  managed to get a new judge after the one that was in before show

  buyers and that they were and they continue to push for a

  retrial. So apparently Anthony's

  attorneys are claiming for a retrial saying that the judge's

  post trial comments in ruins create bias and deprived Anthony
• 1:41
  a right to a fair trial. Again.

  This is why ultimately the black community and anyone that

  supports Carmelo Anthony for what he did, all of them can go

  a fucking hell. The fact that those that

  continue to support him that were pushing for a retrial

  because of his 35 year sentence. Now do you see why I have no

  care for these kinds of people anymore?

  And it's actually been from a long time now, but this kind of

  only adds up to it. Again, there's a reason why that

  community has always gotten in their own way, not just because

  of, you know, what other groups have said about them, but it's

  even by people like me and others that continually call out

  Mind you, these are the same people who don't mind blaming

  Now mind you, just because a motion for a new trial does not

  directly re examine the piece of shit's innocence or guilt, it

  argues procedural and constitutional errors that

  denied from a fair trial. Does it really get any more

  simpler than that? Again, I do not have any

  sympathy for him, those that support him and especially his

  family and more so his mother. His mother was really the one I

  was more ticked off. I'm only going to guess that she

  has, you know, other children of of that sort.

  Maybe instead of trying to push for their son's innocence, maybe

  she should use what happened to him as a teachable lesson to

  going to face. But again, we're talking about

  the same people who never want to take any responsibility for

  their shit 'cause it's everybody else's fault but theirs.
