Sunday marked 30 days until Election Day. Democrats are favored to win the House and have a slight edge in the Senate, according to The Hill’s partner Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ), which puts the party’s chances at 75 percent in the lower chamber and 54 percent in the upper chamber.
