  Speaker 1: a sexual preference for underage minor girls. He engaged in

  Speaker 1: a planned scheme or enterprise in which he gained access

  Speaker 1: to countless vulnerable and relatively economically disadvantage minor girls and

  Speaker 1: sexually assaulted, molested, and or exploited these girls, and then

  Speaker 1: girls to engage in systematic patterns of sexual exploitive behavior.

  Speaker 1: Defendant coerced and enticed impressionable, vulnerable, and relatively economically less

  Speaker 1: misconduct that he committed upon them. Defendant scheme involved the

  Speaker 1: to secure a private place in defendants Palm Beach mansion

  Speaker 1: where only persons employed and invited by defendant would be

  Speaker 1: present so as to reduce the chance of detection of

  Speaker 1: defendant sexual abuse and or exploitation, as well as to

  Speaker 1: make it more difficult for the minor girls to flee

  Speaker 1: the premises and or to credibly report his action to

  Speaker 1: law enforcement or other authorities. The girls were usually transported

  Speaker 1: miner's vulva, vagina, and or anus with a vibrator back massager,

  Speaker 1: his fingers and or his penis, digitally penetrating her vagina,

  Speaker 1: performing intercourse oral sex and or anal sex, and or

  Speaker 1: coercing or attempting to coerce the girl to engage in

  Speaker 1: lude acts and or prostitution, and or enticing the then

  Speaker 1: to commit sexual battery against them and or acts of

  Speaker 1: lewdness in their presence. And he conspired with others, including

  Speaker 1: his employees, assistants, drivers, pilots, and or agents, to facilitate

  Speaker 1: young girl. Plaintiff was merely a seventeen year old high

  Speaker 1: school student when she was first lured into defendant sexually

  Speaker 1: exploitative world in her about January of two thousand and four.

  Speaker 1: Plaintiff was recruited while at work by a coworker, one

  Speaker 1: of the minor victims. Defendant paid to bro cure underage females.

  Speaker 1: repeatedly telling him not to do so. As plaintiff massage, defendant,

  Speaker 1: defendant proceeded to masturbate until ejaculation. Defendant then paid plaintiff

  Speaker 1: two hundred dollars and plaintiff was escorted at a defendant's
