- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't get wealthy with AI, it's your own fault.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_02]: I stand by that, but only for the builders though, and real money is being made in the speed of light.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: If you can actually make somebody's life easier and actually have AI do the work for them, you're gonna make more money.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_02]: When you said a word like, get rich quick, it's like, oh my God, it's like a red flag.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm literally watching people get rich quick.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just tell you this.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: If you do not have a piece of technology attached to your business, you are gonna lose big time.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: The idea that you don't build is the idea that somebody will build for you.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: The future is now.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: So you're telling me that that nine of fiveer can create an agent while they're at work,
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: The agent could be working for them and then making them money, we are living in the time of the one person billion dollar companies.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: Now that might sound like hype, but let me tell you, are there any valid excuses for not using AI to make money and to solve problems right now?
- 1:08[SPEAKER_01]: I know y'all want to watch the next episode, but listen, if you're an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant, or small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple streams of income from that story, I need your text me right now, text me my book to 646-687-4152.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: That's my personal number.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_01]: I've been an author and publisher for over 15 years.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: I've written over 40 books.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: Seven of them have been bestseller and I sold over 250,000 copies.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: But listen, I also help a lot of my clients take their expertise and put it into a story that creates multiple streams of income from that.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to help you do the same thing.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: So text me, my book, to 646-687-4152.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: All right, all right, let's get back to the show.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ashcast, the greatest money mindset show in the planet.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, today we're talking about AI, and this conversation is bigger than just new apps and chat bots.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_02]: AI is changing how people work.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_02]: and build businesses, but it's also raising real questions about safety, about jobs, energy, it's taking all of the power to create this technology to just today.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_02]: Google's Deep Mind's Demis Hassabis, he called the recent AI related hacking incidents early warning shots, and the latest US energy outlet says power use is expected to hit a record high,
- 2:51[SPEAKER_02]: and 2026 and 2027 with AI data centers among the drivers.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: So the question, is it what can AI do?
- 3:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's also who's going to benefit from it?
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: What does it cause?
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: How do we use it wisely?
- 3:05[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I had to bring my brother back.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_02]: for another one, the four peak, back to back to back, my brother Justin Burns, he's the king of technology, wealth, the king of AI, the king of a, what is a, what is a gin, we wrote about all that.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: A gin, take AI, it's all different type of AI.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I appreciate you for having you on the show.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_02]: Again, another one, you gave out so much game, bro, like I meet people in different places, and they're like, man, you know, thank you for having Justin on Justin, you know, help me build my app.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I'm doing things with AI.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't think a lot of people was just using flyers, right?
- 3:44[SPEAKER_02]: But they're like, you know, they build flyers.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_02]: Don't create the flyers.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_02]: Don't create those flyers.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: And so they build an app.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_02]: They're making real, like real money.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_02]: And I think this is important.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why I wanted to have you back.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's important because
- 3:56[SPEAKER_02]: Um, real money is being made in a speed of light, right?
- 4:00[SPEAKER_02]: When I think about like, you think about the industrial revolution, you think about all of the different revolutions.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_02]: They were like time.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: They were time between them.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, when I tell you, AI is, I mean, you, you know this, but AI is, it's, it's, it's changing so fast.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: So the last episode you did, I think we did a 100,000 views.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: All that information is not even like it's is no stuff that's happening right now.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to talk about all of it.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: How can people make money and his other thing know true is that like, you know, you know, and you know, we are, when you said that word like get rich quick, it's like, oh my God, it's like a red flag.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm literally watching people get rich quick with AI.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: So we want to start there.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_02]: But for those who don't know real quick, who is Justin Burns me?
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: listen just in verse can get technology found up apps bill with AI we just recently built our own platform So I'm implementing what I've been teaching for the past what was that was on the episode?
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was like eight almost eight months ago like even since then I tell people like I said on the first episode This is the greatest time in history.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: I think I said that on the AI episode.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: I stand by that, right?
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: But only for the builders though, mm-hmm.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: Not for the people that just use chat, GPT or clawed from time to time.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is the time for the people that are actually going to rotate, so they use up, take the keyboard out, because it ain't like the old school stuff that you should do.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: You have to now, you have to use the fastest of your brand because now AI is getting so much smarter.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to talk about this because I'm going to tell y'all we're in the now we're entering into the agentic age right now.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: What does that mean?
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, please.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: The agentic age is where now, you know, remember, bring it down like this.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: We were in the stage where AI used to be able to you go to touch LGBT and you say, I want to do this and then basically from you would have to keep prompting and then AI would give you whatever your response was, it would do that particular thing and then boom, then you have to prompt it again.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: Now AI has gotten smarter, or now agentic means that AI will now take what you're using and actually go do the tasks for you.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: So for example, I'm going to talk about this.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: I got so many cases that I have about 50 AI agents working right now as I'm literally here with you, right that I'm marketing, that are selling, that are doing customer support, that's finding me things.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: So listen, this again, this is a great show.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: So let me just let me just like, I need to, you know, get some clarity, right?
- 6:33[SPEAKER_02]: So you're saying a Jensik AI, so before,
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: you have the prompt that you have to say give me this give me this and it was like more informational if you will but you're saying that right now agented we're intramating the agented AR phase got no like like a meta just came out with mues I believe you Yep, and like there's all these different companies that's coming up with these agents
- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: And so AI agent is part of the agentic phase, and it actually implements the thing for you.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_02]: So if I'm like, let's say for instance, my claim to fame or what I do on a daily basis, I'm a publisher, right?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_02]: I publish books and people, I help them create six to seven thing of businesses, off of that.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_02]: And so you're telling me that I can create an AI agent and I look for specific people.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: I look for people who are making five to six figures a month off of their offer or ready.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: And then I add a book to it so that I can exponentially grow this stuff.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: So I could go create an AI agent and say, I need you to find me people who make five to six figures a month.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: And it can do that for me.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let me let me give you let me give you an example, right?
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: So, and the last show I talked about that you need to be building some type of technology because We're entering into the phase of the agente AI they even mentioned that now we're in the phase.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the difference, right?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: So let me kind of give you just even what is changed over the past year because we know where the AI technology stuff changed that you
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: You can blink, you know, just like you talked about.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: There's a couple platforms have come out since then.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: Facebook came out with news, which is getting a lot of buzz right now.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: Open AI came out with some called dots.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: You know, X came out with grock, which is my favorite grock box, right?
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: And a year ago, Ash, it was open claw and all these other ones.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: You remember everybody was going on a band on the Mac booth?
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's the second year.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: They was trying to go, they was going crazy, right?
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: Because they was trying to essentially what they were doing was, and I had told
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: I really got one, but I was like, I have a prediction because I always predict a lot of future stuff.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: I said that in the next six months, somebody's gonna crack this cold, so you're not, if you be a little patient, here's gonna happen, and guess what happened?
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: Opening, I just dropped dots.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: Mews drop, I mean, a Facebook drop muse, then you have rock bots.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to see even more of these pop up.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: So let's kind of take a step back, right?
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: How can we, how can anybody watching this use this in their business or if you don't have a business?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: How can you use this?
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: Gary Vaynerchuk said this.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I always quote this.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: He said, we are living in the time of the one person billion dollar companies.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: One person billion dollar companies.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now that might sound like hype, but let me tell you, you said something early in the show, you said, man, get rich quick.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: As we were taught that in order to get wealthy, it would take 10 plus years.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's yeah.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_02]: So many 10,000 hours, 10,000 hours.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's outdated and old now.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: right and it's not to say that you don't need to do effort or you're just going to it's not going to take effort we be lying right here's the truth though it doesn't take as much effort as it used to with a couple strategies with systems with building the right thing which asked to build the right thing listen let me tell you something right in the day and age right now if you don't get wealthy with AI is your own fault hmm
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: It is your own fault all you if you don't sit out because the biggest issue that people have is they don't focus enough That's you know they're getting robbed from social media.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_02]: They scroll Listen if you ain't built none what you scroll what you're scrolling about what you and it is as funny You say that because I you know I see the same thing happened right as a financial educator We you know we teach that there's four types of people in the world right you got consumers you got producers you got You know investors and philanthropists right
- 10:20[SPEAKER_02]: And usually wealth is built with the other three, like most of us are just consumers, right?
- 10:25[SPEAKER_02]: And this is, and I'm just talking from a, from a money perspective, right?
- 10:29[SPEAKER_02]: Where you make money and you just become a consumer, you're buying your buying your buying.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_02]: And then,
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: You know, those who know about money, they take that money to buy as a consumer.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_02]: But they also use that money to produce something.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: They also use that money to invest.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_02]: And they also use the money to give that.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_02]: But now what I'm learning is that money isn't the thing anymore.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_02]: It's really your attention.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_02]: And with the way things are, people are spending their attention.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_02]: as consumers only, they're not using that attention to learn, to build, to build, right?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: And so, like talk about that, right?
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: Like talk about, right?
- 11:09[SPEAKER_02]: Because I know you've helped a lot of people.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: build apps with AI talk about like how can you the everyday person or right because right right now you got you got everybody watch you got small business on a watch and you got an entrepreneur watching you got the nine of five or just making money but still feel stuck living paycheck to paycheck right they make good money though and they want to figure out how can I especially now especially them right because the one thing they don't have is the time.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: So you're telling me that that that that that nine of fiveer can create an agent and the agent while they're at work, the agent could be working for them and then making the money talk about them.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's get a little saw.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: Because I want people watching this to really, really take advantage of this.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: If you missed the first episode of the second episode, don't miss this one.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Don't go deeper.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: So let's go deeper.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: So since me and you even talk, we shout out to you, you help promote that episode, right?
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: 70,000 people have been through it.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_00]: Again, out of that, people who stand out like, it's a 15-year-old who always talk about their name as Melody, she's 15.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: She built a affirmation app that helps little girls increase their self-confidence, right?
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: Or Vicky Hamilton, she's 50 plus years young, she built something in the healthcare space.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't have technical experience.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now, let me just tell you, you said, okay, that's great, just, but I'm a small business owner.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'm an entrepreneur, well, I'm a nine or five, but let me just tell you.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: consumer behavior is changing now as let me ask you this when we wanted to get knowledge in our day, right?
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm saying we ate these babies.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: We go what what what we talked to So we we we would go to the Excitula PDF first and foremost books We was going to books and then when internet came we would go to the internet.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: We were going to Google We would go to uh net and you know when we couldn't had that join on the AOL date.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: Right, the fact though.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's the fact that's the fact Miles was tripping
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: And on the 60 minute AOL, this, so we couldn't even get by libraries, you know what?
- 13:09[SPEAKER_00]: And guess what?
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: In that time in age, everything had limitation.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: So the internet, it was always costing to be on the internet for a while.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: If you want a cell phone service, you could not maybe have to know.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm back though.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't want it, the CD play.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: If you wanted it, it was a, it was a gift to get a 15 second skip.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like, oh, my stuff.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: Now, people don't even understand the abundance that they're living in.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is the most abundant time in history.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: But it's also the most distracting time in history.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what everybody has to do.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: Consumer, I say all that because consumer behavior is changing.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: And if you are a local business owner, if you are a business, whatever it is, let me just tell you this, if you do not have a piece of technology attached to your business, you are going to lose big time.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: because he suggested, well, that just sounds because you're a technologist, no, no, no, no, no.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Hear me out.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: The average person now, and I did, now my behavior, I need to do something happen.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: When somebody wants to answer, and they like, what time this clothes, what are you going?
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: Chat, chat, chat, chat, chat, chat, chat, claw, your man is.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: They go into LLMs, which are learning, like large language models, right?
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: So what's happening is, is consumers' behaviors change to that means that what?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: now when people want answers they used to now that behavior changed to Google.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: So then Google started taking over the you know early to I mean late 90s early 2000s and so people would say google it.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: They ended up imprinting that in the person's mind.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: that if you want to answer, you go to Google or you go to Yahoo and you Google it.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now, when somebody wants to answer, guess what they go.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: ChatGPT.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: They go to ChatGPT.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: So what does that mean?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: That means that people are now older, younger.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't matter.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: They can be 14 years old.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to the ChatGPT.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what you do.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing I teach in my ecosystem, I call it the technology ecosystem.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody here can build a technology ecosystem.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's digital products if you don't have one.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: That can be attached to a technology that you're using.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: Let me give you a real-world case study and then we're going to talk about how you can even use AI agents to attach that to actually have them be your employees to their promoter technology company.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go deep.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_00]: So first, you need an idea, but that sounds generalistic, right?
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go deeper on that.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: No, you need something that is smart that actually solves somebody's problem in a way that they're already doing and they're used to.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: The people that are gonna get wealthy are the people that actually take behaviors that are being used in a way that inconveniences people and then you use technology to solve them.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: Let me help you ways and two ways.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: Let me hear you an example.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: So let's say you're a real estate person watching this.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: What is that?
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: What is the think about the buyer behavior?
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I'll give me an example in both of these, right?
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: So first, example number one, I'm looking for a property like I'm trying to buy some land and here's what happened.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm having the worst experience because the old school way is what?
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: If I want to do a property, I reach out to a realtor, the realtor then goes and I'm going to send you some property.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's the old, the process is so long.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's on the
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: We'll take knowledge to watch this.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine if I got on the call with a realtor or real estate person and they said, hey, listen, we're going to actually record this so that we we're going to actually create everything that you want customized down to the letter.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to put it into my system.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to actually go through the photos of properties all across the internet, scan them, know exactly what you'd like and style that you like.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: So you're not even picking from just price ranges and just a nice kitchen.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to actually, this is going to know your styling.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: then is going to know your price point, know exactly what area you want to live in, and in the span of literally two hours is gonna can pick you three that you need to buy.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_00]: And those three are not just gonna be regular properties though, I don't like the kitchen.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I don't like the bathroom.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: This is to your exact specification.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: do you think you would make more money if you had a piece of technology?
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: One thousand percent.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: One thousand.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: Most people still do it old school.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: Go to Zillow, type it in, drop down.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: Where out of the age of people doing all that work, and it might seem like, oh, that work is harder.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not harder.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: because now the work is I gotta go out and physically think through the process.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you can actually make somebody's life easier and actually have AI, you do the work for them, you're gonna make more money.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're in real estate, don't do it the old school way.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_00]: I've won through four realtor's who done the same thing.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like this problem, I like this thing.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's got to be against you.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_02]: Wait, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Let's also take second, right?
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: Let's even weep me and you on the fitness jump, right?
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: Right, out of the lost 30 pounds.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I'm excited.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: I got a little bit more, but we do it.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_00]: We do it in 75.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: Or we, it's my brother.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: We on the fitness channel.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: Always your brother when you could watch out and get held you guys in fact, though, as a fact, saving our lives.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_02]: Living our lives, literally.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: We work now.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: We're trying to get to be the best version of ourselves.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 18:22[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things is, and this is actually for our coach, right?
- 18:25[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say meal apps, right?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: We got to try to, in fitness, the most important thing is nutrition.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: So imagine if I had an app though, instead of me generating, just saying, you know, saying like a meal plan, what if I could record something, the AI knows exactly what I want, what my taste buds are, what I can, it can't eat.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: and then it creates down to the letter, not only does, now here's where gentle comes in, not just a regular meal plan, that surface level.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: What if it went a couple layers deep, ash?
- 18:57[SPEAKER_00]: What if it knew exactly the area that I lived in?
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, if found the ingredients or found the personal chef for me, who actually specializes in that.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's how specific AI can get, where it can scan the internet, find somebody who specializes in vegetarian food, if I want to eat keto, if I want to eat whatever, that could do that.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_00]: And it handed to you on the silver pliden.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think you would pay for someone?
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: 1,000 percent.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_02]: As soon as you say that because, and now I'm understanding the genetic in a better way because the truth for them not is that with everything, we still have the, there was still some type of work that needed to be done, right, so to that point, and then you correct
- 19:35[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say for instance, I want to want to go on a date.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to take my wife on a date night, right?
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: Normally what I would do is I'll go to Google.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'll say, you know, let me know what's happening in our land in this weekend.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_02]: I want to, you know, I want to see what's up.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_02]: So now it gives me a list of the places.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to have to search them.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to have to look.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to do all this stuff.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_02]: And then now, once I find a thing that I'm interested in doing, I now have to go.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_02]: and make the phone call.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: So let's just say I want to go to dinner.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_02]: I want to go to a concert.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: I can make the phone call, you know, do all these things.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm hearing you correctly, imagine that that was built call date night, the date night app.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_02]: right where somebody just says everything that that they need done and then the AI agent can find the right combinations right.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_02]: It can find the date.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_02]: It can find where to get the flowers from.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_02]: It can give you the car service.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_02]: It can get you.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_02]: So it can do all of those things and give you that like that one solution, opposed to you having to go out and do it.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_02]: Is that correct?
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what a ginti is.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: A ginti thinks not just thinks for you.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: It goes out and knows what it is that you want and it actually provides that that need.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this, let's just say you're watching this and you're like, I want to build something.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to build it.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: go and find the problems, but not surface level problems, let me just build a meal out.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: That surface level, build a tech ecosystem.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: Like that meal, it goes out and finds the ship.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm like, now, that's what's happening with me, right?
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: I got to go find the ship, right?
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: I got to do all of this hard work, right?
- 21:16[SPEAKER_00]: And I got to go find the ship.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_00]: But what agentic will do, if I build, if I were to build the app around fitness, I would build a app that actually does finds what I like, tells me what to eat.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Build that every week reminds me of when to eat and what to eat.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: Don't just go one layer deep, like go a couple layers deep, because that's where the wealth and technology is going to be built.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: You understand, like don't just go like, oh, I'm just doing a little meal at people don't think a couple of steps.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: No, think about the buyer behavior.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if the buyer's like imagine like if somebody you even you're in your fitness journey, I said, I got that.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: But then here's what we built the tech equals and this we're gonna do.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: The app is just the epicenter.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's just the one layer, because from that, people need now digital products that can be layer with that, because now they need to know what to eat.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_00]: They need to know why they're eating.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_00]: So now you can build training and AI can build that for you too, whereas attached to it.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the other ecosystem, community.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_00]: You put them into a community, so now they're built, now they're using your app, now they're recommending your app, now they're recommending your products.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_00]: They don't leave the ecosystem, I won't try to hear this.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_00]: When you build an ecosystem, nobody can copy you, Ash.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: That's the thing.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: If you worried about competition, because I get so many people that be like, Justin, what if somebody steal my idea?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you're an idea and making money,
- 22:43[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody wants to steal your idea, it's an idea that's in your head.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: And guess what, when you put it out there, don't worry about people stealing your stuff.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: If you build an ecosystem, it's going to be harder to build it.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the last part of that is coaching, right?
- 22:57[SPEAKER_00]: People need to be coached on how to use it.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: So like, this is my ecosystem, the aspect with AI systems.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_00]: Let me hear you on another example.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: So right now, we just completed finishing our
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: at Builder that builds your apps for you.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this, you want to learn how to build your app, we got you, right?
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: You just prompt it and it actually builds your app for you.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_00]: So we made that easy.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: but then we also got a training that shows them the psychology of what it means to be a tech founder.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: Cause I like to say this, Ash, we're in the new age of technology.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need to be a tech bro anymore.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: A tech girl, that was what they used to control everything.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: Now you can build, I just want you to get this.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: You can build anything.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_00]: Literally, let me give you another, let's keep going.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: the right now we're in the middle of our launch right and it used to be so I used to need 20 people to build what I'm building yeah the website for the app that we're launching was built all with claw design right there claw design built the whole website like a professional designer with building then
- 24:00[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of the, there we needed it, we needed it, remember you know, like with apps, you always want to have a nice demo, right?
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: Want to have like something that showed the app.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_00]: Ash, I was getting $10,000 quotes.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: Manus, right?
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: This down, M.A.N.U.S.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_00]: Manus created an entire demo video.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: All I did was prompt it and it cost me 20 bucks.
- 24:20[UNKNOWN]: Wow.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: The greatest from 10,000 to 20.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: So, so watch this, watch this, Ash.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: me, a kid from the South Side of Chicago, who has a lot of experience about a way who built up to this for sure, you spent a million dollars developing my stroke and my whole technology platform.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: Today, I was able to get to market in three months.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Without minimal, we do have a couple of developers, right?
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: But I built the whole prototype and clawed.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: I literally built all the marketing using Hicksfield with demo videos with AI.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I was able to now, now, these platforms are now editing the videos too.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_00]: So now that that, now, I literally, before I got over here, I was worried about content for social media.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: I went to, this is about to get, this is going to be a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a slice of a
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: my Instagram content team.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: Now, AI agents, they can talk with each other and they can form a group chat and work with AI agent.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: I could create a group chat and talk through each other.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: Heard you.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: Can create an agent, right?
- 25:47[SPEAKER_00]: They talked to each other.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what I did.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_00]: I went to my, I went to the chat and I said, Hey, listen, give me some ideas.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking to create a piece of content today.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
- 25:56[SPEAKER_00]: And they said, well, based on you going on the show with ash cash.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_00]: And also soon, you should talk about AI agents because AI agents, we can actually promote people's businesses.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_00]: And then, so I literally asked, I shot a video like, hey, listen,
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: If you are looking into building a team of agents, here's how you do it.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_00]: I stopped the video.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_00]: Use then I shot another one.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_00]: So I turned the video around and I felt my screen.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, here's my marketing department sales department.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: They're all AI agents.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_00]: I stopped that.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_00]: I turned around and I shot another video.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, listen, if you want to learn how to do this, I create a free guy for you comment below bots, right?
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's one of those people you do a call to action.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: I used to have to go to CapCut, right?
- 26:42[SPEAKER_00]: I used to have to outsource that and wait two days for the guy to finally get around to my video.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what I did.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: I uploaded all three clips into Manus.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_00]: I told Manus, I need you.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: This is just so I didn't even, this is what I mean by a ginti.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: Ash, I didn't even have to tell it, which video went where.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_00]: It already knows.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: So I just say here's one three video and I was testing right literally right before I came I was just testing right I was like Put these videos together as one video.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_00]: This is the social media video.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: I want to post a night Ash I went to the bathroom hmm came back
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: Within five minutes the video was done put together and then put it all in the right places at the caption to each video Create it the guide that goes along with the video and create the caption that I'm a post on social and now all I got to do is literally Now my rockbot is connected to my man is so now I could tell my rockbot to post to my Instagram.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: Wow
- 27:41[SPEAKER_00]: All before you came here.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: All before I came here.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: I was doing a million other things too.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_00]: It was working in the background.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like what?
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: So so right now I I can feel it right there's somebody watching that's making excuses.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_02]: What are the valid excuses for not using AI to make money into solve problems right now?
- 28:06[SPEAKER_00]: The only excuse that you have is the limiting beliefs that you place on yourself.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_00]: So those and what I found in coaching 70,000 people who most of them being non-technical founders, I find that these are the main three or four.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: One is, I'm not technical enough.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_00]: So people, you've been taught, you've been taught if you're watching this to fear technology.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to get that.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to throw that way, way back, where belong.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_00]: Because now, anybody can have access to these tools.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_00]: You've just got to learn the tools.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: The problem is people don't want to learn the tools.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: So you, but the reason why they don't want to learn the tools is because they fear technology, you've been told to fear technology because they don't want you to create technology.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want you to build life-changing things.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I want you guys understand this.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: In the next five years, technology is going to accelerate industries.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_00]: The reason why you have so much chaos in the world is because before darkness, there comes light.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: And so in our time, me and your time, your time too, who's watching this.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: And our time, there's going to be so many industries that are going to go bankrupt and on their head.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_00]: Think about this, right?
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: Two weeks ago,
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: driverless cars were introduced by Tesla into the Austin market.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm talking about a car that rolls up, opens his door, you get in, you press one button, it takes you to your destination without a driver.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: out of prediction.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: And the next five years or so, you will see less drivers.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: You won't see a lot of drivers because it will be because it will be like one of those weird things like you drive.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's, I mean, you, and you might, that sounds crazy.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_00]: Just, well, it sounded crazy when the horses, when everybody was riding the horse, and then this thing on four wheels came up and you drove it because we're going to be
- 29:57[SPEAKER_00]: a lot of human, and this is why I tell people, this is on my one of my calls last night I did with one of my students.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_00]: They were like, man, Justin, what about AI?
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: You are teaching us about acceleration.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're afraid that it's going to replace us and then have a need for us.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, listen to me.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like my saying always goes, the people building with AI won't be replaced is the people that are basically scared of AI.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're scared, so that's believe number one, technology.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_00]: Believe number two, usually comes down to personal beliefs, which is on that good enough.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_00]: So we have to now, we have to now say, you got to, you know, no, slap yourself with some water, but you do got to do healing.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_00]: Like I always told what we're healing, right?
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: We're health, mental, everything, but you have to force yourself to do this because you are at the beginning of something amazing.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_00]: And everybody ain't to be getting with something as amazing.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody wait until the tail end.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody wait until always convenient.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, everybody, why would you?
- 30:55[SPEAKER_00]: Let me tell you something.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_00]: Why would you want to build when everybody's talking about it?
- 30:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to, you know, like, as let me tell you something, when I was, when I found it about the internet in 2008, now I'm OG, they call me OG.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: And I did back there.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's OG.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: 2008.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: I went to my first conference on internet marketing.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: there was no webinars, there was no zooms, there was none of these things that everybody has access to that we take for granted.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: You could do a whole Zoom call from your phone.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's facts.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_00]: That wasn't possible back then.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: You had to go to the conference.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_00]: You had to be at the conference.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: You had to be at the conference.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: If you tried to do anything like a webinar or a training, the damn thing failed, it was going.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: The technology wasn't there.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: So in 2008, when I was introduced to this world,
- 31:45[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I was just, I was so blown away.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: I knew that I, I went to this one conference in the do was like, I remember because I was like, should I do a real estate, should I do stocks?
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I do other stuff.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember to do came on stage.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, listen.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: In the future, there's going to be people in other countries all over the world that are going to buy your product.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I, everybody else was, that they was looking skeptical, because people think you crazy before you smart, right?
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, I was one of those people like, my God.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_00]: This, my ears, I, I finally found something to get gave me this level of excitement.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just tell you, I was hanging out with some of my co-workers, and I went back to my job, and I was like, at the time I was working at, and I said, I think I found it.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: is the internet.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: Now at the time everybody was selling on eBay, they were selling digital e-books and I was like, man, we could sell anything y'all.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_00]: We can make some extra ink.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: I won't even tell about leaving your job.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: Right.

- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:54[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 32:54[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right.

- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_00]: and all of them looked at me and because it was at the beginning because they didn't hear about anybody doing it.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they didn't subscribe to it.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now watch this how everything comes full circle ash.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: One of the guys, I saw him a month ago at a restaurant here in Atlanta and at the time, he looked at me like he was like, and man, I really intolerant.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's what people say.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't entitled to that hero and they we call it pump fake and they pump fake.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_00]: They get a little interested and then they move on.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: Now watch this.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_00]: I still proceed it because I realized the gift that was on my life.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I realized there was something special about me and so I had to go through an alone period of doing it, alone and scared.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_00]: No entrepreneurs in my family building through the struggle.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_00]: Three years didn't make a month.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: Any money has an entrepreneur complete failure.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: But I was determined as I had that lying in me, right?
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: And I kept going.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: Then as my business reached different heights, you know, six, then seven figures.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember life will always give you a mirror if you stay consistent.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_00]: And this guy walked up, he said, Jay, and I couldn't remember, you know, I'll tell you, I'd be forgetting people, I don't know that.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_00]: But like,
- 34:18[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, I've seen this guy in 10 years.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, deep, what's up, man?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like, how you been?
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm man still working.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I never forget.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I saw your ad, everybody see my amo stuff.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I saw your ad recently.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_00]: And I couldn't believe that was you.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I remember when you told me about the internet, 2009, 2008, he was like, man, I'm so proud of you.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I'd have listened to what you said.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're sitting here, as you're watching this, are you soaking up all of this game?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now is the time to get off the fence.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: You can build anything.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_00]: You can build apps.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: You can build games.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care what you build.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: You can build mobile.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: You can build, you used to be $50,000 to get it developed with to build your stuff.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now you've got to just sit there and literally use platforms like ask me where AI.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever you use, you need to use my platform, but build something.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_00]: You have something that your family is proud of that you can be.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: Amazing and now ages can promote it for you.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what's the what's the quality of the things that you like that you could you could make now because when you say
- 35:32[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it used to cost $50,000 to do an app.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_02]: Is this a, like, what's the quality who owns it, right?
- 35:40[SPEAKER_02]: Is this one of those apps where, once this build, can I put it on the app store?
- 35:44[SPEAKER_02]: Like, how do I sell it?
- 35:45[SPEAKER_02]: How do I make money from it?
- 35:47[SPEAKER_02]: And then because I'm using another tool to create it, how do I, I mean, you know, people, how do I protect that, how do I protect it?
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: How do I make sure that Manus doesn't give my idea to somebody else that's trying to build it.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_00]: If I build it with that.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, definitely.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: Understandable concern, right?
- 36:05[SPEAKER_00]: So again, number one, let's go to the step.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_00]: I call the pillar steps, right?
- 36:11[SPEAKER_00]: So the pillar of success, even if you're a non-technical founder, is number one, use AI to basically again, come up with ideas, right?
- 36:21[SPEAKER_00]: A. I will score your idea.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, this used to, A. I will go out there and actually say, Hey, here's your competitive analysis.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what's not selling.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_00]: The biggest thing you can ask is, what is the people go and find?
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: This is what most people don't understand.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is so, this used to take a million years.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_00]: go out there and find the biggest complaint about this current software that people are talking about that most people aren't even looking for and what are some things that you would build also in a new product that will massively sell.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_02]: That's source right there.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_02]: Hold on for one second.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to say that.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_00]: Say that is that I don't know if you're going to get all of that prompt, but it's mostly go out there, find, do a competitive analysis around real estate, find the biggest challenges around real estate, right?
- 37:15[SPEAKER_00]: Some of the things like pricing, whatever it is, and then tell me like the biggest customer complaint, go and research the customer complaints,
- 37:23[SPEAKER_00]: that are out there on the forms like trust pilot or whatever and then also tell me what you would do in terms of creating a futuristic version of this product.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, what will sale?
- 37:36[SPEAKER_02]: You can also say what what what what what you will deal with massively sale.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: Based on the above, please give me that for the self-publishing industry.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_00]: Look,
- 37:48[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, AI is going to, in five minutes, you should take a minute.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_00]: AI wasn't also smart, smarter than what it is now.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_00]: It used to have to, it didn't even have access to the internet.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: It was based off of books that was programmed.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: That was, you would don't know this, but AI is programmed from books.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it's reading the data on the internet.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: So now it can actually go out there for $20 on one of these subscriptions.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_00]: You can have a gold mine of ideas.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_00]: You can have market research at your fingertips, so that's one.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: But before you go, before you go to the next one I just want, so I want everybody to realize what Justin just did and that's why I stopped chewing on it and I'm literally about, look, my AI is doing it too.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_02]: So that way I don't forget to do it after the episode and I'm gonna see what it says because what I realize is to your point is that everybody right now has access
- 38:44[SPEAKER_02]: to information, anybody got access to the AI, but like you said, the truth of the matter, everybody is not gonna be proactive.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody's using it, nobody's really producing with it.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: So when I think about my business and self-published authors and people who write books and people want to make six and seven figures, I'm saying, what is the biggest complaint that they have, right?
- 39:07[SPEAKER_02]: because I want people to understand this is that find a problem that they have and then build a business around the problem, not build a business around the solution.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_02]: Why do I say that?
- 39:19[SPEAKER_02]: Because in full transparency, that's one of the biggest issues I have as a publisher, right?
- 39:26[SPEAKER_02]: Is that as a publisher, I know
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: that entrepreneurs, business coaches, people who are, you know, making five to six figures a month, they're trying to figure out how they can scale, get to the next level, how they can stand out.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I know the solution is, hey, write a book and that's going to help you stand out.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_02]: But if you don't know that, if you're my client or if you're my a prospect and you don't know that and I'm pitching it to you based on my solution right I'm not going to have a big market because now I have to spend a lot of times convincing you that my solution is the thing right but if you start that's why I love what you just said if you start with the problem you start with the complaint you're already telling me what your issue is.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: And now it's that like now it's like reverse osmosis if you will because I don't even need to tell I don't have to sell you on the solution.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_02]: I got to sell you on the problem like now you're telling me This is the problem and I say hey if you are having this issue and then I build that app around it
- 40:32[SPEAKER_00]: as genius is genius and now you don't have to guess any more you can actually have here here's another thing as after you generate that then what you could do is say score this ideal on the scale from one to ten in terms of profitability.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_00]: Scoring me on that.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so now you have a score based on this and then now a guy's gonna say Oh, well, we did the research here's what I would do here's what I would do here's what I would do So in terms of going back to your point.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah In terms of going back to your point about you know people saying hey, how can I build this?
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: How can I build the future?
- 41:09[SPEAKER_00]: You have the tools that you're disposal, but if you let other people build this stuff guys What I was saying earlier?
- 41:16[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I want to finish that point too
- 41:19[SPEAKER_00]: We're about to go through a real big technology revolution, industries are going to be turned outside of his heads.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we talked about, we talked about the taxi, we talked that we even talked about the other industries.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we're about to have a digital revolution with money, we're about to have a revolution with
- 41:36[SPEAKER_00]: in the medical space.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_00]: These industries that have monopolized the world, people like me and you can disrupt them.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: We can disrupt them.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: We have the tools to be able to disrupt them.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want you guys to think this is just, listen, money grabs a cool, you're going to make, let me just tell you like I tell people, when you are abundant thinking.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: And we all have been taught poverty instead of abundance, right?
- 41:59[SPEAKER_00]: You say abundance is your birthright and I say that too, right?
- 42:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's true, abundance is your birthright, that means that you, that means that somebody had to teach you the opposite of what you weren't.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_00]: what you already are I mean so you already are abundant but somebody had to teach you what the opposite of abundance was right you didn't you weren't born people's I was born into poverty right no you were born abundant you just so happened to be taught what poverty was by the environment and what you lack there's no lack in the world like right so let me just tell you this
- 42:36[SPEAKER_00]: You have to get past, like, we're about to go through a revolution.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_00]: And you could be a part of the revolution.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_00]: And the revolution is creating industries with technology, building, building problems, knowing the problems, building those solutions, which should be the technology.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because again, bi-behavior is through technology.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_00]: People are going to technology to get these answers.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_00]: So the revolution is you building something that can solve a deep problem for someone.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: And it only needs to be life changing, but it will change somebody's life.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: Because if somebody's having a problem and you help them solve it, you've changed their life.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_00]: See, we think so too deep around money.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_00]: We think money has to, I have to build the next Microsoft for a group.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to be no Microsoft for Google.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be just in 2.0.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be another version of myself.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_00]: So I take those ideas and why I've been so successful as I take those ideas.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_00]: and I put that creativity.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_00]: And when you are thinking about, you don't have to be perfect of where you are.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_00]: If you're sitting right here, life ain't perfect for you.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_00]: You're going through challenges and use that creative energy to build.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I would tell the most of you to see at the 90s, call and say, guys, we all are going through challenges.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_00]: The difference between me and you and some of you may be, believe this.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I expect challenges.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right, facts, yeah.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I know once I build something amazing, challenges are gonna come.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_00]: the difference is I use that creativity of frustration to put it into building my platform.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: So one is ideation, but they can about ideation from different, two is building, right?
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: So now you build.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, but you know what to build now, Ash?
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: So you can build a web app, a tool, a mobile app.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: build something that you can like literally be proud of for the future.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_00]: So now I guess what Ash, I'm not building something that I'm guessing though and I'm building something that I know the problems.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, I scored it.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_00]: I know I've done the research in all in one sitting and this takes five ten minutes, but take too long to do stuff.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: It takes five to ten minutes.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_02]: Then I'm then you go over the building.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: Then you can use you can literally take a prompt and go to
- 44:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, and you can literally I built the platform for you.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_00]: You can just type away.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_00]: I codes up the platform for you.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_00]: So you built that, right?
- 44:57[SPEAKER_00]: And then I tell people if you do something
- 45:02[SPEAKER_00]: that most people won't do.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: I call it the 1% formula.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_00]: What's the 1% formula?
- 45:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, in order, there's a statistic, right, that I tell people that this is the problem I'm solve.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_00]: With all my problems, right, this is the problem solving.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: When I came across this stat, it's what made me build my platform absolutely where I, I said,
- 45:21[SPEAKER_00]: 90% of people who built with AI and tools never launched anything.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: This was a stat, right?
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: Out of that 90% temp, this temp is a lift.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_00]: 8% to 9% of people never make over $10,000 in a year from their idea.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: That leaves the 1% is right me and you are 1% is because we say we ain't like everybody else You don't think like everybody else.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_00]: We don't follow the systems that everybody else follows.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gonna 1% right We're watching this and just I'm not a 1% yet
- 45:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, you are.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_02]: You got to think like before you become a one percent exactly.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_00]: So just like me I didn't have any colors degree.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't have any technical experience, but guess what?
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: I was like they didn't take this from me.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, thanks.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_00]: So now when they I came I really the light's cut off Yeah, I was like wait before AI you built the multi million dollar business.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yes
- 46:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and that was hard right.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_00]: That wasn't you might say.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Justin you have that experience.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_00]: No listen that was harder Because I failed for three or four years.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't make any money for those three and then and you like you said You've dusted over a million dollars into into into into the platform.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so after so you built right let's let's cover the I want to cover the point so we got ideation The building you can use as bill AI make it easy
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's a free, you can literally sign up for free, get credits and build your first idea.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_00]: AI is taking care of that, right?
- 46:50[SPEAKER_00]: The last part is the thing that trips a lot of people up, ash, and this getting customers, how do you market it?
- 46:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, it's so crazy that you say that, bro, because literally as you gave me that prompt,
- 47:03[SPEAKER_02]: And I put that into my system.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's exactly what it said.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: It said that it's self-publishing a space.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest complaint is so easy to write a book right now.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest complaint is,
- 47:17[SPEAKER_02]: the marketing is getting the audience.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go deeper on that.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's let's let's go wrongs.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_00]: So let me tell you even the problem that I saw with my product.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a giga-out exact exact game that I did out of culture 70,000 people.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_00]: One thing came up in every summit online summit that I've hosted was the same thing.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: It was we don't know how to get customers.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_00]: We don't know how to market.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_00]: So what I did was, I researched your AI, I asked my audience, what problems they had, they said, oh, we don't know how to market.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what I baked into the product?
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: In the product, the agents will go out and find what the conversation that your customers are having inside of the platform, not go use this tool, right?
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: Baked it inside of the platform.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_00]: We had a beta uses of 300 people
- 48:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, when you build that stuff, I literally built most of the stuff with AI, and then I do have that when you were asking, and you said, how do you have that safety?
- 48:18[SPEAKER_00]: Well, once you get the money, you can build a prototype, right?
- 48:22[SPEAKER_00]: You build the prototype, but prototypes are still can be full-fledged product.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_00]: You launch to a market, your customers will pay you for the value.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to have a perfect product.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_00]: As you grow, yeah, you don't want to have a thousand
- 48:38[SPEAKER_00]: AI, right?
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: But we're, we haven't gotten there yet.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: So now you can use the money to hire developers like I did.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_00]: And like my company right now is self-funded.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm bootstrapped.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_00]: While other people are, I got to go find DC fund.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: DC fund, which only 1% of us even get even get access to that fund.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_02]: That's the fact.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_02]: I don't get time for that.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_02]: And they, yeah.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_02]: And then specifically, you know, you, you, you're, you're a, you're a mellow man to brother.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm saying.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm only 1% of us actually get that VC funding.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: And I saw those stats and no stats hurt me because there are so many people that don't know that was possible now.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this and you are a founder, don't think yes, you need money, but be intuitive.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: Use your gifts that you have to create income.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_00]: Don't sit up here and wait.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: I got to wait until somebody from my, I'm not waiting.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not waiting.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sitting around.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: this company I did I put all my own cash and guess what all of that cash came from my ingenuity right when people see my ads it look oh you must have got some big funding no that came from this right here taking action being consistent building in the hurt building in the days why didn't feel like building building in the frustrated days why didn't feel like when I felt alone we all go through this guys like this is stuff but listen the difference with me is
- 50:04[SPEAKER_00]: So let's actually talk about this because I don't know if we come, we can almost come to an end to the show, right?
- 50:10[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, okay, so I just like I want to make sure that y'all get there.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_00]: We don't keep going.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and and but like so so we you know because I want to you know We don't want to belabor but Do you have anything we they could learn more from you or or yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but let's talk about I want to I want to give them some more again.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_02]: I want to
- 50:29[SPEAKER_00]: Because I want y'all that I really want y'all to get this whoever's listening this is for the right person Yeah, let's talk about marketing um getting customers yeah, so see it used to be That I one of my I was like to say I have three or four or five different ways to get customers I've generated 30,000 customers in the last decade 30,000 right?
- 50:49[SPEAKER_00]: And it's be hard like you used to have to if you want it.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_00]: I remember when I was building my stroke I was trying to do SEO That took for Adherber people took my money back as a man.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's most people see my ads But what you don't know is that I spent six figures and ads with nothing to show for it years ago And I didn't think ads worked.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah again my my my I tell people if you developed this
- 51:16[SPEAKER_00]: that I was like, I have a saying that I'm built for this and that's my competitive advantage because one thing I don't ever do when you part know to say you see this in the fitness the way I think right listen I ain't gonna ever give up once I get it I get it I'm gonna do it whether I want to do it or not right and so I just have going yeah I felt defeated I've been six fingers that didn't work as the old didn't work I was doing affiliate campaigns that didn't work
- 51:42[SPEAKER_00]: So, everything started to clip years ago when I started to have this kind of epiphany.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now, let's talk about how you can get customers.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_00]: Let's actually, I'm gonna get y'all some songs of how you can actually use AI agents to get customers.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_00]: So, other day,
- 51:59[SPEAKER_00]: I was setting up these different departments.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_00]: Let me get this to y'all, right?
- 52:02[SPEAKER_00]: This is how y'all can take A.I.A.G into the whole another.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm giving them all of it in this.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_00]: I need that.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_00]: Well, let's do it, right?
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: So we only need to keep we abundant.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I tell people about.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're giving up too much game.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no, that's some abundance.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_00]: There's so much game to go around, right?
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the department.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you are running, if you want to run a successful business, you need about four or five departments.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_00]: One is your marketing department.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_00]: Marketing is different than selling.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_00]: So most people think selling and marketing goes ahead, they're different, right?
- 52:31[SPEAKER_00]: Marketing is the ability to attract your customer or your prospect into your companies to get attention.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's not to sale.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_00]: Selling is a different department.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_00]: Selling is when you close a deal with somebody pull out the credit card and buy, right?
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have operations.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: Operations is the different things that go on.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_00]: And all the variety of things, you know, like when, for example, you know, the website needs to be fixed.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's operations.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: Technical issues.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's operations.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_00]: That's operations.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have customer support.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_00]: You got to have customer support.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't want to charge back, I need to be able to support your customers when they have issues.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_02]: And then finally, I've kind of grew one department together.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_00]: So I've grew legal.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: human resources if you have that kind of like all together, right?
- 53:22[SPEAKER_00]: So those are about the four or five departments.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: You can always add more, but that's what I do.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_00]: And then you also, then the last one is I'm sorry, last one is fulfillment.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_00]: So that's where products.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_00]: If you got a physical product or you got a digital product, you still need fulfillment.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_00]: So what you got to identify is what area you're good at first?
- 53:40[SPEAKER_00]: This is how you get more customers, right?
- 53:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is going to
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta identify what's you're really good at because you're gonna be in the business But now everybody is typically there everybody is you doing everything all right, but the first thing I tell people in our coach and I'm like We got identify where you're good at so I give you me me I am not the most organizational person in and ever yeah, I'm an ideal person I get great ideas.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_00]: I know how to execute that's it the organization falls through the cracks with with between that
- 54:10[SPEAKER_00]: I know the operations ain't my deal, okay?
- 54:15[SPEAKER_00]: Then I realized, I'm like, well, Justin, what gives you?
- 54:17[SPEAKER_00]: And this is what my business changed, Ash.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, what gives me joy?
- 54:22[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_00]: And my bit, like, business ain't got to be boring.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_00]: What gives me joy?
- 54:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things that gave me joy was I enjoyed the creative process of creating ads and marketing.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: And I became really, really good at it.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_00]: I also realized I was good at selling.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_00]: I love selling.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: I also realized I like designing because I like the way, if you notice all my stuff was good, I'm a landing pageist.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's because I love, I'm in that process.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: I love the way the design and the colors.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: the other stuff customer support I'm terrible at it okay I don't like responding to tickets right but I set up the system first so watch this I have an agent team of 50 agents plus I do have 10 employees but watch this
- 55:07[SPEAKER_00]: I now realize I don't need 50 to 100 employees to grow at eight figure business, which is what we're going after now.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_00]: And I realize that agent, so watch it, I have an operations department that, and I'll give you guys, this is, let me give you guys this is, let me give you guys this is, let me give you guys this is, let me give you guys this is, let me give you guys this is crazy.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm so excited about it.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_00]: If I can tell, let me tell y'all what happened.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_00]: So we were having, again, this is operations, right, tech tech part.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: So we were having a major issue recently where for some reason people will go to our site.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is the stuff that comes up in business.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_00]: People will go to our site.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_00]: And the anti-virus is we're not let them go to our site.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_00]: They were flagged.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_00]: We had no spam.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_00]: We went to the people that were hosting our sites.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: They couldn't help us.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_00]: My developers are loving them, but they couldn't find what the issue is.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_00]: They thought they did.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_00]: That stuff was complicated.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_00]: So one day, I'm sitting on the computer like, wait a second.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_00]: Let me see what my AI agent can do.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I say up there, go up there and I say, hey, go to this site.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_00]: We are having issues where the anti-virus is popping up.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_00]: We don't know what's happening.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_00]: So I go there.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: It says, okay, one moment, running a scan.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_00]: It goes and it scans networks that I had never heard of before.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_00]: What it found was there was two networks that nobody had checked before that was basically flagging us for basically issues.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_00]: So it was flagging all the other anti viruses.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_00]: So you came to our site.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_00]: It was like we had an anti virus issue and we didn't have the basic spamming us like something was going on.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_00]: We weren't blacklisted.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_00]: No, we're nothing.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_00]: AI, then went in my agent, went in, and found the issues, told me what to fix in the site.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_00]: It actually went in, submitted the form for me, agente.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, submitted the form for me, of to get off of it.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_00]: It then drafted the email, Ash, went out in my voice from my email, because you can connect AI agents to your email.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's that dangerous, just creating another email.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_00]: So I gave it access to my other email and then it drafted the email and it said, tell me if you want me to send it.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_00]: Read it.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_00]: I proved it.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_00]: Read it.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: Ash in three days.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_00]: We were delisted it.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_00]: The entire site was cleaned up.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_00]: The entire site was cleaned up and everything was smooth.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_00]: I had paid $5,000 in issues to have a $20 subscription that's solved it in less than 10 minutes.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_00]: at the speed of light, at the speed of light.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, wow.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_00]: So here's how you apply this real quick.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, number one.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_00]: Build you a marketing department, a sales department, a customer support department, and operations.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_00]: But let's talk about customers though.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_00]: Marketing and sales is important.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what you do.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_00]: For marketing, I have a content agent.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_00]: I also have a podcast in ages.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_00]: So let's say here's another use case.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_00]: I did it the other day too.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say you want to get no podcast, just like Ash can, right?
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: With the man, the myth, the legend.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_00]: But let's say you got other podcasts that you don't even know of.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what you do.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_00]: you go and create an agent with grockbott and you say set me up a marketing agent and what I want you to do is go out and find me the 20 to 30 most popular podcast in my industry draft a email for me and then email them that I want to be on their show.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: It went out and found a hundred while for me drafted the email sent the email for me to be on their podcast and I had about five replies by the time I woke up in my email saying wow yeah we will love for you to be on the show Wow, right and it did it in my voice Wow, and then guess what here's where gentie comes in
- 59:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I want you to run this every single morning at 9 a.m. every single day without me having to say send out go find more email addresses me to be on their podcast shows or news letters or whatever.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: Go out and find them every day and send out 10 to 12 10 to 20 every day.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_02]: It's clever.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_00]: While we at the gym going through that, going through that, my agents are working, trying to find me more deals, trying to get me booked on more podcast shows, and it's the greatest time that ever has existed.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's so powerful because, again, I've been doing a show for close to six years, didn't radio prior to that, always been in a business consultant space and financial education, and that is the biggest barrier for people, right?
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_02]: So the two biggest barriers is access to capital, right?
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_02]: And then it is not having enough time to do the work.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_02]: You know, now, and it's funny that that you say, you know, like, like, this is, you know, we talk about a genetic is before when somebody said they didn't have access to capital, we would say, you know, what to take an hour to, right, even after your work, an hour to build your business, right?
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_02]: You go to work down to five, build your business from five to nine.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_02]: That was the thing, right?
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_02]: But now you could literally do it simultaneously,
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_02]: And you really could like raise the capital through your idea through solving a problem like you said.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_02]: And then that money is now what you keep rinse it and repeating as things in that nature.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_02]: Man, we can't get the rest of the sauce though, because we didn't even really get into other things like jobs, right, because, you know, and again, we don't try to scare anybody, right?
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_02]: But when you think about jobs are being lost at a rapid pace,
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_02]: All of the leaders of AI are warning us about how fast AI is moving, and so even when you think about, like, like, if somebody asks me, ask, and this is not an investment advice, but if somebody asks me, ask, what should I be investing in, where should I put my money?
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_02]: I say, well, pay attention to what, you know, like, like, pay attention to the companies that are thriving right now, and the majority of companies that are thriving are the
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the technology companies, the AI companies, the companies that provide the, you know, the software and hardware for some of these things.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_02]: So that's where you should be investing, but if you're not making a money, we're going to get the money to invest, right?
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's why for me, there's an urgency in accumulating cash as fast as possible, right?
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: Use solve some problems.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: Invest in the companies that are doing well, you know?
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_02]: And so how can people get the rest of the source?
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like, where are you having a class?
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_02]: Or are you having a summit?
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_02]: Like, where are like, where can they get the everything so that they can move fast?
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, no doubt.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_00]: So we're doing this thing.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: We've been doing the Asmal AI Summit, teaching people non-technical founders how to build the future with their own technology.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm doing a build-a-thon, right?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: So the build-a-thon is you come on, we've got prizes be given away to who built the best app, even if you don't have experience, you're gonna build your app live with us.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_00]: So if you are instead of you thinking about it or you've been on the fence, come with no idea as you don't have an idea.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_00]: right.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to show you how to build it.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_00]: And on top of that, we have our own platform.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_00]: That is releasing as we speak.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_00]: And it's called Aspill with AI at all platform.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_00]: You basically type with AI and it will build you a live app.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_00]: And listen, we've had beta users on that people love it.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_00]: So there's no excuses.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_00]: I'm giving you the platform.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_00]: You also could come to the build-a-thon too long.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I'm going to put the link in the description.
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_02]: So I need everybody to tap in.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_02]: But this is why I need everybody watching this right now to do this, right?
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like, even if you got a pause there, if you're watching it, hit the link.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_02]: Because a build-a-thon, like literally removes all of the excuses.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_02]: Right, like literally a lot of times and this is what people do, they gather the information and then they try to implement the information later as if later exists.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_02]: There is no such thing as later, right?
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_02]: You either do it now or now.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_02]: There is no later.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: And so in the build up on, I love that idea because now you could build it together, but then
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_02]: You know, that competitive nature, that camaraderie, right?
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like you talk about us being on our well journey, but on our health journey, that's the biggest thing that has keeping us focused, right?
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_02]: Because we're doing it together, right?
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_02]: We're holding each other accountable.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_02]: We're not like, we're not trying to fail in front of each other and we're pushing each other, right?
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_02]: And so same thing with a builder thong, you try to do it by yourself, there's no accountability, right?
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_02]: You have this idea, you can't implement the idea, but now you go to a builder thong and now there's accountability, now there's like, nah, you know, you know, if you need, if you, you know, questions, answer things of that nature and then on top of it though on top of that,
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_02]: you've got that platform, right?
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_02]: And so people don't even have to learn, because that's the thing, it's like, you know, and I don't know, but it's a garbage in garbage out, right?
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, if you don't, you've got a net, so now AI is here, now you've got to learn how to prompt.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_02]: But you've created that, the platform where you don't even have, all you gotta do is tell it your idea.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, and it's gonna help you build it out.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, and it'll plan it out too.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_00]: So we actually have a planning thing that will plan it out for you.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, help you come up with the right idea, build it, and market it.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, all in the same thing.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_00]: So listen, get off the fence, man.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have the links right below here.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_00]: Let's hope to build it on.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_00]: Also, I have the link to the Aspo AI platform that you guys can sign up for, listen, man.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_00]: We want to make more case studies.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_00]: The case studies that I just share with you here, that's just the need to service.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_00]: There's actually a young lady right now.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_00]: She's called vibe coding, right?
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't go deep on it, but we went on the last episode.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's called vibe coding.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's where you tell AI and AI basically builds out your platform.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a young lady right now.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_00]: I can't say who it is.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_00]: She's on the NDA.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_00]: She was in our third summit.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_00]: She built, again, I can't even say what she built.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_00]: Right now, she's in the middle of due diligence.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_00]: She's about to be acquired.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_00]: She literally spent, she was in your summit.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_02]: Build something in your summit, and it is now in the process of being acquired.
- 1:06:26[SPEAKER_02]: Being acquired.
- 1:06:26[SPEAKER_02]: We drove a six-figure seven-figure seven-figures.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_00]: Right, over an idea, she probably spent $1,000 developing.
- 1:06:33[SPEAKER_00]: So, I don't want to hear excuses of, I don't have to money, I ain't got it like listen.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_00]: The idea that you don't build is the idea that somebody will build for you, right?
- 1:06:44[SPEAKER_00]: The future is now, right?
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's my book, we gonna come out with.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_00]: The future is now.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's not out there, it's not behind you, it's not in the district, it's right now.
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_00]: Build it like it is right now because the future belongs to the builders.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I tell the future belongs to the builders and people that are not scared.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_00]: The people that are a little bit scared to have fear, but they do it anyway.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_00]: Right, folks.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_00]: They built without the experience.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_00]: They don't care about what people think.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_00]: They don't care about their, you don't know a failure.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can't imagine notifying, you're building because when you, when you get, I tell people all the day is it's about being 1% better every day.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_00]: If you get what me like sometimes we'll feel like going to the gym, you know, I'm still, you know, I'm saying got a little bit to wait to lose.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_00]: I lost 30 of my bad.
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_00]: I still got a little bit.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what am I mind I'm going if I can't 1% better every day.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna look up in the year.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna have to shoot jacket with the arms out.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, you know, I'm glad that you say that because I think that's the biggest issue I see is that everybody wants to results now, right?
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I realize, and you know, this is parallel to having a weight journey, is that I don't even look, I'm not even looking for the results anymore.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_02]: I look up and I check the result, it doesn't fail.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_02]: I've lost weight, I'm gaining muscle, body fat, body fat is down, because...
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is good, baby.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_00]: You used to be right there.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's a factor.
- 1:08:21[SPEAKER_02]: And look, so this is one of my, I got multiple of these, though, too, because I know we're gonna look and be like, man, he always with that same shirt.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_02]: But I got multiple of these.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_02]: And this is, this is boss.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_02]: This ain't no cheap shirt, even.
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I do.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_02]: but like some of my bot multiples of them, but at one point, if you look like the shirt was full, like my belly was full in the shirt, but now I got I got some space and I'm saying, and but that's the thing though, it was like, all right, every damn of the eat right, every day, like even after this, you know, after this show, I'm going to walk home because I got to walk 45 minutes, right?
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_02]: I got to do a do a outside workout and so
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't think about, man, I wonder if I'm gonna lose the weight, right?
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder if I'm gonna get healthier because I am just doing healthy things.
- 1:09:12[SPEAKER_02]: So same thing, as we're thinking about these ideas, these, you know, just do the work, right?
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_02]: Just get part of the journey, join the build-a-thon, right?
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_02]: Build with the app, just do what the people who are building wealth really, really fast are doing.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_02]: And then you're gonna look up and the wealth is gonna be there.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said, man, get 1 percent better every day.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_00]: We get 1 percent better every day.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_00]: It ain't about 100 percent.
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_00]: I got to go 100 percent like, yeah, do your best.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_00]: But just at the very least, you can get 1 percent better every day because those stack up, right?
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what we're asked.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_00]: So listen, join the build-a-thon.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_00]: I promise you was going to be worth it.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's a free event.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's a free virtual event.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_00]: But at the same time, man, we got, you know,
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_00]: That is building and changing lives, man.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_00]: So you got the platform.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_00]: You could you don't have to build alone.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, right.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's the biggest thing, man.
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_00]: My builders.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_00]: They don't build alone, right?
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, I would just say, man, it's a greatest time in history.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:10:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like my granny used to say, man, don't mess this up.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah man, CEO Justin Burns, back like I never left, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_00]: CEO Justin Burns, like I say, apps built with AI.com is our platform, and then also you can find me at officialjustinburs.com, but CEO Justin Burns on Instagram, man, make sure you're a follow-up.
