camera.
- 1:28:29Testecleese: I'll share it with the authorities, but I'm not letting anyone else see that, because I don't want them to know where my cameras are, I don't want them to know my security system, you know what I mean?
- 1:28:37Testecleese: The weaknesses in my security system do.
- 1:28:40El Guapo: Got you.
- 1:28:43Brian McFadden: Got weaknesses in your security system?
- 1:28:45Testecleese: I'm not awake 24 hours, I don't have an actual audible alarm, I just got two dogs that'll wake me up.
- 1:28:53El Guapo: I would better be one of the…
- 1:28:54Testecleese: Realistically, my security system is two dogs that'll bark, then my.
- 1:28:57Brian McFadden: She does not have a Chihuahua.
- 1:29:01Testecleese: No, those are not little dogs, are they?
- 1:29:04Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:29:05Testecleese: No. They were pretty happy to see you once they realized that you were cool, too.
- 1:29:08Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:29:11Testecleese: But yeah, they didn't even attack you when came in, but they barked. That would have let me know that something happened.
- 1:29:16Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:29:22Testecleese: What the fuck? Historically, Catholic University appoints professor who calls abortion bans sexual violence.
- 1:29:31Brian McFadden: Yeah, Catholic university appointed a professor that doesn't believe in abortion.
- 1:29:38Testecleese: Who does believe in abortion, apparently.
- 1:29:40El Guapo: Who doesn't?
- 1:29:42Testecleese: He calls abortion bans sexual violence, so banning abortion is sexual violence, which…
- 1:29:48Brian McFadden: That's contradictory to the category.
- 1:29:51Brian McFadden: raised.
- 1:29:53Testecleese: If there was… oh my god.
- 1:29:56Testecleese: You had to let someone blow their load in you to get pregnant. It's not sexual violence.
- 1:30:03Testecleese: To say, don't kill the baby.
- 1:30:08Testecleese: Okay? The sexual violence might have been the rape that led to the baby.
- 1:30:13Testecleese: But that's actually far less common than people want you to believe it is. That's the examples they bring up.
- 1:30:18Testecleese: What about rape and incest? He's like, first of all, how much incest do you think there is?
- 1:30:24Testecleese: Second of all, can you name a single state in this country where you can't get an abortion if you were raped and made pregnant by it? Nope. And they're like, well, no, that's not the point. It's like, it is the point, because you want to pass more laws!
- 1:30:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:30:37Testecleese: You already have what you're saying is acceptable!
- 1:30:41Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:30:41El Guapo: This is just when I feel good about himself, that's why they're fucking doing stuff like that.
- 1:30:45Testecleese: But how do you feel good about yourself saying, kill the weakest among us that can't defend themselves?
- 1:30:53Testecleese: I mean.
- 1:30:54Testecleese: Oh my god. The church guys that broke into that church, one of the dudes that got picked up, his record came up, you know, when they ran his info. He spent time in jail for aggravated assault, beating a… carjacking a pregnant woman, beating her and kicking her in the abdomen.
- 1:31:14Testecleese: When she was down.
- 1:31:18Brian McFadden: See, that… there's no excuse for that, she is.
- 1:31:21Testecleese: No, no, there's not. And here's the best part, is a lot of these states that say you could have an abortion, what's the big deal, also will charge you with a double murder for killing a pregnant woman.
- 1:31:30Brian McFadden: Hallelujah.
- 1:31:31Testecleese: How… how does that person… how does that baby count as a person if I'm doing it versus a doctor?
- 1:31:38Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:31:39Brian McFadden: Makes no sense.
- 1:31:43Testecleese: And you want to talk about morality, but I…
- 1:31:47Testecleese: If you want to talk about morality, don't go getting fucked out by randos and getting jizzed all over, you know what I mean?
- 1:31:56Testecleese: Pardon my language, but, like, do these people not understand where babies come from?
- 1:32:01El Guapo: Nope.
- 1:32:02Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:32:03Testecleese: At least wrap it up!
- 1:32:05Testecleese: Ripe?
- 1:32:10Testecleese: Anyway, Brian… Anything else you want to talk about tonight?
- 1:32:15Brian McFadden: I don't think so.
- 1:32:16Brian McFadden: Think we did alright, hour and a half.
- 1:32:19El Guapo: Nice.
- 1:32:20Brian McFadden: Your short show, you were all worried about not enough topics.
- 1:32:23Testecleese: I added a handful of more articles, and a bunch of that I didn't even share into the group thing.
- 1:32:29Testecleese: And here's the repeat offender showing up as we're closing out.
- 1:32:33Brian McFadden: I told him.
- 1:32:34Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:32:36Testecleese: Oh shit, I just opened up notes or something?
- 1:32:39Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:32:40Testecleese: Yeah, I opened up something weird. And he shows up as we're getting ready to be done here. Here comes the ending music.
- 1:32:52Audio shared by Testecleese: Hey, by the way, flashbangs are not hand warmers.
- 1:32:56Brian McFadden: That's a good one.
- 1:32:56Testecleese: Oh my god, yes, don't pick up flashbacks!
- 1:32:59Audio shared by Testecleese: It's called a grenade!
- 1:33:05Brian McFadden: I'm cutting her off!
